Had a great experience today with Mike. I called the night before after business hours and was called first thing the next morning. John was who called me back and had Mike over in literally 15 minutes to replace my garbage disposal. Mike was very professional and fast! They have a hourly rate and they definitely didn't drag their feet trying to make an extra dollar. Mike gave me great advice on their services they provide and other projects I have for the kitchen, bathroom sinks etc. I definitely will be using them from now on. Fast. Reliable. Professional. Good prices. Thank you!

Man named Courtney showed up-not Dale as I was told and he took a photo of my house without my permission and when I questioned why he did that he said he just does that to all the homes he goes to to show Dale he was there(??) I told him he did NOT have my permission to do that while on my property, but this did not seem to matter. He arrived for
his 9am appt. at 9:08am and by 10:10am he was done. I had my kitchen faucet & garbage disposal replaced (I provided the new replacements) and the price quoted me over the phone was charged.  Over all very pleased and would recommend and use Dale's again. I wore a mask-Courtney did NOT.

TJ is the best plumber in Jax and I wouldn't have anyone else do plumbing work on my home.  I have used his services for 5 years now for a myriad of different items and he always does a top quality job for a reasonable price.  You can't go wrong by hiring TJ!!

We had several plumbing issues to fix both indoor and outdoor. Brian and his assistant were great! I would highly recommend this plumbing business.

Wish I could leave a review but they never returned/acknowledged our phone call nor message.

Had them out for repair and the faucet still didn't produce hot water, they said would call manufacturer and get back to me.  I called them twice never called manufacturer and never got back to me.  Avoid this company!

With Hurricane Irma looming, I found myself in the parking lot of Home Depot with several planks of plywood that would not fit into my car. A pick up truck w/ the WW Gay logo on the side was parked nearby and I asked  the driver, John, if he would like to make a few bucks to haul my wood the three miles to my house. He graciously agreed immediately, helped me load and unload it, and then absolutely refused to take any payment. For him to take the time, when I'm sure he had his own hurricane prep to worry about, reflects well not only on John (who's last name I did not get), but on the company he works for. Thank  you, John!

Hired them for a big plumbing project, terrible decision. They will nickel and dime for everything after giving a quote. And they took a month longer than expected. After everything finally got done, I still had to hire someone to come repair work they did. DEFINITELY DONT USE
