Our kitchen sink was clogged and wasn't draining properly. I called Plumbing Method and they were able to work on it almost right away and I greatly appreciated that. Cori and Anita were both very professional and knowledgable.

Isiah and Marcelo stayed at my home until 8 pm in order to fix our plumbing problem. They were professional, personable and really happy to help us out. I can't thank them enough, we are now able to take a shower again!!

I needed a quick toilet repair. Cori responded quickly and with a fair price. Scheduling was also very fast via text. He came by right when he said he would, and finished the job pretty quickly along with checking the water pressure.
My shower valve broke around 7pm and immediately called around local plumbers. All the 24 hour plumbers dispatch wouldn't be until around 9. I called plumbing method and they were able to dispatch me the after hours plumber who also happened to be the owner. Price was good too considering it's after hours. Great service and prompt as well. Would recommend to friends and family.

Wow. We moved in to our new place today and wanted to wash the sheets for our kids before the night so we ran the washer. An hour later, my neightbor rings the doorbell to alert us about water leaking from our garage! I call a couple of places in panic with no help and here comes Cori to the rescue teamed up with Anthony. Showed up at the time promised and dignosed the problem, picked up the parts needed and fixed the issue quickly in a timely manner. What a life saver. Although the work was great itself, it was more about how Cori handled the whole thing with calm while assuring me he will get it handled. We have been getting work done on a house we purchased and noticed at 5pm on a weekend that 2 of the faucets were leaking! We had a difficult time finding a plumber so late and on the weekend. Cori was able to come out for emergency service and help us out. He also stayed late to install faucets on our sink and finish our plumbing on the house. Would recommend!
I was able to change most valves in the house except for the main water valve. Plumbing Method came out the same night. Guys were quick on their feet and knowledgeable. Would recommend this service to anyone.

I'm a real estate agent I hired them to do some septic tank work. I was impressed and happy they worked fast had great job knowledge which was good because we had a timeframe to get the work done. They were also very friendly and easy to get a hold of. I would definitely hire them again because I know that I can count on them and they could get the job done.

Cori and Anthony were very professional and kind. Not pushy salesman. They did a great job of isolating a leak in the wall from the shower. And they fixed it without damage to the shower travertine. Once they were done I asked them to hydro jet the slow outside drains. Fair pricing and nice young professional guys. Would recommend and hire again.

Matthew and his assistant are very gentle and helpful.Soon they solved my toilet clogged problem and cleaned everything. I recommend plumbing method , I think they are professional.
No doubt the best plumbers around the area. I live in Chino and had a tankless water heater issue. Cori did a wonderful job raising the water heater to match the pipe hole. Not mentioning they came out to help out and worked close to midnight for the job! Very professional and actually took care of their customers. I called my faucet was loose Cori came out within an hour and tightened it at a no charge. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
Called and scheduled a shower drain cleaning. Ashley set up the appointment for me and was very nice and helpful on the phone. Isaac came out to look at the shower and was very knowledgeable and friendly while explaining everything he was doing. He was quick and courteous and made sure to clean up after he was done. This review is based on my own experience. The owner, Cori, appears confident and responsive. However, I feel the workmanship and experience level do not back up the cost they charge. The main reasons for the bad workmanship rating is because plumbing method did not insulate the hot water pipe they rerouted, did not fill the holes they drilled to route the pipe with foam, did not completely clean up after they were done, and the owner would not take any responsibility or criticism on any mishap. I noticed my floor was warm and suspected a slab leak. I contacted Plumbing Method and they were able to come out the next day to diagnose. Cori took about 15 min and determined that there's a slab leak and was confident he was able to fix it the same day. He quoted me 4,000 to reroute a hot water line. He also promised to help me to get through the insurance claim and some costs should be covered. Although Cori's quote is slightly higher than other plumbers, I thought it'd still be worth it if the leak can be fixed the same day and some costs will be covered by insurance. It turned out that leak was not fixed the same day and on top of that I lost hot water in 2 out of 3 bathrooms. After talking with the insurance adjustor, he confirmed that none of the costs would be covered. Cori just told me that he's usually right about where the leak is; it's my house that has weird plumbing. Well, I didn't think much of it and Cori promised to come back another day to complete the job. After the second day of repair, the original leak seemed to be fixed but a new leak developed on a pipe he was working on. Cori would not take any responsibility for the new leak and told me that I should take ownership for the condition of the pipes in my house. Anyway, I decided to just pay Cori what we agreed on for the original slab leak. I ended up going with another company to repipe the entire house.

We called Plumbing Method because we had a water line emergency in our master bathroom. Cori showed up right on time and was awesome! I thought we were going to be without water for the rest of the night but Cori was able to cap and terminate the line and restored our water. We had a leak in our shower and they came the same day. We made an appointment for 10am and they were not able to make that appointment. However, they did end up coming a little bit later and gave us 15% off for missing the appointment window. We also have an older shower that many plumbers would not work on. Appreciate their work and their integrity.

On a Sunday afternoon no less I had two toilets and tub shower backed up. I called several plumbers in my area only receiving their answering service, and telling me nobody was available. I then called Plumbing Method and had Cori the owner on the line. I was told that he would be able to come out later that evening. His service representative called me right after and explained that they would send me alerts when Cori would arrive. Cori and his partner showed up and ran a camera down my main line showing me that palm tree roots had overtaken my main line. I had hydro-jetting done and problem solved. Had a mainline stoppage on a Sunday afternoon that caused flooding in our downstairs bathroom. The guys showed up within an hour after the call and worked on it for 4 hours and finally got it cleared up. They put in work that night. We appreciate all the hard work and their fast response time. We have been looking for a Plumbing company that can help us unclog our backyard drains for a while now. It's been a big problem for our home. This really is an excellent operation and it starts at the top. Owner is hands on, responsive, attentive and skilled. Pricing is inline with mom and pop operations but offer big corporation results. Don't be fooled and pay more. Hire Cori and you'll be happy. A+ boys.
Fantastic! I inquired many plumbers, and Plumbing Method is the most responsive and had the most competitive quote. I messaged them at 3pm, and Cori & his team were here to replace my kitchen faucet at 5:30pm on the same day. They are polite and friendly. They even brought a sanitizer for us, which is a bonus. Also, they were passionate about their job, and I am very satisfied with their service. I will definitely contact them again for any future plumbing issues.
We discovered water falling from the corner of our garage ceiling while the guest shower was being used. We put buckets up and contacted Plumbing Method. They responded promptly and scheduled for them to come out the next day.
The following day Cori and his guy arrived in their nice branded van and shirts. They poked some holes in the dry wall in the garage to look at the pipes. After 30 minutes or so, they delivered great news that the issue has been resolved and to give it 24 hours before we use that shower again. The next day we tested it, and viola - no more water falling from the sky.
We are very pleased with Cori and his Plumbing Method team. From their communication, professionalism, and expertise - they are everything you could ask for in a plumbing company. If you're looking for quick response and accommodate your needs Plumbing Method is one of the company able to help our small business on emergency circumstances. Unfortunately, our regular plumber couldn't make it. Luckily I found Method plumbing business card and spoke to Anita. Right away, I addressed the issue we are having. She immediately responded and recommend to send her plumber to rectify the issue. Within an hour they showed up and recommend hydro-jetting due to excessive oil built up for years and they able to unclogged our floor sink using their technology equipment and cameras. Probably one of the worst things is dealing with contractors when you're the most vulnerable with a major problem in your home. I received a quote from another plumber prior to meeting with Cori that was a lot more destruction than necessary and double the cost. came home from work and noticed water in my driveway and thought I left the garden hose on. Fearing the worst, I open the garage door and water just about everywhere and immediately looked up at ceilings. No leaks there and tracked leak to my water heater. 25 years old she finally let go and did a yelp review search and decided to call.
Called and the nice lady who answered I had a minor emergency on hand and said she will call me back shortly to ask any techs to help. Within 2 minutes she said Cori will be coming out in 2 hours!!! That was crazy fast and I advised them I'd run to store and buy the replacement.
Cori came and handled the problem like a pro and replaced the old heater. Young gent but very polite and respectful. Highly recommend this company.

I ran into a hiccup when I was trying to DIY a leaky faucet and had to call in the professionals. The water main was shut off, so I really needed someone to come out quickly. Last Sunday I searched for a plumber who could come out that day. No emergency but a shower head that was leaking and a tub faucet that needed adjusting. The owner Cori was the on we who came to my house and fixed the issue with 1/5 of the phone et ice the other plumbers were giving me. The others wanted to break the whole we shower wall and change everything and charge $1800 when Cori just changed the broken part and charged me $260

We had an emergency garbage disposal leak. Cori and team were incredibly professional and clean. He was great and incredibly responsive in communicating with us via text and phone to coordinate services. He was punctual in arriving and worked in an efficient manner to complete the work. Great value for their services and would highly recommend them to anyone for future work. The new garbage disposal works like a charm!
They sent two technicians out to assess the plumbing issue and provide a quote. The response time was quick, which was great. One of them was in training, as the main guy was showing the trainee what to look for, etc. The initial assessment was that I needed to have the cartridge in my Kohler shower unit (single handle) replaced. Since the master bath is starting to have similar symptoms, I asked for a quote to have both cartridges replaced. The quote they gave me was $685 per unit, roughly $1370 for what they said would take 2 hours to complete. For an item that costs approximately $75 (X2) to purchase, it meant I would be paying $1220 in labor/service fees. Now, if something else was found after removing the faceplate to the shower fixture and taking a look inside, there would be an additional cost (parts/labor). I hired a reputable company that charged me $450 total, to do both bathrooms, a difference of $920! Plumbing Method could have done the job, but their pricing was not fair in my case. Please do your homework and shop around for the best service and value.
We are hoping to to make this this company our plumbing solution for life and I will write an updated review once the work is complete.
We had a leak in our kitchen on a Thursday night and after searching for someone to come help us, we searched for a reputable company that would offer support after hours. Pluming method to the rescue. Cori was amazing, both were super professional and COVID compliant. They diagnosed the leak coming from the toilet directly above the kitchen and after removing the toilet, saw that it had not been set correctly based on the flooring and rings underneath. They also determined that it was not were the leak was coming from and with safety in mind, recoommended that we contact a restoration company to test for lead/asbetos so that we could cut into the wall and determine root cause of the leak.
We had also mentioned a problem we were having with out outside pipe that was along the same wall as the leak we were seeing in our kitchen and they confirmed they could repair that small leak for us as well.
We started working with Shane who took our calls anytime we had a follow up question about next steps in the work. After the dry wall company capped the leak, they set up dryers in our home for 5 days. I scheduled an appointment with Shane / Cori to come back out and fix the pipe, toilet and backyard leak and they responded quickly with an early appointment the very next day.
The work is not completed yet and haven't received pricing at this point but my family is SO grateful that during a super stressful time, we had someone willing to come help us on such quick notice. We had to cancel our Thanksgiving plans because of all this leak / kitchen mess and Plumbing Method made it all a bit less stressful. Thank you guys

I chose Plumbing Method after seeing their awesome Yelp reviews. I requested a quote which they come out and do for free. I needed a toilet fixed a s four kitchen faucets replaced. They came out and were extremely professional. They wore masks and did a thorough inspection the. Gave me a price that I thought was very reasonable and better than several other companies quoted without even seeing what the job looked like. I decided to go with them and I'm thrilled that I did. Isaac came out on a Sunday and worked most of the day to get the ok'd rusted faucets off, install new angle stops and all the new faucets and fixtures. He also got the toilet working like new. He cleaned everything up and did full and careful inspection to ensure no leaks and all mess cleaned up. I cannot recommend them enough and feel thankful that I now have a plumbing service I will always use. I already am working with them to do more work like replace my aging water heater.

I had an issue where Socal Gas shut down the gas for my entire neighborhood. After they turned the gas back on, my water heater pilot would not go on. It was a 14 year old unit but it was frustrating that my water heater was working before Socal gas shut it off. I was in a bind and I called 3 other Professional Plumbers who all could not fix my issue with my control unit. When I called Corey on the phone, he knew right away what the issue was and was available that same day. Ive never had such great customer service. Im very handy but I dont know much about water heaters. Corey arrived on time and I ended up having him install a brand new Bradford White Eco Defender and I couldnt be more happy. Install was quick and professional. The price was great too, compared to the other 3 plumbers that troubleshot at my house. I would definitely recommend! Had a clogged toilet and had two different plumber company's confirm and cancel. Found Plumbing Method on Yelp last minute and Cori responded right away. I'm so glad we found Plumbing Method! We had leaks in our bathroom from somewhere around the toilet, and they did an extensive search to show us all the future risky areas but didn't try and push us to do anything immediately. My central whole house heater stopped heating but fan still worked . I called a local repair company with almost all 5 star ratings . They couldn't get to me until Thursday and I have my 96 year old mother to worry about so I requested a general quote through the yelp app. Cori Hunter was the first to reply that he could do it today!!
He was on time and had a good personality . His price was very fair and fixed the issue quickly. I would highly recommend Cori.
I'm sure you know how hard it is to get someone to come out last minute, especially on a Sunday. I reached out to multiple companies and Plumbing Method was the first to respond to my request. The only one that had any time to even come out same day, and they got here in less than an hour. Literally had to have been 20 minutes! Anyway, Matt came in and looked at our issue, recommended what I anticipated it would be, helped me with a temporary fix for the problem and that was it. I was ready for some kind of service fee, or consultation fee, but I didn't have to pay a dime! We will definitely use them again in the future! Honest, professional, and punctual.

Plumbing Method was able able to squeeze us into his schedule, and come out to provide his assessment of a broken hose bib in the garage at the family home. Due to the nature of the issue, we had to shut off the water to the house, until we could get it fixed. Meaning it quickly escalated into becoming an urgent job.
Cori came out within 2 hrs of talking to him on the phone, and after reviewing the issue, provided a reasonable quote, and confirmed he'd be able to do the work immediately.

I had a really bad clog that I was fighting all day and I finally had to call a professional. I was lucky enough to stumble upon Plumbing Method and gave them a call. Anita was able to schedule a visit in the late evening within an hour of my call and that responsiveness was a relief.
Cori arrived onsite and after a brief description of what I had done (or not done rather) he was able to determine the best route of action and had my main sewer line cleared and ready to go!
He found the underlying issue which I'm afraid will need more work to fix so they will be helping me work with my insurance to cover the costs. I'll update my review once all work is complete.
Kudos to Cori and the team and plumbing method for being able to come out quickly and clear my drain so my family can use our water again. I look forward to working with them!
Started troubleshooting a leaky shower faucet and realized I ain't no plumber. Little more than what my experience allows. So I called this 5 star company expecting to hopefully have a free estimate and maybe get the work done asap within the next couple of days. Girl who answered was super friendly and set me up with an appointment. Wow. Not only did they show up within an hour, but quoted me a great price, did the work which comes with a lifetime warranty and got it done in less than 2 hours....on a SUNDAY! These guys are super cool, wearing face coverings which shows respect and flat out outperformed expectations. I will be calling them again for all my plumbing needs.

I've been shopping around for estimates and 2nd opinions for my drain. Most people at least spend some time to check it out, look around, at the very least get measurements for the estimate while most offer free camera inspections so they can give their own opinion.
Cori showed up to my house 45 minutes late without a call. Came in and I just showed him a video of a camera put through and about 5 seconds through the video he immediately said he knew the problem even though the camera hasn't even gotten to the spot. He suggested something that the other 13 companies never mentioned and when I told him about it, he said it was a mickey mouse job to do it that way. Then when I requested an estimate he said ok and left. He did not take any measurements or even looked at where the other drain cleanout was. It just felt very lazy and has been the worst out of the 13 service calls I have experienced thus far.
I normally don't leave reviews but this has really left me feeling like he doesn't give a damn about his customers. He called me after I complained on yelp and offered to do a camera inspection after but it was too late and I lost my trust in him.

I have been having flushing issues for awhile. I called plumbing method and I was able to get someone here same day. After careful inspection and listening to my concerns, Isaac was able to determine that a qtip and toilet paper was lodged in my toilet preventing the water to flow. He was in and out in about 30 minutes and my flushing issues were resolved. I'll definitely call plumbing methods for future plumbing issues.

We needed a plumber to respond on a Sunday night. A broken valve under the kitchen sink forced us to turn the main water valve off, and I called 4 plumbers supposedly available 24/7. Cory was the only one who answered the phone, and he got to my house in Chino Hills with a van that had all the required tools and parts to fix our problem. The service was prompt and professional, and he gave me a break on the quoted price I had agreed to because repair was quicker than expected.
I will be calling these guys for all our plumbing repairs and installs. Highly recommended for residents in the Chino Valley area.
I had a leak under my bathroom sink. Tried to fix it myself, but was unable to. I called Plumbing Method. The woman who answered the phone was kind, professional and patient. She took all my information and said she would check with the guys and get back to me. I received a text in within 10 minutes stating someone could come out in about an hour! Later I received a text from Cori letting me know that he and Wesley would be arriving shortly. Cori and Wesley were polite, professional and efficient. They explained what needed to be done, got my approval and went to work. They got the repair completed and cleaned up the area before leaving. Cori and Wesley were considerate regarding COVID protocols. I am very happy with the repair and the cost of the repair. They have great customer service. I will definitely call Plumbing Methods the next time I have plumbing issues.
My laundry line kept backing up and I had several other plumbers over to clear the drain and it would last temporarily. I called Plumbing Method and Cori and Anthony came out the same day and ran the jetter to clear my line. They said there was definitely a clog in the line but that this should work & last quite a while!! They then ran water down the drain for about 10 minutes and NO back up!! I was then able to do my loads of laundry I had piled up and have no issues since. They are amazing guys.. Quick response and friendly!!
I want to acknowledge Marcelo -plumber , who made the appointment with me and was very cordial over the phone. He updated me on his arrival, and was punctual. I felt very safe due to the fact that Marcelo and Omar (assistant ) arrived and remained COVID compliant.
Marcelo assessed the situation, resolved the issue efficiently, and the team cleaned-up after themselves. Both Marcelo and Omar were very professional. I definitely would recommend the team to friends, neighbors, colleagues, and family. Very competitive pricing, but the service was priceless.

I had a kitchen sink and a bathroom sink that were leaking. Cori was able to give me a very reasonable quote from photos I sent him. Anthony came out and fixed them - he was friendly, considerate, and capable. After he finished the repairs, he tested the sinks thoroughly for leaks and left the sinks and underneath areas clean. The cost was a little higher than the quote only because, when Anthony fixed the bathroom sink, the drain piece was deteriorated and needed replacement (he showed me the part - it was probably close to 20 years old and did need to be replaced). He then rushed to Home Depot and back to get the part that matched our faucet. A few days later, the bathroom sink's stopper handle came loose. Anthony came back out and fixed it quickly at a convenient time. I would recommend Plumbing Method for plumbing needs.
Being a lady in distress. I called Plumbing Method at the 11th hour. I.e. after regular business hours and Wow! These guys are the best! Very professional, on time, excellent work and excellent price. Cory and Ryan are guys to call.

Again, people, please carefully read the real reviews here. I had a small pinhole leak. Nothing was ever wrong with my water heater. It's still working fine. They used that as an excuse to try and scam my insurance because the leak was near my water heater. They never mentioned that anyone in their company had Covid haha. I don't know why that would affect this to begin with. My insurance didn't pay out the $10k because it was not necessary which the inspector told Cory when he eventually showed up that day to explain why he wanted to replace the water heater and reroute pipes for no reason.
Also, over $3k for a pinhole leak that other companies, that I unfortunately talked to after the fact, told me shouldn't have been more than $650. I'm not going to argue with a scammy company. Don't waste your time or money on this company. You're already on Yelp so just keep scrolling and find a legit, non-scammer plumbing company.
Oh and I did leave the check on the trash can because that's about the level of respect they deserved.

I wish I would have paid more attention to the reviews when I made the call to Plumbing Method but I needed someone quickly. Hopefully you don't make the same mistake. This company is mismanaged at best and full on scammers at worst. I'm thinking it's a mix of both. I had a small leak that turned into a 5 month ordeal involving my insurance. Literally every time they said they'd be here they were late. Sometimes hours. They'd then give me these outrageous stories of how they were in near death accidents on the last job site or they were stuck under a customer's house or whatever excuse it was that day. I had a small leak that they turned into me needing a new water heater and then it was pipe rerouting all as a money grab on my insurance. In the end I got my leak fixed and my insurance inspector lecturing them on why she didn't understand the $10k estimate.
Save your time, money and effort and go with anyone else.

Cori and Anthony did the job they were asked to do and then some! They replaced the leaky valve that attaches to the fridge waterline in our kitchen--no more leak! Also, they changed the leaky hot water faucet which runs to the washing machine in our garage. In addition, one thing they did above and beyond was they replaced the cold water faucet in the garage too! I initially asked them to do 2 tasks but ended up doing 3 tasks for the price of 2! I think Cori felt bad that he was on an emergency job which ran over time and came to our home a little late. So thank you Cori for you kindness, and Anthony for helping out. Thank you Cori and Shane, for installing our new water heater yesterday, in the late evening, and on short notice.
They replaced our leaking water heater within an hour and corrected other important things that our previous, unlicensed installer didn't do or did incorrectly.
Plumbing Method is licensed, and they were very professional and mask compliant too. Would highly recommend them for a job well done.
Please be Leary of this company. Shop wisely and look elsewhere as you may find your self in the same position as me with a mess on my hands that cost thousands to fix and refusal for honor, integrity or accountability. Good luck

Last week we noticed our hose bib was leaking and decided to replace both the front and backyard (to keep everything consistent). After looking at the reviews on yelp, I reached out through yelp, and Cori was able to respond with an estimate within the time frame given.
Cori and and Anthony came out the same day, and not only did they fix both hose bibs, but Cori was able to point out that our water pressure needed adjusting. They were able to come back to our house over the weekend to fix our water pressure too.
We're really glad we reached out to Plumbing Method to get everything fixed. Great communication, very professional, they offer competitive pricing (and we're very honest with us as we are having to watch our finances due to COVID), and their overall work is very thorough. I have already referred them to a friend, and plan on being a returning customer when needed.

We had an emergency water leak from our bathroom at 10pm last night and called around but no company answered but Plumbing Method. They came out within 30 mins and helped us not only did they fix the leak, they were able to clean up and dry out the mess it left. They saved us from a dire situation and stayed late until past midnight without any additional charges. As a fellow service technician, my family and I were very impressed by the care this family-owned company provided. They went above and beyond for my elderly grandparent to ensure the problem was fixed right away. I had a pretty complicated reverse osmosis system previously installed by a handy-man and about a month later it started leaking pretty bad. I decided that I wanted/ needed a plumber to fix it and also to make sure it was installed correctly (which come to find out it wasn't!). I called Plumbing Method and they came out right away. Even though Cori had never installed this particular reverse osmosis system before, he started problem solving right away-and most importantly, when he got stuck, he called the company who made the system to talk to one of their techs to help him problem solve some of the system's more challenging issues. Given that the system was incorrectly installed, Cori definitely had his work cut out for him. He had to come back three times because new parts had to be ordered/installed- but he was persistent and his costs were reasonable. I will ALWAYS call Plumbing Method for any/all of my plumbing needs.

Five Stars! Plumbing Method to the rescue. I had a significant plumbing issue at one of my Airbnb properties in Chino Hills and Anita was so lovely and quick to respond to my plumbing Emergency. They were out to fix the plumbing issue almost immediately and did a swift and efficient repair. I recommend them to anyone in the Chino Hills or San Bernadino County Area.

Cori is great. He was very responsive in text as soon as I had Yelp run a plumber search. I texted him a pic of a leaky faucet and he quoted a price and he agreed to come late on a Saturday. He showed up with the right parts and fixed the problem quickly. A small amount of debris ended up in the shower head that impacted the pressure but we didn't notice it when we tested it. When I texted him the next day he came out right away and had it fixed within minutes. Easy experience, very responsive, no hassles, I would call him again if I have plumbing needs. 5 stars, easy.
Cori and his guys did a great job. They showed up on time to redo all the plumbing under my kitchen sink and install my new garbage disposal as well as angle stops. They also installed 2 bathroom faucets, angle stops and a new toilet. They were very professional, friendly and followed covid 19 protocol. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs and I will be using them for mine. They are very honest and reasonable.
Shout out to Shane! I had requested four quotes through yelp. Being a woman I felt that two of the plumbers took advantage of me and quoted me two to three times the rate of the Plumbing Method. Shane came a few hours after I contacted the company for a quote. Change a kitchen faucet, replace a basket strainer and replace a spigot. The next day, they came on time as scheduled. They were very professional, educated me on plumbing, and did an amazing job! They take pride in the work they do. I highly recommend Method Plumbing!!
These guys are excellent plumbers! They put in a new shower, tankless water heater, fixed our garbage disposal and several old valves. I read their reviews and reached out to them to fix a leak that was advancing toward my hardwood floors. They got here on time and worked until everything met our expectations. Replaced water heater with tankless as well as other plumbing issues fixed. They are a family owned business and very quick to respond and begin work. They always picked up the phone when I called and were very attentive. Nice guys, looking forward to working with them again.

These guys were great. I couldn't get the pilot to light on my water heater, they gave me a price almost immediately and came to my house late at night to make sure I wasn't without hot water for too long. They showed up and even though the part needed wasn't what they expected, they were still able to get the job done at the agreed price. They also noticed evidence of a water pressure issue and did a pressure test at the regulator to show me it wasn't working properly but didn't try to push me into replacing it. They did an awesome job.

I called Plumbing Method about my water heater they came out Monday but after it was determined it could not be fixed. I needed to buy a new one Shane called me and we moved forward with a new one. Marcello came out and installed the new one. Finally, I have hot water :}

I was literally swimming in logs when these Knights in shining armours came to my rescue! 2 dastardly companies acknowledged appointments and cancelled by leaving me standing knee deep in my problems without a reply. The Plumbing Method crew were quick to respond, clean and friendly. And honestly. I don't know how to express my gratitude enough with how well of a job they did. Definitely recommend.

Professional. responsive, and good workmanship! Will be happy to work with Cori and Shane on all my plumbing needs. I've been looking for a go-to plumber and I think I found the right team and company. Will definitely use Plumbing Method again. I had a dishwasher air gap replaced, and they did an excellent job with the installation.
The job was greatly done and the pipe was cleaner than ever. Fast and effective, the water jet was really efficient and it took only about 30 minutes to get all of the work done. The water draining is faster than ever now!
