Best Businesses in Missouri
I'm an extremely happy customer. I have used Hudson Plumbing several times now and will continue to do business with this excellent, prompt and very affordable professional. I don't remember how I found this company but I'm so glad I did. This business goes above and beyond expectations every time. I highly recommend you try this company. You will never search for a plumber again because you will have found your guy! I'm not using anybody but Hudson, I couldn't be happier.

WARNING!!! Do NOT call this company unless you do not care about being robbed. My water service entrance valve was dripping and we called Ginnings to repair as I am physically unable to do these things for myself. The represenative was here for approximately an hour total and presented me with a bill of $450.00 after severe protests he graciously (sarc) reduced the total to $385.50. This to replace a valve that wouldn't cost over $50 on the Plaza. To me this is just plain old fraud and elder abuse to take advantage of old people like they have just done. Just know and be aware that if you don't get a firm bid in advance you WILL be taken to the cleaners. (And you won't feel clean after.)

You can not overestimate the value of getting a good recommendation for a repairman. This was the best one I have ever had. Solid honest work at a fair price. Fast and friendly. Hey has helped me out with AC Furnace an Water heaters at the worst of times all within same day or next. Never felt taken advantage of. I recommend Hey mechanical to everyone.

Our under counter lights had malfunction in transformer, our front yard light needed straightening, and new concrete steps needed a handrail installed. They completed these tasks timely and for the quoted price. We are pleased!

Great guys who do great work. Had a leak where the water line can into the house. They identified that the builders plumber used a black iron fitting which was rusting away. They fixed it quick and it looks like great work.

Steve is the best! He and his son have been our go to guys. He bailed us out one Christmas Eve in below zero weather with a burst pipe. Don't get gauged and misled by that guy whose first name starts with R.

Had a new gas stove and fridge delivered on Saturday and neither one was able to be hooked up, due to issues with gas pipe and water valve to fridge. Found Andy's and was able to schedule an appointment online for first thing Monday morning. Chad showed up on time Monday morning, was very professional and quickly explained the issue. He did not have parts with him, but was able to go and quickly grab them, come back and has our new fridge and stove working. I would highly recommend Andy's for any plumbing issues!

This review is for the administration of this company. We were having backup issues at our home, technicians came out, snaked the line and still had a blockage. The camera guy came out and told us that we would have to dig up and replace the main line running out into the yard because it had either collapsed or been taken over by tree roots. The quote was for $10k. I find out from my neighbor that there had already been main line work done prior to us buying the home 5 years ago. I called up RR and asked if I could get the information of the work that had previously been done. They told me they couldn't give that information because it was a violation of privacy! This is MY house I need information on, not the previous owner or the amount they paid for anything. I own a construction company and if a homeowner inquired about any work we did I would ABSOLUTELY tell them!! This just makes me think they want me to pay more money for something that's already been done. I asked the manager if they would ever tell me if the work had been done or if they would just have me pay twice and she said oh no we would be honest. Yea right!! That's what I was asking for!!!! I am astounded that this company's policy states that information of any work they previously did on a home cannot be shared with the new home owners! Outrageous!

Charged $375 for a simple gas pressure test. Did not provide any breakdown for how he got to that price. And forgot when the inspection was, I had to call him to remind him to schedule with the city after no one showed up.

My initial call went in on October 5, 2015. I finally got a quote for my issues on September 1, 2016. On multiple occasions, Mel dropped the ball (his words, on three separate occasions) with communication and following through on appointment dates. I gave him the benefit of the doubt many, many times, hoping I could help a neighbor out with his local business. He offered unreasonable prices for both parts and labor, weaseling out of a Groupon tune-up voucher by falsely claiming my toilet shut-off valve was not in good condition. He made no effort to redeem himself or his business beyond a half-hearted apology in a text message. Despite all the struggles, I am not angry with him because he seems like he is probably a nice man; he is just not a reliable professional. I am disappointed in the quality of his professionalism, pricing, responsiveness, and punctuality.

TOTAL RIP OFF!!! Needed a Part for the Toilet,, Tech Wanted $123.00 for he Part + $80 in Labor , I Have No Problem Paying for the Technicians Time, but the Price of the Part Seemed Very High,, In the End i Bought the Part at a Local Hardware Store for $9.00 and did the Repair Myself {took 20 minutes} The Technician Tried to Justify the Cost of the Part Saying it is Standard MARK UP: What Kind of Mark Up Turns a $9.00 Part that i Paid for Retail Price for, Justifies $123???, if the Technician Simply Raised his Labor Cost, I Might have Agreed to the Price of the Repair {But After Doing the Work Myself, i Now Know that that Would be To High a Price to do this Simple Job} ***** Unless you Have No Choice or Just Won the Lottery STAY AWAY
