This guy is the BEST of the BEST! Don't even bother looking elsewhere because this should be your guy, anytime and every time a plumbing issue should arise. If you're looking for a reliable plumber, that is knowledgable, quick, and reliable, this is your guy!

My family and I have been using him for all of our sink, bathroom, toilet, pipe, drainage, needs for YEARS, and without a doubt, Harold is the most reliable, down-to-earth, and knowledgable plumber out there. His prices are also so fair and reasonable, I don't even bother looking anywhere else!

Called to have some work done and was told that Ozaki plumbing does not service condos and have not for years.  Good to know.

I've hired Ozaki Plumbing on two separate occasions and both times Harold was very accomodating, able to take the job within a day. Knowledgable and practical in his approach to repairs, he recently diagnosed a water leak issue that two previous plumbers could not! While I don't anticipate future plumbing issues, if I do need a plumber again, Ozaki Plumbing will be the first one I call.

Just wanted to say thank you for doing such an amazing speedy job! Harold was one of the few companies that actually responded to our emergency call. The valve stem for hot water of our shower was old and worn and wasn't shutting off. We attempted to try and fix it ourselves but honestly it looked scary and complicated. Harold asked my bf to text him a pic of our problem and went and purchased the part he needed. Came to our apartment, helped us turn off the water for the building, fixed our hot water shower handle and was done. It took all of 30 minutes or less. And reasonably priced! Will totally call this guy again if we ever need a plumber! Highly recommended! Thanks again Harold!!!

My late father in law recommended Ozaki. The current owner Harold Ozaki is the best plumber I have ever encountered. He informs you what he did and what caused the problem you have!  He is so brass tack down to earth!  His prices are so fair and reasonable. Don't expect anything less than great service if you can call Harold Ozaki.

There is absolutely no better independent plumber. We are so fortunate to be on his client list. Unbelievably professional, knowledgeable and ethical. Wish the world had more people like Harold!

Harold is the man, down to earth and genuinely concerned to help. I called many places with the soonest respond time 2 weeks out. Luckily Harold was able to come same day and fix what I was working on for 2 days in less than an hour. I needed to get a sink installed to pass a health inspection the next day and Harold really saved my bacon in a pinch and was hundreds of dollars cheaper than the lowest quote I got.
 I am so thankful for this guy and he will be my 1st choice from now on!!! Highly recommend 5 stars all day!!!

Harold Ozaki (ph. 223-4225) of Ozaki Plumbing is without a doubt the best plumber I have ever found!

Like many of you, I tried the big boy plumbing companies with their big yellow page ads, fancy webpages, fleet of cool trucks, and 24-hour call lines. But beyond the flash, they all charge an arm and leg for showing up and often seem to send inexperienced or transplant plumbers who don't seem to know or care as much as a sole proprietor of small business like Harold needs to know and care to be successful.

I have called on Harold's plumbing expertise three times now and he never disappoints. It feels strange saying this but I always feel like I am ripping him off when he leaves.  For example, he just left my home after fixing two leaking toilets and a leaking outdoor garden faucet. Harold takes less than an hour to do all this, shows me the parts he replaced, and charges me only $120. When I press him about it he laughs, insists that this is all I owe him for parts and labor, and says that's this is what he gets for years of experience which allows him to work fast - lower pay.
