Complete Comfort heating and Air is the best contractor service and company we've ever worked with.  From the Sunday call back to take care of our A/C unit that went out in 100 degree weather to the prompt response, emergency service a few hours later to a complete brand new installation.  Eric and his teammates were friendly, professional efficient, and so meticulous in making sure everything looked great and clean after install.

It is never fun to have your air conditioning go out on you during a heat wave.  CCM was able to get a tech out to fix our air conditioning within 24 hours!  Travis showed up - new exactly what to look for, replaced the part -  leaving us with a working air conditioner!

Mike was super helpful to help us fixing our AC during a busiest hot summer day.  We had a broken AC unit last week.  It can happen anytime during a hot summer day, and usually, I am okay to wait for a few days to get it fixed.  However, having a broken AC with a newborn in my house was a totally different story.  I had to call 16 different places to get help, but none of them could help me during their busiest summer day.  Krystal and Mike was awesome enough to fix our AC as soon as I called them.  It only took a few hours before Mike to fix the AC unit.  He was very professional, and called out all the possible problems and explained why and how.  Then he fixed it all.  Instead of fixing and take off right away, Mike stayed around in the yard to see everything works properly to make sure there are no further problems.  I definitely recommend them to everyone.  I'll totally reach out to them again whenever I need a help with my AC unit.

I've been using another company for 13 years but it took Corey, the plumber, to actually fix our issues. They are so affordable and treat all customers as if they're the only ones. They also do heating and air conditioning. The company does regular maintenance on our Heater and A/C units, so we never have a problem (like we used to). I can't say enough good, except We are so happy to have found them. They give us such security.

We just completed our first current service call with complete comfort, and it certainly will not be our last.

Creating an appointment was quick and easy over the telephone. We love communication with texts regarding confirmation and estimated arrival.

Luis Dorado arrived on time and was extremely professional in his appearance and demeanor. He was very transparent about the fees. He quickly found the problem and explained it to us. We were thrilled that he had the part with him and left with our air conditioning working again. He was very respectful of the home and wore booties to protect our floors. After the repair, he walked around with a temperature gun and confirmed adequate cooling in every vent in the house.

This was a perfect experience and we could not recommend this company or Luis more highly.

I have been using CC&M for 6 years for our regular AC and furnace yearly tune ups. They do an excellent thorough job and have great customer service.
When it cam time to replace our entire HVAC system I didn't hesitate to use them. They were very helpful through the whole process of getting rebates, choosing the best system and dealing with issues that arose during the install. I was nervous when we had to move our return vents but the final job looks seamless! Their drywall patch repair guy did fantastic work - very impressed.
When the city inspector came he said they did a great job.....for someone who sees this work all the time it brought me additional peace of mind that we choose to use CC&M.

We've used Complete Comfort several times in the last two years.  Our unit is old, and Mike (the owner) told us to expect repeated repairs and likely, eventually the need to replace the unit.  We couldn't afford a new one at the time, so opted for the expensive repair, and then another one, and then another one...every season change.  We recently moved to Texas and are renting the condo - it was a natural for us to call Mike when there was trouble starting up the unit.

Mike answers the phone promptly, and his guys are quick to get out there and always polite.

Sadly, our most recent need for repair - and getting to our wits end, I asked Mike if he would go out personally (with trust in his expertise) to evaluate if it was indeed time for a replacement.  He assured me HE would come and made an appointment for two days out.  The morning he was to show, I was informed by the person letting him in that he had sent a serviceman.  He never even notified me of that, and I feel that was a lack of integrity and respect.  Had he contacted me prior, either we could've rescheduled for another time with HIM - or I could have had to option for the change.  
Fortunately the repair was a small wire thing - the charge being $65.00 for the service call and he wouldn't charge me anything extra  Extra for what?  I asked.  He said that he wouldn't charge me for adding wire.  Did he add wire?  No, he says.  Then there would be no reason to charge me for any.  
I had a $10.00 off coupon and asked him to apply that to the $65.00 for a total charge of $55.00.  We repeated these number several times because it was all over the phone and I wanted to be sure I was hearing correctly.  Yes - FIVE, FIVE.  

Then I get an email charging me for a $75.00 service call, apply a $10 coupon for a total of $65.00.  I call to correct the error, and he says that's the price.  Apparently he didn't see fit to inform me of that change either.

Lack of communication as well as respect for a customer.  

I'm disappointed.

On the Friday before one of the hottest Labor Days in recent history, our A/C broke down. The very next day, on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, we got an appointment when everyone else said the best they could do was Tuesday. Eric was congenial and knowledgeable. After a briefing on our problem, Eric got right to work. Our issue was the capacitor. Even after that replacement he fully inspected the condenser and duct work and our registers. And I appreciated that he shared his findings and kept us informed of what was going on in real time. In Southern California, A/C is so vital, we joined the membership to better and cost effectively maintain our heating and cooling system.  5 stars for the company and for Eric!

Other than having to wait a few days - Mike was right on it.  Diagnosed, checked the other one - and most importantly, the air is working and the house is cool again!  Very professional and knowledgeable.

I needed my 30 year old, mismatched Furnace/AC system replaced. I interviewed 3 great installers so it was hard to choose but Mike made me feel the most confident that they would listen to my wishes and do a high quality job. I take a lot of pride in my home so have very high standards about the quality and appearance of the things put into it. I was given 4 different units at different price levels to choose from. Krystal was very helpful in answering my questions and very responsive.  

Eric and Jose did an amazing install. I had them move the condenser to a different part of my yard and it looks great. They were ontime to the install, did fast work, were always open and inviting about my MANY questions and requests and left the work site cleaner than they found it.

Mike is communicative and helps clear up issues over the phone as much as he can, but also comes out depending on manpower and availability. Luis has been my tech and always takes his time to explain every step of what he's doing before, during, and after his work. Extremely satisfied with the customer service and level of quality from these guys, from the estimate to the execution of the job... They were the only ones responsive to my Yelp inquiries during which I'm sure was a busy heatwave season, and gave reasonable pricing among different tier options... When they came they were super friendly, clean, and quick. They even neatly trimmed the side of a tree for me that would have otherwise been obstructing airflow for the unit. The whole process was as painless as can be... I would definitely recommend!

Great service and more importantly an honest service.  They had to reschedule but Travis called almost two hours ahead to see if we were ok with it.  Things come up and I understand that changes needs to be made on the fly.

I hired complete comfort upon the recommendation of the yelp reviews and the experience of another person who posted on reddit. I needed my old 1960s furnace replaced and to have brand new central air conditioning installed in my town house.  I received excellent service from everyone that worked at Complete Comfort.  Luis was super polite  professional and on time when he gave me my initial estimate. Scheduling the install with David was a breeze and when Eric, Jose and Joe came to do the actual install, they crushed it in a day and were amazing at their job. They too were extremely professional and respectful of our home and were just a very nice team of guys. The pricing was very very competitive and I am happy with the work. Mike the owner was also quick to address all of my concerns and made sure that everything went as expected.  

The only reason why i can't give the full 5 stars is for some minor issues. They were just a little bit late (30 mins) on the day of the install. They assembled my HVAC unit on my driveway before bringing it into the house, so there were some sharp bits of scrap metal and 5-6 screws leftover that they accidentally missed upon cleanup...I noticed them before pulling my car back up the driveway. Also the incorrect thermostat was initially installed but corrected very soon after I told them.

All in all, an excellent company and hardworking team that does very quality work at an excellent price. I will be recommending them to any of my friends and family in need of HVAC work.

Complete Comfort Plumbing/Heating and their plumbers are a grade above the rest.  Professional, knowledgeable, and service oriented.  Corey came over and fixed both my bathtubs which were running brown water.  He discovered that the previous plumber had incorrectly used galvanized steel instead of the proper brass material.  Corey replaced the bad fittings and solved the problem.  It is such a different and enjoyable experience to work with a top notch company.

My A/C kept tripping the breaker and shutting off. I called 2 A/C companies that said they couldn't come out for another week. So I called CCM and they came out the same day.  Jeff was the technician, he was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed my system and found nothing wrong with it, but  may have had a power surge. I was expecting bad news and $$$, but it wasn't the case. He just charged the normal service charge of $89.00.
I will definitely refer Jeff and CCM out to family and friends!

Fixed my heater today. Luis was very professional and friendly. He explained very clearly what was wrong (igniter) and why it needed to be fixed. Very reasonable price. I'm very pleased. I will  use them again. I got a recommendation to use them from my neighbor.

We have had the absolute best experience with this company, with their customer service and with their employees/technicians.  We were in the market for a new AC unit last year and they helped us pick out the perfect unit for our family.  Most recently, our technician Travis returned for a seasonal check up prior to the start of summer and extreme heat and helped us pick out a SMART thermostat.. we chose the Ecobee4 and he quickly installed and gave us a tutorial on how to use it. I highly recommend this company.  We had 4 quotes for replacing our HVAC unit and Complete Comfort Heating & Air was the most responsive and had the best follow through along with a fair price, not so much from the other companies.  I had several questions before committing and Mike was quick to respond to my calls. If he was busy, he would call me back within an hour or so.

Krystal, Client Coordinator Manager, was on top of it.  She made the scheduling and paperwork go very smoothly and was always very pleasant.  Excellent customer service and quick to respond, the only delay in response time was from me.  She's so quick I couldn't keep up :)

The Crew; Eric, Alex and Jose were very professional and clean.  They stayed late on the second day of install to make sure the job was finished.  They had a positive attitude and didn't hesitate to answer any questions that I had during the installation.  For all dog lovers, they had treats for my dogs when they arrived which was a nice touch.

Lost a customer today.

Made an appointment a week prior for an appointment due to my spouse and i's work schedule--Got it confirmed and everything the week before the appointment. Day of the appointment comes and my spouse waits 2 hours for the technician to come to clean our HVAC unit, they never come. I call the office and Krystal says there's nothing they can do other than make us wait for another technician to arrive hours later.

The only thing I was really told was well, I was out of the office all day and we made a mistake. I assume the point of an appointment is to not waste the consumer or company's time.

VERY frustrating having to wait around for 4 hours and then more time for the actual service time itself.

The technicians and service were great (used them twice before), but the logistics suck.

Probably will use another company for future HVAC needs.

I am EXTREMELY happy and satisfied with this company and its employee Jeff. CC&M was able to come to my location on the same day I placed the inquiry call. I called CC&M at 2:10 PM and was assisted by Crystal who advised they had a tech in the area who can come to my location. By 2:50 PM, we had Jeff, our technician at our front door with all his gear ready to solve our issue. Jeff was 100% professional and courteous on helping us out. He told us what our problem is, what will be an issue down the road, and the solution. He fixed our issue and we now have cold air blowing again!  Couldn't be more happier with the service we received today. This is my first time using this company and they just earned my trust for future work. Thank you once again!

Our power went out on the hottest day of the year so far.  When it came back on, our AC unit didn't.  I call Krystal at CCM and was blown away they were able to fit me in that day!  Steve responded and was able to quickly fix the problem and get us up and running again.  After he left, my husband complained our AC hadn't been blowing as cold for over a year.  I had noticed it but didn't mention to Steve as was sure we were going to have to replace the entire HVAC so figured would just deal with the less cooling until ready to replace.  I called CCM again to set up a maintenance for my unit.  Before anything else, Cathy wanted to make sure this wasn't something that should have been corrected on initial visit to ensure customer satisfaction.  I assured her it wasn't. When Travis came out, he went through the process of maintaining my unit and explained everything he was doing.  As soon as he poked his head in my attic, he told me he found the primary cause, the AC unit doors were off and, thus, blowing hot attic air into my house.  He said the last person had put the doors on backwards and eventually they fell off.  I told him the last AC person in my attic was another company a couple years back.  Travis was so professional and polite, he didn't blame the other guy and explained they were tough to put on. Personally, I think a professional should know how to put the doors back on correctly and probably hoped I'd call them back out for another service call once the doors fell off.  Travis went on to check my unit thoroughly to ensure nothing else wrong.  I now have a fully working AC unit again thanks to Complete Comfort & Maintenance at a very reasonable cost. When the time does come to replace my HVAC, I will be calling these folks. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, customer service and honesty!

I had a horrible experience recently after calling on Sept 17th and reaching the receptionist who promised to call my tenant, after 24 hours, 48 hours, no call, called back left 3 VM, and tenant left 2 VM's and still no response to schedule. Mike the owner finally was reached and acted like the service call was never put in, but goofed saying he didn't call because it was too far! He installed the unit and has services it three times-BTW he installed it wrong requiring inaccessible service to the attic and coils getting dirty because of installation design he chose. Finally he tell me five days later he would come out Friday the 26th or worst case has set appointment directly with my tenant for Tuesday 30th, (9 days after my initial call, he was a no call no show on Friday and again Tuesday the 30th, Ridiculous, if he did not want to come out he should have said this and my tenant would not have been without AC for over two weeks. I called another vendor in the valley and they are on their way late in the day on same day svc call. DO NOT RELY ON leaving a msg for svc calls or his word, it means nothing.

Complete Comfort was very easy nice to work with. Their response time was very fast. Skyler and Josh came out to fix the wax ring on our leaking toilet. They were both very nice and knowledgeable. They diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly! They even noticed some bacteria build up in a nearby sink drain and cleaned it up and poured some probiotic solution to kill the bacteria. Would definitely recommend them!

We had a problem with our previous AC company, they came out to do a simple annual maintenance on our AC which turned into a 3 hour nightmare. Our AC was only 4 years old and worked perfectly before the service was done by the old company and when they left the AC didn't work leaving us stranded with no AC in the 103f weather.

Complete Comfort came to the rescue! Their AC techs quickly diagnosed the issue and confirmed our AC was in good working order and found/fixed the mistake the other company made!

Needless to say we fired the old company and will now be using Complete Comfort for annual checkups.

My experience with complete comfort air conditionoing was outstanding.  I had a 22 year old heating and air conditioning that was on its last legs. It was located in the garage, adjacent to the family room. When the heater or air conditioning was on, the noise was so much you could not hear the television.

The owner, Mike came to the house to evaluate the situation. He helped plan a move from the garage to the attic. The old asbestos ducts were removed and replace with new insulated material. A brand new carrier Zone system was installed in place of the old inefficient one.

Good communication throughout the experience. If there was a scheduled appointment, I would receive a text message when the technician was enroute, or a phone call if there was a delay.  Complete Comfort was the fourth company I reached out for an estimate. 1 company sent a Salesman, 2 companies sent a technician but it was refreshing to talk to the owner from complete comfort to discuss about why I should go with his company and what they would do to install and further maintain the system.

The crew that installed the equipment were friendly, professional, and attentive. They answered all my questions during the installation without any hint of being bothered or annoyed.

The overall experience was great. I would highly recommend this company for large renovation of HVAC systems or maintenance.

Horrible business. Company charged us for a 2 stage condenser but installed a single stage condenser. This is a price difference of $900. We have all of the documentation to back this claim. Chris who is the service manager/middle management admitted the mistake and only offered us a useless service package valued at $12.99/month for 1 year. That's a grand total of $156 to make up for a $900 charge. On top of the $900 they had our thermostat wired for a 2 stage condenser so our air conditioning ran inefficiently for 3 years meaning our electrical bills were likely significantly higher than they should have been. Chris repeatedly told us there is nothing he can do for us and tried to push the phone call off to tomorrow when I pushed back on him and asked to speak to the owner. Horrible service from a horrible company.

Excellent service.  During the heat wave while another 10 A/C companies were too busy to come out, CC was able to fix our unit within a couple days.   We asked for a follow up visit and Mike S. came out to answer all my questions and more.   He even went up into the attic to evaluate all my piping.   To say Mike went above and beyond is an understatement.  Highly recommend this company for your AC needs.

Not trustworthy. Charged for changing nest thermostat and they just reinstalled the old one. Threw away/ lost our custom reusable AC filter and replaced with a Mickey Mouse pieced together with duct tape. Their resolution was to provide 6 disposable filters, but couldn't replace our reusable one. They Closed dampers & left them closed so that we had to figure out why the AC was not working without having to make another service call; also, when they installed the wiring, they stapled it down so the current wasn't running through; it took an electrician under the general contractor to fix it. These people wanted us to replace the whole AC unit. Get out of here with the multiple rip off attempts.
Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

We have been using CCM for a few years now.  They have been the most reliable company in the business.  Whenever we need them, they do everything in their power to get to us in a very timely manner.  Jeff is thorough, polite and very knowledgeable.  Their pricing is spot on and I always feel like I was charged fairly for the work they do.  They do not try to sell you anything you don't need and are honest in explaining how to get the best service for the best price.

The furnace, located in the attic crawl space, stopped blowing hot air and was blowing cold air.  We were having a chilly 40 degree night time cold spell in southern California!
I called 3 HVAC companies which I found on YELP and left messages early Tuesday morning.   Krystal at Complete Comfort Heating and Air was the first person to return my call within 21 minutes.  She made time in their work schedule for the repairman to come out to fix the heater at 6pm that night!
Quan arrived and spent a considerable time testing out the furnace to determine why it was not working.  The air filter was too thick and heavy, not allowing air to go up the vent.  He replaced the air filter with the professional lighter weight more transparent one and then retested the furnace 2 more times with his diagnostic machine to make sure that there were no other problems.  The furnace is now working.  Total cost under $100
The next day I ordered a box of the professional air filters from Complete Comfort Heating and Air which they are going to hand deliver to me.  Thank you Complete Comfort Heating and Air for responding so quickly, thoroughly diagnosing the furnace, and being very reasonable in your charge.

The entire experience with CCM was very smooth and efficient. During this cold spell, I realized my furnace didn't work. They came out and checked the furnace and determined at 38 years old and rusting, it needed to be replaced. They gave me a bid and did not charge for the visit. I called around and ended up calling them back on a Friday morning and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. Around noon, they called and said they finished a job early and were able to get me in if I was around that same day. They came within a half hour and had the house heating again in about 4 hours. Very professional and the price was competitive with others that I called. Thanks!

This company replaced our forty year old HVAC with their top of the line Infinity system. They price is medium, but they offered to process Energy Upgrade and Permit application, while my other two bidder did not offer any.  These two offers were in my opinion, convinced me that they like to run a legit and proper installation.  Next is their on time and efficient installation with amazing consequences.  We have moved our HVAC to the attic.  Now our house is not only cool, but also quiet.  Since LA reach over 110F last two days, our HVAC still operate with reserved capacity.

We highly recommend this company.

One suggestion. Our attic is filled with 40 years of dust.  Their installer needs to wear mask, to avoid constant cough that I can hear.

Like many others in OC my air con unit stopped working yesterday. It has been 85 to 90 degrees in the evening here. These guys said they would be there and they stuck to there word. A bit late arriving but all things considered I can't argue about that as they are so busy.

$375 to replace a $20 part, and $750 total for two hours work. Their explanation is that they charge fixed rates, not by the hour. Plus they recommended additional work (close to $1000) that a subsequent contractor said wasn't needed!  There are many fine, ethical, and honest contractors out there. Steer clear of these guys.

We had a very positive experience with very knowledgeable  staff and Carrier products. The scheduling and friendly office staff was outstanding. Our buying and installation experience  was exceptional. Mike was very helpful in the whole process. Jeff most helpful and flexible.  The Energy Upgrade Plan was well worth it..great experience and savings.

Called them to fix a leaky kitchen range hood exhaust duct that was blowing cooking odors from light fixtures, ceiling cavity etc. Eric arrived on time, diagnosed the job quickly - the exhaust ductwork was improperly connected behind drywall by previous owner and so the hood was venting into the space between joists. They gave me a fair quote to repair it right away, I agreed and ~3 hours later the ducts were removed, realigned and connected with loads of adhesive/tape and vented nicely to outside the house. He also did the repair in a clever way to minimize holes in the drywall and avoid disturbing the cabinets. I could see the job was done carefully and the joints were fixed robustly.

What I also highly appreciate is that they did the job right away and didn't reschedule for another day etc....and saved me time.

I would use their prompt, friendly and quality service again.

Well, I liked Jeff who came out to diagnose the problem with my mom's heater. It turned out that she needed a $90 part and they quoted $885 for the whole job! YIKES! So, I had to get a couple of other quotes of course, and fortunately, I found two other local businesses who quoted the repair for just over $300. Got it fixed by the other company. When I emailed CC&MH&A back and asked why their price was over $500 higher than two other companies, I got no reply. :( I have learned a lesson that I'll pass on to you. At the bottom of all of the raving reviews there is in light grey letters a link titled: Other reviews that are not currently recommended Do yourself a favor and read the reviews listed there.

Total lifesaver. Tried troubleshooting the thermostat based on YouTube videos. Nothing worked. Desperate in the heat wave and getting ready for my wedding in a few days I made panicked phone calls to everyone I could find on yelp. The first 6 calls gave me the same response: it's a heat wave. We are booked til next Thursday.
Krystal actually calmed me down and said she'd get someone out in 2 hours. The tech called that he was available earlier. Yes and thank you! Turns out it was as simple as a filter!! He was EARLY. Not just prompt. EARLY!! Gotta love that they took my emergency to heart and saved the day. They've earned my loyalty.

Krystal helped to set up our appointment time, and we were scheduled for only 1 business day after our  initial call (not a critical air conditioning need), which is amazing for the summer time. She was so friendly and being that she is the initial contact customers have with the business, they definitely hired the right person.

Travis was our technician and was extremely personable & educated, making the process stress free and easy. He gave us a courtesy call before he arrived, showed up on time, and was professional. He also took ample time to explain the issues occurring and what he recommended.

I have been using Compete Comfort Heating and Air for over a year and their service is always excellent!  Everything is explained clearly and all work is completed in a timely manner.  Very professional and I am so happy to have this great company to service our heating and air conditioning needs.

These guys are AMAZING!!  I got an air conditioning unit installed into my home and I could not be happier.  I wanted it to be COLD... and Mike walked me through all the different options and really had patience with me in figuring out what I needed.  These guys go WAY above and beyond the call of duty to make the customer happy.  

Example... Eric mentioned they needed to use plaster for one part of the install.. so I jokingly pointed to another area of my house that needed to be fixed and said Sounds good... if you have extra patch that hole there too.  Keep in mind this was totally not related to the install... so they ofcourse had no obligation to do it.  BUT he did!!  My jaw hit the floor when I saw he patched up the whole area just for free.. and did a fantastic job!

Anyhow, these guys are awesome... and my new Air conditioner works like a champ!  Its like a meat locker in here.. JUST THE WAY I LIKE IT!!

heat wave and knew finding anyone to come out would be close to impossible.  I started looking to Yelp for help. Well as luck has it, Complete Comfort was able to accommodate. I have been very impressed with Complete Comfort & Maintenance from my initial meeting with Michael (President) and the quote we received that was reasonably priced for the installation of a new a/c unit and the replacement of a 36 year old heater.  The installers (Eric & Joe) were great and it has been a pleasure to work with Krystal in the front office.  They impressed me enough to use them again after the a/c system went out at our rental house and needed to be replaced.  It was also nice to find out we are receiving additional rebates for both systems.

We called on a Thursday, Mike came out to provide a quote on Saturday, and work started 8 days later (we installed AC in July so the minor wait was expected). Mike was knowledgeable and thorough. Krystal kept our job organized and provided the formal quote, invoice, and appt dates very timely. We had an old furnace removed, Asbestos ducts removed, new furnace relocated to the attic, new Carrier AC unit installed, a Gable vent and all new ducts / returns installed. Called in am and got an afternoon appt.  I am a first time customer and was pleased with the courteous and quick service.  Tech was able to come earlier than scheduled time which I was happy about!  Tech Eric was so professional and courteous.  Finished repair needed quickly and answered all my questions.  I definitely recommend this company for service needs.

I had a bad experience with this company over a year ago. I had some personal things going on in my life at the time, so I decided to let the terrible experience I had with this company go for the time being. However, I still feel obligated to share my experience so that others do not make the same mistake. The gist is that we had an older unit on our home. They did an 800.00 plus repair that lasted only 40 days. They would not stand by their repair or refund the money. When I asked them to do the additional repairs they suggested since I was already 800.00 plus in with them for a condenser, they said they wouldn't do it since the unit was old. We ended up going with another company to have the whole thing replaced. My biggest issue is that they listed additional repairs that needed to be done. After the unit failed, I asked them if they could do the repairs. They wouldn't do them. They said it would fail again. I feel an ethical company wouldn't do an 800.00 repair knowing that it would fail, as they claimed. I will share my correspondence so you can be cautious should you choose to use this company.

After further inspection they didn't replace the water pump the first time they fixed the AC unit last year. Almost a year later it breaks. They realize the air filter cover was missing and clogging. I had warranty on the pump (pump that was never replaced?). They replaced the pump and now attaching the filter cover. $770 later. More than $1k of work in 365 days. Crazy. The AC technician was cool and great. But everything else lacks.

Great 1st experience with this company.  Called when they opened and they were at my house within a few hours. Travis was a great help and very personable and honest. He fixed my AC in under an hour! I would def recommend this company for your A/C and heating needs!

Just had 2 new air conditioning (heat pump) units installed at our house. The old ones were 21 years old and on their last legs.

I called Complete Comfort first, on a recommendation from our neighbor, who had new units installed a couple of years ago and highly recommended them...and wow was he right!

From the time that David took my call and Mike showed up to inspect and provide an estimate I knew I was in good hands.

After approving the estimate we had to wait about a week and a half for the units to be ordered, delivered and installed.  I figured this was a very acceptable timeline, considering we were in the heat of the summer and they likely have lots of calls and other customers to attend to.

Their foreman Eric and his assistants were top notch from beginning to end. Taking care to not only lay down tarps throughout the walkways in the house, but vacuumed and cleaned up meticulously each day before they left.  

I can't say enough good things about this company, so I am certain that anyone who uses them in the future will have a similar experience. Thanks a million!!

Great experience - Eric arrived at the scheduled time and methodically worked through troubleshooting an issue with the thermostat not initiating heating or cooling.  Turned out to be a quick and easy fix and I was able to get back up and running with just the dispatch/diagnosis fee.  I'm skeptical of most HVAC companies having seen more than one try to rip off friends and family but I'm off to a good start with Complete Comfort.

Jeff installed a new AC compressor for me just yesterday.  They were fast, reasonably priced and reliable.  Highly recommend.

We have used Complete Comfort Heating and Air for over 2 years to conduct routine maintenance on our AC and heating units. A few weeks ago one of our AC units stopped working. Michael's crew came right away and performed a test to figure out where the leak was in the system. A new condenser was put in and we couldn't be happier. Michael's crew, Jose and Luis have always been so professional, courteous, and super friendly! They are very knowledgeable and are so easy to talk to. The office staff is also super helpful! Again -- I had AC maintenance needs and I was planning on calling CC. But I also had tankless water heater needs and plumbing needs, all very recently. I called a few plumbing folks today and they tried to swindle me -- saying they can't fix a leak unless I replace the sink and faucet through them.

I called CC and inquired. No problem -- within a few hours, Luis arrived and, again, took care of all our needs. Then came payment -- unbelievably fair pricing. Luis is a pro and figures things out. We are beyond satisfied.

I want to thank Complete Comfort for providing great advice, for perfectly installing a top-notch Carrier HVAC system, and for delivering excellent customer service.

I decided to replace the existing HVAC system and ductwork in my home and after meeting with Complete Comfort Heating and Air, I knew that they were the ones that I wanted to work with.  I actually thought I was going to use a different company, but I'm so glad that our friend suggested giving Complete Comfort a call.  Without that referral, I would never have met Mike and the team.  

The initial survey with Mike was very different than with the other companies.  Mike talked about air flow and efficiency and was focused on how to optimize the performance of the system and what would be needed to fit my home.  The consultation was very customized to my house and layout.  He also noticed that there were no vents in two of the bathrooms and also provided suggestions on how to more efficiently and effectively install the new ducts.  He is extremely knowledgeable and honest and provided the proposal in a straight-forward manner.  Also, while other companies I met gave 1- or 2-year warranties for their work, Complete Comfort warranties their work for 10-years , so you know they are confident in what they do and in how they do it.  They stand behind their work and that gave me a lot of confidence as this was a large investment that I was about to make.

Once Complete Comfort was engaged to do the installation, Krystal made sure that the work would be done smoothly.  I received email updates regarding the installation process as well as an email introducing the members of the team that would be installing my HVAC system.  Complete Comfort also makes sure that the system is installed correctly and to code.  All the work was done with permits and also inspected by an independent inspection company to confirm that the system excels under HERS testing.  They coordinate everything for you to make the process easy and their transparency throughout the process makes it easy to have confidence and trust.

The installation team - Eric, Jose, Alex, and Luis - was professional, gracious, friendly, and very detail oriented.  They arrived on time, installed everything perfectly and completed everything within the proposed timeline.  I am really happy with their work and their attention to detail - great clean install and also hauled away all the old equipment and left no mess.

I was blown away by the fast response. We were nervous to call, as we have been burned in the past by repairman and it has cost us a fortune. They were affordable and quick to fix our problem! . Travis, our tech was very knowledgable. I highly recommend complete comfort. We will keep their number close for future use!

Called Complete Comfort during a crazy week long heat wave and they were able to squeeze me in quickly. Happy to have such a quick response as my A/C died and it was 105+ for the 3rd straight day.

Appointment process was outstanding. Staff was very friendly and clearly communicated the process and scheduling. Once appointment was made I received a follow up phone call  to keep me informed of when they would arrive. Michael arrived exactly as scheduled.

Micheal assessed the problem, clearly explained the issue and took the time to check the entire HVAC system. No rushing or speeding the assessment or repair.  No question that Micheal was a pro.  Repairs were made and system was up and running.

Complete Comfort has been a wonderful company to work with. We have used them several times and instantly felt comfortable and confident in their service and we can truly trust everyone. I called during the summer heat wave and was excited how quick they were able to get out to me. They were concerned I could have a serious problem and I felt I was made a priority to see so things didn't worsen over the weekend. Luis was our technician, and he has come out a couple of times in the past for maintenance. This last visit was again 5 star as usual. He texted when he was on his way, arrived exactly on time, was dressed professional and clean. He was very polite and graciously listened to me awkwardly explain what was going on with my AC. What I respected most about Luis, was that after I kept pointing to the unit and the weird noise, he didn't immediately assess that. He started his assessment of my entire unit in a systemic order saving the unit for last. I really appreciated that and was 100% confident he was going to fix everything. Of course he found the problem and was able to replace/repair the broken part that day. He also showed me how dirty the outside unit was and recommended a deep clean of it and then offered to show me how to keep up the maintenance if I wanted to do it myself. It looked brand new after he spent so much time on it. My AC was back to sounding normal and running ice cold! I had to put on a sweater! haha. Thank you complete Comfort!!!!!

Complete Comfort Heating & Air did an amazing job installing my air conditioning unit! My house was built in the 1920's and never had air. The team at Complete Comfort lead by Eric (Installer) came into my home with the utmost professionalism, strong work ethnic, and courteousness that has been unmatched. Eric was fantastic with regard to explaining exactly what they were doing. He also took time to explain the equipment and how it was being installed. I felt very comfortable with the Complete Comfort team as well as confident they were extremely knowledgeable. My home had to city pass inspection. The city inspector told me that Complete Comfort did a great job! It made me feel so good that I made the right decision in choosing Complete Comfort!  I had just painted the interior walls and they did NOT  destroy them or my fresh paint job. Mike (Owner) was very attentive and easy to reach if I had questions. He is certainly running a well oiled machine. Thank god I called this company. Travis is amazing. He is honest and helpful. Before I called them for service, I had a company called Cole Service, The technician named Jeff came to check my AC/ heater system, he put the bottom cover on top and top cover on the bottom then told me that the cover was missing a screen and that is illegal, threatened me that I could get sued and refused to add freon for me because it's too old and I need to install a whole new system for $5k-$10k. Then I called another company named AmTech who told me that the blower was broken and I need to spend $650. What dishonest people out there. I have learned  always have more than one company to give estimates.

These guys came out multiple times and charge us a total of $3,000 before telling us that we needed a new AC unit.  When we asked for a quote, they were double the other 3 quotes we received.  Total waste of money dealing with them.

I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your plumber...Omar was communicative, timely and professional. He showed up (some people don't), was ready to asses my situation, had his measuring tape and described the visual changes he anticipated.

He provided a fair quote and reasonable time for completion. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish then made sure he understood and then described how he would proceed. He was very clear in saying plumbers don't do stucco so I already know to plan for patch work to be done. Once the work is completed I will update my review, in the meantime here is a before picture.

Had an emergency last night--leaking pipe out of my AC unit. I requested quotes from a couple of businesses and Michael responded. He explained to me that he could be there tomorrow (today) from 11am-12pm. I told him that was ok. This morning, at around 730am, i sent him my address and he said that that slot was taken and was available from 1-2pm. I scheduled work and coordinated with my wife to ensure one of us would be at our house so it didnt work out. I'm not sure why he booked an appointment in that time frame when we agreed on it last night--i'll go with someone more dependable.

I don't understand why Michael doesn't understand why I rated them one-star based on our interaction. I clearly had a bad experience with him and his company and would never use them  under any circumstance. He made an extremely stressful situation (1-inch of standing water, trying to get AC repair guy out, trying to get a restoration repair guy out to my home, getting time off of work and coordinating with my wife and her work for someone to be at home during that time frame) even more stressful.  To me, that's really simple.

In his PMs, he said I should have looked at the time frames for information required to book an appointment--i explained to him that I was messaging him and as a representative of the company (and as the owner) I relied on what he was messaging me. Before I went to bed I was under the impression that the time was booked. If he told me that I needed to send him the info needed to book the time slot immediately, I would have sent in in a split second.

I stand by by one-star rating,  There was clearly a communication error-i hope they take it as a learning experience and move on.

I had a new Furnace/AC unit and all new ductwork done by Complete Comfort over a year ago. Eric and his crew did a great job with the install. I had a lot of questions and Eric was very good at addressing everything and explaining things very thoroughly to me. I've had a couple follow-up visits from Travis and Luis to check on some minor things and I was happy with their service as well.

We called Complete Comfort & Maintenance based on the positive Yelp reviews and boy are we glad we did!  Jeff and Steve installed our brand new Carrier AC unit and did a very clean installation.  The quality of their workmanship is outstanding!  We highly recommend them!

Not only his price was the most reasonable, his work and service went beyond my expectations. I needed him because of our sale of our home. The buyer's home inspector ask HVAC to fix few things in our house. At that time, I forgot to ask him pictures of his work. So few weeks later I asked him if he had pictures of his work, he immediately replied back to me with all his pictures. I don't think most of HVAC keep pictures so I really appreciate for that.

Complete Comfort helped us determine what was wrong with our AC unit.  We decided to replace the entire HVAC unit.  Complete Comfort did an excellent job for us.  They are always on time.  Krystal was very helpful when scheduling the work.  Eric did an outstanding job of installing the new equipment and taking away our old equipment.  He and his partner were concerned about cleanliness.  Eric left my garage looking better than when he arrived.  The unit needed a little tweak after installation.  Eric came back immediately to get the unit running perfectly.

Michael Selvaggio, the owner of the company, came to our house during the process of evaluating our old equipment.  He seems like an honest man.  He seemed to really appreciate us giving him an opportunity to work on our system.  Every person we have dealt with at Complete Comfort has been very courteous and responsive.

Originally we had Complete Comfort and Air fix our broken heating system and replaced a module of some sort at a reasonable fee. We joined their service program at the time without really knowing the real benefit of deal. Fast forward six months later and the owner Michael showed up to provide their inspection replacing our air filter and checking the general health of my system. He never pressured me into a replacement of our unit but did spend at least an hour in our attic testing our equipment. Extremely nice, polite and very respectful he proceeded to showing me the condition details of my Heating and air system. No pressure what so ever. I highly recommend this company because they are honest and trust worthy. Thank you Michael we appreciate your efforts.

Had service completed on an AC / HVAC system. I had an issue with the heat not coming on, so I called my home warranty company and they sent complete comfort and maintenance. Another AC company installed a replacement motor beforehand improperly connected the wiring. Jeff came out and inspected the system and discovered it was just a loose wire. He reconnected it and charged me a small service fee. I'm pretty busy and was glad he got the job done right then and there without lengthy delays, outrageous fees and taking me for a ride. Jeff was courteous, professional, and honest. I would call them again, even outside of the home warranty. Thanks Complete Comfort for the professional service.

My experience was just so-so.  I took time off work to have my AC looked at.  My technician was two hours late, spent an hour diagnosing my AC unit, told me there was nothing he could do and charged me $90. He felt the problem was a faulty part and that he would need to go back to the office to get quotes on what it will cost to replace.  The office was supposed to give me that information within a day, which seemed fair. It's been a week and nobody has contacted me. Pretty sure they decided just to take the money and move on.  They have no plans to finish the job.  Someone else is coming to finish their work this weekend.

I requested an estimate for a mini split unit for two of my rooms and possible remodeling of my AC duct. They came by and took notes. The technician was very pleasant. However, that was several weeks ago. I texted and called to ask them where the estimate was. Still waiting for them. Sounds like they are not interested. But it would have been nice to give us a courtesy call. Very poor follow up. Even if they came back, I now doubt if they can actually do the work and if they will be responsive after the job is done.

The AC in my apartment was leaking, and the maintenance people sent out my apartment complex's office didn't seem to know exactly what was happening. I decided to call in a professional to take a look and get a proper diagnosis. After some searching, I found Complete Comfort Heating and Air on Yelp. I gave them a call, and they were able to schedule an appointment with someone the very next day.

The next day, I received a call from Michael confirming that the technician Eric would be visiting my home within an hour window. Very soon, I also got a call from Eric himself - he had gotten done with an earlier job sooner than expected, and he kindly offered to come early to take a look at the AC.

Eric showed up just 20 minutes after our phone call, and was professional, polite, and friendly. After I filled him in on all the details, he got to work. He instantly identified some problem points in the installation, and very soon thereafter pointed out a large hole in the condensate drain pan that had resulted as a combination of a bad weld and corrosion over time.

After some advice, he offered to get me a quote for the replacement, as a repair would not be possible with how badly the pan had corroded. I was upfront with him that I would not be purchasing a replacement as I was renting, but that I would gladly take a quote and then present it to the property management company alongside his diagnosis of the problem so that they could take action. Eric whipped up a quote in no time, explained all the benefits of Complete Comfort's warranty, and the details of the replacement.

Calling Eric over to provide me a detailed diagnosis, quote, and extensive advice as to my options only cost me a measly $69. Afterwards, I was easily able to contact the office to receive documentation of the diagnosis to provide to my landlord, which I received in minutes.

After my experience with Complete Comfort's quality customer service and Eric's professionalism and expertise, I have no hesitations recommending them to anyone looking for quality service with friendly touch.

Update: My floor has been repaired. They were unable to replace the damaged planks so Complete Comfort covered the cost to replace the entire floor in my laundry room. They are still unwilling to provide me with a detailed invoice but Chris has assured me that repair charges are based on the type of repair and that I was not overcharged. In spite of what he said and repairing their damaged, I feel $4,179.25 to install a coil that only cost $522.59 was excessive.

Dissatisfied with the repair cost and damage to my floor.

I was charged $4,179.25 to install a $522.59 coil. The installers were at my house 3 hours. Part of that time was spent trying to clean up the blue adhesive they spilled on my floor and baseboards. Attached are pictures of the estimate, floor and baseboards.

I contacted my AC manufacturer for warranty repair information. I was told Complete Comfort in Lake Forest is an authorized warranty repair for my unit. Since Google and Yelp showed high ratings for this establishment, I scheduled service with them. On 4/25/23 their technician determined my coil had a leak; it was not covered under warranty. I paid a 10% deposit and scheduled the install for 4/26/23.

I contacted Complete Comfort to request a detailed bill with parts and labor costs. Chris told me they do not provide detailed bills with parts and labor costs. I was told they do not charge by the hour but by the type of repair. Chris stated the installers would tell me the cost of the part at the install. When I asked the installers, they did not know the cost. The installers were at my house for 3 hours, part of that time was spent trying to clean up the blue adhesive they had spilled. I asked the installers for something in writing stating my flooring would be restored to pre-install condition I received nothing.

Once the installers left, I received a courtesy call from Complete Comfort. When asked if I was satisfied with the job, I said absolutely NOT because the installers had spilled adhesive on my floor. I was then connected to Chris and we discussed the floor damage and I again ask for something in writing stating the floor and baseboards would be repaired. I have received NOTHING. Chris stated they have a drywall guy who does flooring and he would be contacting me. Their repair person has canceled our appointment three times and has set yet another appointment for tomorrow. They are planning to try to clean the floor. I'm not sure what he is planning to do with the thumb size chunk of missing flooring the installers tore out.

I also told Chris his installers did not know the part cost. Chris told me it was $522.59. I asked if that meant installation cost was $3,656.66. I was told there is a lot involved with replacing a coil. I told him the installers were only at my home for 3 hours. I realize there is a cost for coolant however I feel I was overcharged because I am a senior woman.

I had a problem with our AC unit couple of weeks ago during the high wing just before new years eve.  I called them and they accommodated me right away and set up an appointment for me the very next day.  When the technician came, he was a very clean cut young man called Luis.  He was VERY professional and VERY detailed throughout the whole process.  The service Luis gave me, I'll give him a 11 out of 10.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs AC service.

I had an 8 AM appointment and no one even contacted me until 8:20 AM. The person wanted to know why I did not answer the door. I told him because there was no one at my door. They were obviously at the wrong address.  So they were late and at the wrong address so I told them I did not want them to bother coming. Never received an apology from the owners or a manager. Obviously an incompetent company.

The response from the company is not accurate . There was no one hour window given to me. As s matter of fact I received a text at 7:41am that s technician was on his way for the 8:00am appointment. Secondly, the technician never arrived at my address. He had the correct address but he was not at my address. I was at my address. He went to a different property. Why would I make that up?  I also left two voicemails with the company and neither was returned. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I called and left a vm on Saturday around 10am and in 10 min Mike called me back.  He was upfront about the Servise call being $89 and it doesn't subtract from the Repair cost because he said other companies just inflate their repair cost and subtract it afterward.  
He said he could send something someone in 15 min and sure enough, Eric showed up on time.  The immediately went to work and diagnosed both the inside and outside units.  Within a short time, he determined that Ky thermostat was broken, everything else was working fine.  He also told me how to repair it the best way and simplest way.  Went to Home Depot got the part, fixed it.  
This guy Eric does it with a smile and great personality.

Your company was recommended to me by a colleague at work. I would like to thank Steve who came out to do an evaluation on our heater. Yesterday. He did a complete diagnostic on our heater and after all of his hard work it ended up being our filter. He is very honest and I can't thank you enough. Not even a year ago, our air conditioning unit broke and you guys came out and fixed it. At the end you gave us the option to pay extra to get 2 FREE service calls. Well when we called you out to come out today to get one of our FREE service calls, it ended up being $300. In what way does $300 mean FREE to you. There was NOTHING wrong with our unit before you came out, touched something and made it make a horrible sound. The guy you sent wasn't even doing anything for half an hour, just sitting next to the compressor outside staring at it. FREE means you come out, do a quick service, and leave. For FREE!! We are very disappointed with the so called service. How dare you offer 2 FREE services when you are not even going to honor it.

When the AC went out we called and the tech was very patient, courteous and helpful. He told us that they could try and fix the fan motor, but no guarantee the system would work. We discussed the 18+ year old unit we had and looked at the replacement alternatives. No pressure; simply a well-informed and clear presentation of the available alternatives.

We decided to replace our very old (in AC years) unit and although it was easily a 2 day job, the pleasant, hardworking duo arrived right on time and got to work immediately. After a very short break they worked into the afternoon and were done around 3pm. The new AC works great and we are very happy with their professionalism, attention to detail, wearing protective masks and always extremely polite.

saved us over the weekend when we had a huge leak. The came and repaired it in one day. Also found other potential leaks and remedied the problems before they got worse.
