I lost power on a circuit in my house. Tried to figure out what was going on but power kept going out. Thought my breaker went bad. Called Patrick in the morning and he spent several minutes walking me through troubleshooting. He said if it kept doing it, someone would come out later in the day. Luckily what he had me do seemed to work. He didn't have to take time with me and could have come and just charged me, but thankful for his free expertise and guidance. Next electrical project will go to Patrick and see how their work is. If it is anything like their customer service, I'll be thrilled.

Wally, the owner of upgrade electric is one of the rare, reputable, reliable and decent electricians out there. Okay, maybe I'm being too hard on the industry, but it's hard to find honest and reliable plumbers, electricians, & contractors, IMHO, and Wally and Upgrade Electric are definitely a rare good option. We've worked with them on two houses we've owned in the last 10 years and Wally has done work for my in-laws prior to that - and it's always been good work.

I was very impressed with Gros Electric.  I had John come repair all the electrical violations done by the previous electrician throughout the whole condo building.  He was prompt and very professional.   He was very through explaining to me what the problems were and solutions to resolve them.  VERY reasonably priced.

I also used John personally  installing 5 new lighting fixtures and 2 ceiling fans inside my condo unit.  The best part was that he was able to work around my crazy schedule.

Definitively recommending Gros Electric.

We needed to have a 52-inch fan installed on a 17-foot ceiling.  I called 5 electricians that had been recommended by the place from where we purchased the fan (Menards). Three of the 5 quoted prices $400 and up.  One wouldn't take the job because he didn't have ladders tall enough.  But Jeff Schimanski charged significantly less than the others. He took the old fan down and installed the new one, and he did a great job.  I highly recommend Jeff!

He was a great electrician! He is no longer in business but I sure wish he were. I miss this business!

Called Brighten Up about replacing an outside outlet .  Thought  I would be scheduling a future appointment.  Instead someone was on site in 20 minutes, replaced the outlet in another 20 minutes and was on his way!

Amazing service.  From quoting to delivery in under a week.  They completed the work and cleaned up very well, even provided some options for no additional cost to help earn my business.  Other quotes were almost twice as much.  I would recommend these guys to anyone and will use again.

We were in search of an electrician that could add a 50 amp service outside for our rv.  We had a full electrical panel and Alex's was the only estimate that thought of a more affordable option and was available quickly. Did a great job.  We are super happy!  Definitely will contact again for other projects!

We had a miserable situation where we lost power to the house.  ComEd was repeatedly pushing us around.  Bob and his guys came in, treated us with courtesy and respect and acted with the utmost professionalism.  They all pushed to finalize the job despite all the obstacles created by our public utility company and made sure the work they did was the most cost efficient option.  I look forward to working with him again.

I got Mr Dragovic's  company name and number along with a few other referrals  from Menards. I'm  ery glad I picked him.

A small metal ruler accidentally fell onto  the power strip surge protector just as I was unplugging my cell charger in the wee hours of the morning. Sparks flew out of the surge protector and the metal ruler melted in 2 places. The surge protector had burn marks too.

I was thankful I wasnt injured. My power went off everywhere. I was really scared and the next day had a neighbor fiddle around with the circuit breaker. They couldn't figure it out.
I had no idea what was damaged or how bad the problem was going to be. I was worried about the state of my expensive TV and my electric recliner chair...

Mr. Dragovic answered my phone call right away. He actual tried to help me over the phone to see if I could fix my own circuit breaker problem and to save me the cost of the service call.
Some people I think may not have tried to help me on the phone.
I was so upset and worried  at that moment  I just wanted him to come over.  

He made it to my place in less than 30 minutes. I was surprised he was able to come over pretty quickly the same day, late monday afternoon.
I was thinking I would have to wait until the next day to get any service!

He was wore a mask. He was very pleasant, personable and professional- as well as knowledgable.

He was right, there was a little sequence that needed to be performed in a certain way in  the circuit breaker and it was not obvious.  It was a little tricky.  
(Perhaps if I had been calmer and  in a better state of mind, he might have been able to  help me on the phone. I think it is commendable that he wanted to try to help me without having a service call!)

He looked at the circuit box and  got the power on right away, very quickly. He showed me exactly what to do if it ever happened again.

He didnt try to replace anything that didnt need repairing just to take advantage of the situation. (Being female and pretty unfamiliar with electric work he could have replaced the whole circuit breaker and charged me whatever...
I was prepared for the worst...)

He was a good guy and was very honest.
I will definitely use his services if I need an electrician for anything in the future.

It was refreshing to have a service person of any type who was honest and caring.

Victor did a great job, was knowledgeable and friendly, and came the same day we called. I think I called a dozen electricians trying to find someone willing/able to come the same day because we needed an emergency repair. I don't fault other companies for being booked and not being able to come the same day, but I do know Corb's team seemed to really make an extra effort to squeeze us in.

Sebastian was awesome!  He responded quickly to my request for a quote and I was able to book an appointment time that worked for me.  I have some renovation experience, but I do not like to tackle complex electrical items.  I had him update several of my outlets and eliminate some extra switches.  I had my own materials, but during the service call he noticed I did not have the right switch.  While he was fixing the other outlets I ran to the hardware store and picked up the right switch.  Other contractors would have went to the store and charged me for the trip, hours and upcharge for the parts.  Everything was repaired to my satisfaction and Sebastian left my condo clean.  Their price was slightly higher than the other quotes I had, but it was well worth it.   I recommend!

Mr. York and his assistant arrived on time and completed the job in half the estimated time. They made sure to bring in floor coverings so that their work bags wouldn't be on the floor (completely unnecessary for the job, but something I noticed and appreciated.) They were polite, competent and made sure to go over all of the details of the work they completed twice.

I'm not sure what more you can ask for. If you are looking for professionals who do exactly what they promised  (something that's seemingly difficult to find) give them a call.

Dave was a pleasure to work with!  very responsive, quality work, at a fair price!  He replaced our circuit breaker when we needed... thank you!!

Agree with previous reviewer.they tend to not return when you call.just sad....hear they are not even in the area anymore..........issssssh
