Zef is the owner of this business and he is incredible!  Very knowledgeable, diligent, effective, and fairly priced.  Any time I have used him he has gone above and beyond in solving my HVAC needs, plumbing and he even installs water softeners.  One of the best contractors I've ever met.

Found Lettow Plumbing through the HomeAdvisor app. They gave me a quote over the phone for a water heater replace/install that was on the lower end of the 4 quotes that I got.  I was able to choose my installation date and time and Anna was easy to work with.

Paul arrived slightly after our scheduled time but got immediately to work.  He was very pleasant to talk with and explained everything he was doing and got my approval on positioning before continuing.  He made sure to ask questions and understand the changes to our water system before getting into the job.

He cleaned up his work area and took all of the trash with him.  The pipes look good, the water heater looks good and I couldn't be happier.  He even asked if I wanted the insulation put back on the exposed pipes and put it back better than he found it.

I highly recommend Lettow for you water heater replacement needs and I would certainly call them first in the future for any other plumbing projects that I have.

Mark is a very honest hard working professional.  I would only use Beckwith Plumbing for my plumbing needs.  They stay in touch through the work and show up when they say they will be there.  The cost is what they quote and the work is top quality.  Mark is a true Christian that can be trusted.

After 4 different plumbing companies, many months and money attempting to find the root cause of our sewer line problem causing toilets to back up, we called Hall's Services. Unlike other companies, they actually answered our call (on a Saturday no less) and said they would be there by around noon, and they actually were! They were professional and knowledgeable and unlike the others, discovered the cause of our problem. A section of pipe need to be replaced. They came back the next day and worked to fix the issue until it was complete and problem solved. Cleaned up leaving the site almost as they found it. We will be using them again for other repairs and upgrades to our plumbing system.

They came out promptly and fixed a spa faucet that wasn't working and also a leaky outside water faucet.  They didn't overcharge for any hardware needed and their overall price was very fair. Will use them again.

These days it is difficult to find a reputable company do perform outstanding work, so when you find one that does follow up, gives great estimates, is professional, funny, relatable and timely it makes all the difference in the world. Just wanted to thank Ken Johnson Plumbing for the prompt and professional service. The technician (I think it was Mike, my apologies if I am wrong ) was very courteous and identified the issues quickly. In addition, I had some scheduling issues that would have delayed my appointment, but they were able to work around my schedule and I truly appreciated it. They did a great job replacing a hot water heater. Very fast service and very knowledgeable and local to Ponte Vedra. I would definitely use this company again.

Never completed work and would not call back.   What I found out is the work that they did perform was incomplete and it was incorrect. I would not use the car again for anything. Very very poor quality and lack of professionalism. . Terrible service.

He Came to Do My bathroom. I Paid Him what he asked. He propostioned me for sex and when I said no he never came back to finish my bathroom. Is a total creep. Services  sucks.
