He was very courteous and friendly when promptly booking a service call with him and upon his arrival to look at our water heater. He provided great customer service and explained how he checked and reset my unit. Service call pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him. I rarely write reviews, but I definitely count on reviews for choosing someone if I need to (Steeg had great reviews) . We are somewhat new to the area and I haven't needed a plumber until my disposal and sink leaked all over the kitchen. I called Steeg plumbing early the following morning and they told me someone could possibly come out that afternoon or definitely the next morning. I wasn't going to be home in the afternoon and my husband was remote working upstairs. This awesome company came out that afternoon, fixed all the plumbing problems and even loved on my dog. My husband and I highly recommend Steeg Plumbing's work, professionalism and pricing.

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

Absolutely the worst plumbing service. Doesn't show up when they are supposed too. Absolutely awful... employees have excuses for everything.. scheduled online twice waited at home for two days and they never came. Simply the WORST EVER

After a month of delays caused primarily by the current COVID 19 pandemic, I was finally able to speak to someone from Fenwick Plumbing.  They were very apologetic about the lack of a timely response to my concerns, but explained that with everyone working remotely some of the emails from customers unfortunately fell through the cracks.  I spoke with a friendly representative and she was able to explain their per job pricing model as opposed to a hourly model, and how sometimes it may appear to be out of line with the actual job performed.  She listened to my recommendations and assured me that she would be sharing my comments with management in an effort to improve.  In the end Fenwick Plumbing made the appropriate adjustment and issued me a substantial refund of a portion of the amount I paid to be more in line with the service that they provided.  Thus, I am willing to chalk up the initial delay in addressing my concerns to the current COVID situation, and would be willing to give Fenwick Plumbing another shot should I have any plumbing needs as the plumber that they sent out, James, was excellent.

Anthony showed up within a few hours after I called, and found the leak between the meter and the house within minutes. He was able to quickly fix this, and was very friendly and knowledgeable, discussing some upcoming maintenance I asked about. I have found my plumber, and couldn't be happier. Fair pricing too!

I asked this company to install an outside light. Two electricians came out and could not figure out how to make the light work. They even blamed the electrician who previously worked on it. Without installing my light, they charged $275. Ridiculous.

I called Crawford Electric. The electrician fixed the issue with the wiring, which he explained was very simple. It took him around 15 minutes to install the light. He charged $225 for the light work and for a side task. The guys at David Gray wanted to drill holes in my wall!

I recommend Crawford for honest and dependable work.

Called them on a Sunday and they were here in an hour. No extra charges for it being on a Sunday/weekend (which a lot of companies do). Stuart worked quickly and efficiently! Quoted us cheaper than other companies.

0 stars. Very unprofessional. They will take your money and leave you in the middle  of a repair. One repair even left  me with a pool of water in my dining room.  I prematurely gave him a good review (as they repeatedly requested) but I regret  it. You will end up paying more to repair his repairs.

We had need for several small fixes and called Lance Maxwell Plumbing. They quickly responded and fixed our problems. One issue has been worked on by at least two different plumbers and they said the fix was best that could be done. Well, the man from LAnce Maxwell worked on it and we are finally happy that it works to our satisfaction. He said it just took some thinking and patience.  Highly recommend Lance Maxwell and their prices are very reasonable

I called on Monday morning and Glen came right out to unclog our drain. He  had the issue fixed in less than one hour and the pricing was great. I would highly recommend this company. Great service. Great job Glen!!

Refreshing to deal with an honest person. After moving into this house 2 weeks ago I have been subjected to my fair share of issues. The previous plumbing company knocked my head off with an exorbitant invoice. Keith was a stand up guy, got the job done at a reasonable price. He also acknowledged my Military Service and offered a discount. In the Rolodex this goes in the event  of future experiences.

On Saturday night about 9pm,I had a plumbing emergency. I had taken a shower and found the water pooling around my ankles. when I got out ,I noticed the water had overflowed into my closet and bedroom. I assumed it was hair in the drain that had clogged and tried to remove it ... no hair to speak of needing removal . Next I tried plunging in case there was a block in the line... that did not help.
I then decided to pour vinegar and baking soda in the line once the water subsided back into the drain.....BIG MISTAKE!  The drain started to bubble over discharging some small brown items from the drain ... you can guess what that was!
I called David Gray plumbing because clearly this situation could not wait until Monday to be fixed. The dispatcher took my info ,I was called back within 5 minutes, notifying me that a tech ( Erik) would be on his way to assess the problem.Erik,the tech ( a.k.a. My plumbing angel) also called me to let me know he was on his way and his.expected time of arrival.
Erik arrived and immediately got to work. It took him about an 1 1/2 hours to assess the problem, work on clearing the rather large clog that had backed up from my toilet into my shower drain( Yuck!)  It was not a pretty or pleasant smelly site to fix.
Erik fixed it and then proceeded to clean up and disinfect the entire floor of my shower when he was done! Actually,he left my shower in better shape than before this clog occurred!
I am so impressed with the responsiveness of the service I received,the caliber of the tech and the peace of mind I have knowing who to call in the event of future plumbing emergencies. I highly recommend David Gray plumbing and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
