I just tried to call to get some information for plumbing services needed and go to an answering machine, no big deal.  Well the message then says we will be out of the office 08/26 and returning on 08/27 leave you name and number and we will call you when we get back in the office.  Well considering this is  09/17 and they have yet to change the message. well nuff said.  I will be looking elsewhere for a plumber.

Donny is the best!  He is so smart in plumbing and so careful that I highly recommend him. Not only is he good he is so nice. I love the way he replaced all of my bathroom fixtures with a lot of thought and care.

We recently had a new Rheem water heater installed (purchased at Home Depot and installed by Home Depot Contractor) last month.  Hot water stopped coming out of all faucets and shower.  I called Rheem customer service who contracted out to Carolina Plumbers.  Patrick from Carolina Plumbers called me right away and set up an appointment to my house the next morning at 7 am.  He arrived on time and took less than a minute to see the cause of my problem.  He replaced an 25 year old broken hot water heater intake valve and we had hot water flowing again.  Patrick was very friendly explaining what needed to be done and he was very competitive with pricing.  

I'm going to use Patrick for all my plumbing needs going forward. I highly recommend him!

Five Star Service from Chad at TNH Plumbing!  We called them for a toilet repair job & they sent Chad who was very knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to talk to.  

After he fixed the toilet, we asked him if he had additional time to take a look at a shower valve that was malfunctioning; as we had the replacement part; but not the expertise to fix it.  He replaced the shower valve with no problem and it only took an extra 20 to 30 minutes or so to do it.

We were very appreciative of his service.  We would definitely recommend him and TNH for future plumbing repair jobs.

Ben and Dustin came out today to remove an old cast iron tub and replace it with a new one. Ben was excellent at communicating, arrived on time, and did excellent work. He will be coming back out to finish up with the fixtures after the tiling is done and will also be installing a new toilet and sink. Ben's pricing was very reasonable and I'd highly recommend him.

We have used numerous plumbers since moving to Oahu over a decade ago. Some never showed up, and some overcharged us for issues that have returned. For someone like myself with multiple units to manage, ANDRES plumbing is BY FAR the most reliable, affordable, and professional Plumber we've ever had in Hawaii! He's friendly and fast too!!! He just came over for an urgent issue, fixed it in lightning speed, and billed a more than reasonable fee. Andres Plumbing is the best!

Shelbi and Keoni did this plumbing company  proud. They each provided great communication and follow up. Shelbi kept her word and manage to work me into Keoni's schedule the next day after contacting the office late afternoon. Keoni provided a courtesy call night before just to touch basis on scope of work and manage to figure things out with mobile pics I sent. Day of job Keoni had the patience to go through and hear me out on all my concerns and gave spot on feedback. He is very upfront, honest, knowledgeable and shows pride in his work. I look forward in working with this company again!

Our water heater started leaking.  Waialae plumbing was onsite to assess the situation that afternoon and schedule time to install a new water heater two days later (we needed a unit that was compatible with our solar water heating system).  They showed up on time and completed the installation in the morning. Thank you!

Larry's Plumbing will always be my go to Plummer. They are quick to respond, courteous, wear a mask and quick to solve any plumbing problems.  I also find their pricing extremely fair.

What a lovely human, Ronnie is. I had a last minute, urgent plumbing need and he came the same morning! He was friendly and fun to chat with, super helpful and obviously knowledgeable. He was very timely, and in and out in about an hour at a reasonable price. I don't look forward to another plumbing repair, but I do look forward to calling Ronnie next time I need help. Highly recommended!

If I could give Real deal plumbing 10 stars, I would! Jay was so responsive and helped me understand what was wrong and what needed to happen.  Made me feel so at ease about how to keep costs down but also have quality work done at the same time.  I'm not one that knows this kind of thing when it comes to repairs and appliance installation but he made it so easy! I knew exactly what to order, he was so fast to I stall it. I had hot water again in just 45 minutes!  He's awesome! Thank you J!

Once we used them, we've always come back to them.  Great to work with, they do a good job at a fair price.  They ask what we need, then based on the job have always scheduled us earlier than initial schedule date, which is MUCH APPRECIATED!!

I had a great experience with Doc from Alaka'i Mechanical. I called them on Monday about a clogged bathroom sink. They set up your account and you wait for the first available tech to contact you. The next day Doc called saying he was on his way. It was a tough blockage but Doc was determined to flush it out. He did and within the hour my sink drain flow was good as new! I asked him what I could do to prevent this from happening and gave me some great tips. Definitely recommend them!

I give out 1 star reviews about as often as hot chicks hand out their phone number to strangers in a nightclub. Therefore, a business has to be truly awful to elicit my wrath.

With Drain-N-Rooter, I have never encountered a more unprofessional and untrustworthy group of plumbers in my life.

Two days ago, my place had a clogged urinal which needed servicing so I called Drain-N-Rooter hoping to fix the problem quickly. After the plumber arrived, he spent almost an hour fiddling around the urinal. Afterwards he proclaimed that he was unable to unclog the pipe and the job required more drastic measures. He said he would return early in the morning with heavy duty equipment to take of the clog then he handed me an invoice for $196, even though he accomplished next to NOTHING.

The next day the plumber was a no-show. He finally answered his phone an hour later and apologized that he was unable to come due to unforseen circumstances. Instead he'd send on of his associates to take care of the urinal. Ok, fine, I rescheduled an appointment for the following day and again the plumber didn't show.

Incensed, I called them one up more time and advised them, with creative flair, what orifice they should explore with their plumbing snake.

BTW, I called Diamond Head Plumbing and they came within 1 hour and fixed the problem.
