We have lived in our house for a long time and have been served by plumbers and drain rooters a half dozen times. This evening (Friday evening) we discovered our drain pipe was clogged forcing sewage to overflow from our cleanout port. I called and emailed the plumbers that we had relied on in the past, none could help us until tomorrow at the earliest. I called Concord Rooter and spoke to Marco Becerra. I am so glad I did. Marco came out within an hour and resolved the immediate issue. He also provided helpful information that he had discovered in the process. He quoted a very fair price and stuck to it even after I offered to pay more in consideration of it being outside of regular working hours.
I highly recommend Marco and Concord Rooter. Marco is charming and gets the job done.
I called and was told they would be at my home in about 40 minutes, and they showed up literally 5 minutes after I hung up the phone. Matt and Alfredo came and unclogged the drains. I took a bath, and the drained water backed up and spewed out into our other bathrooms shower and leaked out all over the floor and into our closets. The toilets would not flush and they spent maybe 30 minutes and took care of all of it. They were incredibly nice too. Super thrilled to have a plumbing company that I can trust. They will be who I call moving forward.

I contacted Concord Rooter and Plumbing to get and estimate for replacing a kitchen faucet. Marco responding within 10 min. After receiving estimates from other plumbers I chose Concord Rooter and Plumbing. The price was reasonable and the reviews are excellent. On the day of the install Marco provided me with an ETA for his arrival. He arrived at the stated time. Both Marco and Matt were professional and easy to work with. They covered the floor and finished the job without an issue. They cleaned up after themselves and left our house as it was when they arrived. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely contact him again for any future plumbing needs.

My wife and I needed to fix a leaking garden hose. Marco responded quickly and fixed the issue by redoing the hose connection with metal pipe, bypassing the broken PVC. He did a great job at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I ran into a problem while trying to install a kitchen faucet. I couldn't get the water to shut off due to a faulty valve. I contacted Concord Rooter and Plumbing early in the morning and they were able to send someone out the same day to install both the faucet and new valve. They were also able to move my air gap to the opposite side due to a conflict with the faucet handle. The estimate was very fair. I highly recommend.

Marco is great. He answered the phone right away on a Sunday when my shower clogged up. He was polite and up front with his prices. He even worked with the roto-rooter guy to discuss the issue. Marco was able to do the work that roto-rooter would not do. He fixed the problem in 30 minutes and his price was fair. Thank you Marco! You are my go-to plumber from here on out!
I dealt with a toilet that would constantly back up once every few months. Other companies came and fixed the pipes so it wouldn't happen again, yet every few months I would be calling them back. Marco came out and quickly found the actual issue and fixed the problem. He was so thorough he actually found another issue and took care of it no problem. We have not had a single issue since! Had a leak in our half bath toilet. Concord Rooter and Plumbing came out quickly and fixed what was thought to be the problem, and even when another unrelated leak was found they came out immediately and fixed the problem without an additional charge. Finding honest, reliable service is rare these days and these guys came up big. Would definitely recommend for your plumbing needs.

Marco and his team are phenomenal!!! So lucky to have found these guys. I had a rooter company come out in an attempt to bait and switch- they tried raising the price from $77 to over $600. Marco came through the same day within the hour to help us out in a desperate time with water overflowing into our bathroom. He was very professional, respectful of the home and social distancing plus he cleared the line first try for less than the other company!!! He currently has a great deal for basic drain cleaning of $49.
While he was here I had him install some new faucets and fix a leaking hose bib (which he happened to have on his truck) instead of other plumbers who have to go shopping for every little part, he came equipped! Best part is he's a local family man running a truly ethical small business. Unlike the big box plumbers who are only about profits. Marco truly cares about building relationships with his customers.

Marco did a great job fixing our dishwasher and one of the toilets. He was super responsive when we made an inquiry online and did an excellent job fixing everything the next day. He's very communicative and professional. The price was fairly reasonable. Will definitely use him again if we need any plumbing work done in the future.

I was looking for a plumber to install my insinkerator and a kitchen faucet. I requested a quote from plumbers around my area and most of them price was not even cheap just for installation of just the insinkerator. I took a chance with this company since they have a 5 star rating and good teviews even though not many teviews yet. Marco, whom reply to my quote request, gave me a good price for my insinkerator and kitchen daucet installation. I didn't even have to haggle with price or price match with his competitors. I felt that he gave me a GOOD and HONEST price for the job. He did the job within n an hour. Other companies we're charging me their Minimum of 4 hr job.
I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing job and I will definitely use this company again for any plumbing issue. The only problem for me is that this company is NOT a 24 hr service and you know when emergencies happen is when everything is CLOSED for the day.

A few weeks ago, I discovered a large pool of water in my garage that looked like it was coming from the water heater (home owner nightmare). It was late Sunday morning, so I was not even sure I would find any plumbers on the weekend that were open and available. I searched Google and found 3 that were open in my area with 5-star reviews. I went down the list. No one answered, except for Marco from Concord Rooter & Plumbing. He said he was available later in the afternoon. Not only was he available, he was even able to come earlier then he initially estimated. He and his colleague went to work right away and respected our home while doing their investigation. Based on their findings they found the issue in less than an hour and provided some solutions. Luckily it was not our water heater, but another issue that we did not even think of. He showed pictures and video on the spot of the findings. He did not ask for any money for the consultation and was able to provide us with a quote by the end of the night. We were not going to be charged unless we decided to move forward. He even gave us an opportunity to shop around for other plumbers and show his quote and pictures and video to get the best pricing. We did not even do that because there was no need. We liked the service so much and wanted to continue with Concord Rooter & Plumbing. They were able to schedule us within the same week and got the work done in a day. When I came home, I even asked my husband if they scrubbed the floors because they looked even cleaner than before! Great service and we are happy. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all our friends/family and neighbors in Concord!
Marco and his associate did a very professional and speedy job of repairing our leaky toilet. They were also fairly priced. I plan to use them for future plumbing issues.

The kitchen sink overflowed this memorial weekend. I called Concord Rooter Monday morning and they scheduled the work right away. Marco was very responsive, professional and courteous. I called several plumbers before them and was not able to clear the drain. They were able to fix the drain ,explained the issue and recommended a future solution. They do a excellent job and very competitive price. I will definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. Their customer service is superb. :)

Marco came over on a Saturday on short notice and there was no extra charge! I had a stopped up kitchen sink and getting it unclogged was a real bear of a job. He hung in there and finally got it flowing again. I really appreciated his professional, friendly manner. We have a new plumber!

We had an excellent experience with Marco and are glad that he's recently started his business in Concord. His customer service skills are as good as his plumbing skills. He answered the phone right away, scheduled a good time to come over, and asked for a phone number to send texts to. The next day he texted my wife to confirm the arrival time, which she really appreciated, and he was right on time.
He was very fast at dealing with our issue, which was a clogged tub drain, so we appreciate that he took care of it without trying to up-sell us on other services (like the other plumbers we'd contacted). When he was done he rinsed out our tub which saved us some elbow grease.

Marco is extremely knowledgable, quick to respond to any message, kept us posted on a timeline from start to finish (which was the next day) and even adjusted his estimate based on competitor's estimate. I figured with Labor day weekend in sight, there would be a holiday hike in price but there wasn't. He even came back after hours to make sure everything was in working order since our park had turned off everyone's water until after 6;.
He's been in the business for years working for other companies but has now branched out into his own business. To me, this means you don't have to wait hours or days to hear from someone to get your project done. Also, I love to support small, local businesses. I highly recommend him.

We had a possible leak from our second floor toilet and Marco responded quickly. He came by the next day and upon his inspection, turns out there's a leak and they were able to fix it right away. Marco and his brother in law were very professional. They were respectful of our property and made sure everything's good and clean before they left.

I had first called a plumber using a coupon from Sunday paper. Quote was 3x coupon when they called that they were en route. I then remembered seeing a write-up in ND app for Marco's company. He came out same day. His rate was a fraction of the other company. Went over how he planned to clear my slow draining bathroom sink. Was done in a few mins. I feel his rate is too low, to be honest. Although, he is starting out and wants to build clients. I HIGHLY recommend his company. Fast service, honest, super low rates.

Marco and his guys are great! Locally owned and operated family Business with fair prices and honest advice. Marco was able to walk clear our sink drain after another rooter company claimed they would have to pull apart the p-trap to snake the kitchen (best case scenario) or get on the roof to snake the vent pipe (costing hundreds of $$) Marco came by and within 15 minutes he had the drain snakes with a special sink tool and had the issue resolved asap. While he was here he noticed the sink was loose so he went ahead and tightened that up as well as a little bonus (preventing future damage and water from leaking into my cabinets below!).

Concord Rooter and Plumbing is great. It's local, responsive and helpful. I had the opportunity of asking Marco if he could help me with my new front-loading washing machine. It had been recently delivered but not installed. He kindly and efficiently installed my washing machine. When the machine was tipping back-and-forth on the floor of my garage he quickly came over and adjusted the footing so that it no longer tipped. I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing problems. In fact, I did just that and he helped out a friend of mine.

Concord Rooter and Plumbing is truly an amazing company. We called late on a Thursday afternoon to get someone out to clear a clogged drain. They answered the phone right away and said there were sorry they could not come out that day but could come out first thing the next day between 8 and 9 am. They gave us an estimate over the phone. That Friday morning, they showed up right on time. We showed them where the problem was, and Matt went to work. The next thing we knew the clog was cleared within an hour, not only did they clear the clog, but they also checked at the kitchen faucet to ensure the water was running through the drain line. Matt knew his stuff, was cheerful and charged us what was quoted.
Wow!!! 5 stars for a reason. People, don't search any further, you've found your plumber with Concord Rooter and Plumbing.
We had a leaky faucet in our bathtub that we were unable to fix ourselves (will not even attempt to next time lol) so thought we would call a professional. We got a couple of quotes from other companies and they didn't sound confident on the fix and gave us a wide range on pricing, from a couple hundred to over $1500 for just the leaky faucet.

I called and was told they would be at my home in about 40 minutes, and they showed up literally 5 minutes after I hung up the phone. Matt and Alfredo came and unclogged the drains. I took a bath, and the drained water backed up and spewed out into our other bathrooms shower and leaked out all over the floor and into our closets. The toilets would not flush and they spent maybe 30 minutes and took care of all of it. They were incredibly nice too. Super thrilled to have a plumbing company that I can trust. They will be who I call moving forward.
Wish I could give these guys more stars. I reached out to them to help with what we thought was a leak in my tenants toilet. They replaced the wax seal and thought that was it. A few days later, another leak, but this time from the sink. Without knowing which the original culprit was, they fixed the sink at no charge for the trouble. Amazing. They talked me through everything, sent pics, we're incredibly responsive, and I will now use and recommend them forever. This is how you build a customer base. Thank you!!!

Marco is extremely knowledgable, quick to respond to any message, kept us posted on a timeline from start to finish (which was the next day) and even adjusted his estimate based on competitor's estimate. I figured with Labor day weekend in sight, there would be a holiday hike in price but there wasn't. He even came back after hours to make sure everything was in working order since our park had turned off everyone's water until after 6;.
He's been in the business for years working for other companies but has now branched out into his own business. To me, this means you don't have to wait hours or days to hear from someone to get your project done. Also, I love to support small, local businesses. I highly recommend him.

I called them on a Sunday and Marco arrived at my home within the hour and installed a new water heater the very next morning. We had a leaky faucet in our bathtub that we were unable to fix ourselves (will not even attempt to next time lol) so thought we would call a professional. We got a couple of quotes from other companies and they didn't sound confident on the fix and gave us a wide range on pricing, from a couple hundred to over $1500 for just the leaky faucet.

I was looking for a plumber to install my insinkerator and a kitchen faucet. I requested a quote from plumbers around my area and most of them price was not even cheap just for installation of just the insinkerator. I took a chance with this company since they have a 5 star rating and good teviews even though not many teviews yet. Marco, whom reply to my quote request, gave me a good price for my insinkerator and kitchen daucet installation. I didn't even have to haggle with price or price match with his competitors. I felt that he gave me a GOOD and HONEST price for the job. He did the job within n an hour. Other companies we're charging me their Minimum of 4 hr job.
I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing job and I will definitely use this company again for any plumbing issue. The only problem for me is that this company is NOT a 24 hr service and you know when emergencies happen is when everything is CLOSED for the day.

The kitchen sink overflowed this memorial weekend. I called Concord Rooter Monday morning and they scheduled the work right away. Marco was very responsive, professional and courteous. I called several plumbers before them and was not able to clear the drain. They were able to fix the drain ,explained the issue and recommended a future solution. They do a excellent job and very competitive price. I will definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. Their customer service is superb. :)

Had a leak in our half bath toilet. Concord Rooter and Plumbing came out quickly and fixed what was thought to be the problem, and even when another unrelated leak was found they came out immediately and fixed the problem without an additional charge. Finding honest, reliable service is rare these days and these guys came up big. Would definitely recommend for your plumbing needs.

We had a possible leak from our second floor toilet and Marco responded quickly. He came by the next day and upon his inspection, turns out there's a leak and they were able to fix it right away. Marco and his brother in law were very professional. They were respectful of our property and made sure everything's good and clean before they left.

We had Marco and his team come out to install a toilet. He was so responsive and clear with his messaging. He arrived on time and did the work quickly. Concord Rooter and Plumbing is great. It's local, responsive and helpful. I had the opportunity of asking Marco if he could help me with my new front-loading washing machine. It had been recently delivered but not installed. He kindly and efficiently installed my washing machine. When the machine was tipping back-and-forth on the floor of my garage he quickly came over and adjusted the footing so that it no longer tipped. I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing problems. In fact, I did just that and he helped out a friend of mine.

We had an excellent experience with Marco and are glad that he's recently started his business in Concord. His customer service skills are as good as his plumbing skills. He answered the phone right away, scheduled a good time to come over, and asked for a phone number to send texts to. The next day he texted my wife to confirm the arrival time, which she really appreciated, and he was right on time.
He was very fast at dealing with our issue, which was a clogged tub drain, so we appreciate that he took care of it without trying to up-sell us on other services (like the other plumbers we'd contacted). When he was done he rinsed out our tub which saved us some elbow grease.

I had first called a plumber using a coupon from Sunday paper. Quote was 3x coupon when they called that they were en route. I then remembered seeing a write-up in ND app for Marco's company. He came out same day. His rate was a fraction of the other company. Went over how he planned to clear my slow draining bathroom sink. Was done in a few mins. I feel his rate is too low, to be honest. Although, he is starting out and wants to build clients. I HIGHLY recommend his company. Fast service, honest, super low rates.
Concord Rooter and Plumbing is truly an amazing company. We called late on a Thursday afternoon to get someone out to clear a clogged drain. They answered the phone right away and said there were sorry they could not come out that day but could come out first thing the next day between 8 and 9 am. They gave us an estimate over the phone. That Friday morning, they showed up right on time. We showed them where the problem was, and Matt went to work. The next thing we knew the clog was cleared within an hour, not only did they clear the clog, but they also checked at the kitchen faucet to ensure the water was running through the drain line. Matt knew his stuff, was cheerful and charged us what was quoted.

Marco and his guys are great! Locally owned and operated family Business with fair prices and honest advice. Marco was able to walk clear our sink drain after another rooter company claimed they would have to pull apart the p-trap to snake the kitchen (best case scenario) or get on the roof to snake the vent pipe (costing hundreds of $$) Marco came by and within 15 minutes he had the drain snakes with a special sink tool and had the issue resolved asap. While he was here he noticed the sink was loose so he went ahead and tightened that up as well as a little bonus (preventing future damage and water from leaking into my cabinets below!).
