We had bathroom problems for about 2 days. 4:00 Saturday afternoon we discovered the problem was with the septic tank. When I called I was told all the drivers had been sent home for the day but without hesitation she offered to call one of her drivers & send him out. What a life saver. My new plumber for ALL my needs is now Duck Duck Rooter

Jerry responded right away to my inquiry for a company to service/repair my water heater via Yelp. He was very courteous and friendly when promptly booking a service call with him and upon his arrival to look at our water heater. He provided great customer service and explained how he checked and reset my unit. Service call pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Jerry for taking the time to look at our unit rather than sell us a new water heater. We will definitely use your services again! Thank you!

They came out and really looked at what was going on with my shower head dripping and took care of the problem. Plus, they cleaned the shower area where their boots were. Would highly recommend and plan to use in the future when I need them again!

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

Dan has done several jobs for us, the latest being a dishwasher removal and new install.  We are beyond pleased. He is extremely fair in his prices,  does a great  job and he is very professional and courteous.  We're glad we found him and we highly recommend his company.

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

They get it right every time, hard working, to the point, friendly and prices are reasonable! They are my go to plumbing company!

Maybe their other services are worthwhile, but, if you have a toilet to install, just call HOME DEPOT. I had a 6pm-10pm time frame Monday evening. I only needed an estimate for a toilet install and disposal and their customer service agent I called told me they don't have pricing to give me but the estimates are free. I called Home Depot and they charge, $99/per toilet plus $25 per toilet for disposal- I'm replacing x2 toilets. I had to call (very nice people!) at 9:45pm because I had yet to hear from anyone...they were running behind and said that they couldn't seem me until Midnight. Well, I had work so I rescheduled. Again, this evening, it was approaching the end of my 4hr window and I heard nothing. I called and then the plumber showed-up to tell me the cost for the toilets was going to be $600!! I said, absolutely not and I told him the cost for Home Depot. Again, he tried to negotiate with me- he said, $525, I told him no again, and he comes back and says, $350. I again remind him that not- Home Depot is $250 total for BOTH toilets with disposal. He says, oh well- I tried!....what?.....I don't think they should waste anyone's time with this ordeal if the plumber is just going to NEGOTIATE when they get there. The stars are strictly because the customer service agents were so kind but the plumber's behavior was bizarre...

I called for an issue with my washing machine hose leaking, Fenwick was able to give me same day service! My technician was very knowledgeable and polite. I have used their services for several years now and always highly satisfied.

I admit I was hesitant due to low ratings by two others here but as a longtime consumer reporter on television, I can't praise these folks highly enough!

The office staff was so efficient in understanding my issue and getting me the help I needed, I decided they couldn't be what a couple others described.  Scott arrived promptly and was not only courteous and respectful of my place, he was professional in every way.  He installed a hose bib inside my house (so I can run a hose to the outdoor terrace in my highrise) without making it a big deal.  He gave me every confidence I will not have a leak or any other kind of problem I was worried about.

As for price, it was extremely reasonable and fair...far less than another company quoted for the same job.  The materials and workmanship were also first-rate.

Five stars for Rolland Reash and his crew in the office and in the field.  You couldn't ask for more from any plumber.  And no, neither Rolland nor Scott are related...at the hourly rates most of these guys charge I wish I HAD a plumber in the family!

Had David Gray install pendant lights to a non existing wired area above our kitchen bar. They drilled the holes, started the wiring from a nearby light, and patched an old light that was too close the new lights. Very pleased with the results and the patchwork is darn near perfect to our existing ceiling! Arrived on time and estimate was spot on. Very happy!

A big shout out to Eagerton Plumbing for fixing a slab leak recently in my condo. They came in, detected where the leak was, didn't screw around and repaired it immediately. Pricing was super fair especially compared to other standard plumbing companies. If you have a slab leak, these are your guys!!! They will not disappoint.

I waited the whole day for him , Everytime he said I just finished and starting soon,  very unprofessional and rude.  I decided not to hire him. I wish he was honest and scheduled me at a later date and time.

I highly recommend this company!!! They were prompt and Nick was superb. He was friendly and informative even though I asked a bunch of questions. They were also very reasonable. Please give this business a chance you will not be disappointed, thank Nick K.

Absolutely wonderful customer service!!!  If I could give them 20 stars I would!  Crystal in the office was amazing so sweet and helpful.  Bryan was amazing, he fixed my problem and set my mind at ease.  If I ever need anything to do with my plumbing they will be my only call!!!

I recently had a water heater replaced that Oakley Plumbing installed.  They did a good job, except Bryan needs to learn how to clean up after himself.  Then a few days later I had issues with hot water in my shower.  I was told it would cost $60 for the filter and $115 for labor.  I was at work when the work was done (they entered via a lock box) and when I arrived home I was shocked how filthy the shower area was.  I had just had my place repainted a few weeks ago and the greasy hand prints left behind on the walls....not okay...and my new shower curtain had to be washed because Bryan got that dirty as well.  Then I receive my credit card bill and I was charged almost double what I was quoted!!!  No conversation as to why and I never received a bill.  This type of business practice is unacceptable!!!  I wanted to be supportive of a business owner by a Veteran, but I can't support a business that doesn't clean up after themselves and charges my credit card without authorization of a different amount!!!!

Quick, competent service call when our air conditioner stopped working on Friday night.  Mike got our home cooled over the weekend and made arrangements for a new fan motor to be installed Monday.  Thanks!
