Best Plumbing Services in Jacksonville, FL
Very pleased with the quality of work and neatness of work areas! I had to have an outdoor spigot replaced. This was tricky because of the builders method at original installation.
Jackie kept me current with repair schedule and arrival time. Michael and Chris were very neat and professional. I had a new access panel and spigot replaced within an hour!
I would highly recommend FW Fair for their excellent work, honest pricing, and friendly service from my call to completion! I'm very thankful my friend recommended them to me!

We had to have an emergency repair on an external water valve that busted off. Robert's Plumbing was out in less than an hour and repaired the fixture. They are friendly, courteous, and do great work at reasonable prices. Will use them for all my plumbing needs.

Great, great service. Pete is awesome. The guy is a master plumber who really knows his stuff. Diagnosis was spot on. Repair was done timely and efficiently. Even shored up some weaknesses after he completed the job. Price was best out there, as well. Can't recommend Pete and Rock Solid enough.

Recently purchased a house and our agent hired them to come do an inspection on our septic. Their report indicated nothing wrong. Within 3 days of moving in our downstairs bathroom flooded. We contacted them to let them know what was happening and they took forever to respond back and when they did they tried to blame it on the plumbing without sending anyone to take a look. We called a new septic company to come out and take a look at it and the pump is bad and the tank is showing signs of caving in. None of this was on the report. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Would give zero stars if I could.

I'm a fool . . . hee-hee!
April 21.
Our commode was not always refilling after being flushed. Sometimes it did, sometimes it didn't. It had something to do with the flotation device within the tank. As a member of our family was having a birthday on the 23rd, I was concerned because guests were coming over, and at least one was spending the night. We called three plumbing companies that we had used before, but none was available. We called Metro Rooter. They sent someone over within a couple of hours.
(Have you ever had misgivings when speaking to a repair man whom you've never met?)
I showed him the problem and mentioned that we also had a leaking faucet in our other toilet. His labor quote was over $200.00 (I forget the exact amount). I also mentioned that the toilet that was not always flushing and needed to be plunged. He added an additional $75.00 to the $200.00 + for snaking the commode.
After he had finished in the first bathroom, he told me that he could not repair the faucet in the second bathroom and that I needed to buy a new faucet. I said I would. He told me to let him know when I had purchased the faucet.
He left after approximately forty-five minutes of his arrival. He had not billed me at this point.
I went to Lowes and purchased an on-sale Pfister for approximately $120.00.
When I came back home, I used the toilet that he had repaired, and the lever became stuck, which caused the commode to continue to run. I manually dealt with it and made note to inform the repairman.
When the repairman came to install the faucet, I told him about the lever becoming stuck. He responded, You should have told me before. I told him, truthfully, that it hadn't happened before. He said it needed replacement parts to the lever, which he had in his truck. He installed the new parts.
Then he installed the faucet. Total cost $393.25. Let me repeat that: $393.25. I paid while reprimanding myself for my foolishness.
This is not over:
Within five days of the service, I'm plunging the toilet. I get that . . . I'm a fool.
Within seven days of the service, it's discovered that the sink is leaking. It appears to be the drain of the newly installed faucet. We remove everything from under the sink and call Metro Rooter. We asked for a different repair man to be sent. We are told -- led to believe -- that it will be repaired without charge.
The new repair man arrives, examines the sink and says that the faucet is probably faulty, and that Metro Rooter is not the source of the warranty. I needed to return the faucet to Lowes and exchange it for a new one, which would be installed for $135.00.
I said goodbye. (I still hoped Metro Rooter would reconsider, which is why this review may seem late.)
The sink still drips. The toilet still must be plunged. We are saving for a different plumbing company to perform the repairs.

After having my bathroom remodeled, I was left with no hot water because the man who remodeled was not a licensed plumber and crossed my lines. I had a number of plumbers out to fix the problem but none could figure it out. A friend , Mike Schindler recommended Gator plumbing. They came right out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot THEY SAVED THE DAY! I had been without hot water for 2 weeks! When they left, they had restored my hot water and cut out the bad job and replaced it with plumbing the way it should have been. THANK YOU TO AJ AND his ASSOCIATE. They were so kind and courteous and experienced. They will be my plumbers for life!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I contacted them after realizing I had a water leak which was causing incredibly high utility bills. They not only fixed the leak but improved my existing plumbing. This company goes above and beyond to help their customers, the service is impeccable and the cost is very reasonable. Scott was my plumber and will be the first person I call if I ever have plumbing issues.

Horrible drivers just got cut off while he was doing an illegal turn jumping onto the on-ramp to go down Atlantic all while talking on the cell phone. Jerks. It's illegal and you're trying to cause accidents no one should use these people for anything they can't even take care of them selves
