Well, I was hoping I wouldn't be writing another review quite this soon, but alas, my 1950s home had another plumbing problem, this time a blocked line into my home. Ian and Joel came to the rescue, and once again, I experienced nothing but professionalism and great service. Ian did a great job explaining the issue to me, and did his best to make it as cost efficient as possible. This company deserves every star there is; they set a great example.

He is very professional, very easy to get in contact with (a great communicator), and offers a much better price than all of the competitors we interviewed for the job. My husband and I had an urgent plumbing issue. We contacted Josh and he was out at our house the next day. In less than 2 hours he not only found the problem, but fixed it as well. Him and his employee were friendly and very knowledgeable. They left our bathrooms very clean. Their prices are very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call All Around Plumbing again! You don't need a plumber often...at least you hope you don't.  First used Bert Normans a few years ago when I woke up to a backflow preventer spraying water all over the lawn, with big puddles in the street indicating that it had started before dawn.  Tried a few plumbers a shade closer to me, all of whom just could not handle an emergency.  Bert Normans Plumbing company came out quickly and fixed the problem.  Flash forward to yesterday and I am in need of a plumber to fix some toilet valves and leaky faucets, so I knew who to call.  Shannon, the office manager, set the appointment and called when the technician was on his way.  Jason was professional, wore shoe covers in my house, and reviewed everything, including cost, before starting.  He fixed it all with the exception of one thing which needed a part not on the truck. He called in and made arrangements for the part to be available.  By the end of the afternoon, another appointment was set for him to return at my convenience with the needed part.   This is a professionally run company and every person I have had the pleasure of dealing with is just top notch.  Pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable....what more can you ask for???

Had a leak in pipes which sent water through kitchen ceiling. They came within two hours, found the trouble spot fixed it and cleaned the mess up thoroughly. Definitely would use them again.

Rob was supper. He was originally here for a installation of a bathroom sink and vanity top thru a big box home improvement plumbing center.  The job was perfect. I was so pleased I had him come back and do 2 other jobs for me.

The first additional job was to replace the builder grade water supply gate style shut off valve for the house to a newer ball valve type. He had to jack hammer out the old one that was cemented into the concrete block wall and reroute in a  the copper pipes in a U configuration into the garage and install the new valve.  Now I have easy access to the shut off valve..

The second additional job was to replace the shut off valve for the cold water supply to my kitchen sink. He was so quick and neat to get it done.

Additionally, Rob has good people skills as well as his professional efficiency, ethics, and plumbing skills.  I would have him back in a heart beat should the need ever arises. I wish I had him for a job I had done a couple of years ago in my other bathroom.

Set an appointment for an estimate...no show. Gave them a second chance... No show again. I wouldn't waste my time calling them

I had them 3 times for the same leak. First they told me it was the garbage disposal, I let them install a new one. In January. They've  been back and said there's no leak. I HAVE WATER UNDER MY SINK.!.

$429 for a kitchen faucet replacement that did not include the cost of the new faucet.  Total ripoff. Will never call them again.  Just got mugged.

If I could give them less than 1 star  If I could.  Charged me $525.00 (FLAT FEE) to change a broken shower handle.  (They even told me I got a good rate!) Told me everyone charges that amount.  They were there less than 2 hrs (and that included the time to run to Home Depot for the part!).  Didn't have to go through Drywall either.  Not sure how they ended up with a name like Affordable.  Total rip-off.  They didn't even care when I told them next time I'd go elsewhere.

As Hurricane Irma loomed in September of 2017, our home in Riverside experienced a plumbing emergency. All businesses were closed and we went down the Google plumber search results calling professionals.  Then we called Drew Hartmann Plumbing, and despite being closed for the storm, they sent a plumber out to our house within an hour.  We're so grateful to them for their quick response and professionalism! Thank you Drew Hartmann Plumbing for coming to the rescue!

On the plus side, the technician did a great job of snaking my line and determining that my septic tank and drain field were the real issue. However, in the process of bringing his equipment in, he left splotches of oil, dirt and even dead leaves in various spots on my floors and in the bathroom. My new paint, throw rug and shower curtain were all stained. I complained when calling to pay, but I do not feel I was taken seriously all-- got only a perfunctory apology from the person taking payment. Would have called this company again had there been follow up on my concerns. Maybe they just don't need my business?

We finally found an honest and reliable plumber who will do the job right and for a fair price! We recently had our house completely re-plumbed and we called Touchton Plumbing. Steve came out right away and evaluated the project. He was upfront and honest and very knowledgeable! His crew came out and did excellent work. Aaron and Matt and the others came on time, worked the entire time, and did exactly what needed to be done! They were courteous and made sure we were informed every step of the way. They completed the job in record time and we could not be happier. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Touchton Plumbing to anyone who has plumbing needs!

This is the most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with. They show up when they feel like it and they don't have any kind of sense of urgency. I called 5 times to get my quote emailed to me because they did not leave me a copy. I spoke with Theresa who is extremely rude and not helpful what so ever. She told me she would email me a copy 3 days later. I asked her if she could email it to me the same day because the job HAD to be done. I didn't have any hot water nor water pressure. A month later and she has yet to send me the quote. Of course I went with a different company. Once my home warranty told them they wouldn't cover it they never contacted me to inform me because I still needed the work done regardless of who was paying for it. So when I called to try to set up the appointment once again super unprofessional and they didn't even seem to want my business. AND THEY ARE LIARS. They lied to my home warranty and told the company that the seller that I purchased the home from told me about the issues which is total bullshit. I have been trying to contact them to see where they retrieved that information from and they will not pick up.
