I was referred to Peddicord from my HVAC folks and they were amazing.  They are efficient, on time, so so so friendly and kind, oh and they are great plumbers! They helped not just with the install of the faucet, but tended to a few other small things that were a problem in my house.  I highly recommend them and can't say enough good things about them.

For context, we had a hot water valve replaced. The work done was great and everything was brand spanking new and perfect. Next day we noticed our water pressure had dropped. I rung Patricia and she gave me some tips but also said she would send another plumber out to check everything out free of charge. Turned out it was just some debris stuck in the line.
Long story short you can trust these guys to do great work and to make things right if you have any concerns. Very happy and will be going back to them in the future for any plumbing needs

Dan and his apprentice came to our house last week to fix four toilets (three minor rebuilds and one major). They were on time, efficient, and very personable. The toilets work like new now, and with two little boys they get a lot of flushing. We will definitely be calling Peddicord Plumbing Services in the future.

Excellent all around. Our go-to for all plumbing issues. Communication is excellent. Work is top-notch. People are friendly and kind. When my husband lost his legs and I needed a plumber to tend to a leaking hand-held shower fixture that I had attempted to install myself, Dan took care of it. When it came time to pay, he told me not to worry about it, saying It's something I can do to help you. How about that?

I had a leak that eluded three plumbers prior to Peddicord.  They were able to come up with a creative solution that worked.  I appreciated that they admitted upfront that it might not work and were clear about cost.  They were also very efficient with the time spent addressing the issue.  They did a fantastic job.

Eddie came out to my townhouse to do some repairs as requested on an inspection report as we were in the process of selling it. He went above and beyond to meet the report's requirements, and was not only professional, but kept me up to date with how the process was going. This was not my first job with PPS, and I'm sure not the last--thanks again!

Starting from setting the appointment, getting a reminder, and getting a call 30 minutes in advance of arrival, everything was professional and smooth.  Dan (I believe he's the owner) was super polite and addressed all my questions.  He efficiently serviced my water heater without trying to sell any extra service.  Other places I called would either tell me to replace my 8-year-old water heater or didn't follow up because they seemed to more interested in a big job.  

Overall, I would work with Dan and Peddicord Plumbing Service again as they seem good, fair and most importantly honest!

Our toilet was leaking and they were able to squeeze us in to have someone come out and replace a part on it. I have used Peddicord Plumbing numerous times and will continue to use them on every plumbing issue I have. They are always on time and every member of their team is awesome!!

I called them around 10 am on a Tuesday morning as I had what appeared to be a pretty bad leak in the laundry room.  They didn't answer my original call but they called me back within minutes.  Initially, I was told they could get someone out the next day (my warranty company wanted me to wait a week before they could send someone).  I accepted the appointment for the next day but Peddicord  called again to let me know they could send someone out the same day (within an hour).

They sent Eric out as the plumber/technician. He was very professional and immediately diagnosed the problem. He contacted the main office to let them know the issue, ran to Home Depot to pick up a part and returned minutes later.  He came back and quickly fixed problem which was related to the water heater.

Here's the best part, he finished the entire job early saving us a pretty nice chunk of change. I've dealt with my share of contractors, plumbers etc. and they rarely come in below their estimate so kudos to Peddicord.

I called them around 10 am and I am writing this review 3 hours later with the problem solved. Is that quick enough? I'm sure there are tons of very good plumbers out there but this company has set the bar pretty high.

Fantastic company. Reasonable and honest. Eric replaced our leaky outside faucet. He was respectful of our time, property and money. He did a great job. Even the dog liked him. We are so grateful to have an honest, fair, quality plumber and highly recommended them for all plumbing needs.

Dan (the owner) was very responsive and quickly scheduled a time that worked for me. He is very knowledgeable and figured out what the issue, in our case the toilet, causing the leak was very quickly. Dan tested the toilet in addition to the shower and faucet prior to leaving to make sure that he had actually fixed the leak and he had! He is also is very honest as he fixed a running toilet by making a few adjustments and did not try to sell me any parts in order to fix it. The price was very reasonable for the work done. I will definitely call Dan again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

You've got to be kidding me!  I'm DELIGHTED.  I called.... 15 plumbers for a straightforward job to run two water lines to a new refrigerator & freezer columns we are putting in (2 lines).  I got quotes from larger companies who could start that day, but  were astronomical for a few hours work.  

Well enter Peddicord.  They took about two weeks to get out to me, but told me that up front.  Greg shows up (THE best), I walk him through what we need, he sizes it up, gives me a verbal estimate on the spot (which was in-line with my expectations), then gets to work.  Fast forward 4 hours (which is what he said it would take - to the minute) and the work is clean and done.

Their corporate mantra - satisfied customer means a great company to work for which means happy employees.  A refreshing way to look at things and it shows in their engagement and their work product.

All in all - great communication, great product, very clean, very professional, and very, very dependable.  Next time save the phone calls to 20 plumbers who will give you the run around or try to squeeze out another dollar from you with extra work. Definitely the best plumbing company in town! They have really great & trustworthy people @ Peddicord Plumbing who provide excellent customer service. I've been using Peddicord Plumbing for almost 5 years now and have never had a call back issue. When they complete a plumbing repair or work, you can trust the jobs been done RIGHT! Always a quick turnaround and excellent workmanship.

Honestly this has been the best experience I've had with a plumbing company! We had some drainage issues in our basement and PPS Responded within minutes of my service request. Eric was super helpful and kind and was able to fix our issue and explain what the problem was in detail. Their customer service is top notch. Would definitely recommend!

Had a leak that needed repair and 2 backflow preventer valves that were due for replacement (recommended to replace every 5 years) . Their communication (email/phone/text) was excellent with regard to scheduling and estimates. Excellent customer service. Labor prices seemed fair.  My home required a very expensive special order part so they advised me of the cost before ordering and scheduling service.  Technician was prompt and professional.

Dan was very responsive and gave me a great price to replace my broken kitchen faucet. Eric was prompt and did a very professional job. I will use them again.

These guys are fantastic. I just switched from another local plumber who was more expensive, and always had a bad attitude. The owner and Eddie, the plumber were both knowledgeable and could absolutely take care of your standard plumbing needs.  

I had them cut and move a waterline, and replace the sprinkler backflow valve.  I don't think they focus on big installs or complicated situations, but for 90% of your plumbing situations I think these guys are fantastic. I highly recommend Peddicord!!!

I was so impressed by Dan.Three words describe him: knowledgeable, trustworthy, and neat. My wife and I are in the process of purchasing our new home and we ran into a few plumbing issues on the inspection. I had used another plumber from Yelp but was we were unable to get our schedules to align. The sellers agent provided their plumber which was Dan and his company. I thought to myself that I should be at this repair because I have had so much bad luck with plumbers that I thought to myself here we go again.

First impressions of Dan was his demeanor. Looks you right in the eyes and you get a good friendly impression. Uses shoe covers which was also impressive and you can tell that he knows what he is doing. What really impressed was the minor issues that were overlooked on the home inspection were brought to my attention in front of the sellers agent. That told me everything about Dans character. I felt like he was looking out for my plumbing needs and issues and not trying to sugar coat anything for the seller. That really went a long way with me.

When Dan got to the issue that he was called out to, which was snaking the basement shower he noticed another issue. A small leak in the shower handle. He quickly repaired and cleaned everything up.

I am so happy that I met Dan because now I have a go too plumber. Thanks Dan for being so honest and I'm going to recommend you to all my friends and family.

These guys are the absolute best! I had an electric water heater that wasn't working so I figured it was the heating elements that were shot. They came and replaced the heating elements and thermostats and now the water heater is as good as new. I also had an issue with a shower having really poor flow. After taking apart the handle, they determined it was likely the shower valve cartridge that needed to be replaced. I had no idea about the brand or model of the faucet, but after they took a few pictures and consulted their parts guy, they were able to determine the part that was needed. This did require them to come to the house a second time to fix the shower, but the part was an exact match and was installed successfully to fix the shower flow.

Pricing is very fair and they communicate with you every step of the way. They did note that my water heater was quite old (and past its expected life), but did not pressure me in any way to replace it. I always love people and companies that give you knowledge or advice without the high pressure sales pitch. Definitely, definitely recommend!

The whole experience was pleasant and professional from beginning to end.  Eddie was right on time, showed us exactly what the problems were in our sink, replaced and repaired the issue quickly and efficiently.  He was an absolute joy and pleasure to be around.  We have definitely found our go-to plumbing team. I've used them several times in the past without any issues at all. Some say they're on the expensive but they do great work, they're honest, they don't push things you don't need and they do great work and are friendly and clean. Totally worth it

i had a running toilet issue that required parts replacement. Kenny did a great job.

Called Dan Peddicord to have our leaking toilet replaced in my mother's bathroom.  Eric came out and did a great job at swapping our two-piece Kohler for a one piece, comfort high toilet.  He took the old toilet with him and cleaned up any mess left over.  Another excellent job by Peddicord Plumbing and Eric.  God bless you both!

We had them replace a cracked toilet,  snake a tub and install a new garbage disposal.

I am very impressed with Peddicord Plumbing. Eddie called on our scheduled day asking if he could come by early because he was running ahead which worked perfectly with my day.  He checked out the two issues we were having after just moving into our new house quickly. He was able to pinpoint where our shower was leaking from and gave me advice about preventing more leaks. When he wasn't able to get our laundry sink working he told me the two possible fixes and that he would be back first thing in two days (I wasn't free the next day) and got it working. I was impressed with how reasonable their pricing was and how prompt they were on yelp.

I interviewed 3 plumbers for a bathroom remodeling job.  Peddicord has the lowest price by about 30%.  And they did a fantastic job!  Very careful in the tear-out not to damage walls or the like.  And real craftsmanship in installing the new equipment, which required moving some pipes.  I couldn't be more pleased!  These guys will be my go-to guys for all plumbing work in the future.  And the office staff was always responsive and helpful when problems arose.

A+! Peddicord was incredibly professional, accommodating, and amazingly priced when we needed quick relief from a clogged kitchen sink drain. They were truly perfect from the first phone call to the end of the service, which they were able to fit in same-day (though the person I spoke to said that was not always the case.) I will definitely use them again whenever possible; this is a business well worth supporting.

A water supply line in my house was punctured and I was in a jam. I contacted PPS and I was very impressed at how quickly they sent out a technician to conduct the necessary repairs. I called Peddicord to fix an emergency plumbing problem. My toilet was leaking all over the place. They were very knowledgeable, professional and gave me great price quotes. On the scheduled day of service they arrived promptly and worked quickly. I was able to get my new toilet installed with little stress. The crew came within the specified arrival window and completed the work in a timely manner.  They were very friendly, immediately introduced themselves as soon they entered and used shoe covers when walking on our carpet.  They explained what wasn't working and what needed to be repaired/replaced and cleaned up their work areas before leaving.  Very personable crew.

We have been using Peddicord Plumbing for three years. Anytime I call Dan he is able to get me on the schedule within a day or so. In one case we had an emergency flood in our basement at 10:00 PM. Dan came to the rescue immediately to see how he could help. We ultimately needed a water restoration company which provided many sump pumps to remove the heavy water, however, Dan was here to help and this dedication is worth noting. Dan has excellent communication skills and is timely when arriving. He will confirm the appointment and text when he is on his way to your home. I agree with Carole C., Dan is a nice, honest, hard working young man who you can trust with your plumbing needs.

I am very glad they were the first plumber on Yelp who replied to my request for a few projects at my house. The technician who came to my house was great. He fixed my two toilets and installed a new faucet in just under 2 hours.

One of the toilets was an easy fix where the guts just needed to be replaced, and I just didn't want to do it myself. But, the other one ended up needing the venting to be snaked so it was a pretty intensive thing. I had not been able to use that toilet for a few months because it wouldn't retain water in the bowl portion and would drain within a day and now... 24 hours later, the bowl of the toilet is still holding water. Thank you, Eric!

The faucet they were replacing had a broken aerator and they offered to just fix that for a few bucks instead of charging me for the time to install the new one (Looking out for my pocket, which I appreciated). But, I liked the new one better so I had them change it out anyway.

I would definitely recommend using this company and I will be using them for future projects as well.

I very highly recommend this company.  They really stand out the In the midst of so-so or even poor contractor services we've had over the last 5 years.  
We had our old water heater replaced with an AO Smith hybrid water heater in October.  Dan Peddicord was the only person that asked us questions about what we were hoping to get from our replacement water heater to make sure they recommended the best fit (we originally were thinking about installing a gas water heater).  They were very professional, showed up on time, the installers were friendly and competent, and the price for the water heater was actually lower than others sold it for in our area.  We had a problem during install because the existing electrical wire to our old water heater was unusually short, and Dan personally joined in our search for an electrician that could come out the same day.  We have had zero problems since the water heater was installed 3 months ago and are definitely saving $$ on our electric bill.  
I think this will be plumbing service from now on.  Great job Peddicord Services!

Very happy with the service .I sent pictures of the leaking spout and faucet  and Dan was able to promptly detect the problem .His technician Eric came to fix the issue .He was on time , prompt , fast and as polite and courteous as one could get  .I was charged what I was told .My leaking spout is now fixed .

Great experience all the way around, from initial call to follow up to completion.  Very responsive to my calls. Friendly and timely service despite how busy their schedule is. Great work and service by Calvin. Minor issue that he needed to return for but Dan the owner was very responsive and helpful in resolving it and Calvin did a nice job. I am very happy with their work and would hire them again.

Eddie was great. He came on time and was able to easily find the tank problems to the toilet. From there, he explained what the problems were, how he would fix it. He went to his truck, got the necessary parts, and finished within half an hour. I would use Peddicord Plumbing again, without hesitation. Bonus: while he didn't have shoe covers, he was more than willing to take off his shoes to step inside the house.
