Fantastic local plumber, answers the phone, very reasonable rates, showed up exactly when he said he would, and did a super job, I highly recommend this company.

I called David based on the Yelp reviews, and they were true!  

I had a dishwasher issue, and called at 9AM.  He was over by 10, issue solved by 1030.  

What's more, when the dishwasher failed (appliance failure) David was quick to answer his phone and help walk me through exactly what the issue was. This helped me work with the Dishwasher installation team fix it.  

A good plumber is hard to find...and here you have one.

I'm writing to fully endorse Dave and Benson Plumbing.  I am a property manager who manages apartments and single family residences.  To say I have a need for an excellent plumber is an understatement, and to say I have complete confidence in Benson plumbing is completely accurate.  Benson has taken meticulous care of my 1928 historic home, my 1940 4plex apartment building, and my mid century beach bungalow.  I appreciate the professionalism, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.  I'd recommend him to anyone who asks, and I'll continue to use his services.

I have used Benson Plumbing since 1994 and have never been disappointed.  Dave and Bernardo are great guys and they are super reasonable.  They also show up on time and do quality work.  I have used them for toilet repair, faucets, sinks, hot water dispensers, water filters, garbage disposals, shower heads and drain clearing.  They also have access to hard-to-find parts.

I had a gas leak from an extremely corroded pipe in my gas meter vault. I contacted David from Benson plumbing , and not only was he prompt and accommodating , he and Bernardo made me feel like I'd known them for years! They quickly become your go to guys just by their work ethic and demeanor. My leak was quickly fixed, my gas was turned back on, and I was charged a very very fair price! I highly recommend Benson Plumbing if you are looking for a company that has been around for a long time and want to receive service from the owners themselves.. Call BENSON!

Dave came out to look at my heater. Although he could not fix it he pointed me to the right direction to get it warrantied.

Couldn't be happier. Had a messy problem with a sewage storage tank and the pumps that moved everything up to street level in our home in Laguna Beach, CA. After a few quotes these guys gave us a very competitive quote price wise but with better equipment. The entire job was completed on schedule.

Benson Plumping is GREAT plumping firm with a very honest, highly intelligent and straight forward Owner Dave. They are a very , very skilled, smart and a professional team. Bernardo is a real Master Plumber who gets the job done with no BS. They did two jobs for me that were completed perfectly at a fair price. I plan to use them for all my future pumping needs. I give Benson Plumbing a grade of 100 out of 100 , an A+!

We had a minor emergency, which, of course to us, was a major catastrophe. Called Benson and Dave answered.  He was swamped with calls but said he would see what he could do.  He called me back later and tried to get another technician to come out.
Towards evening, he called and said they could come up and I was very thankful. They came and snaked the line and it was cleared very quickly.
Thank you to Dave and his crew. We will use Benson from now on.

Update: They came out the day after I called as promised. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed the broken copper pipe quickly and made me aware of a separate problem with my tankless water heater that I will eventually have to deal with. The charge for their time seemed reasonable.

Great service!! I recently had a wall heater replaced and I am extremely happy with the service I received.
