We contacted DuckDuck late on a friday afternoon with questions about a septic tank inspection that was supposed to have been completed by another company. The other company had been selected by some potential home buyers for a house we were selling. The other company did not even complete a report but indicated we had to completely remove a brand new wooden deck in order for them to do the report.  Duck duck was able to schedule an in person visit from their technician the day after we called them  ( came on a saturday ) and was able to completely access and pump out the septic tank without harming any part of the new deck. The technician , Troy, not only was able to pump the tank and issue their inspection, but more than anything he took a great amount of time explaining what he was doing and why so we were better informed as consumers. Their service was terrific and their pricing was totally in line with other companies that couldnt even be bothered to discuss our situation. Jerry was pleasant, polite, hard working, prompt, and very reasonably priced. He removed and installed a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He cleaned up thoroughly and was delightful to speak with. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future!

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

I had a clogged kitchen sink. I first called one of Roto Rooter's competitors and they gave me there hourly rate. I then called Roto Rooter of Jacksonville, Florida and they don't provide a rate over the phone. They said let me send out a technician to look at your problem, then they will give you a quote. So I agreed to have them come out. I don't fall for high pressure sales tactics. So a very nice and profession plumber named Mike showed up with an hour. Took a few minutes and informed me it was definitely a clogged line. He then informed me of their flat rate charge. It was significantly higher than the competitor. I advised him that I was going to pass on his services as it was too expensive. I told him what the competitor quoted and he offered to call his boss to see if they can match it. They did. Mike proceeded to  repair the problem and while educating me on best practices on what you shouldn't run down your drain. He was very helpful and finished the job and said that his work will have a 6 month warranty. I would call them again for a quote but will certainly have another quote to fall back on if necessary.

Guy cut me off as I said hello, telling me to lock my dogs up. Ok...not everyone likes dogs. However, he was rude about it and then told me there was no power to my dishwasher...which he was there to hook up...and when I pressed the power button he was surprised because ...ta da...it had power  Then he tells me he will give me a quote and it will include having to pull my dishwasher out. I was rather unhappy already between the dog thing, and the power thing so I advised him that I would be happy to pull the dishwasher out (brand new, electrician was out already to connect the power) and that if he couldn't do the job he could leave and I would be happy to call another company. He assured me he was a certified plumber and he did get the job done  However, I would rather pay more money for David Gray for any future needs than have this kind of rude person in my home even for the better price.

I needed a disposal replaced and some of the plumbing into the wall from the pee trap wasn't done correctly.   Consequently I would have frequent back ups in the sink and tiny food particles on my dishes.   They fixed that without me even asking and explained to me why I had food particles and back ups in my sink. Everything runs smoothly and
clean now.   Thanks!!!!

The worst company I ever called. We will never call and get insulted again. Take your money and run for the hills.

I can't say enough great things about this business!  They have been exceptionally professional, rates are fare, and they respond quickly.  During the Christmas holidays, we had a big emergency with both toilets overflowing downstairs!  After calling 4 plumbers who couldn't help me, I called Eagerton on a recommendation from someone, and they fit me in.  Yesterday I had an upstairs toilet go bad and had water coming through the kitchen can light.  Not an emergency since we don't live upstairs and I cut the water off.  Nevertheless, the plumber was here in 2 hours.  Outstanding!

0 stars. Very unprofessional. They will take your money and leave you in the middle  of a repair. One repair even left  me with a pool of water in my dining room.  I prematurely gave him a good review (as they repeatedly requested) but I regret  it. You will end up paying more to repair his repairs.

Great work. They roughed in the plumbing for my master bath in my old home. The house threw them a few issues, but they overcame the doubled up floor joists that were in their way, and even fixed some ugly water lines that were done prior to them coming there. They showed up when they said they would, and got the job done in one day that would have taken me a week to do.

I have used this service for 25 years.  The are a dependable, and more important, trustworthy service.

Keith was punctual, professional and went above and beyond with our home warranty repair. After replacing our leaky hose, he even adjusted the flow on my sink sprayer to make it work more effectively. We will definitely call him in the future for all our plumbing needs.

May as well return the favor to fellow yelpers and leave this review. I hired David Grey based on yelp reviews. The plumber they sent- Frank was first class, said he has worked there for 20 years. The office would not ballpark or give me a rough idea of expected cost, which I understand. Some plumbers have flat rate costs for certain services. In my case the DG hourly rate worked out to half of what others were charging for flat rate service. Happy Flushing!
