I chose Patrick after seeing great reviews and I wish I could have used them but they never gave me the opportunity. I attempted to start a project at the beginning of November with them.  They have never once followed up or initiated contact with me over the course of three months and my last messages were left with no reply.

I requested a consultation to have my house rewired. It took two weeks of bugging him to show up. I even offered to find someone else but he said he would come. He seemed very knowledgeable and I was excited that we'd finally found someone who could help. We have been having strange electrical issues for a few years now and it's a serious problem at this point.

We got to discussing the issues and he suggested putting a monitor on the house for a few weeks to record the electrical activity. This was actually something we had looked into before and this was even more exciting to have someone that was going to meet our needs! He said he was supposed to be pulling the device off of another house that same day and would get back to us.

The next two MONTHS we're just me constantly calling and texting to find out the status. It just felt like excuse after excuse always telling me that they hadn't pulled the device off yet. And even if that were the case, the fact they they never ONCE attempted to contact me with an update and left me to be the one constantly reaching out was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. My last message 3 weeks ago wasn't even responded to.

Now here I am three months later and I've finally given up. It feels like they never really planned to do my project and just wanted to keep stringing me along. I asked multiple times if this was a project they even wanted and if I should find someone else but he just kept saying he was still working on getting the device. Do I think he was? Absolutely not. Because at one point he even forgot who I was when I called and I had to re-explain our entire issue again. If you have ONE of these devices and you're waiting on ONE customer to give it up to another ONE customer, you don't forget the parties involved.

Upgrade Electric quoted a fair price, showed upon time, completed the job quickly and cleanly. Moreover, the electricians were courteous and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I can't recommend them more highly. Simply a great experience.

John did a fantastic job installing a couple of outlets and replacing a third. It took less time than he had estimated, saving me money, and they look and work great. He was also diligent in cleaning up the dust left behind and making sure I was happy with everything. Highly recommend.

We needed to have a 52-inch fan installed on a 17-foot ceiling.  I called 5 electricians that had been recommended by the place from where we purchased the fan (Menards). Three of the 5 quoted prices $400 and up.  One wouldn't take the job because he didn't have ladders tall enough.  But Jeff Schimanski charged significantly less than the others. He took the old fan down and installed the new one, and he did a great job.  I highly recommend Jeff!

He was a great electrician! He is no longer in business but I sure wish he were. I miss this business!

Mohammad kept his appointment time with us and did amazing, quick work. Made a huge difference in our home for a more than fair price. Highly recommend.

Great reliable service. We had recently sold our home and needed some work done to the wiring in the garage and the electrical outlets in the kitchen needed to be replaced. Luis came out and gave me a estimate and the job was done the next day. Very pleased with their workmanship and knowledge. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing electrical work done.

I send couple inquiries on yelp regarding my plumbing issue. Alex responded very quickly and offered his help. Although I later found someone later since the person is someone introduced by a friend, I want to thank Alex for his input!

I've used Bob and his guys for the last 2 years of my ongoing home renovation. They are professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and the service level is great. I chose them because my previous electrician was failing to get back to me and I have not looked back.

I got Mr Dragovic's  company name and number along with a few other referrals  from Menards. I'm  ery glad I picked him.

A small metal ruler accidentally fell onto  the power strip surge protector just as I was unplugging my cell charger in the wee hours of the morning. Sparks flew out of the surge protector and the metal ruler melted in 2 places. The surge protector had burn marks too.

I was thankful I wasnt injured. My power went off everywhere. I was really scared and the next day had a neighbor fiddle around with the circuit breaker. They couldn't figure it out.
I had no idea what was damaged or how bad the problem was going to be. I was worried about the state of my expensive TV and my electric recliner chair...

Mr. Dragovic answered my phone call right away. He actual tried to help me over the phone to see if I could fix my own circuit breaker problem and to save me the cost of the service call.
Some people I think may not have tried to help me on the phone.
I was so upset and worried  at that moment  I just wanted him to come over.  

He made it to my place in less than 30 minutes. I was surprised he was able to come over pretty quickly the same day, late monday afternoon.
I was thinking I would have to wait until the next day to get any service!

He was wore a mask. He was very pleasant, personable and professional- as well as knowledgable.

He was right, there was a little sequence that needed to be performed in a certain way in  the circuit breaker and it was not obvious.  It was a little tricky.  
(Perhaps if I had been calmer and  in a better state of mind, he might have been able to  help me on the phone. I think it is commendable that he wanted to try to help me without having a service call!)

He looked at the circuit box and  got the power on right away, very quickly. He showed me exactly what to do if it ever happened again.

He didnt try to replace anything that didnt need repairing just to take advantage of the situation. (Being female and pretty unfamiliar with electric work he could have replaced the whole circuit breaker and charged me whatever...
I was prepared for the worst...)

He was a good guy and was very honest.
I will definitely use his services if I need an electrician for anything in the future.

It was refreshing to have a service person of any type who was honest and caring.

I made an appointment with this company and they were booked a month out, which is fine. After waiting a month for my appointment, I was a bit surprised that I never received an appointment reminder text message or phone call. I called the day before to confirm my appointment the next day (2pm). On the day of my appointment, several minutes after 2pm, no one arrived or called. I called the company and asked if the electrician was running late (which is perfectly understandable, but I just wanted to know because I planned my day for the 2pm appointment. The receptionist said she would reach out to the electrician and would call me back. She called me back and told me the electrician is running late, and that my new time is now between 330-4. I told her this new time is difficult for me and she said that I could cancel, but that I would not get into the schedule until next month (you would think due to the inconvenience they would fit me in sooner since the delay was no fault of my own. I also wonder if anyone would have called me to tell me the electrician would be there an hour and a half to two hours late had I not called. I told her not to cancel and I can be home closer to 4. I then left to run errands and at 3 I received a phone call from the electrician telling me he can be there in 15 minutes (about 3:15). I asked if he can make it closer to 4 and he said no, and offered to cancel the appointment. I told him I will race home and will meet him there in 15 minutes. He did not have my address and asked that I text it to him which I found odd. I kinda felt like I was inconveniencing them.

The electrician was very nice and very helpful. He was very kind and personable, and I forgot his name but he seemed knowledgeable and had a very pleasant demeanor. The price seemed fair for the work although this was the first company I called so I don't have much to compare it to.

I think this company can improve by providing an appointment reminder and a time window instead of a set time, and maybe some better customer service. I wouldn't write them off however and would recommend them with caution. It seems like a mom and pop shop which would probably explain some of this.

Had power go out in our detached garage recently.
Sebastian came out same day I reached out to schedule the work.
I was impressed with how responsive and professional Sebastian was during the entire process.

It was nice to have someone perform the work that was very clean and a true pro in his trade.

I will recommend him and his company to everyone I know for future projects!

Ron and his assistant were terrific. We needed to get new outdoor lights installed and got multiple quotes. RJ Electric provided a very fair quote with a great turnaround time. Ron and his assistant came on-site, communicated well and did the installation in a few hours.

I'd highly recommend them and will use them again in the future for sure.

Incredible and thoughtful service.  I was unsure of the parts that might be needed to complete my spa install before delivery and they ordered everything just in case it was needed because there is a shortage and they were concerned about not being able to get them.  They were prompt and diligent and made sure I knew everything I needed to know before they left.  Would highly recommend them for any electrical service and they will always be welcome in my home.

Agree with previous reviewer.they tend to not return when you call.just sad....hear they are not even in the area anymore..........issssssh
