Called a handful of plumbers for a quote on a property that needed extensive repiping. From the very beginning, Matt made quite an impression! He was early, professional, courteous, and very communicative. While we ended up hiring a contractor who bundled all the renovations we needed together, I definitely appreciated his time and help. I'm sure if we had needed only plumbing and picked these guys, we would have been very happy!

We needed two items taken care of in different bath rooms - replace a toilet wax ring and replace an angel stop. Steve was prompt, courteous and quoted a reasonable price. He used necessary COVID protocols. Very satisfied with the quality of his work. Also it was easy to communicating with him. We recently moved to a new house and we've had to deal with a lot of plumbing issues. I'm not from the area so I reached out to and met with several plumbers but neither of them were reliable. A neighbor recommended Graham Plumbing and after 3 separate jobs, I won't be calling anyone else. Kyle has been my go-to guy and I can always rely on him for his candid feedback. Their prices are average, but I put more weight on competency and dependability. It'll save you more money in the long run.
Good plumbers, clean work, great price. Took on two major projects in our house and completed the work quickly and professionally. The crew is friendly and respectful. Happy to find a reliable plumber in the area.

Graham Plumbing has never let us down! And their warranties seem to be good for longer than other plumbers we've tried and we have not even had to use the warranty! Zach was great and cleared our kitchen sink right up! He went over all the options very clearly and honestly. He also had them draw up an estimate for our original cast iron pipe we will need to replace. Julio has also helped us out before. They are so quick to respond, send someone out the same day usually. They also had someone call us the following day to ensure the problem was resolved. Go with them!

I've called Graham Plumbing service several times. I've had the pleasure to work with Graham and Kyle. Amazingly fast and very friendly service. Always giving different options and is always upfront with the pricing that I think is very fare in my opinion. I will always call Graham for future plumbing issues.
Our main line clogged and water was backing up at all the drains. I called late on a Saturday night and they were able to come out at 1:00am after several other companies didn't even respond of call me back. They were able clear the clog in minutes and had great customer service. Would highly recommend.

We had Graham Plumbing come out today to fix our plumbing issues ( backed up toilet and flushed sewer line ) and Steven was able to identify the cause of the problem and fixed it. Great reliable service, reasonable priced, and very knowledgeable and honest plumbers.
Julio was amazing and went over and beyond relocating my water line and sprinklers. Thank you Graham plumbing.
I've used Graham Plumbing 3 times now, twice for main line clean out and once to install a dishwasher. Both guys that came out were absolutely amazing and I'll definitely be referring them to anyone that needs a good plumber with super reasonable rates. Thank you again!
Julio showed up earlier than scheduled which was great because we had a plumbing emergency. He meticulously worked until the problem was solved and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I have been a longtime customer of Graham Plumbing and they are my go to for all my plumbing needs.
My 2nd floor master bathroom has 2 sinks and both of them clogged up. I called another plumber and he couldn't remove the clog and told me he needled to remove the drywall and install a clean out access which would cost me a thousand dollars! I then decided to call Graham Plumbing after receiving their flyer in the mail. I spoke with Scott who was very professional and set up an appointment with his plumber Steve. After telling Steve about our problem, he then went to work and immediately unclogged the drains. He was very. clean with his work and even applied disinfectant after the job was finished. His price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend his company.

Steve did an amazing job installing a new hot water heater and toilet. He gave us several options to make and very up front with us. Graham Plumbing will always be my go to, plus they are a local business.
I had a issue woth leaking toilet and hired Graham Plumbing to replace my toilet to a brand new one. They provided a reasonable price and Julio came to work on the toilet. Julio is nice and professional, and provided quality work. He worked on my bathroom and cleaned up after like it was his own house. I appreciate the service and recommend this company to everyone.
Recently got burned from a highly reviewed competitor and was cautious with Graham. My caution turned out to not be warranted, as the experience was outstanding.
Communications in advance via email were timely and efficient. Joshua showed up during the agreed upon time window, and with a neat heads up text 30 minutes in advance that included his headshot. I had a wonky (non-technical term, but trust me it was weird) issue with the master shower, and Joshua was able to diagnose a solution immediately.
After getting the needed part he was back within 30 minutes and completed the fix. The charge for Graham's services was very much in line with market rates, and more importantly I now have a working shower. Graham is absolutely our go to shop in the future for anything plumbing related.

Graham plumbing is the best. I've used them multiple times and each time they have fixed my issues. I will keep using then for as long as they are reliable.
Got a call on the way home that water was dripping from upstairs into the garage. Saw a Graham Plumbing van in front of me and got the attention of the driver. Told the technician Steve I needed a plumber and can he follow me to my home? He did and a few minutes later he resolved the issue. I Highly recommend this company, and the price was more than fair.

Graham plumbing recently completed a complete copper re-pipe after another slab leak from the original copper plumbing at my home. They also installed a new water heater a new garbage disposal and all new shower faucets they also made sure my waste lines were clear by using a camera. His work is very clean and finished the job ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good and trustworthy plumbing company.
My neighbor saw the quality of his work and had Graham plumbing do his re-pipe.
Dealing with Albert was great , they did a repipe and a whole house water filtration. Because of a miscommunication with Josh, Albert stepped in and finished the job in three days, it usually takes four but I was told two by Josh. Albert kept me informed at the end of each day on their progress. Way to go Albert and Ivan and the other two guys whom I can't remember their names.

Our garbage disposal wasn't clogged, jammed or inoperative. It just didn't dispose of anything! After trying to remedy it ourselves, we found Graham Plumbing . They were extremely responsive, professional and helpful.
Kyle, the technician, was personable and straightforward. He couldn't find anything wrong either, but if we wanted to replace it, he could do that on the spot. No sense in keeping one that no longer worked, so we gave him the go-ahead. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes, no muss, no fuss. The new disposal is working perfectly.
Highly recommend Graham Plumbing for their honesty, pricing and service.
Matt and his team are fantastic. Kyle was the one who spearheaded the repiping of my entire house due to a slab leak and did an amazing job. They always cleaned up after themselves, stayed late at night when they needed to and were always in constant communication to keep me updated with what was going on during the process. I will say that their quote came in a bit higher than the others but we elected to go with them anyway because they had a very detailed plan of how to do the repiping before they started and after cross-checking with the other bids they used superior materials and did the least amount of additional damage to the house in order to get the job done. I will not call another plumber as long as I am in an area they service.

Had a pipe leaking under floor on 2nd floor bathroom, called & they were able to come the next day & do repairs! Kyle was on time, very courteous, provided an accurate quote on the spot, before work was started, & proceeded to repair the leak in first floor ceiling below upstairs bathroom! Very friendly & knowledgable! Very happy with the timeliness of response & repair work done! Will use again!
Excellent service and another 5 star review. Technician Kyle M. was on time, courteous and efficient. My area drain was clogged beyond any drain snake's ability and Kyle recommended he use the Hydro Jet trailer he had towed behind him all day. Boom! In one more hour we were clear and draining just in time for this weeks storm coming in. Call this outfit, they won't let you down.

Hot water heater went out of course during one of the coldest storms of winter. Graham Plumbing was able to set up next day service to come out and diagnose the problem. Unfortunately our old hot water heater was a lost cause, but Chris was able to replace the unit for us, even as it started raining again. Many thanks to you guys for helping us out! Honest, helpful, reliable, fair pricing, kind!
I have never been happier with a service before.
For starters not only was the kind lady who worked in the office (Reagan) able to get someone out day of, but she was so kind over the phone.
I had just had another plumber out but wanted a second opinion.
When the plumber Zack arrived he listened to the issue and I explained what a previous plumber had told me, that didn't seem right-hence the second opinion.
Zack went through every possibility. He explained everything so that I could understand the issue and the possible outcomes and solutions.
He was very forthcoming with options and prices. He provided a service that was needed and didn't push additional services, but educated us on all avenues.
After he hydro jetted the (washer)drain, looked in the drain with his camera, he then triple checked his work by filling the washer and letting in drain making sure it didn't overflow.
Zack was knowledgeable, professional, precise, and above all honest.
Great professional service!!! Matt is very knowledgeable and reliable!!! I've had him work on our house, out son's house and my brother's house. Always shows up when he says he will and always fixes the problem!!! Plus he always leaves the place clean after he's done. Did I mention his rates are really great compared to other plumbers I've used in the past!!!
I have used graham plumbing for my plumbing needs for a little over two years now. Each time they exceed my expectations. There have been times where they recommend a cheaper way to fix problems for me. What contractor have you heard of that is as honest as these people? Today I had the pleasure of meeting Steven. He was professional and cleaned up after the job. I had initially called for a simple faucet install at the home of my parents. When he looked under the kitchen sink he caught a few more problems and a leak. Thank you for your hard work today.

I hired Graham Plumbing to do a full repipe of my house and to install a Halo 5 whole-house filtration system. They did a fantastic job. They were fast and professional. I would absolutely recommend them.

Called late afternoon, about 3:15 for a plumbing backup. They arrived in an hour, took care of it in a 1/2 hour for the price quoted over the phone. Fast, fair efficient.
Further on the Toto toilet repair: we were ultimately told by Graham Plumbing that the only fix for the Toto toilet was to replace the toilet.
This did seem odd to me. The malfunction was that the bowl would not refill completely after flushing. Easily worked around by simply holding down the flush handle until the bowl filled, then release. I think of toilets as simply one big single piece casting covered in porcelain and that the actual operating mechanism was that hardware inside the tank. I assumed that any malfunction like the kind we had was fixable by repair or replacement of that mechanism.
But the Graham technician insisted otherwise, and that the only fix was a new toilet. So I went ahead and ordered a new toilet from them, prepared to pay for it, plus the installation and haul-away. Several hundred dollars.
The pandemic intervened. We did not want technicians in the house for non-essential services. Postponed installation. Ultimately, last May I paid Graham a restocking fee and cancelled the order.
Well, guess what. A different plumber (also one we've used many times) was at our house on Monday, Jan 25, 2021; an essential repair and the first time we've had such a service in our home in over a year, because of Covid. After finishing the work he came for I happened to ask him about the toilet mechanism (did I really need to replace the whole toilet?). He lifted the tank lid, reattached a tube that had come loose, and this fixed the toilet. Took him 4 seconds. No charge.
For this I give Graham a 1 star. I hope they will respond to this review and perhaps give their side of the story.
Came last minute and it was kind of pricey but I know that it was needed. Gave me details of what they were going to do and if it didn't work what would come next. Very informative Ave very helpful.

I called Graham Plumbing for a toilet installation. Scott was very professional and accommodating in scheduling an appointment. Kyle installed the toilet this morning flawlessly and on time. I am happy with the service. Will call them again for future needs
Thanks for your service. Your techs did a great job! Your original estimate said repairs start at $125, however, your tech said your minimum to come out is $250.
I felt a little deceived (the ol' bait and switch) so maybe clarify your cost going forward so you don't start racking up negative reviews.
Quick, educational, and amazing service. First time having any kind of plumbing issue. Called for a possible leak and Steven was able to come out a lot sooner than quoted. He quickly discovered the source of the leak, turned out to be a slab leak, explained my options and gave me his suggestions. Then he was able to come back the very next morning and got it done sooner than I expected, which was great cause going without water is terrible. Since I know nothing about plumbing, I had a lot of questions and he was great about explaining everything to me. Praying I don't need his services again for an emergency like this, but would definitely use again if I did or for any other plumbing needs.

Graham Plumbing came out within just a few hours of my request. It wasn't an emergency and they still came out on a Friday afternoon with a quickness. Other plumbers were in need of a consultation. Kyle was prepared to go under the house, found my leak quickly and repaired it on the spot. I highly recommend this place!
Graham plumbing was great. They were able to come out quickly and finished the job in no time and were very friendly!
Our Garbage disposal finally broke down on us after a few weeks of giving us signs that it was time for a new one.
Called out to many plumbing companies that were either closed today or didn't even have appointments until later in the week.
Amanda picked up the phone right away and promised someone out the same day.
Joshua one of their specialists came out right on time at the beginning of the 2 hour range that was promised he would arrive.
Joshua is an expert at what he does and is very personable. Based on the work ethic, honesty and attention to detail of Joshua, if he is a representation of this company then this company is top notch.

Steve was amazing. He suspected water was getting into our exterior dining room wall from the outside and he confirmed this once the wall was opened up. Steve's honesty and expertise is very refreshing!
I don't ever bother with Yelp reviews, but Julio from Graham's Plumbing did such an amazing job with the tankless water heater! All we wanted them to do was to flush it, which the original installers never told me to do, nor fit it with the valves necessary to flush the system. So Julio and Ivan came to the rescue. They rerouted to give us the best flow for the master bathroom, and did everything necessary to make the unit better than ever before. I didn't know I could enjoy the shower and bath as much as I do now, thanks to them for making the tankless work for us! Seriously, it used to take a long time for the water to reach the shower, and now, not an issue! If we only used them for the install! We will not make that mistake again, and will always ask them for their expertise! Thank you again, Julio!
I called Graham Plumbing because our kitchen sink was not draining. We tried to fix the issue through our home warranty first (big mistake because they sent an incompetent contractor that failed to fix the issue, claiming it couldn't be done...this incompetent contractor also left behind a gross mess). Graham Plumbing was very responsive, extremely professional and got the job done! Their pricing is also good. Kyle was our technician...he is extremely knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself leaving absolutely no mess behind..you can tell he takes pride in his work, which I appreciate. I would not hesitate to use them again. Lesson learned..go with a professional company from the get go!

I called Graham Plumbing for plumbing I needed done for my bathroom remodel. Matt came to my home to give me an estimate. I needed to move the location of the shower and the toilet. I told Matt I had a couple different plans for the new locations. Matt took the time to discuss the different options with me and helped with the decision of where to move them. I was very pleased with my experience! I sent out several quote requests on Yelp for the cost of a simple faucet replacement and mostly got responses that said they needed to come to the house to give me an estimate. Matt was only one of two responses that actually gave me a real cost. I appreciated how honest and professional Matt and the plumbers that came were. They didn't try to up-sell me in things to make it into a bigger job than it really was. I will be calling Graham Plumbing again!

Big Thank You to Graham Plumbing. I have used Graham approximately 3 times in the last few years. Every time we need their services they show up on time, provide quick and reliable service and at reasonable rates. This last weekend, Steve and Kyle responded to what I thought was a simple clog in the main bathroom. After a thorough look these guys spotted the issue, showed me exactly where the problem was and explained a couple options clearly. Not only did they fix my problem. They also took the initiative to explain a long term solution with absolutely no pressure on timeline. GREAT company to work with.

I had a blocked kitchen sink and I tried to clear it with a liquid drain cleaner. It only made it worse! I called and they could fit me in that day. And even better the technician called me yo say he could get here sooner! Richard was professional and very friendly and clean! I couldn't be happier with Graham Plumbing. Having dealt with poor performance/reliability from previous plumbers, it was so refreshing to not only have Graham Plumbing respond quickly to our request, but schedule an appointment and resolve the issue quicker than I'm generally waiting for a callback from other contractors I've dealt with. I certainly hope I don't have future plumbing issues, but if I do, I know exactly who'll I'll be calling to get it fixed.
We had a fully clogged drain in my physical therapy office and we need to wash our hands OFTEN! The sink stopped draining - backed up. One call to Graham and we had Julio and his helper here in a few hours. They unclogged the drain and cleaned up after themselves an the drain works perfectly now. Thank you.

Needed a quick replacement for my water heater a few months back - I spoke with about 5 different companies and by far, Graham was the most reasonably priced. They also were quick on the installation and easy to communicate with.
Side note: I was at work when the water heater was installed and my retired father in law was home. Let's just say that he asks a lot of questions, can be quite curious, possibly at times nosy, but the technician took it in stride and was extremely patient and courteous.
We had standing water in the kitchen! Graham Plumbing came out immediately and discovered we had a slab leak. We ultimately decided to repipe our home and Graham did an excellent job. They pulled their crew together and completed our job (and it was a big one!) by the timeline promised. They worked very hard and worked into the night to ensure we got our water on as soon as possible. I have used Graham for sink issues, toilet issues, water heater replacement and drain cleaning. They have always been very responsive, professional, friendly and reasonably priced. I recommend them highly!

So I woke up Sunday morning and I walked out into my hallway and my hardwood floors felt kind of funny. I took a few more steps and I could hear a sloshing sound coming from underneath the hardwood floors, I figured well that doesn't sound good... I tracked the issue back to what was my water heater which had sprung a leak. So I started calling around to see if anyone can help me out. Matt called me back right away and came out within 5 minutes. It helps that he lives in the neighborhood. He was already booked for that day, but he still helped out by shutting off the water and draining the water heater so that it wouldn't leak anymore. He came back the next morning and installed the new water heater super quick and repaired a leaky laundry drain. I still have several plumbing projects that need to be taken care of around the house and Matt will be coming by finish them up this weekend. He had to shuffle some things around in order to fix my emergency items today and I really appreciate that and will welcome him back to finish the remaining work. I wouldn't do that if I thought that he was a bad service provider.

I was in need of a water pressure regulator installed and Graham Plumbing was very quick to respond and came out within the next couple of days. The technician that came out explained everything clearly, showed me the new, quality parts that would be installed and gave me a fairly decent price for parts and labor. Plus the owners live in my same neighborhood. I will use them again if needed and recommend them for plumbing repairs.

We had a blockage between the kitchen sink and the laundry room sink. Graham responded right away, came when they said they would, and fixed the blockage. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Graham did a great job on my sewer line clean-out and kitchen sink small project. They were extremely responsive, courteous, professional and charged a reasonable price for the work. Definitely plan to use them again.
We were given a 8-9am window for a quote/work. With most windows like that I never expected them to actually be here on time! Blake caught me off guard by being so prompt at 8:02 despite the school traffic in my neighborhood. The problem we had wasn't what I expected but Blake was able to fix quickly! He was kind and very thorough in explaining stuff to us. I also asked if we should have something else done and he actually encouraged us to save our money on it which was awesome because I imagine not all companies would have suggested that. Would definitely use them again, except I'd love to avoid future plumbing issues ;)

Had a clogged drain pipe, broken food disposal unit, and some flooding in my sink. They had someone dispatched within a day, very quick service. Richard arrived and was very honest and informative. No upselling of service, just a very honest assessment and quick work. Appreciated that he educated me on maintenance and how to do the work he was doing since it was something that could be self repaired in the future. Polite and courteous of the home, would definitely call again.
I've had the pleasure of using Graham Plumbing a couple of times now. Once for a major problem and also for a quick snake of the sewer line. I have to tell you, these guys are as good as it gets. Our kitchen sink stopped draining. After DIY cleaning of the traps under the sink failed, and having tried multiple DIY snakings of the trap outside over the course of the last two years, it seemed liked it was time to hire a professional. Julio tried all the less expensive modes of getting the sink to drain, then decided the pipe needed to be hydro jetted. The team at Graham shifted their schedules so that Julio could have the large hydro jet machine, and someone dropped it off. In the meantime, Julio fixed the less than optimal DIY plumbing under the kitchen sink for a very reasonable price. After a couple hours we had a functioning sink drain, with a new, efficient trap, and a two year guarantee of the hydro jetted wastewater drain pipe. All for a reasonable price. Julio also cleaned the bulk of the gross old pipe fat off the ground. Two thumbs up for Julio.

Our water heater went out and we called 4 different plumbers to come out to take a look. None of them got back to me but then I seen this company gave them a call and they answered right away. A technician Steven was out to our house in an hour even though it was 9 pm at night way after hours. Diagnosed the issue and the following day he brought a new one to replace.. He also replaced our garbage disposal that somehow went out same time.. I highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs. If i have any plumbing issues for now on they will be the first and only call I make. What made it such a good experience was that Steven not only installed everything he explained what everything was so if a leak happens in the future or I need to adjust something I know were everything is. If your looking for a plumber I would definitely call this company and ask for Steven to come take care of the problem..
On August 1, 2016 I came home to a complete devastation. My house had completely flooded and it was raining from my outlets. I lost everything! Since that time I have continued to deal with incompetent contractors!! Matt and his crew replaced ALL of my plumbing and it went off without a hitch. Recently my water heater gave out. Matt did a re-route on a bathroom slab leak pipe for us a little over a year ago. Due to the age of our homes copper piping, Matt recommend a full house re-piping which we agreed needed to be done, and had also been told needed to be done by other plumbers. At the time, it was not financially feasible for us to do a full re-pipe on our home which Matt's quote was very reasonable priced on, compared to other estimates we got at the time. Matt also cautioned us that a re-route could potentially divert pressure to another line. The pipe re-route work he did was fantastic, he used industry standard PEX, he also found an easier way to re-run the line after opening up the drywall & ended up charging us lower then his initial quote! What plumber charges you LESS then their quote!! Matt the honest plumber does, that's who! Needless to say, here we are a little over a year later & the dreaded pressure diversion he warned us of has happened. We now have a slab leak in one of our major lines & can no longer avoid a full home re-piping to which Matt has stuck by his original quote and even opted to work with us on the most cost effective way to go about it. If you want an honest plumber, Matt with Graham Plumbing is your guy.

What great service!! We have a 2 year old that likes to play with the toilets. Our little guy had to play on Super Bowl Sunday. Needless to say we had a back up. Graham's plumbing came to the rescue. He answered his phone on Sunday after the game and helped us out with a full explanation of the cost. When he arrived first thing in the morning he was clean and friendly. Fantastic! I needed to get a valve installed to a natural gas outlet in the backyard in order to hook it up to an outdoor gas grill. I got a prompt response to my initial inquiry and an appointment scheduled for next day to get a free estimate. The quote that we received was mid-tier but Graham's staff and communication was by far the most professional and attentive. The technician explained everything that would be involved and sent us an estimate by email the same day- giving me confidence in their potential work quality and worth the extra money. We had Julio come out the next week as soon as we got the grill delivered and he was able to install the valve and hook it up to the grill in less than 30 minutes. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service we received and we're looking forward to also hiring them for the annual tankless water heater flush and other emergencies should they arise. Our house had a disgusting sewer back up and no other plumbers could come help in the moment, but Graham plumbers made time and were here right away. Graham Plumbing was quick to respond and replaced my old disposal within about 30 minutes. They came on time and were clean and nice. In addition, the repairman gave me insights on how to extend the life of my disposal. He cleaned up after and was very professional.

Both of our toilets had receding water and a gurgling sound. Uh oh! Something's wrong! We had to call someone urgently for help and found Graham Plumbing on Yelp. Called at 6:30 am on a Saturday morning (12/03/22) and was connected with a pleasant representative who scheduled us for a 12pm-2 pm appointment. Josh arrived a bit before Noon and immediately assessed the situation professionally and in a friendly manner. Camera was run through the line before and after cleaning out the sewer line. Assessment of long term options were provided shortly after completing the fix. Everything completed in a hour. Been using Graham for years and surprised I never left a review... Had Kyle out to unclog the kitchen drain and Steve out to install a tankless water heater. Both were great to work with and did a great job - very happy with the work. The drain is still working well and there's been no problems with the tankless installation and I have hot water whenever I need it. Definitely recommend Graham.
Called them Sunday 10 am said they would be here at 2 pm. They were not only on time, they fixed my shower drain in a few minutes. The service tech jose was friendly and very professional.
150.00 dollars on a Sunday call out was 200.00 cheaper then the quotes we were getting.
Actually I won't name the company but the last company I called before this company said to me I would need to pay the driver when he got there before he would start the work what kind of crap is that.

Looking for a plumber to look at a wall with water damage in our bathroom as I thought it might be something serious. One of his employees came out today in the time frame promised. Took a look and told us it was coming from water spraying out from our shower head and suggested purchasing a splash guard for our tub to stop water damage to wall. Free estimate and super honest. They could've very well said it was something more and charged us a lot of money but didn't. I am waiting for the owner to send me business cards to give

I am beyond impressed with the service I received from Nolan at Graham Plumbing. I needed a new gas valve thermostat installed on my water heater and the person I spoke with on the phone was able to get someone out the same day. He was even early! Nolan was polite, honest, and upfront about everything he was doing while he worked. He was prepared and knew exactly what to do. Afterward, he explained in detail what the problem was, how he installed the new part, cleaned up, and left the area spotless.
I was extra impressed because he took the time to do a small thing like screw my garden hose spray nozzle back to the end of the hose after using it to drain the heater. Not everyone takes the time for small details like that!

I want to thank Steve at Graham for repairing and redoing a nightmare of a bad plumbing job to a good reality! The pictures will speak for themselves. Steve did a great job not only in properly redoing the poorly executed work of the previous plumber but provided good follow-up and filled the hole left by the previous plumbers. Who I found out were apprentices. Notice how I referred to the other guys in plural. I will definitely be using Graham in the future for other plumbing related projects. Matt was referred to me by a professional associate. He did work on their commercial building. I was a bit concerned with the pricing as he does commercial plumbing but all I needed was to have a leak in my condo repaired. He responded and came out promptly and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He is very professional and helpful and even suggested I contact the HOA thinking I may not have to pay for it. He is the type of contractor that would make this suggestion to help a homeowner and forgo the opportunity to do the job himself. This shows how honest and ethical he is. We've had an ongoing plumbing issue with our pool drainage system and due to not so great plumbing repairs in the past, just never got around to finding a plumber until the deluge of rain we've had this year necessitated action. Due to positive reviews here, we decided to call Graham Plumbing and am wondering what took us so long. From our initial call to completion of the project, service was above and beyond (truly!). Chris was able to provide a quick assessment of the problems and included a couple options in the quote (one a quick but solid fix, the other a bit more involved but eliminated the big ugly cast iron pipe). From the start it was evident that Chris has a strong background and knowledge in his field as he explained the problem and repair process, answering all of my questions. The project was scheduled and completed in a timely manner, and at a very fair price. In addition, the invoice included photos Chris took of the repaired pipes prior to replacing the dirt so we could see exactly what was done. Project done and bonus is we now have a new go-to plumbing service.

I was very impressed with Graham Plumbing. Julio came out and was very professional and clean. Unfortunately, we had major plumbing issues under the house and insurance did not cover the damage. As you can imagine, this was very expensive. Julio offered us several options to fix our problem. I thought the project was going to take three to four days. Julio had a team of 7 plumbers ascend onto our house and got the entire job done in one day. They arrived at 7:30 and stayed until 5:30. The crew was exceptional. They took their time and addressed all the issues we had. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. At the end of the day, the foreman walked me through everything that was done. He made sure everything was working properly and that I was happy with their work before he left. I have never had a more conscientious construction crew work on my house. I could not have been happier.
Matt and his crew have always given me excellent service. I have used him twice and was happy both times. The last time was when my tenant at my rental called me for a backed up toilet. I called Matt and he was able to get someone out there the same day. The tech snaked the toilet and took care of the clog. My tenant was happy with the service and very happy it happened so quickly. It made me look like a great landlord and I was happy I didn't have to leave work. His back office called me after the tech went out and I was able to pay over the phone with an emailed receipt. Wonderful and easy!

Kyle came out right away professional appearance attitude service and gave my plumbing a major upgrade for only $200 I could not be any more pleased because this was a n odd specialized project so I thought it was going to cost a lot more with special parts needed to be ordered he came out to do the inspection within an hour of the phone call and the job is completed two days later I now have perfect timing for the weekend and it's Friday if you need a reliable plumber you can trust these guys too. I would not pick this company if I needed a plumber. Since I'm renting, it was my landlord that used them. I do not think they will be using them after today unless the owner, Matt, changes his attitude on how he chooses to communicate to his customers and understands he is not the only busy person. Matt poorly decides to shows up at 8am with a negative and judgmental attitude when we clearly agreed on after 9:30am. Also, his worker Allen demands to have the gate open when he arrived late while his co worker was on time to patch the wall (he was excellent). The star was for that gentleman. Sorry, forgot his name. You can judge for your self by the video ( at google review)if they did a good job. I do not know what my landlord paid for this job but even if they gave me a huge discount I would find another plumber. There is a saying by Simon Sinek about customer service. It starts with the owner in how they treat their employees and that will resonate on their worker in doing their job well. Also, three times Allen came to correct his incomplete job, he would leave something behind. I was nice enough at that time to make time to give Allen's tools but after my interaction with the owner, I have given the tool to my Landlord's fantastic handyman Dave to return the tool to my landlord. Btw, Dave corrected the pressure which Matt could not fix and said the pressure was good. My landlord will decide if Graham plumbing is worth using for his family's business.

Graham Plumbing and Drain was recommended by my electrician. Matthew provided detailed information and the best price for several items we need to have repaired. After comparing other quotes. We scheduled the job and he completed it within a few hours. Great!
As with any old house (ours is 1951) problems arise. Weeks later, we had an plumbing emergency at 6am on a Saturday. In my panic, I called Matthew but got his voicemail. I left a message and within a few minutes he called me back and tried to walk me through stopping the leak, until he was able to get to the house. Turns out we had a pipe leak underground outside and had to be shut off at the main valve street level which I did not have access to. Matthew arrived at my house in about 20 mins turned the water off fixed the broken valve under ground. He even picked up the special plumbing key tool and showed me how to use it in case this ever happens again. I recommend Matthew Graham Plumbing and Drain. He's honest, friendly, reliable, professional and fair priced. A great family owned business and service with a great smile.

This is the second time we've worked with Graham Plumbing. Most recently, Christopher came to our property to inspect our tankless water heater. There was a leak inside which damaged the motherboard. Graham provided a fair quote for labor and replacement. Christopher was very polite, professional, and experienced. He did a great job with the installation and explained everything he was doing. I really appreciated how honest he was and he has a good sense of humor. Graham plumbing is a great company to work with. Highly recommend!

Very good plumbers and affordable. I like their customer service and knowledge. The only downside is they do charge an inspection/estimate fee for going under the home to which most other plumbers do not. That is why I am giving a 4 star instead of a 5. But I will definitely call if I have any clogs or minor plumbing issues that they can visually see in the house. I do recommend though!

I always dread having to call a plumber when the issue arises, but Graham Plumbing came through with flying colors! The process from when I called to when the job was completed, couldn't have gone any better. Kyle was extremely efficient and professional at troubleshooting the problem. Very nice to see some high technology at work as well when he pulled out his camera unit to inspect the drain pipe. Pricing was very reasonable and ordinary, with no surprises. Had a clogged bathtub situation in my rental property & Graham plumbing came through and fixed it. I sent out multiple requests & they were not only one of the most reasonable with price they also gave me options and moved with a sense of urgency for my tenant which I appreciated. They replaced the pipe underneath the house in a few hours while other companies were telling me they needed the entire day. Great experience throughout
Graham Plumbing has continued to be our Go To plumber for the last several months on some rental units I manage as they have replaced bad shower valves and cartridges, and recently, identified and repaired a pinhole water leak above a bathroom ceiling. Whether its Matt, Kyle or Julio they have all provided excellent, professional service at a reasonable price. I am definitely happy to have found these guys for our plumbing needs!

I had an excellent experience with Graham Plumbing and their technician Julio. I called in response to and add the published for a drain cleaning special with camera inspection. Julio did just that in a professional manner. He found our problem and included a basic cabling in the quoted price. he also recommended a more involved hydro jetting to get rid of the remaining roots, but I was not ready for this additional expense at this time. They were true to their word and stuck to the advertised price of the Drain cleaning special and got me back up and running. I know for a long term solution, it will need more work, but I appreciated that they were not insistent on upselling me on the service at this time. I was very pleased with his professionalism and expertise and I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

These last few weeks I have had to call Graham Plumbing on two different problems. Both Chris and Julio were excellent. Their efficiency, their professionalism and follow up makes me only think of Graham when I have plumbing issues. They explain all that they need to do to fix my problems and gave me options on how everything can be handled. I appreciated their thorough explanations. Really appreciated everything they did!
I had a leak in my garage ceiling coming from the bathroom upstairs. Other plumbers couldn't figure out where the leak came from; one torn off my shower valve and couldn't put it back correctly, the other offered to come back on his own to work on it as a side job. Not trustworthy at all!
Then Nolan from Granham Plumbing came to rescue! As young as he appeared, he was very experienced. He was precise and certain in his detection. He was very methodical in determining what needed to be done and wasn't trying to trick me into paying more! I was able to tell his professionalism by looking at how he organized his tools in the van and how he protects the cleanliness of my property. That's why I immediately agreed when he said he needed to open a bigger hole in my ceiling for better visibility.
Nolan was able to identify the root cause in 30 minutes (the builder didn't set in the toilet properly, the wax ring still looked new even after 12 years, as he explained). He was able to pull out the toilet, replace the parts, reset the toilet in 30 minutes. He finished the job within an hour! Amazing job!
It's hard to find such honest, meticulous and reliable professional plumber these day! Only a good company would have such good employee. I would definitely call them again for future plumbing work and refer them to anyone without a second thought.
Hands down one of my best experiences I have had with a plumber. I had an emergency water pipe issue that needed to be addressed at the end of the day. From the time calling the front office through repair completion, I had a phenomenal experience with Graham Plumbing. Graham plumbing got me on their schedule immediately and they were at my house within 40 mins. The accurate time to arrive, the reassurance and confidence I was given before they arrived and through job execution and completion was flawless.
Julio was extremely friendly, responsive, professional and informative. He explained to me what the job required, explained the steps throughout the process, was attentive to detail, extremely thorough in his work and very responsive and patient to all my questions. The price quoted was also very reasonable. He resolved my house piping issues also within the time frame estimated and even helped me with another water outlet issue that I showed him.
It is not easy to find an honest group who can provide superb plumbing needs at affordable prices. I am going to Graham Plumbing for all future issues and will be requesting Julio again! Thank you so much! You guys are a life saver! And kudos to Matt for building an awesome team!

Chris and Maurice were fantastic! I had them come out to replace a leaking water pressure reducing valve. Not only did they perform the job quickly, but they also came in under their quoted price! About 30 minutes into the job, Chris found a way to save me some money by coming with an alternative way to route the pipes.
I'll be calling these guys for all my future plumbing needs!
My wife and I could not be happier with the work that Matt and his crew did at our home. Long story short, we bought our house a year ago and after a pipe burst we realized that we needed to repipe the entire house. Matt was willing to come over late in the evening to accommodate our work schedules and crawl under the house to see what the problems were. I called and spoke with the owner Matt Graham who visited for a free quote. Later Kyle visited to complete the job. It has been difficult for me to find a plumber I trust and is not ridiculously priced. The positive:
-professional attitude and appearance
-friendly character
-on time
-competent
-cleans up well
The negative: the price. It seems all plumbers have a mental list where they quote a job price and it is hundreds of dollars. This was a one hour job for $425. (WTH!). (I had another plumber make a misdiagnosis for this job and wanted $250. I knew that plumber was wrong so I didn't hire him and his repair involved a $20 part and half hour work.) All that said homeowners are stuck paying an outrageous rate. I probably will call this company for jobs I can't do myself.
These people are real professional craftsmen! They are skilled and fair priced. Matt and Nolan are the best. We have used them for years. It's just like the 'old days' when your plumber comes out right away, fixes everything, then leaves. The bill is always reasonable. We value their services very much.
We found this company on Nextdoor and was very happy with their service. The tech, Julio, was very personable, knowledgeable and nice. He completed the job (snaking and drain cleaning) in record time and we were very excited that he got it done so quickly, that we were back to using our kitchen sink as if nothing was ever wrong. I was impressed from the beginning when I called to set up the appointment and spoke with Scott; he was just very kind over the phone. We'd use them again and again!
We used Graham in March and were impressed with their speedy and professional service. We had some other issues crop up so immediately knew to call them again. They are responsive when called and do excellent work. It is such a relief to have them to rely on!
We had a pipe disintegrate under the sink. We called four different plumbers Graham plumbing called back immediately and came out within the hour. They had it fixed the same day. The price was fair. I would use them again.

SOME FRIENDLY COMPETITOR ANALYSIS.
Simple job. Switch out an old kitchen faucet (had new faucet ready to go) at a modest home. Called for estimates. All but one plumber gave a rough estimate over the phone to manage expectations, save wear/tear on vehicles (and traffic!) and ultimately save time for both technicians and customers.
Graham Plumbing insists a representative needs to drive to location in order to give an estimate. Asked multiple times, almost robotically the reply was: I cannot give an estimate over the phone. Maybe for complicated projects that makes sense... but for simple jobs?
Needless to say, I went with the competition. Brand new faucet installed.

Great service, and great technician. We noticed a large leak in our forest-like front yard late in the afternoon, and we couldn't turn off the water leak without also turning off the water to our house. We called around - the quickest telephone response was from Graham Plumbing, and they quoted the quickest arrival time of the 4 area plumbers we called. Because it was late in the day, they could only promise an arrival time by 8am the next morning, so we planned on going without water overnight. Thankfully, their wonderful technician Julio completed another job earlier than planned and (after calling for permission) showed up at our house 14 hours early! Then, he helped diagnose the issue (underground, on a hill, and hidden by too much foliage) and figured out an inexpensive fix to cut out the leak that evening so that we could have water in the house going forward. It was a very pleasant experience all around, and we were immensely grateful that we didn't have to worry over the choice of working toilets or a visible stream of water running out into the street.
Highly recommended, especially for plumbing emergencies.

I originally encountered Graham Plumbing as a residence in need of assistance. He beat all the other placed bids and his work is very clean and reliable.
As a contractor, I realized it would be to my benefit to know someone like Matt, the owner. I have now had Matt work on several of my clients' houses to which on some he saved my tail.

Matt Graham at Graham plumbing is a great guy. Prompt service, fair prices, and stands behind his work. After calling a couple different plumbers, I got ahold of Matt. I needed work done on a utility sink, repairs to the main water line to the house, and an outdoor spigot (my house in Fullerton is 80 years old and needs a lot of work). He came out the next day to evaluate the scope of work, gave me a couple different options to perform the repairs (meaning several different price points) and promised to perform the work the next day. Everything was completed as promised. Matt delivers. Highly recommended!

I realized that I was in need of cleaning my tankless water heater. I started to look up youtube videos and decided I was not capable of doing it myself and it wasn't worth the time when buying the supplies would cost about the same as hiring someone. Time is money ya'll!
These peeps were super professional, fast, and price point was *ok hand emoji insert*. They communicate, which is always a MUST, on time, and they have a yelp discount too!
Some details: You call the number, someone picks up and sets an appointment, sends a picture of who is going to come to your house, show yelp discount (at the time they had it on their yelp profile), they do their thing, professional explains and shows me what they did, pay & done.
All in all 100%. Hire!

I'm in the restoration industry and work with plumbers on a daily basis. Had a very challenging situation where moisture levels went up after the dry out was complete. It was very tricky to determine the source because two homes affected were built 1 inch apart. Both homes are located on the lake in Lake Forest, both were repiped and water turned off at the meter. Two insurance companies and an HOA insurance involved. Insurance sent out two different leak detection companies, homeowners hired 3 different plumbing companies plus a ground penetrating radar company to find the source. After 6 companies and 20 different plumbers/technicians inspected the property nobody could not find the source and determined it was ground water. We jack hammered the foundation and found the dirt was dry. After months of both homeowners living in hotels, Steve @ Graham plumbing came out alone and in two hours found 4 sources of the water damage that all 20 plumbers before him missed. Furthermore, the leak detection fee was the lowest charged by all 6 companies. If you want a Master Plumber who is honest, ethical & reliable, call Steve @ Graham Plumbing! You will save yourself a lot of time, money and headache.

Having previously used another highly rated company (COK) for a simple drain clog, I was left feeling as though not only did they overcharge, but they also tried to pressure me into two other expensive jobs I later found out would have been unnecessary and a waste of money.
So when a new issue with the same kitchen drain arose last week, I steered clear of COK and discovered Graham Plumbing. I liked that they were a smaller company and family owned/operated, but was still expecting the worst. When Christopher and his apprentice showed up earlier than expected, I immediately appreciated the feeling of being the sole focus on their minds and not just the next appointment on their list of many to still get through. Super warm personalities and we hit it off immediately from the get go!
Though I had only anticipated getting an estimate for the job, I was so taken by Christopher's honest assessment of what really needed to be done, (which in his 20+ year professional opinion, did not include the expensive Hydro Jet job COK tried to push on me), I asked them to start work immediately. Though the job took on a couple of minor complications along the way , Christopher held his word on the original quote, despite having been most assuredly been warranted in charging a larger cost. I honestly felt treated as though he was more interested in taking care of me than overcharging for something I didn't need.
In this day and age of companies being judged by their on-line reviews, I felt super lucky to have found this plumbing company and without a doubt, they have won me more over as a loyal customer. Great job guys and thank you making me feel as a valued customer!

WOW! These guys are great, from the moment they picked up the phone I could tell it was going to be great service. They came highly recommended on NextDoor and also here on Yelp.
In the intake process I could tell they had trained a highly competent and qualified person to gauge the issue and schedule an appointment.
The plumber Julio arrived promptly and give an accurate diagnosis of the issue, they went above and beyond by ensuring their work area was cleaned up after they were done and had a great attitude about everything, a complete duality in customer service & expert knowledge.
They emailed invoicing and pictures of the service, just a great experience, and I highly recommend them!

We had an amazing experience with this company. Incredibly fast communication when making an appointment. We received communication when our technician was on his way, and he came right on time. Matthew replies quicker than most of the other companies. Allan seemed honest (but his helper not so much, although he was a smooth talker). Allan did a lot of research to find the best water heater for my purpose. He did a good job, but since I didn't ask how long the job would take, I couldn't complain that it took 5 hours. They left metal clips, rubber bands and brown stuff on my patio that my dogs could've gotten sick trying to eat. They also checked my other water heater and left the door off and the heat all the way on the highest temp setting.
Graham Plumbing to the rescue! My bathroom sink backed up and I tried a few bottles of drain-o with no luck. Nolan was able to quickly take care of the clog and make sure the pipes were in good order. Thanks guys for the quick service! Wouldn't hesitate to give em a call again in the future.

We had a deck with clogged recessed drains with no discernible outlet. We had another company come out to clear the drains and they made zero progress and gave up. Kyle came out from Graham and was unable to clear the drains with his equipment on the first day but he did not back down. He came back a few days later with more people and bigger equipment and did not stop until the drains were working.
As a bonus we now know where the drains empty and thanks to his nifty camera were able to inspect the pipes all the way down. Thanks Kyle!

On a Thursday afternoon I noticed a leak in the bathroom floor, I wiped it up and an hour later it was flooded again. I called Graham Plumbing at 3:30 and they were at my house at 4:10. On Friday morning they were here early to assess the damage and find the leak. It was in a common wall and the den and bathroom were heavily water damaged. We have decided to be proactive to replace all the plumbing in the house and that was accomplished in one day. The next day all the holes were patched with the cat in the wall by accident, they came back to retrieve the cat, I have been very happy with their communication and efficiency.

It was easy to schedule an appointment & they provided updates on expected arrival time.
All my problems were fixed in less than an hour for an incredibly low price.
Kyle clearly knew what he was doing, provided me with different options and explained pros & cons for each.
I had a lot of questions based on a bad experience a few days prior with another plumbing company and Kyle took the time to answer all of my questions without in any way pointing fingers at the other company. The professionalism and patience displayed by Kyle and his team was really impressive.
Graham Plumbing will be my first call for any and all future plumbing needs!
Back story - the other plumbing company that I called first was highly rated on Yelp, charged me $400 to make my problem worse and then quoted $895 to finish the job. Total cost with Graham Plumbing was $125. Really wish I had called Graham first!
I had another person initially come out to fix a leak in our shower. That person shut off the water to the whole house and left without saying a word. I contacted Graham Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon to see if they could get the water leak fixed and have the water restored that same day. Jaime came out within 2 hours and got that done. He realized that in order to truly fix the leak that they would need to replace the entire shower faucet - made sense to me since it was 20 years old. They came out again and replaced everything and the shower works perfectly without the leak. We're happy and relieved. Will definitely use Graham Plumbing in the future as they are honest, responsive and helpful.
After I noticed water damage on a lower wall, I thought I was in for an expensive and stressful situation. Fortunately Steven came and did a thorough inspection and instead of manufacturing a problem for him to fix, he said the plumbing was fine and the water came from wind driven rain during a bad storm the week prior. He also gave me a great recommendation for a water mitigation company that have been amazing. Steven even checked in with me a couple weeks later to make sure I had everything taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Graham Plumbing and Drain Cleaning for all plumbing needs!

Matt and his crew are a refreshing change from my previous experiences with plumbers. They are on time, reasonably priced, friendly and they stand behind the work that they do. A fantastic combination
I called Matt in because I ran into some big problems while remodeling my bathrooms. He was able to make several suggestions about how to re-do my mainline and re-pipe my house. I was given choices and knew what the costs were going to be.

My bathtub faucet all started with a small leak. Then, on a Saturday afternoon it was as if the water was simply turned on, and the handles didn't work. I tried some DIY fixing, and nothing.
I found Graham Plumbing, and they dispatched Julio, who was knowledgeable, experienced and solved my problem!
Julio made the job look so easy! I'm really happy they were able to come out same day on a weekend!
Called Graham Plumbing late morning on a Saturday due to a pinhole leak in a copper pipe. They answered right away but informed me that they were pretty booked up and it might be early evening before they could get there. Christopher arrived close to 6:00pm. He quoted what I consider a more than fair price.
Chris was very friendly, but most of all was knowledgeable and completed the work fairly quickly, so quick, I added a couple other things that I wanted done. If you want a fairly priced plumber who is knowledgeable and professional, call Graham Plumbing

Graham plumbing is the absolute best.
Steven and Albert are the most knowledgeable guys regarding plumbing I've ever talked to. It's nice to know you have guys working on your house that have mastered this trade with perfection. The attention to detail and general knowledge of the repair was impressive. Normally plumbing companies just send out techs who's experience amounts to changing out faucets....not Graham plumbing, they make sure their employees have mastered the trade.
They did a complete re-pipe of my house and completed the job in record time and left no trace that they were there after the job was complete, like I said the attention to detail and cleanliness was amazing.
Graham plumbing will always be my first call for anything plumbing related!

I have used Graham plumbing multiple times and they are good really good. Efficient, prompt, clean and most of all the work is fantastic. The most recent one I had was a water heater issue it was completely done and needed to be replaced. As soon as I called I was taken care of. Had Blake over at the house in less than an hour and had a quote ready to go and installation of a new water heater by 8am the next day. So the Ladies in the house were out of hot water for only a full day. Excellent service at all for a last min water heater install.

Had an estimate appointment set up for 9:00am yesterday. Nobody showed up by 10:00am, and no contact was made (such as we're running late, etc.), so I went about my day after letting them know I wasn't waiting any longer.
It's over a day later, and no reply of any kind since on Yelp or elsewhere. No phone call, no email, nothing. Needless to say, I'll find somebody else. Image of Yelp messaging attached, with personal info removed...
Disappointing since they got off to a great start with a quick messaging response and quickly set up appointment.

Wow, Hats off to Matt and his people!!!!!!! I can not say enough about Matt and his people, Matt can make a really bad experience into a great experience and once you meet Matt you have met a new friend. I called other plumbing companies when my water main broke and I could not get it shut off no company would show up for four or five hours. I then contacted Graham Plumbing, Matt was at my door in 23 minutes and writhing five minutes he had my water shut off and didn't charge me a show up fee like others wanted to do. Then we discussed price, I was expecting this to cost a bucket full of cash, he explained how he was licensed, insured and bonded, so I knew it was going to be costly.... When Matt quoted me the price I almost fell over I had to ask him for the price again, I could not believe how low the price was. Well Matt completed the work and when he gave me the bill it was exactly what he quoted me..... If I need any work done on my house I will call Matt if he can't do it I'm sure he will recommend someone who cares just as much as he does.....Again Thanks Matt and I now have a new friend.......

I needed to have a gas valve replaced for a new oven that I had ordered. Julio arrived within a few hours of my call! The same day! Julio is a Army National Guard.

Graham plumbing not only had knowledgeable staff but were helpful. When I decided not to replace just the one broken pipe but to do new piping, they had a team come out for one day! then drywalled the next day. I've heard people waiting days for the whole house to be re-piped. Not with Graham.

The NO-SHOW plumber. As the other recent review mentioned, they are very responsive setting up the appointment but they don't show up. They no-showed two separate times on separate dates!

Graham was the only service that answered right away and was available for weekend services without hesitation. All the other guys' answering services say they'll call you back but don't! We had several items that needed fixing. When we called we were able to get an appointment right away. Nolan came out. He quickly fixed each item in a short amount of time. The cost was reasonable and we were very happy with his work.
I usually never give 5 stars to anyone because there is always room for improvement. However this time I could not stop at 4 stars. My project involved replacing all the sewers under my home that had been in place since 1956. It was a difficult job because the only access to the crawl space was through a closet inside the house. Even then, the entire crew that worked on my project completed the job in two days in the cleanest manner possible.
I want to specially mention Alex the Service Tech who was the lead on this project and Steve the Senior Tech and Field Manager for the focus and dedication they showed towards getting the job done to my satisfaction. They went above and beyond the scope of the sewer project and repaired all the leaks and loose connections that they noticed in the water lines while they were in the crawl space. Most importantly they did these extras for no additional charge. If I ever need any plumbing work in the future I will not hesitate to call Graham Plumbing. They are reaponsible and reasonably priced.

Requested a new toilet (last toilet was too tall) and the service was great. I forget the guys name who came (young guy) but he did an awesome job. No fuss. Highly recommend.
I would like to thank the whole Graham team for being so kind and helpful from my phone interactions with lovely Reagan to each plumber who has provided service. The technicians who came today, Alex and Ivan, were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and skilled. They efficiently got the job done. Awesome experience - Julio was early, but called to check first to see if that was ok. The company automatically texts you with a photo of your technician as well. Julio was knowledgeable, personable, and helpful! Looking forward to updating a few fixtures with a person I can trust!
We had a different plumber out last week and thought it was fixed but within a couple days it backed up again. We rented a snake but I guess it wasn't big enough bc it did nothing.
I called another place who wanted more and had a time limit. I called Graham plumbing about 9:30 and was told he could have someone here between 10-11. Nolan pulled up at about 10:00. He ran the snake and cleared the line quickly. He was nice and friendly. I hope this holds for a few months at least or longer.

Update: it didn't hold because we have a big tree with big roots. Nolan suggested hydro jetting it. But he didn't have access to the jetter for 2 days so he came and snaked again just so that we weren't completely backed up. He came back today with a coworker (sorry I don't remember his name) and the ran the camera which showed lots of roots. They did the jetting but it didn't clear it. He called another coworker (Steve I think) bc we thought we would have to dig it up in the yard which would've been a lot. He had them try something different and jet again and it worked . Yay! I was relieved. They were honest and did their best not to have to do a bigger job .
Was recently contacted by Graham's pluming!
Offered refund and apologized for problem not being rectified. Seems caring and reparable!
Julio came out quickly and installed my new faucet, replacing the old leaky one.
I will definitely be using them in the future.
Our tech was great come out for a consult and was able to repair our shower valve right then and there. Quick service and friendly tech!

Field Manager Steve came the same morning I called. I had a leaking pipe that fed a hose bib. He gave me a fair estimate and then completed all work before noon. He answered all of my questions clearly and courteously. His work was neat and efficient. My water was shut off for a minimum amount of time. Work consisted of clearing stucco around the damaged pipe, removing the damaged pipe section, and installing a new pipe piece and hose bib.
Speedy service with a smile! I reached out to five plumbing services on Yelp. Graham plumbing was the quickest to reply. They sent out a plumber the day and time I needed. Thank you for the clean, safe, quick service!
I had a great experience with this company. Had a toilet that was running water over the overflow tube in the tank. Adjusted the float a few times, but, it would only work for a short time. Decided to have the parts in the tank replaced. My wife's company had used Graham in the past, with good results, so I decided to have them do the rebuild. Easy to make an appointment, and they text you when they are on the way. Julio was dispatched to our house. In addition to the tank rebuild, I also wanted the supply line from the wall to the tank replaced. While doing the work, Julio mentioned that when the house was built ( 1989 ), the builder left very little pipe in the wall for the new supply line to grip to, and the new supply line had a different type of fitting. He got everything replaced, and it seemed fine. It's not our main bathroom, and sometime over the next few days, I noticed some water on the floor, and it appeared to be seeping from the wall area, where the valve is. Called Graham, and they had Julio come back out.
Yep, it was the problem area he warned me about, with the short attachment area. For a permanent fix, he was going to have to extend the pipe out of the wall, for the new valve to grip to. I agreed, and he got it done pretty quickly, considering he had to weld a new extension to the pipe from the wall. I expected to pay an additional charge, as I was the one who wanted the supply line replaced, and Julio told me before work started, that what he had to work with was less than ideal. No additional charge !
To me, that is a sign that customer satisfaction is really high on the priorities of this company. So, overall, a great experience.
My water heater went out and reached out to a lot of companies. Matt, came out within two hours and gave me a very detailed & honest diagnosis on my unit. Having the comfort of someone very knowledgable & trustworthy is HUGE. He repaired my unit, charged a very very fair price, and did it in under 30 minutes! I'm going to stick w Graham Plumbing for everything related to plumbing.
Steven from Graham Plumbing came out promptly and assessed my situation. I thought I needed hydro-jetting because that's what the weekend emergency rootering company told me. Steven immediately recognized that it was an over-sell from the other company and gave me an immediate solution that was a fraction of hydro-jetting. Problem solved! We recently remodeled our kitchen and needed a plumber to help with the piping and kitchen sink/dishwasher installation. We were very happy to have met Steven Le Mon while walking and had noticed work that had been completed by him and Graham plumbing on our Neighborhood Watch group and were impressed. Had Steve come out to give me a quote to do a repipe at the house. He told me he was coming from LA and would send me an updated arrival time from the traffic. I'm a no bs guy and be was honest from the beginning. We ended up hiring graham to do the work and he came last nights after 5 to hydro jet the main line because it had been neglected for year (we only just bought the house).

I own a business that relies on plumbing...a lot of plumbing, and whenever there's a problem (leaky sink, overflowing toilets, sewage smells, stopped up drains), Matt is on it.
Several months ago, on a Sunday of a holiday weekend, we had a sink backed up. I text Matt. He was at the beach with his son and, rather than make me wait, he was here in an hour.
He's trustworthy, honest, reliable and an all around great guy. I'd recommend him to anyone.
Saturday night basically my whole house stopped up. Tried several different companies to get voice mail. Called Graham Sunday morning spoke to a sweet young lady and she assured me that she would have someone there this morning. And true to her words Julio showed up within 2 hours of my call. He was an amazing representative to Graham. He started out by opening my mainline clog so that I could get the house flowing again for my family. He then followed through and put a camera down the line to show me 4 different root balls in the line that had accumulated over the years causing all my drain issues. He suggested Hydro Jetting as a long term solution. I had been offered this option numerous times before but the cost was always prohibitive. The offer he made was very reasonable and I took it. Which also included another long running issue that I was having with my kitchen sink for years which btw was clogged on its own at the time. Well Julio did it all masterfully.
In summary, I have had numerous encounters with other Plumbing organizations not all good. Where I developed an attitude about why they were there in the first place but to generate revenue, not help a distressed homeowner. Julio dispelled that attitude handily. I would suggest this organization and their personnel 100% for any of your plumbing needs.
This is the only plumbing service I would use. Quick and professional doesn't describe them enough. I've being using them from remodel project to emergency repairs. Graham Plumbing has been amazing to work with. They will get the job done and exceed your expectations.
Richard did an outstanding job of solving a water filtration problem for me. He was fast and professional in repairing the system. I will definitely request for him the next time I need a plumber.

Said he got it cleared, 24 hours later sink was backing up again called Scott he sent Steven right away he snaked main line again with no charge I really appreciated their help. They came out and provided me with an estimate to hydro-jet the clogged drains in my backyard.
They came back out and completed the job $200.00 under their original estimate! Yes. I said it was $200.00 below the estimated cost.
They also diagnosed and fixed my bathroom sink. The hot water didn't get hot.
They're a family owned business and I'd definitely use them again.

I was lucky to find this company when my Son recommended a local company, Graham Plumbing and Drain Cleaning to diagnose an under slab sewer problem. I called the company early in the morning and explained my situation. Matt assured me that he all of the necessary tools and supplies needed to solve my problem. He arrived at my home about an hour after I called, ready to work. He used the camera to identify the problem and resolved it. Money well spent for a clean, qualified and friendly technician.

I needed my water heater replaced because it was leaking so I called Graham Plumbing because I had used them before to replace the hoses on my washing machine and they did a great job. Steve answered my call & was able to come to my house within a half hour and installed a new water heater that day. Steve was friendly and very professional and I would definitely call them again if I need anything sort of plumbing job done.
Our office kitchen sink went nuts and Matthew was able to schedule his guys to come out here later the same day, in the afternoon. They were polite and very fast working for a reasonable price. They also swept and cleaned up the floor before leaving so I was very impressed.

Fast response on yelp.
The technicians were late for about 20 mins. Two persons showed up. I showed them what the problem was and what I wanted them to do. They were friendly and could explain all the problem clearly. They finished unclogged the drain with snaking cable. It was simple task and they could finish it in a short period of time.
I also ordered to fix a garbage disposal and the company said that they could either fix or replace on the same day of service. I thought they could have one new garbage disposal in their car to replace right away if needed but the technicians told me they could not because they didn't have one and the supply store would probably been closed. I could understand that since it was already 4pm. They said I need to call back again if I need replacement.
Anyway, I am happy that we have a perfect way out on that day. At least they were able to fix my clogged sink. My main problem have been solved.
I will probably call them again for next service.
Reached out to Matt to replace a shower drain in a concrete slab foundation. Matt's guys not only jackhammered my foundation, but he also installed the drain quickly and at a reasonable price. Will definitely use again. Thanks Matt.

I rarely get on yelp for reviews but with extreme customer delight and experience observed, wanted to share it with the community to get served better. Joshua & team were super responsive and completed work related to water heater replacement neatly & in no time . They were very accommodating to take up the work one evening and worked till late 9 pm to finish it the same day.
From an extreme delight perspective, my shower was not giving good hot water even after a new water heater was installed by them and even after re-inspections by Joshua the issue didn't get resolved. I was thinking, I have spent money and still very less hot water in the shower. I got a call from Graham, saying he thinks the possible issue is with the shower, and he has ordered something and hope that will fix it.
Few days later, Joshua showed up and added the new cartridge to the shower and it started giving hot water waterfall, which I was imagining only till it was resolved. And i was not even charged for it.
I would definitely go to them for any future plumbing services.
We had a leak at the back of the house and couldn't tell if it was from in the house or outside the house. Graham did an excellent job checking everything and determined that it was from our irrigation system. We were very impressed with the care they took in checking everything thoroughly - even found another valve that needed to be replaced. We will certainly use them again!

Matt and Kate made a special call for us on a Sunday, something they don't normally do, to replace a part in our tankless water heater. Matt was friendly and quick, we had hot water back to the house in 30 min! Also bonus points to Matt for embracing our over excited giant dog. Quick, accommodating, & friendly, thanks you guys!!!

I had an issue with a stuck garbage disposal, and Graham Plumbing was able to help me get through. First, they respond very quickly to messages on Yelp. Second, they are knowledgeable on their work and made some suggestions to try and troubleshoot the problem. Turns out, of them helped with my issue (that broom handle trick works), and so I did not need them to visit and fix in person. Honest and professional, focused on customer service, even if it means missing out on business. If I have another issue Graham will be first on the list of places I call.
Matt answered my call on a Saturday and arrived within in an hour to check and stop a leaking faucet. As I requested- the toilet, sink and vanity and new faucets were replaced on Monday afternoon. Reasonable and affordable price. I highly recommend and would call again when a plumbing need arises. Staff is professional and friendly.
This is the second time using Graham Plumbing, the first was great, 5 stars, they solved the backup in my main line and repaired the cleanout, on a holiday weekend and didn't gouge me on price. This time I needed a hot water heater and the service was fast but the technician was a bit messy and I had to clean up significantly after the work was done, also I asked if I could get a discount for paying by cash or check and it wasn't allowed, so the price was a bit high but the speed and quality of the product is good. Also, the technician didn't replace the insulation on the copper flex line.
Great company, they came out quickly, identified the issue, and didn't overcharge! Will definitely keep their number, they're now my new go to plumbing service

We had a pinhole leak in our copper water line immediately connected to the city line. It's in a box on the side walk so not the easiest to work in. I had 3 different plumbing companies offer solutions. Zach from Graham Plumbing was the most thorough and offer 3 solutions. I was hoping that concrete wouldn't have to be broken, and Zach was able to do that and changed out the cooper line, fittings, and the pressure regulator. He explained everything while he was working and was very patient and professional. You learn a lot about someone's integrity and work ethics by talking to them. At the end, the work was done well, and he made sure that the pressure regulator was working correctly. I would recommend Zach and Graham to anyone need plumbing services.
Julio Ramos was a fantastic plumber who was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and diligent. He took the time and effort to talk me through what he was doing and the logic behind it. I had low water temps in the shower and a kitchen sink that would back up whenever we ran the washing machine.
He was able to quickly identify the root cause and fixed my shower valves for the bathrooms. For my kitchen sink, he scoped down the nearby clean out to find the blockage prior to hydro jetting. Unfortunately, the main clog was much further down than where his machine could reach. However, he persisted and thought outside the box to use a different machine to break up the clog.
I also appreciated that he was quick to share his knowledge and help me understand how my house's drain lines were routed. Finally, there were no high pressure sales tactics. I had a specific problem, he addressed, and charged me per the estimate. He did make some recommendations for future consideration and was transparent with pricing. But did not push them at all which was great.

This is the second time I have used Graham Plumbing and I am just as satisfied after the second time. They are friendly and courteous and find the root cause of the problem while being economical. They were able to come out on a Sunday to fix my issue and offered some additional permanent solutions. They will be my go to plumbing service from now on. Thanks Steven for the excellent service!
Graham Plumbing did an excellent job plumbing both my restrooms and fixing a broken washer in my kitchen sink. He was on time with his appointment, very professional and clean. Very fair with his pricing. I would highly recommend him.
