I've had some really terrible experiences with plumbing companies all over the world.. They come out they tell you it's gonna be one thing and then it's always something different. You think it's a small fix a little leak and next to you know they're trying to upsell you to do thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars in repairs. That did not happen in this case. Tim came out Because we had a leaky faucet in the kitchen and I thought I could fix it on my own with plumbing tape next to you know I had a full 4 alarm flood in my house.  I called and spoke to a lady named Sherry who was absolutely amazing confident professional and put all of my worries aside. Tim came out he was fast efficient he showed me what the problem was show me where I went wrong and he fixed it in a Jiffy.  This was hands down the best plumbing experience I've ever had I would strongly recommend using these guys over and over again if you ever have any type of issue I would have my mom call on Tim!!!

Fred was great.  Cear communication and very prompt.  He worked around my schedule and completed the work quickly.  No complaints, great experience.

We called due to drains backing up into the house. This family owned business (father and son) came out the next morning and had the roots out of our pipes in less than 30 minutes. Low cost, professional, and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Tom did a great job on a busted pipe at my residence. He was professional, yet friendly. He explained what he was going to do before he did, without being condescending.
Obviously, a busted water pipe requires a quick response and despite a full schedule, he managed get there within a reasonable amount of time.
Anita was very personable on the phone and very sympathetic to my plight. Reasonable priced! Highly recommend!!

I've been looking for a reputable, reliable, reasonably priced, knowledgeable plumber and I've finally found one with SOS Plumbing. Robert was professional and responsive on the phone, and in person when he arrived as scheduled 2 days later to perform the work. I know COVID is making it challenging to have office staff take calls, respond to inquiries and such, however, even with some of the larger plumbing service companies they weren't returning my inquiry call for 3 - 4 days!  SOS had already booked and performed the toilet repair by the time others finally returned my call. SOS has earned my future business. Additionally, when Robert arrived he asked if I had a preference on whether he wore a mask inside which I greatly appreciate. Highly recommend SOS Plumbing.

INCREDIBLE service. I have given out this guy's number and tons of information about how great this company is. We had an issue from negligence on our sewer inspection that Ryan was able to come out and assist us with. He was on time, friendly, extremely professional, and the price! The price he charged was 3/4 less than any other company we called. He actually ended up having to come out to finish the job the next day and he was still amazing with the pricing!

If you need a reliable plumber who knows what he's doing give them a call! You definitely won't be sorry!!!

This was our worst experience ever with Roto Rooter--unbelievably bad. We needed 2 bathroom faucets replaced and had purchased the faucets.
Robert Bob from Roto Rooter came out and immediately started spewing major BS.
--Our ball valves would have to be replaced.
--Our water line would need to be shut off from the street.
--Each faucet replacement would require 1.5 hours for him to complete with a labor cost of over $400 each! A total estimate of over $1000.00!!

My husband and I promptly escorted him to the door and out of our home. The manager that I contacted afterwards defended his BS employee and his assessment.

My husband then opened both faucets and had them installed in less than 2 hours and he has no plumbing training. They look and work great--no thanks to Bob and Roto Rooter--not sure about ever calling this company again.

No one likes having to call a plumber but Mike did a great job sending a camera through my pipe and i got to see exactly what was causing the clog. He was very friendly and gave me some excellent advise to keep my pipes clean and avoid having to have them cleaned again. I highly recommend calling Roter Rooter

They did an awesome job and fixed the problem without trying to charge ne to replave everything like the other plumbing companies I called. I was impressed with how fast they took care of the issue and felt like they were very reasonable with price.

I've had low pressure in my home ever since another plumber installed a new faucet in the kitchen. The young man sent by Torrisi adjusted the regulator and fixed the problem. He also cleared a clog in a slop sink, which involved following the pipes through the basement. The water pressure in the home has improved dramatically. Well done.

Also, I received an appointment in an amazingly speedy manner.

These guys installed a new sewage line and left a huge hole in my front yard including destroying the sidewalk. Also the toilet backs up now and they won't come fix anything! Don't use these guys

Just called the business to request a quote and was hung up on mid sentence. Probably not how you want to treat someone who is trying to hire you for a service.

Terrible place they fixed a tub spout for us.  They rigged it with caulk then when it came off after using it about 5 times they wanted me to repay to have them come out.  I used a different plumber and he told me they had rigged it up. buyer beware!

I called Phil Miller Plumbing and another guy showed up.  Tried at first to tell me I needed $3000 in downstairs plumbing repairs.  I just had two toilets that needed tank kits installed.

I foolishly agreed to $500 for tank repair kits for both toilets.  He did not break the bill down into parts and labor.  A tank kit is $20 at any hardware store.  He was done in less than hour, so I guess his hourly rate is $200 an hour!!  

The company is a rip-off!!!
Will never hire again!  I can see $100 a toilet with the tank kit, but $250!!!  A whole new toilet is cheaper!
