They replaced our well pump and it appears they did not flush the line afterwards as our water was dirty with mud and sediment. Our whole-home filter was clogged with mud and they eventually bypassed it to feed our lines with dirty water. I'm not a plumber, but I do believe a thorough flush would have prevented this. Was told the sediment may even damage our appliances by one of his people. Their employees also trampled mud throughout our utility room and left our carpet wet without even an apology. Also, after noticing some work had been done that was not completed prior, we realized their employees had entered our home without our knowledge and without knocking. When my husband spoke with Rick over the phone on the matter, he states he didn't know. Would never call this company again.

As a general rule, I am the only one who ever performs work on my house or cars. On Christmas I had a pipe burst (come to find out it was 3) on the 3rd floor. Troy came out and found the issue in the maze of plumbing lines that run through my house. I was really impressed that he was able to do it so quickly and with minimal drywall removal. Once he found the issues, he was able to make the repairs very quickly. He was extremely respectful of my home and left it extra clean when he left. I think it's awesome to see someone who is an expert in their craft probably because there are so very few that I've come across. Although I've done many plumbing jobs over the years, this is the one area that I won't hesitate to call the expert - Troy. That in itself would speak volumes to you if you knew what a perfectionist that I am. Do yourself a favor the next time you have a plumbing problem, call Troy. You won't be sorry!!!

Andrews was the best by far when I had to replace the furnace in my modular house three years ago. One company didn't think there was a high efficiency furnace for the house. Another one wanted a crazy amount more for their furnace. I am very pleased with the 95% efficient furnace I purchased from them. They were just out to service it today, the first time since I purchased it. I am also very pleased with the efficient and quality service received in repairing two furnaces at my local church last year. I highly recommend Andrews for their quality work and good pricing.

I highly recommend this family-owned company. They have been a blessing to us when we need immediate help. Right there within an hour and correct the issue the same day. They have even helped us when we were leaving to go out of state and stayed with me on the phone giving me updates. Excellent company!

Grandson accidentally broke off faucet handle in the bathtub. Water shot everywhere. Turned off water to the house. Called a plumber who promised to come next day, for 2 more days, then ghosted me.
Then called Dan the Plumber. Arrived within 30 minutes. Got the necessary parts and fixed the problem. Very reasonable rates. Thoroughly pleased!

My grandmother had had some problems with her plumbing and had Roby's Plumbing out for an estimate. In what appeared to be an honest mistake her name Ching had been misspelled as Chink on the estimate write up. Being 91 years old and a first generation Chinese woman who moved to America in the 1940's, she is quite sensitive to this word and wanted to get the spelling rectified. She first tried calling the company, but as she is terribly hard of hearing, she could not appropriately communicate with them over the phone. At this point, she asked me to approach the company to ensure the racial slur was removed and her name properly spelled. At this point, we still assumed it was a typo and that the company would be horrified when they realized what had happened. I fully expected Roby's to quickly change the misspelling as well as, at the very least, apologize to my grandmother. This would not be the case.
First came a phone call from Larry (service manager) in which he kept repeating the racial slur even after being informed of its offensive nature. His defense was he did not know it was offensive, which seems valid, except that I had to continuously tell him to stop saying it.
I then set up an office meeting, printed off some articles regarding the word 'chink' (as he did not seem to be aware of its racist nature) and headed out to the office. I asked that my grandmother, as per her request, have the opportunity to speak with whomever had made the mistake and that the company put something in writing, apologizing and assuring her that that word had been removed from all correspondences and files involving her. This seemed reasonable and simple from my end but, once again, I had over-estimated the employees of this company.
Larry continuously said things like it's only one letter and insinuated it was not a big deal, he told me that there was no reason for my grandmother to come speak to him and that he didn't know what to put in a letter to her (indicating to me that he would not do it).
As if the situation was not frustrating enough, at this time another employee, John (who blatantly refused to tell me his name when asked), walked into the manager's office, where I sat with Larry having what I thought was a private discussion, and interrupted our meeting to criticize my actions and my grandmother's feelings. He said things such as it wasn't a big deal, it's only one letter and, even though I repeatedly said that my grandmother wanted to continue to work with the company as she believed it was an honest mistake, John (and Larry later re-iterated) declared that perhaps the company didn't want to work with her (for no apparent reason other than her want to raise awareness regarding a racial slur being printed).
I have never, in my life, been subjected to such unprofessional and, frankly, insulting behavior. I was not at all hostile in my approach and calmly asked for what I thought to be the bare minimum in such a situation. I simply wanted to clear things up and was instead insulted further, talked down to, interrupted, and wholly dismissed by the employees of this company. Not to mention that they felt my request for an apology was enough to withdraw their estimate and not perform the work. The lack of remorse, care, and the insensitivity regarding an elderly, minority woman and an ethnic slur was appalling.
To be fair, I did manage to reach Brad Roby, the owner, on Monday and he agreed to write something to my grandmother, apologizing and assuring her that the word would be removed. Though I commend him for doing the right thing, I am still writing this review because people deserve to know the caliber of employees this company has retained and the quality of customer service you can expect to receive at the Indianapolis branch.

Our shower and toilets were draining very slow so I had Mr. Rooter come out to snake the sewer system and clear out any tree roots in the sewer line. The guy was nice, professional and on time. He was doing ok until the snake cable got stuck and wouldn't go forward or backwards. Then the cable broke with about a foot sticking out of the hole where the toilet was. They made arrangements to come back a few days later to dig up a spot in my front yard where they believed they could get to the end of the cable. Since they were doing this at their own expense, I would have given them five stars for going above and beyond. They dug up a good sized hole in my front yard but missed the end of the cable by about five feet. They replaced about six feet of clay sewer pipe but were not able to hook on to the cable and drag it out. Instead of digging a little farther to get to the cable, they decided to just close up the hole and try to pull the cable out from the inside.
They came back a few days later and were not able to pull the cable out. They said they'd come back and dig again, for $3,700. I reminded them it was their cable that broke off and was stuck in my sewer and it was their responsibility to get it out. They refused unless I paid. Overall, I paid the original $450 to have the pipes snaked, but ended up with a cable stuck in my pipes and the water flowing worse then it was before they came out. One star because they didn't finish the job I paid them for and because they abandoned me after their cable was stuck in my sewer line.
I had another company come out and dig up the section they didn't do. The cable was right there and they pulled it out with no problem. It's all good now. I wanted to take the rusty, crap-encrusted cable and drop it off in their parking lot, but my wife wouldn't let me.

Had Mansfield Plumbing take a look at plumbing issues at my rental property. Initially told them there were two issues.
Received a phone call after they had went to the property, they only checked one issue and never checked the second.
I was using a home warranty company and I made this clear during my initial conversation, they said there isn't any issues with that. When I called a second time per the home warranty company they have to speak with the plumbing company directly to get the diagnosis.
Before connecting them to each other I called Mansfield plumbing and spoke with Ashley to let her know this, she sounded irritated right when she picked up the phone and you could tell had zero interest in my business.
She was short, rude and had attitude with every question. I connected her with the home warranty company so she could give the information to them, again she was rude, short and had attitude (she was asked probably 7 simple questions).
I can't comment on the quality of their work because I won't be using them simply because of Ashley's horrible customer service.
On top of that even the home warranty representative commented (after Ashley hung up) that she was being short and didn't seem like she wanted to talk. This was definitely the worst customer service I've experienced since I can remember. I only leave reviews for businesses that do really well or really terrible, my terrible list is very short, but this business has been added to it.
Again to be fair, I have no idea how their quality of work is so I'm not reviewing that, but in regards to customer service my experience with them was very poor.
