We contacted DuckDuck late on a friday afternoon with questions about a septic tank inspection that was supposed to have been completed by another company. The other company had been selected by some potential home buyers for a house we were selling. The other company did not even complete a report but indicated we had to completely remove a brand new wooden deck in order for them to do the report.  Duck duck was able to schedule an in person visit from their technician the day after we called them  ( came on a saturday ) and was able to completely access and pump out the septic tank without harming any part of the new deck. The technician , Troy, not only was able to pump the tank and issue their inspection, but more than anything he took a great amount of time explaining what he was doing and why so we were better informed as consumers. Their service was terrific and their pricing was totally in line with other companies that couldnt even be bothered to discuss our situation. Jerry responded to my request for help very promptly. He brought the necessary supplies to fix both of my toilets. He gave me advice to help avoid problem in the future. I chose Jerry because the first time I reached out (several months ago) he turned down work that truly was not necessary. It's hard to find people with integrity and yet there is Jerry. I rarely write reviews, but I definitely count on reviews for choosing someone if I need to (Steeg had great reviews) . We are somewhat new to the area and I haven't needed a plumber until my disposal and sink leaked all over the kitchen. I called Steeg plumbing early the following morning and they told me someone could possibly come out that afternoon or definitely the next morning. I wasn't going to be home in the afternoon and my husband was remote working upstairs. This awesome company came out that afternoon, fixed all the plumbing problems and even loved on my dog. My husband and I highly recommend Steeg Plumbing's work, professionalism and pricing.

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

I had a clogged kitchen sink. I first called one of Roto Rooter's competitors and they gave me there hourly rate. I then called Roto Rooter of Jacksonville, Florida and they don't provide a rate over the phone. They said let me send out a technician to look at your problem, then they will give you a quote. So I agreed to have them come out. I don't fall for high pressure sales tactics. So a very nice and profession plumber named Mike showed up with an hour. Took a few minutes and informed me it was definitely a clogged line. He then informed me of their flat rate charge. It was significantly higher than the competitor. I advised him that I was going to pass on his services as it was too expensive. I told him what the competitor quoted and he offered to call his boss to see if they can match it. They did. Mike proceeded to  repair the problem and while educating me on best practices on what you shouldn't run down your drain. He was very helpful and finished the job and said that his work will have a 6 month warranty. I would call them again for a quote but will certainly have another quote to fall back on if necessary.

Our master bedroom toilet was not working properly, they were able to come out the next day and were very professional and fixed the problem. Very professional and polite, we have used them before to hook-up my generator and will continue to use them - great company!

We have had clogging issues through the 35 years we have been at our house. What we need is a plumber that can get on roof for clean out as it us and older home. Now insurance considers that a liability we had to pay extra but that was clear before they came out.
First they were on time. Appointment was at 9 they were here at 8:50am. Very polite and experienced in knowledge. Darren was lead and he had an apprentice with him.
They did a great job. They were receptive and as we are older they knew the last place was the roof. Nd there was no way of getting out of it. It was worth every penny. Ty for the great professional customer service from the administrator to the workers. We were blessed today. Plumbing is expensive but it's better to know it was completed correctly.

I had these guys come out and install a generator the crew of Bryan and Walter were very polite and respectful. Upon completion the area's of my home were left nicer than it was when they arrived. These gentlemen took pride in their work and the finished product showed it. If I ever need electrical work again David Gray will be the ones to help me.

This business is atrocious. No customer service skills. Lied to me and never showed up!!! My toilet was stopped up on Saturday morning. I called them in the morning. After waiting half a day with no phone call I called them back. They said they lost my service order. The plumber finally called me to tell me he couldn't make it that day and would come in the morning. After another morning I called to ask when he would come. They made me wait another day until I finally called another plumber. They never called back or showed up.

Outstanding plumber, repair and handyman. My first list was plumbing needs from changing faucets to fixing leaks and water heater issues. Second list included grouting, changing a light to ceiling fan and did some small handyman work. He quoted a price that was that was right in the ballpark!
My list was checked off and I am very pleased with his professionalism and hard work. He's a get to the point and focuses on doing the job right the first time.
We appreciated all he did and would recommend him 100%

We had need for several small fixes and called Lance Maxwell Plumbing. They quickly responded and fixed our problems. One issue has been worked on by at least two different plumbers and they said the fix was best that could be done. Well, the man from LAnce Maxwell worked on it and we are finally happy that it works to our satisfaction. He said it just took some thinking and patience.  Highly recommend Lance Maxwell and their prices are very reasonable

I called on Monday morning and Glen came right out to unclog our drain. He  had the issue fixed in less than one hour and the pricing was great. I would highly recommend this company. Great service. Great job Glen!!

Oakley plumbing was honest, professional, and very well skilled.
 
I live in an old building and it was exceptionally difficult to reach the area that needed repair.  The fix required cutting through cement and locating a modern day P-trap that could fit in a smaller space designed for 1920's plumbing equipment.  

The job was completed promptly and the price was very reasonable.  Everything was excellent.  I would recommend them to friends and family.

Trust me, just don't. It'll save you loads of money and headaches. Pick a different company if know what's good for you.
