All Care installed an entire HVAC system in our house. Our house is older, so the job was not easy. They brought a full crew to us to get the whole job done in one day. They approached it with care and caution and worked hard to get it right for us. Their price was more than fair! Tim, the CEO, made two trips out to help us get the price right and work out the details. He made us feel comfortable with him and his company. We found Tim to be knowledgeable and extremely nice. He understood all of our questions and concerns. We are glad we picked them for the job!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Do NOT use these guys!! They sent two guys out to install my free standing tub. The main guy was on the phone the entire time giving someone else instructions on how to fix their plumbing and the second guy was sitting around waiting for the first guy to get off the phone. All the while, I'm getting frustrated because I know they're charging me by the hour & quarter hour. They would leave on two supply runs & come back 1.5 hours later each time. I knew that something was not right but didn't speak up because I had taken the day off from work and wanted them to just finish the job at this point. I was relieved when it was finished but right after they left, the tub starts leaking heavily & a huge puddle starts forming and growing around it. We had to shut off the water supply to the house & were not be able to use running water for two days. Meanwhile, I call the main office & a Laurie or Lauren gives me attitude and accuses me of trying to cop out on payment. No woman, I want you to send someone out to fix this leak & install this tub properly so we can turn on the water supply to the house & actually shower. Her reply was You mean to tell me that you have no other way of washing yourselves besides using this ONE tub?? Omg, woman. We had to turn off the entire water supply to the house or else the tub would leak!! So she offered to send the same guy out to fix it. No way!! I requested someone else. Finally, they sent another guy out & I had to take another day off & waited for him for hours. He seemed much more experienced. Diagnosed the issue & admitted the first guy did a s**t job & that it could've been done faster & correctly & cleaner had he installed it. He also pointed out where the first guy had damaged my brand new floor tiles and agreed to come back the next day to re-install the tub. So I took today off (third day off) & just called Laurie / Lauren to see when this experienced guy could come out & she says his schedule is booked today & tries to accuse me of trying to cop out on paying. Meanwhile, my tub is still not installed, my floor tiles are damaged, I have no running water, & I have taken three days off from work.

This my first review on Yelp but I signed up just so I could post it. After reading the other reviews, especially the one that said a great job was done on the actual initial reason for the visit and then updates to complain about some knock on problems related to free work done for them, I thought I should give my honest review of my experiences with Easterday.
My main drainage pipe was severely clogged. My son spent days trying unclog it. Raw sewage was now backing up into my tube and toilet in both bathrooms. That was the first time I'd ever had such serious plumbing problems. I called Easterday. After snaking from the toilet, then the roof, they dug near the outside of my house and uncovered a - I guess - main pipe access line, got into the line and finally discovered. . .guess what? A piece of branch had somehow managed to find its way into the vent pipe on the roof, probably during one of the storms over the winter, down into the pipe and finally gathered enough debris and sludge to completely clog up my pipes. Dear lord what a nightmare.
Neither my son or I would have ever figured out the problem and then been able to fix the problem. It took Greg a while even with his years of experience. But he kept at it and finally, the mystery was solved and problem fixed. Finally, after days, I had my bathrooms back!
I want to thank Greg again for such great work, professionalism and working with me as I am a recent widow on a fixed income. I had a clogged kitchen sink a couple months later and he sent someone to fix it - it needed the drain snaked - and he worked with me on the payment. Considering I was charged $600 for another plumber to snake my other homes toilet and install an ice maker - big name plumber who will go unnamed as I've nothing good to say about them - I found Easterday to be a welcome change.

Horrible! If I could give them -10 stars I would. Came and just made a mess. Had to get another plumber to fix the original problem on top of the unnecessary problems they created! The owners are rude on the phone and just send out untrained plumbers. Absolutely do not get this plumbing service!!

Very unprofessional from the Senior Barry Parker. We had them come for site inspection and mentioned that they will do the quote and will take them 1 week. its been 3 weeks and I have called them over 20 times to please send us the quote for the work. Finally the senior goes i got too much going on and i dont have time for your job and i am not interested if he was that busy than he should have never done this.

I am the general manager at a local restaurant. We have used Rinkwell plumbing over the last few years for our plumbing needs. On Wednesday, one of my managers called to see if Rinkwell could send somebody out because our urinal's pipes were leaking and leaving a puddle on the floor every time it was flushed. He was told that they replaced a piece the last time they came out which should have fixed the problem, however, this is the first time that we have called them about this problem. Then my manager was told, ...the leak sounds too tiny to send somebody out. If the toilet is flushing, you need to live with the leak. Then he accused us of turning the water pressure up on the urinal after they left the last time because the problem was fixed the last time we were there.
Ok, I will gladly call David Grey Plumbing from now on. Thanks for the great customer service.....

if you are building a home and they are the contracted plumbers get a plumbing inspection every step of the way they do not take responsibility for their shoddy workmanship. they blame the toilets, the home owners, the builders but not themselves. invest in a different builder if they are using them especially if your plumbing is going to be laid under the foundation. you'll be looking at catastrophic costs. would not recommend. not honorable in my opinion.

Floridian Plumbing has bad plumbers, bad customer service. I called Floridian Plumbing to fix two toilets.
First, the little things that they did wrong:
The 2 plumbers who showed up did not wear masks.
They tracked dirt into my house and left mud prints in my shower.
They did not clean up after themselves.
Now the big problems:
One toilet was fixed right away. The second toilet only had a malfunctioning flap. Plumber #1 worked on the flap for 30 - 45 minutes. It was working again. They left. It stopped working within 5 minutes.
I called and asked them to send a different plumber. I had to wait until noon the next day. Plumber #2 fixed the flap. It worked. He left. Within 30 minutes the flap was leaking, the water drained out and it kept flushing itself.
It was about 6:00 on a Friday afternoon when I called their office. I had to leave a message. It is noon on Monday and they still have not called me back. When I call them, I can only leave a message.
Don't use Floridian Plumbing!
