Delta Plumbing

Poor customer service.  I left a message on their answering machine twice last week.  Delta Plumbing did not bother to call back.  Why even have an answering machine?

We needed to have our water pressure regulator changed and the PSI adjusted.  I called the big guys ... a major mainland chain and they quoted an outrageous   amount.  Decided to shop around a bit, preferring to go local instead.  Delta was recommended to me by a relative.

I called Delta in the evening and received a call from Stanford the following morning.  He showed up a couple of hours later, as promised, and performed the service ... for 1/2 the price quoted by those mainland guys.  And he took the time to explain what needed to be done and why.  Very personable.

As a customer service professional, I have to say it does not get any better than this.  Highly recommend.

I just had a pressure regulator valve replaced by Delta Plumbing. I called yesterday and left a message based on recommendations from friends. I received a call back at the end of the day. I sent him photos and he came promptly at 7:30 am, half an hour before the appointment time. He was done in less than an hour. It was painless on my part!!!

Our garbage disposal unit sprung a leak recently.  I left a message with Delta Plumbing in the late afternoon and received a reply later that evening.  Stanford showed up as planned mid-morning the following day and replaced our old unit.  I mentioned to him about the possibility of installing a main shut off valve in the garage.  He looked at the area of the regulator and explained what needed to be done.  Sounds like a plan, I'll call him back later to do the job. As always, do your homework before hiring a contractor.  I would highly recommend Delta for any of your plumbing needs.

Great service!  Stanford returned my initial call immediately,  gave me a specific time and showed up on time. He was very efficient and explained everything he did so I understood exactly what he did. Price was great too!  Highly recommend them - would definitely use him again!!

Came in and took care of our hidden leak problem quickly and effectively. Completed the job and helped us troubleshoot other problem areas we had around the house also. Due to Covid-19 precautions he showed up in a mask and wore it for the duration of the job. Will be my go to person for any future plumbing jobs. Thanks!

We have used Delta Plumbing for years.  First with Stan and then with his son, Stanford who took over the business when Stan retired.  Stanford has proven to be just like his dad...reliable, professional, and knowledgeable.  He has solved several issues for us and he is highly recommended.
