Curtious and Professional! The guys who serviced my septic take were fast and they knew their job! I will always call on Duck Duck for all my septic needs. I'm a first time customer and I will remain a customer. Bravo Zulu to the two gentlemen who arrived at my property ,on time and ready.

I needed a new garbage disposal and really didn't have the time to install one myself, honestly I didn't want to either. I checked yelp for reviews and noticed Everybody's Plumbing stood out from the rest so I submitted a request for a quote and as well as competing quotes. Jerry's quote came back the most reasonable and it's who I was targeting anyway so I set up an appointment to have the install done. Jerry arrived a little before the appointment time and quickly went to work removing the old disposal. He discovered that the previous home owner had unnecessarily added a p trap to the disposal making it much easier to clog up. I never honestly paid attention but after pointing it out Jerry said he wanted to do it right so he went to Lowe's and got a new sink kit (didn't charge me extra for it) and replumbed it for me. That is what you call customer service and part of the reason for my 5 star review. Jerry is very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I avoided future problems. He did an outstanding job for a very reasonable rate and I'm very happy with the work he did so I can easily give this review and recommend him. I have some vendors I use for future work based on past work they did for me and Jerry is the plumber I'll use going forward. Customer service is a lost art it seems these days but Jerry is the Chick-Fil-A of plumbers in Jacksonville so if you need a plumber stop reading this and give him a call.

I had been having trouble with my septic draining since buying my house 5 months ago. Two other plumbers were unable to fix the problem but Peyton Plumbing quickly identified several major issues with my septic system installation. They were able to come back quickly and completely repiped my entire septic system in one day. The professionalism and service provided was fantastic.

We had a flood in house the evening of 11/23/20 from a water filter part (kitchen) coming apart & were here the very next day! They put in a stainless steel part instead so as to prevent another mishap! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST for regular plumbing / clogging probs or emergencies!

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

Dan has done several jobs for us, the latest being a dishwasher removal and new install.  We are beyond pleased. He is extremely fair in his prices,  does a great  job and he is very professional and courteous.  We're glad we found him and we highly recommend his company.

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

Called Roto Rooter but I wasn't sure whether it was a plumbing problem or Septic system. Answered a series of questions and determined it was probably a line problem. Initially they told me service by 5:00 as it turns out Nate was not far away and sent him over within the hour. Nate had been at our home before of he remembered our previous situation. Went right to work and got the line flowing.
Nate is very conscience about what he is doing, and explains the situation.  I would definitely want Nate to do any future work if possible.

I had Fenwick come over to check out what I already knew was a dead water heater that needed replacement. Craig, the technician, was fast, courteous and professional. However, I was up-charged $75 over the agreed $89 diagnostic visit and he was in the house less than 15 minutes. After protesting the hidden fee - clearly company policy so I didn't blame the technician - I was told that the entire amount would be deducted from the price if I installed a new water heater with Fenwick. Fair enough. But when I called to book the installation the manager, Travis, refused to give me the $75 off. On top of that he was rude and extremely condescending. I was furious at the bait and switch and told him if he didn't take off the fee as was promised to me I would drop the order. He didn't budge, even though they were essentially charging $1000+ for the very basic and quick (well less than an hour) service of replacing a water heater. One would think that at the extremely high prices they charge Fenwick would treat their customers with a modicum of respect.

Poor service and quality. Left the bathroom a mess and very disappointed in their plumbing work. Pipes also still leak and did damaged to the wall but cutting through it. Never will I do business with them again. Disappointed.

Simple electrical fix to check out a circuit and replace GFCI outlet.  Did complete job and corrected mislabeling on breaker box.  Good notifications, early arrival and went right to work.  Maybe a bit pricey, but so professional will use again.  Highly recommend them for your household electrical projects.

Be careful! They double charged me. They came to repair a leaking faucet, just cleaned it because they didn't have the part and then charged me for it. I called the following day again because my faucet was still leaking. They did repair it but charged me again ! That's an expensive leak. They did come quick though........

Long story short...I fell through my front door and wrecked the jam and trim.  Mark came out and put the puzzle back together and left it looking like nothing had ever happened.   Always a pleasure to watch someone who knows what they are doing work.  Well worth the price and I will be keeping Action Handy Man in mind for future repairs on my home.

This company and the company they use for leak detection saved me $10,000. Other plumbers were ready to start drilling through my floor for a slab leak despite not being able to hear a leak in the house- it ended up being two sprinkler heads in the yard that had been grown over, that were no longer shutting properly. Lance Maxwell replaced my underground and broken water shut off for $250- Roto Rooter quoted me $1,000. Looking for honest and quick plumbers - go with them. Thank you Lance Maxwell- as a single mom homeowner- spending $10,000 on a non-leak would have destroyed me financially.

I know why this company has good reviews! Brian came to give me an estimate for replacing my water cut off valve and a few outside faucets. Got an estimate and then he went ahead and did the job then! I was more than happy to have it all done! Very reasonable pricing and very nice guy! Thanks for the updates! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs a plumber.

The customer service was friendly and helpful. The tech was on time and did clean fast work. Rate was affordable. Will be my first call for plumbing needs.
