So sad they are out of business.  I heard they move to mainland to be closer to family.

I broke off a shower valve while trying to change out a leaky cartridge assembly (see photos).  Talk about being bummed out with a major problem.  I sent out a yelp request that Saturday evening and Isaac Tanodra responded Sunday morning and offered to come that day, but since I had schedule conflict Isaac came on a Monday morning at 8:00am.  It took Isaac about 2.5 hours to complete the job, very efficient.  It did not cost an arm or a leg for his services.  The new shower valve looks and works great (see photo).  In speaking with Isaac, he has over 18 year of experience as a plumber and has seen a lot of difference plumbing situations.  I really appreciated the quick response, efficient service and very reasonable price.  I definitely plan to use his services again.

John was great. Definitely knew is stuff. He quickly repaired our shower and after the work was complete offered several tips for preventative care. He also suggested we purchase future spare parts in case they are discontinued from the manufacturer.

Great customer service. Arrived on time and double check both toilets and fixed parts that needed to be replaced. Honest. Really appreciated that.

DJ was awesome!   Re-did pipes under my kitchen sink, installed my new Delta kitchen faucet, repaired shower fixture.  He was very thorough, explained everything that needed to be done and was fast!   Not only can you trust him to do quality work... he gives advice on how to look out and prevent future problems.  Plus - - he's a NICE GUY!

Straight to the point, Brenden is amazing.  We've had him come by a few times now for various plumbing issues (replacing a faucet, changing out pipes, etc.) and every time he's been very accommodating and efficient.  

Most recently he came out the same day we called on a Sunday.  How many plumbers do that.  We had been dealing with an unknown leak.  He came by twice that day to make sure he found the issue and even went out to get a replacement part and repair it that same day.  He has been such a great find. I highly recommend calling him for all your plumbing needs.

Never got a call back after leaving a message for what I assumed to be a simple fix.  Maybe the job was too small or too far?  Maybe he simply forgot to call back.  

People calling due to plumbing issues should get an answer either way.  Either yes, I'll be there or no, I can't make it.  Simply being left to wonder doesn't fly.  One star sir.  

According to other reviewers, you're great at what you do.  Their reviews are exactly why I called you first, but your lack of a return call means I went to the next best reviewed and had great success and proceeded to give 5 stars.

Aaron Aleka came out to fix our clogged sink drain, he was awesome! Professional and personable! Cleared the drain in no time!  Awesome awesome awesome service- Mahalo!

They installed a tankless water heater. I felt their price was a little high, but seemed more trustworthy than the plumbing company that advertises on TV.  They did a good job and corrected some minor problems without issue.

Saw their commercial. Next day had a problem with my dishwasher leaking. I was stressed out because my husband was out of town then I called. Great same day service!  The tech came with a professional attitude. Plus came a bit early so that was convenient since it was around dinner time. George the tech, fixed the leak so fast. So easy!
Will call this company again.

Prompt, professional service.  Had my 50-gallon hot water heater replaced.  They returned the following business day to fine tune the service.

Ask if the plumber they are sending is licensed.  They did many jobs for me, but there was always an issue about why they couldn't do this or that...then I found a new plumber (licensed) who can do.  I also had the issue of the Creative plumber not seeming to know how to handle the job efficiently.  NICE doesn't cut it, if the job can't get done properly.

Drew called me as I posted on Angie's list a need for a Handyman. I was confused as they are plumbing, drain repair. But Drew encouraged me to set an appt. For the next morning, first thing. Drew no showed, no call.

RIPOFF - Besides a $75 travel fee (from Palolo to Mililani) he charges highest hourly rate I've encountered.  Called to replace a flapper and tighten screws on toilet tank. $227.75.  Plus...his invoice said he also replaced ballcock, which he did not.  Few days later tenants said toilet continued to run.   I called another plumber who had to change the ballcock (aka fill valve) and also did some other work in another bathroom and the total was $137.00 including parts.  Don't hire this guy!
