Riden Plumbing has been my go to plumber for over 20yrs. The customer service is over the top. Dan Riden has personally stopped by on his way home or on the weekend to help me out. They stand by their service and the warranties for the products they install.

Jess & his staff has provided excellent service for our HVAC for a number of years.  When we were ready to replace our 15 year old system last year, he provided us with a number of options to select features/prices that met our needs.  We have recommended him to five friends/neighbors and they all selected him for new systems, so we feel confident that his prices are very competitive.  His response to service on our old system was fast and friendly.  Highly recommend Harding!

Had some
Kitchen sink issues with blockage and broken pipe. Gene's worked me into his schedule for the day. Larry came out and quickly fixed my issue. Enjoyed visiting with him as well. Very reasonable price for drain clean out and pipe replacement. Highly recommend and will call them again if we have plumbing issues.

We have used Alan for all our plumbing needs for 20 years.  He also does some electrical, washer/ dryer repair, dishwasher repair, refrigerator/icemaker hookups, etc.  He is honest and reliable.

Way undercut al other estimates and delivered excellent service!!  All repairs have lasted almost a year and I continue to have no problems!!

I was referred to Witter Plumbing and Electric from a family.  I required a number of upgrades to a home I was purchasing.  The seller had several estimates for repairs and gave me funds in closing for repairs.  Witter took the estimates and inspection report and said his parts and labor charges would be much lower.  He was right.  He saved me over $1000 in which I was able to add to my down payment!

Repairs included:
-A repair of the electrical box which had portion that was melted.  *This had to be fixed before I could move in.
-An upgrade in toilet and plumbing from a small and ancient midtown toilet to an adult sized one.  
-Fixed a leaking and damaged pipe.  
-Safeguarded an exposed live wiring on a newly installed water heater. ( missed in inspection)
-Installed wiring to a fan to remove hot air from the attic installed by roofers.
-Upgraded old and faulty shower fixtures.

A keeper.  I recently moved into an older home with a somewhat recently installed furnace.  The furnace had a bad exhaust fan so I called another company who came out and inspected it.  After charging almost $80 for the inspection they tell me they don't have the part to fix it.  So I called A&H.  The tech suggested that I contact the manufacturer to see if there was a warranty on the furnace and the company indicated the furnace was out of warranty.

A&H, on their own contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and pointed out that based on their records the furnace should still be under warranty!!  I ended up only paying for labor which I was glad to pay since the tech was a 1st-rate professional.  Not only that but A&H helped transfer the warranty from the original owner to my name.  

Blown away!

I received a call and was met with compassion and understanding about my frustrations. We discussed the situation in depth and I left the conversation feeling reassured that going forward, this situation won't happen again. In anticipation, I wait for the do better moments that I put my trust in with AHCPE.

Looking for an HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, and EFFICIENT plumbing company that can provide excellent, knowledgeable and thorough service?  I was too! And I found all those things -and more- from a company called SNAKE & ROOTER.

They were surprisingly able to provide our huge problem with SAME DAY SERVICE.

Typical plumbing companies force you to wait 2-3 days but my situation was quickly assessed on the phone by Debbie (whose voice was more like an angel than a receptionist) and we were immediately put on their priority list.  To my shock, their well-trained serviceman, Daniel, was driving into my driveway just 4 hours later!  He analyzed the situation then quickly put a plan of action into motion.  Within 45 minutes, my problem was no longer a problem! Now here's where most companies stop. They'd shake hands and leave.  Not SNAKE & ROOTER! ...Daniel asked if there was anything else that needed attention while he was there.  Well, as a matter of fact, YES!  And within several more minutes, that too was completely taken care of, all under the same 'service call' price.  Wow!  Ya just don't see service like that these days... without putting up a fuss, he did it with a pleasant, genuine smile.

I can't remember feeling so good about having strangers in my house.  Fact is, when Daniel left, I felt he was more of a friend than someone I'd just met.  He was that friendly while still remaining respectful and professional.  Overall, I've given SNAKE & ROOTER the highest rating possible... a well-earned 5 stars   because I found no areas of improvement needed!

Joel at Spirit plumbing did a great job servicing my tankless water heater and installing new pipes to fix some leaking.  Knowledgeable and reasonable rates. He was recommended to me by other plumbers (who do commercial plumbing only), and he's the first plumber I call for residential work.

Rick just left my house (at 10:30am on a Sunday, no less) from cleaning out our main line. He did an awesome job and these guys were so great and easy to communicate with. They seem to be a good, honest company who are literally just looking out for the best interests of their customers. We got great, unbiased advice on what was best  for our situation. Also, no up-charges for weekend work!

We will definitely not hesitate to call Affordable P&S again the next time we have a plumbing issue.

First to respond, good work. Didn't have water in my shower for a week, they schedule me in the following Monday. Made quick work of the repair and now I have water in my shower

Earl is an absolute professional.  He replaced our water heater efficiently and under budget.

Bob Hamilton came first to try and unclog the drain and somehow made it worse. They claimed there was concrete in the drain and quoted me $15,000 to replace the pipes! I called Razor Rooter and they were out within two days (we're in a polar vortex when this is happening, so understandably they will be busy). Josh was dispatched first thing in the morning to my house and cleared the pipe in just 30 minutes. He also claims that it was just roots, not cement.

Josh was very professional, showed up when he said he would, and is clearly knowledgeable about his trade. He answered all my questions simply enough for me to understand and explained the situation using analogies that helped everything make sense to me.

Overall, I am highly satisfied with the results and services provided. Josh not only cleared the pipes, but cleared the stress that came with it. I would have given 5 stars if they cleaned up the sewage, but Josh told me I can wash it back down the drain. Understandably, cleanup is not their job, but, luckily, there isn't that much to clean up in my case and it will be super easy.

Bob charged me $350, Razor Rooter was less than half that. Bob refused to come back out to finish the job, Razor Rooter warrantied the work for 90 days. Never use Bob Hamilton.

What a freaking nightmare. Who comes to job all drunk and smells like this. Leaves the water heater while draining with no bucket and whole room was filled with water as he went outside. I ran with wrench and closed, his reply oh i shouldnt of done that.  This man come with no tools, took tools from my garage without asking. Spilled dirty water all over my carpets, wasted 6 of my towels which i had to throw away. My room was missing stuff when he left, he is a thief. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY- THIS MAN IS A DRUNK PERV, THIEF.

F***ing horrible.  I am furious right now.  Do everything you possibly can to avoid these thieves.

A-1 quoted me $175 to clear our my main drain line.  AFTER doing the $175 worth of work they come up to me to let me know that my drain line is more than 100', so it's actually going to be $525.

I mean, at that point you don't really have a choice do you?  If they tell you that up-front you might shop around for a better rate, but when you get a quote like $175 you figure it's probably not worth the time to shop around.

But once you've already spent $175, it's only going to be another $350.  I mean, they are tripling the quoted price, but now that you've sunk the $175 into it you probably aren't going to find someone else to come and do the whole thing for less than $350.  Some second plumber isn't going to give you a discount for the work of the first plumber.

So you're stuck paying another $350.

Well guess what?  About 5 minutes ago they come to my door to tell me that the extra $350 wasn't enough and now they are going to need more time and are going to charge me another $350 an hour.

So now they are going to charge me 5 times their initial quote.  

And what am I supposed to do or say at this point?  They still haven't fixed the clog so I either just light the money I've paid so far on fire or I hope that this is the last time they are going to f*** me.

On top of all of that bulls***, they have told me two things that really piss me off.

- When they first told me the line was more than100 feet they said that they found out by looking in their old notes.
- After telling me that it might be *even more* than 200 feet and they need even more time at $350/hr, the guy tells me he is going to call his supervisor so they can look up the total length of my line.

What those two pieces of information tell me is that they could have easily figured out my plumbing line was more than 100 ft from the very beginning and given an accurate quote.  But they didn't.

They gave me a quote that is (currently) 20% of what I'm actually paying.  Can you even call it a quote if it's that far off?  Why not just make up a random number?

They could have done a little extra work and given me accurate information that I could have used and shopped around.  Instead they gave me a meaningless number and are slowly adding to it.

We'll see if this is the end or if they just keep adding but for the love of God, do NOT use A-1.  Go with an independent plumber or someone who won't f*** you.

They have great customer service, every time I call they are friendly. They got me in the day I called! Drew came to the house and quickly diagnosed the problem with our gas fireplace! He's super knowledgeable, friendly and so very helpful! We are thankful we got Drew today!

I had a stopped up sewer.line zoom came out within one hour and technician gave me options and was very professional took care of problem cleaned up after work completed I will definitely use for all plumbing needs they even called next day to make sure I was happy thanks Zoom drains

The business is posted twice with slightly different names, but it's still the same crooked business.
Jay no longer works the field, he only handles the business side, leaving his less than reputable wife, and her mentally challenged son to destroy anything left of the reputation that Jays pluming had.

I hired them to replace my main water line, they were running average of all the bids.  They guaranteed that I would be satisfied with their service and were very professional.... That's a lie!!!

One of the crew propped open the truck door and urinated in my driveway! I have a 15 year old girl that lives across the street and several girls behind us! Let alone, it was in my driveway!!!
Their best employee was bidding out work on my house, for off the clock extra work. Their manager, Jays step son, threw his trash out in my yard, and when I said something his response was it'll get buried when we fill the hole! Not the point!
They filled the gap where the new line comes into the house with window caulking instead of seam sealer or plumbers putty, they didn't reconnect my ground rod to my electrical panel and left me with deplorable excavating! My meter well is 6-8 inches below grade and I had a super high hump in my yard because they didn't finish!
Then Jays wife came to my house and demanded to be paid! Hey finish the job first!  Let alone they broke the law and didn't seed the raw dirt that law required!

Stay away from them!
This is a terrible company
They go through employees like drill bits because they pay them or they short them. An employee can put a lien on your house to collect payment.
