We needed a septic inspection for buying a house. Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing made the costs involved very clear before coming out. They provided a great report that was very clear and easy to understand. Would definitely use them again.

Jerry was easy to communicate with via phone and text to get a quote and set up the service.  He was able to meet me at a time convenient for me and he did an excellent job.  He replaced my broken garbage disposal and provided some tips on how to keep it functioning.  He seemed professional, honest, and friendly.  I would definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs.

They came out and really looked at what was going on with my shower head dripping and took care of the problem. Plus, they cleaned the shower area where their boots were. Would highly recommend and plan to use in the future when I need them again!

Great response time replacing a hot water heater. The other company I contacted never even returned the call!  Nice to have local businesses you can rely on.

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

Love these guys! Best customer experience - from same day service, to calls to confirm when the technician is near, to acknowledging I'm an returning customer. The technician, Ron Ayers was great - he was polite, explained the issue, was non-intrusive, efficient and cleaned up.

I began using Fenwick back about 2012 and was VERY satisfied. The last time I used them, probably about 2 years ago, I was so very dissatisfied and I vowed never to use them again. I found out they were sold to a corp. so I decided that was probably the probelm. I now need a plumber and really wanted to go back to them because of such good past experiences. After reading the most recent reviews, I guesss I have to look elsewhere. So very sad.

I admit I was hesitant due to low ratings by two others here but as a longtime consumer reporter on television, I can't praise these folks highly enough!

The office staff was so efficient in understanding my issue and getting me the help I needed, I decided they couldn't be what a couple others described.  Scott arrived promptly and was not only courteous and respectful of my place, he was professional in every way.  He installed a hose bib inside my house (so I can run a hose to the outdoor terrace in my highrise) without making it a big deal.  He gave me every confidence I will not have a leak or any other kind of problem I was worried about.

As for price, it was extremely reasonable and fair...far less than another company quoted for the same job.  The materials and workmanship were also first-rate.

Five stars for Rolland Reash and his crew in the office and in the field.  You couldn't ask for more from any plumber.  And no, neither Rolland nor Scott are related...at the hourly rates most of these guys charge I wish I HAD a plumber in the family!

I am going to preface this with the fact that I am a person who generally does all of their own repairs in the house.  When I had an electrical issue arise which I wasn't able to resolve I was forced to call a pro.   The David Gray electrician was able to track the issue to a burned out wire inside of my garage wall.  There is NO way I would have been able to locate this issue but he was able to use his knowledge of wiring to back track the issue and fix it.   He was very professional and the price came in under what I expected.  I'd say I'll use them again but hopefully that will never need to happen.

This business is atrocious. No customer service skills. Lied to me and never showed up!!! My toilet was stopped up on Saturday morning. I called them in the morning. After waiting half a day with no phone call I called them back. They said they lost my service order. The plumber finally called me to tell me he couldn't make it that day and would come in the morning. After another morning I called to ask when he would come. They made me wait another day until I finally called another plumber. They never called back or showed up.

I don't have others to compare it with.

I do think  there is other ways to get a washer and dryer done in my garage. I have to explore this a bit more. Before I say yes or no... I would say give him a chance.

Lance maxwell was lumping came out and replaced my sewer line from the house to the city.  They were prompt, handled all permits and inspections, they even provided me a 2nd clean out at the city end of my line because the city line is terracotta and they said it will fail one day and this will save me money.

Had a pair of toilets backing into a shower. Called them first thing in the morning and they were out by 1 in the afternoon. Melanie was very nice at the office and I highly recommend them. Not out to rip you off in the least!!!

The customer service was friendly and helpful. The tech was on time and did clean fast work. Rate was affordable. Will be my first call for plumbing needs.

I called for two separate issues. One was a clogged tub. the other was for  low water pressure and a sewage smell in the shower. The customer service representative told me that if i made both appointments at one time I would receive a discount for the second call at $88. The day of the appointment they forgot to set the appointment. I had to call. One plumber came last minute and unclogged the tub made a hole in the ceiling to check the pipe and never resealed the hole. I still have a smell and a hole in my ceiling.  I was charged 108 minus the 10 dollar coupon for a total of 98 dollars.

The second plumber came the next day to change the cartridge for the low water pressure in my bathtub. The  cartridge cost $96 dollars but the plumber said he was not aware of the $88 discount for the service call. He said someone from the office would call. I never received a call within the week so i called. The billing office charged me 165 for the service call that was done within 45 minutes and $96 dollars for the cartridge. $359 dollar total. What happened to the $88 dollar discount.

Dishonesty is not a good policy. I will never use David Gray Plumbers. The billing people ignored me when asked for an explanation and did not care when i told them i would not use their services again.
