I was in need of a few repairs in my two bathrooms and reached out to a few different plumbers. Some were smaller businesses and a few were bigger names that I have heard about from radio/magazine ads. Jerry at Everybody's Plumbing was one of the first to provide a response and he provided the most reasonable quote. He was extremely easy to get in touch with and I decided to use his services within a day of his initial quote. We connected and he scheduled me a week out. He touched base the day prior to confirm our appointment and he arrived within the 2 hour timeframe he'd provided. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and he provided some additional information regarding our issues and some future projects. He had to run out to grab some supplies for our repair but was back and finished with the job within the next hour. Jerry was communicative and professional and I would recommend him to any friend or family member. We will certainly hire him again in the future as we make some upgrades within our residence.

I had been having trouble with my septic draining since buying my house 5 months ago. Two other plumbers were unable to fix the problem but Peyton Plumbing quickly identified several major issues with my septic system installation. They were able to come back quickly and completely repiped my entire septic system in one day. The professionalism and service provided was fantastic.

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

I couldn't believe the service man was there in less than an hour. I was told on the phone that if I did not like the quote I was given, there would be no charge for the service man coming out. He was very professional and when he left, you couldn't even tell he had been there except for the fact that my sinks were draining perfectly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the first price quote was $305, but when I told him I had another quote of $75 per hour, suddenly there was a discount that brought the job down to $195. While the other plumber could have been cheaper, I went ahead with Roto-Rooter since they were already there and the service came with a 6-month guarantee. Maybe this is part of their free quote - the service man is already there, so you go with the higher priced job anyway... not sure. But he did a good job.

I was very happy to get service the same day as needed. The plumber arrived right on time and worked quickly to resolve my issues. He left the area clean and was very pleasant to work with.

Came out fast and did a good job. But very, very expensive! $440 for two hours and that price didn't include the replacement toilet I had to run to Home Depot for in the middle of the job (while they waited ... on the clock!). Tech was good and no complaints about their work, only the insane, out-of-this-world price. 3.5/5.

Simple electrical fix to check out a circuit and replace GFCI outlet.  Did complete job and corrected mislabeling on breaker box.  Good notifications, early arrival and went right to work.  Maybe a bit pricey, but so professional will use again.  Highly recommend them for your household electrical projects.

I  called the plumber on the weekend, since it says they have 24/7 service. The tech who called me back said that he was the only one on duty and my clogged kitchen sink was not an emergency. He offered to call me on Monday morning to schedule service. I agreed and guess what....he never called nor anyone from the company. I guess they really didn't want my business so, I call one of their competitors and got excellent service. The only plus in this experience was the timeliness in which the tech called back after being notified by the call service.

0 stars. Very unprofessional. They will take your money and leave you in the middle  of a repair. One repair even left  me with a pool of water in my dining room.  I prematurely gave him a good review (as they repeatedly requested) but I regret  it. You will end up paying more to repair his repairs.

I have used them before and would use them again. I have a beef with the price I was charged to install two toilets. Over the phone we had estimated a price based on two technicians with the caveat that the cost could go higher with parts if needed. One technician came and as expected there were some parts needing replacement. However the final bill was over twice what was estimated and I do realize estimating is a challenge. And with only one tech it took longer. So beware of phone estimates. Quality of work was good. But I did feel bamboozeld over the price.

Absolutely wonderful customer service!!!  If I could give them 20 stars I would!  Crystal in the office was amazing so sweet and helpful.  Bryan was amazing, he fixed my problem and set my mind at ease.  If I ever need anything to do with my plumbing they will be my only call!!!

Had service through 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty. The job was accepted on Monday and Jose, technician, was there by Wednesday.  He snaked the drain and everything is running smoothly again. Thanks!

Tommy with David Gray came through when the water line coming into our house went kaput for no apparent reason.  With an issue like that, unless JEA turned the water off to the house entirely, there would be a constant major leak under our front yard until a fix was done.  We called our usual plumber, but they said they couldn't come for days.  I called David Gray, and they sent Tommy out by the next afternoon.  He immediately diagnosed where the leak was in the line; dug out the area which needed to be replaced (and somehow managed not to destroy any of our plants in the process); replaced the section of the line, including the valves for the line into the house and for the garden hose; and replaced all the plants and dirt -- all within a couple hours, and for well less than $500.  I was prepared for something monstrously expensive and time-consuming, but these guys were on time and under budget.  Would definitely recommend.
