Called mid morning for septic pump out and received same day service!  The two gentlemen on the job were friendly and did a great job keeping the yard disturbance to a minimum.  They were informative as to what they were doing and offered helpful tips for septic maintenance.  Jobsite looked great when they left.  Highly recommend this local company for NE Florida.

After having one of the water heaters in our rental units go out due to old age, we were in a bind. I called two other plumbing companies in the area and the costs they quoted to install a new one were much too high (my dad owns his own plumbing company in another city, so I had already talked with him about what it should cost).

After buying the water heater ourselves from Lowe's, we asked the associates who they would recommend and they told us about Everybody's Plumbing. Jerry got back to me right away and offered to come out that day to take a look. Not only did he quote a much more reasonable price for the labor, he also noted that whoever had installed the first water heater had done it incorrectly, making it difficult to get to the element panel (which was against the wall).

Jerry was able to come back out the next day with one of his electricians who extended the outlet for our new, taller water heater and make sure the new heater was installed properly. Even with the extra labor, we still saved more than $200 on what the other companies quoted.

Jerry was extremely pleasant to work with, was very knowledgable and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience working with him (with no extra fees tacked on). I would recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing repairs or other plumbing needs.

We had a small installation. They replied with a quote quickly, were on time and did an excellent job!

We have used Steeg Plumbing for years. They are wonderful and always get to us ASAP - especially in an emergency.

We had a flood in house the evening of 11/23/20 from a water filter part (kitchen) coming apart & were here the very next day! They put in a stainless steel part instead so as to prevent another mishap! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST for regular plumbing / clogging probs or emergencies!

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

They get it right every time, hard working, to the point, friendly and prices are reasonable! They are my go to plumbing company!

After reading my previous review, Roto Rooter's management team reviewed my issues and made it right. I partically liked that they admitted their mistake and showed me total respect and concern. I would give their management team, especially Robert Farr,  a rating of 5 stars for handling the situation very professionally.  I gave 3 star rating due to the company's overpricing initially. If I hadn't written the first review I would of been overcharged for a simple job.  Be sure to write reviews on services everyone. Good or bad it helps keep the companies out there honest. Most of them are and like Roto Rooter care about their customers.

I have been using Fenwick Home Services for the last several years. Starting with some gas services, then plumbing and most recently heating and A/C services. I have found them to be super responsive, timely and honest. Today I had them do a maintenance check on one of my heat pumps. My prior vendor told me that I had a bad capacitor that needed to be replaced immediately. Thought I'd get a second opinion. Fenwick technician Cameron came out today and did a full system check. He found the system to be fully operable and within specs. So that saved me over $300. Fenwick will now be my go to choice for all my plumbing and A/C needs.

I have used Rolland Reash several times over the past few years. The company I work for also uses them when needed.

Last year they replaced a pump for my 2nd bath. The one I had was not always working correctly and had gotten quite frustrating. I had added this bath about 5 years ago when Hurricane Matthew caused a massive tree to fall on my house...when rebuilding the laundry room, my contractor added a bath in that space. Due to the distance from my septic tank, a pump was required.

Rolland Reash came out and assessed the situation. They advised I needed a slightly differently type of pump and came out a couple of days later to remove the old one and install the new. I was given a set price for the job and that did not change. Since installation, I have had no issues whatsoever.

More recently, my kitchen sink was stopping up on both sides. In addition, my hall bath toilet was difficult to flush. I went to Rolland Reash's website and completed info for someone to contact me for a service call. It was after hours on Thursday night and not an emergency. I got a phone call from RR @ 8 the following morning and was told someone could be out around 1 PM the same day. I was also quoted a price for the job.

The technicians arrived right on time and within an hour, both of my plumbing issues had been successfully resolved! Just FYI-If you happen to be reading this and your sink is not draining like mine...they may try to unclog it from the inside first. If that does not work, they will likely try going on your roof and accessing the vent pipe. That's what happened with mine. The vent pipe was clogged up. This is the 2nd time since I've owned my home (32 years) that the vent had to be unclogged. The first time, I didn't even know what a vent pipe was!

Plumbing issues can be intimidating when you don't know a lot about how it all works. Kind of like taking your car in for repairs...you don't know what's wrong, how to fix it, or how much it might cost. Call Rolland Reash when you have plumbing issues and leave it to the experts!

My landlord had this company come out to find out why we lost power to a whole room and to out side lights.  First technician came out and after testing outlets and looking in attic (which I lent my tactical flashlight and they kept) he informed my daughter, not me that due to him having kids he was refusing to service the call.  There was some ferret feces near the outlet , the litter boxes hadn't been scooped yet.  So they rescheduled for another call next day no problem.  We insured next day there wasn't an issue, next day two techs come out different do same thing as ones day before check outlets, check panel box, and check attic.  Except they explain how adjuster needs to come out to give estimate due to fact more than likely wire has been chewed in attic.  Also tell us how prior tech is germaphobe and has had issues with others before.  So I call my land lord to let him know what they told us, help texts me a little later informing me they had no record on their dispatch log of anyone coming out at all.  Now being a disabled combat veteran with one of my disabilities being severe PTSD this didn't go over too well.  My landlord said he'd try to find out early morning if maybe they just didn't update their dispatch log, WTH those guys came at 10 am not late afternoon.  Late afternoon my landlord is finally informed by this so called reputable company that they still refuse to do service until he can assure them it is up to par.  Well little does this company know my landlord lives two houses down from me has not only come by unannounced before and was told to so after 1st visit, but video was taken and sent to him and posted for comments and NO ONE understands WTH this company is talking about.  Maybe they should state what is their issue while actually here.  Or actually that the real reason is they don't want to crawl in this Itty bitty attic to fix the issue because it is an old house or they just don't know.  Not lie and slander someone.  My PTSD and blood pressure were through the roof because of the unscrupulous practices of this company.  Will never use or recommend ever.

Called today for to have a new faucet installed. It was kind 9f an emergency as my husband tried to remove it but lacked the proper tools. I called at 2:00 and a technician called me about 5 minutes later saying he would be here in 10 minutes. Within an hour, the new faucet was installed and the water was back on. The price was very reasonable. Another company wanted $400 to come out today. This company will be my go to for plumbing needs.

Mark got the job completed in excellence. The pipe outside broke in the wall. He had to open the wall to find the problem and he did. He came up with a solution quickly that will permanently keep the water and the pipe working well.
I called him the night before right from Yelp and he was here with his partner J the next morning. I am so happy I found them. The service was excellent. Marks repair was thorough. He even filled the hole making sure the stucco was back on the wall.
All the work was professionally completed. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Fantastic service. We had a main line break at 10:30 pm. Panicking I call this company based on reviews on Yelp. We just moved into the area and knew no one.  I must say I couldn't of been more pleased. They quickly picked up the phone and came on over. Within 1 1/2 hours he had the problem fixed.  Professional and friendly while highly skilled.

I have two bathrooms in my home and both shower stems were leaking I called made an appointment and was called The Day of the appointment by Bryan who was here very fast after he called, he is very courteous and professional fix my problem and the rate was very reasonable I highly recommend these people. They are also used by my son and his neighbor in Orange Park.

I recently had a water heater replaced that Oakley Plumbing installed.  They did a good job, except Bryan needs to learn how to clean up after himself.  Then a few days later I had issues with hot water in my shower.  I was told it would cost $60 for the filter and $115 for labor.  I was at work when the work was done (they entered via a lock box) and when I arrived home I was shocked how filthy the shower area was.  I had just had my place repainted a few weeks ago and the greasy hand prints left behind on the walls....not okay...and my new shower curtain had to be washed because Bryan got that dirty as well.  Then I receive my credit card bill and I was charged almost double what I was quoted!!!  No conversation as to why and I never received a bill.  This type of business practice is unacceptable!!!  I wanted to be supportive of a business owner by a Veteran, but I can't support a business that doesn't clean up after themselves and charges my credit card without authorization of a different amount!!!!

I recently moved here and encountered a plumbing problem in my newly purchased condo.  Unfortunately, the problem occurred while I was away.  The association gave me the name of plumbers to contact.  I chose David Gray after I was told that it would cost $89. for the initial service call.   Upon my approval, I confirmed, this amount would be credited to the cost of the repair.  Negative!  When I finally heard from the technician, he told me what work was DONE and the cost.  AND, he advised as to what further work was needed!  So, what happened to the estimate I requested?  I was not given an opportunity to approve or disapprove the work.  Normally, I like getting a second opinion to make an informed decision as to the best solution.  Gray didn't allow that---they made the decision and moved forward without  consulting me.  I reached out to the company hoping that they would give some compensation/consideration under the circumstances - no such luck.  Again, they did what they wanted to do, and took no responsibility, case closed!  This puts them on my no-call list.  Too bad, my first plumbing experience wasn't favorable making David Gray a no-go choice.  It appears I'm not the first to get taken by their bait and switch game.
