Quick response, and even faster getting the job done.  Had some misc. odds jobs that they were able to handle quickly, with practical, no fuss, solutions.   They also completed a little side project of ours by building 12 of these.

I will be using them again on our next project!

This outfit is one of the best plumbing contractors I have had the pleasure to employ.

They are on time, text and call when their employee is enroute and even provide a picture of the employee who will be doing the work.

I had minor issues with the initial plumbers work and they were quick to address the issue with a more knowledgeable employee who resolved my concerns quickly.

I want to give a shout out to Matt and his technical knowledge. He also has the ability to explain techbical plumbing issues do even a dumb guy like me can grasp it all.

I can recommend Oak plumbing without reservations. The price was good and the service out of this world.

Dave helped me with a few leaking faucets a year ago. I was impressed with his reliability, explanations and apparent honesty. I reached out to him again today when my water heater broke. He went out of his way to research my heater and helped me discover the unit is under recall. He supplied me with detailed instructions on how to proceed, and pointed me to another reliable local contractor. He could have easily come out and billed me, but he did right by me. I will reach out to him again in the future. Highly recommend!

Brent and his technicians are awesome! They are friendly and professional. They work hard and get the job done quickly. Every time they've done work for me I felt like they had our best interest in mind.

We just installed residential solar through Villara and are super happy with the result. Michelle Millard was a great sales person, thorough, patient, answered a ton of questions and helped the process the whole way through to the end. We were told that with our small roof it would be nearly impossible to get 6 panels up on our roof and get our very tough local building dept and inspectors to approve the 6 panels. They creatively found a way to get 7 panels up there, and sailed through the planning dept and the inspection was quick and easy.  Their pricing was far better than the other companies I talked to, which was also a selling point. They were very easy to work with and got the job done fast.

We had our downstairs toilet clogged with some nasty stuff coming back up.  
Jason was our tech and arrived within the quoted window time. He explained the process to diagnose the problem and provided several options in detail.  I am impressed that I didn't have to ask Jason to use shoe cover-ups when walking the short distance from the front door to the bathroom and he cleaned up after he completed the job.

A hose on my water heater burst.  I turned the water off and called my warranty company.  Barely a minute after getting off the phone with them, Water Heaters Only called to say they would be round before end of day.  Tony arrived an hour or so later and had the hose replaced in less than five minutes.

Vince is a great guy that came out early on a Saturday morning to help us with our problem. He really went above and beyond for us which we really appreciated! He is very responsive, communicative, fairly priced, and knows his stuff. I highly recommend him.

My master bedroom toiled started leaking and I called Plumbing Care on a busy Wednesday afternoon and Dimitry was amazing and made his way to my house within two hours. Dimitry was super cool and friendly upon arrival and quickly diagnosed my situation. My toiled was old (35 years) and would need a major repair to fix the leak ($325). He recommended I get a new toilet instead of wasting that much money on such an old piece of equipment- and he was right. I was super busy and he told me he could come back early the next day (this morning) and install a great new model that they sell out of their warehouse. For a much better investment I now have an incredible new toilet and the entire process of removal and installation was less than 30 minutes. I cannot recommend Dimitry enough. He was amazing, so I am assuming the rest off the company is this good. If I ever need plumbing help again Dimitry is my guy!

From 2020: We hired Blaine and his company a couple of years ago to install an Ice Machine in our breakroom and a water line to the rear of our warehouse.

Not only did they do an amazing job but were competitive with others we received quotes from.

Update from 03/28/23 - We had an emergency service call where we had a sewage smell all over our office.  I called Shields plumbing right away and They were able to have a tech out the same day to find the problem! This one was the neighbor who had a clean-out left open. None the less, very responses and professional. Great job Shields Plumbing!

Dennis arrived on time and was able to solve my problem, took the time to show me the crack in the pipe and fixed it quickly!  Im not that knowledgeable on the cost but I felt the price was very reasonable. I will use him again.

I called yesterday and Jessie showed up this morning on time. I explained the leak and we discussed our thoughts. I didn't want him to cut through the wall first and requested that he try from the bathroom cabinet on the other side. He did that but could not see if there was a leak due to the insulation. He cut through the hallway wall and found the problem. He very carefully explained the options for remediation and was patient with my infinite amount of questions. What I thought may take all day, took about 3 hours. Jessie was thorough, tidy, kind, professional and made me feel very comfortable that the leak was repaired. I love hiring local businesses and I would highly recommend Flowrite! Thank you for the great work and Jessie is a definite asset to your team!

I needed my dishwasher to be disconnected and a new pipe for my bathroom sink. Unfortunately the water needed to be turned off but the HOA needs to do it. So I asked the plumber if he could fix the bathroom sink first and by the time he's finished the water will be turned off. He checked with his boss and was told no. I asked him to wait 5 mins for a response from the HOA. He said he couldn't and that he'd need to come back later in the day because he had other projects. It was already afternoon and I had other commitments. I told him I wouldn't be needing his services.

His company was going to make $700 on the whole job but suddenly had other priorities. I completely understand that he didn't want to wait for the water to be turned off, but I don't understand why a business would turn down my business for the bathroom project. I could have worked with them to come back another day if need be, but between his dismissive attitude and company policy I told him I'll be hiring someone else.

J called Jeffs after reading about him when i googled for a plumber. i needed a plumber to investigate a leak that was continuing to allow the blue water dial to turn.  Jeff himself answered the phone on a saturday, he called me back later in the day, asked questions, i sent him pictures and he scheduled to visit with me the next business day. they problem solved and determined it was a flapper on a toilet that was cauging the problem.   what impressed me most was he called the evening after the work was done to make sure i was happy with my services and if all was good with the repairs.  He will be my go to plumber in the future.

Matt is outstanding.  I'd recommend him for large and small jobs.  Reliable and knowledgeable.  I give him and his company my highest recommendation and I'm fussy, distrustful, and highly critical of many contractors.  Regarding his one lukewarm review, it seems unfair--no one has a crystal ball and not every issue can be diagnosed in advance of the start of the job--the scope of work changes on projects, large and small, out-of-stock parts are sometimes needed.  I will use him again and refer him to everyone I know.

Our main water line from the street to our home broken and was flooding our neighbor's property. Of course this happened on a weekend where it's hard to find someone to come and do a repair. That wasn't the case with Chris and C G Plumbing. Chris was very quick to respond and refreshingly transparent. He assessed the issue quickly and navigated the issue to help us not overspend on the repair. He had us with running water again quicker than anyone else out there would've. And on top of that, when he walked me through the finished repair, it was impossible to tell that there had ever been an issue. This was huge because I thought we were definitely going to need to pay for some landscaping on my neighbor's property. That wasn't the case with how Chris restored the entire area. I greatly appreciate the work Chris did and will definitely call C G Plumbing first for our next plumbing needs.

Needed an old, over the oven, microwave/vent replaced, and some new exterior lights exchanged.  The price was very reasonable, and the jobs were done quickly and professionally.  When here, he noticed that a kitchen drawer was damaged.  He repaired it on the spot at no additional charge.  I will be hiring him again when I need a job done.

Our hot water heater went out and so we gave Brian at All Good Plumbing and Drains a call hoping he might be able to come by later that day. After a quick call, he said he'd be by in the next 30 minutes to see what the problem was! After diagnosing the problem, he was able to get the hot water heater back up and running in no time. Cold showers later that evening were averted! Brian was extremely responsive, professional, and courteous, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing some plumbing work done!
