First Class Plumbing and Rooter

First Class Plumbing are my go to plumbers from now on. Tito is awesome!  I discovered a shower valve leak in my second floor bathroom at 5pm on a Monday, they arrived by 6:30pm and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They even came out a few days later to troubleshoot another issue at no additional cost. I've used many other plumbing companies in the past, and these guys are the best by far. Extremely reliable, honest and focused on keeping their customers happy.

Of course right before I list my house for sale after relocating for work I find out I have a major leak pop up!! I called First Class again since I had a good experience with them. I was connected with Rick who went above and beyond to work with me, my wife, Public Works, & his technicians to identify the problem and fix it. Rick was very flexible, communicated well (even sending photos), and did everything to help resolve my issue. I felt helpless being so far away, but he handled everything for me and charged me fairly for all they've had to go through. Rick's follow-through separates great service from just good.

Thank you so much Tito with First Class Plumbing. You took care of our sink issue today fast and efficiently. The cost was very affordable as well. I highly recommend them.

The two gentlemen who to fixed my pipe were courteous and friendly

However, I am disappointed with the integrity of the company at hand.
They quoted me $750  then after negotiating we settle on an agreement ($350) because of this i wont be doing business with them anymore

Honesty count, always.
Even so paying $350 I think was a lot for the job, but I decided I needed this done and they were already there.
regardless, I respect people who are honest and fair and I think $750 for the job was not fair at all.

Valerie was very attentive over the phone and so were the two gentlemen who came to my home because of this I gave them 2 stars.

I had a leaky main valve and went on Yelp to find quotes.  FIRST CLASS responded right away, sent a technician within the hour to give me an accurate quote. They gave the best quote of them all (sent pics to others) not including a military discount that I got. My leaky valve was fixed brand new that night. It was absolute first class service. I plan to go back to them again for my plumbing troubles.

The team of Manuel, John and El flaco came and help me. They were quick efficient and did the job real quick super impressed by it. As I worked from home during this time.

Definetly recommend this folks. The. The next day I had a minor issues and the company and the crew checked on stuff everything was fine.

I am a new homeowner of a old historic house and I recently had a major plumbing issue which caused flooding in our basement. I know nothing about plumbing but after seeing all of the busted pipes I knew we had a massive issue on our hands. We called First Class Plumbing and Ricardo and Tito quickly showed up to our home. They were so patient with all of my questions and walked me through the process of the work they would be doing. They were so knowledgeable and very professional. They reassured me that they would take care of our problem and we would have a new great system. They were right! They worked hard and not once did I ever hear a complain regarding the very limited crawl space they had. In fact, every time I checked in with them they approached me with a great big muddy smile :) Also, I must add that their pricing was very competitive and very fair. I was way over quoted by other companies I had called. I cannot express how blessed we feel to have had First Class Plumbing work in our home. I can gladly say that they have relieved my stress and returned the peace in this old home!

Phillip left a comment but after meeting Chip myself, I wanted to leave one as well. Being a nurse, I work in a stressful environment and the last thing I need is someone trying to rip us off or not complete a job. Chip is very down to earth and very knowledge. Even though he showed my husband what he was going to do, he took the time to show me and explain in detail what was happening with our plumbing and pipes. He wasn't afraid to get down and dirty underneath our house. Very humble and made me feel comfortable knowing that the job was going to get done thoroughly. Reasonable prices and above exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Scheduling was super easy. This plumbing situation was such a nightmare but beyond happy that we found a company and Chip, that was able to help us out.

I called First Class Plumbing for a leak detected on our garage stucco/concrete.  They were recommended to us by friends.  Valerie answered the phone and scheduled a visit the same day around my work schedule.  She was very friendly and helpful on the phone/email exchanges.  
Raul discussed possible reasons of the leak and our repair options.  Unfortunately, the leak was too far down for a simple repair, so we had to re pipe.  Raul was so patient with me and my husband.  He answered our many questions in detail, therefore, we had confidence in him.  

One star off due to the following:  Raul arrived with his team the next day and worked very late into the evening.  I was concerned that they were getting tired and I suggested they return the next day as I did not want any  compromise in quality of work.  The other plumber mentioned he had a job the next day so he needed to finish the piping and Raul will return the next day to complete the rest.  They informed me that they were completed and left for the night after putting the water back on.  Unfortunately, they didn't check for any leaks prior to leaving.  Water was leaking inside the wall so I promptly called Raul.  He came back, turned off the waterline, and helped me clean up the water leak.  I was not happy that this happened, so I discussed with Raul that I planned to review progress check points.  Perhaps, reviewing job length to account for unexpected issues would help prevent situations like ours.  

Raul returned the next day with new parts.  He was very apologetic about it and he was happy to show me progress points of the job.  

I really appreciated Raul making things right and the quality of his work.  They stand apart from other plumbers because Raul fixed our drywall and stucco (one stop shop).

Mark came out and expertly handled a backed up bathroom drain that needed to be both snaked and hydro jetted. Everything from this experience was top notch - booked with Valerie who confirmed within minutes, I received a follow up call the next day that she was able to accommodate my request for an earlier appointment, I received text messages of the tech en route to my house, and appreciated Mark's ownership of the problem and care of the house. A follow up text with receipt and warranty sealed the deal. I recommend

Awesome customer service!!  Our technician Justin was amazing. He was timely professional and reliable. I highly recommend him him for all of your plumbing needs.

I called first class plumbing and they were here within hours. Vey professional honest and very reliable, Chip is a man of his word. They had cameras and all the equipment to get the job done.  I recommend them they are a top notch company that will handle all your plumbing needs. One of the things Id like to mention is that they were here after hours trying to get the job done never felt like they were rushing to the next job. I absolutely recommend them.

The positives: the gas valve on my water heater went out. Called First Class and they were able to send someone out to give me a free estimate within a couple of hours. The person they sent out was very personable and knowledgeable.

The negatives: way too overpriced. The quote I got to replace the gas valve was about $1250 and to replace my entire water heater was quoted at about $2400. I declined and got quotes from 3 other plumbers and the only one that came near First Class was at $2100 to replace the whole water heater. Ended up finding someone who did it for $1500, they came out same day and did a great job. Cannot believe replacing just the gas valve was quoted at almost as much as what I ended up paying for a brand new installed unit.

Raul and Moses did an excellent job in hydrojetting my bathroom plumbing line. They were expeditious and very careful in their execution of removing the clog and cleaning up the worksite. The price was extremely reasonable wherein other plumbers wanted to charge double. I would definitely use them again.

Drain clogged in the morning. Sent request for quote to multiple plumbers. First Class was the only plumbing service to respond with a quote for basic drain snaking service. All the others practice the we'll-give-an-estimate-once-we're-there bait-n-hook scam. This is the reason I went with First Class. They came same day and charged far less than I was expecting. I gave Rick a healthy tip for a nice dinner and a beer. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future plumbing needs.

Had major banging in my walls from my water pipes and tried to fix myself, but unfortunately couldn't fix the problem I also had my water heater not working. I called up First Class and Mark came out right away checked a few things and fixed it up in less then 30 minutes. Friendly guy down to earth highly recommended.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I had a situation arise on me out of the blue and they were there immediately after my call. They really go above and beyond for their customers and do amazing work. They are super kind and also give great deals. You won't find anybody better than these guys to do your plumbing work.

Dakota was amazing!! He came same-day with no extra fee, was so kind to my little ones and did the job quickly and professionally. I had a clogged bathroom sink and slow-drain shower - he fixed BOTH issues in about 20 min and didn't even make a mess. As a single mom with 2 babies trying to keep my head above water, having this plumbing issue was just something I wasn't mentally or financially prepared for. I'm so grateful to Dakota for all his help! He was truly such a blessing to us.

First class is first class - from appointment setting to interaction, to the clarity of work that needed to be done. Chip went above and beyond today and we couldn't be more happy. Hoping to not ever need to call for these services again, but if we ever need a plumber - we highly recommend Chip and this company. I think you can add marriage saver to the job description!

Mark came out in the pouring rain and hydro jetted my rain drains. It turned into being a bigger problem, but I appreciate how prompt he was and coming out to discover the problem... now we just need to resolve it. I recommend his work.

Plumbers are super busy and just to show they are in high demand. After a leak and after waiting for mold removal for week without water... I needed to repair a pinhole leak on a copper wire. FIRST CLASS came to our rescue and fixed our pipe the very next day we were able to get back in the house... Price was very competitive with others but being able to provide us hot water and was extremely fast and professional.

I gave 4 stars cause, We also had them change our ball valve but I wanted a gate valve change to the ball valve was probably a miscommunication on my part. Either way it was done good.

Mark from First Class Plumbing is so professional! I called the company due to a leaky water heater. I was given a same day appointment. Mark kept me updated with arrival time. He came diagnosed the problem which ended up I needed a new water heater. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely recommend and use them in future if needed.

Well I found this company, at first not sure they are good and honest people to do the job, I am surprise, they show up on time, do  amazing work, professionally done and I am very satisfied and will definitely call them again in the future.

Called last night regarding an issue with our backyard drain line. Schedule an appointment for the following morning. Shane arrived right on time. He was a huge help and an awesome guy.
