Branden was very prompt to responding to my request, I just moved into the neighborhood and I needed new gas lines installed for my cooktop and dryer. What I thought looked like an impossible task, Branden made it a smooth job. Branden from here on forward the go to guy for all my plumbing needs.

PJ Plumbing is the best. I had a leaky kitchen faucet and within half an hour he came over fixed it and didn't charge me anything. He had the part in his truck and said the time was too little to charge. Good Guy funny too

Had a problem with kitchen faucet not providing hot water. Tim got to work trouble shooting the problem, discovered my existing faucet itself was the problem.  After a little on line shopping he went to Home Depot and purchased a new faucet. Installation was very quick and efficient. His charge for all this including trip to Home Depot was very reasonable. Would not hesitate to hire him again should the occasion arise.

Talk about miracle workers! Jeff and Alden really went out of their way to help me with a broken water heater, which included lots of unique challenges, and all within one day. Our shower drain had backed up and the water wouldn't drain out. I requested a quote on Yelp and Draintech responded quickly, provided an estimate, and was able to arrive within an hour. Plus the technician was super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and will forever be a customer.

Jonas came out and gave me a reasonable estimate for a whole home repipe. About a week later, I decided to go with them. After arranging my schedule to make sure I'd be ready for them at the specified time of Monday at 9am, no one showed up. I called and left a message for Jonas and emailed as well. Finally, at 11am I got a call from one of Jonas's workers casually saying he'd be here in an hour. No apologies, no reasons for being three hours late. I told him no thank you and promptly hired another company.
Communication is everything. I understand that things can happen. Workers call in sick, another job may be taking longer than originally anticipated, parts are out of stock, etc. I'm a very understanding person but to be treated as if my time is of no value is not acceptable.
I cannot attest to the quality of their work but if their lack of customer care and communication is any indication, I would NOT take any chances.

We now found our go to plumbing company....ZOOM DRAIN!  We had a drainage problem in the kitchen sink.  Kyle T. came out for inspection and provided a quote and was able to resolve issues in the same day.  He was professional, personable, and patience with us from beginning to end. Also, very throughout with all of his work.  He not only fixed our drain issues, he also educate us on plumbing systems and we appreciate it very much.  We have nothing, but great experience with Kyle T and Zoom Drain.

I was very happy with the service and John Harris was very professional.  He helped seal up a closing valve behind the new refrigerator I had replaced where it made ice and current doesn't.  The valve was leaking and he came right out to take cate of it for me snd even provided a note so I could be reimbursed by the company who removed and brought the new refrigerator!  I really appreciated that.  Great job, prompt and very courteous! I would definitely recommend him.

Called for a quote. The receptionist said I would receive a call back in a few minutes. No call back ever came. I called the back twice the next day and received full message box with no chance to leave a message.

When my husband called to make an appointment, the owner was very helpful, super talkative and clearly passionate about his trade.

The Tech was great! He called ahead to ask if he could come early, was friendly, wore a mask, and after he done inspecting the Unit, explained the next steps.  

While he was waiting for information on a part, he asked how long ago we replaced our filter. He took a look at it, had us pull it out, and ran the unit to see if that did the trick. Low and behold, the pilot lit and we were good to go.

I highly recommend their service!

I've had them work on my house twice now and happy each time.  This time was a bigger job (water heater replacement and upper shower issues) and it stretched to 5+ hours due to the nature of plumbing, something unexpected always comes up and in this case there were several things.  The two workers showed great perseverance and wonderful attitude the whole time.  

Notes to keep in mind.  

First, they're NOT a cheapo hack job outfit.  They do a good job and you'll be paying for a company that does a good job.  I have no problem with their rates and if they had asked for more I would have paid.  The two guys here busted their butts and got the job done although it wasn't easy.  

Second, they are busy and it's plumbing; meaning that a job they're on has a good chance of going longer than expected.  So when they say they'll get there in a certain window of time, well, it might not happen  Be patient, I think these guys are worth the wait.  I'd rather wait for a good plumber that takes longer to get to my house than have a hack come over right away.  The lady that answers the phone is a great customer service agent.  She'll do her best to keep you updated and she is trying her best to give times as accurate as possible.  

Third, no one is perfect and there was a little issue I found after they left.  We were all so excited about getting the job done after a long ordeal no one thought to check a certain area for leaks.  There was a tiny one and they sent a guy over the next day to take care of it.  So if you find something afterwards, don't freak, just give them a call and they'll take care of it ASAP.

I would not hesitate to call Greer Family Plumbing again to work on my house.

So I cannot review these guys on their work since sadly they were booked up. However when I called frantic about a broken water line flooding my yard & my inability to find the main water shut off, Dave went out of his way to stop by and show me where it was and what to do. It literally bought me the time I needed to find an available plumber. It was beyond nice, I cannot say thank you enough! It's hard enough to deal with a broken pipe, but not being able to stop the water spraying out is beyond frustrating. Again thank you guys

We had an emergency and we called reliable plumbers and the response within 10 minutes and come over fixed outer leak under sink. Very reasonable price and awesome attitude. We highly recommend to all. Thank you

Have called Erik a few times over the years and he is always quick and reliable. Honest and will charge less than a quote if he over estimated. Collegial and professional. Is always our go to first call in plumbing issues.

Called after a quote request on yelp. AJ was rude on phone, ended up hiring somebody else.

Beware of companies selling discounted ac/heating system tune ups. I purchased a Groupon coupon for a $39 tune up service to be done by Bell Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning. First, let me tell you that the company won't even do the tune up unless your system is working properly. Well the technician arrived and he seemed really nice and knowledgeable. He starts testing the system and about 20 minutes later he comes to me and shows me a part in his hand and says it's a capacitor and then proceeds to hook it up to his handheld meter. He says it is within manufacturer specifications but near its limit and may go out in 6 months and may damage the blower fan which is very expensive. Well, I go into my worry mode and ask him how much Bell Brothers charges for a new capacitor and he says $155 dollars. Since I don't know how much a capacitor cost I ask the technician how much it costs in the store and he says about $60. Well, I think about for about a minute but since I am in my worry mode I decide to have him replace the part. After replacing the part he continues to check the system and doesn't find any other potential problems.
I actually felt good about the service until I decided to look up the part online later that evening. The part wasn't near the the $60 the technician said it might be but was only about $12. That gives the company a potential profit of $143. I knew I was over paying for the part but I didn't realize it was 12 times the price available online.
I know I am not an isolated case because the technician showed me two other work orders from the same day showing the same part being replaced at $155.
I think the saying goes, A sucker is born every minute . That became true in my case.

I needed a part replaced on my water heater, and had looked at a lot of heavily advertised plumbing companies. When looking at their Yelp reviews, it made me cautious after reading so many issues people had. I decided to give Galt Plumbing (Randy) a call, and heard back from him quickly. He was able to come out the same day, and was very easy to work with as far as my work schedule. Unlike other companies who charged by the service call, he charged a flat hourly rate. He came out, replaced my thermocouple for my heater and fixed a toilet that had some issues. Local guy. Fast responses. From my experience, I would recommend Randy for local residents!
