Jin was the third plumber that I called when I had an emergency leak that made the toilet unusable. Next time he will be the first! He was so helpful-he made the whole thing feel much simpler (and less costly) than the other plumbers I had consulted. Jin definitely knows his way around old SF residential plumbing!

Jin has been our plumber who build the house we live in - and we are so grateful for his expertise.  Weird situation where the hot water was mixing with the cold -- and also the shower and other faucet's water pressure all messed up.  He was on time, helpful and really wanted to make it work.  We feel so grateful!  Thank you Jin!

The plumber we had was super awesome. He came all the way to Chinatown to fix our toilet. He found out that it was the problem of main sewage. He nicely told us what we should do next, then he left, without charging us. Such a genuinely nice person! I will definitely contact him again next time if we have another plumbing problem, just because how nice the plumber is.
