On 10/20, I made an appointment for the 28th with Morgan.  I contacted Morgan on 27th to confirm the appointment and they told me that they were booked up but  that they might be able to squeeze me in at 3.  I do not understand why they made an appointment with me on the 28th if they were booked up, or possibly my appointment was not important enough for them, so they moved my appointment on the side?  I waited for 2.5 hours for them on the 28th and they did a no call/no show.  I had to contact them saying that I had to leave to pick up my son and could not wait any longer for them.  They said sorry, I couldn't make it today.  I said that it was ok and if they would be able to come tomorrow.  They failed to even respond.  I am so disappointed because their work looks nice online.  I really wanted to get my toilet replaced, bathroom hardware installed, and I wanted to see if I could get a quote to retile my kitchen and bathtub.  I guess my project wasn't important enough.

Our water heater broke between 1 & 5 in the morning, and I started calling all of the 24/7 plumbers listed, most didn't answer or had answering machines, Roto-Rooter couldn't come until 10-2! The wonderful hero's at Save More Plumbing came right away and fixed the problem! Thanks guys!!!

Owner Jeffery, and his crew, swooped into our 2 story 1950's built house. I had a laundry list of things that my siblings wanted done.    His crew changed out  galvanize pipes to copper pipes that led to every sink and bath in the main house.  That really fixed the low water pressure problem!  Unclogged drains that have been an issue for so long.  Installed toilets and hot water heaters in no time flat. Built a economy minded surround shower to replace an aged stall. My brothers kept him busy with abrupt  decisions to replace faucets.  He followed our  wishes to keep things simple, and even pointed out that some things didn't need replacing. Jeff is a very knowledgeable plumber.  In the future, I'm going to hire him again for the things he said didn't need replacing yet.  ( Oh yeah, his crew even found a old crumpled twenty dollar bill for me. ).  Most of all, he and his crew behaved very professional and grateful for the work.

Called to have some work done and was told that Ozaki plumbing does not service condos and have not for years.  Good to know.

We called Josiah last night and he offered times he can come out in the morning for my toilet issues, he was able to diagnose the problem and tell us what he had to do, thankfully it was something not so big  the job only took him an hr! We also asked if he could take a look at our pipes for future changes, and he took his time to look at them after finishing the job. If you need someone reliable this is the company

My husband and I decided to remodel our kitchen during this pandemic to keep ourselves busy and to update our 17 year old kitchen.  I contacted Rudy and he and his team did a fantastic job! Rudy replaced all my countertops to Quartz countertops, installed a new sink and faucet and also installed my new range and microwave (where he routed the air vent outside to the patio).  The new island countertop is a foot longer and also extends 6 inches wider so he had to custom build a support base which added more support to hold up the new HEAVY island top! These photos show the before and after look.  As you can see, Rudy and his team did an AWESOME JOB!!  We plan to do other home rennovation projects in the near future and will definitely call 'Rudy and Design back again!  Rudy is so knowledgable and has over 30 years of experience! He not only can do plumbing work but is also a very skilled carpenter as well! He does excellent work and is very thorough. We are extremely happy with what he has done for us! Highly recommend!!!

Richard from Price Plumbing is amazing. He and his crew have done a few jobs for me now. One was a Sunday emergency when the main line to the house broke from a gardening accident and the others were just normal jobs around the house like sink repair and snaking. Great communication and service make Price Plumbing my go to crew anytime I have a plumbing issue.

On 3/24/20 Cole Hanson and his team were working on replacing the main water line to my neighbor's home. Living on a shared private road, I joined in as well as another neighbor to have our water lines replaced. Cole and his team had all the plumbing know-how, excavation skills, tools and equipment to complete the 3 jobs. Additionally, they work well together (with precision) and provide excellent customer service. I am very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend Do It Rite Plumbing, Cole Hanson, and his team! -Susan

Had my husband call on a Sunday for a clogged toilet/bathtub and they advised to do their business on Monday so long as it wasn't an emergency (it wasnt) so that they wouldn't have to charge us double the price.  

They came in on a Monday and my husband said they were done in 20 minutes and got the job done.  I hope to not have anymore plumbing problems,  but when I do at least I know who to go to next time.

So i called to make an appointment to see what they could do for the leak i had in my water heater....so they came to the house and the two guys that came was talking amongst each other making like the job was hard and then when the said $400 . i was like what the hell...so i ended up telling them nvm and ended up calling the number on my water heater and the guy on the phone told me what to do and helped me fix it for free. this company wanted me to pay $400 plus parts for something so little like tightening the screws and also changing the cover that was rusting because of the water. so yeah i wouldn't recommend this company at all.

We had two Toto toilets installed about 2 years ago.

Trying to sell our house now. Inspectors found a leak in the room below the upstairs toilet, after they flushed the toilet repeatedly a few times.

Called a new plumber and he told me the flanges were not installed correctly. And he showed me the caps at the base of the toilet were all rusted from the leaking water. I asked the new plumber to check the downstairs toilet 'just in case' since same guy installed both.

Sure enough, he said, installed incorrectly and the toilet had been leaking into the slab below.

It cost $500 per toilet to fix and I will now also have to repair drywall that was cut in order to identify the cause of the leak. Worse, our escrow was closed, partly because of this issue. Buyers have walked away.

I'm glad they never picked up the phone or returned my phone call earlier this week when I was trying to find a plumber to find solution and fix these leaks.

I had 3 split units installed by Dorvin.  My living room unit drain pan has a stress fracture from improper install and is leaking.
First, I call the number listed for Oahu and tell them my situation.  I'm asked What island you on, I say Oahu and then click off to a new line... terrific start! Then another service rep.
I tell them my situation again and am told, we don't do residential anymore.  Call another company.  I paid you guys A LOT of $$$ and when there is an issue, you just tell me call a different company?  
I asked, these units all have warranty.  Can you look into it for a part at least.  The response you have to call yourself, we don't do that So the service I paid my hard earned money for was essentially: Shoddy work, RUDE service reps, NO warranty help and NO aloha whatsoever.

They don't do residential, NO wonder... probably too many complaints!  So STAY AWAY isn't as pertinent.

But at the end of the day, it doesn't matter how many certificates and accreditations a company has, a Hawaii company that just doesn't care about a small job or it's customers is a 1 star company as best.
