I needed to replace my leaking water heater immediately, and they were able to replace it within just a few hours on very short notice (from the moment I called, to the end). I really liked that they listened to my needs, and did not try to upsell me. They even took my old water heater away for free. Paul was extremely helpful. He helped with a number of things including electrical work, fixing a vent and a refrigerator. He not only looks at the job at hand but also looks for stuff that could potentially go wrong. Highly recommend!

Sam did an excellent job replacing my old mailbox with a new one. He had to drill through 12 inches of concrete to get it done. See the before and after pictures which don't do it justice. I'll definitely be calling him back for more work in the future.

I have had Elite Plumbing Services come out to my home twice during COVID. Will is the best! He is very friendly and professional. He was prepared with the proper protective equipment needed during these difficult times. He did an excellent job fixing my plumbing issues. His prices are very reasonable. I really feel that I received the wonderful service that people received many years ago, back in the old days and before my time. HaHa! I am a customer of Elite Plumbing as long as I continue to live in Vacaville.

An update from 2/2022:
After receiving an estimate for a potential job, I called First Call Sewer for a second opinion. Dustin responded the next day, and we discovered we have other ways to address future sewer issues with our trees. He was willing to explore a better way for us to redo some concrete so it won't impact our sewer connections. We are so very grateful for his knowledge and professionalism.

Jeff showed up on time and was wearing a mask. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him!

Our water heaters (yes we had two) were 26 years old and the heating elements had some corrosion.  So I got estimates from four different plumbers.  All were higher than I was hoping it would cost to remove one of the heaters and replace the other.  But I didn't feel like tackling the job myself.

Bobby Leak and another guy were the lowest, but I was impressed by both of them.  I chose Bobby because he mentioned that in addition to replacing the water heater, he would also place a drain pan, pipe it through the wall so that if it ever leaked, it would leak into the garage rather than possibly into the house, and replace all the hoses and connectors.

He did everything he said he would, and everything was neat and clean when he left.  Afterwards, I noticed some pipe hammering when we ran our washing machine.  He offered to come out and check the water pressure on the house to see if that might be contributing to the problem.  Fortunately, the hammering stopped on its own.

Also, I forgot to send him a check for his great work.  He was very kind and gentle in reminding me that he had not yet received the check.  I felt like an idiot, but not because of anything he said.

On time, easy process. Swapped out pressure regulator for $200. Done in 20 minutes. 5 Star Pluming wanted to charge me $1300. Insane.

My friends recommended this and I was so happy with the work they did.  I just bought the house and was still living 400 miles away.  I needed a kitchen wall removed and tiled countertops to quartz. We spoke on the phone and discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen.  As the work progressed - he sent me pics and called to make sure it was correct. The kitchen looks great now that the wall is down and countertops placed.  A month after I moved in, I decided to remove the walls between living, dining and family rooms - again the outcome was great.  I highly recommend them for doing any type of work needed.  In the near future, they will be changing out my double doors in the entry way and painting my garage.

I ran into major issues trying to replace an electrical wall box myself.  I called Shah a little after 5:00 p.m. on a Monday.  Shah arrived at my house less than two hours later and quickly went to work.  He quickly diagnosed the problem, rewired the outlet, replaced the electrical box, and wired a second outlet for my mounted TV.  He was extremely polite, respectful of my home, and explained what was causing the electrical issue and what he was doing to fix it.  I really had a great experience working with Shah and plan to contact him again for plumbing and electrical work in my home.  I highly recommend Radiant Electrical and Plumbing Services.

Called in to make an appointment and was told if their technician called me by 2pm that day then they'd be able to fit me in their schedule but if I don't hear anything by 2pm then I'm definitely on the schedule for the next day and that the technician would call an hour before showing up. No technician ever called and no one showed up. I didn't bother to call back to let them know that. If your business is that messy that your techs are flaking on customers, and your office personnel are so unorganized that you don't notice it, that tells me all I need to know about your company and I'm definitely not interested in doing business with you. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Went with a different company (5 star plumbing) and they were on top of it. Professional, kind, organized, and did a good job.

Flash Water Heaters made a difficult task of switching from a tank water heater over to tankless system painless and easy. Trevor knew everything there was to know when it came to both types of tanks. After a lot of questions and a lot of what ifs we finally came to a solution. After giving it some thought and time we ended up deciding to buy the tankless unit. Trevor did a FANTASTIC job with EVERYTHING. He removed the old hot water heater that was beyond repair and replaced it with new tankless one. We are so grateful that we switched over because we like it so much more. A big plus about this company is they won't pressure you one way or the other. We felt they didn't over charge and they never tried to sway us one way or the other. If you get a tankless water heater installed from them you won't regret it because they do a phenomenal job.
