Bay Area Renovation

Bay area renovation was a life saver find for us. We moved into New apartment and it had so much much work to be done.
We contacted Marin from Bayside Renovation, for plumbing, electrical and handyman tasks.
We have worked with Marin several times now and I am writing this review to share our wonderful experience with him.
Some of the tasks that Marin helped us till the now with include
- fixed stripped screws in door hinges
- fixed closet doors which did not close properly
- installing smart thermostats
- installing dimmer switch
- installing gfci plugs
- installing new bathroom and kitchen faucets
- installing water purifier
- installing garbage disposal
- installing kitchen sink
- installing dishwasher
- putting new p-traps under bathroom and kitchen sinks
- fix toilet flush system
- install new toilet and toilet seat
- fixing broken shelves with butterfly clamps

Just seeing by these tasks you can figure out the range of Marin's talents.
He has been extremely punctual, hard working, doesn't waste time at all and so confident in his solutions.
He has always been extremely humble and honest and fair in his pricing. I always pay him extra than what he asks for being such a talented and hardworking person.

Marin was fast and did a very good job on our countertop and instaling our sink. His pricing is very fair. I highly recommend using him.

We recommend Marin for any task you need done and we will use him again ourselves. No fuss no drama, just got on with the list we gave him. He came with his own large bag of tools and knows what additional items are needed to complete the job. So far we have asked him back 3 times in the last 6 months, to disassemble a Cal King wooden bed, disassemble a large 8' IKEA wardrobe, moved furniture to our friends' places, sweep the roof, fix doors that scrape the wooden floor, and most recently fix a non-working USB outlet and replace a bathroom fan.

Marin was absolutely amazing.  He knew exactly what to do and was very efficient in using his and our time.  I highly recommend him to anyone with windows and door projects!
