Jerry was great! I requested a last-minute garbage disposal replacement & installation and Jerry scheduled an appt for 2 days later in World Golf Village. He supplied the garbage disposal and installation was quick. His price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely keep Everybody's Plumbing Co in my contacts for future plumbing jobs!

I rarely write reviews, but I definitely count on reviews for choosing someone if I need to (Steeg had great reviews) . We are somewhat new to the area and I haven't needed a plumber until my disposal and sink leaked all over the kitchen. I called Steeg plumbing early the following morning and they told me someone could possibly come out that afternoon or definitely the next morning. I wasn't going to be home in the afternoon and my husband was remote working upstairs. This awesome company came out that afternoon, fixed all the plumbing problems and even loved on my dog. My husband and I highly recommend Steeg Plumbing's work, professionalism and pricing.

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

They get it right every time, hard working, to the point, friendly and prices are reasonable! They are my go to plumbing company!

Two stars for the professionalism and knowledge of service tech. Fenwick was prompt and responsive when calling to schedule. In that aspect they are great. Unfortunately thier prices are ridiculously high. 2100 00 dollars for a 40 gallon low boy tank water heater. I can buy one at lowes for 850 dollars (and it is a 48 gallon). Assuming this cost for their tank, this leaves around 1200 00 dollars for the install (and remember they will be getting the tank for less than retail so 1400 to 1500 dollars is more likely for installation). This is a straight forward install, pipes are there, electric is there. Old tank is removed. Honestly this is a 30 minute job from start to finish at best, more like 15 for a pro. Remember,  the customer also pays the fuel surcharge to get them there. How can you honestly charge that much for install of a water tank? It is just wrong. I understand that most people do not know how to do this ,therefore you can take advantage of them,  but to charge that much is just kind of criminal and seems excessive and predatory. Yes, I know they can charge what they want and so on and so forth. But, outside of the customer service I would find another company to use, cause in all reality, it should cost, at most, half the cost of the water tank price for install. So, a 850 dollar water tank should cost 425 for install, at best. Especially since the customer pays the fuel charge as well. I have had no work done by them, so I cannot speak to workmanship,  but at those prices I would image everything they do is done to perfection!

We thought we had a potential slab leak due to wet grout in the floor.  We called several companies for diagnoses and quote.  Rolland was the first to come out and not diagnose the problem correctly.  We were charged $299.00 for the technicians time and they recommended we re-plumb our house.  They sent an estimator to give us a quote.  Prior to the estimators arrival our second quote plumbing company arrived.  They diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes.  No slab leak.  A kitchen faucet leaking and over a short time had leaked into the floor.  The issue was solved and fixed for $160.00.  I would love to believe that Rolland Reash Plumbing is not dishonest and selling services that are not required but have to question why you would diagnose a house re-plumb when all of the symptoms of a slab leak aren't met and you did not check the kitchen sink plumbing.  Glad it was only a $299.00 loss.  It could have been far worse.  Buyer beware and proceed with caution.

We had an issue where the breaker kept tripping on the AC. I called on a Saturday thinking it was going to cost a lot. The person on the phones asked questions so that they could have what they needed when they arrived. Andrew was the electrician. He quickly solved the problem and was extremely polite. Andrew and David Gray Electrical made a new client today and for the future.

This business is atrocious. No customer service skills. Lied to me and never showed up!!! My toilet was stopped up on Saturday morning. I called them in the morning. After waiting half a day with no phone call I called them back. They said they lost my service order. The plumber finally called me to tell me he couldn't make it that day and would come in the morning. After another morning I called to ask when he would come. They made me wait another day until I finally called another plumber. They never called back or showed up.

We thought we needed plumbing work for a new dishwasher but found out our old dishwasher was fine, just needing re-calibration, which he did!! Saved us a ton in plumbing repairs!!

I highly recommend this company!!! They were prompt and Nick was superb. He was friendly and informative even though I asked a bunch of questions. They were also very reasonable. Please give this business a chance you will not be disappointed, thank Nick K.

I called on Monday morning and Glen came right out to unclog our drain. He  had the issue fixed in less than one hour and the pricing was great. I would highly recommend this company. Great service. Great job Glen!!

I recently had a water heater replaced that Oakley Plumbing installed.  They did a good job, except Bryan needs to learn how to clean up after himself.  Then a few days later I had issues with hot water in my shower.  I was told it would cost $60 for the filter and $115 for labor.  I was at work when the work was done (they entered via a lock box) and when I arrived home I was shocked how filthy the shower area was.  I had just had my place repainted a few weeks ago and the greasy hand prints left behind on the walls....not okay...and my new shower curtain had to be washed because Bryan got that dirty as well.  Then I receive my credit card bill and I was charged almost double what I was quoted!!!  No conversation as to why and I never received a bill.  This type of business practice is unacceptable!!!  I wanted to be supportive of a business owner by a Veteran, but I can't support a business that doesn't clean up after themselves and charges my credit card without authorization of a different amount!!!!

I regret my decision to hire David Gray Plumbing for repiping work that should've been accomplished in 2 weeks max but took about 20 weeks, and corrections were still needed at the end. Since I was new to the Jacksonville area, I went with David Gray Plumbing because of name recognition, and I thought that would've been sufficient, but I was wrong. While my project manager was very responsive and easy to work with, the biggest problem was that David Gray Plumbing couldn't keep a consistent plumber on the project that could see the work thru until the end. So the result was a rotation of plumbers that wasn't familiar with the previous plumber's repairs. 20 weeks later when the work was finally completed, I had to bring in an outside plumber for a neutral opinion, which revealed that there were minor corrections that still needed to be made.

Ultimately, 20 weeks for work that should've taken a couple weeks ended up costing time and money, and also held up other repairs that needed to be made to my property. The multiple invoices that I received over the course of the project for various parts of the work ended up costing me a few thousands more than originally budgeted for once I put it all together.
