Rick is the best plumber I have ever dealt with. He knows his stuff so well (SOLID!). I called him to install my garbage disposer and then I ended up to ask him fix the plumbing for the shower and the bathroom sink. If you want to get things done properly and honestly, you want to call Rick! He is THE GUY!!

As a home inspector I see a lot of plumbing issues and I work with client's plumbing needs every day. When I refer my client's to a plumber that outcome it is a reflection on me and my company. Without hesitation I I refer ALL my client's to ELTON JOHNSON of JOHNSON PLUMBING. His level of expertise and attention to his client's needs make him the best plumber on the island. He's honest to a fault, conscientiousness, fair and an expert in his field. And the best part for me is I routinely get follow up calls from my client's thanking me for his referral to them. One client actually called him a Rock Star!. That high praise is consistent and warranted. I will continue to refer my client's to Johnson Plumbing.

These guys in their company vehicle are really going 80 in a 60, driving on the shoulder to pass people. That's unsafe and unprofessional. Just wouldn't even recommend based on their behavior.

Handy Andy was recommended to me by a fellow Real Estate team and now they are number one on my call list! I initially called for an estimate and they were able to get someone out to the property right away. They were not only quick and efficient, but were very friendly as well. Their prices were fair and so we decided to move forward with the repairs.

During the repair process, it was evident that they were highly skilled and knowledgable (Jack of all trades). I would highly recommend them to anyone for all their Handyman needs!

Our upstairs bathroom sink decided it would be super fun to spring a leak early on a Sunday morning.  We called A-1, and they said that they would send someone out between 10am and 1pm.  Joe showed up before 11am, and immediately diagnosed the problem.  He fixed the leak in record time; start to finish, he only took an hour.  The bill was reasonable, and it was really great to work with him, as he was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.  We'll certainly consider A-1 for future projects!

Crazy people's I called to ask if they are plumbers and he said no then I asked again if he was a plumber , changed his voice and said yeah...nuts yeah

This company is definitely hit or miss and the reviews basically say the same. First off they repaired the wrong unit and we thought, ok, mistakes are made, however we failed to go look at the work that was done (our mistake).
When they finally got around to doing the correct unit, additional work needed done, which required a proposal and a return trip at another time. Three weeks after the initial work had begun, the final work commenced and after looking at the final result, we could've sworn, they were attending plumbers trade school. Thank goodness for security footage because it looked pretty apparent that the individuals doing the work were apprentices. Never mind that they showed up looking like they're on their way to the beach for their next stop. Never knew a plumbers normal attire was rubber slippers either. Guess they missed OSHA class also or maybe never even got there yet if they're still apprentice 1 level.
In trying to find out how long they stayed there, I kept missing how they left the building until I looked at one specific camera. The van driver, who I'm assuming was the journeyman, drove down to the unit and they passed over the supplies to him and then they BOTH JUMP OVER THE WOODEN FENCE to exit the unit. Say what ????? Yeah, so now I know why the lanai door was unlocked and ajar for days on end. And we got ALL THIS FOR A $700 something dollar proposal. One word..........RICO

This guy is permanently in my address book. I have called him for a few things now; leaky shower, a toilet problem, and a new garbage disposal. He's the real deal, i.e. he knows his stuff. You get legit professional results for a fair price. No complaints here. Someone mentioned a customer service issue but that's just his mom who helps out answering the phone sometimes. She's... old but means well. No big deal.

Sharing my experience, in hopes others won't have to go through this. It's extremely stressful.

We had a tub leak dripping down to the unit below. Our resident manager recommended this company and now I regret going with them to take care of this project. We were given a flat estimate for the leak investigation - $350 for a 2 man job. Fair enough, but you would assume they would throughly investigate, looking at other probable causes for the leak first - loose fixtures, loose drain seal, etc ... NOPE! They went straight through cutting the ceiling drywall to take a look at the pipes. Upon discovery, pipes were good and the cause for the leak - a loose seal. The solution - $3 drain putty to reseal. Obviously, had we known all this, we would've done the job ourselves, but we looked to their expertise and knowledge to do a thorough investigation, but because of our ignorance, we're left now having to coordinate with the tenants below us and a handyman to fix their ceiling, which will cost us another $1500+. To add to that, we are still waiting for our invoice from this company and I can already see the charges racking up - a 2 man job that easily could've been done with 1 man since I could've done the job of that 1 man who basically was just there to run the water, the labor  and material cost to cut into the ceiling and temporarily cover the ceiling until we get a handyman to patch it up, and the plumber putty.

Honestly, I felt this company had their best interest in mind and had they first checked the basics - like the seal, we could've avoided all these unnecessary headaches.

The prices are OUTRAGEOUS.

I needed my P trap and 2 water shutoff valves replaced under the kitchen sink and it ran me about $1200 for a 30 minute job. Unfortunately I am a single female with 0 knowledge of plumbing. When the two workers arrived they were very charming and made me feel like they were giving me a good deal. However, after doing some research I realize what a huge ripoff this was and I feel very sick.

You can literally buy a single quarter turn shut off valve at home depot for $10-15 and a P-trap for $5-10 (IT'S JUST A PIECE OF PLASTIC)

Here's the kicker: their service fee is flat rate NOT hourly. So it took him about 30 min to install approximately $60 worth of material, which means his flat rate came out to be $1140...

I did ask the plumber why this seemed so expensive and he said it was because All Aloha does the best quality work and they were basically the Ruth's Chris of plumbers. But the irony of it all is that the installation had a leak and he has to return the very next day to fix it.

Please be weary of this company, they are clearly not afraid to take advantage of people with little knowledge of plumbing. Not to mention the hidden service fees, they just jack up the price of the product by 40% and say it's a service fee. This is very shady business.
