Noticed issue early afternoon Friday. They had a truck with Greg out first thing Saturday morning. Gladly paid a small up charge for weekend service. Once we got it pumped out, Greg pointed out that the tank was in good shape and showed me that I had old clay tile pipes leading to tank and roots had invaded. He cleared that issue easily and everything is now flowing fine. I'll follow up on that line issue. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DDR in the future. Efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'Ve used three other services in the past. DDR is at top of list.

Jerry was pleasant, polite, hard working, prompt, and very reasonably priced. He removed and installed a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He cleaned up thoroughly and was delightful to speak with. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future!

They were able to come back quickly and completely repiped my entire septic system in one day. The professionalism and service provided was fantastic.

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

Dan has done several jobs for us, the latest being a dishwasher removal and new install.  We are beyond pleased. He is extremely fair in his prices,  does a great  job and he is very professional and courteous.  We're glad we found him and we highly recommend his company.

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

Joseph, technician number 620, did a great job fixing a leak under our kitchen sink. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. Even though it was Christmas Eve and we had a busy schedule they were able to fit the service into a time that was convenient for us. Would highly recommend Joseph and Roto-Rooter for your plumbing needs!

Told the cost for an estimate but then when scheduling the appointment was told of an additional $20 gas fee.  Eventually canceled the appointment. Am using another company that provides free estimates.

We hired Rolland Reash plumbing to change our bathtub into a walk-in shower and were very pleasantly surprised!  They did a beautiful job, cleaned up after themselves, and were courteous at all times. The shower is gorgeous, and the price was reasonable.

Always dependable and professional. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for!!

I called Eagerton Plumbing because I needed to find out why a bathroom sink was making a running water noise and their fee was a little less than a few others that I had called for estimates. They quoted me $130. plus materials. When the workman showed up, he turned my main water valve off and broke the switch. When I told him he broke it, he said half of it was already broken, so he wouldn't replace it. He said it's about $200 to replace it.  Well, half of it was already broke, but you could still turn it off and on with the other half. Now I have to use a pair of pliers to turn it on and off.
He told me I had a slab leak on the street side and the house side of the meter. He said he would have to give me an estimate on what it would cost to replumb the entire home, this would include busting up the driveway to get to the city side of the meter.
Then he told me I owed $144.95 for him coming out. He said $10 was for gas and $4.95 was for materials. When I told him they should have told me up front I was paying for gas, and that he didn't use any materials -  He said I could call the office, which I did. The girl argued with me and then transferred me to a man. I told him they didn't use any materials on my job and that I should have been told that they were going to charge me for gas. He was extremely rude and told me that I could pay whatever I wanted and find myself another plumber. (He didn't know I needed a complete replumbing job at the time.) I told him I would pay the amount I was quoted and find myself another plumber - and I did.
The new plumber told me that the leak is coming from my side, but NOT the city side of the meter. Eagerton's guy told me it was leaking from both sides.
They were very rude and unprofessional, but lost a big job over $14.95.

Mark got the job completed in excellence. The pipe outside broke in the wall. He had to open the wall to find the problem and he did. He came up with a solution quickly that will permanently keep the water and the pipe working well.
I called him the night before right from Yelp and he was here with his partner J the next morning. I am so happy I found them. The service was excellent. Marks repair was thorough. He even filled the hole making sure the stucco was back on the wall.
All the work was professionally completed. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

When you have a real plumbing emergency and anyone shows up they get 5 stars. The stars mean more when it isn't such an urgent catastrophe.

The disposal was nearing certain doom. When it did kick the bucket, I called LM Plumbing and they were professional on the phone, prompt, courteous and priced as quoted.

Definitely will be using them again!

Had a pair of toilets backing into a shower. Called them first thing in the morning and they were out by 1 in the afternoon. Melanie was very nice at the office and I highly recommend them. Not out to rip you off in the least!!!

I had a different company come out to look at my wobbly toilet and the company tried to scam me and say it was not covered and tried to get me to pay cash to fix it.

I called Oakley Plumbing and Keith, the owner, who I did not know at the time was a 2-10 Warranty Technician as well, came out looked at it and knew it was able to be warrantied. He called my warranty company and was able to explain to the warranty company what was really wrong.

I then asked him to do other work for me in my new home and he was more than welcome to oblige and did the extra work for a more than reasonable extra fee.

Keith was great and I am glad when you call this company the ONLY person who you speak to and who does the work is the owner, Keith!

The company should change its name to Oakley Integrity Plumbing!!
