After coming out of an already bad situation else where I used loyalty plumbing. The service I needed was well taken cared of. Although I had made previous arrangement for payment which was approved by an owner so I was told. I then got charged earlier than arranged. I then accrued an extra fee for this and was told that I can take care of my own fee and not worry about theirs. Clearly I was not at fault but this is how it is handled. Thanks!

My first review of a business and it has to be on this company.

I have used LOYALTY PLUMBING twice already and both times the plumbers were very professional and efficient and are very knowledgeable with their work. They did a really good job in unclogging both the kitchen sink and the bathroom tub in the apartment unit I live in. I called their office and informed them what was needed to be done and they informed me that the plumbers would be coming the same day between the times they told me they were able to come and they did. If you ever want fast and great work I would definitely highly recommend Loyalty Plumbing.

I am having serious problems with this plumbing company. I called them because my condo in Makaha was having plumbing issues. My neighbor beneath me said water was leaking into his unit. The property manager cut a whole in the ceiling and told me to call the plumbers.  I called Loyalty Plumbers.

Loyalty plumbers came and re-caulked the shower fixture in my bathroom WITHOUT going to the unit below and checking through the cut away to look  for the cause. My tenants said the plumber stayed for 15 minutes. I was charged over $100 for this.

Next day my neighbor called to say water was still pouring into his unit. I called the plumber to go back, but he said I would still have to be charged again for him to go back. Desperate, I said okay. I told him that the neighbor down below is waiting and that the hole is already cut. Plumber returned to my unit but NEVER went to the unit below to examine the situation. My tenant said he again re-caulked and tried to leave after 5 minutes. My tenant's husband STOPPED him from leaving and made him thoroughly look. Plumber then said he found the problem but that it would be a two man job.

I received no phone call from the plumber or written invoice detailing the problem or the work needed. Instead, I received a phone call from billing saying that the work would cost $400 if I wanted them to fix it. When I asked what exactly is the nature of the work, the receptionist said, I am not a plumber so I cant really explain it.

How could I give them approval to charge my card $400 after all of this?
The whole thing is very unprofessional. I felt at a loss.

Urgent need - water heater replacement! So I got one from Lowe's. Since I wanted to take a hot shower that night (of course), I wanted a swap out on the same day so they said the folks from Loyalty Plumbing would be by.  As promised, Harry from Loyalty Plumbing showed up.  He assessed the situation and found that we had more of a problem than originally thought. Harry calmly advised us of the options and we moved forward hoping for a good short-term outcome. He and his crew installed the water heater in one hour. It held up (thankfully) and I gave a sigh of relief. I promised to call him back for a more extensive review of our plumbing situation.

I did that late last week. Today, less than five days after getting a decent price quote and a great timetable, we have new copper pipes and the water is flowing so much better than before!  Harry and his crew were thorough, polite, hard-working and fast!  They always haul away what they replace, which is great. Harry even called today to check on the results.

It's always a pleasant experience to work with Harry. He takes pride in his work and the finished product, which is greatly appreciated. I will definitely work with him for my future plumbing needs and hope all you Yelpers will consider him for your plumbing needs. Just don't hog up his time when I need him! LOL!

Ok here is what the latest experience is and I'm a fairly patient person as long as common courtesy is involved.  I've been in retail for many years so customer service is to me the most important whether I'm receiving it or serving someone else.  I called Loyaty Plumbing on Monday stating that if someone could make it out that evening, otherwise I could be available on Thursday or Friday.  The gal said she would get back to me.  I waited patiently and decided to follow up on Tuesday afternoon.  At which I was able to schedule an appointment for today Friday from 8am - 10am.  I received a confirmation phone call yesterday and I did call back and confirm the appointment.  Now here I am today Friday again waiting patiently for someone to show up.  So far no one showed or called communicating that they may be running late so I initiated a call at 9:45 am just to check if someone is still coming.  The gal I spoke to said she will call the person and that they are on the road and she will call me back.  So I waited.  At 10:30 still no communication from the company.  I call again to see if whomever I spoke to may have talked to the plumber  and at the same time I asked if there is any type of compensation for a NO-SHOW?  The answer is NO.  Then I proceed to state that I have been waiting for 2 1/2 hours however the gal began to talk over me at which point I asked if I could please have a chance to speak.  I tried to explain to her in-between her words that my husband owns a business and customer service should be important.  At which point I withdrew my speaking so she could speak then again asked for her to please hear me out.  Her solution was to have the driver call me but by this time my patience for a cat and mouse phone call game along with no knowledge of what is considered common courtesy was over.   I said I have used Loyalty before and had wonderful service by the plumber whom at that time said he was the owner.  I told the gal that I'm not sure if it just happens to be an off day at which point she could have used that window of opportunity to not out right lose a customer but chose not to.  Not sure if the business has changed hands but she then said she is the owner and she is refusing service then said bye and hung up.  Whatever the case may be, Oahu is too small in this word of mouth city to be thinking treatment of one customer this way won't have a ripple affect.

So it's 4 months later and I need a plumber and Loyalty will not be getting a repeat customer from me.  This whole scenario only happened 4 months ago and so I still feel people should be aware of this experience.

This company was hired through Costco to install our dishwasher and we did not have one good experience with them. They did respond promptly to getting an appointment scheduled which was much appreciated and also showed up on time, but once service started, I wished I had just shelled out the money to hire my own choice of plumber (which I ended up doing in the end anyways). They continuously tried to get me to add in extra fixes that would of course...cost extra, it felt more like they were trying to get more money out of the Costco installation than what I'd already paid. When it came to removing the old dishwasher they said it couldn't be removed, so once they left I gave it a go and only after removing the tile in front of my dishwasher did I see that they had never even disconnected the main water pipe from the dishwasher, meaning the whole time they were tugging on it trying to get it out, the copper pipe was moving with it. Who knows what damage was done to the pipe. Now I'm stuck with hiring a new plumber, fixing the tile, and maybe a bent copper pipe.

I just had my brand new gas dryer installed by Kenton and Lionel from Loyalty Plumbing. Great plumbers!  They were very efficient and very neat.  They took care of my old dryer and packed it on their truck for disposal.  They took great care in putting my new Maytag dryer in place and installed correctly.  With gas, you have to be careful and that's what they did.  I highly recommend Loyalty Plumbing for your plumbing needs.  They also do new and home renovations.

I purchased a new stove (range) through SEARS to be installed at my rental property. On the first installation day the installer contractor from SEARS (Loyalty plumbing) pointed out that the small piece of tile is broken under the stove and makes the installation difficult and unbalanced. He suggested a supporting box in the bottom that will cost extra. I already had paid SEARS $225 plus tax for installation. They wrote me another bill before the job started and told me they refuse to start the job unless $198 was paid in full. I went along with their recommendation since they supposed to be experts and they are the ones that are paid $110 an hour. I received pictures of the final work from my tenant and they are not the product of professional installers. There is a large gap between the counter top and the stove and the woodwork underneath was not complete. According to the Loyalty plumbing owner this what happened: : Since contractors were cutting wood in the parking lot, they were stopped by the building resident manager and did not complete the job. It turns out that the right solution was to repair the counter top with a small wood trim and to place the range right on the counter top. Loyalty plumbing is refusing to look at the problem. They like to come back and charge $110 an hour to continue the installation. Knowing their work quality and attitude, I asked SEARS for a new contractor. I asked Loyalty plumbing to refund all or some of the money that was paid to them but they refuse to cooperate.

They are contracted through Lowe's to install and deliver appliances. They gave a 30 minute pre arrival call, carried out the old stove, installed the new stove and left without saying anything. They also left behind the rubbish from unveiling the new stove in my drive way and didn't alert anyone that they were done.   Until I looked out the window and saw them in their van. My 3 star rating is based on their lack of communication and not taking their rubbish with them. So so sad because my husband works for commercial plumbing and residential and hotel service and maintenance is part of their job, and he was disappointed to see all the rubbish left behind for the homeowner to clean.

Loyalty plumbing to the rescue...AGAIN!! I love the service received from loyalty plumbing. I am a property manager and recently had an emergency plumbing issue at one of the homes I manage. Loyalty plumbing was not available till the next day so I found someone from Thumbtack that promised me he would be able to take care of the problem the same day. Big mistake. The person never showed up and stopped taking my phone calls. I called Loyalty plumbing the next day and they were able to service the home. Everything was repaired and everything was taken care of. This is probably the 6th or 7th time that I have used Loyalty Plumbing and I am a Loyal customer. I tell everyone to call them!! Thank you!!!

My wife was installing a shelf in our back lanai and accidentally punctured a potable water supply line with a long wood screw.  We called several plumbers but the average wait was 2-3 days when a live person answered or you left a voice mail.  I checked Yelp and called Loyalty Plumbing because of their ratings and their nearby location.  A pleasant young lady dispatcher obtained the details and said a plumber would be in contact.  Within two hours, she called back to verify we'd be at home.  Within an hour, Ben arrived with his associate, Harry(?).  They said accessing the punctured pipe was better through the interior drywall.  Then they went out to obtain a shark tooth repair coupling that connected and repaired the pipe.  Their service was efficient, accurate, and professional.  And friendly.  Rates were very reasonable without a distance service charge that some plumbing folks charge.  I would recommend them without hesitation.

First time customer, contrated by Sears for water heather installation and I'm really satisfy with their service.  Very courteous.  Performed service proffesionally and in a timely manner.  Just one suggestion, that the receipt would carry the company logo with all pertaining information.  Such as address and phone.

Only put 1 star cause there was no option to put 0. Shitty job...bought an oven from sears and they came out to install it (not sure why as they are plumbers). They ended up macgeivering the wires cause they were too short. Fried our brand new microwave that was connected to the same outlet as the oven. Finally got sears to give us a new microwave and brought it home just to get electric shock from turning it on. Those idiots effed up the wires connected to the box. FML. Do not use these guys. Very unprofessional too...they knew they fried it and they just left and said they didn't know what to do. Take responsibility for your fuck up.  That's what they should have done.

This company is on it!

They were the contractor for a Sears.com order that went terribly on the Sears end. I won't bore you with the details but I spent 4+ hours on the phone with Sears call centers in 3 different countries and it was extremely frustrating. Dana from Loyalty Plumbing went above and beyond the subcontractor responsibility to help us through the installation from start to finish. She made multiple calls on our behalf and even called me after hours from home when necessary.

If you want a responsive, organized, and dedicated team, hire this company.

First time using LOYALTY PLUMBING.  I am an rental agent managing this rental property in the Kalama Valley area.  There was a puddle of water on the back lanai patio.  The water came from the drain pipe that is connected to the water heater.  My tenant and I couldn't figure out why warm water keeps running out from this drain pipe. So, I called on Loyalty Plumbing.  They immediately dispatched their plumbing specialists (Ben and Nate) to the site.  Ben confidently accessed the situation.  Ben used a PSI Reading Gauge and showed me that the PSI was reading PSI of 160-170, which is dangerously high.  Normal PSI should be right between PSI of 50-60. The problem was caused by an old malfunction Water Pressure Regulator.  The Regulator controls and manages the flow of water from the street service into the house.  The faulty Regulator can contribute to the leak and flooding. I am very pleased to have taken a chance with these guys.  Ben and Nate are awesome!  Much mahalo guys; you guys bring much credibility to your employer.  I highly recommend Loyalty Plumbing!

I had Zack and his assistant come to my home to investigate a leak.  In a nutshell,  they were on-time, courteous, professional, very knowledgable in plumbing issues, worked very efficiently and time conscious, and charged a very reasonable price for parts and labor!!!

What more would you want from a plumber?  I will call them everytime from now on and will recommend them to friends and family!!!

Loyalty Plumbing has certainly earned my loyalty!!! Let's just say the challenges of not having a functioning shower and a family of 8 does not make for a happy household! The I can do it spirit had me trying for a week to get this sucker running...but I bit the bullet, and after seeing all the reviews, I made the call. Lily was friendly and courteous, and scheduled me first thing the next morning. Harry not only got the job done quickly and efficiently, but he took the time to answer some questions I had, and explained how I could trouble-shoot this problem if it happened again! He's the kinda guy who makes you feel like you've been friends for a long time! We appreciate good, honorable, businesses such as Harry and his team, and I will recommend Loyalty Plumbing every chance I get!

Zac and Pono are awesome. Came out first thing in the morning and fixed a bathroom leak, automatically pinpointed the problem and immediately fixed it. Explained the problem and knocked it out!  If you want quality service, friendly help, you need to call loyalty plumbing!  We're repeat customers and have asked for loyalty help many times. Completely satisfied each and every time.

So apparently, it is really hard to find a plumber who comes in emergencies. We called around for 2 days and only Loyalty Plumbing called us back.

We were able to schedule a diagnostic look at our sink. It was leaking, they let us know what parts we needed. These goes were busy, but squeezed in sometime to get our sink done, fix our pipes, change out our sink and put in a new in sinkerator.  

Service:  Mostly great! There was a little mix up about parts the plumber assigned was supposed to have, but luckily he was prepared with majority of the parts except 1.My husband went to grab it while he fixed the other repairs. We expected all the parts to be there, since they talked about what would be provided prior. Luckily my husband  was able to run and get it. It's the only reason I am giving them a 4 star.  Overall though Both days, the plumbers were awesome, down to earth and they knew their stuff. I give it to the plumber on the second visit who was prepared for anything! If he didn't have majority of the parts needed, we would have had to wait longer.

Price: Reasonable price to get the repairs done and quickly too. I'd totally call them again (well since they are the only company answering, we will definitely be call only them...still waiting for call backs from the other businesses too.)

Overall, our sink is better than ever! They completely fixed our leak and upgraded our pipes! Glad they were able to help us with our leaking sink and broken insinkerator.

I dealt with Harry and he was responsive and explained he did or was to do in detail in laymen's terms.  Wanted to ensure that we knew what was done, how it works, etc.   His rates are VERY reasonable and fair.Charged us fairly for parts too.  He's very nice and patient.  IMHO he did quality work in an expedient way.  Mahalo, Harry (the one who said your name is the same as my late dad's).

Caring and thoughtful - we really appreciated Loyalty Plumbing- they  installed a gas range delivered by costco. There was a mix up on the delivery end- but they still showed up on time, waited as long as they could, then came back the next day because the delivery was messed up. They even came early the next time, as I told them I had to get my son to a doctor's appt too! Thank you so very much!!!

If i could do a negative review i would.

Deceptive business practice.

Purchased a Costco stove with their delivery and install option. There is no option for crediting the install as I would have used a plumber I work with professionally. I even let the Loyalty Plumbing coordinator know that. My wife received the stove by the delivery company and Loyalty Plumbing was scheduled to come later on. They started doing work and a few hours in my wife asks if everything is ok. They told her it they assumed it was natural gas not propane and they had to convert it, not once mentioning any additional cost. My wife informed me it is taking longer than normal which I told her If they can't do it then tell them no need. I'll have the plumber I work with do it. I guess they finished and as they were putting tools away and cleaning up the bigger guy says oh there maybe a charge since it was more work. The smaller guy also comes in and said oh I should have let you know that there was going to be a charge.

BS. Deceptive practices. Should have a change order time and materials form signed off by the client if there was a charge. Definitely will send this post to BBB as well as Costco.com.

They did my shower valve. It was difficult to pull. The guy greased the valve but replaced it with a shorter sleeve. As a result, a few months later, same problem exist and I got a rusted pipe because the sleeve behind the valve wasn't long enough to cover. Pipe behind the wall was exposed. I cannot recommend this company since the repair for this cost me way more

Wish I could leave a great review. Hank came out to look at my problem to determine what the course of action was - no charge. He was early and walked me thru the options. He was very friendly and professional. I had to schedule a building water shutdown (72 hour notice required) and another plumber was scheduled and called after he was suppose to be on the job to notify me he just woke up and wasn't going to make it in time for the water shutdown window. Now I have to go into the weekend without a shower and spend another week + to go through hunting down a plumber and scheduling a water shutdown process again!

They r great.  I have used they 2 times.  The first time the plumber was a little under prepared and wasn't able to finish the job completely because i was told i didn't get the correct water hose for the sink which i was not been told i need them other than just the new faucet.  The second time was perfect and got the job completed.  The receptionist is very responsive and professional.

I'm basing this review solely on a phone conversation I had with Harry today. I needed a plumber and called four different companies. Loyalty Plumbing answered right away. The girl said she'd find out when someone could come by but didn't call me back. So, of course I'm on to the next and have an appointment with another company but later in the afternoon. It's Halloween for goodness sakes! This sucks!

Skip to about an hour or two later, Harry calls me back and asks what's going on with my sink. He tells me to text some pictures to him so he can see what I'm talking about. He calls me back right away and basically tells me I need a new faucet. He answered my questions and just saved me some money. He didn't need to tell me to send pictures and could've made a quick buck off of me, but I'm sure he didn't want to do another job on Halloween.

I like to believe he was being a cool braddah and helping a sistah out by being straight and telling me that my problem with my sink could be a DIY fix.

Now to just enlist the boyfriend to replace the faucet for me...

I don't like writing bad reviews, but when a company tries to rip me off, I have to draw the line.

I read the company's bio and they mentioned their character is a top priority. I would like to give them the benefit that they're since most of their reviews are positive and Lowe's says they haven't had any complaints against them. Here is mine, and I'll post this same negative review for Lowe's.

I had to replace a 2 year old KitchenAid Microwave in a 2 year old home. I decided to go with the upgraded convection model since it was the same model, just with convection. The measurements are identical except, the new model is an 1/8 of an inch wider.

Lowe's policy is to send out installers prior to installation to make sure it fits. Lowe's contracts Loyalty Plumbing, they come out do do measurements and immediately they say it may not fit. I tell them it should since measurements are identical. They say it has to do with the cord not being in the same spot. I say no, manufacturers don't make different chassis in the same model. They tell me I only have 7 inches and the new cord may be in a spot that is wider. I say I doubt that, but we'll see when the new Microwave comes in. They agreed and left.

Two months goes by Microwave arrives and they call to setup installation. The morning of the installation Lowe's calls and says Loyalty Plumbing says it won't fit so Lowe's can't do the installation since it requires more work to do the installation. Lowe's tells me I can hire Loyalty Plumbing for the bigger job. I tell them no way it doesn't fit, again they give me the cord excuse about it not being able to fit my vent needs to be altered. I say BS, go measure the cord, it will fit. We go back and forth, he finally sees my point and says he will send them out to see if it will fit. 2 hours go by and no installers, I call Lowe's to see what's up. The lady calls them and they tell her they won't do it because it won't fit needs modifications. Now I'm very upset for wasting my day. I go down to Lowe's make them bring out the Microwave to measure the cord. It is identical as I have sad a hundred times. The manager is confused because he has never had complaints against them. He still believes them, but I told him according to KitchenAid it will fit since it's the same model. We agree to send someone else out to measure again. I explain to the new installers that I measured and spoke to KitchenAid and it should fit. He ask did they come out to try the installation, I tell him no, and he looks surprised that they would not even try to install. We setup an installation day which was today. The pics tell the rest of the story. He was done in less than 30 minutes, he had to add an extra brace that comes with it because it is 20 lbs heavier. He tells me this was the easiest Microwave installation he has had since they were identical Microwaves.

This was my experience with Loyalty Plumbing. You decide if you want to use this company, I say stay away. I can only think because I live in a nice neighborhood they felt the need to try and make some money. To me that speaks volumes about character, not a company's bio. Actions Speak Louder Than Words!

5 stars for Dana who provided service beyond expectations. She understood the difficulties of setting up an appointment and gave several options to make it work. Oh as for the service, that was great too. Booked with them via Sears but will call them if there is a need in the future.

Just when you hope you have found a reliable contractor....
About a year ago, I called Harry, from Loyalty Plumbing, to replace and move my main water shutoff.  A guy showed up, and after evaluating what needed to be done, ran to the store, came back, performed the work, and done.  No issues, no complaints.  Was not the cheapest, but gave a price I could live with.

Last week, on Friday, I was given an appt between 12-4 for another main water replacement, at a different property.  The day prior they called to remind me about the appt, so I was assured that I'd be good for Friday.
At 135pm, I called to confirm, just so that if there was an issue, I would not be sitting around waiting, only to find out at 4pm that there was an issue.  I was told, at 135, that my assigned plumber was in town and wrapping up and that we were on track for my window of 12-4.
At 355 I called the office and it was then that I was told they were on the freeway, on their way......
At 430 the actual assigned plumbers called and reported that they had to go the shop and had no idea that they had a window for service between 12-4.  They claimed to be 20 minutes away......They arrived at 435 and were done by 515.  Friendly, efficient, and got the job done.  I went back this week to check to see if there were any leaks, which there were not.

Annoyed that they were late.  Annoyed that I was not given a courtesy call or notice. Annoyed that there was a disconnect between what was scheduled and what was delivered.  Had I been called or told at 135pm WHEN I CALLED: Sorry, it looks like we will have to re-schedule  I could live with that.  I can work with that, but not letting the whole day go wasted with nothing but a: Sorry, they will be there when they can.  But, I was not called.  It is insulting to be given a reminder call the day prior about the appt only to be stood up the following day.

I was left sitting there after waiting 4 hours wondering: How good of a job will actually be done at 5pm on a Friday......  Fortunately, the folks performing the work are not the ones scheduling it.

I'm finding more and more that businesses are overbooking, or overcommitting and expecting customers to accept it.  At least airlines give upgrades or accommodations.  I don't need to reschedule, I needed the service when planned and agreed upon and made time out of my schedule based on your availability.  

Hold up your end.

I couldn't be happier!!  Had the kitchen clog from hell!!!  The 1st plumber I called was late and called 45 min into the scheduled appointment and made tons of excuses.  I dropped them and took my business elsewhere.  Called loyalty and they arrived in 1 hour.  Took 1/2 hour to try and solve the problem and found out it was a bigger job than we all thought.  We rescheduled so he could get more equipment.  On our reschedule he called to confirm the appointment 1/2 hour before the scheduled time.  He arrived and fixed the problem within an hour.  Great service, reasonable pricing, professional!!  I was so happy I took their number and will be calling them again for any future problems.  Loyalty plumbing truly earns their loyal customers.  They earned another one today!!!

The service went alright. I wasn't kept informed of when the workers showed up or when they finished. I had to call the office to check if the work was even completed and the office wasn't even sure it was. I had to wait to get home to confirm it was done. They were supposed to call me for payment. I wasn't called for a payment, I had to call them. I never received a receipt and it seemed like everyone was blowing me off after they got their money. I even called and left a message and received no call back. I put in a message through Yelp since they have no email, still no response. Eventually they sent a receipt to my husband, but I have no idea why it was never sent to me. I'm the one who paid. Based off this customer service experience, I won't be using this company for any plumbing needs ever again. I'm not sure we even paid a fair price. We never received a breakdown or explanation of the service price. Just a verbal quote.

The 2 stars is just because the work got done.

Sears had them contracted to install my range hood and we agreed on a date and time. I stayed home from work to be there fo the installation but they were a no call no show ! I tried calling the office numerous times but no answer until I switched phones and the receptionist basically gave me the run around. I requested that the owner Abbey give RS call but I'm still waiting ?

Late at night discovered we had zero hot water.  Looked over the tank and realized that it was not only leaking but had no power.  I called Harry at Loyalty at 0800 in the morning and he showed up the same day at 1100.  Harry had to go get the tank from a supply store which was great, I don't have a truck to get one. The old hot water tank was in a remote location and difficult to get to but Harry and his boys laid out canvas covers to protect my floors, took out the clothes washer in front of the tank, the old tank, and installed the new tank all by 1330!!  I called a couple of other places before 0800 and got their answering machines.  You won't go wrong with having Harry & Company from Loyalty Plumbing doing your work.

My husband called Loyalty Plumbing for a leak in the kitchen sink and water pressure in the bathroom tub. The first time the guys came by they worked on both and were super friendly and knowledgeable. My husband had to call them back a few days later because the leak seemed to reappear. Harry & Tommy came by took one look at the sink and immediately explained the issued to me. Harry decided that since they had already been out there for the same issue he was not going to charge me any extra $. It is hard to find good business people that not only provide good service but also take responsibility when they don't get the job done entirely correct the first time.

I will definitely use these guys again. They are very accommodating with your schedule, the second time they came it was about 730pm because that is the time we would be home. They also cleaned up after themselves and are very friendly. I would highly recommend this company. Good, fast, quality professional service.

Called on Loyalty AGAIN for another plumbing job.  Needed two bathroom sink faucets replaced/installed. We were so happy to see Zach again! He did a beautiful job!

Ran into a little problem, when he attempted to shut water off under sink, water kept flowing bc lines were so old. So he turned off main line, and replaced our lines. He's always prepared with all the tools needed for surprises like this, and takes the time to educate us on how we can save money, and prevent disasters in the future.

My toilet started making a weird hissing sound.

But I still gave these folks a call, since the last time I used them they were great at what they did.  I called right before the winter break and they had to schedule me for today (December 30).  Made it a two week wait, but not a big deal - the toilet still worked.

Benny swung by and took a look at why my toilet was hissing.  I showed him how if I put the toilet water valve at full blast it would hiss when I flush it, and at first he suspected the flush valve may have had issues, but we had that replaced only a couple of years ago.

He then took a look at the toilet supply line and associated valve, said the supply line going up to the toilet was fine (albeit corroded) but the valve looked like it was screwed up.  It made creaking noises when we tried to turn it.  He suspected the valve was bad and it was causing an obstruction that kept the water from flowing properly into the toilet.  He said he will try to replace the valve and see if that solves the issue.  To replace the valve, he has to shut off water to my unit, but next is the caveat.

Here's a warning to those of you who live in apartments that are old - if there's a gate valve to shut off/on the water for your unit (gate valves have a handle that looks more like a octagon) Loyalty Plumbing are very hesitant to touch those because they're worried about it breaking and being held liable.  They weren't like this before, but I can understand it.  Benny instead had to use the building shutoff valve.  Luckily no one was home so I wasn't too worried.

After he shut the water off, he went to work on the line.  Just had to do a simple cut, remove the old valve, remove the old supply line and connect a new valve and supply line.  The new valve is a ball valve that should last years.  Whole thing took about 20 minutes.

Benny even showed me how to replace the O-Rings on my kitchen sink because the sink was starting to leak.  Looks a lot more simple than I thought and he saved me money by showing me how I can do it myself in under 15 minutes.

Pretty much the same service, but see below for some changes.

My last review was from a few years ago, some things have changed since my last review.
1) Their per-hour labor charge is $100, it used to be $80 in 2015.
2) They don't do Saturday calls anymore, those are reserved for emergencies and I believe installations.

They're starting to become much bigger with a bigger staff.  They seem to take on more jobs, and their contract with Lowes and Sears probably keeps them really busy since they have to install tons of stuff like water heaters and toilets.  This makes them a little tougher to get when it comes to availability, but it's still the same great service.  Brittany, one of the administrative staff, even gave me a call at 7 PM the night before to verify I will be there for the next day.  I don't know of any other contractor that calls you *at night* AFTER work to make sure the appointment's set.  Amazing service!

I'm adding another FIVE STAR review!  Harry replaced all of the shutoff valves in my KoOlina unit as was required by the association.  His response to address two minor issues after the major work was completed was great.  Gotta give Loyalty Plumbing and Harry top rating for quality of work, price, and service.  Really appreciated his recommendation for installing a more efficient money saving heater, too.

We had them out to our house about 3 times in the last few weeks. They fixed everything fast and efficiently. The bathtub job they found the problem and it was fixed with no hassle. The prices are extremely reasonable. Although the visit to fix the leaky faucet outside was a little high considering we bought the faucet and they were here for about 5 minutes, but since I saved money on the tub, I will consider it all good. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.

We had Mark come out from Loyalty Home plumbing which was assigned to us via our American Home Shield. He was communicative, professional, and went above and beyond by helping us fix our leaking sink which caused a lot of damage in the bathroom.

Would not hesitate to have them fix our plumbing again! We have had a different plumbing company sent out from American Home Shield that I would not recommend and am so happy that they sent Mark out this time.

Had my husband call on a Sunday for a clogged toilet/bathtub and they advised to do their business on Monday so long as it wasn't an emergency (it wasnt) so that they wouldn't have to charge us double the price.  

They came in on a Monday and my husband said they were done in 20 minutes and got the job done.  I hope to not have anymore plumbing problems,  but when I do at least I know who to go to next time.

Awful over-the-phone experience and they haven't even showed up yet.  So... these folks are contracted through Costco (the epitome of 5-star customer service) to do the install portion (included in the price along with delivery, per Costco) of my dishwasher order.

I have ordered a washer, dryer, and bed through Costco, and at no time have I been asked to pay an additional installation fee.  Loyalty Plumbing has the audacity to tell me I need to pay an additional fee of $35 to have this installed.

They go on to say that an Air Gap is required to be installed per code and that the cost is $350 for the work, period.  Currently on the phone with Costco to see whether I can choose a different provider as this is not at all what I signed up for.

Next-day update:
Costco will reimburse $150 for installation charges incurred with another provider.  I probably called ~8 plumbers and only got 3 responses.  One is priced even more egregiously, the other was comparable (air gap portion was quoted at $250), and a third (Dan Does Plumbing) answered immediately and sounded awesome (and was less than $200 all in for install and haul away), but he asked me to contract with someone separately to drill a hole in the countertop (to accommodate the air gap).  Fortunately, we got another word-of-mouth recommendation and won't need to work with Loyalty Plumbing -- combination of horrible over-the-phone experience and attempt to take advantage of a captive customer = unacceptable.

We had a leaking shower which another plumber said our  Hansgrohe was hard to service and would need replacing the whole guts with Delta at $1300!  Zach at Loyalty was able to repair with the Hansgrohe parts I had at $150. Leak fixed! VERY grateful and impressed. Will definitely use them in the future.

WOW - How amazing was the service. Unbelievable, friendly, professional and fast. It was a simple fix but LOYALTY responded and gave me back my HOT water and a more than affordable deal. I have an old style gas water heater and the system went down ( mysteriously) and there was no hot-water to bathe, wash clothes or clean the greasy dishes. But after Harry & Tom came out all is good again. Big time MAHALO to LOYALTY.
Can't say enough to truly express my appreciation for their work ethics and especially for their professional honesty. When dealing with the service trade that's unfamiliar to you I truly felt comfortable with these guys, I will definitely call on them again !

I ended up purchasing a brand new water heater, the warranty expired in 2011 and the Whirlpool Customer Service Center (Tennessee) was unable to help me, but suggested I could get a warranty if I just went out and bought a new unit. SEARS sold me a new heater with a 9-year warranty with a FULL-REPLACEMENT garauntee. I refuse to deal with a company with NO local service representative to personally assist you when you desparately need one now!
As luck would have it the installers that SEARS employs to instal their unit with confidence was LOYALTY. Although I was not present for the installation my daughter was and she reported how fast and efficient they were. Without knowing it would be LOYALTY again I instructed her to ask them to please help carry the old heater out to the curb for the free C&C large bulky pickup scheduled on the very next day. They didn't, they did one better they just loaded it onto their truck to dispose of it for me, SEARS wanted to charge me extra $$$$ for this service but I refused knowing the C&C had a free service already available (I have to wonder why the salesman didn't suggest that to me on his own). Well what more can I say about these great guys at LOYALTY to do just this one small thing not to impress but just to help a customer out and not expecting anything for it. This one small detail was above and beyond now you can see what I meant in my previous encounter with LOYALTY. If more companies had employees with work ethics like these guys everything I rely on for my daily existence would be covered by them. I wonder if they service and do general repairs on cars - it's expensive and you never know who to trust. Anyway enough said just know that LOYALTY wil not disappoint you and do it right !

I live in a condo on the bottom floor and found leaking coming from the ceiling over my bathroom. Called them @ 7am, they squeezed me in that morning. They were running a little late from another job and called to let me know which was appreciated, even though they were only 10 min. later than expected. They arrived and went right to work. They opened up my wall and found leaking from the upstairs tub area. Unfortunately, they do need to get in to the upstairs unit but they weren't home. They waited another 20 minutes while my property manager tried to call the upstairs unit, who didn't answer. They even tried to send me their pictures of my damaged area that they took. My water heater went out right before Thanksgiving and I talked to 4 other plumbers before I was referred to Loyalty through Lowe's. Though Lowe's had a long cumbersome process, Loyalty was very responsive and went way beyond the call of duty to get hot water back to my family. The plumbers did a good job, but it was really Dayna in the office that made it happen. She took what could have been a 2 week process and made it happen in 3 days. Mahalo Dayna!

My shower had a really bad leak as a result of a half-assed emergency job by Aloha Plumbing (who btw dodged all my calls about finishing it). I must have called every plumber on Oahu and Loyalty was the only one who had someone to come out same day (or even the same week as other plumbers were trying to give me dates within 1-2 weeks). I wish I could remember his name but he was very friendly. Luckily he had the correct part that needed to be replaced. He was done in about an hour and the price for the part and labor was reasonable.

As a new homeowner I was not really sure who I was going to use to do some plumbing and installation work for me. Loyalty Plumbing had stellar reviews and truthfully I don't mind paying more for quality work. I was reassured at the competition of work that if any issue arose, they would come back out to fix it. I had a few consultations because I had several different installs done.

The work I was trying to have done was had to be scheduled between the weekend and going to work/out of town. The receptionist was super pleasant, always got back to me in a timely manner, and was very patient in rescheduling appointments due to my work schedule.

The staff was amazing! Not only did they give me honest consultation and help with installations and advice, they looked at a few items outside the consultation that I had questions in. These gentleman were very professional, timely, and respectful. The work they did was stellar and I am very happy with my services!

Loyalty plumbing lived up to third name and reputation and I will use them again if needed and recommend to anyone needing plumbing work or installation!

I live in a house that was built in 1958.  The plumbing is pretty bad.  However, Zack and his crew always come through with necessary repairs.  They are always on time and on budget.  I really appreciate that they are trustworthy and dependable.  They have unclogged numerous drains, changed my gas water heater, installed a water filter from my ice maker and recently changed the main valve coming in to to the house and the bathroom faucets, supply lines, shut-off valves and drain stopper.  I highly recommend them to everyone that needs plumbing work done.

First off thanks YELP for another amazing discovery with a business that I probably wouldn't have known existed.  Reading these reviews helped narrow my options and saved me time trying to call up random businesses in the phone book.  

However before I go on and on about yelp, I want to give a BIG MAHALO to Harry and the Loyalty Plumbing crew.  They are one of the few plumbing businesses that service Ewa Beach and not to mention, down to earth people to talk to.  

My kitchen sink was clogged up with all sorts of gunk.  Although it drained (eventually) it was a SLOOOOW drain, sometimes taking more than 30 minutes.  I'm the type of girl that likes to see if I can fix anything first before paying $$$ and trust me, I did all that I could do given the tools I had.  So I decided to call in some professionals.  

When I called Harry, I gave him some info and he gave me a quick quote which was about $20 cheaper than another company I called earlier.  He even mentioned that he was able to come by within an hour and a half to fix it.  AMAZING!  First of all,they arrived on time for the service after driving all the way from Kailua to Ewa Beach.  They got right to business, especially since I had opened up the pipes already.  =)   Harry got the snake out and fixed our kitchen sink in less than 30 minutes (even making sure the pipes were put together correctly before leaving).  Fast, reliable service...AWESOME, that's what I call true CUSTOMER SERVICE.  

Before leaving, Harry left a few words of wisdom on how to take care of my kitchen sink so that we could avoid this problem again.  THANKS!  For a girl, I never felt out of place while watching them work.  They were able to explain what was going on and even talked story for a little bit.

Thanks again Harry.....You guys truly know what you are doing and Im glad to say YELPERS, this company is LEGIT.

Harry arrived not just on time but a few minutes early!  He quickly remedied an issue I had hoped was an easy fix but what I appreciated the most was the time he took to explain why the area was leaking and how to prevent it in the future. Too many vendors tend to talk 'down' to their customers or cannot seem to exercise the slightest degree of people skills. Loyalty Plumbing was contracted by Costco to install our new dishwasher. Three weeks later I discovered a water leak under the sink. I called Loyalty and they sent Ben who said he troubleshoots when problems arise. He said it was the air gap we had installed by another contractor in preparation for the new dishwasher install. Ben came back a second time and installed a new air gap. Ben showed me where the air gap was leaking and he even replaced a line from the garbage disposal. Ben was an excellent technician knowledgeable, polite and he knows his business.  I highly recommend Ben and Loyalty Plumbing.

I've had to use their services twice now, and I couldn't be happier. They are so very professional and reasonably priced. I had to go to Rotor Rooter for an emergency once, and they charged me so much for a job that took them only 10 minutes. I will never use them again. From now on I am only calling Loyalty Plumbing.

In my most recent case, I made an appointment because my toilet kept running slow. I tried plunging and snaking it myself. It would be fine for a little while and then go back to draining slowly. I decided I needed a pro, but I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg since it was just after the holidays. Harry took the toilet completely off, found the problem (foreign object lodged), and reinstalled the toilet for less than the price it took Rotor Rooter to just unclog my toilet. I gave them my credit card information, and the office girl even emailed me a copy of my receipt. I love this company!

I feel very uneasy typing this because I'm scared of what will happen to my life but I'm putting it out there if anyone had a similar experience. I called this plumbing place because I had a leakage problem and they came out the same day. They said it was the radiator leaking and agreed to schedule a repair on another day for a steam vent and radiator valve. They stayed for a while and as they were leaving one of the employees stayed back still talking to me. I didn't think anything of it but then he started asking personal questions like if I'm in a relationship, do I live alone, what I do for a living etc. he then told me he's gonna review the leakage issue and told me to come with him to show me what needs to be repaired. When I was with him to check out the problem I KID YOU NOT he started grabbing my backside from behind and tried to slip his hand towards my front. I DID NOT EXPECT THAT TO HAPPEN AND I FROZE but I quickly shoved his hand off and went out and said to leave. I don't know what to do. I'm kinda scared because he probably knows my address but I might just stay with a family member until I feel safe.

His name was KOA I remember him saying that when he was asking personal questions and introducing himself. Not sure what to do or how to feel. I still feel gross about it and wish I never called.

Our water heater started leaking like crazy so I began my search for a plumber that provided emergency service. After checking here on Yelp, I came across Loyalty Plumbing. They were based in Waianae (which is where I am) so I gave them a call. I told the receptionist the problem and she told me that unfortunately there was no one available to come out right away (understandable because it was already almost evening) but she gave me the number to the owner, Harry, and told me that he may be able to tell us what to do to stop the leak ourselves until he could get to us first thing in the morning. Harry was extremely helpful and he guided us every step of the way. We ended up having to go out to buy a new water heater that night and he was very helpful in helping us get the right one as well as the parts we needed. Sure enough, he came the following morning and in no time we were back in business! Harry is so down to earth and friendly. I think we just found ourselves our go-to plumber!

Great and friendly service!  Local boy Harry, called within an hour of me a calling the office.  Said he'll be there at 1030, but he called exactly at 1030 to let me know he was running late (I didn't have anything to do, so I didn't mind). He came by 1200, the time he said he would.  My tub had leaked and my toilet was leaking.  He remedy the cause pretty quickly, thinking that it's cost me and arm and leg.  To my surprise it was cheap and he even fixed my garbage disposal that needed a tweak.  I'm gonna have him come back to do more work.

Cheaper if you pay cash, just a hint.

I want to send out a HUGE MAHALO to LOYALTY PLUMBING LLC!!!!  They came to fix our leaking tub faucet (filled a 3 gallon bucket in 30 minutes, so tons of water down the drain!) and was able to fix it quickly and the price was reasonable!  Zac was super nice and checked the water pressure since my husband thought it must be the water pressure and yes, it's almost twice the recommended amount!  We will be sure to hire Loyalty to change the regulator soon as well! Be sure to check them out if you have plumbing problems! This is a great local company! So happy, no more leaking water!!!

Friendly, professional, affordable...all things that have been said before in previous reviews but were reinforced by Hank when he came to our condo to clear a blockage in our bathroom. The maintenance guy in our building had tried previously to snake the drain for us but couldn't get to the clog. It took Hank about 15 minutes (at most) to clear it. Their rates are very reasonable; I never called around to get other quotes but I highly doubt any of the bigger companies (Roto, Kama'aina, etc.) would have been able to beat them. Seems like they're a small operation that just does good, honest work without over-charging. I would definitely use them again for any of our plumbing needs in the future.

Excellent experience. I called LOYALTY plumbing to set up an appt, I was told a plumber would be calling me in an hour once they were outside, AND in less than an hour I received a call from the Plumber Zack.

He addressed the problem I'd called him for which was sewer blockage,  Zack gave me an estimate right away and it was the lowest estimate I had received. Great price!!! Zack was very Courteous, prompt,  and hard working, He answered all the questions I had and made sure the sewer blockage was completely clear before he left.

Called them for help after I tried other plumbers who told me that the earliest they could get to me would be 2 days from now or never called me back.  Left them a message and they followed up right away.

Asked me what time I wanted them to come and I told them.   They showed up promptly and on time.  What a change from other service people who come to your house and you have to wait hours for them.

They looked at the job which was to finish installing a new vanity i bought but couldn't get the drain pipe aligned and the leak in the half bath on the hot water faucet.

They fixed the leak on the hot water but also changed the cold water because they said it was old and prone to leaking.   They installed the drain pipe on the vanity then asked if I wanted it fixed to the wall and caulked.  Of course I said yes.

Price was very reasonable and service was awesome.  Professionals who are are humble and polite and on time!

Will use them every time I have a plumbing issue and so should you.

They came on January 3rd to install a dishwasher. The service person was rude and not polite to my wife. Overall, very bad experience. Would not recommend. Bad experience.

We have used Loyalty Plumbing twice now and will continue to use them from now on! They replaced our broken water heater and gave us advice on tankless (we decided against it bc of the additional $$$ electrical wiring that needed to be done). We also hired them to replace our water regulator which gave out soon after. Scheduling was easy, they fixed everything promptly, and pricing was very competitive!

Harry was awesome.
Arrived on time and was very quick and efficient. He gave me an honest estimate and was very polite and respectful.
He wore his face mask the whole time, which I greatly appreciated.

I read the opinions of other customers and was surprised as my experience was different.  This.company is used by Sears to install their Water heaters.  I was told they would call and install whin next two days.  Did get a phone message asking for a call back.  Tried many time and every time phone would ring and ring with no answer or recording machine picking up.  Waited for a call and I tried to call them after a day.  Had to verify the phone number from Sears and it was the same.
When they did come out it was good job done.  So other than phone service frustration, we were satisfied.

Loyalty was contacted by Lowes to install my dishwasher. I wish I remember the names of the guys that came out, but I'm getting old and forget already since it has been a couple of days.

These guys were stuck at another site and were a little late getting to my home, but it is what it is. Once they got here they got to work and installed everything with no problems.

Even after a long work day for them (it was well after 7pm when they left) they didn't rush anything. They took the time to show me how the dishwasher worked and cleaned up their workspace.

Harry is awesome!!! Scheduling with Loyalty Plumbing is amazingly easy. He came out here on time, removed our old NASTY water heater, installed the tankless AND ran a waterline to our fridge at the last minute (I forgot to mention that when I scheduled). Oh yeah, and they clean up after themselves, yay!

He came down, gave us a quote before he started any work, it was extremely reasonable, and then he just got down to business and now our house is in business!

Now we're having them come back to install a toilet. I'm really happy I finally found a plumber I can trust.

Not sure if it's the same with ALL plumbers.BUT Jobs take time to A:Schedule  B:Get an estimate C:get the job done. We tried to shop around and get estimates. And through it all, Loyalty Plumbing did AS promised! Other companies called tried Ridiculous high estimate,even charged $35 for the Estimate. (Fool Me Once)  Loyalty Plumbing you get the same girl when you call. They come to your house when scheduled. AND best of ALL complete the job close to the Estimate!!! Called them after a friend recommended them, and the Yelp reviews confirmed how awesome they were! We had a broken garbage disposal, a busted water line to a sink, and a leaky faucet.  They were able to come out within 24 hours and fixed all three problems so quickly! He went through options with my husband to save us even more money, and the total bill was much less than I anticipated! I also like that they accepted credit cards.  Any time we have a plumbing problem, we will be calling Loyalty Plumbing for sure.

Awesome service! Called around a few places first, some didn't answer, others didn't have availability for a week out. Got to Loyalty Plumbing and they answered the phone right away. At 2pm, they were able to send someone over between 3 and 5pm same day for a FREE estimate (others charge for this service). Ben called around 3:15pm and said he was 15 minutes out. 15 minutes later, he arrived smiling and we showed him a leak and slow drain in one bathroom, and another leak in another bathroom. He was able to diagnose all problems immediately. He showed us, so we could see with our own eyes, where the leaks were coming from and what he was going to repair if we decided to let him continue. He quoted us a perfectly reasonable price and we gave him the go ahead! After about an hour, he had finished the work and left both bathrooms as clean as they were when he arrived. He showed us what he repaired, tested everything and showed us that the leaks were gone and the drains were draining. He even stayed a little while and chatted with us about our plumbing questions and made very pleasant conversation. We researched a lot of different plumbing companies before coming to Loyalty Plumbing because we're new in town and didn't want to get the wool pulled over our eyes. We're beyond happy with our choice in company and the service we received. Stellar work!!! Don't hesitate to call them! At least for the free in-home estimate. They won't disappoint! P.S. They accept cash, check or charge. Super convenient.

Just had Harry from Loyalty come to my house this morning for a scheduled repair of what I thought was a leaking cut off valve for my toilet. Harry checked it and said just the line needed to be replaced, and that I could go to City Mill get the part and save myself $85.00 an hour plus parts. I thanked him for his honesty, replaced the part and it only cost me $6.80. We are in the process of remodeling our house for eventual sale, and there will be some plumbing work involved so I will be giving Loyalty all of our plumbing business when the time comes.

A great company to use. I had an issue with the toilets in my home which they came and diagnosed.  It was an easy fix that my husband completed but it was nice this company doesn't pressure you into using their service just to make money. They were easy to contact and make an appointment with (2 hour time frame) and they called to say they were on their way. I'm glad there's a plumbing company I can contact for service now.

Harry from Loyalty saved me today! We got our water bill and it was over double what it normally is- shut off the water to the house and the meter was still ticking away- underground leak!! Ugh. Luckily Harry was willing to come out today and fix for very reasonable cost! So helpful and knowledgable! Thank you Harry and Loyalty Plumbing for saving the day! At first I would have given them 5 stars as for the most part they do good work but on 15 July zac came out to fix a shower problem but did not have the part and to this day he has not returned so now I have a shower that is still in pieces awaiting a part very disappointed

I have used Loyalty Plumbing on three different occasions. The receptionist/secretary is pleasant and efficient. Zack has always arrived quickly. He charged me less than the original estimate. I decided to call Loyalty Plumbing AGAIN because of my first experience.  To my delight the second time around was as good as the first.  I appreciate when my call is answered in a timely manner and that an appointment can be made in a reasonable timeframe.  The technician called to let me know about his arrival time, giving me ample time to be at home.  Keone greeted me by shaking my hand and identifying himself by name.  Call me old fashioned but I admire when young men are courteous & professional.  

I needed to replace my broken disposal, or so I thought.  Keone did diagnositcs and found that a piece of plastic was wedged in my disposal.  No need to replace my disposal, saving me $200+ dollars!  

Next project... clean out my slow draining bathroom sink.  Ben got his tools and in a few minutes a clean drain!  They provided me with details of the cause, TMI!  

Both  Keone & Ben did a professional job & were very courteous.  Thank you Loyalty Plumbing for another great experience.

As good as it gets, folks!!  It's hard enough to get someone to come Leeward but it was NO challenge/problem for Loyalty and Harry.   He came out last week to assess the two leaks and we scheduled for this week for the fix.  He and his partner weren't in the house 1/2 hour and had BOTH fixed!  He thoroughly explained the problem with our waterlines on the first visit and again explained in detail his fix for them.

It's sadly a rarity here to find someone who not only can show up on time,  FIX and EXPLAIN.   Have no doubts....Loyalty!  (recommended by our realtor btw...the first plumber I called was a 5 star on here but didn't know jack squat of what he was doing as he WALKED ON my new granite counters, said I had to pull cabinets off the wall (not)  and left a horrific mess then charged us $280 for generally nothing)

Thank god for yelp. I had a very leaky water heater that needed to be replaced, and I felt that I was being ripped off by Lowes. Luckily, I found Harry and Loyalty Plumbing through yelp. He was great! He came over to assess the situation and gave me free estimates. He even encouraged me to call around to try and find a better deal. Who does that nowadays?! Needless to say, I decided to go with Harry for the installation, and he even hauled the old one away. Unfortunately, when I tried my hot water later that night, it was ice cold. So I called Harry the next morning (Sunday morning, mind you) and he was able to come over to fix it at no cost. How great is that? He even called me an hour or so later to make sure it was still working.  I would definitely go back to Harry at Loyalty Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

My toilet was leaking everywhere from the bottom. It was a hot mess!!! Called Loyalty Plumbing at 1pm and they were here by 3pm. I live in an older home so they weren't able to fix it permanently with the supplies they had so they spent an hour and fifteen minutes to fix it temporarily. They cleaned everything up and went beyond the call of duty!!! They didn't charge me anything for today and will be back tomorrow morning and estimated the charge to be around $120 WITH labor AND supplies. The other places I called all emphasized a minimum $90 per hour for labor alone.

Used Loyalty Plumbing once.  Called around getting quotes on a main line auger (drain clean) and they were the cheapest.  The tech that came was so cool about he ran the auger twice to make sure he got everything.  I had an emergency main drain clean from EPS and they did a good job too, but I had to pay over twice as much.

I live in the Leeward area. I initially called Matt from Low Cost Drain Plumbing who agreed to come over at 8 am on Tues to help install a new Delta kitchen faucet I picked up at Home Depot.  The faucet required me to replace my two shut off valves so I thought I would leave it to a professional. Well knowing that plumbers charge by the hour, I made a mental note that Matt showed up 12 minutes late to my house.  He then came inside my kitchen to scope the job.  He tried inserting the spray hose into the channel opening in the faucet but could not figure out how to do it. I thought to myself oh oh.  
I then told Matt he needed to shut off the main valve outside to shut off the water supply.  He tried but could not do it. He told me to call the Board of Water Supply and promptly left telling me to call him afterwards when the water is shut off.  Within 20 minutes, the water is turned off and I call Matt back. Matt tells me he is only going to replace my shut off valves when he returns and furthermore plans to charge me $125 for wasting his time as I was not ready.  Auwe braddah, you got to be kidding.  I told Matt I wanted him to do the complete job and not just replace my shut off valves.  He tells me to find another plumber.  So I did.  Happily, I found Loyalty Plumbing from Waianae. Zack came over that afternoon and did a professional job for $75 plus tax.  Highly recommend Loyalty Plumbing for your repairs and installation work.  They are the best value in town.

Thank you very much to Loyalty Plumbing! Hank came on time, took his time to find a problem which caused my dishwasher not to drain water. He was professional and pleasant. Did I mentioned that it was already the second time when plumber was called to help me with the same problem? First time owner of my unit sent someone - water stubbornly came back in a 2 days and wanted to stay forever! This time I found Loyalty on Yelp, and all good reviews came true! Great service, excellent results! Will definitely use this business again!

Loyalty Plumbing is contracted by Sear Appliance store to do installation and repairs.
When I went to Sears, employee said that someone will call you within 48 hours to make an appointment. $200.00 installation and $30 removal.
This past Tuesday, 2 people came to my house to do the installation. My mom said that the guys were fast. It was too bad that I wasn't home to watch.

I had a leaky faucet and called another plumbing company (who will not be named) and they stood me up. So I kicked myself for not doing some more research and came across Loyalty.  I called them and set an appointment.  They came out and looked at it, gave me an estimate and set a date to fix it.  I live in a condo building so I have to schedule a water shutdown.  They were on time, professional and overall good guys to deal with.  I would recommend them to anyone.

I wrote a review about these guys a few years ago when my 20+ year old water heater started to leak.  They came to replace it quickly and efficiently.  No problems with it to this day!  Well, the other day my garbage disposal started to leak as well.  Since I had such great service with the heater, I decided to give them a call again.  And once again, great service!   Benigno and his assistant (failed to get name again) replace the disposal in under 30 minutes!  Amazing!  Last time I replaced it, I did it myself, but it took 2+ hours and a lot of sweat and the next day, a lot of sore muscles as well.  If you have plumbing needs, you gotta give these guys a call!  Not the biggest or most well known, but they get the job done...fast!
