I don't know about the plumbing skills, but the driving skills are awful!  Van license 1LA-137 was on I70 between Little Blue Parkway and Woods Chapel. He was tailgating like crazy. When he was behind me I couldn't see the driver or the headlights - just the hood of the van. He did that to a lot of people. If he had been given a brake check he would have failed. I didn't feel up to having a bad day.

James, the owner is a Master Plumber and was fantastic!  So professional and so honest (which is vary rare these day).  Pricing was Great and I paid less than quoted even because it took him less time to complete the job!  He not only did the work I requested but checked other areas as well and pointed things out and even fixed it like the leaking dishwasher line and improperly installed garbage disposal hose.  He went above an beyond for my unique circumstance where our old sewer line had collapsed and he brought a city inspector out before the job to discuss approving rerouting the piping BEFORE he started and before quoting me.  He did exactly what he said he was going to do and for less than expected.  I truly appreciate the straightforward, honest, upstanding guy he is.    When you use this company you are getting the work completed and backed by the owner and not run of the mill employees.

100% recommend Bost Plumbing. They were responsive, were flexible when scheduling my project, the cost estimate was spot on, all of the guys were on time and friendly and speedy. Project took less time than anticipated. Work completed is fantastic. And they went out of their way to clean up the work site. All around fantastic. A+++

I had a very good experience with Thomas from Bright Side Plumbing. I didn't know this business prior to my call for a time sensitive matter. I got a call back immediately from Kalen and a visit from a plumber within an hour. I highly recommend this business for their scheduling, their politeness, and their expertise in setting up a new outlet box for washer/dryer. Everyone who answered the phone there was gracious and helpful. I'll definitely call them again!

Would give 0 stars if I could. They were supposed to come fix a problem with my kitchen sink and never showed up! My home warranty is the one who selected this provider. We have been calling and leaving messages for 4 days now with no response. They won't even answer our calls! Now they tell the home warranty they can do it. No thank you! You made the first appointment (almost a week out that we waited for then never showed up). I'll take my luck with someone else. Would definitely not recommend!

Had a failure with our hot water heater. Under warranty with AHS home warranty so were referred to another company first. That company never contacted us and when I read the reviews, they had a horrible rating. We reached out to AHS to refer us to another plumber and we were referred to Quick Relief Plumbing. Within two days they had come out to review the issue and replaced the unit. I was super impressed that they made an effort to complete the service in a very timely manner. All the employees I dealt with, from the appointment scheduler to Anthony to the two men who replaced the unit, were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company.

I recently bought a home that was rehabbed and have had a few plumbing issues with leaky pipes -  behind the wall in master bath, underneath kitchen sink, and a toilet not set correctly which caused water damage. I do have a home warranty insurance, Old Republic, for things of this nature.  Old Republic set me up with NorthSide Plumbing, a recommended contractor, for them.

For the most part they have resolved all issues, however, with that being said I wanted get an itemized copy of the work done to give to my attorney as my attorney has requested an itemized list of work that has been done on my home because of other problems I have had with this supposedly rehabbed house - the flipper (investor) of the home cut many corners and hid things....another story.  

Anyway, Glen from Northside Plumbing Co, said he talked to Old Republic and Old Republic told him not to give me a copy of an itemized invoice of the work done on my home.  After speaking with 3 representatives from Old Republic, they all stated that nowhere in their notes does it say that they spoke with Glen and that the company that does the work (Northside Plumbing in this case) is obligated to give that to me.  When speaking to Glen, two times he said he would not give me the invoice, that I had to go through Old Republic to get it, and that he would not speak to me again about this and hung up on me.  I called back and he hung up on me again.

Here is something pretty funny ......their website says, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR #1 PRIORITY. Really? As a customer of Northside Plumbing my experience with the owner, Glen, has been horrific to say the least. To hang up on a customer twice, be lied to and refused a copy of the work that was done does not match the definition of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NOR EXCELLENCE AND INTEGRITY.

Worst attitudes ever! Horrible to work for. Degrades his employees in public. Puts important jobs off and makes people wait several weeks before he gets thework done. Never ever will I deal with this crappy company!!

I had a bad experience with this company, I was driving west bound 70 this week when one of their trucks were a head of me and starting losing gravel all over the highway doing damage to my vehicle and others.  I called the company and as a result they won't do anything about it.  I guess if this is how they conduct business, I sure wouldn't hire them, pretty sad they won't take ownership.

We had a hot water tank. Go bad on us. Next level plumbing came out. Assess the problem. We're out within a couple of days. Finish the job quickly efficiently. I appreciate their help.

Left 2 messages on an urgent plumbing problem with the answering service.  4 days later, no response.

This plumbing broke one of my pipes and they charged over 700 hundred dollars never coming to them ever again
