We had bathroom problems for about 2 days. 4:00 Saturday afternoon we discovered the problem was with the septic tank. When I called I was told all the drivers had been sent home for the day but without hesitation she offered to call one of her drivers & send him out. What a life saver. I was in need of a few repairs in my two bathrooms and reached out to a few different plumbers. Some were smaller businesses and a few were bigger names that I have heard about from radio/magazine ads. Jerry at Everybody's Plumbing was one of the first to provide a response and he provided the most reasonable quote. He was extremely easy to get in touch with and I decided to use his services within a day of his initial quote. We connected and he scheduled me a week out. He touched base the day prior to confirm our appointment and he arrived within the 2 hour timeframe he'd provided. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and he provided some additional information regarding our issues and some future projects. He had to run out to grab some supplies for our repair but was back and finished with the job within the next hour. Jerry was communicative and professional and I would recommend him to any friend or family member. We will certainly hire him again in the future as we make some upgrades within our residence.

I used Home Advisor to request emergency type service for a mysterious tub leak that was affecting my downstairs neighbors apartment.
I must admit I was a tad hesitant and skeptical due to previous experience with a handyman via Home Advisor.
Scott was one of 3 that reached out within 5-10 minutes of my request.  
Once I spoke to him, I had a very good feeling about the level of experience and quality I could expect from him.
He had an opening for the very next morning at 8:30am and I happily accepted after confirming a few questions.
I wanted to be transparent with him so I wouldn't feel I  was wasting his time or mine.
He was very forthcoming on the range for pricing I could anticipate which I appreciated very much.  
Scott arrived the next morning within 10-15 minutes of our appointment (totally understandable given Jacksonville traffic and time of day).
He assessed the problem, quickly identified the leak, went to his shop to retrieve a needed part and promptly returned.  All in all, leak was fixed very quickly and he explained cause for leak.  There have been no issues and the visit was 5 days ago now.
I will definitely be calling Peyton Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!  Very fair pricing, quality of work, prompt follow-up and on time for appointment.
Not to mention, very friendly and customer service focused!  Thank you Scott for saving the day and making my day a lot less stressful!!!

I rarely write reviews, but I definitely count on reviews for choosing someone if I need to (Steeg had great reviews) . We are somewhat new to the area and I haven't needed a plumber until my disposal and sink leaked all over the kitchen. I called Steeg plumbing early the following morning and they told me someone could possibly come out that afternoon or definitely the next morning. I wasn't going to be home in the afternoon and my husband was remote working upstairs. This awesome company came out that afternoon, fixed all the plumbing problems and even loved on my dog. My husband and I highly recommend Steeg Plumbing's work, professionalism and pricing.

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

horrible service called in for water heater service and they changed the pipes. After they realized that didnt solved the issue and decided that we needed a new heater because changing the valves will possibly damage the water heater so i was told. So i agreed and asked for a new heater but he didnt have one and we have to call for a new service. He than proceeded to charge me 300 for changing the pipes which did not solve the issue. i asked if im letting you install the heater why im getting charged for something that didnt fix the issue. long story short i called the issue in the dispatcher said they can only deduct the 300 if i get a water heater bought inhouse and have installed which was a separate 1752. 1452 will be my total for only then are they willing to deduct the cost of th previous work. I asked what if I got my owb heater and let you guys install can i still get it deducted they declined.  they charged 750 just for installation which was already on the high end because most competitors was charging 430 for installation and 1200 if they supplied the heater. would not use again

I have been using Fenwick Home Services for the last several years. Starting with some gas services, then plumbing and most recently heating and A/C services. I have found them to be super responsive, timely and honest. Today I had them do a maintenance check on one of my heat pumps. My prior vendor told me that I had a bad capacitor that needed to be replaced immediately. Thought I'd get a second opinion. Fenwick technician Cameron came out today and did a full system check. He found the system to be fully operable and within specs. So that saved me over $300. Fenwick will now be my go to choice for all my plumbing and A/C needs.

I needed a disposal replaced and some of the plumbing into the wall from the pee trap wasn't done correctly.   Consequently I would have frequent back ups in the sink and tiny food particles on my dishes.   They fixed that without me even asking and explained to me why I had food particles and back ups in my sink. Everything runs smoothly and
clean now.   Thanks!!!!

These guys are always super helpful and nice. One time I called them out for a simple 1 hour job that only took 40 minutes. instead of just leaving they asked what else they could do for the next 20 minutes. Who does that??? Another time they walked me through something I could fix myself so I could save myself some money instead of having them come out on a Sunday. You don't find that kind of honesty in many other companies!

I'll always call these guys up for plumbing for big or small from now on.

We thought we needed plumbing work for a new dishwasher but found out our old dishwasher was fine, just needing re-calibration, which he did!! Saved us a ton in plumbing repairs!!

The plumber himself was great. He showed me some easy things I could to help my own water flow...like clean the nozzle lol, while he was doing the estimate. He had an apprentice with him when they came to do the work.
It took all day but it was done the right way which was great. We had a garage sink & new hardware for the bathroom installed.
I'll def use them again.

Herzer's plumbing responded within an hour to my online request for quote and service, and was able to schedule my non emergency appointment within a couple days. They took care of our sink issue quickly under an hour and the rate was very reasonable. Friendly local business with great service in Orange Park!

Keith was punctual, professional and went above and beyond with our home warranty repair. After replacing our leaky hose, he even adjusted the flow on my sink sprayer to make it work more effectively. We will definitely call him in the future for all our plumbing needs.

They quoted me one price over the phone, then tried to charge me double when they got here. Also tried to extend the billing time by sitting in the truck for 30 minutes after the job was finished and tried to claim they started the job 30 minutes before they got here. When I pushed back on all those issues they gave me a new invoice but they had increased what they were charging me for parts to try to pad the numbers that way.
