Amazingly fast response time and they left my yard just like they found it. Very nice people that explained everything that they did to get our septic tank back to efficient working condition. Will definitely use them again if we have any problems.

Jerry was great! I requested a last-minute garbage disposal replacement & installation and Jerry scheduled an appt for 2 days later in World Golf Village. He supplied the garbage disposal and installation was quick. His price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely keep Everybody's Plumbing Co in my contacts for future plumbing jobs!

I very rarely give 5 stars. This is one time I wish I could give more. They arrived early, looked at everything and went straight to work. Fixed everything 10 times better than it ever was and best part is the price was unbelievably great. The best in town and the best I have seen with a contractor in a long time. I am use to working with contractors as I did accounting for a general contractor. I will use them again for sure.

Excellent responsiveness and customer service. Jason is great and I highly recommend.

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

Dan has done several jobs for us, the latest being a dishwasher removal and new install.  We are beyond pleased. He is extremely fair in his prices,  does a great  job and he is very professional and courteous.  We're glad we found him and we highly recommend his company.

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

Do not use this company. Their prices are completely OUTRAGEOUS and there are other more reputable companies to utilize.. Unfortunately this was a last minute call I made and Roto Rooter was the only company that could come out same day.

I had a main line water clog which needed to be snaked.
The tech came out and snaked the drain, simple fix and did mention we had some roots growing through the pipes and quoted $10-15k just to repair.

Just for the snake and fixing the clog, I was charged $355. I said really that much? the tech simply replied yep.. I luckily found a $40 coupon online so my out of pocket was $315.

From speaking with others, $355 is outrageous for a simple snake down the main line with nothing else major being actually repaired.

I called and spoke with Rob who stated $355 is the flat rate fee they charge no matter if they are there for 10 mins.

Beware that you will be charged an arm and a leg without any explanation if you decide to use this company.

Oh Rob did offer to apply the $315 I paid to the $10-$15k repair job due to the confusion...really??

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  They charge too much and do shoddy work.    
     
I hired Bill Fenwick plumbing to replace a supply line to my bathroom sink.  It worked fine, but it was copper and had some corrosion so my home owner's insurance company told me that I needed to have it replaced.  Brandon from Bill Fenwick came out, spent less than an hour replacing them and also replacing my faucet, and charged me over $700.  It was high, but I needed it done because my insurance company was going to cancel my policy if I didn't.    
       
Some time after Brandon the plumber left, I went to wash my hands at the sink and no water came out.  I went under the sink and turned on the water supply, and immediately water started gushing out at the spot where the line meets the faucet.  I had to turn it back off because it was literally flooding the under-sink area.  Apparently Brandon never bothered to turn the water on to make sure that his work was good.  Shouldn't that be in the first day of Plumbing 101?      
   
In summary, Bill Fenwick charged me over $700 to make my bathroom sink completely unusable.  They broke something that worked fine in the first place, so they are the anti-plumbers.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Fati and Stevo replaced 2 toilets at my house and also completed repairs on a leaking pipe.  All work was outstanding including great customer service.  I would use them again in the future for any plumbing work.

Had some items that needed to be repaired prior to selling my house. David Gray got my business based on their reviews and the fact that they were open on Saturday and able to get me a technician for that Monday. The tech called when he was on his way and arrived very soon after. He quickly diagnosed the problems and resolved them. After the repairs were made they cleaned up any mess they made. There was no sign that they had been there other than stuff working like it should.

I thought that the pricing was fair and competitive. You may be able to get better rates with a small mom and pop shop but knowing a prominent company is backing the work makes it worth it. If I need any electrical work done in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call David Gray again.

This business is atrocious. No customer service skills. Lied to me and never showed up!!! My toilet was stopped up on Saturday morning. I called them in the morning. After waiting half a day with no phone call I called them back. They said they lost my service order. The plumber finally called me to tell me he couldn't make it that day and would come in the morning. After another morning I called to ask when he would come. They made me wait another day until I finally called another plumber. They never called back or showed up.

By far, the quickest handyman I've used! I had an issue with my water shutoff value under my sink, and setup a project on Yelp.  Mark responded quickly in the morning and was here soon after.  Job was completed the job same day before lunch. Rate was good and would use again.

The plumber himself was great. He showed me some easy things I could to help my own water flow...like clean the nozzle lol, while he was doing the estimate. He had an apprentice with him when they came to do the work.
It took all day but it was done the right way which was great. We had a garage sink & new hardware for the bathroom installed.
I'll def use them again.

We have used Herzer's Plumbing Service many times in the past. They did an excellent job of re-piping our house with new water pipes due to low water pressure. This week they replaced our drain pipe due to corrosion. They always do very neat and excellent work. They are very professional and work very quickly.

I live in an old building and it was exceptionally difficult to reach the area that needed repair.  The fix required cutting through cement and locating a modern day P-trap that could fit in a smaller space designed for 1920's plumbing equipment.  

The job was completed promptly and the price was very reasonable.  Everything was excellent.  I would recommend them to friends and family.

We had an appointment on Thursday between 1 PM and 5 PM and no one showed up. I called the office at 5:30 to find out why the technician did not show up they told me they would have to get back to me. I waited for a phone call and didn't hear back. They called me the next day and told me that I never made an appointment and neither did my landlord. That was a lie. So she told me they could send somebody out on Saturday And I requested for them to come on Saturday morning because I had plans and I've already had to cancel other plans. So she put in the computer to please make sure that we are requested to come in the morning which did not happen. It is now 4:30 in the afternoon and still no show. This is not the way to do business or treat your customers. They texted me at 2:20 PM and said that a technician was on the way it is now 430 and no technician. I do not live two hours from Jacksonville. I'm not sure where the technician is or why he's not here but this is ridiculous. I have wasted my entire day off waiting around yet again for him to show.
