I had a leak in my bathroom and found this company in Yelp. Jerry is awesome, straight to the point and knows what he's doing. he already knew the problem just by looking at the pipe. he fixed it fast and was super nice to talk to while he worked. he explained the costs and is very reasonable. highly recommended!

We had a flood in house the evening of 11/23/20 from a water filter part (kitchen) coming apart & were here the very next day! They put in a stainless steel part instead so as to prevent another mishap! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST for regular plumbing / clogging probs or emergencies!

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

Love these guys! Best customer experience - from same day service, to calls to confirm when the technician is near, to acknowledging I'm an returning customer. The technician, Ron Ayers was great - he was polite, explained the issue, was non-intrusive, efficient and cleaned up.

I have used them multiple times on my rentals. Even have a card on file. They have always been very reliable but unfortunately this last scheduled visit wasn't the same. First they are supposed to call me for approval on repairs. They failed to do that and repaired the issue without my approval. When I called to ask why? I got the silent treatment. Then I asked please do not run the card until I spoke to the card holder. Needless to say the card was ran. We don't have a problem with paying but we want to know ahead of time what things are going to cost. I don't think this is a way to gain business. Unfortunately we will be shopping elsewhere.

Came out fast and did a good job. But very, very expensive! $440 for two hours and that price didn't include the replacement toilet I had to run to Home Depot for in the middle of the job (while they waited ... on the clock!). Tech was good and no complaints about their work, only the insane, out-of-this-world price. 3.5/5.

I asked this company to install an outside light. Two electricians came out and could not figure out how to make the light work. They even blamed the electrician who previously worked on it. Without installing my light, they charged $275. Ridiculous.

I called Crawford Electric. The electrician fixed the issue with the wiring, which he explained was very simple. It took him around 15 minutes to install the light. He charged $225 for the light work and for a side task. The guys at David Gray wanted to drill holes in my wall!

I recommend Crawford for honest and dependable work.

JEA recently repaired sewer lines in my street and contracted Eagerton to research and review the connection from my home to the street. The sewer line previously had been inspected by JEA  and video was also taken. Was confirmed at that time my sewer line was clean and no problems detected.  W e l l  Eagerton was sent out to redo the inspection. Why I never know.
They also inspected the sewer line with their own heavy duty equipment which damaged my sewer line in the process.. After I discovered the damage I called JEA and was referred to Eagerton. Tommy the vice president was very rude. Mr Danny Eagerton initiated the repairs but TommyI will not give any documentation or warranty. He does not return my calls and office staff is very rude. Do not hire this company.

I chose Action Handy Man because of the reviews and the location. There are usually not issues in the reviews. I had a couple. However, how they were handled is what I want to share.
The first question was, is this an emergency?
It wasn't. I needed to install a w/d where there had never been one.
I scheduled a two hour window for the walk through/ estimate. At 1 1/2 hours I called to confirm. There had been a mix up. But they dropped what they were doing, and were there in minutes.
But there were unforeseen issues which caused the entire plan to change. Mark just went with flow. With my permission he stayed till 9:00pm one night, and 11:00pm another to complete it.
Then the dryer didn't work. All parts were checked and were working. I called and asked him to please rack his brain and see if we missed anything. He did. It was an issue in the breaker box. He came back and fixed it. No extra charge.
And I am thrilled to have my w/d working.
It was so worth it. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend him.

They did an excellent job figuring out our plumbing issue. There were leaks in our irrigation, he gave us a couple options and he figured out the cost of repairs to the system for a very reasonable price. He did all this in a short amount of time and was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them for any plumbing needs!

Had a pair of toilets backing into a shower. Called them first thing in the morning and they were out by 1 in the afternoon. Melanie was very nice at the office and I highly recommend them. Not out to rip you off in the least!!!

I had a different company come out to look at my wobbly toilet and the company tried to scam me and say it was not covered and tried to get me to pay cash to fix it.

I called Oakley Plumbing and Keith, the owner, who I did not know at the time was a 2-10 Warranty Technician as well, came out looked at it and knew it was able to be warrantied. He called my warranty company and was able to explain to the warranty company what was really wrong.

I then asked him to do other work for me in my new home and he was more than welcome to oblige and did the extra work for a more than reasonable extra fee.

Keith was great and I am glad when you call this company the ONLY person who you speak to and who does the work is the owner, Keith!

The company should change its name to Oakley Integrity Plumbing!!

USE THIS GUY!! Even if he is out of your area the small travel fee is worth it!!

DO NOT USE THEM! I needed a basic re-hook up from having kitchen counters installed. I had many if not all of the parts and was quoted $956!!! I said no. After the first call to the supervisor, they knocked off $100, still my answer was no. I asked for an itemized pricing list and he said they don't have one. After the second call to the supervisor, it was in the $500 range. That was after they gave me a commercial price and supposedly a first responder discount (I'm a teacher). It appears that they have a separate quote list for females. I would be embarrassed working for a company that does business like this. Save yourself time and money and don't bother with them. Plumber's name was Tom - here's his 15 minutes of fame along with the company!
