Jerry was easy to communicate with via phone and text to get a quote and set up the service.  He was able to meet me at a time convenient for me and he did an excellent job.  He replaced my broken garbage disposal and provided some tips on how to keep it functioning.  He seemed professional, honest, and friendly.  I would definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs.

They came out and really looked at what was going on with my shower head dripping and took care of the problem. Plus, they cleaned the shower area where their boots were. Would highly recommend and plan to use in the future when I need them again!

I called Friday morning because my hot water heater wasn't working. A technician was at my house the same day and fixed the problem. Great service and would definitely use again!

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

I couldn't believe the service man was there in less than an hour. I was told on the phone that if I did not like the quote I was given, there would be no charge for the service man coming out. He was very professional and when he left, you couldn't even tell he had been there except for the fact that my sinks were draining perfectly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the first price quote was $305, but when I told him I had another quote of $75 per hour, suddenly there was a discount that brought the job down to $195. While the other plumber could have been cheaper, I went ahead with Roto-Rooter since they were already there and the service came with a 6-month guarantee. Maybe this is part of their free quote - the service man is already there, so you go with the higher priced job anyway... not sure. But he did a good job.

I don't take/leave 1-star reviews lightly. I generally like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but my particular experience with this company truly deserves 1 Star.

First of all, I started my search for plumbers by calling around to price them out for fixing a clogged shower drain. Upon calling Fenwick's, I was pleased to hear that they had a flat-$99 clogged drain rate. I made sure to specifically ask, if that was the actual price and was assured that was their flat rate. After the work was done, an $89 dispatch fee was added, virtually doubling their flat-rate price for (conservatively) 10min of work.

Additionally, I called to ask that the technician call me prior to arriving at my residence so that they wouldn't ring the doorbell and wake my sleeping 2 y/o. Again, the person on the phone assured me that it was standard operating procedure for them to call prior. However, sure enough, no call and the ringing doorbell woke up my child.

I called them afterwards and was told management would call me within 24 business hours. Here it is a week later...

As the cherry on top of it all, the drain still doesn't drain properly.

All that said, proceed with caution and make an informed decision for your plumbing needs

Anthony showed up within a few hours after I called, and found the leak between the meter and the house within minutes. He was able to quickly fix this, and was very friendly and knowledgeable, discussing some upcoming maintenance I asked about. I have found my plumber, and couldn't be happier. Fair pricing too!

The worst company I ever called. We will never call and get insulted again. Take your money and run for the hills.

My Company Arwood Site Services has relied on Eagerton for many years. They perform all our disconnects on demolition projects. I would highly recommed them.

0 stars. Very unprofessional. They will take your money and leave you in the middle  of a repair. One repair even left  me with a pool of water in my dining room.  I prematurely gave him a good review (as they repeatedly requested) but I regret  it. You will end up paying more to repair his repairs.

We had need for several small fixes and called Lance Maxwell Plumbing. They quickly responded and fixed our problems. One issue has been worked on by at least two different plumbers and they said the fix was best that could be done. Well, the man from LAnce Maxwell worked on it and we are finally happy that it works to our satisfaction. He said it just took some thinking and patience.  Highly recommend Lance Maxwell and their prices are very reasonable

Absolutely wonderful customer service!!!  If I could give them 20 stars I would!  Crystal in the office was amazing so sweet and helpful.  Bryan was amazing, he fixed my problem and set my mind at ease.  If I ever need anything to do with my plumbing they will be my only call!!!

Called to get a water heater replaced. Plumber doesn't call back until the next day and has an obvious chip on his shoulder as he quotes me almost $450 to install a water heater. He gives himself an almost 48 hour window of when he will show up, but never did show up or call.

Called to get a estimate to replace a leaking kitchen faucet.  I already had bought the faucet.  They advised me they couldn't give me a estimate over the phone. The lady stated they could send someone out for $89 to give me a estimate.   I asked how much they charge hourly and she stated they charge by the job.
They come out and gave me a quote for $389.07 installed including the service charge..  This looks like the standard price they charge for a kitchen faucet install.  They could have told me this over the phone.  This is a one hole faucet.. Most people are stuck and have to pay what they ask once they are at your house as i was.  I needed my water back on.  
This company is all about the money.  They were at my house 30-40 minutes max and charged $389.07.. Total rip off..  Its a scam the way they do it. I see other reviews above stating the same..
I recently had plumbers do work at my other house and they were nowhere as expensive as David Gray. I will never use David Gray again for anything.   I wish i would have read the reviews before calling them.   Almost $400 for less than a hr of work with no parts is a scam and rip off.
