Everyone I spoke to were very polite. The people who came out to pump out our septic tank were very nice and did a great job. They were fast and didn't leave behind a mess. I would recommend to anyone who needs their septic tank pumped out to call the Duck.

Called late today and Jerry went out of his way to fit me into his busy schedule!  He was extremely professional and fixed not only my initial problem but also trouble-shot a potential problem!  His rate was more than reasonable and I would highly recommend Jerry and Everybody's Plumbing Co.

Water heater broke. Came out very quickly and checked it out. Needed new heater. Offered me option of buying one myself and having them install or selling me one of their stock and installing. Very dependable, smart, quick installation, reasonable prices for reliable service.

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

My water quit while in the middle of a laundry run on a Saturday-because nothing ever breaks on a weekday on working hours...... I contacted the 800 contact number (from Google) and they promptly answered, gave me a time window, and provided me with the technician's name.

Dallas (4005) arrived well within the time frame they told me he would. He introduced himself and took a look after hearing what had happened. He diagnosed the problem easily and provided me with an estimate within a few minutes after assessing the need for parts. The estimate was well within what I had in mind (after researching on the web for similar repair costs in the area).

Dallas is very professional and highly knowledgeable about his craft. He explained in detail what he was doing and went to work. His repair was solid and water was restored!

I cannot say nicer things about this young man and his thoroughness in his work. Roto Rooter was also very good with the scheduling and keeping me up to date as to when Dallas would arrive, etc.

I would definitely recommend Roto Rooter and in particular, Dallas, for any plumbing repairs or other plumbing work (he also alerted me to a possible future part replacement in my water system- I will definitely ask for him when the time comes!).

I found them though home advisors i told tem i needed main line cleared my husbond had already snaked it but the snake wasnt long enough so they quoted me 99 .00 to clean it out . When the guy got here  he tried to get me to pay him 320.00 cash i refused and said i would call the office  then he said oh i found it your right  its 99.00 i felt he was trying to scam me for money on the side for his pocket he had a additude with me he cleaned the drain in 15min or less brought up a ball of fine roots about the size of a dinner plate the pipe started flowing that was it he started packing up i said that little bit of roots stopped up the line he said yes i felt like he should of ran the snake again but i am not a plumber it was a gut feeling he just didnt do enough to reallly clear it and i was rigjt 3 weeks later i was stopped up again i called them back the lady on the phone said i had a guarantee for 30 days so she sent another person who was very rude to me said no 30 day warranty because of tree roots and demanded 350 to redo it .really i paid 99.00 the first time 3 weeks ago and its stopped already it wasnt cleaned the first time right because they wanted to run camera and said it had a break in the pipes which i know it dose but tree roots arnt growing  back in 3 weeks to block it bn ack up the first guy was made because i wouldnt pay him that extra cash and this guy wanted cash to its a bad business they said a manager would call me never received a call back either,  dont use this company they want to way over charge you they deffently dont care about customer service

After getting an overpriced quote for a hot water heater installation from another contractor, I reached out to Rolland Reash Plumbing for a quote. I received a really reasonable quote and an appointment for the very next day. Justin showed up on time and was very professional. The water heater was expertly installed in short order. A few days later I had a dishwasher delivered and the delivery company refused to install the dishwasher. I called Rolland Reash Plumbing and they were again able to get me in the very next morning (and I called very late in the afternoon). Claudio showed up on time and was also very professional. He made quick work of installing the dishwasher and replacing nearby plumbing needed for the install. He even adjusted my hot water heater for me once he finished. I hadn't requested an estimate prior to the second appointment and was pleasantly surprised when the total came in at about $50 less than I had expected. I will definitely call them for all of my future plumbing needs!

I am going to preface this with the fact that I am a person who generally does all of their own repairs in the house.  When I had an electrical issue arise which I wasn't able to resolve I was forced to call a pro.   The David Gray electrician was able to track the issue to a burned out wire inside of my garage wall.  There is NO way I would have been able to locate this issue but he was able to use his knowledge of wiring to back track the issue and fix it.   He was very professional and the price came in under what I expected.  I'd say I'll use them again but hopefully that will never need to happen.

My Company Arwood Site Services has relied on Eagerton for many years. They perform all our disconnects on demolition projects. I would highly recommed them.

Long story short...I fell through my front door and wrecked the jam and trim.  Mark came out and put the puzzle back together and left it looking like nothing had ever happened.   Always a pleasure to watch someone who knows what they are doing work.  Well worth the price and I will be keeping Action Handy Man in mind for future repairs on my home.

This company and the company they use for leak detection saved me $10,000. Other plumbers were ready to start drilling through my floor for a slab leak despite not being able to hear a leak in the house- it ended up being two sprinkler heads in the yard that had been grown over, that were no longer shutting properly. Lance Maxwell replaced my underground and broken water shut off for $250- Roto Rooter quoted me $1,000. Looking for honest and quick plumbers - go with them. Thank you Lance Maxwell- as a single mom homeowner- spending $10,000 on a non-leak would have destroyed me financially.

I know why this company has good reviews! Brian came to give me an estimate for replacing my water cut off valve and a few outside faucets. Got an estimate and then he went ahead and did the job then! I was more than happy to have it all done! Very reasonable pricing and very nice guy! Thanks for the updates! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I live in an old building and it was exceptionally difficult to reach the area that needed repair.  The fix required cutting through cement and locating a modern day P-trap that could fit in a smaller space designed for 1920's plumbing equipment.  

The job was completed promptly and the price was very reasonable.  Everything was excellent.  I would recommend them to friends and family.

Tommy with David Gray came through when the water line coming into our house went kaput for no apparent reason.  With an issue like that, unless JEA turned the water off to the house entirely, there would be a constant major leak under our front yard until a fix was done.  We called our usual plumber, but they said they couldn't come for days.  I called David Gray, and they sent Tommy out by the next afternoon.  He immediately diagnosed where the leak was in the line; dug out the area which needed to be replaced (and somehow managed not to destroy any of our plants in the process); replaced the section of the line, including the valves for the line into the house and for the garden hose; and replaced all the plants and dirt -- all within a couple hours, and for well less than $500.  I was prepared for something monstrously expensive and time-consuming, but these guys were on time and under budget.  Would definitely recommend.
