Good job.  I am 70yrs.old and this was an emergency to me.  I called the people I usually use to pump out my septic tank but couldn't get me on the schedule for at least a week.  Duck Duck Rooter came out the next day before 10 am and so far everything is working.

Jerry responded to my request for help very promptly. He brought the necessary supplies to fix both of my toilets. He gave me advice to help avoid problem in the future. I chose Jerry because the first time I reached out (several months ago) he turned down work that truly was not necessary. It's hard to find people with integrity and yet there is Jerry. I highly recommend him.  Here is a pic of what he fixed.

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

Dan has done several jobs for us, the latest being a dishwasher removal and new install.  We are beyond pleased. He is extremely fair in his prices,  does a great  job and he is very professional and courteous.  We're glad we found him and we highly recommend his company.

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

Service was quick, They responded within 90 minutes of my phone call. Job (snake a drain) was performed fast and professionally by courteous techs. They were done inside of a half hour.....

Wow. I should have have checked online for their pricing! Twice that of the competitors. $338 will practically buy a decent power snake, guys.
Not saying RotoRooter doesn't do a great job, just saying they don't do the job twice as good as other plumbers.

As far as the higher ratings, it could be a bit skewed by by the fact that R/R has a weekly raffle for a full refund when you write an online review.

Don't expect service after the sale, had new system installed on 2/20/2023.I tried contacting the seller for several days with no response.I which I chose a different company for my install

They took care of the issue of having to re-pipe my home because of a slab leak.
Price was right, work was done quickly, their staff was courteous and professional, and followed COVID-19 safety protocol.
Only one small snafu, but they made up for it quickly, and without any problem.
I would recommend Rolland Reash Plumbing 100%, and would use them again if a plumbing issue came up.

I asked this company to install an outside light. Two electricians came out and could not figure out how to make the light work. They even blamed the electrician who previously worked on it. Without installing my light, they charged $275. Ridiculous.

I called Crawford Electric. The electrician fixed the issue with the wiring, which he explained was very simple. It took him around 15 minutes to install the light. He charged $225 for the light work and for a side task. The guys at David Gray wanted to drill holes in my wall!

I recommend Crawford for honest and dependable work.

Very professional and efficient company. We had them out to set up the plumbing for a bathroom remodel and these two guys (Keith & LK?) worked very quickly. They made sure not to waste our time or money, but did a great job moving a drain and several pipes for the shower. We were quoted $2800 by another company and ended up paying only a fraction of that. We called Eagerton last minute and they could make it out the same day before the flooring guys showed up. Definitely recommend this company for their quality of work and professional attitude.

I had a water heater that wasn't working properly and Mark was wonderful. He was quick to respond and very reliable. I would highly recommend him because he is not only profession , but very good at what he does. You won't be disappointed!

Lance maxwell was lumping came out and replaced my sewer line from the house to the city.  They were prompt, handled all permits and inspections, they even provided me a 2nd clean out at the city end of my line because the city line is terracotta and they said it will fail one day and this will save me money.

I called on Monday morning and Glen came right out to unclog our drain. He  had the issue fixed in less than one hour and the pricing was great. I would highly recommend this company. Great service. Great job Glen!!

Had service through 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty. The job was accepted on Monday and Jose, technician, was there by Wednesday.  He snaked the drain and everything is running smoothly again. Thanks!

David Gray's pricing is beyond outrageous.  Recently had bathroom sink unclogged and a new P-trap put on and the bill was $413.00 and after coupons $373.30.  I email them to call and talk to me about their pricing and after a month I had to call them. Service charge of $69.00 was not applied to bill.  $215.00 to unclog bathe sink and $129.30 to install P-trap.  The response I received was that I agreed to pay their charges.  I did agree to pay for services.  I had no way of knowing the time to run snake in the sink would take $215.00 in time.  I had no idea P-trap (cost about $30.00) would be $129.00 since he was already under the sink.  I am a 78 yr old Vietnam Vet on fixed income.  I think the prices are outrageous.
