Chris saved the day & made sure I could get my laundry done! Thankfully, our sinks plugged up AFTER Thanksgiving...but we were a little worried about finding a plumber available on Black Friday!
We called Chris, he said he could be here this afternoon (another wanted me to wait until tomorrow afternoon!), he made the time for us, was very friendly, told us everything he was doing & flushed out the drains with no problem...cleared our access pipe and then tested all of the drains for about 15 minutes to be sure everything was working.
We're very pleased with the service...price seemed a little high, but, sometimes, paying more is worth it when you get someone who REALLY knows what they're doing...and Chris does!! Need plumbing service??  I fully recommend Chris!!  He's our guy from now on...

Cant believe how professional this guy is. Chris came to work on my clogged kitchen sink and was clean, efficient, and professional about the whole process. You won't be dissapointed. His way of bussiness is as fair as I have ever seen. Not alot of honest businesses out there nowadays but chris is hope.

Seriously?  Is he from the land of unicorns and fairies?   We suddenly stopped getting hot water so I called Chris yesterday afternoon and he answered right away.  He said he would come by first thing the next day and would call 30 minutes prior to confirm.  I texted him our address and sure enough, this morning he called at 7:30 a.m. saying he was going to get a cup of coffee and he would be here for our 8:00 a.m. appointment.  He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem right away.  We have a water heater leak that is irreparable.  He lit the pilot for us and did not charge for the visit.  Then he gave us a quote to replace it as well as a quote just to install one if we bought it ourselves.  Our heater is over 15 years old so it's time for a new one.  It should be noted that the other plumbing company that gave us a quote didn't bother lighting the pilot for us, so that we would temporarily have hot water, and we didn't even know this was possible or how to do it ourselves. This was so nice of Chris to do and I was able to give my kids a bath.  

He has been great at communicating and answering my 50 billion questions.  Due to his professionalism and very competivite bid, we have decided to have him replace our water heater.  He is including parts that another plumbing company was charging us extra for.  Not only that, his warranty is double that of said plumbing company.  He will be coming out today and I will update the review once he is finished.  I am very pleased thus far.  He will be our new plumber, without a doubt.  He is honest, knowledgeable and professional.  We are so happy to have found him on Yelp!  Highly recommended.  If anything changes, I will update my review, as always.  :)

Excellent! All around excellent. I called Chris for a clogged bathroom sink and soon realized I had a much bigger problem. Chris was able to determine I had a leak inside my other bathroom wall and quickly took action to resolve the issue. He clearly explained what the problem was, offered a solution, and fixed the leak. Clogged sink was fixed as well in an instant. On top of the outstanding service, he guaranteed his work and was fairly priced.
For anyone looking for a plumber, look no further than Chris Neighborhood Plumbing. I will definitely recommend Chris to anyone that asks me for a good plumber.

Chris is amazing. He is top skilled & licensed, professional, honest and couteous plumber who is always pleasant to deal with. He would also always bring his shoe cover unlike other plumbers and handymen I dealt with.
After moving in to a ten year old house, we had to replace three new toilets, and had to fix a cold water problem with our washer. I reached out to a number of plumbers in our neighborhood, but Chris quoted the most reasonable price and was always prompt in responding. It only took him few minutes to fix our cold water problem, and the toilets are amazingly installed. It is so rare to find a reliable and honest plumber like Chris! I highly recommend him :)

Called this company and the gentleman was very bold and unenthusiastic while on the phone.  Quite sarcastic, as if he's the only plumber on this continent. We needed a plumber to come give us an estimate, not give us an attitude.  Once speaking to him about our issue, he referenced that if he was going to be submerged in water while going under the house, it would be extra cost.  Huh?!!  Dude, your a plumber!!  

If there was only a  -1 star, he'd have earned it.  Claimed he would return our call for the estimate and didn't bother.   I wouldn't recommend this company because it shows the lack of initiative and work ethic in helping potential clients.

I want to give a big shout out to this company. I had a busted pipe that leaked into my neighbor's garage. I read the reviews for this company on yelp and decided to try them. Chris couldn't make it and gave the job to Armando. He did a great job, was very professional and just a great guy. There was no attempt to suggest unnecessary repairs even when I requested that he repair a running toilet. His suggestion was focused on the most cost effective way to get the job done and he even fix a minor problem with my bathtub at no charge. Finding an  honest company is rare. These guys are the real deal. Give them a try you can't go wrong.  I will be using them in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

I needed a plumber to unclog a main line at my home.  I have never had very good luck with plumbers in the past, so I decided to search for a new plumber.  One of my neighbors gave Chris Neighborhood Plumbing a very high recommendation, so I decided to contact that particular company. Chris was very courteous and professional on the telephone  and he quoted me a fair price.   He showed up on time and completed the job without incident and he didn't tack on additional charges like I have experienced in the past. Chris is efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. I plan calling him again for future plumbing problems.

I'm always stressed about my plumbing because I've had three issues before. My family friend would repair my plumbing problems, but lately he has been so busy that I tried Chris. I am so glad I did. Frankly, he is the real deal. He took care of my clog right away and provided a estimate for additional repair on a cold water line. It is obvious that he is an expert in plumbing and passionate about his craft. Furthermore, his communication throughout the whole process was excellent. I observed him teaching his apprentice and for me it was also educational. As of late I have been trying to hire services locally and found Chris during my search. He is extremely friendly, his prices are very reasonable, and best of all he's local so if you live in or near Downey and are looking for a great plumber you can't go wrong with Chris!
I have used him twice so far. The first time was for a shower valve that was leaking and we had replaced. He walked me through what the problem was and also explained to me how I could adjust the temperature. After he was done he recommended that I exchange the defective part with the vendor for a new one in case it goes bad again.
The second time was to fix a broken pipe in the back yard. He wasn't sure the extent of the damage or how much work it would be to replace it so he gave me an estimate with what he could see he suspected would be the Max price. He told me how I could save some money if I moved the gate and a footing that was in the way, and he could come back another day. I did just that and when he came back it only costed half of what he quoted me!

WOW what a pleasant and amazing experience! If you're looking for honest this is your man! He just left out office and all the staff are still talking about how they can't believe what a blessing this was, not to mention I'm hearing all the horror stories of their past experience with plumbers and of course the plumbers crack sightings but Chris was honest with me from his very first phone call. I recently just replaced the vinyl floor to tile in all our bathrooms. The floor contractor recommended us to hire professional, licensed, bonded expert to re-install the toilets back. Chris and his team came over 2 weeks ago and delivered a quality job!

Chris is very easy to work with. I called him first to inquire about the project.  Afterward, I started to text him for communication.  He was able to give me an estimated fee (installation labor + material)  based on my description and pictures.  For a busy contractor like him, I know there will be lag on replying texts. He did get back to me whenever he can.  

On the appointment date, he came slightly later than the original plan due to the delay from the previous project.  I think this is fairly normal unless you are the 1st job of the day.  He did communicate and update me periodically on his arrival.  After a quick inspection when he finally saw the bathrooms, he immediately knocked the price down due to the re-installation was easy and simple. WOW... that's very impressive!

No hidden fee, no guessing game!! Straight to the point.  Besides being super professional, Chris and his team are honest, efficient and actually very fun to work with!

Chris was very professional and knowledge about plumbing work. A handyman messed up my kitchen faucet installation. Even after coming to my house 3 or 4 times and trying different things, the handyman still couldn't fix the faucet leak. So i decided to call Chris. He not only fixed the leak but also helped me fix extra issue the handyman caused and brought to my attention other things that I need to look out for in the future to prevent things turning into disaster. I would fore sure call him again in the future if I ever come across plumbing issue.

Chris came over and looked at a stoppage issue we had. We had been told we needed a clean out installed, which most people say is about $800. After Chris looked at the situation and talked to us, he said really all we needed was a better plunger for the times when we'd have a stoppage. We went to Home Depot and bought one, and now if the issue does come up, that solves it.

You can bet that the next time we have an issue we'll be calling Chris. He could have easily quoted and installed a clean out, but his ethical natural behavior is to build customers for life by treating people fairly.

He made a BIG impression on us with his knowledge and honesty.

FIVE STARS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

my house had a plumbing emergency last night.  I noticed our toilet was a bit clogged in the morning, so poured some clorox to fix the problem.  By the time I came back from work, the toilet was working fine so I thought everything was good.  The same night after dinner, I saw dirty water coming up in the tub.  Gross!  Yelped plumbing service in Downey and found Chris' number.  Called him up at 9 pm, explained the situation, he gave me a quote ($40 extra if the service is done after 7pm) and came over to my house in 30 mins.  He came into the house to assess the problem and got it fixed right away.  Every step along the way, he explained what he was doing, gave me a few tips on what to do when the main line is backed up.  I am very satisfied with his service and he's fee was about $20 less than what my old plumber charged me even with the after hour charge.  From now on he'll be my go to person for any plumbing issues.

What a great experience with Chris with such a stressful appliance issue.  Chris was friendly, helpful, extremely reasonably priced, and professional. He even took a call from us after 9pm and attempted to walk my fiancé through the steps to troubleshoot the issue so we could fix it ourselves (we were scared and needed his hands on expertise so ended up needing him to come out anyway). Just know he's extremely busy. He is honest with you, but just be patient with him, his services are worth the wait! Thanks Chris!

Chris is amazing! We had a leak and we were not sure where it was coming from. He found the problem with as little damage to our walls as possible. OH DAMMM !!   if your looking for an honest , professinal and punctual plumber then Chirs is the man ...I found him through yelp , gave him a call and he was at my front door in 10 mins. ....I gave him a call a day before and mentioned that I rented a snake from home depot and was not having any luck clearing the main he gave me tips while on the phone and said if it doesnt work call me tomorrow and ill take care it and that he did for a very resonable price ..not like others that over charge $180  -250 ....give him a call you will not regret it.

Was in a tight bind when my father left out of the country and left me in charge of his rentals and then of course the NEXT day a boiler acts up. Great. I called Chris in the late afternoon and he was able to go out there the next morning, early, due to the danger of the boiler exploding. Phew! Gave me an estimate on the spot, but after communicating with my father -instructed me to contact the plumber that has installed the boiler. So, my review is not based on his actual work but on his promptness and willingness to inspect a problem.  He was friendly, courteous, prompt, and helpful, for that I give him 5 stars!

Here was my experience with Chris.  I called and said I had no hot water and was wondering if he could come out and take a look.  We arranged a time and I asked how much that estimate would be.  I'm in Downey, so Chris said he would come out and take a look for free and we could go from there.  Sweet!

Chris took a look and told me I needed a new water heater.  Normally, I'm skeptical in this situation because I feel like repair rather than replacement can be a better and cheaper option, but that's not really how plumbers make their money.  But, Chris took the time to talk me through it. He said it was 19 yrs old and had served its time.  Repair wasn't really a good option and that water heaters generally last 12-14 yrs.  19 years was a solid performance, but it's time.  I felt better about the situation.  

Proactively, Chris wrote me 2 estimates..one for complete replacement and one for just the labor if I supplied the water heater and gave me some directions if I wanted to go that route.  I told him I wanted to think about it and he said to call him if I wanted to pursue either option or if I had any questions.  Then, he left.  Zero Pressure!  

I decided on the complete replacement and messaged him that night.  Chris was there the next morning at 8 and said he'd need til about noon.  He completed his work between 10:30 and 11.  Super fast, Super Friendly, Super Helpful.  

I don't normally write reviews, but I really appreciate professionals who do great work.  I can't recommend Chris enough!

I had a backed up main line and Chris came as soon as he could. He quoted me the cost up front (which was reasonable and comparable to other plumbers I've worked with), he was right on time, explained everything to me as he went along, and fixed the issue quickly. He was personable and pleasant. He gave me some helpful information on things to do and look out for. What also sets him apart: you can schedule appointments on his website, which takes the guesswork out - usually I have to call a plumber and I'm given a really wide window of when they might show up, but with Chris you can book your appointment time online, and his prices are on his website as well. I will definitely call Chris for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

I was having a water heater problem,called Chris and he was able to squeeze me in on such a short notice.If you're looking for an honest and trustworthy plumber,Chris is your guy. Chris and his team have been servicing our home and rental units for several years. They have always been able to come out to the job site in a timely manner. They are extremely easy to work with. The company prices are very reasonable. Even though I've reviewed this company twice before, I just want to add a third review because Chris was able to help me out once again recently.  This is the only plumber you need to call with any of your plumbing issues.  You won't be disappointed.

I found Chris Neighborhood Plumbing by researching on Yelp. I'm so glad I did as he was able to come the same day I called and fixed my leaking sink and changed my faucet. Unfortunately, my supply hose was not compatible to new faucet and required me to return to Home Depot, which Chris was very informative and let me know he would need to return once I bought piece and assured me he would return the following day. He did a great job! He is very polite, informative and personable. His overall price for work was very reasonable. I feel fortunate to have found him and would definitely recommend him for plumbing services.

Had a slow draining kitchen sink, so had to find someone who could fix it.  Called Chris based on Yelp reviews, and the reviews are right.  Chris came within a couple of hours, really courteous, professional, also gave me a quote over the phone (not just an estimate)  Fixed the issue within 30 mins, and was on his way.  Even answered a few plumbing questions I had.  He's my call if any plumbing problem ever pops up again.

If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. I hired him to snake a shower drain, based off his great reviews on yelp. I was not disappointed! He squeezed me in his schedule because it was an emergency and needed done ASAP, he showed up when he said he would, he actually charged me less than what I was quoted! Couldn't be happier. It took about 10-15 minutes and he was done. Awesome plumber, found my plumber for life!

Well I really wanted to like this company but here I am a week or so later with a leaky pipe still. The pipe broke a few hours after he installed it, he came the next day to put a temp fix while we waited for parts. He came after parts were in & I still have two small leaks. He changed his warranty to covered a very small section of the job and of course the section that isn't covered is where the problem is. I've had to call another company to get the problem fixed. I think Chris is very friendly and knowledgeable but was just not able to fix my problem 100%. He blamed my water pressure but I've had it checked and it's right where it needs to be.

I was incredibly happy with the service and professionalism of this company.

I own an auto detail shop in Signal Hill. I had an issue with a drain in one of our restrooms and called Chris Plumbing based on his yelp reviews. I was able to get someone on the phone immediately and set up an appointment. The day of my appointment i received a confirmation call and alert that they were on their way. Chris showed up right on time, and got straight to the problem.

Chris is extremely honest and fair with his pricing and recommendation of work to be performed. I have found my go to company for any future plumbing issues that may arise. I will also highly recommend this company to friends, family and clients!

Here's why Chris is a wonderful communicator with his customers and an even more awesome plumber:

OUR HORROR STORY: Water wouldn't drain from one of our two bathrooms, so we called a plumber. A guy came out and ran two snakes through a clearout. He worked for an hour-and-a-half, didn't fix it at all, and the $85 estimate ballooned to a $120 tab. He left saying that we needed a $650 jetting of the system!

ENTER CHRIS. So a friend of a friend referred us to Chris. He gave us a two-hour window, and called twice with updates of how soon he would be here, within that window.

When he showed up, he was clean, courteous, efficient and was happy to communicate what he was doing and why at each step of the way. What's more, he promised not to charge if he didn't fix it!

DRAIN FIXED! He approached the clog two different ways with snakes and, within an hour, had the bathroom draining nicely, cleaned up his work area and left. His charges were reasonable, and he is a man of his word.

We only can attest to what he's like with unstopping drains, but he was such a champ that we won't hesitate to call him back and refer him to our friends. Indeed, good plumbers are so hard to find. And this guy's really a standout!!

Since my last two ratings, I sed Chris 2 more times.  Once to replace a toilet,,perfect.  Today to clear a stopped drain.  I did as much DIY as I wanted to do so I called an actual pro. For today, I used the website and booked online.  I made the appointment for one pm.  Chris called me a short while later and said he would be later because 7 were ahead of me.  I said not a  problem. At 1230 I was told my appointment was verified, at 1235 Chris called and said he was on the way, the others ahead of me were easy.  By 1 he was done.  the dude finished before his start time.

I have used Chris's Neighborhood plumbing several times in the past. As always he is on time, personable,  explains what he is going to do and gives a estimate of costs. He is proficient and professional  always cleans up after finishing and doesn't leave until the customer is satisfied.  Very positive experience working with him!

After having to take a cold shower, I checked and found that the pilot light of my water heater was out. I called the gas company for help and, after failing to re-light it, they told me that a plumber was needed to solve the problem. My plumber for the last 30 years had been a family friend who had recently passed so I wasn't looking forward to finding a new plumber, especially on a Friday afternoon.  I called 2 local plumbers who didn't seem interested and gave me a sad song and dance routine to avoid my plea for help. A call to a 3rd plumber went unanswered. My 4th call went to Chris and he said he would be happy to help but he was booked up until Monday afternoon.  I asked if he could book my appointment but allow me to cancel if I could find another plumber.  He understood my dilemma and only asked that I give him as much advance notice as possible if I needed to cancel. After calls to two more plumbers failed miserably, I called Chris back to confirm our Monday appointment.

Chris arrived on Monday about 1/2 hour early and quoted me his standard rate that would be due ONLY if he could perform the necessary service. After a quick check, because the water heater is relatively new, he indicated that the problem was either the thermocouple or the valve system.  Replacing the thermocouple would cost only a few dollars and take only a minute or two so I gave Chris the go-ahead in hopes that the problem would be solved.  After about 10 minutes, Chris put everything away, stood up, smiled, and said congratulations, you'll have hot water in about 30 minutes.

Let me say that, because Chris was so professional, efficient, helpful, and pleasant, I'll recommend him to everyone who asks. I won't be inviting him to weddings and family get-togethers as I did with my previous plumber, but Chris is now in my book as my new permanent plumber.

Chris is the BEST!!  This guy is amazing.  He is super courteous,  clean (he wears hospital booties to avoid tracking in any dirt when he enters your house), and honest.  He shows up on time, and calls on his way or if he is running late.  His prices are extremely reasonable, and he guarantees his work.  It doesn't get any better than this!  He is our guy from now on.

I highly recommend this company. We had a gas leak and the gas company shut our gas off. They came out right away and fixed the main pipe and gave us an amazing price that included a 5 year warranty! I will never use another plumbing company again!

Had a busted pipe that i mistakenly told him was a different size and still he went above and beyond without complaining to buy the parts after arriving at my house. Chris was thorough, patient, and reasonably priced.

My husband and I went to Japan last year and could not get over how advanced their toilet situation was there. Bidet features, automatic open and close, heated seats, were all pretty common on toilets everywhere we went and we felt we just had to have them here at our home in Downey. After some searching, we finally found a smart toilet/bidet that had all the features we wanted and didn't break the bank. We were ready to do the installation ourselves but then found out that the toilet needed a different water valve size than was standard in the US. We needed a plumber, which brought us to Chris!

My husband was less than clear about how non-standard this toilet was (it doesn't even have a water tank!). Chris was clear upfront that the original quote might change because of the time it would take to read and ensure that he was installing everything correctly given that he had never installed that type of toilet before. I didn't feel pressured at any point and he checked in at every major point of the installation process to make sure I was knowledgeable and agreed to his next steps. In the end, the price changed only because of the extra time he took replacing the water valve. It was still reasonable!

I really appreciate that Chris took on the challenge of our non-standard smart bidet toilet.

Our main was backed up so we called Chris to help us drain it. His prices are very reasonable, but he spent 2 hours trying to unplug it and he couldn't. He kept saying that our house was plumbed incorrectly. I told him we had this done yearly, but he said that that was strange and asked me for an invoice from previous years. Then he asked why we had called him instead of our regular plumber. We don't have a regular plumber. Overall, I felt like Chris thought we were lying about the problem.

After 2 hours, he said he would have to start charging us hourly if we wanted him to keep trying or that he would have to try from the roof but that he couldn't guarantee it would work and we would have to pay him full price anyway. He didn't even give me the opportunity to decide. He told me to talk it over with my husband and he left.

I called another plumber, Fiz, and he did the job in 10 minutes! I couldn't believe it!

I will definitely not recommend Chris to a friend, and I will not be calling him back.

Thanks to Yelp! another great business was found!

I had a clogged bathroom sink and a leaky kitchen faucet, so what did I do?  I went to Yelp! and did a search for the nearest plumbing service to my place.  After reading some reviews here and there I made up my mind in choosing Chris Neighborhood Plumbing, and I am so thankful that I did.

I knew that I was dealing with a professional company after I called, and left a message on their answering service.  The message said that they would return my call within One Hour, and actually they called within less than that time.

The following day, the day of my appointment, I was contacted with ample time to notify me that they were on their way.  When Chris arrived at my place he was very clean and professional, and he even wore protective coverings on his shoes as to not drag any debris from outside!  Once inside, he took a look at my problems and gave me an estimate for the plumbing service, and the services were very reasonably priced; not to mention that he guaranteed his work as well.

I strongly recommend Chris Neighborhood Plumbing to all my friends and family.  I feel that you can't get better services, more for your money, and such professionalism elsewhere.

I sent Chris a text with a short explanation of an issue I was having with very slow draining sinks in a rental. Normally I do the drain cleaning myself, but this one was tricky and I couldnt get a snake where it needed to go. Chris was on the spot in less than 12hours after contacting him. He was straight forward with knowing what was needing to be done, he was quick and most of all he did the work cleanly in my newly renovated rental.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for anyone needing a hand.

The best plumber in all of Southern California. Chris does it all and he even goes above and beyond to get the job done. I've used Chris numerous times in the past and and realized how fortunate it is to be able to get in touch with him in a tight, last minute situation.

Over the years, my parents old home would have the tub sink, toilet, everything clogged from roots. Chris knows his way around the place, keeps everything as clean as possible and explains the work and keeps us inform so there is never any surprises. His prices are amazing! There is a reason why he gets a lot of customer, repeat, and referral business. He makes sure you are happy with the work performed. He'll climb your roof to get the work done if needed. He has all the equipment on hand and is very upfront with the entire job.

He quoted an arrival time (3:30PM), yet he got there early (3:00PM) and clean. It is not often you find someone who isn't out to stiff you. When you hear other people say he goes above and beyond, his follow up makes you feel confident with the work. Little knick-knacks to get done are not charged. He just does it... why, because he knows it'll make his customer happy.

Please give Chris a call if you're ever in a jam. You won't be disappointed. I've used him and will continue to use and promote his business. A great person that continues to help the neighborhood out.

OK, let's be real. I was skeptical that there could be that many enthusiastic people on yelp about their plumber. Chris made me a believer. He is polite, punctual, very personable, gave clear directions and estimates, and even went the extra mile to let me know about warranties I wasn't even aware I had. Now, I have to give extra props because Chris was communicating all of these things to me by phone, while I was at work. By the time I returned home, my drains were cleared, the issue with my garbage disposal was BOTH diagnosed and temporarily fixed (one cannot permanently fix rust, but if you could, I bet Chris would be the man to do it), and we had the phone number to the faucet manufacturer to get a replacement. He does it right the first time is a motto he lives by. I am grateful for this, and any future plumbing jobs!

I don't usually do reviews but had to give Chris a great review for the great job he did. I had a clog from my son flushing a toy down the toilet. It caused a backup in both of my bathrooms. Had 2 other plumbing services try to fix it but couldn't. One of them was going to charge us an arm and a leg and told us they would have to break up the floor to get to the clog. So I called Chris to see what he could do. And he was able to snake it through the first time. He saved us lots of money and gave us a reasonable price. Thank you Chris for your work and honesty.

Chris is the BEST!  Called him on an emergency... needed to raise the temp on my electric water heater at work, but unlocked the release valve instead (OMG) Needless to say I was drenched! Called him in a frenzy but he was on the road headed to LB. Within seconds I had a detailed diagram with pictures on where to locate the temp valve.  Chris had once again saved the day! Did I mention I was waiting for the heath department that would have walked in any second. SMH...Such a procrastinator, lol.  Thanks Chris!

Just had chris drop by to check out my waterheater cause it had shutoff and we were told by someone else that it was leaking internally and had to get replaced. He immediately said that wasnt true and showed me how to read signals on the computer for the waterheater at no cost! He wouldnt even accept my tip and told me to just call him back if anything ever goes wrong!  I was very impressed and will definitely be hitting him up again and recommending.

He's honestly my favorite contractor to work with and it sometimes makes me wish that we had more plumbing problems to bring him more work (but hopefully we won't have more problems!). I would give Chris 10-star rating.  Chris is a straight shooter and didn't try to upsell me on anything.  I brought another plumber referred to me before calling Chris, that was a very expensive mistake and never again.   Chris' pricing, knowledge and professionalism was so on point that I gave a few extra bucks because I felt is was earned and deserved.  GREAT JOB CHRIS!!

Chris is fantastic! The valve to the hot water line under my kitchen sink broke. So I called Chris in hopes that he could repair it. When he showed up he was super friendly, respectful and outgoing. As a landlord, I've used many plumbers and Chris is the best! My normal plumber was busy so I used Chris for my plumbing emergency instead. He kept an open line of communication by informing me of his arrival. He is honest and considerate of costs. For instance, he came in to assess a leak and quickly discovered that the problem was simply caused by a busted toilet supply line. He came gave me an extra supply from his van and no charge!  I was very impressed and grateful! Will definitely use him instead of my usual plumber from now on!

For those of you who are searching for the right plumber to do the right job for the right price, search no more. Chris is your man. I first called on him 3 years ago when my family moved to Downey and we needed some work done in our new home. Price was more than competitive and Chris went above and well beyond his services to make sure we were happy and most importantly satisfied. I've called him a few times though the years and each time he would walk me through trouble shooting our issues instead of coming out and charging me for work I could've done myself. One time at band camp, I had issues with our water heater. He told me to check the warranty and sure enough it was still under warranty. The water heater manufacturer sent me the part and I replaced it myself and probably saved me a good chunk of change. This last time I called, my in-laws needed a new toilet. Chris came and did a fantastic job, hauled away the old one and the bathroom looked good as new. I dont even want to start as to how much other plumbers were charging for the same work.

Chris is a smart business man. Why? Because he has integrity. He knows if he's honest with his customers and gives them a fair price for stellar work, we'll call on his services again and again and again. A lot of businesses today dont do that. They dont invest in their customers like Chris does.

He's a busy guy so be patient. He's a straight grassroots plumber serving his community. He has a lot of customers so when you call and schedule, be patient. He'll get to you. And when he does, YOU and only you are his priority. Other work can wait until the work you called him to do is completed to the highest level of satisfaction.

Call him, trust me, you won't regret it and he'll be your plumber for as long as you use modern plumbing.

Chris is absolutely awesome. He does a great job and always is available when I need him. I have been using him for the past year and half. We moved into a 1949 house and there are always plumbing issues unfortunately. He shows up on time and let's me know when he is on his way. He also communicates every step of the process and what needs to be done before and while he is doing it. Chris takes good care of us and I am not ever going to use a different plumber. I called him a few times and didn't get an answer. the voicemail says go ahead and send a text, I did we went back-and-forth three or four texts, could never actually get them to commit to anything. I understand he said he was under a house for the better part of the day I know that's rough I've been there but when you're day is  over you should try getting back to people.

I needed a plumber to fix my clogged shower drain and turned to Yelp for help. Based on the reviews and a 5 star rating I decided to take a chance on Chris Neighborhood Plumbing.  Chris was very polite and sounded quite knowledgeable over the phone.  The next day he sent me a text to let me know that he was on his way to my home and showed up at the scheduled time.  He was very friendly, clean (wore booties while inside), professional, and took care of the job at the fair price he quoted me over the phone.  I am comforted and relieved to know that I've found my new plumber.  I HIGHLY recommend him.

I had an emergency that required immediate service due to septic tank issue w back up. The health dept was there at my property and out of 5 plumbers that I called Chris understood the issue at hand and prioritized the matter. No one was available and willing to take care of this asap with the earliest of the plumbers to help was 4-5 hrs. Chris was very considerate and even help alleviate the concern as he talked w the health dept while I was still driving to the home. I never met anyone as professional and understanding as Chris! I'm very grateful as I now have a permanent plumber who is not only reliable but gave me a brief rundown of the situation and was very honest. There is obviously a reason he has 5 stars from many other customers. Because of his promptness he saved me a lot of money as the fire dept was suppose to be there within a few hrs and to my understanding you can get a bill if they are called but thanks to Chris he saved me a lot of money. I'm greatful to know that there are honest and reliable workers out there! And I'm sure you have run into several workers who added work at the end of your bill! We had a gas leak problem and our gas was shut off.  You can imagine how difficult it can get if you have kids and no hot water, or stove.  We were desperate to get our leak fixed and had someone (friend of a friend-haha) give us an estimate.  The plumber suggested we replace our pipes and gave us an outrageous estimate for the job.  We were not in a position to spend that amount of money, and we also felt that this plumber was trying to take us for a ride.  So, we called Chris.  We were hoping for a better option.  While on the phone, Chris explained what he would need to do and how much it would cost.  He reassured us that more than likely we would not need new pipes.  We are soooo happy we found Chris Neighborhood Plumbing on Yelp and decided to give him a call.  In short, Chris was HONEST, thorough, professional, quick, and explained everything to the T.  He did a great job and we had our gas reinstated within the same day.  I highly recommend Chris Neighborhood Plumbing if you want a great job done for a reasonable price.  Thank you Chris!

This guy is super helpful and super honest. He came out to help fix a leaking drain and actually told me how to do it myself. His exact words were I am not going to charge you to do something that is so easy you can do yourself, that would be dishonest of me. Chris is great! I had a leak in a gas pipe and he did a great job replacing it. It wasn't easy, as he had to dig a trench into the dirt 1'ft down & 20'ft long alongside the house. He was courteous, on time, efficient and left the job site clean. I highly recommend Chris !!

Chris gave me the best quote over the phone just by looking at pictures I text him! He has a standard rate plus the price of parts. He replaced piping under my kitchen sink, replaced two faucets, and repaired a leaky toilet.
I was actually looking to check my sewer line but he advised me against it just from the information I provided over the phone. Other plumbers wanted to charge me almost 3x to inspect the pipes under my house and send a camera into the sewer line. Chris assured me it was unnecessary.
I would call Chris back for future plumbing needs and I would refer him to family and friends.

We needed help with my mom's water heater. I went on to Yelp to find a 5 Star plumber. Yeah right I thought, but guess what? I found one. Chris from Chris Neighborhood Plumbing is the real deal. I read the reviews and was stunned by all of the praise (5 stars) and lack of negativity. So I called. From the initial phone call to the shaking of hands when he finished fixing the water heater piping and exhaust venting, everything went smoothly. He did everything he said he was going to do and at the price he had quoted. He was friendly, professional, and kept me informed as to what was going on all along the way. I had someone that we usually would call with our plumbing issues (he still hasn't call back) but he has now been replaced by Chris. You cannot go wrong with this business / Chris. Had my old leaky 50 gallon water heater replaced on 6/15/17.. Chris did a great job of replacing it. Previous plumber wanted me to install all new waste line to prevent my problem from reoccurring, but after Chris came out the problem has not returned and it's been over two years now. I have had Chris out twice to clear drains (different ones, he warranties his work) and he does great work.  The price he quotes is the price you pay, even if he has to do extra work.  Both drain cleanings ended up with him on the roof with the long snake.  The first time in the rain and this time in the wind.  

I'm obviously a repeat customer and I will be calling Chris in the future.

Chris is my plumber of choice.  I called him for a pipe clog about a year ago and he was on time and reasonable.  He is also old school in the sense he leaves the area where he worked  almost cleaner then it started.  My mother a few months later called him for a water heater replacement and he was courteous, on time and reasonable.  I called him just a bit ago about not having any hot water and he was available so he came right over to check.  He had the magic touch and the pilot lit for him (I tried 3 times ).  He didn't charge me for his time and you don't find that much anymore.  I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism as well as his pleasant personality.  Customer service goes a long way with me.  As long as he's in business he will be my go to plumber for any plumbing issues.  Thank you, Chris.

Woke up on Labor Day with a toilet that would not stop running, and I watched some videos but couldn't fix it.  First I called a competitor of Chris who said they would call me the next morning but didn't.  The best I could get the next day was a 1 to 5 window for an appointment.  I then called Chris and he told me he could be there between 11 and 1 and between that and all his Yelp five-star reviews I said we're a go.  He called and actually made it early.  Very professional guy, very nice.  I'm no plumber but nothing happened today to countermand all these top-notch reviews, one after another.  This is mine.

We have a rental house in Downey with very old pipes. Our main line developed a leak shooting out gallons of water. First we requested that the city shut off the water because the leak was under the shut off valve.  We then called Chris who had previously done a great job in cleaning out a drain that other plumbers were unable to clear. Chris was amazing. First thing that he did was to set up a system providing water to our wonderful renters. He had a very busy schedule but was able to fit us in. He replaced the main line at a very reasonable price. His communication skills are excellent. He worked late into the evening but always seemed in good spirits. I have had many plumbers over the years that I will never call again but I was so happy and grateful for the skill and professionalism that Chris put into this job. Thank you so much. I am happy and my renters are also happy. We all think that you are terrific and will use you again without any hesitation. Thank you also for a great price, we were expecting to pay much more.

A pipe sprung two leaks in my daughters closet!

Chris has been working for me for over 2 years now.

I would consider myself an annoying customer, very detail oriented and always make sure and review all jobs after they are complete.

On every job big or small Chris is resourceful, positive and most importantly honest. Even when some of my tenants are breathing down his neck he does his work with a smile, cleans up after all work and maintains his professionalism throughout the job.

I also appreciate that Chris also has boundaries in his scope of work and does not attempt anything he does not feel comfortable doing. So many times have I had contractors (while a can-do attitude is important) do work they have no business doing only to make the problem even worse. Some people may not like this trait but I think it is crucial and shows that human element of not knowing everything while respecting professionals in other trades of work.

Chris is always punctual and an effective communicator. This takes out the guesswork on status of a job and makes sure you are always updated. He also asks important questions before making decisions that could affect the job and is always conscientious of cost on behalf of the customer.

Look no further, Chris is a rare breed in this industry.

Awesome, honest, knowledgeable plumber!  He came to my rental that's backed up at 4 different drain points!  He fixed the garbage disposal so didn't charge me for that drain, had to save one drain issue for another day because of a larger problem my previous tenant caused and he didn't charge me for that drain even though he snaked it, so he spent a lot of time there and only charged me for 2 out of 4 drains.  He gave me a game plan that we're going to do for the problem drain soon.  I am extremely satisfied with his great company so far!

Chris is great. Back in May 2018, I had a small job to replace some parts on a water heater on my property. I was selling my house, and the buyer's inspector pointed out some of the parts weren't to code. I texted Chris a couple pictures from the inspection report and Chris gave me a brake down of his estimate, explaining how much parts would cost and the rest covered his cost for labor and driving out to my property in Norwalk. He was professional and friendly, and I'd recommend him to family and friends any day. He showed up, took a look at the water heater, went to the store to get the parts he needed, then came and installed everything and gave me a receipt that I could send to the buyer as proof of the work done professionally.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Chris :). He was on time and very knowledgeable. We had a washing machine drain leak fixed and installed a new kitchen faucet. He did not have one of the parts needed just because we have older plumbing. He found it, came back when he said he would, with the correct part and completed the job with no problems and to our satisfaction.  He's reasonable and guarantees all his work. My wife called Chris on a Sunday on a water leak at our garage.  Chris called back immediately and came over the following day trying to find the reason for the leak.  We are not handy and Chris was very helpful on telling us tips as well as making us understand the problems. He was honest and provided us a quote and told us to compare with others.  He found the leaks already. He didn't charge us for it and we set an appointment for another day to fix it. However,  we found help from a family member and told us he'll just fix it himself. We told Chris sorry and offered to pay for his time. Just got my new thermocouple installed today... Chris was really knowledgeable about his job. I almost spend about $100 for the thermocouple kit from GE. After talking to Chris about my situation he told me that you don't have to buy the kit from GE because I had mine done a couple of years ago. The thermocouple kit from GE comes with the adapter that allow the thermocouple to be universal now. I guess the old GE water tank doesn't come with a left thread thermocouple and only GE sells it.  
Also he teach me how to replace the thermocouple when it goes out the next time.  He was willing to teach his customer on how to replace it and he went through the process step by step. Chris didn't have to show me how to do it, because now he has a potential losing some $$$$ when my thermocouple goes out again.  
I highly recommend Chris to do your plumbing problem...

Professional, friendly, and extremely thorough! Called to service my water heater and trouble shoot why my pilot light on Whirlpool heater kept cutting out after Gas Company shut it off due to Hazardous Delayed Ignition. Chris contacted Whirlpool and kept his maintenance within the guidelines of my warranty. Turned out he only needed to clean it out with his shop vac to get it working again. He was here for an hour and gave some very helpful information. Oh...and because all he did was vacuum up debree, he didn't charge for the service.

Chris is AMAZING!  

Sewage was backing into our toilets and bathtubs, so we needed someone quickly.  We contacted another company that was supposed to come the same day.  Every time I called, I was given excuses of why they couldn't get there yet.  Finally they called to ask if they could come the next day!  I was angry!  If I knew they couldn't make it out until the next day, I would've called someone else!

So I decided to try Chris.  

He was honest, straightforward, AND affordable!  He came when he said he would come.  He was polite.  He was informative, and explained to me what was happening, and why.  He showed me things to look for for the next time.  He sincerely was a Godsend!

In the future, I will only do business with Chris!  In only one interaction, I feel I can trust him COMPLETELY!

I have a rental house and initially texted Chris to fix a leaking kitchen sink.   No response.   I called Chris and we scheduled a time.   Next day, Chris was a no-show.   I called him and he forgot the appointment.   (meanwhile, my tenant was waiting for him all day).   We rescheduled and Chris was a no show again.   I called Chris and he said he had a family emergency.   I totally understand but no call or text to let my tenant or myself know.  

I would not recommend Chris for his poor communication and ability to come through.  

Pros:  Seems like a nice guy.  
Cons: Communication was poor.  Unprofessional.  Fails to keep appointments.

I first called Chris a few months ago with every plumbing problem one person could have. He answered right away and promised to call me back at 7:30 am to let me know that he was on his way. 7:28 His call came in and he said he would be here in 10 minutes.  He came in to just give me an estimate . One hour later he had fixed my sink in the kitchen , my bathtub, my bathroom sink and toilet and I was amazed at how neat, clean, fast, accurate and polite he was . He was such a sweet guy and had all my problems fixed and I was elated as I had waited literally years to get it all fixed knowing that I couldn't afford it. His prices were amazing and everything is still working great. He advised me at this time that I needed a new faucet so I saved up and got that installed today. He was in and out in about 10 minutes and was again neat, clean fast polite and a great guy to have into my home and I wouldn't call anyone else after dealing with Chris. Chris has a heart of gold and a golden touch for his work.

I recently had my water heater go out. I got on yelp and found Chris neighborhood plumbing. I got some quick questions answered over the phone and told him I'd call him back. I called the big name companies and was shocked at their prices and time frame to send someone out. I called Chris back and he was able come out and give me a free quote, which was almost half of what the other guys wanted. He gave me and eta. and was excellent at updating me via text. He was very friendly and professional and was very knowledgeable about all the work that needed to be done. I had him perform the work and was very satisfied at how quick and smooth everything went.

Now a days it's hard to find honest and fair companies, and Chris is running a good business. Support your small business and give Chris a call the next time you have plumbing issues.

Let me just say I found this business via Yelp and I am completely satisfied. I run a small family office and we needed our toilet replaced because it was getting old, rusty and stained. I called different plumbers and they quoted me different prices and ranges. Out of all of them Chris was the only one who quoted me an exact price and he even picked up the toilet I ordered from Home Depot for me without charging me. The only thing he charged extra for was the supply line for the toilet (because I didn't buy the right one) and that was completely understandable.

Initially when scheduled the appointment I was hesitant because I didn't know who this person was and it's not a large company. When Chris answered, he was polite, professional in this manner of speaking and most importantly HONEST. On the plus side his business is based nearby. I scheduled the appointment and he was able to accommodate an early schedule. When he showed up he was very respectful, clean and got to the job at hand. When he finished the toilet installation, he cleaned up after himself.

I would definitely refer him to my friends, family and clients and call him for any other jobs that might come up.

Chris is a throwback to what customer service is all about. He first came to my house to repair a gas line that another plumber cracked and was not willing to fix. Chris provided a spot on quote without any hidden fees or charges.
I was so impressed with his work that I had him come out a second time because a clog in my drain. I have never seen a plumber so clean and concerned about getting a customers house dirty, he arrives with covers over his shoes so your floors don't get dirty and will also wear surgical gloves! He truly cares about getting the job done right the first time and leaving the customer satisfied.

Chris just saved us $$$.  We had two back ups from both the toilet and the utility sink.  All the plumbers I contacted (over 5) told me it's the main sewer line problem.  And since we don't have a 4 clean out, we would need to either install a clean out or clear it from the toilet.  Of course, with both options we are talking about $400-$1500. Finally I found Chris from Yelp.  He came over for an inspection and said he should be able to clear the line from our washer clean out.  Even better is that he won't charge anything if it doesn't work.  And not kidding, he did it!  He pulled out pieces of nylon shower sponge and cleared the drain.  What can I say!!!  I am so happy that I finally found my plumber!

As other reviews have already said, Chris is the best. I called him because of a leak and he was there within 2 hours. He determined it wasn't a plumbing leak but instead a shower pan leak. He drove over 30 miles to get to my house, investigated the problem, and left without charging me because it wasn't a plumbing issue. It may have cost him a few dollars today but he now has a customer for life. I will call Chris for all my plumbing needs.

This guy.

Our laundry sink wasn't draining and NO ONE would touch it because of the horrible condition the pipes were in. We called Chris and he answered immediately and got out to see us that same day. He quoted us the best price of the day (sorry Roto-Rooter!) and immediately cleared the clog.

He also told us why it happened in the first place and advised us on what we needed for a long term fix. He even offered to come out and finish the job personally if we wanted to buy the part ourselves.

Two days later he came back, installed the part, and completely replaced our pipe when it literally disintegrated in his hands! He was professional and absolutely charming the entire time - even our dog approves! Best of all - he stuck to his original price and even wrote us a receipt for our landlord with a 120 day warranty on his work.

Chris is now our go-to plumber, no question!

My home had a gas leak so immediately after calling the gas company, I called him to come out. He was at my house within a few hours this morning. He was able to get me an estimate and show me, in detail, what he was planning to do within minutes of arriving. I appreciate him getting my line fixed up so quickly and completely. Gas company was able to get my gas back on by 5:30pm thanks to the quality work. Thank you!

Ok.. Where do I start.. I had Chris go to my rental property (where my tenant had MAJOR issues)  HE DID IT... The sink was under mount and he put in top mount sink WITHOUT any damage to my counter tops!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  SOOOOOO Good, I am sending him back next month to replace 2 more sinks and valves throughout the house.  Trustworthy and EXCELLENT WORK!!!

I called about an issue with my garbage disposal. He explained what the problem was (an error on my part with resetting the machine), which I feel is something a lot of plumbers/technicians wouldn't do (that is, help rather than charge for something that didn't need repair). Honest, knowledgeable, and helpful, this plumping repair service just won a grateful client.

My previous plumber could not come out and look at my water heater, so my brother recommended Chris Neighborhood Plumbing.  I sent a message, and within an hour or so, I received a call.  After a brief chat, Chris asked me to send pictures of where the issue was coming from.  He gave me many options of what I could do before he came out.  I've never had a plumber do this for me.  I decided to replace my water heater.  Chris did a fantastic job, was very polite, and kept me updated on his work.  I'm now always recommending Chris to all my friends and family.

Wow. Just wow, I'm impressed with the work that Chris did to repair my shower. I've been without a working shower for the last 4 months and have been nervous to call a plumber because of the pandemic. My shower's converter pin was broken and Chris took one look and assured us that it would be no problem to fix. Chris did excellent work, within a reasonable amount of time, and left the workspace clean. His rate was very reasonable for a complete shower head valve replacement and I'm happy to say that I can finally enjoy a good shower. Thank you Chris.

I've found my plumber for life! My main line was backed up so I gave Chris a call. He gave me a price over the phone, showed up when he said he would and fixed the problem. Great price, great service and very friendly. I found them to have a lot of expertise and integrity. I have recommended them to several friends who were also very happy with their service. I highly recommend this company, in my experience of working with trades it doesn't get any better then them.

I highly recommend Chris and his company!  He was quick to answer my call, let me have a time frame and even sent a text to confirm what time he was going to arrive to my home. He was friendly, courteous, professional, clean and effecient in taking care of my clogged up shower drain and toilet to my master bathroom. Thanks to my Ficus trees that grow non-stop in my backyard. He even gave me advice as to what to do for maitanance to keep the Ficus tree roots from causing any further problems in the future. Whatever plumbing problems you have call Chris first! You won't be disappointed. Thank you again Chris.

Chris returned my phone call within minutes. We had agreed upon an appointment time and he was able to come in earlier. He fixed my kitchen and bathroom sink as well as a clogged pipe. He was courteous, explained what needed to be done, and even got me hot water on a shower for free. He took care of my home's needs. I highly recommend him and will for sure call him again for any plumbing needs. Chris thank you, you are the best!!

Chris is always polite and very professional.  He goes out of his way to help and provide value to the job.  Most importantly, he communicates well - if he's running late, he lets you know.  AND he cleans up afterwards!
So far, he has replaced and outdoor water spigot and my water heater.  Very pleased with this plumber.

Chris is such a friendly and helpful guy. Best customer service experience I have ever had. I called him frantically on a Sunday with my problem and even though he is not open on weekends he still stopped by. He is very knowledgeable and polite. He answered all of my questions and helped to resolve the issue at hand. On top of that he is very honest with his pricing and will not try to quote you any ridiculous numbers. I will definitely be calling Chris for any future plumbing maintenance.

Great guy and Great service!!!!

I was having some problems with my main line  backing up and I had called some other plumber to come and fix it. He didn't bother looking for any other way to rooter it so he just did it through the one of the bathrooms and charged me $150. A week goes by and it come back. Told him to come and fix it and he was a no show. So i looked on Yelp and found Chris.

He was very professional and on time. Looked around the house and found the right pipe (that i didn't know was there) and started rootering there. 45mins later job was done and it was fixed! All for $95. Everyone else charges $150 to just stop by. He was a great guy and will recommend and use him again. Thanks Chris.

Chris is awesome.  He knows his stuff and has no issue showing you how to do something yourself if it can save you some money.  He came to shut down a leaky water pipe on short notice after hours.  Awesome trustworthy guy, a rare find.

Wow! I just found my favorite plumber.  I've gone through so many different plumbers over the years b/c either they were dishonest or too expensive, but I didn't feel that way with Chris.  He was prompt in responding and scheduling, and kept me updated on his arrival time.  

He worked very fast and explained everything thoroughly while doing work.   I felt his pricing was very fair, communication was great and work was pristine.  I will be calling him from now on for all my plumbing and installation needs.  Thanks Chris!

We had Chris replaced our faucet today and he did an excellent job!  The nut on the old faucet was very tight and Chris was able to take it out without damage to our countertop! He also took my call at 7:15 am, was very pleasant and made sure he was able to fix our faucet the same day! He even gave us awesome advice with our other plumbing problem without additional charge just to help us out!

I have nothing but great things to say about Chris. First off, he came to my house same day, within an hour. We didn't have a functioning toilet and we were in desperate need to get this fixed. Chris was incredibly professional, kind, and honest. You can tell he runs his business with integrity.
Chris came and gave me a quote for pulling the toilet. When he pulled the toilet he noticed that the floor boards were damaged (which is not work a plumber does) so after awhile of trying to make it work he realized that the floor board had to be replaced. He got our toilet to a functional state, showed me every step of the way what he was finding, even had me take pictures. He was totally honest with me and told me, he fixed the leak but couldn't completely fix the problem because we need a new floor board. Because he couldn't fix the floor board and fully fix my problem he didn't charge me a dime. Which was so incredibly kind because he replaced some bolts and did a fair amount of labor.
We are looking to buy a house and when we do, Chris is going to be the only plumber we call! Thank you Yelp for helping me find him.

Very happy with the service. The main sewer line was cleared in less than 30 min. His work was guaranteed for 60 days. Because of my previous experience with plumbers, I expected to be charged a high rate for an emergency weekend service. The service was friendly, efficient, fast, guaranteed and I was charged a very reasonable rate. I will recommend Chris Neighborhood Plumbing services to all my friends. I know who to call next time I have a plumbing issue.

I am a little disappointed in dealing with Chris as far as his professionalism and customer service. I was out of the country for a couple of days during the water heater installation and I was clear about my whereabouts and informed Chris that I will have limited internet and no cellular access. The installation as far as my concern is not complete because there was no HOT WATER after the installation. He expected to be paid two hours after he sent the invoice at 7:00pm even when there is NO HOT WATER.  I have to hire an electrician to correct the problem. As a customer, I want to make sure that the water heater really works before I pay someone and have to wait a couple of days for the electrician.
He threatened to pull the water heater out while we were waiting for the electrician and sent the message in a group message with my tenant on distribution...so unprofessional. He sent several invoices when in fact I told him I will be back on Saturday and the tenant did no get HOT WATER until Friday.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING WORK AND AFFORDABLE!

Had a cheap plumber come by before Chris and that plumber had no clue what he was doing. He would take hours trying to fix the problem, but just made it worse. That plumber had to make 3 visits and still didn't do the job right! He even made us pay for the 3rd visit...

Chris fix all the other plumbers mistakes easily and quickly. He even explained the process to us! He was super honest and he just blew me away with his expertise and efficiency. Also, he says if he can't fix it we don't pay. Just an all around great man with great service.
