I had used them several years ago and had a good experience, but I recently had a negative experience that prompted me to share. I contacted them on a Monday to see for an appointment, and the woman who answered said she would call me back about finding a time for Wednesday or Friday.
No call back. On Wednesday, I call and ask if there is a time. The woman remembers she meant to call back and apologizes. We set a time for Friday.
Friday, the appointment time comes and goes. I call the office, and the woman apologizes but a job is taking longer than expected-- the plumber was supposed to call but hadn't yet-- and she says she will call back with a new time, perhaps even Saturday without an extra charge. A while later, the plumber does call and apologizes for the delay, and I mention that the office called and was supposed to give me a new time.
I never heard back and basically wasted a week. Instead I contacted Michael and Sons, and my plumbing issue was fixed in about 30-40 minutes.

Nice when not only do they locate the problem and fix it but then give you a strong valuable , simple easy free to do tip that ensures your winter comfort and promotes your health and well-being. I am impressed.
