Jerry does very good work. Arrived a bit later than originally scheduled, but had a good explanation for why. I appreciated very much that he took care to wear a mask, cleaned up after the work was done, was courteous, and provided such a reasonable price.

I very rarely give 5 stars. This is one time I wish I could give more. They arrived early, looked at everything and went straight to work. Fixed everything 10 times better than it ever was and best part is the price was unbelievably great. The best in town and the best I have seen with a contractor in a long time. I am use to working with contractors as I did accounting for a general contractor. I will use them again for sure.

Great response time replacing a hot water heater. The other company I contacted never even returned the call!  Nice to have local businesses you can rely on.

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

Dan has done several jobs for us, the latest being a dishwasher removal and new install.  We are beyond pleased. He is extremely fair in his prices,  does a great  job and he is very professional and courteous.  We're glad we found him and we highly recommend his company.

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

We called Roto rooter at 8:15 am. We were told someone would be there by 10:30am and now at 4:20 we are sitting here with no plumber and a phone call they won't be coming at all. So irritated we waited around and wasted an entire day!!! I do NOT recommend them!

Something as standard a customer supplied faucet installation should have the price disclosed at a flat rate. Coming here and quoting me close to $800 to install a kitchen faucet is absurd and then charging me a $120 fee for the call is just bad business and not ethical. Fenwick does my AC and Heater work and that is all I am limiting them to moving forward .

The plumber who visited was extremely nice and polite, I wish I could justify having him install the faucet but at that rate I could take the $120 hit and hire another plumber and still save significantly.

Call and get a quote range before, don't get sucked into the convenience of their online appointment booking .

Outstanding!  Showed up on time, friendly, professional and respectful.  Did a great job and was out of here in 1.5 hours.  Problem solved.

I am going to preface this with the fact that I am a person who generally does all of their own repairs in the house.  When I had an electrical issue arise which I wasn't able to resolve I was forced to call a pro.   The David Gray electrician was able to track the issue to a burned out wire inside of my garage wall.  There is NO way I would have been able to locate this issue but he was able to use his knowledge of wiring to back track the issue and fix it.   He was very professional and the price came in under what I expected.  I'd say I'll use them again but hopefully that will never need to happen.

I  called the plumber on the weekend, since it says they have 24/7 service. The tech who called me back said that he was the only one on duty and my clogged kitchen sink was not an emergency. He offered to call me on Monday morning to schedule service. I agreed and guess what....he never called nor anyone from the company. I guess they really didn't want my business so, I call one of their competitors and got excellent service. The only plus in this experience was the timeliness in which the tech called back after being notified by the call service.

I called action plumbing yesterday because I had an outside water leak. I was expecting Mark to schedule a date a time next week but he sprung into ACTION and drove from Orlando to Daytona Beach to do the job. I was concerned about cutting a hole into my stucco but he reassured me he can do it all. And he took great care to replace the cracked and worn spigot with a better model. He patched up the stucco better than my last plumber's job on another spigot.

He also evenly spaced out and drilled the holes I needed to hang up my outdoor lighting...loving it!  Thanks to Mark and his cute family. Many blessings!

Great job they are very busy on Monday but be patient price was 120 per hour, emergency call i think that means off hours is 180.00 dollars per hour. My tech was very nice. Happy customer!

We have used Herzer's Plumbing Service many times in the past. They did an excellent job of re-piping our house with new water pipes due to low water pressure. This week they replaced our drain pipe due to corrosion. They always do very neat and excellent work. They are very professional and work very quickly.

Third time using Oakley and just as satisfied as the first two times. Good, honest company. I highly recommend them.

They sent a 2 man crew and only one of them was an experienced plumber and the other guy was new and spent much of the time watching the other guy work. The experienced plumber took 4 hours to complete the task that I was told would only take around 2. They kept going outside to smoke. Then they spent 15 minutes cleaning up and 45 minutes in the brand new truck writing up the bill, talking, and smoking cigarettes. I got billed for that entire extra hour at the 2 man crew rate. 5 labor hours total. My bill was almost $1000. $980 to split 2 water lines and add a drain line (so I could have 2 bathroom sinks instead of 1) ( I also had the Sheetrock wall completely opened up so all they had to do was the plumbing.) They replaced  2 toilets with 2 that I had purchased separately, and removed 2 pedestal sinks. I almost had a heart attack. I figured worst case scenario was gonna be $600.
My theory is this: 1.They have a high overhead. ( brand new trucks)
                            2. The crew leader might get paid by how much he is able to bill.
I am financially and emotionally crushed and I am telling EVERYONE not to use their services. I used to be a small business owner and understand they need to make a living but I firmly believe I was overcharged about 2 hours or about $350.
