ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
Mike has over 40 years of experience with all phases of plumbing with water, gas and drains and comes from a background in building and solar. He has multiple plumbing certifications: for PEX water pipe, socket fusion for Polyethylene gas and Trac Pipe gas applications. Mike's favorite projects are large systems including residential & commercial repiping and remodeling. His expertise serves him well in custom remodel work. He has been a licensed contractor with an excellent record for over 27 years.

I am very appreciative and impressed with the quality of work done today. You guys went over and above what was required. In addition to my repipe (and at no additional charge) guys fixed my water main, removed an old gas line, removed my old water heater, added an external water line, raised another water outlet, ran a water line to where my new bathroom will be and cleaned up after yourselves! Super clean install of TWH. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the job. You guys also had the best prices by a long shot. You guys are officially my plumber now! I would give 10 stars if I could. I also want to add how extremely attentive and helpful Bonnie was throughout the process. Thank you guys!
Hanson's plumbing was terrific! They got to our shower leak within a day even though they were booked solid Plumber Andrew was on time, told us exactly what the problem was, got the part, fixed the problem and called us when he was finished. Friendly, fair, fast....definitely will use them again!
Andrew was amazing! I've used Hanson Plumbing and Repipe before but I forgot how honest and professional they were! Silly me! What I thought would be an expensive repair turned out to be very reasonable. Andrew was such a polite and efficient plumber that when he was done, I told him that we had a couple of other repairs that we needed addressing and we would be calling him in the near future. Hanson responded very quickly to a growing tub leak. Andrew assessed and attempted the best and most cost effective fix. Quality replacement parts used. Bonnie in the office was also great to deal with. My first time using upon a friends recommendation and will call them for next plumbing situation. I opened a Yelp account to give the review.
Very affordable, efficient and the work was done within a day! We had a slab leak and the insurance company wasn't willing to pay for plumbing, with that said we were very concerned about what this was going to cost us. They came out gave a quote and had the job completed within 3 days. Professional and friendly. I will no doubt recommend them to other's!

Re-piping my bathrooms, kitchen, shower, etc...replacing water heater...clearing drains.... these guys have my entire house in great shape!

I did my leg work on the re-pipe of my house and the remodel for my bathroom. I met with 5 different plumbing companies. Mike and Bonnie gave us the best price and the team did great work. They went above and beyond, not only re-piping my 1927 house, replacing my 30 year old water heater, and doing the plumbing for my bathroom remodel, but also referring us to a great father/son team who gutted and did all the remodeling for my bathroom. Additionally, I had a minor plumbing issue today, that had nothing to do with the work they did, and Bonnie, via text, walked me through doing my own repair. You really can't find that kind of service elsewhere!

If you want EXCELLENT service and EXPERT plumbers QUICKLY, call Bonnie and she will get you scheduled ASAP! Andrew does an AMAZING job and he is very experienced and produces high quality work! I am impressed with his work...time and time again. Recently, Andrew saved me tons of time and money by handling a faucet replacement on my master bath sinks as one had broken off per my realtor..I was swamped and trusted Andrew to get everything done without having to be there and my rental now looks and feels great for my new tenant! In the past, he had to remedy showers that were incorrectly installed and did beautiful work to fix the situation and reconstruct everything. Truly impressive quality and speed! I have utilized their services for over a year for my rentals. They go above and beyond and consistently deliver great expertise and service. (Hanson Plumbing is actually my landlord's plumbers but they are so good I call them instead of my regular plumber!)
Love this family owned business, and the fact that they offer free estimates.
The professionalism, integrity and the pride that the owners take in taking care of their customers is no comparison to other companies. Love them!

Hanson Plumbing repiped our home recently. They were fantastic; quick, clean, on time, and very reasonably priced. About a month later we had a question about one of the toilets they Indians they cane out the very next day first thing in the morning. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Thanks Bonnie and Mike, you guys are the best!
I would give them 6 stars if I could.
My family owns a commercial building from the late 1950s, and after enough leaks in the building, we knew we had to update our pipes. My mom had been sitting on this project for 2 years looking for just the right person to do the job.
From the time we first called and spoke to Bonnie, we knew there was something particular about these guys. Not only were they kind and attentive to our needs, they were extremely knowledgable, approachable, and showed the utmost respect for our property. Mike and his crew knocked it out of the park. They were professional, trustworthy and made this bear of a project worry free for us.
Our family couldn't thank them enough.
Mike and his crew did a wonderful job repairing our sewer line behind my garage. They came in at 8 am and were done by 11.30 am. Mike knew exactly what he is doing. Although a different plumber marked the ground guided by a camera, as to where the damaged pipe was, Mike knew exactly how to center the whole in the ground to get the damaged pipe right in the middle. They removed the damaged pipe and connected a new pipe between the house line and the city sewer line.
Mike is a great guy to deal with and work with. He treats his workers nicely and guides them through the process. His workers are professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
Bonnie was very professional and kind, worked very hard with me to set up a date for Mike to come by and take care of the repair.
Also, two years ago, Mike re-piped our house taking only two days to install the PEX pipes. Again, it was a job well done!

Hanson Plumbing has done fantastic work for us. They are batting 3 for 3. First they did a total house re-pipe job that was amazing. Second was a bathroom remodel turned out better than we could have expected. Third was a new water heater for my MIL that was impressive to say the least. All were on time and on budget and professionally done right the first time.
Want to say thank you to Bonnie, Mike and their team including special shout out to Roman and Andrew. Everything looks and works perfect. We appreciate everything you guys do and how easy and accommodating you are every time we call. We couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience with Hanson Plumbing. From start (Bonnie coordinating and scheduling) to finish, it went smoothly and stress free. I just had my kitchen remodeled but needed my faucet and garbage disposal installed. Andrew handled the job easily and I had my sink up and running within an hour and a half. He was on time, there was no mess and I couldn't be happier. And the job was very reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them for my future plumbing needs!
I called Bonnie at Hanson Plumbing yesterday and asked for a plumber to clear my laundry drain. She responded quickly and was able to send someone this morning since it was not an emergency. Roman arrived on time (wearing a mask) and cleared my drain quickly. I asked him if he had time to also check my slow-draining bathroom sink drain. It turned out to be a little bigger job than we anticipated but he was able to fix it. He was polite, took care not to make a mess, and cleaned up after. I was charged $200 which I thought was fair. I just lost my previous plumber of many years, but luckily I found a new, and better, one! Hanson Plumbing is my new plumber and I highly recommend them !

Hanson Plumbing just completed a repipe of our house and overall our experience with them was quite good. Although we had some communication issues at the beginning of the process (confusion over how to type our email address) which resulted in a delay in getting the quote, once we got it, it was very reasonable. Mike brought a big crew (5 I think) and the work was done in less than a day and a half (we have 2500 sq feet on one level including three bathrooms and a tankless hot water heater). They were clean and courteous. The day after the job was completed I noticed a hissing sound coming from one of the toliets, and although it wasn't necessarily related to the re-pipe, they replaced the problem part at no charge (and came out quickly after I contacted them about it).
Also, Mike recommended we use PEX instead of copper. We were a little skeptical at first, but after my husband did some research and talked to a home inspector used by our realtor, we ultimately decided that going with the PEX was the best idea.
Hanson Plumbing saved the day, and my sanity, by responding to our emergency plumbing issue within a couple of hours, late on a Friday afternoon. Andrew was able to fix the issue within a couple of hours, with clean and professional service, and was less than half the price of our other quote. I strongly recommend Hanson Plumbing & Repipe.
CAUTION!!!
Do NOT do business with these people unless you have a way to contact Mike directly. Because once they mess something up - You DO NOT want to deal with Bonnie!
Things got ugly after their guy smashed his truck into a car while working at our house. He could show no driver license, his proof of insurance was long expired, etc. And Bonnie is the one that got NASTY to us about it .... (I was never even mad about the crash - stuff happens. But Bonnie was HORRIBLE, she seemed so nice until ... and then watch out!)
The repipe was done back in April 2016. Now, we have had leak problems. Three weeks of leaving messages, and sending texts (6 texts sent), and NO CALL RETURNED IN THREE WEEKS.
Mike, if you want this review to come down, call me yourself (no more Bonnie, please) and fix this. (Hopefully, your guys didn't smash into so many cars in April 2016 that you can't figure out who to call.)
I will update this to reflect when I can get a call returned. So far, three weeks and counting ...

If YOU have plumbing issues, need a trustworthy company and are on a budget, I would highly recommend HANSON PLUMBING & REPIPE!
Our unexpected Christmas present to our house was REPIPING entire house after the hot water pipe burst and made a flood in the backyard.
HANSON PLUMBING & REPIPE was recommended by a neighbor and I cannot thank him enough! Bonnie from HANSON PLUMBING & REPIPE was able to schedule an estimate right away and their price blew us away. When it was work day the crew arrived ON TIME - exactly at 8:00am- they were clean and respectful and did an AMAZING job! We have found our plumbing people for life.
