Best Plumbing Services in Missouri
Riden Plumbing has been my go to plumber for over 20yrs. The customer service is over the top. Dan Riden has personally stopped by on his way home or on the weekend to help me out. They stand by their service and the warranties for the products they install.

This is the best in town. Jess will take care of you when you have a problem. He installed our system and I have told all of my friends about him. We all are very grateful for him.

Called Gene's to replace the water heater in our new home. Kevin came at the time he said, and was extremely helpful and professional. After everything was installed, he talked me through what he did as well as answered questions and recommended maintenance schedule. The price was fair and the entire process was painless. We will definitely be using them in the future!

We have used Alan for all our plumbing needs for 20 years. He also does some electrical, washer/ dryer repair, dishwasher repair, refrigerator/icemaker hookups, etc. He is honest and reliable.

Way undercut al other estimates and delivered excellent service!! All repairs have lasted almost a year and I continue to have no problems!!
I was referred to Witter Plumbing and Electric from a family. I required a number of upgrades to a home I was purchasing. The seller had several estimates for repairs and gave me funds in closing for repairs. Witter took the estimates and inspection report and said his parts and labor charges would be much lower. He was right. He saved me over $1000 in which I was able to add to my down payment!
Repairs included:
-A repair of the electrical box which had portion that was melted. *This had to be fixed before I could move in.
-An upgrade in toilet and plumbing from a small and ancient midtown toilet to an adult sized one.
-Fixed a leaking and damaged pipe.
-Safeguarded an exposed live wiring on a newly installed water heater. ( missed in inspection)
-Installed wiring to a fan to remove hot air from the attic installed by roofers.
-Upgraded old and faulty shower fixtures.

Follow-up review. After continuing service with them another four years we finally got the news we were anticipating for awhile. The central heating and air conditioning units that were in the house when we moved in before out 22 yr. old daughter was born were headed for replacement. Cheaper to do both at once and today was the day.
Cha-ching. That kind of equipment and installation is pricey. You know that, I know that.
Guys arrive at 7:30 a.m., are out of the house by 4:30 p.m. (my wife even made lunch for them) and everything installed including a walk-through to show us the new gear, and... wow, immediately, the heater is running less, running quieter, better moisture in the air. We're more comfortable, win-win. We are really happy. Installation looks like a million bucks and we are set for a long time now. Amazing how this company continues to really impress us.
Sure, go ahead and use Yelp to review that espresso shop for the 500th time. Never know when that might be critical, but a business like this and less than a handful off reviews? That's just sad. Take a good look at this one. These folks kill it with superior service.

Anthony Plumbing ran a check up today and did a thorough job. The technician, Mike,
explained everything he checked and let me know the condition of my furnace. He also demonstrated best way to set the thermostat. He was polite and neat as well. Great job all around!

I called with an emergency service request at 3am for a toilet I could not unclog. It's the only toilet in the apartment and we were desperate to get it working.
The technician was initially friendly, but then asked if it couldn't wait until the morning. When I said no, he openly questioned how it was that we only realized we had a problem at 3am. I won't even dignify that with an explanation. I told him that if he didn't want to do the job he should say so, such that I could find someone else. He said ok and hung up the phone.
I have no idea whether he is an owner or an employee, and judging from the other reviews I'd like to think this is an exception rather than the rule for this business. As long as this person is on their payroll, though, I wouldn't ever call them again.

Joel at Spirit plumbing did a great job servicing my tankless water heater and installing new pipes to fix some leaking. Knowledgeable and reasonable rates. He was recommended to me by other plumbers (who do commercial plumbing only), and he's the first plumber I call for residential work.

See photos from my experience with Affordable Plumbing and Sewer and Roman's photos at end of the 28 pictures posted for this business and decided for yourself if you want someone in your home that could do major damage to your home and not take responsibility for that damage.
Owner talks a good game but read the bad reviews and how he really treats his customers when his company makes a major plumbing mistake. What he stated to another customer is not what he practices.

These guys took our project when no other plumber would. We had no water from a main water line break. By day 3, after 2 plumbers fell through without telling us why, I called True Blue and they were on it. Eventually, I found out that there were very complex obstacles in getting a permit for our old house because of the old public pipe systems. An almost impossible situation that no other plumber wanted to deal with. They found a way around it, Devin worked diligently to find a solution and get us water. They bought a machine that would allow a pipe replacement without digging through our old stone walls and foundation. It blew me away. I'm not used to contractors being so on it, or communicative. They called every day to update us and had sympathy for the fact we were on day 5 without water. Thank you! Remarkable service! I've referred them twice already to other partner contractors that needed a good plumber reference.

I am still having to live with the issues leftover from our experience with Rising Son. I heard from friends that he was amazing but they didn't need work done to the magnitude we needed. We recelived a quote but needed it in writing for the bank; took days and multiple calls/emails to receive. Then he accidentally heard what we were pulling in loan from the bank and the quote went up $2000. I called him out on it and it came back down.
Then the other naive part of me: I didn't get an itemized quote.
Erl and team came and dug a 13 ft x 2 ft trench... oops wrong place. Dug another 13 x 2ft trench. Left cement EVERYWHERE. But we're going to clean up after the did the job tomorrow. Fine.
Next day: dig day. half way through the day a separate crew to come save the job. And they were pissed.
Lets get to the end--too many details of crap through the day. Erl said they did as much as they were going to do. Done.
What Was not done: He didn't pull a permit. Our basement was never filled; never cleaned. Our fence destroyed, not fixed. Our yard destroyed-- he did eventually come grade it when the city made him.
I've now paid to fix my fence, fill the basement but guess what happened this week? The exact same major leak in my basement that started this horrible experience. 6 months later.
Maybe he can put in a garbage disposal but I would never trust him to do anything of this size.
And learn from my mistake. Get an itemized quote.

Our air conditioning was not working and Lloyd came and fixed it in a matter of a few hours and that after he diagnosed and fixed the leak in a few minutes. This was after the other company quoted us 10k on a new ac unit. I'd recommend him. The AC has been reliable since then.

I have dealt with A1 several times this past year due to a toilet that keeps flooding. The first time they came out, the tech looked at my toilet, said, There's nothing wrong with it, and left. It overflowed again the next day. A different tech came out this time, snaked it and said it was fine. He told me my kids were probably just taking really big dumps. Fast forward a month and a half. The same toilet backs up again, and this time water starts seeping up through the carpet in an adjoining room. I call again, and this time the tech says there is nothing wrong with the toilet, but we should call a foundation specialist. Again today, the same toilet overflows and water again seeps up through the carpet in the next room. A1 comes out and the tech bumps into a moving box and drops the F bomb in front of my 4 kids. Then he mistakenly walks into the storage room and says, There's no toilet in here. (No shit, Sherlock. You're in the wrong room!). He makes his way to the correct room and we realize the door was accidentally locked from the inside. No problem, I'll go get the key. The tech gets angry, says, We don't do locked doors! He then storms out of my house. Between poor attitudes and lack of skill, I have not had a single positive experience with A1. I will find someone else to resolve my toilet issue.

We have had problem after problem with Climate Control. In January, we had them install a new furnace because we were desperate for a new unit during the bad winter. After four service calls, it started working properly. I asked for (and received, after much complaining and back and forth with the company) a free preventative maintenance plan, in case it was a bad system. After four service calls, I didn't have a lot of confidence in the system we had installed.
I should have known it wasn't the brand new $3000 furnace we had installed that was the issue. The technicians seem nice, but they do not know what they are doing.
Last week, I had them check our furnace to get it ready for fall/winter. The guy was there for FIVE HOURS to do a check on a practically new unit. He took the whole things apart to adjust the gas level and couldn't fix it. I called and talked to the Service Manager, Sandy ( I use that term lightly.) Her flippant attitude and rude demeanor upset me so much.
I told her someone needed to finish our appointment that day and she told me they could come late in the week. When I told her I didn't want to spend more time on this, her response was that sometimes life happens. So, after wasting an entire day with an inept tecnhician in my basement, I finally got them to send someone out an hour later. I had to BEG for them to send someone else, and she acted like she was doing me a favor.
He was there less than 15 minutes and apparently adjusted the gas level. When he came back upstairs, I asked if he'd done the check and he told me everything was fine. (But he didn't even know why he was there in the first place!) He told me it was a new unit and it should be fine - so after all that, no one really did what they were supposed to do.
Please save yourself the headache of dealing with this company. They have terrible customer service skills and average pricing.

This company appears to be a call service that dispatch work to different subcontractors. They will not give you an idea about the cost associated with their service unless technician shows up at your door. This is exactly what happened to me. The estimate was 2-3X what a normal charge would be for drain cleaning. I told him no thanks. What a waste of my time and his gas. $500 for a mainline cleaning from a clean out? I am not that desperate for your service. Thank you. Save your time and find someone more reasonable.

The business is posted twice with slightly different names, but it's still the same crooked business.
Jay no longer works the field, he only handles the business side, leaving his less than reputable wife, and her mentally challenged son to destroy anything left of the reputation that Jays pluming had.
I hired them to replace my main water line, they were running average of all the bids. They guaranteed that I would be satisfied with their service and were very professional.... That's a lie!!!
One of the crew propped open the truck door and urinated in my driveway! I have a 15 year old girl that lives across the street and several girls behind us! Let alone, it was in my driveway!!!
Their best employee was bidding out work on my house, for off the clock extra work. Their manager, Jays step son, threw his trash out in my yard, and when I said something his response was it'll get buried when we fill the hole! Not the point!
They filled the gap where the new line comes into the house with window caulking instead of seam sealer or plumbers putty, they didn't reconnect my ground rod to my electrical panel and left me with deplorable excavating! My meter well is 6-8 inches below grade and I had a super high hump in my yard because they didn't finish!
Then Jays wife came to my house and demanded to be paid! Hey finish the job first! Let alone they broke the law and didn't seed the raw dirt that law required!
Stay away from them!
This is a terrible company
They go through employees like drill bits because they pay them or they short them. An employee can put a lien on your house to collect payment.
