What a great experience. Had a water heater that stopped working suddenly (cold showers in February...  brrrr)  These guys were super quick to respond,  super helpful and got the problem fixed!  Couldn't ask for anything more!

I use Steeg for all our home plumbing needs due to repeated A+ service. This past week a water heater located on the 2nd floor sprung a leak and water was dripping down into the kitchen. I called the office and Jimmy Steeg talked me through shutting off the water supply; his team lead by Scooter replaced the appliance the next morning. We found that two other hot water heaters at the house were old, and I had those replaced the following week. Top quality work by the Steeg team. Thank you.

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

I can't say enough great things about this business!  They have been exceptionally professional, rates are fare, and they respond quickly.  During the Christmas holidays, we had a big emergency with both toilets overflowing downstairs!  After calling 4 plumbers who couldn't help me, I called Eagerton on a recommendation from someone, and they fit me in.  Yesterday I had an upstairs toilet go bad and had water coming through the kitchen can light.  Not an emergency since we don't live upstairs and I cut the water off.  Nevertheless, the plumber was here in 2 hours.  Outstanding!

We thought we needed plumbing work for a new dishwasher but found out our old dishwasher was fine, just needing re-calibration, which he did!! Saved us a ton in plumbing repairs!!

Lance maxwell was lumping came out and replaced my sewer line from the house to the city.  They were prompt, handled all permits and inspections, they even provided me a 2nd clean out at the city end of my line because the city line is terracotta and they said it will fail one day and this will save me money.

I called on Monday morning and Glen came right out to unclog our drain. He  had the issue fixed in less than one hour and the pricing was great. I would highly recommend this company. Great service. Great job Glen!!

I recently had a water heater replaced that Oakley Plumbing installed.  They did a good job, except Bryan needs to learn how to clean up after himself.  Then a few days later I had issues with hot water in my shower.  I was told it would cost $60 for the filter and $115 for labor.  I was at work when the work was done (they entered via a lock box) and when I arrived home I was shocked how filthy the shower area was.  I had just had my place repainted a few weeks ago and the greasy hand prints left behind on the walls....not okay...and my new shower curtain had to be washed because Bryan got that dirty as well.  Then I receive my credit card bill and I was charged almost double what I was quoted!!!  No conversation as to why and I never received a bill.  This type of business practice is unacceptable!!!  I wanted to be supportive of a business owner by a Veteran, but I can't support a business that doesn't clean up after themselves and charges my credit card without authorization of a different amount!!!!

We discovered a leak out of our garbage disposal at the beginning of the week. Needless to say we weren't excited about it. We've hung cabinets, we've replaced pantry shelving, and we've fixed a toilet or two. For most, garbage disposal replacement probably isn't a big job. But for us, it was big enough to know we didn't want to attempt it ourselves.

After doing some research (& some yelpsearch), I reached out to David Gray Plumbing on Wednesday. Read some reviews about the different disposals they carried, got my price quotes and made my appointment. They showed up today in a timely manner and were out of the house in just over an hour. They even replaced our p-trap but kept the quoted amount I had gotten through e-mail.

We have some more work to do around the house (bathrooms & kitchen remodel). David Gray Plumbing will definitely be on our call sheet when we start looking for quotes.
