Simply put, just don't even bother calling these guys unless you have a LOT of money that you're ok with just throwing away and/or being HUGELY ripped off is just fine with you.
As luck would have it, just as the heatwave in the last week of June 2013 was starting, the central air failed. Given that, when I came home from work, I found the A/C compressor running but no fan on the main unit, it was 99% certain it was the control board since the fan motor had not been showing any signs of distress prior to the system quitting. I tried to find a known reputable A/C service shop to come out but all were booked for 2 - 3 weeks out. I made the appointment I could get (better than nothing) and then started to look for something sooner. I ran across Orange Coast and, while the Yelp rating was worrisome, there was at least one good entry so I thought I would give them a shot.
While I wish I could give them zero stars, they do at least deserve 1 star for the fact that I was quoted a reasonable sub-$50 diagnostic charge, they showed up on time and the events led me to an utterly STELLAR company, All Star Service (also reviewed by me at yelp.com/biz/all-star-se…). However, these are the ONLY good things that can be said.
I was at the office and my wife was working from home that day. My first text message was that they were there. The next contact was a call telling me, as I had expected, the control board had failed. The tech postulated that it wouldn't likely be in stock and would take 3 - 5 days to get. Not optimal but SOMEwhat understandable given the heatwave with this being a stress point in the system. His first guess price for the board, installed, was $800. This also seemed rather high but not UTTERLY outside the bounds of reality as the board had failed some years ahead shortly after purchasing the house and was covered by a home warranty so... go ahead. I asked my wife to relay the message to the tech, since it would take some time to get the board but is hot NOW and, given that it would not be difficult to do, bypass the control board in part to make the fan run all the time and set the signal so the compressor would know it could cycle on and off as needed. Yes, there would be the bit of annoyance of the fan running all the time but it would be cool in the house.
The tech went out to his truck to check on availability of the control board and get it ordered. My next call was to tell me that a) he would charge $175(!) to bypass the board to make it cool and b) that the board was no longer available. His solution to (b) was to tell us they'd need to put in a new system for $10,000. He was told we had no intention of putting out $10k right now so he countered with just the furnace unit at $4k. It was at this point that it was obvious that repairing my system was NOT their intent but rather to sell a new system at a vastly inflated price (I had already priced a new system to replace the older one in place in the near future and had MUCH lower quotes). He was asked to leave the premises. After a clear attempt at highway robbery, my wife also refused to pay his diagnosis fee which, after consulting with his office was agreed to and he left.
On Saturday morning, I crawled up into the attic to get the part number off the control board to search for information on it and hopefully could get one and install myself rather than allow another potential horse thief in the house. As the Orange Coast Plumbing tech said, the control board was indeed out of production. However, that cursory Google search for the control board ALSO very clearly showed the part number for the board that superseded it and many others.
I found I could get the board on Amazon for UNDER $100. However, were I to get it from there, it would be Monday after work before I'd be able to put it in and, as noted above, was hot outside NOW. I started to search (vainly, I thought) for a HVAC parts supply shop in OC that might have it and was also open Saturday. This is when I ran across the aforementioned All Star Service Co. He did indeed have it (albeit not at the astonishing price Amazon did) and his tech would bring it by my house within the hour. Alex came to my door in well UNDER an hour with the board in his hand (he had it in his truck) but ALSO said that, given that it was expensive (even while MUCH less than quoted by Orange Coast) he'd be happy to check the old one and put it in for me.
In less than an hour, I had cool air and for considerably less than either the $10k or $4k Orange Coast said was the only solution to that board having failed.
As I said in the intro, before you waste the energy to even dial these guy's phone number, just... don't. Ever.
I called OC Plumbing on Sunday to fix a faucet leak in my bathroom. OC Plumbing scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. When the plumber arrived, he checked the faucet, gave me an estimate to fix it and once the fee was approved, he fixed my faucet in less than an hour! Once all of the work was done, a receipt was emailed to me- so convenient! I would definitely use them again and will request for Rock. He was professional and knowledgeable.

We found a water coming from where our water heater is so I called Orange Coast Plumbing. Their tech Erick Payton was out within an hour. He found that the one of the pipes to the water heater was leaking. He showed me where it had done water damage to the dry wall into our bedroom and laundry room. He said we needed to call a restoration company now before we had mold. I told him that I needed to call my Homeowners Insurance carrier first. He said no, the restoration company will call them. I even checked with the girl in his office to make sure I shouldn't call the insurance company first and she said the same thing no. Being I have never had to file a homeowners claim before I believed them. He asked if I wanted him to call the one they use which I agreed to. That was my second mistake.
He called in Jarvis Restoration who were out in about an hour. While I was waiting for them to come out he told me that we needed to remove the water heater so that they could repair the dry way and dry the area out but I would have to pay him that they didn't deal with insurance. To remove the water heater he charged me $343.30 and told me to call him when it was ready to go back in.
When Jarvis shows up the tell me what has to be done and that I needed to sign on their iPad so they could get started. Once I signed then they told me to call the insurance company. When I asked what changed from what Erick told me and they said they needed to have me sign their agreement that I would use them for all repairs.
Once enough work was done that we could get the water heater pt back in Jarvis told me to call Erick which I did. He came out the net day and re-installed it to the tune of $795.00. at some point he broke one of the PVC drain pipes and told me he had to go get a part but would be back later that day. I told him I wouldn't be home and he said no problem he would take care of it as he had access to it.
I week later we had water coming fro the water heater again. This time leaking from the pipe he never came back to repair. I called them they sent out a different tech who told me that this was not related to any work they did and for them to fix it was going to cost me money. To say the least I told him that I was not paying anymore and that I expected it fixed and they were going to cover all new water damage. He called his office and they finally agreed to fix it.
I would NOT recommend them or Jarvis ever as I think what they did was unethical and they are way over priced.
Called this morning and they got someone out same day to fix our shower and bathroom stoppage. Tayler was amazing at answering all my questions and she knew the problem right away. Was able to fix the issue and explained how to keep it from happening again. Such good service, will definitely always be hiring them from now on!
Steven was very knowledgeable and gave me all the options for repair and/or replacement of our very old AC units. Measures were taken for safety while visiting my home during COVID. Clean, timely & professional service.
Nolan is my hero!!!
My AirPod case fell into the toilet of course and without realizing it, I flushed the toilet. Came out same day (big win). Nolan worked tirelessly until the AirPod case released! But the story doesn't end there. Nolan is first class all the way. He is super polite and informative. And he insisted on cleaning up everything, even removing the scratches made by the auger inside the toilet. Nolan takes pride in his job and it definitely shows. He's my new plumbing hero. Hope OCP knows what a gem they have. Thank you so much, Nolan. You're awesome!
I have two bathrooms, back to back. the tub and shower from each one had backed up. I called around and they were the quickest response, should have been a red flag there. their tech came out snaked the line, said he snaked it to the main line. Charged a steep $325 to clear. well 5 days later, all three of my restrooms backed up, toilet, sink & shower/tub. obviously they did not clear to main line. we called them back out, and were told that they could not go on my roof to snake, since I have an older home we do not have a clean out. they told us we could either hydrojet it for $2800 or install a clean out for $5500. told them to go pound sand. Ironically enough though, they couldn't go on roof to snake the line, but could go on roof to hydrojet for $2800, will never use again nor will I ever give a good referral for them.

This is a very mixed review. I called several plumbers before I called Orange Coast. Everyone was booked. Jessee was personable and funny and repaired/restored plumbing in a competent and professional manner. Covid protocols were employed. I thought the work was excellent.
The down side: The prices were truly outrageous but there was work I had to get done. I declined replacing the bath diverter due to the estimate of $1,400. Included in that bid was replacing all the plumbing hardware when a new Moen diverter costs no more than $40 and is considered a minor repair. I was told that the part was too old and could not be replaced -- not so! The receipt provided was in essay form rather than a good old time and materials statement. I've since learned that the employees are also paid a commission. While the work is very good, I'm going to wait for another plumber to finish my additional work at a reasonable price.
Michael from Orange Coast Plumbing showed up much sooner than expected which was a nice surprise. He came to my home to install an additional gas line for a second dryer that was just delivered today. He is very professional and polite. And, even though there were a few obstacles, he persevered and was able to get the job done. Orange Coast Plumbing will always be my go-to plumbers.
OCP never disappoints! Shannon was Covid-safe and did a great job of detecting and repairing a hard-to-find leak. He got Jarvis Restoration to come out right away to begin drying out the wet wood. He came back twice more -- to install the new pipes, valves, faucets, etc. The second time was to put in a new water heater before any age-related problems could arise. All his work looks great, works great and he's extremely conscientious and pleasant to have around.
I won't use anyone but OCP for my plumbing needs -- as my 20-year loyalty exhibits!
My landlord has been using these guys for the past 6 months and it has been so much better than the plumbers we used to have! The gentleman that helped me today was Jeff and he was very professional and thorough and he was personal and made me feel very comfortable about trusting him into my home! He got straight to the problem and fixed it and ended up also fixing another problem that I was having as well! He explained to me that a lot of plumbers just put a bandaid on problems and they keep reoccurring and that is exactly what used to happen before my landlord switched. So thankful for Jeff and his awesome service! Will definitely be using them again but hopefully not for awhile!
Don't always take the time to write positive reviews, but this company is amazing!!! My friend referred to me them over a year ago and every time I've called they have been able to send someone out same day. Customer service is amazing! Erick Peyton has helped me with multiple issues in my home the past year and every single time has been a great experience. Very friendly and professional, fast and efficient work, under budget prices, and even takes the time to fully explain everything to me in detail! Very expensive quote to unclog a kitchen drain, someone else quoted me half the price. He didn't even check what the problem was and tried to pressure me to agree. Pretty sure the plumbers are on commission and will try to up charge you to make more money
My toilet would not flush and water kept running. Steven came and accessed the situation. After explaining what was wrong, I decided to replace the same parts in my second bathroom because both toilets were the same age. I've used Orange Coast Plumbing before and have been very satisfied.

I had Nate and Shannon come out to my house to investigate a sewer smell. They showed up on time with face masks on and ready to go. They listened to my problem and examined the potential problem areas and offered me a few solutions. Unfortunately the job was larger than the time I had allowed.
time permitting I'll have them come back to fix it.
This is the first time I had Orange Coast Plumbing to my house but I use them at my place of employment on a regular basis.

Definitely call these guys if you have $2000 and want a standard 50 gallon Bradford & White water heater installed. It costs $900 elsewhere for the same water heater installed but OCP will do it for only $2000! Their service is $1100 better, of course. Or maybe that's just the special senior citizen discount they gave my mom. I'm going to write the price on the nice sticker they placed on the water heater so I won't forget who to call next time. Why are you still reading Yelp? Call these guys!

The worst, started telling me I need a full jetting when he was still in the drive and hadn't even gone inside yet. Then proceeded to call 2 different people to ask how to use the equipment he had. No surprise- the clog was not taken care of properly.
We have used Orange Coast Plumbing many times and I am always pleased with the outcome. Great people and great workmanship.

I called for a bid. They came over and quoted me 4000 dollars to cap a gas line and run two more. No concrete no walls to go through nothing.
beware!!! had a slab leak (first insurance claim in 20 years). guy came out day 1; said he did leak detection and fixed (cut and capped the leaking line) . paid him $825. however, he didn't turn the water back on and after he left i turned it on and what do you know here comes the flood again. called him and said problem not fixed. day 2 says there are a total of 4 lines leaking; adjuster said no way. had 2 more plumbers come out and confirm 2 lines total. a year later they take me to court over the 2nd day of work ($825).
one big note....where the water was showing was on wall where the fridge is (ice maker). on day 1 he never pulled out the fridge and investigated there; which is where the line was leaking. in my estimation; they are complete shisters! they wanted to bulk it up and collect for day 2 intentionally.
went to court (a buzzillion cases) choose mediation so i could get back to work and not lose out on work $. paid out $350 to get out of it. very unethical.
plumber cut into every wall including stucco from one end of house to the other. they are not leak detection specialist. sheriff who delivered court papers said she delivers for them all the time. they are in the business of bullying people for money they are not owed.

A few months ago OC Plumbing installed 3 toilets in my home. Two of the toilets required extra work to secure the base. They did an excellent job.
When I saw evidence of a leak in my house this week, I called them in to take a look an diagnose the problem. They diagnosed and repaired the leak, which was in my drain pipe from the upper bathroom. It was a difficult joint to repair but they did a great job. Additionally, I had them install a magnetic filtration system to remove the particles that are corroding my pipes. Orange Coast Plumbing is now the first one on my list for any kind of plumbing issue.
It was Sunday and another plumber that was scheduled to arrive at 4pm cancelled. Called many other plumbers in Orange County who couldn't get there till tomorrow or with a large emergency fee. Requested service through Yelp for Orange Coast and they called soon after with service availability within the hour. Chuck came, and was very polite and delightful. After a diagnosis, he got to work, and was a delight to have throughout the process. He tidied up after fixing the issue and helped move the washer/dryer back in place. Overall, would definitely return again
In the middle of the coronavirus crisis, our pipes broke and there was a leak. We to had fix it and called these guys since we had used them before. We got taken advantage of to detect and cap the leak in order to prevent more damage. We are not happy to say the least. He did about 2 hrs of work for $800+. We are disappointed in their lack of integrity.
I love this company!!! The biggest privately owned Plumbing company in Orange County. They are good to there employees and in turn there employees are good to the customers. We had a few minor plumbing issues and called Orange Coast Plumbing. Although it was not an emergency Kevin showed up a couple hours after we called. Wearing his protective gear he came in and quickly diagnosed the problems. He explained (thoroughly) just what he found and what it would take to fix it. He gave us three options, explained each option, what it involved, why we needed it, and what it would cost.
Once we decided he went to work and I could not ask for a nicer, friendlier, more knowledgeable, courteous person. He got the work done in the time he estimated, the cost was just what he had told us it would be, and we were completely satisfied. We will only deal with Orange Coast Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and, in particular, with Kevin.
I run a Restaurant and Irish Pub and on Friday during the World Cup game, we had a major flood which caused up to 4 inches of water to pour up through the floor drains in the Kitchen and from behind the bar. We had to shut down our dishwashing system and our public restrooms. Our place was jammed packed with excited patrons for the World Cup game. Myself and one of the other managers called out to more than 8 plumbers. None of them could come out to us fast enough. I finally called Orange Coast Plumbing, and a lovely lady by the name of Karen answered the phone and she could hear the panic in my voice. She responded to me immediately and sent a technician out right away. The gentleman who showed up was Nate. He was extremely professional and fixed the problem. He was very straight forward and honest. An excellent company to do business with and I will be contacting them again. For those of you who know what running a pub and restaurant is about, floods and backups happen more frequently than any other business or household. To those at Orange Coast Plumbing, Thank you with so much and much appreciation for your service, and for those of you reading this looking into calling these folks, I would highly recommend you give them a shout. I had an issue with my toilets not flushing. I called Orange Coast Plumbing and Kevin came by. Kevin found out the problem and fixed it. I would recommend Orange Coast Plumbing to anyone with Plumbing issues.
As usual, OC Plumbing did an excellent job. I always ask for the same plumber, Jeff Montgomery. He is beyond capable, always tries to save me money by making suggestions, and is honest and dependable.

Reliable, fast, responsive, professional and neat.
We worked with Taylor and she did a great job installing Grohe water system for us along with a few other plumbing matters. She was knowledgeable, professional, very neat and thorough. We highly recommend Orange Coast Plumbing and will be using their services again. Hands down, the best plumbing experience we've had.
We inherited a wall mounted faucet in the kitchen which began to leak badly. We purchased a replacement and called Orange Coast Plumbing to install it.
On removing the old faucet it was noted that when the kitchen was remodeled the faucet piping had been badly renovated to accommodate the tile backsplash.
Taylor our technician diagnosed the problem, and planned a correction of a the problem.It took two days to complete but she cut into the wall from the outside, replaced all piping and installed the faucet so it looked as it should!
It was refreshing to have a cheerful, competent technician . I love to see women in all parts of workforce. Thank you Taylor.

They are a responsive and quality operation. They worked with me in a rather difficult circumstances and helped me to understand what the issues were. Even several months later, when I requested more information about what they did, they provided me the necessary information. I deeply appreciated that.
Outstanding service. Jeff was here w/in a few hours to replace the water heater. The service is what you would expect. However, what really needs to be noted is that Jeff treated all of my personal belongings like they were his own. He moved all of my stuff carefully and really did a great job. When he was done with the repair, he put everything back. In fact, you weren't able to tell anything had ever been moved. Truly remarkable. I'm a very happy customer.

The flange attached to the toilet sewer pipe broke, James got all the broken pieces out and added a new flange. It now done right and will last for years!
Last Sunday I have an issue with the pipe in the garage and unfortunately contacted this company and they sent me a guy that charged me $855.27 for a small job of replacing a 10-inch copper pipe. The whole job took about one hour and the cost of material they used was less than $50.
Never and never use this company, they will charge you huge money for a small job. I am really unsatisfied and hope nobody experiences them.
Very disappointed because you never showed me what you wrote on the invoice you just pointed the tablet and asked me to sign I even asked you what Am I signing for you answered , that I am replacing the leaky water line and the cost . Do you think I would of paid you $680 for changing the shut off valve . And agree to no guarantee for the work . Are you for real ??? You did not replace the leaky line you sniped the leaky part of the line and mend it together with a connector . You knew the water line was old because you asked me and I told you over 10 years . Shame on you for being dishonest I trusted you . And you had the Audacity to tell me the second time you came back to fix the unprofessional job you did you blamed on rodent that I do not have a problem with .
I have used Orange Coast Plumbing for the past 10 years and found the company to be customer focus along with fair pricing. Most recently, Taylor came out to replace two faucets, repair a toilet and service our tank less water heater. She explained the work to be done, provided me with an education on the reasons for servicing the tank less water heater and provided pricing before beginning the work. Taylor was great. She also provided me with an estimate for future work I am considering. The work was completed in a timely fashion and done right the first time. Josh was great.

Water heater went out! I called OC Plumbing on a Sunday and got Dottie! A live person! I've had to get work done in the past, different projects, and this company is the only one to call if you need fast, professional, and top notch tech's! Jesse came out and replaced it and it works great. CALL these guys if you want great pricing, customer service, clean up after the job, and warranty work ! Nate and Jesse were great, they were kind, pleasant and funny. They showed up wearing masks and were courteous of the cautions surrounding the pandemic. I appreciated that they gave me a few descriptions of what may occurs and the prices associated. They worked quickly and were clean! Would definitely call them for help again. Thank you!
I called because my sink was clogged. I attempted to fix it myself but I had no Idea where to start. Nolan was on time and very professional when checking out the problem and getting my quote. The issue was my garbage disposal. The price was reasonable so we went ahead and changed it out. Nolan was fast and efficient so I had to come on here and leave a review for him. He is a great employee and asset to this company. I will definitely call back and make sure to request Nolan by name for my next plumbing issue. (Hope its not for a while though.)
I was grossly overcharged for water heater installation. I was told something else was needed and I thought it was included in estimate. It wasn't. I got another plumber in to do that work for less than half the price. Choose another plumber!

I called three different plumbing companies. John at Orange Coast Plumbing was great at his assessment of the situation. John noticed that the problem was not the valve, a $900.00 quote from Scott English Plumbing mainly because their plumber did not inspect all pipes just the valve, it was a simple fix of Re wrapping of the Teflon tape on the shower head connection inside the wall. Honestly, Integrity what a concept. Orange Coast Plumbing is now my GO TO plumbing company.

I was told a plumber would be at my house from 8-10 and they were really late after 10am.Kevin arrived and was rude and didn't seem interested in getting the job done.we did what he told us to do and I reschedule and the next day nobody showed up and I called oc plumbing and I told them that I wanted another plumber.Kevin called me and once again was rude and not interested in getting the job done .will not use this company again because they don't care to get the job done.I choose this company because of the good reviews but I had a terrible experience.

I called Orange Coast Plumbing due to an ongoing problem with roots in my main sewer line. Nolan came out on time within the window they gave me. He asked me to tell me about the problem. I told him it was an ongoing problem with the roots and wanted him to snake the drain before it stopped up again. Due to the root problem, he recommended that instead of the normal roto router clean out which would just clear a path, that he do a hydro jet clean out which would cut through the roots all the way to the sides of the line and completely clear the line. He told me this should solve the problem for several years. I approved the work. He first ran a camera down the line to inspect the situation and confirmed the presence of roots. I found Nolan to be very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He patiently explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He completed the work within approximately 2 hours with no interruption to my household.

My tub stopped draining and a drain stopper was stuck in the pipe that would normally be used to run a snake through. We only had one other bathroom with a house full of kids so we needed to get the problem fixed asap. Nolan came out and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be changed. He was able to replace my waste and overflow to a more modern style piping because I had brass. After replacing that he was now able to snake the drain and pulled out a large clump of hair that had gotten stuck in the pipes. I did not have an access panel to get to the tub pipes so he was also able to create one just in case we ever need to access those pipes again. Thanks Nolan!!!!
We had Orange Coast Plumbing give us a quote Sunday morning for a water heater replacement. We had them do plumbing work for us before and were very happy. James explained the quote and the benefits of the Bradford White unit. James and Rocky arrived within the hour. After the installation, which was more work than I anticipated, Rocky showed me how to relight the pilot and which valves to turn off in an emergency. And he went around the house to make sure all the faucets had correct water pressure. Price not cheap but very fair for high quality unit and professional work. I would gladly recommend Orange Coast Plumbing!

I had Kevin the first time and of course requested him only thereafter because he was good, professional and I trust him completely! I have to say for once I do t feel ripped off! Go ahead and call them, get a ridiculous quote and then call someone else for a realistic one. They work the classis plumber sterotype. They showed up in a pair and stood looking at our leak telling us how difficult it's gonna be and how they are gonna have to take the ceiling off and all kinds of stuff. I'm not sure if they wanted sympathy, or me to realize how expensive its gonna be. They quoted me over a thousand. I called a smaller plumbing company, Coastline Plumbing, and was told its a straight forward job that would take about 4 hours, and no , we would not have to take the ceiling off. Also quoted us a fraction of the price. Leak is fixed and working perfectly. I cannot believe Orange Coast can run a buisness like this, it just makes you look like liars and cheats.

Kevin did a great job replacing the valve on our shower. He kept the dust to a minimum and cleaned up everything afterwards. The company also has done a great job over the years keeping our air conditioner functioning when we couldn't afford to replace it.

I had a toilet flange issue with an old cast iron flange. Called OCP and they said the could get a technician out between 2 and 5 pm. James Athens was the technician who came to evaluate issue. He quickly came up with an option to remove and replace flange and realign. James was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. I had a brand new toilet to install and we found a defect in the casting that leaked. Installed new toilet the next day and it fit perfectly to the new flange.
Orange Coast Plumbing was recommended by my realtor (who never uses
anyone else!). Good enough recommendaton for me so called for next day service as the other plumber cancelled at the last minute - OC Plumbing said they could come out during the time the water was scheduled to be turned off for 8 units in the complex. Service was the best I've ever experienced.
The work to replace a toilet valve was completed within minutes of when water was scheduled to be turned back on by the Association. Thank you so much.
My slab leak was extremely difficult to find. If it was not for the perseverance of Nolan and Erick, I would never have found it let alone been able to get it fixed. These guys never gave up. They had looked at every issue that it could have been and found the answer. I am extremely grateful to have these guys come into my home. They left it cleaner than when they came.

We had Steven N come out and take a look at our HVAC system and being a new home homer we did not realize the condition that it was in Steven explained everything to use from being able to get us going or a better solution to replacing the system we replaced the HVAC system and they where clean professional and very kind I would recommend them to everyone
They didn't install the water heater correctly and then wanted to charge me more to fix it and get it up to code which I find odd. Why wasn't it up to code the first time? I will never use this company ever again. Please look elsewhere and save yourself money and a job done that's done incorrectly. They also bent the metal door to the heater. Get someone who does it right the first time!
This last weekend we had a plumbing emergency that required our water be shut off and that the services of a plumber be obtained immediately. We contacted Orange Coast and after a few slight miscues regarding the expected time of arrival, one of their plumbers named Jesse, arrived early Saturday evening and got to work right away. By that time we were admittedly not in the best of moods, but he calmly took it all in stride and RAPIDLY corrected the problem far sooner than we had originally thought it would take! Thanks to his professionalism and expertise, if there had been any dismay before, it was quickly handled. The bottom line is thanks to the attitude of employees like Mr. Flores and the more than proficient way our problem was handled once he arrived, we ended up VERY PLEASED with the outcome, and will most definitely be calling Orange Coast Plumbing the next time any plumbing troubles should arise--and also recommend them to anyone in similar situation.

I reached out to Orange Coast Plumbing, because I had a through-wall AC unit that was making a buzzing and clunking sound and Orange Coast lists on their website that they repair similar type of units, Window AC units (orangecoastplumbing.net/…), so I called them to see if they also repair through-wall units, which I was hoping would be cheaper than the $400-500 for a new unit and they advised that they did repair through-wall type units. Karen and Kelly who I talked to over the phone were both friendly and pleasant in collecting my information and setting an appointment, and then giving me a 30 minute heads up before the technician arrived. The technician, Darryl, was also friendly; however, he came in looked at the unit, measured it and then proceeded to tell me that they don't repair these units, once they start having problems you just need to replace them and that he took the measurements and the office will get back to me with some options. He was in and out in ~5 minutes. This would have been nice to know before having someone come out. I could have just provided the measurements of the existing unit and asked for a quote to have it replaced, saving both of us a lot of time. The next day I got a call and emailed estimate of $2,110 to replace my AC unit, because it was a specialty item that needed to be ordered and the disposable of the existing system was more costly since it contained Freon. Specialty system? Home Depot and Lowe's both sell these items, but don't have them in stock, but Star Air Kontrol in Anaheim had them in stock for $400. So, I ended up just replacing it myself. Oh, and the disposal fee for an appliance with Freon is $5 at the OC landfill in San Juan Capistrano. I guess the extra $1,705 was going to be for labor, which took me, a guy who's DIY projects usually end up making things worse than when I started, was able to take out and put in a new unit and take the old one to the landfill in ~2 hours. In summary, my advice is if you plan on working with these guys, get a second opinion first.

With a second floor toilet spill over, I really appreciated that Nolan was on hand to investigate the problem. Also his very sharp hearing picked up a leak in the guest room john. The only reason for four stars is that they didn't arrive at the time originally specified. I should add that my usual plumber was booked and did recommend Orange Coast making me feel very comfortable in calling them
I would like to start out with a couple of positive points. Our plumber came on time and called to let us know when he would be arriving. When he was unable to unclog our drain, he did not charge us. The reason I have to leave an unfavorable review is that we were told that in order to fix our problem, we would need repairs and extra services that totaled up to $1795. My husband and I called another service for a second opinion. They came out and unclogged my drain in less than 15 minutes and only charged us $85.00. I hope this review helps others.

Had some issues with our tankless water heater water heater and Johnny Ray was prompt to respond and fit us in the next day. He knew exactly what was going wrong. The entire process was smooth and we had our water heater up a running in no time. He was on time, thorough and professional. Would definitely recommend to others!
This past week we used Orange Coast Plumbing twice, once for our home and second for a rental in the Bluffs, Newport Beach on a Sunday! Both times the servicemen were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They gave us an initial price for the exploratory work and a second price for completing the work. Both seemed reasonable. Our house had a half bath faucet leak that required opening an adjacent wall. My husband called Orange Coast at 2:45 p.m. and Kevin arrived at 3:30 p.m! Kevin accomplished the job in less than an hour and located the cause of the problem, electrolysis because the plumber that remodeled our home used copper and cast iron which caused the cast iron to fail. The cost was $766 for the exploratory and work completion, a price we thought was fair.
Our rental was a lot more complicated. The ceiling above the living room sprung a fast leak on a Saturday. We didn't get the urgent message until after 3 p.m. but Orange Coast still said the plumber would calls us between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to let us know when he would arrive. The job he was on turned out to be more complicated, but he would have come after 9 p.m. We chose to wait until tomorrow, which was fine with the tenant too. James arrived at 8:45 a.m. on Sunday & did an exploratory which revealed the ceiling leak and a second wall leak the size of a quarter between our unit & our neighbor's. Also, a second copper line in the ceiling would have caused another leak, but no telling how long it would last. We opted to have all three lines repaired since the ceiling and wall were already open. James found the giant part he needed for the wall at his warehouse and spent the day making the 3 repairs. We were impressed with his explanation of the problems, his thoroughness, and his perseverance during a long job. When he completed the jobs at 4 p.m. he explained what he had done, showed the pipes causing the problems, and gave a recommendation for the wall board repairs. With the scope of the work and it being completed on a Sunday, we were happy with the $2,200 price and would recommend Orange Coast Plumbing to anyone who asks. Kevin and James are both a credit to their profession and their company.
This company is great on the fact that they don't charge for coming out to check out the issue. I can't really rate for the service because nothing ended up needing fixing, just a small tweak suggested. I would highly recommend them because they were super friendly and straightforward :)
I had a main drain clog, called their office at 6 AM in the morning they answered the phone and had a technician on site within a few hours. The technician that showed up, Tayler, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and got the issue resolved very quick at a fair price.
Had a leak that needed repair quickly on a weekend, Saturday to be exact. Orange Coast Plumbing came out early in the next morning and solved problem. Many thanks to Jesse, who worked on leaking issue.
My husband and I just bought our first house. It's almost 50 years old but the inspection said everything is fine. Just to be safe, we called South Coast Plumbing to double check that everything is working as it should before we moved in. Steven came out promptly and looked around. He saw a few things that needed attention before they break. One of the toilets was not seated right, the refrigerator needed a line for water, an outdoor pipe needed to be replaced along with a pipe under a bathroom sink. We feel much better knowing he took preventative action rather than having to deal with an emergency later.

Bought a new toilet and didn't want to go through the hassle of installing it myself so I called Orange Coast Plumbing. They sent out Rock, and let me tell you this company continues to deliver! Their customer service is impeccable both in the office and in the field. He arrived cleaned and on time. His work was clean and top notch. I will forever use Orange Coast for all my plumbing needs.
My experience with Orange Coast Plumbing was exceptional. Nate was dispatched to camera a line, and identify the plumbing issue. He was professional, articulate and extremely knowledgeable and offered advice for future work.
This is not my first experience with Orange Coast Plumbing. They have come out to my company in Orange and Nate was of great assistance then along with his co-worker. .

This our first time using Orange Coast Plumbing. We had an emergency with a leaking issue with our tub and I have to say I'm extremely satisfied with the service we received from Henry C. Shoutout to Henry for the AMAZING work and the awesome customer service!!! He is very knowledgeable and made sure we were aware of what the issue was. We appreciated that he explained to us the details of what needed to be done or prepared us if a worse case scenario would occur so we wouldn't be blindsided. I needed a plumber to re-connect a faucet, dishwasher and garbage disposal after having new granite installed. I asked for an appointment using email on Thursday for Saturday, but they didn't look at their email until Friday, so they couldn't get me in. Cody came out first thing Monday morning and was on time (a plus). He spent 2 hours at my house and charged me $250/hr! Yes, the total was $500 plus $50 in parts for a simple installation. This is the most expensive plumber around. I do NOT recommend using them. I asked for a breakdown of the cost since it was so high and this is exactly what he told me....$500 in labor!

We've used Orange Coast Plumbing several times now because of the great service they provide. We had them replace our water heater several years ago, and at that time were told about the annual maintenance they offer for it (i.e., flushing out sediment). We scheduled the maintenance and Nolan and Nate were the ones who came out to do it. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and explained the process (since this was our first time having the maintenance done). We also asked them to look at a small leak around our washing machine. We had not mentioned this when making our water heater maintenance appointment, but they were happy to take a look. They determined the cause, and said they were able to stay and fix it too. This was a big job, but they were ready and willing. They were careful moving the washer across my floor and got the job done. I appreciate the care they take with my home and the good work ethic and attitude of everyone we've encountered from OCP. Thank you!
The work itself was good, although I think way over-priced (it was a relatively simple job). The biggest shortcoming concerns efforts to protect customers and workers from COVID19. The guy showed up in front of our door without a face mask, which is not professional in current times. He did get a cloth mask when I asked him to, but he had no shoe covers, cloves etc. He also touched door nobs etc without much of a reason. This was very different compared to a recent AC service we had, where the person showed up in an N95 mask, shoe covers, cloves, and mindful behavior.
We were having some plumbing issues at our house. Steven and Kevin came out to fix the issue under the house. They were both very friendly and professional. I would recommend Orange Coast Plumbing.
The service guy Johnny was great. Practiced social distancing and worse his mask the whole time. Great job on getting to the root of the problem (literally and figuratively! Thanks for a job well done.

After a failed attempt with my previous/long term plumber... Tom Moffett Plumbing and a request service my new house along with doing what was necessary to retain a long standing client ; my hand was forced to look elsewhere. In my search of 3-4 additional well branded plumbing companies, my search was over when I met Scott & Nolan, with Orange Coast Plumbing! Not only were they, informative, educational, thorough, and willing to take time to answer any of my questions and concerns; to top it off, their quote came in reasonably lower that all the others, without sparing any work that needed to be done! The absolute worst service experience of my life, had a simple restrap water heater request from a house inspection, they wanted to charge upwards of $600, negotiated down a bit, the tech left, I cleaned up after him, went to the shower had a cold one, thought that the tech forgot to turn the pilot on, no, they damaged my water heater, the pilot doesn't even work now, I have no hot water, wasn't even provided an invoice from the point of purchase. Absolutely worst service experience and they don't have the decency to send someone over right away, they give me a window hours away. It's one thing to be expensive, it's another to not be decent.
Manager Mark is too busy to take my call and discuss the damage his plumber caused to my water heater needing to call another company to replace.
This is my third review for this fine business. Each time I've had the pleasure of greeting (my friend) Reese Fandrich. Reese is the perfect example of a PRO. He is so skilled in the plumbing and A/C world it's hard to imagine anyone with better skills. This third visit was more my fault than anyone's but Reese tackled the Air Conditioning issue like it was serious. Turns out I thought we had a freon leak but not so. Meanwhile Reese did a complete review of the A/C unit, top to bottom just to make sure it was running exactly right. I cannot thank Orange Coast Plumbing and Air and especially Reese Fandrich. They are absolutely top drawer in Orange County and I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing or A/C issue.
This is a great company. Tayler did a wonderful job! She scanned and searched for dis-continued parts for my two ToTo toilets, after searching Lowe's and Home Depot. Upon finding the parts, she professionally and efficiently made the repairs.
Tayler was smart, easy to work with and knew what she was doing. Will definitely use them again!

After using various plumbers over the years, ranging from completely inept to decent quality, I have been most impressed with my initial visit from Trevor of Orange Coast Plumbing. There was some trepidation in calling such a large company, but their dispatch service was detailed and prompt, returning calls precisely when promised.
When Trevor arrived (service fee is very reasonable, btw) he identified the problem immediately, correctly, and managed to fix it in the most efficient way. I was particularly impressed with his long-view of repairs. He didn't just try to get it done quick without regard for future potential upkeep/repairs.
Pricing was reasonable too, as good or better than other plumbers who aren't as good.

Reese and his partner discovered a bad flange when they came to replace my toilet. Despite the extra work needed to install a new flange, they got the job done quickly and well. Friendly, professional, and competent people. The phone staff at the office are easy to work with too.
We had overflowing sinks in our condo's kitchen. I called Orange Coast Plumbing and asked for Nolan to come. He was on time and did a great job to clean the pipes under the sink which were packed by grease and he also used snake to clear the pipes all the way to the main drain. He then, recommended to replace the pipes under the sink . We first didn't want to do it but, after he left we observed water was leaking from a joint and called him to come back. He did come back after a few hours and did a good job replacing the old pipes. His price was fair and we're happy to find this company and Nolan is the one we would request once we need a good plumber. Thanks Nolan we appreciate your professionalism.
They were very quick to get someone out to the house right away. They acknowledged the problem right away. Dottie from the main office was extremely nice and patient.
They diagnosed and cleared my drain in 20 minutes. They are a bit more expensive but WELL worth it, my time is worth more than a few dollars. It was a stress free experience.

We needed repairs to both toilets, one with a bad hose, and the other needing a new handle mechanism which kept sticking, along with a shower valve handle which was hard to turn on and off. It was easy to schedule a timely appointment. Our technician, Rock, was very professional and friendly. He completed our needed repairs very quickly, and left everything clean. The final bill was actually less than the initial estimate. We were extremely satisfied with the service provided by Orange Coast Plumbing.
Two weeks ago, at around 8:30am we lost all water pressure in our home including the outside water. IRWD came out and said the problem was in the house and probably the water pressure regulator valve. I contacted Orange Coast Plumbing and they said someone was available today between 2-5pm. Chris arrived at 5:30pm (I was called before 5pm and notified he was running late). After a lot of discussion, many phone calls with other companies (Fire Sprinkler, Water Softener, etc.), testing the water pressure regulator valve, it was determined the problem was the main water line in the house went to a solenoid that was bad. Later we determined this solenoid was a code requirement in 2014 to manage the water pressure when the fire sprinkler alarm went off (as of 2015 this was no longer required). Chris stayed calm through this very frustrating problem and although he wasn't able to get it fixed, he was able to help us determine the actual problem and stayed until we had a plan to get it fixed. Just wanted to say Thank you to Chris and Joe for helping us work through this issue!
My daughter had a flood in her small house and we needed to get someone out as soon as possible. I had contacted our usual plumber but they couldn't come out until the next day. I contacted Orange Coast Plumbing and spoke with Dottie who said they could have someone out that day. The person who came was Jeff Montgomery. He looked at what was going on and assessed what he could do and gave me options with solutions. He worked hard to unclog the pipe and also installed a new garbage disposal. He was a great person who really cared about what needed to be done and we thanked him for doing an excellent job. I would recommend Jeff and this company for your plumbing needs.

I've been a customer of Orange Coast Plumbing for 15+ years (2 houses) and have always been pleased with their service. Luckily, I hadn't had a need for service till this week when my downstairs toilet overflowed and flooded three rooms after doing a load of laundry!
Nate came out and diagnosed the problem related to the main line. It was a big job--involving special equipment and a camera--but he did it in a timely manner, explaining to me every step involved. He did a fantastic job!
I highly recommend using Orange Coast Plumbing for any plumbing problem. Ethical, on time, friendly and conscientious!
These folks came out to my house about two weeks ago because sewage was backing up from the shower and flooded the bathroom and part of the downstairs. They ran a snake and removed some roots and charged us $250.00. Two weeks later, today, the same problem happened, and we called to get them back out. I told them I was very unhappy, and the lady from customer service said I just answer the phone. I said I wanted them to come back and fix the problem because it was never fixed correctly the first time, and that they overcharged. She reiterated that roots grow and they don't guarantee against them not returning. I told them that was ridiculous, and that I was going to have to complain as a consumer. She then notified her manager, who said they would have come out to fix the problem for free, but was bitter that I mentioned I was already very upset and in the process of writing them this review. This is the worst company I have experienced working with in as long as I can remember. We decided to start over with a more reputable company. These people will rip you off!

This morning I woke up with water coming out of the ceiling in my kitchen. I called Orange Coast Plumbing and they responded quickly. Colton and Danny were the technicians who fixed my leaky pipe. While at my home they noticed my upstairs sink wasn't flowing properly. They went above and beyond their call this morning and proceeded to fix my sink upstairs as well. Hard workers, efficient and appreciate all they did to get things fixed in my home!!
Their office person told me over the phone there was no service charge for them to give me an estimate. Yet when Chuck the plumber got there, he needed to take a closer look at the issue to determine what needed to be done to fix the leaking shower valve and to be able to give me an estimate. Because he took a tool out of his bag to take a look, he said he gets to charge a service call now even though he did not do the work.
I will not use them for the overpriced estimate they gave me, and don't believe it when they say there is no service charge for them to give you a so-called free estimate!!!
They charge for everything here and they are overpriced in their estimates!
These guys saved my butt. I had another service tell me my central air would have to be replaced at a cost of $6-7,000. I was actually getting estimates for a new unit when Orange Coast Plumbing (Darryl) happened by to service a neighbor and fixed the system in a half hour.
Isiah returned the next day and completed a water valve repair that he had promised to do. Even though it was raining profusely that didn't deter him from completing the work in a professional and cheerful manner. I'd like to learn how Orange Coast manages to hire and retain such exceptional people. I'd like to apply that in my business. Thanks again!

First off, when I called I spoke to a female whose name I can't remember that did a wonderful job getting my information and setting an appointment for the following day. The next day, Jeff came smack dab in the middle of the two hour time window which I appreciate. So often repair people come in the last 5 minutes making the whole ordeal taking much longer. He gave sound advice and was clear in his explanations. He worked efficiently and noticed a mistake that another plumber made that could have been an issue down the line. He took pictures and explained the issue and did not pressure me to get it fixed, so I did. I don't respond well to getting the hard sell. All in all, I would reach back out to Orange Coast for any future plumbing needs. As for the price, it was fair. I find that going with the cheapest plumber usually gets you what you pay for. Finally, he explained the new faucet and all of the things that came with it. Great service.

The 2 plumbers, Anthony and Curt, we're incredibly professional. They even arrived early. They were knowledgeable and efficient and completed the job perfectly and quickly. The company was so helpful. I called on a Sunday morning, Labor Day weekend, at 9:30am. And a plumber was at my house 30 minutes later. A job well done. I will definitely use this plumbing company for any future problems.
Our drain was clogged and causing our washing machine to backup and overflow. They had Jon come out within 2 hours from me calling. I couldn't believe it. Jon was prompt, knowledgeable, and quick. Alex did a great job. Our faucet broke and we needed a new faucet ASAP. He explained everything and was very professional. I am very happy with my faucet install and the additional plumbing issues he attended to while at my house.
He took the time to clean the sink under the old faucet and went and bought a piece that would match better for our sink during his lunch errands. He wanted me to be happy rather than just rushing through the service. He checked the water pressure and levels to make sure everything was running smoothly before he left.

We had no idea what to do as there was a lot of damage- Jim was so nice and set us up with Jarvis Restoration who came out immediately- Jim did not charge us he was truly a lifesaver. Without his help we do not know what we would have done. Response to my query about pricing, via Yelp, was prompt - i am very happy about that! I like it that a free assessment / evaluation was offered for free. The appointment schedule was also available for the day i requested. On the appointed day, during the 2-hour window, i was given a call about 20 minutes before the tech was going to arrive. After the situation was assessed by Orange Coast Plumbing's tech, Nolan, I was provided with an estimate with details of how much parts and service need to be done and the guarantee of parts & labor. Finding that proposal reasonable and that the work can be completed within the time of my availability', I approved that work be done. So far, I am loving the work being done on my bathroom sink. Nolan worked efficiently, has all the fittings, etc, available; work area is kept clean, and quality is neat and excellent. I'll post photos after work is completed!

Nolan rocked! He arrived at 5pm to install new washing machine shutoff valves and was finished by 5:20. Very friendly, professional and he came all masked up. I was pleasantly surprised to have our plumbing issue solved within 3 hours from time of discovery to time of fix. That's service:)

Middle of the afternoon drain stoppage at our commercial building. I called OCP and they sent out Chris and Colton within an hour. I provided the faucets so he knocked it down to $650. Still outrageous. There's not many people on the planet that deserve a $325 an hour labor rate!

Best Plumbing Company we've ever dealt with and very responsive as well. They handled our issue with our toilet quickly and with unmatched expertise. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
Their price quote was off the roof! Estimated $1,315 for a small job of installing a reversed osmosis water system in the kitchen. It does not even require to drill a hole! The quote was 4 times of other plumber's quote.

I am writing this for my mother. She had an issue with the bathtub not getting enough water pressure. Joe and Jill were very prompt with our request. They dispatched a technician out in a very timely matter.
John was her technician. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He wore his booties his mask and his company uniform. He was extremely polite and clean. He explained why I was having these issues. He kept at it until he and I were satisfied. The young man was very professional.

My family and I have relied on Orange Coast Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs since moving to Huntington Beach in 2008. Last year they replaced our old water heater with a larger, more energy efficient model. This year they resolved a recurring problem with the sewer line periodically backing up by pressure washing the line and shooting a new pipe liner that is guaranteed for 50 years. They always call to let us know that a technician is on the way and follow-up with us afterwards to make sure that we are satisfied with the work that was performed. Total sham. Came out and told us our whole AC unit needed to be replaced for $11K. Had a second opinion done and the guy was able to fix for less then $800. The cause? Disconnected wires. Wish I could get my $150 service fee back. Waste of money.
Had a kittdrain clog so I called Orange Coast Plumbing. They arrived the same day I called them. Eric arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. He was very organized, clean and friendly. Cleaned up after himself. I will recommend Eric the next time I need a plumber. I've used Orange Coast Plumbing before. Great experience from answering the phone to job completion. Had an emergency call and they were there within an hour. Repair man (Stephen) was outstanding. Pricing was extremely fair. Love the fact that they're available seven days a week, 365, even for emergency calls. (Why is it plumbing problems always occur only at 5:00 or later on a Friday? ;-)

Tile shower had a broken cast iron drain. At least I thought it did. I called Orange Coast to see if they could put a camera in it to confirm.
First of all, they sent me a text immediately with all the details of date and time. Then they sent a text with arrival time! Who does that?
Nate came, spent a few minutes looking at it. confirmed it was busted and a big tile repair job. No need to use the camera. NO CHARGE! Who does that?
They followed up with a phone call to see if everything was satisfactory and then sent an invoice for zero dollars. I expected to pay at least a show up charge, but nope. zero.
I was impressed! Thank you OCP for the quick service, and professional approach. You'll get my business again, and actually get to do some work and get paid.

Scott found the problem quickly and had a couple replacement faucets in his truck so I didn't have to waste my time shopping for one. He installed the new one and was on his way. Later that night we realized that we like the new one better than our old one, which is always a bonus.
DO NOT get your services done with this company. They deserve 0 stars for the way they perform their work as well as the way they treat their customers. When I called for a leaky hot water unit in our home, the company said a technician will come out for free to give an estimate of the issue. However, the technician, Henry, who came to assess the situation said the only way he would be able to perform a diagnostic is to change the valves and flux lines for $549 to determine what the issue is. After I called my fiancé and had him speak to Henry on the phone, the price suddenly dropped to $244. The only way he could diagnose the issue was to change the flux lines. Henry changed those lines, only to come to me after saying my original lines he just changed didn't have any issues but yet, proceeded to charge me. Since that moment he tried fixing the issue at hand, I have had 10X the amount of water leaking from my unit compared to before he came. I spoke with his supervisor Joe to raise our concerns regarding the work that Henry performed only for Joe to trycutting me off multiple times during the conversation and hanging up on me when he got frustrated with the call. I am EXTREMELY disappointed by Joe's management skills (or lack thereof) as well as how Joe tried handling a customer issue. This company did NOT live up to it's 100% satisfactory company model. Please do yourself and your wallet a favor and go with another plumbing company. Also if you're a female, they will FULLY take advantage of you and up charge their pricing thinking you won't notice.
Loved that they showed up on a mask and asked if they should wear gloves as well. Safety is promoted. The issues were explained thoroughly and satisfied with the repairs made. I've been calling in OCP for many years now. Scheduling is easy; technicians are knowledgeable and reliable. Today Kevin was our technician and he was great.
I have been using Orange Coast for over 30 years and have always been impressed with their integrity and professionalism. Recently, we had a main line blockage that was a real problem. We thought it might involve trenching and a hugh financial hit, but Orange Coast came out, ran a video down the line and determined that the work required just routine maintenance. Every step of the way, I felt that they were concerned with how they spent my money. I would call them conservative in their approach to our problem. My wife is very happy with the results. Thank you very much for years of good service.
We needed some major work in our kitchen to redesign and update the drain line for our kitchen sink. Thomas and Joe did a great job; showed us what helped us to understand the issues we had due to an older remodel. Work was done in a couple of hours; no mess. They even suggested we contact the City of Lake Forest to alert staff about a shut-off valve that wouldn't shut off completely. Luckily, being downhill at the lowest part of our driveway, water drained away so they could solder the connection and finish their work.
This was bigger job than we anticipated but both Thomas and Joe were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. We will definitely call on Orange Coast Plumbing when we have another plumbing problem. In a 50-year-old home, that's pretty much guaranteed!
At least we won't panic, we know who we'll call. Thanks guys!

I have used them twice (once for A/C, once for heater; not plumbing yet) and both times they were able to come out same day (even in the dead of summer when other companies were booking weeks out into the future) and fixed the issue so my home was comfortable within hours. They always pick up their phone. The comments by other yelpers about them being pricey may be true but it was worth the quick service I got.
Kevin was very informative about the situation. He wore a mask during the entire job and was very professional. He explained each step carefully and provided pictures of each step. Extremely polite.
We definitely would recommend Keven and OC Plumbing-5 Stars.

Orange Coast Plumbing was able to send out Johnny Ray to us very quickly. I had a pipe burst early in the morning and didn't know if I would have water by the end of day. Upon arrival he understood my concerns and assured me that water would be back on shortly. Sure enough the job was complete within the hour including testing and cleanup. Johnny Ray's professionalism and excellent workmanship helped make my nerve racking pipe burst situation far less painful than I originally anticipated. Orange Coast's quick response also helped me coordinate my day by sending text message updates before and after the job was complete to assure that I was satisfied. I highly recommend Johnny Ray for any plumbing repairs, preventative maintenance and especially emergencies.

I call their Mission Viejo office number, asked the girl who answered that I needed a quote to remove an all-in-one Kitchen sink faucet and install a replacement I already had. She took my number and said she would text a plumber who'd call me right away .... yeah sure, NEVER called. I removed it myself and installed the new one. Their Yellow Pages advert: Superfast Response ... yeah BS! All these Plumbers are over-priced p/hr, you'd think that they had a PhD instead of just a HS deploma (if that).

He determined it was a slab leak and had to use his snake thing and cut
walls to check the pipes. Finally found and capped off..
Jeff was so patient, and nice to us and was here until 11pm.
He promised to return and reroute through the attic for minimal drywall damage. He showed up as promised with Reese and they went right to work for 3-4 hours. Cleaned up everything when they finished.
Jeff and Reese are both very polite, courteous, fun and caring.
Great guys that we will request if we need anything in the future.

I have had Orange Coast Plumbing out to my house a couple of times for small plumbing jobs, so did not hesitate to call them when my main water line started leaking. Steven and Anthony were able to completely replace my broken main water line in only 2 days! Several of my neighbors have had the same thing happen to them, but the replacement took a week or more.

We have been using OCP for the past two years for various jobs and repairs. Each time, the technician that comes out is friendly, polite, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Their prices are also very fair. Today, we had Jesse Flores come out because we had no hot water. He arrived around noon to diagnose the problem and determined that our old tankless water heater needs to be replaced. This is a big job and he originally said that he could pick up the parts today and install the next day. Being without water for already 24 hours, I simply asked anyway to get it done today? That's all it took and Jesse went into super customer service mode. He just left and it's 10pm. He said he just wanted to make sure that my two young kids get hot water tonight and they were so thankful. Jesse is an awesome dude. We have used this company even when we only owned a part-time home here going back to 1999 and they have consistently delivered above and beyond, time and again. Steven and Darrell (sp?) just left after being here all day on emergency sewer line issue. They were here all afternoon and Steven was here all morning as well diagnosing the problem. It's now 7 o'clock and they just left. Completely professional, pleasant and accommodating, they absolutely did everything to get this job done and do their best not to inconvenience us and our neighbors. I just cannot say enough good things about this company. When I told my ex what was happening the first thing he said when I told him I had called Orange Coast was that I did the right thing by calling them and then he went on to reminisce about lovely conversations he had years ago with Morgan. Orange Coast Plumbing tech told us the furnace and air unit had stopped functioning because it was not properly installed. I called the supervisor and told him Orange Coast had installed the unit several years ago. I still had the invoice and paper work. I asked for a discount for a new unit which was required.
He would not address the issue of the installation. Needless to say I did not have Orange Coast install a new unit.
I've used Orange Coast Plumbing for years now. They do excellent work at a fair price. Highly recommend.

I've used Orange Coast Plumbing for several years for my home and office. They show up on time, work hard, and do good, clean work at a reasonable price. Recently, I contacted them about a pinhole leak in an outdoor copper water pipe that they installed about a year ago. They repaired it the next day, no charge. Their technicians are friendly and competent. They listen carefully, and then explain exactly what they propose to do. I'm very satisfied with their service.
I honestly don't understand how even a novice plumber could make so many mistakes.
1. The escutcheon was not installed flush with the tile, and the handle wasn't inserted all the way in. With some usage of the handle it will eventually wiggle and the silicone would detach from the tile, creating a leak.
2. Poor and messy caulk job.
3. Sealed the weep holes at the bottom.
4. Did not ask me which color caulk to use.
When I called to complain they said they were looking into it, and never bothered to apologize or offer me a refund.
This company might be able to unclog your drain but I would not hire them for anything more complicated.
Edit: one of the managers called me and basically accused me of being a liar and said that their plumber had notified me it would be installed this way. Except he *never* said anything until I brought it up. He also said that it's waterproof because of the caulking, but then snuck in some verbiage into the invoice (which was only generated *after* he was done) that there's no warranty for leaks.
These guys are super dependable, knowledgeable, honest, and do a great job. I had a couple of clogged sinks in the house and Erick from OCP fixed them right up. He did it super quickly too! My interactions with all the folks have been very pleasant. Overall it was quick to book and have them come out to the house too. Fair prices, really couldn't ask for more from a plumbing company!
These guys are terrible. I called to get my drain line cleared from the washing machine in the garage. This was not the first time I had had this problem and my previous plumber had cleared it with a snake and it worked fine. The plumber from this outfit came out and told me that it couldn't be snaked because the pipe had a right angle that prevented the snake from going through. Funny that it developed this right angle since the previous plumber performed a successful clearing. My mistake was that I let this guy talk me into replacing several fittings. It wasn't bad enough that he charged me $697 but then he didn't even repair the wall that he had removed. The entire job didn't even take an hour and the hardware couldn't have cost more than $70. To charge $697 and then to leave without completing the job was adding insult to injury. When I called to complain they told me that they would have the repairman call me right back. He didn't call. I stopped payment on the check to get my wall fixed. Now they're denying that I called and they're charging me for a cancelled check.
If you use these guys after reading this summary of my experience prepare to be overcharged, lied to, prepare to need a handyman to complete the job and in general prepare to be disappointed. Continue your on-line search or call a neighbor and ask for a referral. These guys are bad news.
When we needed to repair and remodel both upstairs bathrooms at the same time, we went out to bid with three plumbing companies. Orange Coast Plumbing was referred to us by a trusted local realtor as the company to call. Although the price was a bit higher than other bids, the value and quality of service we received more than offset the difference in cost.
The initial scope of our project was to open the common wall between our master and guest bathrooms to repair a major leak and replace all plumbing with new copper pipes. Replacing the pipes created the opportunity to resurface the tubs and replace the flooring, toilets, vanity and the rest of the plumbing fixtures for the sinks and showers. Lastly, we needed the sink in our downstairs half bath replaced due to rust, so we added it to the list.
We placed a call to Orange Coast Plumbing for a quote in the afternoon and our plumber, Rock, arrived early the next morning. It was clear from our initial meeting with Rock that he had the technical/professional skills and experience needed to complete our project on time, on budget, and with excellence. Seeing that we are tall people, he suggested we move the hole for the shower head higher to give us a spa-like effect which was awesome! And while it is not his practice to recommend faucets, he offered knowledge on how to evaluate each product based on our requirements. This was invaluable in helping us to make the right design decisions.
There were no surprises with Rock. He was very communicative and considerate. We appreciated how he let us know the frequency and length of time needed to shut off the water. He was also very flexible about working his schedule around other contractors we brought in to do flooring, drywall, painting, and tub resurfacing. We only had three weeks to get everything done and for this project, and we could meet our timelines only because we had skilled professionals like Rock from Orange Coast Plumbing.
In our house, Orange Coast Plumbing, and Rock, are on speed dial for any future plumbing needs. We believe they are #1 in Orange County and highly recommend them to others!
Very shady operation. They get you in with the minimum charge then hit you with ridiculous upcharges. Had them out to replace a wax ring on a toilet that was leaking. They proceeded to tell me the flange was bad, which is probably correct. After 20 minutes in his truck came back with an estimate for over $1,500 to replace the flange. Then recommended Hydrojetting for $1,600. The toilet is less than 30 ft from the main line in the street. So far out of the reasonable range for this work. I would never recommend them unless you want to be grossly overcharged.
Our toilet flooded and they came out within hours. Jessie was our plumber and he was awesome. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative. I highly recommend this company. Thanks OC Plumbing.
My master shower was leaking hot water out of the shower head when turned off. I called OCP and they made an appointment for the following day. I was given a 3 hour window with notification that they were on their way within a 1/2 hour of showing up. Once here the very polite and kind worker Isaiah took a look at the problem and knew right away what was causing it. He gave me a minimum best case scenario and the worst case scenario. As he started the work he continuously informed me of the steps he would be taking and did everything he could to avoid cutting into the wall to fix the problem. Thankfully he avoided that and was able to save me a few dollars and the chore of finding someone to replace the drywall. It was a pricing fix but without a doubt know that it was a honest quote and a very well job done. I am very happy with the fix and I highly recommend OCP and Isaiah!
We attempted to repair a leak under our sink on a Sunday afternoon and after getting completely soaked, needed to call a plumber...we were obviously out of our league. Of course almost everywhere we've used before was closed on Sunday, so I came across Orange Coast plumbing and not only were they open, they had a quick window of when someone would come by. The gentleman came by and fixed everything up quickly and for a reasonable price for the turnaround time they provided. We will definitely be keeping their number saved.

My tenant called telling me that his kitchen sink was clogged and water wasn't draining. I called Orange Coast plumbing and they quickly answered. I didn't have to wait. They had my profile pulled up ready to ask me about the issues. They pulled the house history and asked me if there was any of the issues I had previously called about. The responder then communicated with the plumber to tell them the issue. They send you a convenient text with the plumbers picture and contact information in case you need to modify. Once Nate got my issue, he called me to prepare for his trip to my rental property. He asked me routine questions like if there's parking nearby, previous issues, and about how the estimate works. Nate arrived, dealt with the tenants, fixed the issues and recommended more preventative measures. OCP make having issues easy and they fix them efficiently. They accept online payments with credit cards. I never have to worry about being on my rental property for them to do the job. They always keep me in the loop and resolve everything. Reasonable prices for everything. Best pluming company in the OC. Will recommend to everyone.

My daughters roommates toilet was flooding the bathroom, OC plumbing called stated they would be out next day. Technician arrived diagnosed the toilet tank components needed replacement and the toilet needed unclogging. Although everything done well and correctly OC plumbing charged 720 .00 dollars! Parts are maybe 50 dollars, so they charged 600 dollar labor ? Outrageously overpriced!
We had an emergency burst pipe issue in the middle of the night. Orange Coast Plumbing responded promptly, by sending out Anthony. Within a short period of time, Anthony was able to identify the location of the leak. He then proceeded to take the appropriate steps to fix the problem. Anthony clearly explained everything that he was doing and was extremely professional. We are so thankful to Anthony and Orange Coast Plumbing! If you have the opportunity, request Anthony!
Taylor and Henry were great. They replaced our old water heater and did a great job. Everything was neat and tidy when they finished.
Nolan came to work on a busted shower faucet. He was on time, professional, courteous and the work was done just right.

Complete sham.
We recently remodeled our bathroom and after a couple of weeks we had a toilet stoppage the day after Christmas. We did a Google search and called Orange Coast Plumbing.
Started out as expected. We were given a price of $225 to unclog the toilet, a bit pricey. After about thirty minutes the tech, Jesse broke his auger and informed us, and I quote, 'I'm assuming this toilet hasn't worked since the installation. No, we told him it had worked for weeks. His exact words were, Then I have no idea. We should have stopped then.
We were desperate and so we let him continue. Now remember we were quoted $225.
First - Pulled toilet and attempted to run a snake couldn't get it cleared, an additional $225.
Second - Ran a sewer camera from the roof vent, an additional $425.
Third - I had to help him lift his heavy equipment onto the roof for a second try at clearing the line, an additional $125.
Lastly - Reinstalled the toilet, an additional $375.19
For a grand total of $1,132.19
Three hours, nearly to the minute after Jesse left, our sink in the kitchen was clogged and we have to call another plumber. What amazing work.
My favorite part is that after Jesse just hosed us, he tried to guide me onto Google to write a review. He even told me what to write. He said to say something like, Orange Coast Plumbing came out and helped us in a jam, or some nonsense like that. So, we get ripped off and then the tech tries to coax me onto writing a lie. Very professional.
Be warned, either the techs that work for this company have no idea what they are doing, or they are purposefully trying to rip you off. Either way, beware.

I would give them 5 stars for the actual work done and speed of attending to our disposal not working, but the price for the installation of an appliance that costs about $115.00 was too high in my opinion. Total bill was nearly $600. I should've waited and compared prices. Other than that their plumber was clean, courteous and did a fine job of installing the new disposal. Next time I'll ask about pricing before they show up....
Had a slab leak that got fixed that day. Alex Worked hard and didn't stop until it was done.
Robert was prompt and efficient. Solved the problem quickly and economically. Actually returned the following day to make sure everything was in working order. We were very impressed with the service offered and performed. Thank you.

We had issues with our furnace. I thought it was just the thermostat that needed replacing, so I called several companies, and booked an appointment with the first one that could see us same-day (NOTE: This was not Orange Coast Plumbing on this first call). A service rep came out that evening, examined the furnace, and told us he would like to bring back another technician the following day for a second set of eyes. I should have known at that point, I was in trouble. Was this the closer, like you see at a used car lot? They arrived next day, went through both my furnace, and attic, and told me I needed a new furnace, new ducting in my attic, and it would be a good idea to replace the air conditioner at the same time! Wait a minute - I was expecting a simple thermostat call! They gave me quotes of $14,000, $21,000, and $25,000 for three different options. I told these technicians I was definitely going to get a second opinion. Called Orange Coast Plumbing and made an appointment for the following day (meanwhile, we froze that night, as the first techs forgot to turn the gas back on, and we had no heat during a cold spell!) Reese Fandrich from Orange Coast Plumbing arrived next day, and went through the furnace. He could find nothing wrong with it. He allowed it to run for over an hour, looking for anything that might have looked suspicious - nothing! I pointed out a few parts that the first technicians had said were bad, and Reese checked them out - they were just fine! Reese did end up putting in a new thermostat and filter, and we are so grateful for Reese's honesty and integrity in handling this service call!

On December 9th, 2021 we had an issue that all home owners fear, an eroded pipe that resulted in a flooding of our kitchen. To say we were overwhelmed was an understatement.
We called OCP after checking out their website and seeing quite a few positive review, we were not disappointed. Kevin from OCP was out within 2 hours and walked us through each step of the resolution. He was professional, knowledgeable, and walked us through each step of the remediation.
I am thankful for the work they did and the follow up they provided. I would highly recommend OCP to friends and family if they should find themselves with sudden wave of water surging out from underneath the kitchen pipes.

I needed a plumber and Orange Coast Plumbing had the most positive reviews. When I called, the lady who answered was very accommodating, very polite and very nice. I was impressed right away. She told me that the plumber had a cancellation so Giovanni came an hour earlier than the appointment time which was what I actually preferred, since it was a long 4th of July weekend and had to go somewhere else. He was very courteous, very professional and very knowledgeable with his craft. He not only uninstalled the old kitchen faucet, he also offered to do some caulking on the back area before installing the new one. He also offered to install the liquid soap dispenser I bought to match the new faucet. And the towel I put underneath the sink, he even folded nicely. He made sure the area where he worked was clean and tidy before leaving. This is the first time I received an exceptional work job at home. Awesome! Awesome Awesome!

I just had James from OC Plumbing come out and test my house for a slab leak. No slab leak was found. Thank God! He found a leak under my sink and fixed it righr away. Yes the work was expensive but it was done right away and I thought he was honest. He showed my son the leak and did a pressure test to make sure there were no additional leaks. Because of the leak being there for awhile, he recommended a restoration company to check for mold and to do replacement cabinets. He was quick and courteous and honest. We felt he did a good job and explained everything to us in laymen's terms. I would recommend the company because I felt he was honest.
Orange Coast Plumbing was very professional working with us when our main sewer line backed up. Nolan, after clearing our plumbing issue scoped our sewer line to see why we were having issue with our main sewer line and was able to show us that roots had managed to block our pipes restricting the drainage. We had OC Plumbing install a new flush out drain outside and they worked to get all the roots removed.
Great job OC Plumbing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great service. On time and clean. Nolan explained my choices for fixing or replacing a leaking faucet I appreciated his advice. This company and Nolan do great work. I'll have them back when our new faucets are ready for installation.
Had some serious water pressure issues that has been plaguing my house for a few months now. I had a few plumbers out who told me there was no issue and told me that my water was fine @ 60psi. Nolan R. came out. I showed them the water flow from my faucet (and my backyard, and my bathrooms) and after some testing, he found that while the water was sitting @ 60psi, it wasn't staying constant at 60psi. He showed me how it dropped to 10psi from 60psi. Turns out I had a faulty pressure regulator that the other plumbers missed.
Nolan did a great job reassembling my piping at the main line and put on a new shut-off valve and pressure regulator, and about an hour later my pressure was back to normal. Highly recommend Nolan!
From re-plumbing our whole house to snaking a drain or converting a fireplace from wood-burning to gas, these guys are the BEST! We've been using Orange Coast Plumbing for 10 years and they're always responsive, and reliable.
I appreciate the service and quick response. I will say, however, I went with someone else for the recommended work because of their price gouging. To change an internal shower valve the estimate was $1400!!! This was $1000-$1100 more than the other plumbers I use. I feel bad for the folks who don't know better and will pay this type of price. Again the price was over $1000 more than 3 other estimates. $1400 for a $200 part. This price gouging of your local citizens is just sad and a disservice. There are some great plumbers out there that make an honest living please do yourself a favor and go find them. Also other reviews indicate the same issue.

John & Nolan came out today to address why my toilets clog so easily. Come to find out I have about 30 year old toilets! So they installed 2 new toilets & did a great job! They were both very kind, respectful and worked efficiently. 5 stars to both of them! I would recommend them to my family & friends.
Scheduling was a bit difficult, but the results were pretty amazing. The gentleman who came out knew exactly what he was doing, did a great job, and got it done on time. He also had excellent communication with everyone involved. It certainly wasn't cheap, but the experience was definitely five stars.

We had a sewage odor in one of our bathrooms and noises coming from the pipes when we flushed the toilet. We called Orange Coast plumbing and they were able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for us. Jeff arrived at our house within the scheduled time frame. He was able to diagnose and clearly explain what was causing our issues, and how he would repair them. Also, he noticed that a pipe and a pressure valve in front of our house needed replacement. Came to fix my grandparents toilet.
He was friendly, and patient. My grandfather had a million and one unnecessary questions to ask and Kevin answered with ease. He was in and out and got the job done. Overall happy with the experience and grandparents are satisfied.
I work for a local nonprofit and we are sometimes hesitant to call for service since we aren't cash heavy. But we've needed a plumber recently, a few times, and Orange Coast Plumbing has come to our rescue, specifically Tayler Full. Tayler is incredibly knowledgeable and is quick to easily explain what the issues is, what you'll need to get it fixed and is quick to do a great job. These last few jobs, we've asked for Tayler by name and she has been spot on with her work, her professionalism and candor when it comes to doing her job. While we hope we won't be needing a plumber anytime in the near future, we won't hesitate to call OCP and ask for Tayler to come out.
This is my 2nd time calling OC plumbing and I'm very satisfied with the repair process and the dedication to fixing a major plumbing issue. Stephen N. explained the problem and what repairs were needed.
Don't use these guys!! My disabled mother-in-law found them in her church bulletin and they charged her $400 to change a gas valve that should have cost a $100 - $150. Very dishonest!

Had an air conditioner leak last year. I called them because they originally installed the new system. They spent two days here said they found the leak added a lot of freon and charged me $3,600. Now, a year later I had another company come because my system isn't working and still has a leak somewhere in the line. The first guy they sent last year was just out of school and had to call somebody more experienced to help him. I was told by an honest heating company that I was ripped off last year and way over charged. Also it takes a pressure test for a long amount of time to find out where the leak in the line is coming from.
Orange Coast Plumbing (OCP) is fantastic in all aspects! I had some leaking shut-off valves, called OCP in the morning, and they sent Steven to my house that afternoon. Steven is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, responsive, etc. He quickly replaced the valves, even in a difficult situation (one of the valves was in an odd and difficult to access location). He also identified an issue with the pressure in my closed-loop system and recommended an effective and relatively inexpensive fix to prevent issues in the future. Despite me noting that the issue had clearly been there for a long time and there was no significant urgency, he came back two days later to complete the fix. I am very impressed with Steven and OCP, and would highly recommend that you contact them for your plumbing needs.
A slow leak developed in the water pipe that feeds the water tube to my refrigerator's automatic icemaker. Water was leaking across my kitchen floor, so I had to pull out my fridge and put a bucket under it. I didn't discover this until late in the day. I called Orange Coast Plumbing and requested help. A plumber (Nolan) arrived within an hour. He was knowledgeable, professional and competent. He patiently waited while I notified the three other neighbors in my condo quadplex that we needed to shut off the water. He was able to replace the valve and get things all back to normal within an hour. I felt the price charged was very fair and reasonable for the time it took and the time of day that he finished the work. Thank you Maria who answered the phone at Orange Coast Plumbing and Nolan the plumber who did the work. Well done!

They are extremely reliable and fast. I called and within 2 hours they were at my house. They were very friendly and efficient. They finished the job in less than 1 hour! came out today. they told me they fix units like mine all the time. was told if it wasn't able to be fixed they could install a new one. the guy gets here and tells me they don't fix units like mine. He then proceeds to give me an estimate for a new through the wall air conditioner at a cost of $2,300. I should have checked reviews on here first. Reoccurring theme on here of people being overcharged. A reasonable estimate for this job at the high end would be about $1,000. Clearly they are not honest and take advantage of someone without a/c during a heat wave and would do so in other situations as well. I would never use this company again and unless you want to be ripped off my suggestion is anyone thinking about using them, should reconsider.
First time using OCP. The technician arrived shortly after notification. Jeff did a great job diagnosing the problem and the clog was resolved with minimal effort. Great guy! Easy, no hassle, same day service- Much appreciated!

It is the 4th ofJuly and of course we have a plumbing stoppage. We called a couple of plumbers that advertised they were open. None of them could get to us till the 5th. Orange Coast Plumbing gave us a 3 hour window later in the day and arrived after calling an hour early.
The stoppage was bad. But James kept at it and got the job done. Our sink works perfect and charged me the exact amount of his estimate. He was friendly courteous and made sure to clean up everything before he was done.
I would highly recommend Orange Coast Plumbing. They saved our holiday.

I manage a dental office in Foothill Ranch, Came in and our lab area was flooded. The office above us had a leak. I called a few places, the first place i gave them all info...... when they went to finally transfer me phone got disconnected, I then called a friend who referred someone, they were busy all day and the receptionist was a bit rude. So I Googled OC Plumbing. Jeff was here within a couple hrs. Very helpful, even went upstairs with me to talk to the people where the leak came from and looked at the cause of the leak . I'm really surprised by the negative reviews. I own a Pilates studio and unfortunately sometimes our customers put things they should not in the potty...and this always seems to happen outside of business hours.
I called these guys after finding them on a Google search. Their dispatch responded right away and a plumber called me back within 5 minutes. Chuck was super easy to work with and got the job done w/o making it a panic. We've used other plumbers before during off hours (because, like I said, people put bad stuff in the potty) and these guys were the easiest to work with. Prices were high, but that's to be expected for emergency plumbing.
Orange Coast Plumbing was able to dispatch a repair technician on the same day I called. They sent an email with the technician's name and photo. Jon performed a thorough inspection of our system and reset those settings that were out. I highly recommend Orange Coast plumbing for all heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs. I couldn't be more pleased with the quick response and professional workmanship that Orange Coast delivered. We had a major blockage in drain lines in a 50 year old house in Laguna Beach. Jimmy Athens and Nolan Rodriguez of Orange Coast Plumbing worked on the problem with creativity, experience and just plain hard work until it was 100% cured. They diagnosed the problem using the best diagnostic gear--all of which they had in their truck--and found a way to avoid having to cut into the foundation slab to fix it. This was a really big job and they did a really great job in getting it done for us. Called and was able to get someone to come out within an hr. Nolan was the icing on the cake. Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Ask for Nolan to do your plumbing.
Great customer service and knowledgeable in what are plumbing issue was. I also appreciated the notification ahead of time as to when they would arrive. They resolved our problem very quickly. We highly recommend! Nolan and Colton were very helpful.
We have used Orange Coast Plumbing over the years for small tasks up to a burst pipe. Each and every time they have been prompt, good price, and great work. Their people are extremely professional, skilled, and personable. This last time was on a Sunday! Our kitchen sink faucet blew flooding the cabinets under the sink. Jeff was our plumber for this project . Our outdoor down spout drains and patio drains needed to be jet washed and roots removed . Jeff was thorough and explained everything carefully . OC Plumbing is our go to plumbing services . All of their plumbers are responsive , and knowledgeable. There is never a long delay , and they will schedule the same plumber if you ask . They give outstanding service . I've used them from everything from a hot water heater replacement, wall leaks , fixture replacement , bbq gas hook up , now patio drains and small faucet leaks . Holidays, weekends and evenings they show up if it's urgent. I've searched long for a company this responsive .
We have had OC Plumbing out twice now, Chuck has been great both times. He was at our house for two weeks to help us with a flood a couple years ago, and again today for minor repairs. Honest, straight forward and he has given us some tips to keep our house plumbing intact.

I recently received a follow-up communication from the air conditioning repair company in response to the review I posted on Yelp. They mentioned that the reason for reaching out was that the manager saw my review and got upset. They offered to deduct the amount I paid previously if I decided to get the AC and heater replaced. However, I was not pleased with their explanation that they contacted me because the manager was upset, so I declined their offer. This incident has served as a learning experience, and I now understand that it's better not to rely on their services in the future, considering the $1200 spent this time.
Furthermore, they asked me to update my review on Yelp to reflect their subsequent actions. As requested, I am providing this update to share that I did receive follow-up communication from them.

Just purchased a new washing machine. The second i turned off the water and turned back on to the washer , the valve started leaking. Mike from OCP came out was polite and knowledgeable and knocked out the hot and cold valves to the washing machine in record time. Thanks Mike!! Will do service again!
If I could give this company a zero star I would. On their website they advertise for a technician to come out for free to give an estimate of the issue. However, the technician that came said he has to change valves and flu lines for $549 to determine what the issue is. After talking to my brother on the phone the price suddenly dropped to $200. The only way he could diagnose the issue was to change the flux lines. I'm no expert but looking at the tank and watching some YouTube videos the flux lines didn't have any issues. We spoke with Joe to raise our concern and question but his answer was that it made sense why the technician did what he did and we need to change the system because the fluxes weren't the issue. I'm very disappointed by the service and Joe's management skill sets. The goals is the company is 100% satisfactory and let me tell you, you have failed your first goal. Do your research before moving forward with this company. If you are a girl trying to get advice don't go with them either because they will take an advantage of you due to your lack of knowledge.
I had a kitchen din blockage and called orange coast plumbing around 1pm. Plumber showed up at 5pm. I got a call 40 minutes before his arrival saying he was on his way. The house requiring work is a rental and OC Plumbing was very cooperative about arranging times with the tenant and contacting the owner with details and costs. Appreciated their flexibility and timeliness. Plumber was friendly and did good work. We had a slight mishap with some unneeded parts but it was quickly rectified. Would definitely recommend.
A pipe leaked above our ceiling late at night and created a horrible mess. Orange Coast Plumbing sent Jesse out within half an hour. He quickly was able to assess the problem and replace the broken segment. He also arranged for a restoration company to come the next day to deal with the damage. Excellent service!

The job was satisfactorily completed, and the staff was friendly and pleasant. However, I encountered an issue where my water tank was leaking and required immediate fixing, leaving me with no opportunity to explore other options. Regrettably, I had to call the first available service provider, which happened to be them. Unfortunately, they charged me three times the regular price, resulting in a significant financial setback. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I have decided not to engage their services again or recommend them to others. The feeling of being taken advantage of is highly unpleasant, and I wish to spare others from experiencing the same. Furthermore, it is concerning that they do not provide detailed estimates or final bills, only presenting the final price, which makes it difficult to determine the breakdown of costs, including the price of parts, considering they charged $2000 for just two hours of work.

Kevin the plumber came out to clear my storm drains. He dug up several spots in my yard and accidentally penetrated through my sprinkler system wires. He told me to get my gardener out to fix the issue, and that they would cover the cost. I got a gardener out and once I gave OCP the bill they refused to pay me back. Mark the Operations Manager is very rude. Him and I were talking on the phone and he hung up on me while I was talking. The company is making Kevin pay for the fees and he's not willing to work with me. I will not be using this company again.

I'm writing a followup to this review to be fair. I've upped the star rating from 2 to 3, changed the pros/cons and removed the name of the plumber. I was upset at the time and I really shouldn't have named the plumber like that.
Here's what ended up happening. They did finally call me back and scheduled a meeting with the manager. Both the manager and the plumber came out to my place and after I explained the situation, I was refunded $361 or 1/2 of the cost of day-3 which we verbally agreed and I think that was an acceptable gesture.
The next week, they sent the same plumber out to fix the leaks I was having (which by now was no only the toilet fill valve but also the angle stop. Unfortunately, neither of those repairs worked. You can't really tell right away with leaks. They sometimes take a while to reappear.
At this point, I was ready to just leave this review out here and fix the issue myself. However, to my pleasant surprise, the dispatcher called to see how everything went. I told her and she said that she would send someone back out again. I said only if it's someone else. So they sent the guy who came out to do my area drains back around Jan 2010 and did a really good job. By then, I had both toilet angle valves leaking and the toilet fill valve was still leaking. He replaced all three of those items and all the leaks were finally resolved. OK well, there was 1 small issue.
The flex hose plastic nut to toilet fill valve had two flange which protruded so that it's easier to tighten the nut with your hands. The protrusion was just enough (about 1 mm too far) to rub against the toilet bowl so that at some point, you can't properly tighten this nut. It was a minor issue. I just took the flex hose out and sawed off the extra plastic. No more leaks finally!
I usually don't like writing reviews like and at the time, I was rather upset. I really don't want people to lose their jobs over stuff like this because to me that's not a win/win. I would rather that corrective action be taken to both address the customer's issues (which they did) and to just have a talk with the guy to let him know how to do it better next time.
I'm increasing my rating because of the following 3 reasons.
1. The manager personally came out to my house to address the issue and refunded me money.
2. The dispatcher calling me after the first revisit to fix the leaks was a nice surprise since I had already given up on them.
3. They came out as often as needed until my issues were all resolved. In this case, they had to come out 2 more times. They didn't really have to since I wasn't exactly a large account or a big customer but they did and I appreciate that.

This was a top notch service experience because of the efforts of Steven R. I needed a diverter valve. Steven showed up promptly on time. He wore a mask and was the height of professionalism. Kevin came out in a pinch to solve a mystery waterfall that had appeared in our kitchen. He was prompt and did excellent work in diagnosing and fixing the water leak issues for good. Downside - had to replace a bathtub. Upside - solid work done to make us feel confident that this problem is fixed for good.
Needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced and Keith came to instal my new one. He was on time, clean and courteous. Any question I had was answered and he even gave me some suggestions on how to keep my faucet in good working order. The whole thing was super quick and painless. Kevin is always so awesome! He is timely, friendly, and an excellent plumber. Kevin has been to our house a few times for our many needs and we would not hestitate to have him in our home again! Called Orange coast plumbing to get a quote for a kitchen sink problem. The receptionist was polite and provided a time that was really convenient. Nolan arrived during the agreed time frame and was extremely professional. He quickly knew what the problem was and he was tenacious in clearing the kitchen drain line. He provided a quote for some recommended work and thoroughly explained what that would entail. Highly recommend Nolan and Orange coast plumbing.
Had a very simple task, that I'd normally do myself (remove existing faucet, and install a new one in my laundry room sink). Felix came out to do the work, was very congenial, and did a great job. I do suggest, however, that one do his / her due diligence regarding what procedures normally cost in your area. Get a couple of bids, if necessary. My recent experience indicates that plumbing companies spend more time consulting with the boss regarding pricing (similar to buying a car) than just doing the work. Felix did the work for a fair price, but the initial proposal (price) was far different. Do your due diligence.
I am very good at plumbing -- have all the tools, and will likely do my own work in the future, as dealing with plumbing companies is just too much work. If I have to do the Hokey Pokey, and turn myself around, it just isn't worth the effort.
I had a slab leak in my house. I called Orange Coast Plumbing. They came out within one hour and I told them of my problem.
The plumber told me he would have to cut into the wall to find the manifold and that it would cost me $300 up front. With no other alternative I agreed. Once the 1X1 foot hole was cut he proceeded to cut through one of the lines feeding the manifold. He poured some water down the line and then said I truly had a slab leak. He then told me the preferred method of dealing with this type of lead was to do a re-pipe. I ask for a estimate and after some deliberation he gave me a quote of $3000. The distance from the hot water heater to the manifold was approximately ten feet. Since I couldn't wait for another estimate I agreed. At which point the plumber said the initial costs of $300 would be included.
They came out two days later and completed the re-pipe which took all of about six hours. They did a good job.
I guess my concern here is the amount of money it took to do the job. Yes, I could have waited to get additional estimates but I didn't. I thought it was exorbitant for what they did and the amount of time it took.
Oh by the way, they cut an 18 wide slice out of my drywall from the baseboard to the ceiling and they don't replace it. It's up to you to get that fixed. That cost me an additional $200.
While they did good work...next time I'm geting at least three estimates for the post-inspection costs. I feel that if I took the time I could have gotten a much better deal.
All I have to say is Reece is the man. He was the technician that they sent out, and he had top notch communication. He called when he was on the way, shared some tips and tricks to prevent problems in the future and alerted me when he got there.
Most importantly though, he was able to find the problem and get it fixed - no problem.
He made it out to my house at 6:00pm on a Friday night, no questions asked. I've had other technicians cancel when it got too late, but Reece made it happen.
I'm sure everyone here is great, but ask for Reece, this guy is the S H I T.

Great Service!! We had a symptom, showing up with our water heater, but didn't know the real problem. Isaiah arrived on time, was very thorough and knowledgeable , running to ground different theories and making sure he had root cause, that he very patiently explained to us. I called orange coast plumbing early this morning at 8am. I explained the situation and they quoted me 175. When Nolan from Orange Coast plumming showed up he glanced at the problem and went on to quote me this. This is there exact estimate .I copied and paste it for you.
Arrived at location found that this is a tenant owner situation. The tenant has a 2 inch clean out which a last
plumber went through however this is a mainline issue and they need to have a mainline cleanout in order for us
to clear the line. The bathtub is completely full of water all the toilets are holding water Orange Coast plumbing
recommends returning back out with a camera and locate the line from there we can give proper estimate on
installing a two way cleanout. Tenant would like us to run our cable through 2 inch clean out however at this time
we are not going to risk making things worse breaking or getting anything stuck at this time. Second option
would be to vacuum out all the water in the tub for one of the toilet's and run our cable through the closet bend
est for a one time service $525.00
They need to get a hold of the owner and get back to us.
I asked Nolan to please leave.
I then called Ark plumbing who climbed on my roof with a camera. Saw that it was a clog 44 feet down. Unclogged it for $150.00. My family is back in working order.
Do not use Orange Coast plumbing. I found out they are paid by commission.
Steven Ratanapratum helped me to look into the rocks inside the washer issue. He checked carefully and told me there's no plumbing issue, probably because of the hard water and need to clean the washer.

Love the free estimates. Not the first time I've called orange coast for service. My Go-to for reliable plumbing work.
I had used Orange Coast plumbing in the past for slab leaks and was happy with the service. I called them with service needs with our most recent leak. The pricing was vague and after rerouting the leak, I was charged $5300. When I called a supervisor Mark H. To question the cost, he would not return my calls as promised. I have had three other plumbing companies look at the repairs since I still have all the holes in my walls, though they said the repairs look to have been done correctly, the going rate should have been between $2500.-$3000 for the work done. The most concerning was the dodging of my calls and lack of integrity of promising to call me back to get me off the phone. If you want to be overcharged and taken advantage of in your time of need- this is the company for you!

Air conditioning stopped working last night. Called Orange Coast Plumbing and Steven came out and found and fixed the problem in a little bit over one hour. Steven was very polite and professional. It's no wonder I always call these guys for all of my plumbing, heating and AC needs.
If you're in Orange County, most likely you're experiencing some form of quarantine right now. If you have a problem, do not hesitate to call Orange Coast Plumbing.
My kitchen sink had been slowly backing up from cooking every day the past two weeks. It started as a slow drain and finally clogged yesterday. I called their number, and was pleasantly greeted by Dotty. She was extremely kind and patient, and addressed all my questions (I had a lot). She set me up with a time window for the same day and the company even sends a text message to you when the technician is on their way.
Nate R. arrived on time and was very professional. As someone who has dealt with all sorts of plumbing companies, it is priceless to have someone so polite during this crazy time. He was only in the house if necessary to limit contact, and he explained my options once the problem was diagnosed. He did NOT push either option, and explained the pros/cons of each (one was an immediate fix and the other was a long term proactive deterrent with discounted fix for the current problem). Once decided, he immediately got to work and finished the same day. I was really surprised because I was worried if going with the long term option he would not finish the same day (late afternoon start) but he diligently got it done. Afterwards he showed me the work he did and cleaned up EVERYTHING (!!).
I would not hesitate to call OC Plumbing again for any issues and would definitely request Nate if he's working that day.
We called Orange Coast Plumbing to help with a clogged pipe at my elderly father's house. They came out the same day, on time, but that's when our satisfaction ended. Jesse told us he would try to clear the drain, which would cost $175, but if that didn't work, he would have to tear out the wall behind the clothes washer and replace the pipe (estimate of $550, not including wall repair). I thought it was strange that he brought up the possibility of not being able to clear the pipe before he even tried.
Sure enough, after trying for a little while, Jesse told us the line could not be snaked because the pipe was only 1/2-inch thick and had several turns in it. We still had to pay $150 ($175 minus our $25 online coupon) for the failed effort, but rather than incur hundreds of dollars more and face a huge mess, we decided to get a second opinion.
The following day, we called Roto Rooter, who came out immediately and were able to clear the pipe with a snake. According to their service technician, any plumber should have been able to clear the drain with a little effort.
Bottom line: we should never have wasted our time and money with Orange Coast Plumbing. They could not fix an easy problem (or chose not to), still charged us $150, and tried to get us to agree to unnecessary, very costly repairs. Although I emailed them several days ago to report this situation, they have not responded.
Hope others are able to avoid this sort of treatment from Orange Coast Plumbing.

One of the faucets in may master bathroom began leaking. I called Orange Coast Plumbing. Chuck came on June 23rd and said that I need a new faucet. As there are double sinks in the master, I would need to replace both faucets to match. As the guest bathroom faucet is as old as the master, Chuck suggested that I change all three. My daughter and I purchased the faucets.
Chuck came back on June 24th. He did an outstanding job! I am happy with my new faucets. I would definitely recommend Orange Coast Plumbing. They do a great job and their prices are reasonable.
I have an older house with a fair amount of plumbing problems. I have had several plumbers from Orange Coast Plumbing do work at my house over the years. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, arriving on time and getting the work done properly and at a reasonable price. Would recommend them for any size plumbing need.

Orange Coast Plumbing came out to fix my leaky bathroom faucet. Customer service from the lady in the office Maria to the service technician Michael was amazing. So nice and very professional and the work done was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this company!

We had a major pipe leak in our building so we called Orange Coast Plumbing to come out and fix it. The response time was perfect! Tayler Full showed up and did a quick assessment and provided a detailed explanantion of what she needed to do. The leak was major and required a full days work. Tayler was awesome! She was upfront about the estimated costs and worked very hard all day and got the job done. I would highly recommend this company and especially Tayler!! We would definitely request her for any future projects/repairs we need. Great job Tayler!!!

Extremely Expensive!
I was estimated $350 - $450 to snake a kitchen sink (behind/past the pee-trap). I didn't turn him away, because it's $37.50 just for coming out. I tried to get a quote over the phone but they refused, now I know why. They said because they have to 'assess the situation.' Seemed fair - till I got quoted in person!
The guy didn't even 'assess' the situation when he got there. The pipe needs to be snaked, and that is what he did.
But scare-tactics first: The plumber went on-and-on about the worst-case scenarios that he may have to do (breaking the walls, cutting the pipe, etc.)
The snaking only took 5 minutes.
The haggling and horror stories took 45 minutes.
Why I tipped him is beyond me...
Nothing came out of the pipes either, tenant probably threw some face mud (or something) down there and the plumber knocked it loose.

Sure believed I was dramatically overcharged be this firm for re-routing the hot water line from the water heater to kitchen sink. Work was done back in 2009 to repair slab leak. Cost was $3,800
Last year in 2015 I had another slab leak so decided to re-pipe all remaining pipes and replace with copper. Contacted CIRO plumbing. They re-routed 7, yes 7 pipes, 1cold water to kitchen and hot/cold to 2 bathrooms. Replaced all valves and fixtures. Even covered the hot water pipe to kitchen with insulation that Orange Coast Plumbing did not. Fantastic job. Very little damage to walls, which they repaired. Total cost 7 pipes $4,800. OCC cost 1 pipe $3,800. You do the math. I was ripped off by Orange Coast Plumbing. Didn't realize it until CIRO did a better more fair job later.

To be clear, the judge did not rule anything about this review. He specifically did not wish to discuss the review in court. His ruling reflected the fact two alternative versions of the truth were presented in court, and my witnesses, the tenants were unable to be present. Therefore, the judge ruled that the letter written by my tenant supporting my version of events was ruled inadmissable hearsay. As the judge pointed out, it was impossible to me to prove that, for example, the tenants hadn't caused the damage, and they were not present to be cross-examined by the judge.
If the tenants had be present, and testified to what they had written in their letter, which the judge refused to accept as evidence, then I am fairly sure that the judge would have ruled in my favor.
So, Orange Coast Plumbing, if you feel that this review is false, go ahead and sue me for liable and demand that I take it down. You won't and you can't, because if you did, I will have a lawyer representing me, and we will make sure that my tenants will present evidence against you. And you will lose, because I've told the truth, and you continue to hide behind he said she said confusion and obfuscasion.
Fellow Yelpers, let this be a lesson to you: if you have someone do work in your house, document everything, because you never know what you will need to prove in court. Take good, before and after photos. And, if you have any third party witnesses, keep in mind that they must be willing to be present in court, or anything they may know or say in inadmissable. I'm sorry, but this is the world we live in!
Steven Ratanapratum is the best! My sister was having a bad egg smell coming from one of her shower faucets. Steven was able to figure out the issue and fix it within a reasonable amount of time. He was very informative and communicated everything that he was doing. I would highly recommend Orange Coast Plumbing and Steven R. for any plumbing issues.
Avoid these guys at all costs. My wife and I were recently having a hot water issue at our house (we didn't have any). We called Orange Coast Plumbing. The person that answered the phone said a plumber would call us back within 10 minutes. 12 hours later we received a call. We were told our call was temporarily lost, okay no big deal, we just want our hot water to work.
We scheduled an appointment for a plumber to visit. The guy shows up on time (ok so far). He spends about 30 to 40 minutes working on our water heater (mostly talking on the phone to some un-named technician). He then tells me that a plastic valve in my water heater was dirty. He said he cleaned the valve and that everything was working perfectly. He said it was a real easy fix but still he had to charge me something. I'm expecting $50 bucks or less. Nope, it was $125. I thought that was a little high but I paid because I didn't want to deal with it and he said my hot water was working perfectly.
He told me it would take 20 minutes for the hot water to heat up. Did he wait around to test the water? No, he got in his van and pulled away. To be safe I waited 2 hours to make sure there would be plenty of hot water. Except when I turned on the hot water there was none.
I called OC Plumbing to tell them that the hot water was still not working. The same guy who worked on my water heater then tells me I need to spend $450 to replace a smart valve in my water heater. I told him this is the first time he mentioned a smart valve and that I was confused because he previously told me my hot water heater was working perfectly. He told me to trust him and that this time my hot water heater would work perfectly. I told him I was a little skeptical based upon his previous assurances and that I was going to get a second opinion. With this news he grew very hostile and argumentative not believing I'd question his plumbing expertise.
Really glad I did. I called out John Janis Plumbing in Costa Mesa to give me a second opinion. Turns out my water heater was perfectly. Instead, a valve in my upstairs shower had gone bad and was preventing my entire house from receiving hot water. $278 later my shower valve is fixed and my house has hot water. Very happy that I got the second opinion and saved myself $450 on a water heater that did not need to be repaired.
I called Orange Coast Plumbing to request a refund of the $125 that I had paid for a service I did not need. They were very argumentative on the phone and unwilling to work with me. Eventually they agreed to refund half of my money. Except they never carried through on their promise. Instead, I had to get my credit card company involved and through their dispute resolution center were finally able to get Orange Coast Plumbing to honor their word and refund half of my money. These guys are dishonest and borderline incompetent.
In the future I'll do myself a favor and call John Janis Plumbing first and avoid Orange Coast Plumbing at all cost. I highly recommend you do the same.
Our shower was backed up the day before Thanksgiving. Johnny and Henry were at our house within about 30 minutes from the call and fixed the problem quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable. We will use them again for sure.
Feels good to know that honest hard working people are still around. Shout out to Henry for his professionalism, education of our plumbing issue and honest assessment of what needed to be done to make the repair.
We will definitely be calling them back again for future plumbing needs!

Our water heater died today. We called Orange Coast Plumbing, hoping beyond hope they could actually get it replaced as quickly as possible. We were thrilled that they sent one of their plumbers out today!
They have us a three hour window for arrival. Kevin showed up right on time, have us a quote, answered all my questions, and completed the job in only a couple of hours.
Jericho was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. He gave us a fare estimate and then actually completed the job for less.
We have been very happy over the years with Orange Coast Plumbing mostly because they how excellent plumbers.
We remain loyal customers and can't recommend them highly enough.

I called Orange Coast Plumbing out for a repair of a gas line. They quoted a price which I said was too high and declined the work. They then said that it would likely be much less. After sending out different crews to complete the work they raised the price substantially. They charged me $3500 for a job that should have been less than half of that and took them four hours to complete.
They are complete crooks DO NOT use them they will rip you off. Very dishonest organization.

Had a water leak in the area of the kitchen pipes that my handyman located however said it was more complex and I should call a plumber. I researched reviews on plumbing companies and called Orange Coast. Chris was prompt
and went right to work. He explained the problem to me in laymen terms and where the leak was coming from. Problem solved and fixed. Had him come back and flush out my tankless water heater. He caught some problems there. I bought a new toilet (40+ yrs old) and he took the old out and installed the new one. I was so impressed with Chris. Very professional, very kind (my husband has dementia and very difficult at times) and this man is extremely intelligent. I have other projects in the near future and will request Chris. Our apartment had MAJOR issues with the toilet. Which also caused issues to the apartment downstairs. We were so lucky to have Giovanni and Nolan from OCP come out the same day to access and solve the problem. The were very quick and efficient to take out and replace both toilets. They were also very conscious of our space we were able to continue with most of our daily activities without any issues having them there. They also did a great job working with the downstairs unit helping to figure out any issues in their units that were caused from the problems with our toilets. We are so happy this was able to be completed in just one day. Thank you OCP and specifically Giovanni and Nolan for doing such a great job !!!

Only part of professional service I received was by their representative they sent to court to try to collect for a stop payment for non corrective repairs and overcharged service. Guy was there for 30 minutes charged $750.00 (=$1,500.00 per hour) That even shocked the judge and when a 2nd plumber came out and corrected the issue in 15 minutes for a $100.00. Why management would send someone out to collect based on simple math. The judge laughed and found in favor of me within 10 minutes. They only decision he made in court all day. Guess a plumber should never make or at least charge more than a judge makes an hour. Kudos to their representative. She was in a no win situation but battled like she had a chance. I would like her on our business team she was well spoken and professional. Everyone else, not so much!
Had a clogged bath and needed help urgently. Was during the weekend evening. Answered the call promptly and came right over and fixed the problem, Very professional worker. Price was very fair also.

Had a small gas leak coming from a location somewhere in the backyard. Jon from Orange Coast came out and worked for nearly 2 hours, determined to find the source of the leak. It was starting to get dark and he wasn't giving up, finally he dug down into a planter and found a corroded line leading to the garage, that was it! Jon was amazing in his determination to stay to find the source, even in the dark; thank you Jon!!!

OCP came within a couple of hours of calling to repair a worn out shower controller. Not so simple since we had epoxy lined our pipes years before. The 2 guys who came, Nolan and Colton, were first rate. Nolan explained in detail what the situation was and my choices of how to move forward since epoxy-lined copper cannot be soldered. He was very clear, patient and easy to work with. If you call OCP, request Nolan and Colton as your plumbers; you won't be disappointed. Definitely I would OCP again. Hopefully, there is no again.

Get multiple bids and referrals from friends before you choose any contractor. We contacted this company because their sticker was on our water heater in the home we recently purchased. Our pilot light is consistently going out. We did some research and found the water heater appeared to be under full warranty. The tech came out who was very nice and agreed that the water heater was under warranty. The cost to put in the replacement under warranty (free from manufacturer) new water heater? $935! That is the normal cost to purchase and install a new purchased water heater! We are working with another company and it should cost us about $200. Beware!

Can't say enough good things about this company right now! After they came out and snaked and jetted our drain it looks like we have new pipes! There was so much gunk and crud (grease, eggshells, etc.) built up that there is no way I would have gotten through the holiday season without calling a plumber and probably at a much higher rate! Kevin was friendly, efficient, and even got me the before and after videos to show me the difference their service made! He also offered advice on how I could help maintain so it would last longer (drain-o is no bueno , lol). Will absolutely use this company for any future plumbing needs and will let friends and family know this is a fast, friendly, and reliable business!

Yesterday I had a slab leak in one of my rental units and I called Orange Coast Plumbing. I have been using this Company for several years.
Felix found the leak and explained what was needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was able to cap the leak working late into the night with Eric.
With rental units or my home problems come up 24/7 and Orange Coast Plumbing has always come out when needed.
Good luck with this company. Apparently the new fashion for plumbing companies is to tell you that they will schedule an appointment come to your home and then give you a quote. Unfortunately I had a very straightforward job. I have a old reverse osmosis system have a new reverse osmosis system that I have purchased and just wanted it installed. I explained this clearly they sent out a technician and I was expecting some thing into the $250 to $400 range. The technician had obviously never ever seen anything like what I had wanted installed. He spent about 5 to 10 minutes looking at the brochure in the package about what
was required to install the system and then threw out a number of $900-$1000 to install this what a joke. Can't imagine how this company can be in business no follow up from the office no apology from the owner no ownership absolutely ridiculous. Keep checking for a company that will give you an honest price range for what they are going to do and do not fall for this bait and switch tactic. I am over 50 years old and have dealt with many contractors in my lifetime this was awful
Here's my story as it has just come to a finish.
I called 3 different plumbing companies.
OC Plumbers texted me with a picture of the technician and the exact time of his arrival. (I did leave a message on my initial call)
Nolan, the tech, arrived on time. He wore a mask and made sure to keep his distance at all times.
Nolan proceeded to diagnose our problem and came up with the fix.
Changed our pressure device for the house and was upfront, informative and understanding.
In addition, OC Plupming has been around and I have seen their trucks all over Mission Viejo. There is reason why!!

Recently used OCP for my grandparents toilet. I needed someone reliable and Kevin did not disappoint. Excellent service, professional and will ask for him again!
Just be careful when you asked for estimate. He told me it cost over $1200 to replaced the new bathtub valve and no one will do it either. I told him too much when I got another quote for only $300. He continue to do the job without telling me the cost or agreement / approval from me. After that he charge me $487.22. I asked him for the break down of the charge. He said it on the invoice and turned out it nothing on the invoice. It took him almost an hr to find the tools from his truck and another over an hour to go buy the part plus he used / talked on the phone plus he smoke...He did not know that I have camera around my house. I called and email the company and told them what happened. I don't agreed the charge amount from him. They said they will talk to him. I hope they will be honest to customer when do the job so they can earned more business in the future As for me, I will NOT use them again or even recommend to any one
Well, I spent a great deal of money 4 years ago. The A/C unit stopped blowing cold air. It needs a new coil. That's because, the one we sold you is defective and the company that manufactured it went out of business. So they sell me a new one at a cost of $3395.00. I need the air conditioning to work so I paid it. However, I'll not pay these scoundrels again.
When I work I stand with integrity behind my workmanship. If I were to use a defective part, I would see a way to make it right. Wether I would loose money or not. A good name is hard to win and easily lost. And so they have.
A friend in Laguna Woods who does not use a computer asked me to post this review for her. She wrote the following:
My only shower had not been working for over a week. I had gotten promised appts & no-shows from other plumbers, & my frustration level was high. Finally called Orange Coast Plumbing, and Scott and Anthony showed up within an hour! Because I share a water main with several others, they were kind enough to notify my neighbors that the water would be off temporarily, and then they worked in a focused manner to solve the issues with my shower. Rather than leaving when it became complicated, they went above and beyond to find the problems and resolve them. For as much effort as they put into this situation, the price was very reasonable. We have had a leak under the kitchen sink to the point that water was coming through the cabinet and on to the kitchen floor. We could not find where it was coming from. We called Orange Coast Plumbing and a plumber, Kevin, came out to inspect the problem within an hour of our call. I hurt my back and cannot bend over so he was kind enough to remove everything from under the sink and dry the cabinets and the floor for me. He also put the contents of the cabinet on the counter so our dogs couldn't get to them. He even took the wet rug by the sink out to the backyard for me. This was extra kindness and service that wasn't necessary. But I appreciated it greatly. Kevin did a thorough and complete inspection and ran the water and tested the dishwasher for thirty minutes. There was no visible leaks. I sat and watched the entire time. It was very unusual to both of us. Kevin could have guessed what the problem was and charged hundreds of dollars to look for a broken pipe. But he didn't. Instead, Kevin took the wise and conservative route. He put dry paper towels down. He asked that we check regularly to see what, if any, part of the kitchen sink cabinet gets wet and take a picture of it. He said that he did not want to guess and make a mistake that would cost us money. Kevin said to call back if we saw any leaking. This is a true professional with good judgment and ethics. I know nothing about plumbing and he probably could have sold me anything that I didn't need. No other plumber would have found a leak so his skills are spot on. But I've heard of some repair people that might cause a problem just to charge and fix it. I've had that happen with appliance repairmen. Kevin was professional, courteous and most of all honest. Orange Coast Plumbing did not even charge us because there was no leak to be found. No Charge! Many companies have charged me a hefty service fee just to come out and look at a problem and they would promise to take off the service fee from the price of the work if they got the job. Not today and not with Kevin. Maybe we have a plumbing ghost that comes in the night and turns the water on. Who knows? All I know is that we have used Orange Coast Plumbing in the past and they did a great job. Kevin did a great job today by not doing an unnecessary job. Kevin is a professional that we all need in the service industry. Hopefully the leak stops or it shows itself. If it shows itself we will have Kevin and Orange Coast Plumbing right back to fix it. James was great! He explained the issue, did the work (descaling of the drain line) and cleaned up when he was done. We can now use our washing machine without fear of the drain backing up.
O.M.G! Do NOT call these criminals! It's a shame I had to give them 1 star. We had a plumbing blockage. Had this sort of thing before and we've even called this company for this very thing in the past. However, this time I had to leave my 20 year old son at home to deal with it while I went to the airport to fetch my husband. Wow, big mistake! 2010 price for snaking 65 feet = $125. 2012 price for snaking 70 feet = $553.23!!! The SOB said he couldn't find a clean-out so he took off a toilet. Funny... The dude in 2010 found it!! Guess we had to pay $428.23 extra for the DUMB@SS plumber. People: Be warned!
Easy and convenient scheduling. My technician, Scott, showed up on time and gave me a thorough evaluation of his findings. He performed a garbage disposal replacement quickly. Orange Coast Plumbing replaced and upgraded the piping under my kitchen sink and snaked the drain line. Jeff did a good job. Even though it was late in the day, he was careful to make sure his work was done properly. He protected the work area and cleaned up when he was finished. I recommend Orange Coast and Jeff and I will use them again.
Another great job by Orange Coast Plumbing, A/C wasn't working well at my shop in Lake Forest, asked the a/c company next door to have a look at it, they gave us a ridiculous estimate that wouldn't have addressed our problem, called Orange Coast, they sent out Jose, he looked at the problem, gave us a few different scenarios, and charged up our system. Our showroom is now ice cold, and we spent a third of what the other company wanted to charge us. Great job.

A family friend recommended Orange Coast Plumbing and I'm so happy they did...the service person Henry was so great...on time, friendly, professional, explained everything and we followed his recommendations...service calls these days can be very unpredictable but Henry and Orange Coast Plumbing are the best!
Nolan replaced hot water heater. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Nolan was very professional and explained everything.
I had Orange Coast Plumbing do a couple of plumbing jobs on my house. One in 2016 and one last week. I found Orange Coast plumbing to be very professional, from the office staff to the plumbers. The dispatcher, I believe her name was Jill, set the appointments and called to alert me when the plumber was on his way. She also called after the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied. Jamie did both plumbing jobs for me. He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with his work. It's often difficult to find plumbers, building contractors, etc., that you can trust. I will certainly trust Orange Coast Plumbing with my future plumbing issues and highly recommend them.
Called them for service on my water heater and they were available immediately. Tech was Rock and he diagnosed problem quickly and was able to complete the job on the spot. Would definitely recommend!

I have used Orange Coast Plumbing several times. Most recently, today, when my hot water heater sprung a leak. Cody came out at exactly 1:00 and was fabulous. I wanted to spend more, he saved me money and gave better recommendations. Fast, friendly, efficient, professional service.
I've also had furnace work, garbage disposal work, and have recommended Orange Coast Plumbing's services to my mom. She loves them too!
Not sure where the lower ratings are coming from, but I can say that I've always had a great experience. Their appointment staff is wonderful, they do the job, and I have never felt ripped off, taken advantage of, sold to, and have never regretted working with them. They are my plumber of choice!

Best plumbing company I have ever dealt with! I had an urgent need and had another plumbing company cancel on me last minute, Orange Coast responded and had a plumber out to me in less than 24 hours! To top it off they send one of the most competent, professional, and friendly plumbers! John was awesome! I am in a condo complex, so 8 of my neighbors were without water during this repair. He went out of his way to get the water back on ASAP as not to inconvenience my neighbors longer than needed.

My kitchen sink would not drain starting Friday evening. I called and made an appointment for Saturday morning. I received text notices regularly. Nolan showed up on the earlier side of the time window. He was efficient, clean and resolved the issue quickly. My first experience (Cody) was great. So when I needed another toilet replaced I called again. Asked for Cody but someone else showed up. I assumed the price would be the same as it was the same toilet although this time it was downstairs. Nope, he's going to charge me much more. I even discussed the price when I made the appointment. I'm suck becuase I don't have another day to sit around and wait for service. I love how they change the price to up their commission.

Had an issue with my kitchen sink and a buddy recommended OCP , I proceeded to give them a call and got an appt. for the following morning. Kevin showed up , very nice guy , very professional . Gave me the rundown on what clearing out my sink mainline would cost. Not that bad so he knocked it out for me , also I did not have an Air Gap on my sink which is important so he recommended I do that as well , he had the part in his truck so no need to run to the store. All n All I was very pleased with the service Kevin provided.
No one really wants to have plumbing problems , but from time to time things pop up that need to be taken care of. I would call OCP again .
We lucked out when it began raining from the ceiling of out 2nd floor bathroom on a Sunday night. OC Plumbing responded promptly and sent Chuck, whose experience, keen intelligence, and professionalism saved the day! He went above and beyond to fix the leak, and advised us on other important matters associated with our attic AC unit, attic access, and shower me where the main water shutoff was in our new house. Chuck was extremely knowledgeable and delightful to talk to. It's hard to turn a plumbing emergency into a positive experience, but you guys did it. Excellent value. (12 hours AFTER the job was done, we heard back from the emergency plumbing service I had initially contacted.
When we tried to install a bidet attachment, we found out that the main water off shutoff valve located outside our house is broken. Water continued to flow in the house faucets even with the main shutoff valve in the off position. I contacted Orange Coast Plumbing late in the afternoon and they setup for a technician to come out early the following day. Thankfully, despite the statewide stay at home order to mitigate the corona virus spread, Orange Coast Plumbing continued to provide this essential service to the community. Orange Coast Plumbing also sent a text before the appointment time with a name and picture of the tech. Nolan, the tech arrived on time, diagnosed and explained the problem and repair options. He answered my questions and provided a fair cost estimate. Nolan put a new main water shutoff valve and explained that the valve was damaged by hard water deposits. He was very courteous and professional. I was very happy with his work that I also had him replace an old water shutoff valve behind our toilet. I highly recommend Orange Coast plumbing and will definitely use them again when we need any plumbing work.

How dare these people try to over charge and take advantage of my disabled grandmother! They charged us over five grand and nothing was ever fixed, they actually made the problem worse for us. We had to go WEEKS without a functioning toilet OR shower.
Currently, we have a massive hole in our lawn and a lovely toilet that was disrespectfully discarded in our lawn. These people are GARBAGE. Absolutely garbage. I am disgusted with their filthy greed.

giving one star to the gal who answered your phone on my particular call. Needed a bathroom faucet replaced. a no problem, no hassle, no cutting involved faucet replaced. i even supplied the faucet. the job took the plumber (will not name him) maybe 35 min to do the install. Charged $300.00!!!!!!! so in other words plumbers these days make 500-600 bucks an hour. do your homework before calling this outfit or ask for a ball park figure. i think they take advantage of elderly single woman!!!!! Would never use them again!

Nate came and fixed our leak by created and connected another pipe to our water pipes. He was super knowledgeable, nice and professional. Overall the company has great customer service. I highly recommend Nate and Orange Coast Plumbing.
So who charges $943.80 to change out a kitchen faucet? Orange Coast Plumbing does. I totally get the additional time and charge because the house has galvanized pipes. Technician, Nolan, did spend time cutting out pipe, then change fittings but YIKES, $943.80 ?!!! They charge $170 each per angle stop. Ahhh....they are $12 at Home Depot. Did I mention we already spent $170 on the faucet we already bought?! So the total cost for a new kitchen faucet, installed, was $1,113.80. Does that seem a little crazy to you?! But we paid. Why? Because the price and estimate was given to my 86 yr old mother before I had a time to get over there. She signed and agreed to have the job done. Technician was almost done by the time I got there. I negotiated $100 discount because mom is a senior citizen. That discount was not offered, I had to ask. Price dropped from $943.80 to $843.80. wow, big deal. So, if you like to shop at Nordstrom's, Bloomingdale's and Sak's, then this place is for you.
Would not recommend, customer service is completely lacking.
I called for an appt. on Mon. the 23rd of Jan. David didn't call me back until Thursday Jan 25th. He left a message for me asking if making an appt. for Friday the following day was ok. I called back about an hour later at my lunch time to tell him to cancel the appt. we had already taken care of it because he had never called back.
He replied that it was to late to cancel that there was a guy down in HB today. I told him, how could it be too late, if the appt. wasn't even supposed to be scheduled until tomorrow?. He hung up on me, wow... not the customer service that I was looking for. The job I needed was a simple Backflow valve check. The other company, had it done and filed the same day.
James replaced 2 split cast iron drain lines in downstairs bedroom which is below an upstairs bathroom. He was very professional.

Great customer service by your operator on 3/8/15 @ 449PM. Dialed in once and got put on hold immediately. Waited 6 minutes and hung up. Dialed again and the same thing happened. Just for this reason I will never consider your services again. The only recommendation I would give others is to stay away from your company if they want good customer service. 24/7 Emergency contact. Great false advertisement.
I got a very polite and knowledgeable serviceman, Nolan, to come out and help us find out what our problem is. He worked hard and he went through the options in a patient and understanding way of the solutions he can provide. Nolan is a hard and dedicated worker, if you come across him, you are in good hands.

No one likes to come home to a flood caused by a pipe that leaks. This is the second time we had one in 6 years and we didn't hesitate to call Orange Coast Plumbing. These guys were even better than the last time. They responded fast, solved a tricky problem of rerouting our piping and had everything completed quickly so we were back with both hot and cold water. They also cleaned up behind themselves so as not to add to a situation that was truly a disaster. Thanks to Mike and the team that helped get us through this.

Very satisfied. I had a variety of issues and have an old house in Santa Ana, so I'm always nervous when I call out plumbers, but I didn't need to worry. Orange Coast was available right away and the plumber, Johnny Ray was familiar with old plumbing, very competent and easy going.

Nine years ago I contracted with Orange Coast Plumbing to replace a very old floor furnace in my home. It has worked perfectly until this week when it would not turn on. I replaced the thermostat and it still would not turn on. (I had replaced this once before). I called Orange Coast for a service call. The technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He inspected the unit and the thermostat that I installed. He noticed that I did not remove a small piece of cardboard that needed to be removed so the thermostat would ignite the furnace. He refused to accept any payment. He drove all the way from Fountain Valley.
I needed to get a couple of valves for our washing machine changed and Orange Coast was there to help me out again in my time of need.
Henry, the plumber, was on time and so professional. He got the job done in much less time than I had expected and he explained everything he was going to do, and he did itwith no problems. He also discovered that our water pressure valve was faulty and he replaced it with no problems. I highly recommend Orange Coast Plumbing in general and Henry in particular,

My wife and I had another plumbing emergency for our kitchen sink. OCP helped us schedule someone on-site the next day.
Tayler came over today and completely replaced our garbage disposal and plumbing. Our kitchen sink is working like it's brand new now. Tayler even helped fix our dishwasher and found that our downstairs bathroom needs to have the toilet replaced. Overall customer service was 5 stars and Tayler's expertise was A+++. Chuck came to the rescue when our home warranty company left us without hot water. He came out the same day we called and gave us options for our problem. We ended up needing a new water heater! The very next day Kevin came out and installed - ready to go shower by 2 pm. We are so grateful that we finally found a reputable company. BTW the home warranty company is still deciding how they will fix our problem. 7 days and counting...
Spent $475.00 on Dec. 20 for plugged toilet on second floor. Problem was not resolved. Had to call another plumber. So disappointed that my money was wasted. Hopefully the company we called to take care of the problem will result in a favorable review.
We've been calling on Orange Coast for our plumbing repairs since we moved into our Yorba Linda home in 2002. They've helped us with a bathroom remodel, clogged drains, dishwasher installs and much more. So, when our guest bathroom toilet overflowed into our entry of course we called Orange Coast for help! Nolan arrived within 2 hours and began investigating the problem right away. He soon discovered tree roots in our sewer line. After seeing a camera view inside the pipe we agreed there were enough problem areas to warrant the two new clean-out drains Nolan recommended. Nolan and his teammate were back the next day to install the clean-outs and clear the line. They worked for hours digging, assembling, installing and finally clearing the line. My biggest praise for Nolan comes because he discovered cement had been poured in the drain and was stuck in our sewer line. He proceeded to break the hardened cement up into pieces and flush it out. This was not an easy job. It was time consuming and physically demanding. On top of all that, Nolan made time to install new shower fixtures in my upstairs guest bathroom. I am grateful to Orange Coast for their exceptional service over the years and I just can't thank Nolan enough, but I'll try ... Thank You Nolan!
We've called on Orange Coast Plumbing many times over the yeas and they're always quite responsive. Today Nate Romero was on time, professional and above & beyond in service. He was thorough, explained all he was going to and did do, was neat and efficient. The new faucets look and work great. I'd definitely recommend OC Plumbing, and ask for Nate.

I just had OC Plumbing come out to clean out my kitchen sink pipes, install a new garbage disposal and fix my outdoor water nozzle. Although it was a little more expensive than I expected, I could never have done this job on my own. Shannon Short was very professional, honest and made a second trip out the next day to complete what he wasn't able to the first day because I had to leave my house to pick up my son. I hope I won't have to need them again, but if I have any further plumbing issues, I am calling them!

Their technician showed up, andbefore he even looked at it told me I was going to probably going to need to have a $1695 jetting done of the mainline.
He hadn't even seen or worked on it yet.
Ultimately he did nothing to clear the line made a bigger mess everywhere and I had to pay $200 for that. Had a different company come the next day did the same thing He supposedly was doing and now it's fixed. totally felt like he was trying to sell me a bill of goods before he even started I'm assuming they must be commissioned plumbers.

We had a water leak on Saturday, so we called Orange County Plumbing around 6:00PM. They had a tech call us back within a few minutes, and he explained that he was a on a job but could stop by when he completed that task. He showed up right on his time estimate, 8:00 pm. I was convinced he would take a quick look and offer to come back on Sunday. Instead, he asked if we wanted him to fix it that night. I told him yes and he went right into trouble shooting. He found he leak behind some dry wall, cut a couple of holes and found the leaking pipe. He repaired the leak and was able to restore the water supply. Problem solved by 11:00 PM.

We have had OCP out a few times to fix and repair different problems in our aging home. They have always been on time, professional and honest about everything they needed to do. I do not think they are expensive, you get what you pay for. They do quality work and always have very friendly experts that handle the jobs. We just had a crew out to look at our AC system that finally gave up the ghost. They diagnosed the problem, we told them the action we wanted to take, and by 6:00 that evening we were running cool with a whole new system installed. They will continue to get our business.

Johnny Ray was the most expierenced and professional plumber I have dealt with. He knew the issue right away. And got the job done. Had a foul smell in the house and located the issue that it was a busted pipe. Great personality and communication skills. We had a clog in our main line and we had two different plumbers come out before we called Orange Coast. The first two said we didn't have a main clean out and wanted us to pay thousands of dollars to install one. Knowing that we've had this problem fixed before, we didn't listen. i Called these guys and they came out the day of and found of main line, fixed the problem in less than an hour!!!!!

I have been blessed to have this company service our plumbing needs for 19 years. They are super responsive and always do great work. I highly recommend.
Charged $1,200 to find a leak and cap it. Wanted to charge an additional $5,200 to put a new pipe in and said they needed to put more holes in the dry wall inside the house and holes in the stucco on the exterior. A different plumber quoted less than half and did not put any new holes in the walls or the stucco. So glad I got a second opinion.
I called and got the service the same day. Very satisfied with the quick and very good service. The guy who came to change the AC is also very nice, very professional, and you can see that he cares about the clients and not just about the money. They are also very affordable compared to other companies I have talked to. I recommend Orange Coast plumbing to everyone

I had a severe water leak from an underground pipe in my backyard. When I called Orange Coast Plumbing, there were accommodating and able to be at my home within hours.
I also had an issue with my AC systems which has two units which are over 10 years old and have never been serviced.
Steven was my point of contact. He was first class. Knew exactly what to do when troubleshooting, had a plan of action for the fix, was a great communicator and very professional. The guy literally busted his butt to fix my water pipe break and my ac units over two days. I'd give him and Orange Coast Plumbing 10 stars if Yelp allowed it.

Received prompt service with exceptional customer service.
After the recent rains a clog in the area drains caused my back yard to start to flood. I called the next morning and they were out inspecting that afternoon. The next morning Nolan and his team were out and thoroughly explained what they needed to do. They proceeded to clear the roots and other debris causing the drains to back up. The cleanup after the service was also great, you would have never known that they were there.
I waited for another rain system to come through before writing my review, and after the last heavy rain everything is working as if it was new. The call prior to arrival and follow up call after the service is an added step of their great customer service. I would highly recommend Orange Coast Plumbing.
Water heater issue. Two plumbers showed up, one masked and the other only half masked. Rude for the most part and couldn't resolve the issue with the water heater. Last plumber just plain on left and said call the water heater company to figure it out.

Beware of Orange County Plumbing and Heating. Needed a new small sump pump for a drain. Cost $200 to tell me I needed a replacement which was why I called them in the first place.Then sent me an invoice estimate for $567 to replace it (they retail between $50-130) and also replace the electrical wiring underground for safety. I ok'ed it. Next time after 1 hour, the serviceman said he couldn't do the electrical but demanded full payment. I refused and spoke to someone in the office who agreed I'd pay half and they would send an electrician to finish the job. I never heard from the electrician. After two months I called an electrician who charged me $300 to redo the electrical safely. I informed them that I did this and let them know I would not pay the remainder. They sent me another invoice with different language about the electrician and demanded full payment or they would take me to court. They were deceitful on the second invoice, they threatened me, insulted me, and hung up on me when I tried to straighten out the problem. DO NOT USE THEM. Ironically, they sent me an email requesting a positive review that said if something wasn't right I should let them know. All they want is the money--and they overcharge besides.

Have used this company for over 10 years. Will not be using them again.
Called over a month ago for an estimate, still waiting for a call back. Called again this morning, supposed to receive a call back. Called back 3 times for an estimate, was told they could not hear me and they could not give an estimate of the cost for my repair.
Also tried to email them and the email kept coming back as undelivered. Not very friendly. No customer service.

Called for: Re-piping of newly remodeled shower and simple de-clogging of shower drain
They came and worked on both for 2-3 hours.
A couple weeks later we had guests use the shower that was recently serviced by them and the drain would still clog. When we called to report this to their company they repeatedly insisted that they would charge us for coming out since some time had passed and even accused us of potentially re-clogging the drain after they had serviced it even though we had not even used the shower. So we decided not to have him return to fix the problem they had not fixed in the first place.
Overall, they had very rude customer service, consistently argued with us after stating that we were dissatisfied with their work, and even CALLED US CHEAP since we did not call them to finish the 2nd half of a the shower project that now does not work properly.
I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

James Athens came to our home today, Sunday, when we had a little plumbing emergency. He was very nice, listened to what we were able to share, and went to work to uncover and fix the problem quickly. If only all home emergencies could be this easy to fix!
These people work hard and deserve every dollar they make. My water pipe under the house sprung a leak. So Chuck had to work in dirty muddy conditions to fix the leak. For my plumbing problems that are beyond my amateur abilities i call OCP. I am a repeat customer as they cleared a mainline clog and fixed a unstable toilet on rotted floor. So grateful that i can rely on them.

Shannon arrived within the time frame given to us, was very friendly and professional and explained step by step what the problem was and exactly how he fixed it. We were 100% happy with the service we received.
Zero stars. Called about our drains not working on Saturday evening.
Spoke to the tech who even before coming out, tried to sell me on tearing up the yard and installing a new main line. Yikes!!!
Went ahead and made an appointment for Sunday by noon.
Problem is they never called or showed up. Never again!
