Duck Duck Rooter was a big disappointment. They did not identify a septic issue when making repairs on a house we were purchasing even after completing a voluntary inspection (which we learned the hard way is not an inspection and they can't be held responsible). After service calls to address the same issues identified in the home inspection (which they supposedly repaired) I was told by one of their technicians that we were using too much toilet paper! About 5 minutes after stepping on our property another company immediately identified the issue as the septic system. Which now has to be replaced. Duck Duck Rooter was a $14,000 mistake.

I use Steeg for all our home plumbing needs due to repeated A+ service. This past week a water heater located on the 2nd floor sprung a leak and water was dripping down into the kitchen. I called the office and Jimmy Steeg talked me through shutting off the water supply; his team lead by Scooter replaced the appliance the next morning. The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

Dan has done several jobs for us, the latest being a dishwasher removal and new install.  We are beyond pleased. He is extremely fair in his prices,  does a great  job and he is very professional and courteous.  We're glad we found him and we highly recommend his company.

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

The Roto-Rooter team got in touch with me, heard my concerns, and offered to cover the difference between the original quoted amount and what the plumber ended up charging me to make it right. The team was great in addressing the issue.

I asked for an email address to send over the architect's plans and request a quote for the plumbing portion of our complete gut and rehab project.  They wouldn't give me an email address.  Apparently they do not want the business.

In the plumbing industry I'm sure that it is hard to find (and keep) quality employees that can confidently work inside residential homes or offices.  Based on several jobs completed over the years, and in talking to Rolland directly, I would not hesitate to recommend RR to a family member or friend.

I am going to preface this with the fact that I am a person who generally does all of their own repairs in the house.  When I had an electrical issue arise which I wasn't able to resolve I was forced to call a pro.   The David Gray electrician was able to track the issue to a burned out wire inside of my garage wall.  There is NO way I would have been able to locate this issue but he was able to use his knowledge of wiring to back track the issue and fix it.   He was very professional and the price came in under what I expected.  I'd say I'll use them again but hopefully that will never need to happen.

Called them on a Sunday and they were here in an hour. No extra charges for it being on a Sunday/weekend (which a lot of companies do). Stuart worked quickly and efficiently! Quoted us cheaper than other companies.

I contacted this professional thru yelp.  I got a reply and set up an appointment.  What I am am so pleased about is that there was miscommunication with the scheduled appointment.  He got right back to us, came the next day on his off day and got our job completed and I was really pleased with the work.  Here's the thing.  I had a repair to my front door, repair to a stair railing and installation of a toliet.  This gentleman got to work got it done and did a great job in record time.  Seems like they really know what they are doing.  So I have other jobs and I will use him again.  So lets see if this gentleman does consistent good work.  I'll be sure to let you know; however I think I've hit the jackpot!

Lance Maxwell plumbing will have my business for as long as I live in this area. Prompt and professional service. Called on Saturday to have a sink and faucet installed, the sink from Ikea was a bit different with some very difficult clamps, Dustin and Mackie figured it out after some head scratching but they prevailed. The cost was very reasonable.  Other national chain ending  in rooter where crazy with the quote, 3 time the amount my local company charge. These guys are awesome, local O.P. small business that is customer friendly and honorable.

I know why this company has good reviews! Brian came to give me an estimate for replacing my water cut off valve and a few outside faucets. Got an estimate and then he went ahead and did the job then! I was more than happy to have it all done! Very reasonable pricing and very nice guy! Thanks for the updates! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I recently had a water heater replaced that Oakley Plumbing installed.  They did a good job, except Bryan needs to learn how to clean up after himself.  Then a few days later I had issues with hot water in my shower.  I was told it would cost $60 for the filter and $115 for labor.  I was at work when the work was done (they entered via a lock box) and when I arrived home I was shocked how filthy the shower area was.  I had just had my place repainted a few weeks ago and the greasy hand prints left behind on the walls....not okay...and my new shower curtain had to be washed because Bryan got that dirty as well.  Then I receive my credit card bill and I was charged almost double what I was quoted!!!  No conversation as to why and I never received a bill.  This type of business practice is unacceptable!!!  I wanted to be supportive of a business owner by a Veteran, but I can't support a business that doesn't clean up after themselves and charges my credit card without authorization of a different amount!!!!

Stay away!!!
Plumber was here no more than 4 minutes and they still charged 100$
After I called and spoke to a supervisor who never came to the phone , they would not lower for me!
Awful people!
