AJ from Steele Plumbing came highly recommended, and did not disappoint. He came to our house assessed our problem gave us a quote of what it would take to fix. He came out fixed our problem in a timely manner. Very happy with our decision to hire Steele Plumbing.

I've had some really terrible experiences with plumbing companies all over the world.. They come out they tell you it's gonna be one thing and then it's always something different. You think it's a small fix a little leak and next to you know they're trying to upsell you to do thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars in repairs. That did not happen in this case. Tim came out Because we had a leaky faucet in the kitchen and I thought I could fix it on my own with plumbing tape next to you know I had a full 4 alarm flood in my house.  I called and spoke to a lady named Sherry who was absolutely amazing confident professional and put all of my worries aside. Tim came out he was fast efficient he showed me what the problem was show me where I went wrong and he fixed it in a Jiffy.  This was hands down the best plumbing experience I've ever had I would strongly recommend using these guys over and over again if you ever have any type of issue I would have my mom call on Tim!!!

Fred was great.  Cear communication and very prompt.  He worked around my schedule and completed the work quickly.  No complaints, great experience.

Larry and Steven (Father/Son) possess superior knowledge, experience, and equipment than the chains. What qualifies me to make such a proclamation(?), decades of inferior comparative cabling at substantially higher time and cost.

It's obvious these guys are great at what they do and appreciative of the business, which I'll be glad to give to them should the need again arise. I highly recommend to anyone within their range of travel. BBB A+ rating. You may trust that my first/only experience with Root-A-Way (Woerther Ln. Ballwin, MO. 636-391-1090) was this very evening. It was refreshing to encounter Larry and Steven.

Tom did a great job on a busted pipe at my residence. He was professional, yet friendly. He explained what he was going to do before he did, without being condescending.
Obviously, a busted water pipe requires a quick response and despite a full schedule, he managed get there within a reasonable amount of time.
Anita was very personable on the phone and very sympathetic to my plight. Reasonable priced! Highly recommend!!

Service was excellent, courteous and prompt!  We needed someone quickly to help us with our kitchen sink and they were able to assist within 24 hours.  Very happy customer.

Wow! Super impressed with SOS Plumbing! My kitchen faucet was leaking and my garbage disposal sounded like it was grinding metal and needed to be replaced. They showed up within a couple of hours of my panicked call (early!) and fixed my faucet, installed a new disposal and even replaced a shower head that was so corroded I couldn't remove it. They were in and out within an hour.  Their pricing is very fair and reasonable, which was a refreshing surprise. Extremely pleased with the entire experience. Would use them again and will recommend to others!

INCREDIBLE service. I have given out this guy's number and tons of information about how great this company is. We had an issue from negligence on our sewer inspection that Ryan was able to come out and assist us with. He was on time, friendly, extremely professional, and the price! The price he charged was 3/4 less than any other company we called. He actually ended up having to come out to finish the job the next day and he was still amazing with the pricing!

If you need a reliable plumber who knows what he's doing give them a call! You definitely won't be sorry!!!

Very quick and friendly service, yes they are a bit pricey but when you have a backed up drain and need quick service these guys do a great job. Their work is guaranteed.

If I could give this a negative star I would! I called initially for a leak in my house where I scheduled at the end of the day. (Since I am in medical school all day!) I get a call saying roto is backed up and that I was going to get a call back. 3 weeks goes by and the ceiling in the laundry room is all molded and yet no call back! I called them again to schedule at the same time since obviously they forgot about me and guess what?! Sorry sir we don't have any personnel to come to your office! I am very upset that they are even in business with the little to no integrity they have!!

We're told the cast drain lines were the reason the plumbing was backing up so we hired them to replace the cast iron in the basement. Drain lines backed up and leaked all over the basement a week later because they did not complete their job and replace all of the cast iron. Instead of completing their job, they quoted another $3000.
I would not recommend them to anyone who wishes to get good results.

Very dependable and they stand by their work. I've used them for all my needs both personal and business needs.

These guys installed a new sewage line and left a huge hole in my front yard including destroying the sidewalk. Also the toilet backs up now and they won't come fix anything! Don't use these guys

Mughty mike.is a good man who gets taken advantage of alot by shitty customers from now on I suggested he does not take emergency calls without a permit. He has helped me out in my times of need and provided me with work. I am now working in aerospace. And mr. Mighty Mike helped me in reaching my goals I am so proud to have accomplished to this day. Definitely recommend

My toilet was not emptying the slowly.  So I called Bob Raeker Plumbing  They sent 2 guys out and sat on toilet and tiented bolts under tank when going to give me a bill I told them they did not even look at what the problem was.  He then flushed the toilet and it flooded the bathroom.  They asked me for towels.  One of the guys started to use their snake and worked it up and down for ever then asked if I had a plunger, yes right there.  Tried that and still had the problem.  He then went back to using the snake and was working so hard he had sweet dripping off of him then the other guy took over and kept working the snake.  Then said I would have to get a person ut to camera it.  Went to give me a bill and said I would talk to Bob.  I looked at the toilet after they left and all the glaze was removed off the bottom of the toilet, it now looks like there always is poop in the bottom.  They said they would replace it.  Have called them never called back, have texted them never responded back.  This was in March have not heard from them yet still waiting.   Would NOT recommend them.  I understand they bought out the original Raeker plumbing company that had been there for many years, this company is NOT a good company to hire.
VERY VERY unsatisfied.

I called Phil Miller Plumbing and another guy showed up.  Tried at first to tell me I needed $3000 in downstairs plumbing repairs.  I just had two toilets that needed tank kits installed.

I foolishly agreed to $500 for tank repair kits for both toilets.  He did not break the bill down into parts and labor.  A tank kit is $20 at any hardware store.  He was done in less than hour, so I guess his hourly rate is $200 an hour!!  

The company is a rip-off!!!
Will never hire again!  I can see $100 a toilet with the tank kit, but $250!!!  A whole new toilet is cheaper!
