Peter Jean is exceptional.  His schedule is very busy, and he was kind enough to squeeze me on short notice, for a consultation.  He did some troubleshooting and he determined that I didn't have a plumbing problem.

He didn't charge me for his time or for the consult.  He is a man of true integrity and kindness.  I will definitely use him for my future plumbing needs.

I called same day and they were able to dispatch someone to check out our clog within 90 minutes. No charge for the visit and assessment. Quoted $175 for a snake drain.

Ultimately did not make the choice to work with them, but with their reliability, ability to respond very rapidly, great communication and value, would definitely work with them in the future if the circumstances are right.

Overall very glad I called them and now know that they are an excellent company to work with.

I hired miracle works to install a sewer and water line for my outdoor kitchen sink. They provided an option to use an in line pump for the sewer line which saved me hundreds of dollars in construction costs  by avoiding the need to construct a large concrete vault for a sump pump. The in line pump will be much easier to access as well. I got two other bids for this work and they were thousands more than miracle works. They showed up on time did the work which passed city inspection. Just waiting on concrete slab and they will come out to finish hooking up the sink after the slab is poured.  I highly recommend miracle works!

I have used Snappy Rooter for at least 15 years, maybe more. Reliable, they do the job right and at a fair price. I recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. Thank goodness for Mike and his gang. Hats off to Richard as well.

We had a clog in the main line and the toilet was overflowing when we run the washing machine. Zoom drain came out (free of charge) and gave us a very reasonable quote and fixed the problem within a couple of hours.

We found Precision Plumbing to remove our old water softener and install a new unit. It was technically challenging, but they were able to figure out a good configuration that saved space. Unfortunately there were some leaks that we encountered along the way, but they were very prompt in returning to fix them, no questions asked.  Very thorough and professional and we appreciate their hard work.

Called Ted and asked him if he could install a gas line for me for a kitchen remodel.  He quoted me and then I told him work was to begin next month and asked him his availability.  And I kid you not, he shouted WHY ARE YOU CALLING  ME NOW? I simply hung up. Ted, if you are having a bad day, don't take it out on potential customers. It's unprofessional and will hurt your business. Next time you feel the urge... take a deep breath and relax. You'll feel better

We had an issue with our faucet/pipes making a loud vibrating/thunking sound whenever we tried to get really cold or really hot water.  This was a 13 year-old faucet and we had never had a problem before.  We are not DIY people, so called Duck's and left a message.  They returned our call and suggested we try opening up the valves simply by turning them counter-clockwise.  That did the trick and saved us $$ and a service call!  We will be using Duck's from now on.  Nice people to help us out like that.

This update is much overdue. Greer Family Plumbing went above and beyond and took care of everything. The owner redid the flooring, it looks beautiful. The sump pump outside is fixed. The tech who did the botched job no longer works there,  and he is not a reflection of this company.  I was really impressed with the care and concern Jeff had and I'm very grateful. Thank you Greer Family!

Won't be recommending or using this business again. After my first contact with the I scheduled another for last Tuesday.  Called the Friday before to see if I could change the scope of work as I had another pressing plumbing issue.  No response.  Called Tuesday an hour after they were due,no response.  Called again 4 hours later, still received no response.guess the amount of money I paid the first time was enough.  Called my reliable Bell Brothers to fix my plumbing.

We had an emergency and we called reliable plumbers and the response within 10 minutes and come over fixed outer leak under sink. Very reasonable price and awesome attitude. We highly recommend to all. Thank you

During my home purchase, the home inspector discovered a leak under the master bathroom sink.  After the sellers failed to repair it, my realtor said he would send his guy--Erik with Strom's Plumbing.  First off, Erik did not show up.  He sent his young son, who walked with with a wrench (no tool box, no business card).  After he left, the sink still leaked.  I called and when Erik said he would send his son, I said I wanted to see his son's plumbing license.  Then Erik said he would just show up to prevent the hassle.  He took a look at the sink and said he could not see a leak.  When I told him that I felt water along the sink hose, he said 'yeah, the hoses might be old.  I guess I could replace the hoses, but I don't have that part in my truck.  Do you want me to get that part?'  Yes, yes I would.  He purchased and replaced the hoses and walked out the front door.  No closing conversation, nothing.  Really frustrating to have to manage the entire process, especially during such a stressful time.

AJ came out after hours to help fix our leaky sink. He was super knowledgable and quick to solve our issue. I'd hire him again and recommend him to our friends.
