This was the absolute best Plumbing service I have ever had. Mick was very professional, accommodating, and patient with my hectic job. I had a very old kitchen faucet that was broken, they replaced it and took care of everything and even went beyond that. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs plumbing service, they got the job done at a fast pace, and everything was done perfectly.

This is sort of a guest review, because unfortunately I was not at home when Right Price Rooter & plumbing was called to fix quite a few issues with our home plumbing. However, I did get to meet the gentleman who came out, saw that everything was fixed, and heard the praise that my mom had to give about their level of service. Without further ado, here's what she had to say, edited for clarity:

Called this place based upon their Yelp reviews when the water pressure in my house began to have major issues and it was a great decision. They answered the phone immediately, I described the problem, and they had someone come over the same afternoon.

Juan, the gentleman who arrived at the house, was incredibly friendly and explained everything that needed to be done and why (always appreciate this). Mike, the gentleman who dispatched Juan, also called me on my cell at the same time to answer any additional questions that my fianceé and I had. They gave me an estimate (including the initial visit, which was free) and we scheduled the work for the next business day.

Juan came out again, and in addition to the work scheduled, unclogged two of our drains and adjusted our malfunctioning water heater, which required a call to a technician from the manufacturer! This only added $75 to the bill, even though I'm sure they could have charged far more for the three added items. In conclusion, they're honest, punctual, and hardworking. We will definitely call them again for our plumbing needs (hopefully not too soon!)

Mick and his team jumped in and gave us a reasonable price. The work from another company was started and they discovered that another phase of gas line work was necessary. The other company was crazy expensive , i definitely felt a bit powerless - you're worried about your building and tenants right? So you do whatever you need to to get the work done. Mick was responsive and got to work right away. It took a few days longer than expected, but I expect that from contractors. Just something you need to build in. I love that they are a family owned multi generational company , and I definitely recommend considering them for your next project.

These guys are the real deal. Prompt, professional and competent. Nice guys as well.

I was impressed that they could quote me a price over the phone. It was far below other people's quotes. They showed up right on time, did the job (hydro jetting my sewer exit line), and cleaned up.

Mick made room in his schedule today and came over to access a clog in my bathroom sink. It turned out to be a bigger issue than he thought. He wasn't able to clear the drain right away, but recommended how to proceed and said he'd come back to finish the job. Here's the kicker, he wouldn't take a penny because the drain was still clogged. How many Plumbers do you know who would do that for you? Answer = NONE. These guys are as good as it gets. Look no further.

I had an emergency plumbing situation at a property that just closed escrow so I called Mick and he was over to the house within an hour. He identified the problem immediately, spoke with the owners and explained the entire situation. I was extremely pleased with Mick's professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness. Our kitchen sink clogged so I called and they got me a technician within an hour on a Sunday! The tech, Victor, walked me through the problem and made sure I could see that everything was fixed afterwards. I had a nail jammed in my garbage disposal so tight a pair of pliers wasn't enough to get it out. Any other plumber at this point would've charged me 100 bucks to come over, but I was told it wasn't worth the cost of a visit. Instead These guys took time out of their day to show where the manual turnblade was on my insinkerator and taught me how to fix it myself. They even offered to send someone out real quick if I couldn't figure it out. I ended up paying absolutely nothing out of pocket, learned more about my appliance, and found my plumber for any other problems that might arise. If you're looking for an honest plumber, look no farther. These are your guys

I scheduled an estimate visit with Mick from Right Price on a Monday at 7am. When 8 rolled around and nobody had showed up, I gave him a call and he thought it was scheduled for 1 or 2pm that day. He blamed a brain fart for the mix-up. That's fine, I understand that and it wasn't really a problem since I was just getting ready for work. We rescheduled for the following morning at 7:30am. Mick showed up on time, was very nice, looked at the project....totally normal and straight forward. When he was leaving I asked if we could have an estimate by the end of the week and he said I would have it to me by the end of the day. It's now Wednesday of the following week and I've heard nothing.

They might do great work, but it shouldn't be this difficult.

It was the 3rd time a pipe broke, causing a leak at my parent's house. We didn't want to have to go through this problem over and over again so I researched and looked around for the best plumbing company around the area to give their professional opinion on a solution.

Right Price Rooter and Plumbing turned out to be a great decision. Mick came all the way out from Glendale and assessed the job. From the start,
he was very professional, courteous, pleasant, and overly accommodating. He recommended we just repipe the entire house to prevent any further leaks. He was very detailed and thorough with his recommendation which showed us that he really knew what he was doing.

After we decided to go ahead with the job, we felt confident that they would do excellent work. Although there were some obstacles and challenges along the way, causing some frustration and inconvenience for my family, I still give the company 5 stars because of the price and 25 year warranty. Also, the drywall work after all the plumbing looked great. My dad ended up being happy so that was a good thing.

Excellent work ethic!!!! I was amazed with their customer service skills (you can tell it was passed on from father to sons). Its a well known family business and if I could give them more than 5 stars TRUST ME I WOULD !!! And when it comes to prices they bit everyone ! ( i quote at least 4 others)

I've been using Right Price Rooter and Plumbing for years now. The person I've been dealing with has been Mick, and he's great. Fair, honest, and dependable. When my toilet or faucet had a leak, he was able to fix it. Now my garbage disposal isn't working, and I have an appointment for next Tuesday for them to come out. I'm sure Mick can fix it. I phoned Right Price and Rooter and explained that we had an emergency plumbing situation. The drains were not working for the two toilets and our two bathtubs. Carlos Franco arrived very quickly and started working on the problem the very same day. Our 100 year old house had several cracked and/or broken pipes that needed to replaced because of tree roots and what looked like tar and grease inside the pipes. Carlos and his associate worked diligently on the situation for three days. They also hauled away the old, useless pipes that had been removed from our plumbing system. We could not be more pleased with the professional methods, results and the fairness in pricing.

Mick came over to my house, and was so wonderful, he was so careful and kind with me, explaining all the ways he performs his duties locating the problem, and what needed to be done to correct the problem. We had a major problem with a broken drain line under our home and the original plumber we called could not get the problem resolved quickly. We called Right Price and they sent a team to our house within an hour on the weekend. No charge for the service call which was great because it was a weekend. Their team quickly figured out how to fix the problem and we gave them the business right away. The owner, Mick, was very helpful and considerate. He gave us a senior citizen discount and was very honest about the work to be done. The icing on the cake was that it initially looked like we needed a new sub pump and more electrical work. Obviously more costly. Their team was able to recondition the existing pump and lines and no need for all the new items and cost. They could have easily have been the more expensive route, but saved us a ton with the fix. That was a life saver. Don't hesitate to call Mick and his team. They are a family owned business that still believes in old school honest customer service. They have a customer for life with us. Thanks Mick!!

This family-run business is top notch. When my toilet was clogged, Mick and his team went WAY my expectations to fix it. It was just a simple ol' clog... Ten feet worth of pipes were angled in the wrong direction, causing the sewage to not drain into the street. My neighbors sewage was also filtering through the same pipes, so you can imagine it was a huge mess! I have a very tight budget right now, but regardless, Mick did everything he could to make sure my pipes were fixed correctly. He also texted me a few days later to make sure everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend this company!

Unfortunately within the last week, we've had to relatively major plumbing issues. My husband came across Right Price Rooter and Plumbing and we are so glad he did! The reviews are spot on - they are the best in the business! We've been in touch with Mick and couldn't be happier with their services.

Mick has had my back from my first phone call to him in April on a mysterious leak inside my first floor apartment of an older multi story building in LA. The HOA was slow to respond in hiring a plumber of their own to perform a diagnosis when I called on Mick's help..

When the leak happened the second time, several months later, Mick was responsive and flexible, fitting me in into his busy schedule. He spoke to me several times explaining what appeared to be going on from his perspective experience with such issues. He was upfront about the snaking of lines to be a temporary solution which needed further work up by the HOA. Almost felt like I had a brother who happens to be a plumber.

I tried Right Price Plumbing mostly because of the other five star reviews in Yelp, but also because their price was the best of the few other companies that I called for quotes. My pipes were full of tree roots, and it was a very difficult job to clear them. They had to use two different machines, and a lot of time, which I thought would cost a lot more, but instead, they were very appologetic for the extra time the job took, and offered me a discount! I would definately use Right Price Rooter & Plumbing again, and definately recommend them to enyone needing quality plumbing service, done at the right price, with a smile.

Mick went out there personally to take care of my plumbing issue. He might lose a few bucks by charging less than his competitors, but he gains a huge amount of loyal customers.

This was my first time using him and because of his great customer service and lower prices you can guarantee I'll only be using him going forward.

If you're a landlord he's great for tenants as he does not talk about prices or other issues with the tenants. He is always on the landlord side and because of this I plan on using him for all my properties.

Excellent service.... fast and reliable too. I have used Right Price over the past few years for my home in Eagle Rock... and they've been terrific. But today these guys blew me away! I had a sewer backup emergency - every toilet and shower was almost overflowing... so I called Right Price and they were able to get a plumber to fix the problem - fast.... and on a Sunday morning! What's really amazing is that they were able to clear the problem in just 20 minutes and didn't even charge me!!! I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and will continue to keep using them for all my plumbing and drain needs in the future.

This review is a little late in posting as Mick came out to our house last week, but he was so helpful and we have had such a hard time finding a good plumber in the past that I wanted to try to help out other yelpers who have had just as hard a time finding a good plumber. You won't go wrong with contacting Right Price Rooter & Plumbing.

Our problem was that we ended up getting a stuffed-up toilet in the middle of night... no apparent reason as we didn't stuff it up. But first thing in the morning we found Right Price Rooter on Yelp and gave them a call. Mick said someone would be out within a couple of hours. When he realized his helper was not going to make it by the time he promised, he gave us a call and said he would come out himself... which he did. He kept in constant contact so that we would know when to expect his arrival. He showed up and resolved the problem pretty quick. We also showed him a few other issues we were having with fixtures changing color on a couple of our sinks and another fixture dripping. He said he will look into the pricing and availability of replacing the fixtures which are a little bit on the pricier end, and get back to us as soon as he had any information.

We highly recommend Mick and Right Price Rooter. If you want someone who is responsible, knowledgable and timely, then don't hesitate to contact them. They were great! and we will be sure to call them anytime we have any other plumbing issues! Thank you again Mick!

Let me just start out by saying that our rental property is a 100 year old house. I hope that's enough to say that plumbing has been a problem for a while now. It's been so difficult to find a company that's knowledgeable and experienced enough to tackle the situation with confidence... not to mention fair (ok, VERY FAIR) rates. After consulting with 6 plumbing companies we decided to go with this company because Mich (the owner) didn't give us the run around or try to rip us off during our time of desperation. What other plumbers said couldnt be done Mich was able to do. One of the things for example, was drainage issues in the tubs. His professional crew thoroughly evaluated the situation by going under the house and spending some time checking the pipes. They did such a great job identifying what needed to be changed and what didn't that it saved us a lot of money. On top of that, the drains have been draining so quickly and smoothly for MONTHS now... and I haven't been bothered by our tenants ever since. I highly recommend these guys for your plumbing needs!

If I could, I would give Right Price Rooter and Plumbing more than 5 stars!

I recently had a plumbing issue related to my toilet - wax seal replacement. Sent out a project request via Yelp and got messaged by several companies, but Mick from Right Price Rooter and Plumbing was the most professional and offered the best price. During my discussion with Mick, he was extremely courteous and professional. I appreciated the fact that he was transparent during the entire process.

On the day of the repair Mick sent one of his technicians out to fix the issue. Fernando arrived and he replaced my wax seal on my toilet promptly. The entire issue was resolved within 15 mins. I enjoyed the fact that Fernando was quick and could tell that he was knowledgeable.

Overall I had such a great experience that I will be going to Right Price Rooter and Plumbing for all my plumbing related issues since I know they will do a superb job. I've even reached out to my Home Owners Association (HOA) to see if we can switch out current plumbing vendor to Right Price Rooter and Plumbing. I hope this happens since I know the community will be in good hands.

For plumbing issues, it's hard to find a skilled team; it's harder to find a skilled team at a reasonable price; it's the hardest to find a skilled team at a reasonable price who will come solve your problem in the shortest time. We've called a few other highly reviewed companies on a Sunday, but none could come for another 1-2 days while we wait in the stent of sewage. We cannot thank Mick and his team enough for prioritizing clients' need.

I thought it would be a good idea to have my house's clay sewer pipe replaced since it seems like the tree roots are getting more and more aggressive each year.

I got several quotes and Mick gave me the lowest quote of all the plumbers who came by. The others dropped these super high quotes with an attitude of take it or leave it while Mick was committed to giving me a competitive bid. We settled on replacing the clay pipe with a polyethylene pipe with no seams for the tree roots to infiltrate along with resin pipe lining from my house to the main sewer line.

On the day of the installation, Giovanni, Fernando and Pablo came punctually and wasted no time getting started. They dug a trench from the sidewalk to my house that was six feet at its deepest. They told me it normally can take several days for the installation, but they stayed until it was dark to get the job done. When it was done, they snaked a camera from my house to the main sewer line and the work looked solid!

Prompt, professional, and fair. We called them with a problematic main line. It was a Sunday, and they were able to send out workers to clean the line within two hours.. They estimated that they would be here between 3 and 5 PM, but they arrived at 2 PM, nearly an hour early. They stuck to the price they quoted, and they cleaned up after themselves, too. We will definitely hire them again if needed.

I can not recommend these guys enough. Three weeks ago we discovered a leak in our new house that we assumed would be a simple fix and it turned out to be a much bigger issue. Mick was very upfront with us about expectations and gave us some great advice when dealing with the home warranty. He was very communicative and his crew was incredible! Fabian and the rest of the crew were very respectful especially in this crazy time of COVID-19 while working quickly and efficiently. The quality of the work was impeccable! They had to dig out part of our side garden, front lawn and the drive and this crew put it back they way they found it. This also included some brick work. In fact the brick work looked better and more even than it did before. This company is trustworthy and honest. No matter the problem these guys can handle it!

I came home to find our hot water tank had burst. Having a wife and two young boys home all the time I went into panic mode. I watched 20+ YouTube videos thinking I could fix the problem myself. After a few hours I realized I should leave it to the pros. So the next morning I contacted 13 plumbers for bids on replacing the old 40 gal tank with a 50 gal tank. 12 of the 13 bids were all about the same price but Mick was the only one to offer an expansion tank for the same price. When I talked to other plumbers they all said it was a great idea but would be an extra charge. So I decided to go with Mick and his team. I have to say Mick and I had a few text delays but I understood as if he was working at my place I would be a little annoyed if he was always taking calls for another gig. It was a little of a hiccup but not enough to loos a star in my review. His team was out with the new tank and did a fabulous job replacing the old tank and fitting the new one in with the expansion tank. I was quite impressed on the final look of the setup. They made it look so nice in there my wife was even excited. I watched a little of his team working via my securety system and I'm SO GLAD I left it to the pros. I would of had to run to the hardware store for so many tools and parts that were needed for the job that I had no idea about it would of cost me so much more then hiring them. They took the old tank with them and did a good job of cleaning up the backyard after they were done. Thank you guys! We now have great water pressure and hot water that we haven't had since we bought the house. Even though they needed more parts then was expected Mick stayed true to his bid. I'll be calling him and his team for all our future plumbing needs!

I wasn't sure about this company, but we had a falling out with our previous plumber, and the overflow had popped again. The first call wasn't great--they said they could do the job and then needed an extra day because we live on a hill--so we weren't thrilled. However, Mick gave us a discount on the rooter job (sewage on the side of our house=no fun), and we were OK. Still, I wouldn't haven't written a review based on that. Fast forward three weeks to this morning: same sewage problem. I was pretty annoyed when I called Mick, and I did realize that we needed to replace the pipe, but he was AWESOME. They came out the same day and replaced 15 feet of line (I think the guy's name was Juan--and he was totally professional and FAST). Best of all was Mick: when he came to collect the bill, he actually knocked off the original rooter charge and then other charges, giving me the job for almost half what the original plumber quoted, with a warranty. WOW. I have almost never had a contractor/plumber/electrician do a job on rush, when I am desperate, and then give me a discount. In addition, they showed me everything, cleaned everything up, and best of all...I can now flush my toilet! If you need a rooter job or a line replaced, call these folks. Mick took his time to talk to me, and even though I was originally unhappy (as most of us are when we see raw sewage in our yard), I ended up being very, very HAPPY I called Mick back. And yes, this really is a family business. Thank you, Mick and team!

Mick responded to my request for help right away. No water movement in my pipes. Nothing flushes. Backflow of water in my tubs. My sewer line was clogged with overgrown roots. I called in the morning at 8:15 a.m. Mick and Fernando were at my house within the hour and took care of my clogged sewer line. No easy task. Fernando did an amazing job clearing my sewer line. I have had several dealings with Right Price Rooter over the past couple of years and they have been great! I am a contractor and a landlord, and I have rooter needs from time to time, for sure. Mick sent his guys out to deal with a property that I have, to clear my main drain, which I have been doing about once a year for the past 15 years. We have root intrusion and even though I have replaced sections of the main, there is a section that runs under the nicely finished driveway, that I have opted to maintain in this manner. Mick tried his best to get through for me but after cutting his jetting hose on my collapsed pipe, said the pipe needed to be changed and refused to take any money, as the work had not had a positive result. I dug down and did change out a section of pipe that seemed to be the problem after that, but was impressed by his ethic. This past week, I again had an issue, on the same line, further down. Mick, remembered the last time out and explained his concern about coming out, but agreed to. His guys were fantastic and cleared my line. The backup at the cleanout, had resulted in a bit of a mess around the cleanout area. They cleaned and hosed down the area before leaving. I like this company! Thanks Mick.

We came home late on a graduation night and found there was no water running at all. Later, we discovered that a pipe along the water main might have ruptured. It was SUNDAY 2AM, and we called Right Price Rooter & Plumbing. Mick answered, and on short notice offered to come for an inspection at 7.30AM within the next few hours.
Mick came. He said it was approximately a 40-feet long of pipe replacement. We settled on a very reasonable price based on the 40-feet length. However, as a more precise measurement was taken, Mick found that the actual length is 60-feet. Plus, the supposedly new half-inch pipe turned out to be one and a quarter-inch, due to a slight mistake during the purchase at the store. Yet, kindly, Mick mentions that the price will remain the same, despite of.
On that same day, Mick and his team got to work, and finished installing the new pipeline. He came back MONDAY the next day to put back the dug up soil the way it was.
My family and I were touched by Mick and his team's dedication and impressed with the swiftness&finesse they displayed in their work.

You turned what could have been a nightmare into an amazing experience. Thank you, Right Price Rooter & Plumbing!!!

Wow! Mick was very professional and very timely. His guys Armando and Pablo were terrific. They know their stuff and are very hard working. They were clean and tidy, professional and did an amazing job installing the plumbing for a washer and dryer in my closet that had not had prior plumbing. Their patch guy (I forgot his name) was also great and did such a good job. The job took 3 days and they worked the full 3 days and really worked hard. I will use these plumbers in the future and in fact will be doing a job soon again with them. I highly recommend them. It's hard to find a good plumbing company.

I don't write many reviews. When I came across this company on yelp, I couldn't believe how many good reviews they had. I even wondered if they were all legit. Well, they are!! The gentleman I spoke to on the phone, Mick, came out the same day, He evaluated the problem and spent the entire next day fixing it. Very reasonably priced. He even did more than he had initially thought he needed to do and made a trip to the store to get more supplies but the price did not change. He noticed that one of the knobs in my shower is not working properly so he is coming back to fix that at no cost. So glad I found these guys.

Since I found these guys through Yelp, it's only fair I do my part too and spread the word around about Right Price Rooters' awesome customer service and amazingly low price. We bought our first home in Burbank last year. Built in the 1920s, it had galvanized pipes. So the water volume kept reducing in the kitchen faucet from the corrosion accumulating in the pipes. A repiping of the house to copper pipes was much needed. I made appointments with all the top rated plumbers from Yelp, both in Burbank and Los Angeles area to come over and give me a quote. Right Price Rooters was one of the lowest quotes. But most importantly I felt confident, from talking to Mick, the owner, of their expertise in doing this kind of job. Whereas many other plumbers were suggesting getting the water pipe in the kitchen by drilling through the wall, and creating an eyesore, Mick suggested a much more aesthetically cleaner way of bringing the pipe in through the attic. Although apparently they do much bigger jobs, he was not dismissive of our small house projector at all. He quoted me his best price right from the beginning. He laid a great deal on emphasis on how their company was started by their dad who also trained his brother and him to carry on the business with attention to customer service. On getting the project, Mick worked with our schedules and the workers he sent, Juan and the other guy, whose name I forgot, were very courteous and professional. They did a very clean and precise job of repiping and patching up any holes in the drywall they had to make to get the pipes in. They were also cool with our big dogs, so it was a relief that we did not have to confine our dogs during the duration of their work. We decided to go ahead and also install a tankless water heater system. Mick got us a good quality heater at a great price. The icing on the cake was when Mick showed great customer service by redirecting our air vent, and installing two faucets and snaking our sink at no additional charge. He also texted in the following days and inquired whether everything was to our satisfaction. We are highly impressed by Right Price Rooter and they are our go-to plumbers now. Call them for your needs- this business needs to be promoted for their good ethics and business practices.

As a property management company, I can't begin to emphasize the importance of Honest, Integrity, and Efficiency. Over the course of time, we've had our fair share of run-ins with people who think they're plumbers, con artists, bait and switchers, you name it. As soon as Mick became technical in an effort to diagnose our issue over the phone, I knew I was speaking to an honest and experienced professional. Mick and his team have done several jobs at our house. They're responsive when I've made requests and have spent the time to explain the issues and offer practical solutions. They replaced piping under our house and have unclogged multiple drains and we appreciate them getting things taken care of so quickly for us.

As a new home owner, I've been dreading finding a reasonable and honest plumber. My husband and I had a dreaded hot water slab leak and had already gone through two plumbing companies who were not giving us a straight answer on what was necessary to repair. We called Right Price Rooter and Plumbing, and not only did Mick answer our call right away, he was at our house within an hour and provided us with a game plan and a price within 20 minutes after hearing our concerns. The job was completed 2 days later (on a Sunday to accommodate us) and the plumber was extremely polite, efficient and trustworthy. Once again, Yelp has come to the rescue. I contacted Right Price to look at my leaking water heater. When I found that it couln't be repaired, I was given options for both a traditional tank, and tankless replacement. I went with the tankless, and Mick was able to recommend a specific unit that wouldn't cause problems with my HOA, as I live ina condo. Juan and Mick installed the unit without a hitch, and left my garage spotless and the closet freshly painted. I was happy with both the pricing and customer service I received, and would recommend them fully.

What a professional, excellent plumber! The pilot light went out on the
water heater in a triplex I own in Burbank. Needless to say the tenants weren't happy and neither was I.
The gas company said that the water heater was leaking and so I called and got estimates. Mike from Right Price Rooter and Plumbing answered the call and came quickly to the property and assessed the problem. He found that a pipe had been installed incorrectly when the original water heater was installed and it was leaking under the house. He flushed the heater of accumulated minerals and put in fresh water. He reconfigured the pipe so it wouldn't leak under the house. The water heater was 12 years old and he suggested I might need a new one. But a little strapped for cash it seemed monumental for me to buy a new one. Mike kept his eye on the situation and checked back to see how it was doing. The tenants reported that the old water heater was working - they were able to get hot water but it too quickly became cold. I knew I had to get a new heater eventually so I bit the bullet and called home depot. I figured it was now or never and I knew who was the right person to install it, Mike at right rooter! Mike helped me every step of the way with professionalism, good pricing and care. I have never had any experience with such a considerate and helpful plumber - and I've been around for a while. Many accolades to him! He also assessed some other problems I might have in the future. I heartily recommend him for Any plumbing job!

CALL RIGHT PRICE FIRST!!
HONEST QUOTE, FAIR PRICE, PROMPT SERVICE, PROFESSIONAL THOROUGH WORK.

Mick from Right Price returned my message immediately and said he'd be at my house between 10am and 12pm. He showed up promptly at 11am ready to go. He also diagnosed my problem over the phone and said my main line was probably stopped up and needed to be cleared. He then clearly described the 2 processes they use to clear a main line, snaking and water jetting. Water Jetting was a bit more money ($150 vs. $250) but that's what I went with.

I also told him I needed my tubs and sinks looked at as a previous plumber from a different company had told me they all needed to be cleared as well as the main line with a possible Main Line replacement, quoting me $100 each per drain. I had six total drains plus the main line which from the different company quoted a start price of $850. Mick said clearing out my Main Line would take care of all the stoppage from the other drains and Right Prices quote was only $250, $150 if I wanted to snake the main line.

After Mick water jetted my main line he came in and inspected each of my other drains, plunged a few of them and removed debris from a few and they all drained!!! What thorough, honest, professional service!! Thanx Mick and Thank You Right Price!!

Our kitchen sinks were clogged and after doing everything we could do as non-professionals (i.e., snaking the drains, replacing the p-trap and using the plungers), the water was still draining very slowly and that was when we knew something serious was wrong with the pipes and that it was time to call the professionals.

I am so glad we found right price rooter & plumbing because Mick came by that very first day I called and snaked the drains right away and seeing that the water still wasn't flowing down the pipes, he didn't charged me for the work he did and was able to quickly diagnosed the problems. He price he quoted us was very reasonable considering they ended up replacing the clean-out, hydro-jetting the pipes and patching up the dry wall behind the sinks. He and Carlos did an amazing job and were at my house for almost the entire day. I am so grateful that I found them. Mick was honest, courteous, professional and experienced. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality plumbers at reasonable price. They really set the bar for customer service.

My experience with this company was excellent. I had several plumbing issues that were related in part to the age of the originally installed equipment in my condo. Mick made a visit to my condo to assess the work that needed to be done. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated that fact that he made suggestions and explained why he was making certain recommendations. He sent me a price quote, and then we established the date that the work would be done. I used them once for a clogged kitchen sink. Turns out the kitchen pipes were fine it was the pipe that drains down to the ground (I live on the second floor) that was clogged. Hike came through checked it out then proceeded to cleaned out a 20 foot pipe with the snake, cleaned up the mess, super quick to fix and respond (call and to come fix happened all in a few hours). So happy I stumbled upon this awesome family business! Another company that had been recommended to me wanted to charge way more for a service call and called me after waiting all day to cancel and tell me they couldn't make it until the next day. My hot water heater was broken and I had no hot water and didn't want to waste any more time in fixing it. So I took to yelp and found Right Price Rooter. Mick answered the phone and was ready to come check out the problem within an hour! The business is him, his four brothers, and his father (who started the company). I called after my home warranty said I can call any 3rd party vendor to fix my leak.

Mick was able to get a quote right away and they had previous experience working with First American Home Warranty. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

They were also able to start work right away. The workers were polite, friendly and conscientious and took care of my things. They put down cloths where they walked back and forth and put up plastic to minimize the dust from cutting the drywall.

They fixed the leak and discovered another slow leak, which they showed me.

They used coupling which they said is better than what is required. Looking at the old coupling it does look way more secure. I also liked that they used cast iron pipes that are made in the US.

The best part is the warranty. It was 25 years on workmanship and 50 years on parts and written directly on the invoice and verbalized by Mick.

They will be my first call and probably only call for any plumbing problems.

I initially called about a toilet leak, but Mick and his team took the time to inspect and test all of the plumbing in the crawl space. They found another leak I didn't know about and made me aware of severe rust and condition issues on the cast iron pipes. The team installed all new plumbing in one day for a really reasonable price considering it was a much bigger job than expected. My husband and I needed to replace the plumbing coming out of our house to the sewer line. We got a few quotes and Mick's quote was by far the best. Mick and his men finished everything in 1 day, despite it being a more complicated and lengthy process than he originally estimated. All of the workers were efficient and respectful of our new house. I am so beyond pleased with how well they put back our yard and sidewalk after having to tear it up to reach the pipes. When our main water line to the house started leaking, we called four different plumbing companies to give us a quote to have it replaced. Not only did Right Price Rooter offer the best price, but they were also the only plumbing company that did not try to upsell us on a bunch of other plumbing items that needed to be addressed. Mick thoroughly explained the process to me and was able to give me an appointment two days after we spoke.

Ulyesses and Pablo arrived two minutes before the scheduled appointment time and immediately got to work. They answered my many questions about the process and explained exactly what they were doing. The process took one day and they left zero mess behind, which I greatly appreciate.

Best price, easy scheduling, hard working employees and zero mess. I will be calling Right Price Rooter for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

UPDATE:

I've had to call Mick and his team twice in the past week with plumbing emergencies. Both times Mick immediately sent a repairman (Thank you, Victor!!) and had our plumbing back in working order. I had no idea such diligent, responsible and caring companies still existed. It is refreshing to not get the runaround and to deal with a business that stands by its work. There is a reason Right Price Rooter has 5 stars!!

My water heater decided to die an untimely death right when my husband was out of town. Of course! What better time right? It decided this around 11:30 on a Friday night! Being an intelligent type I plugged the issue into Google and figured out a) my tank was dead b) I'd need a plumber ASAP. In the interim, I turned off the gas but couldn't get the water shut off so I spent 2 hours mopping water up. Joy!

At about 1:45 AM I'd had it, I got on Yelp and started looking for a solution. I generally go by the best reviewed company and I read each review to see what aspects people liked. Right Price seemed like the best fit for me. At 2:20 AM I called and Mick picked up the call!! I explained my issue and he felt that the situation wasn't emergent so we agreed he'd come to my house about 9AM. Cue to 6AM this morning, water is leaking badly enough that it's starting to drip out of the closet and into the hallway. 6:30AM I call Mick, he picks up, AGAIN!! Says he'll be by between 7 and 8, which he does. He assessed the situation and I did indeed need a new heater, he purchased one, took down the old one, installed the new one, run the water to make sure everything worked, then run it again to be thorough. He made recommendations on items that we'd need to keep an eye on and follow up on. His work is warrantied as is the heater.

This guy takes every cliche about plumbers and turns it on it's head. He is super professional, he is personable, he is honest, he cleans up after himself (bonus points!!), he is AWESOME at his job, he is thorough at his job, he is timely, and did I mention he is honest?

Mick and his guys have a customer for life and a referral source to boot. He's already aware that there are projects I'll need him for in due time. See you soon Mick! Thanks for saving my weekend!

Mick and the team at Right Price Rooter are great.

They handled our mainline repipe (with pipebursting) and even fixed an issue where the pipe connects at the street. They were the lowest bid by a good amount.

Mick also diagnosed a corrosion issue in our master bathroom that many plumbers had failed to solve.

I don't write many reviews unless it's good or disappointing.
My sewer backed up for the first time in 20 yrs. I knew it was probably a root problem since about five homes over the years had there front yards dug up and had their pipes replaced. The first plumber came out and cleaned out the drain by going thru the toilet. It was okay for about a week then it backed up again. They came out again and dug up the side of the house to get to the mainline and said they had to reline the pipes. A friend of mine told me never to reline because they usually don't fix the problem. He works at a college, and they are always working on the plumbing. So I decided to get some other opinions and quotes. I like the feature Request a Quote button on Yelp. Three plumbers a called me back that Saturday night. Mick called me and gave me an estimate over the phone for lining the pipe which was a lot less than the first estimate. The second plumber gave me a quote and was going to pipe burst just up to the edge of the sidewalk. The third plumber came out that night and was going to pipe burst to the sidewalk and line the rest while digging up my front lawn. I then called Mick back on Sunday and told him what the other plumber said they would do. Mick came out to assess the situation. He recommended pipe bursting. Okay, long story short. Mick got the job and did a fantastic job, and the job was the RIGHT PRICE as in the name of his company. His primary concern besides doing a great job is keeping his customers happy. I'm a pleased customer.

They're flexible with your scheduling limitations. They explain what needs to happen. They don't upsell you based on your future fear. I spoke with Mick personally and he even came to meet at the jobsite. He's polite and patient. His employees Fernando and Pablo (not Giovanni - corrected) are quick and accurate. No more pinhole leaks! They went over and above what I expected. All work has before and after photos which they show and explain which is helpful if the repair is in a space you can't get to or see easily. My family and I are currently convinced that Mick and his team at Right Price Rooter and Plumbing are the best plumbers that we know of in all of Greater Los Angeles. Mick came out within 1 hour of our call and gave us a thorough inspection that included a camera-viewing of our sewer main as well as a checking of all of our plumbing fixtures inside the property. What we had expected to be a small minor issue and quick fix was only a downstream phenomenon to what Mick correctly diagnosed to be a bigger, more upstream problem. Every year or so for the past many years, my parents used other plumbers to remove large roots from a nearby City of LA tree that continually grew into our sewer main. In the past, we received hydro-jetting services, which temporarily cleared roots out of the pipe. This time, with Right Price Rooter and Plumbing, we discovered that part of our sewer main had completely collapsed, and therefore all the problems inside the house (clogs, smells, leaks, and pseudo-floods) were due to wastes simply accumulating under our property and backing up and/or seeping into the Earth below (instead of running off into the City sewer). Mick professionally, simply, and concisely answered all of our questions (we had many) about the situation and thoroughly helped us explore our options. Ultimately, we chose to use trenchless pipe bursting technology with SDR 17 to not only save on costs (compared to the cost of a full replacement with a trench) but also to fix the issue in the most durable manner. Additionally, we received from Mick what is essentially a lifetime guarantee. We got a very fair bid, and Mick was able to get us an even better price with a bit of what people may call negotiating or haggling. To me, it just felt like a good business conversation, with a tad of consultative sales, to work out a mutually beneficial deal at the end. We were on track to finish in just a few days, ahead of the expected time frame, until a relatively small skirmish with our neighbors ensued. However, it was quickly and directly resolved and the ultimate outcome seemed to be much better than what would have happened had the neighbor event had not happened. Overall, Mick does not waste time, he handles objections, questions, and issues directly, and he always gets the job done both well and fast. Permits were pulled and the city inspectors came out to inspect before the work was done and after the work was done, and everything came out great. During the job itself, Mick was extremely responsive to every text and call. He answered every phone call (we had more than a few) and only once did it go to voicemail. Even when it did, he called back in under 2 minutes. He is direct in what he genuinely thinks and feels, while keeping both his customer and his reputation in central focus. For the final walkthrough and inspection, Mick answered all of our final questions and even gave valuable, practical advice for our rentals. Mick is professional, confident, fast, fair, direct, reachable, punctual, and responsive. He deeply cares for his team and his family's business. It is his father's legacy, which began in 1976 and was formally built and structured in 1992. My review, in retrospect, may seem like the tip of an iceberg, built upon mine and my family's limited experience with Mick and his team, but ultimately, if you are looking for a plumber and plumbing team with decades of combined experience and knowledge for any and all of your plumbing needs in Greater Los Angeles, we highly recommend that you consider this group. I found Right Price Rooter and Plumbing here on Yelp. I have been using their services for any of my plumbing problems.

Today, I called Mick because my sink is clogged again despite of using strainers all the time and drano just doesn't work anymore. This is my third call this year. He advised me to report this to my HOA because this may be a problem in the pipe in the garage area, which is a common area. He said if there's any problem to call him back.

Mick has always been like this. He is very genuine, honest, helpful, and kind. He is like a family member who will never rip you off just to get a business. When He does service he is very professional and easy to communicate with. Sometimes, he give great advices and save me money. I appreciate that very much!

Based on the good Yelp ratings, I decided to give this company a call for my plumbing problems. A receptionist took my call and information and said someone will call me back within 20 minutes. Replace all drain pipes under our house for two bathrooms+ kitchen all the way to the wall closest to the curb. They ended up digging about 3 feet down (under the crawl space) to replace the main line.

Is there such a thing as a great plumber? Yes, it's Right Price Rooter. They are very responsive and incredibly honest. I called them a few weeks ago for a leaky pipe. Their price was half of what other plumbers estimated. I asked Mick for a quote for a leaking pipe today and he came out and looked at it and could easily have charged me hundreds of dollars to fix but told me that it didn't need to be fixed right away. I reached out to right price plumming via Yelp messages for my kitchen sink blockage issue. Please beaware that you get contacted by other companies as well when you inquire via yelp. I waited for this company to reply and rejected others bids. I got a response within couple hours from Mik and made an appointment for the next day.. Raz came to look at my issue. After troubleshooting he indicated he can snake it to resolve the blockage. He spent about an hour to snake and clean the drain and clean up after he was done. He paid special attention to clean up precisely. Not only he cleaned up the under sink area, he even cleaned up inside my sinks with soapy water. He was very pleasant to work with, very respectful and thoughtful. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs I may have in the future. Had a clogged sink in our master bathroom and came across Right Price Rooter when searching for a plumber. Actually was trying to find contact for a different service that was recommended to me but I didn't feel good about their reviews so I kept searching. I'm glad I found Right Price instead. I called the local office at 10:30am and the owner answered the phone and said he could have someone here between 2-4 (I told them any time today since I am off). I asked if they still honor the $49 coupon from their website even though it is expired and he said absolutely!. The technician, Mick, was here by 3pm and was super clean and nice. He mentioned me his owner told him to honor the $49 coupon, showing they have good communication within the company and he was in and out in 20 minutes flat, driving away to his next job. Before leaving, Mick told me for this service we would be getting another drain service for $49 in the future for repeat business, which I will definitely keep in mind if it ever comes up again. Definitely a recommendation if you need a plumber. FYI- they accept cards with a fee or check for free.

I've had a bathroom sink that keeps on getting clogged so much so I've called multiple different plumbers to unclog it each time and to try to figure out why it keeps clogging up so I can hopefully get it fixed. My home is only a few years old so this shouldn't be happening. None of the prior plumbers could figure it out. I talked to Mick yesterday night and this morning he and Fernando came to my house and literally within 1-2 minutes they were able to tell me exactly what was causing the clogs and were so patient in answering my questions. We've been putting off major plumbing issues for a long period of time while finding temporary solutions. Our main sewage line was finally giving up on us. Being full time employees it's hard to investigate and find the best person for the job. Therefore, we reached out to friends and family for recommendations. Our next-door neighbor referred Mick at Right Price Rooter to us. They had recently gone through a similar process and were very pleased with the outcome.

After comparing the four estimates that we had received from different vendors, Mick's made the most sense to us, both in price and plan of action. The guy who picked up the phone in the office told me they'd honor the online coupon I found, and kicked 15% off as a new customer. Mick was our hero when the ancient plumbing under our rental backed up and the sewer line overflowed into our shower. Haunted House. It is October, and Raffi and Carlos were working on my house. I was at CERT training, while my wife was working on Habitat for Humanity, so no one was home. They got started and would have gotten done, but the front shower came on. Yes, no one was home!

They told me that they kept knocking and the shower just kept going. They finally had to shut off the water from the main shut off on the street to keep from wasting water. Then, they continued with their work.

After I got home, they turned the water back on, and I shut off the front shower, but no one really knows how and why the shower came on in the first place.

An unsolved mystery for sure, still unsolved. But, they kept working and got done on time.

Mick and his team were great to work with from the estimate, to the job, to overall communication. Ours was an expensive trenching and lining job, so we got bids from 10 companies. Their bid was not the lowest but it was the lowest for doing the job in the best and most reliable long-term way. What I especially appreciated about Mick was that he was the only contractor who, when I described the layout of the job with the measurements I had already received from the company who hydro-jetted the line, confidently said We do these jobs all the time; I know exactly what's involved, and it will cost this much.... Even more impressive: when he did his own measurements and he realized that my previous description was off by 10 feet, he revised his estimate upward by only adding his material cost for those 10 feet. Other companies padded their estimate by billing 3 times their per foot cost for the extra length (some even wanted to bill at that rate for the entire line even after they had started at a higher base rate for the job itself!).

These jobs can be very disruptive and messy but his crew managed to minimize the footprint of their trenching, saving a couple of trees in the process, and since it was a multi-day job, managed to restore a temporary working line at the end of each day. Finally, special kudos to their Senior Tech Armando: he is an artist of pipe lining. When I saw the final camera inspection of the new line, it was extremely smooth like a new pipe, much more so than any of the pictures I had seen online, and the exit to the city service was flawless.

We have already recommended them to a couple of friends.

Thank you so much Mick for all of your help! My gardener had accidentally hit my earthquake gas shut off and turned it off. I called the gas company who said its gonna take a day to get someone out and it would cost me $80.00. I called another plumber who literally told me i feel bad charging you for something so small, but it would be my regular cost to come out $100. If there were more stars I would definitely check those too. I was looking for a plumber and decided to check out yelp. Right price plumbers had gotten good reviews so I gave them a call. Mick came out to the house the next day and figured out what was wrong with my running toilet and shower in a matter of 2 minutes. No run arounds or beating around the bushes. Super friendly, honest and very professional. He worked with me to find to right faucet that needed to be replaced as well. He never hesitated to come back since I had originally purchased the incorrect piece. I definitely would recommend this company hands down and will call them for future plumbing needs. I had to call Mick out again at the end of January and he really helped me out in a bind. I got a call from a tenant right as I was about to board a plane about a clogged toilet that could not wait until I got back in town (that night) to take care of. So minutes before I had to turn off my cell phone, I made a frantic call to Mick and he assured me he'd take care of it. I didn't even have my credit card handy because everything was stowed away in the overhead compartment already, but made a one time exception and operated on old fashioned trust. 6 hours after landing back in L.A., I called the tenant and found out that everything was taken care of. I waited a week for my bill to arrive, and when it did not, I called Mick and he told me not to worry about it since it was such a small job. Honestly, who does that anymore? If that doesn't tell you about the integrity of this guy and his business, I don't know what does. Regardless of what he says though, I'm still mailing out a check!

My kitchen sink was backed up so I searched yelp and called Mick and made an appointment for next morning. Over the phone I gave him wrong information that my main line was blocked. He showed up on time with heavy equipment but immediately advised me try vinegar and boiling water first before applying any heavy equipment. He followed up with me and asked me to give him an update 20 minutes he left my house without charging me anything. I did the vinegar and boiling water but the line was still clogged, so I had to call him again. He managed to come back to my house the next busy morning (Sunday is his church day) with a electric snake and fixed it in 15 minutes.

Mick is very honest and proud of his family business. Highly recommended!

So thankful for Mick at Right Price Rooter. We had a bit of an emergency with flooding in my grandma's bathroom. I called a couple of plumbers by searching yelp and no one was able to make it out for a couple of days. So glad Right Price Rooter was on that list as well! Mick showed up within less than an hour of me calling and knew what the problem was. He sent someone over first thing the very next morning who was able to fix the issue!

My husband knows a bit about plumbing and agreed that the price to repair was more than fair, especially given the emergent nature of our situation. My grandma was in a panic, so it was such a relief to have someone out asap.

I desperately needed a plumber to maintenance a leaking shower knob before my houseguests checked in on a Friday and every place in Glendale was booked until the following week including right price rooter BUT Mick was the only person I spoke with who offered to see what he could do. No other company bothered to help me and Mick went above and beyond giving me updates about his workers avails. Within hours Raz was at my door and he was such a pro, incredibly nice, and was in and out within minutes.

My mind was officially blown when it came time to price out the issue and I almost felt bad that the first time Yelp discount was so deep! I was holding my breath because every other place quoted me 5 times as much!

We had a back up with our sewage pipes a few weeks ago and called a few places for estimates. It's a stressful situation to deal with especially because with all the costs and time involved. I had a great experience with Mick. I called Mick this morning because our master shower started to drain slower than usual which makes it so that you're standing in a puddle - totally unpleasant. Mick said he could come later this afternoon - bonus points for a same day appointment especially since another plumber I called wouldn't be able to come till tomorrow. Also, Mick gave me a great price after bringing him a competitor's bid.

I can't thank Right Price Rooter and Plumbing enough for coming to our rescue. I manage a 4-unit apartment building in the Silverlake area and it was our year for the city of Los Angeles to do their rental housing inspection. Six months or so ago we had a plumbing issue and just had our handyman take care of it, but were told by the inspector that we now needed a correction that only a licensed plumber could do. Company after company told us they wouldn't help us because they didn't do the original work, until I contacted Price Right and Mick agreed to help us out of our bind. After considering one lower and several higher bids, I settled on Right Price. Talking to Mick over the phone, he not only made me feel confident he knew what he as doing, but also helped me make sense of the other bids I had received. His knowledge and explanation of what my 1911 Craftsman likely needed were enough to give him and his stylish green vans the green light. Once they started, it was smooth sailing. They showed up regularly in their custom t-shirts (classic logo/design) on time and went above and beyond to finish the job efficiently and with finesse. Dominic and Andy were true professionals from start to finish. From concrete to cleanup they did it right. These guys even ended up running into an unforeseen issue that called for a bit of unexpected labor and didn't break stride. Upon settling up, Mick reminded me that it's a policy to do his best to honor his bid and I appreciated that. I assured him that he was going to have my business whenever I had plumbing issues and that I felt confident depending on his crew to show up and handle the job. Mick and his crew are amazing!! Myself and my realtor have added RPRP to our Rolodex for future plumbing jobs.

Long story short - I had to pull my condo off the market as there was a leak that had damaged newly installed flooring. They were extremely thorough in diagnosing the problem (the result of a shoddy plumbing job from 10+ years ago). He and RPRP surpassed all expectations in correcting the problem for myself and my neighbor (who was also affected by this) in addition to correcting a few other plumbing issues.

Wow, finding a trustworthy plumbing service is like finding an honest mechanic. These guys are are top notch. After my uncle complained of an incredibly slow main drain I called two companies in his area. Right Price Rooter showed up quickly and completed a huge job, which included digging up a 4 x 4 foot plot of land to install a new clean out access valve and power rooting the drain in one day.

Mick stayed in constant contact with me during the job and explained all the necessary steps in completing the job efficiently. The price was much less than anticipated and the he went as far as contacting the city with video of the problem. This was necessary since the more root intrusion was discovered further downstream in the city pipes.

Do not hesitate to call these guys. They are honest and hard workers.

Mick and Juan installed a water softener at my home on 8/8. The job went smoothly, and the gentlemen were very considerate of the space constraints with where I wanted the unit installed, and made it work. I didn't know much about water softeners, so I failed to but the salt bags for it. These guys purchased the bags and did not charge me one cent over what was initially quoted. Very professional and courteous... What more could you ask?

I want to start off by saying this is the most reliable plumbing company I've ever worked with. The owner of the company, Mick was a true gentleman and he helped me throughout the entire process. He came to my house three times once after the appointment was complete in order to make sure all the services and repairs were done properly. We reached out to Right price rooter when we were having pressure issues with our shower. They ended up coming and diagnosing the issue. They did not have all the parts with them so they even went to get the parts at the local hardware store and made to sure to fix everything that same day. Thank you very much Right Price Rooter!!! Mick and his team are serious about customer service. We hired them to re-install plumbing following a kitchen remodel, and they quoted a price lower than 3 competitors and even committed to working over the weekend to get us desperately needed running water. The copper line to the refrigerator was good quality (some go cheap and install the plastic line), and they problem-solved a tricky dishwasher electrical hookup that we did not anticipate in the scope of the estimate (though Mick stuck to the agreed upon price). We later discovered a problem with the garbage disposal installation, and Mick wasted no time arranging to come and fix something entirely different to make up for the inconvenience. This company will give it to you straight (with a 5-year warranty against leaks to boot!) and will not disappoint you if anything goes awry. I recommend them highly. You will get the feeling right off the bat that they are an honest and hardworking family-run business that has old school ethics and standards.

We bought a run down building whose plumbing was completely shot, and we hired Right Price Rooter to do a full repipe, full new drain/vent job on our triplex. They also replaced our main water line and water heater vent system, and ran all new gas lines. They re-plumbed our entire building, and their prices were way below every other bid we got. Their workers were professional and efficient. Unlike many contractors, Mick is easy to get ahold of and very responsive. We are pleased with their work, would absolutely recommend.

I have changed my original review from a 1-star to a 2-star because I received a call from Mick with what seemed like a sincere apology.

In short, they did not show up to two appointments in a row and did even not call to let me know they would not be coming. I stayed home from work for these appointments, so it cost me time and money. They also did not return phone calls as they said they would prior to the appointments.

Mick blamed it on a personal family situation that was occupying his thoughts (which I believe), but as a small business owner myself, I feel that he should be responsible for his actions and the cost of those actions to others. We talked about this on the phone, and I feel that he has learned from this event.

I never actually received service from this plumber, so I can't comment on the work.

Great service. Our sewer line was clogged. They answered right away and had a guy out there within 1.5 hours on a Saturday afternoon. Fernando got it unclogged and used the camera to see where trouble spot was and marked it for us so we know where to repair in the future. All for a good price. Way better than Rooter Hero.

Washing machine drain had backed up because it was galvanized piping. Mick came out, saw the problem diagnosed it gave me the easy option- drain opener and the hard but long term solution- change the pipes. I chose to change pipes. So glad i did. Robert came out the next morning and after crawling under the house and breaking into the wall the pipe is changed. Robert cleaned up after himself and worked as fast as humanly possible. I'm a tenant who's sump pump went out last Saturday. Because my landlord was unresponsive, I began calling plumbers to get quotes. Mick answered and offered to give me a free quote. I recently called this company for a sewer line hydro-jet and camera inspection and boy were they fantastic! They were able to come out to the property within 24 hours of me calling in the inspection and Mick himself came to examine the issue. Before even setting up the hydrojetter, Mick ran a camera through the pipe and saw that it was clear and called off the hydrojetting. Thank God we found Mick and his Team at Right Price Rooter to help us take care of three problems: 1. New sewer ejector pump. 2. all new plumbing to replace original cast iron plumbing from 1942. 3. and all new gas lines. Of course, it all started with a sewage crisis and Mick and his team were quick to respond, quoted us a fair price compared to other companies, and provided an elegant solution to a yucky problem. Once the crisis was solved, we were impressed enough by the work of his team, including Giovanni and Pablo, to tackle the monster project of replacing all of our main plumbing lines. We were impressed by the responsiveness when we had questions for Mick, and we felt that every effort was made to provide thorough and professional service. We appreciated the fact that Pablo tested our gas lines and showed us where there were leaks. Consequently, we also decided to go ahead and replace the gas lines. Over the years, the stress of dealing with a sudden plumbing crisis due to roots blocking the main line, was always in the back of our minds, wondering when it would happen next. Now, we have peace of mind knowing that the plumbing lines are good and will remain so for many years to come. These guys are the best, forget the rest. I had a problem with my toilet's pressure tank and needed a plumber ASAP. I contacted Mick at Right Price and he came over personally to diagnose my problem. He was efficient and offered me a fair price. I had another plumber come in for comp purposes but his price was outrageous compared to Mick's quote. About a week later (as I had to order a new pressure tank), Raz from Right Price came in and replaced the tank in no time. I was very impressed by his efficiency in getting my toilet fixed. Throughout the process, Mick would call or text me keeping me updated on there progress. These guys went above and beyond my expectations of any plumber in the area. So this morning I had brownish, murky water coming out of my kitchen facet. I was thoroughly afraid because I filter the water through a Brita Filter and drink the water everyday. I did not have the time to call a plumber because I had work. I noticed the water looked ok after running the facet.

I called Right Price Rooter and Plumbing because I was afraid to shower, drink the water, cook, etc.

Right Price Rooter and Plumbing was the only business to give me a very honest assessment. Not only did they take the time to really explain what the issue was, they took the time to really reassure me that the water was ok. After explaining the process Right Price Rooter and Plumbing told me exactly what to do to troubleshoot the issue. They also told me that if the problem continued someone would come out immediately. I sent a quote request through Yelp on Sunday and arranged for a visit on Thursday. The reply back was very quick and painless. As soon as Mick arrived, he saw the solution to my clogged sink drain and dishwasher - A reset button I did not know about! We had a dislocated saddle on our sewer line and needed to have the street dug up to repair it. We also had a trenchless pipe burst to replace our 6 clay pipe. Mick and his team came in at the best price and took care of everything from permitting to inspections. Once they got the go ahead from the city (which is a miracle in its own right given the current situation) they came in quickly and professionally to get the job done right. These guys are truly amazing. I had an unusually high water bill and suspected a leak somewhere in the house. The first company I called tried to rip me off and quoted me thousands for things that weren't even broken. I then looked on Yelp and called Right Price Rooter, the gentlemen (his name was Mick) was very friendly and sent out a person same day. They arrived at my property and fixed the problem very easily and for such a good price that I had to ask them to come back the next day and run some more inspections to confirm nothing else was wrong. They did so and confirmed the problem was solved! As far as price, they literally charged me 1/20th of what the first company tried to charge. I was stunned..

Fantastic Service! My kitchen sink backed up on Thanksgiving Day. Needless to say, I had a ton of dishes to wash and needed service ASAP. After placing a request with Right Price Rooter and Plumbing, I received an estimate that was lower than competing companies and within a one-hour wndow.

The technician was courteous and very professional. He had to do a lot of trouble shooting to fix the problem, climbing on the roof several times, surveying the yard, etc. Despite the difficulty of the job, there was no bait n' switch. The price did not go up and my sink drains perfectly. I'm very pleased with the results and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

We discovered tree roots in our old cast iron pipes buried below our foundation. We were petrified that this would cost us an arm and a leg. We interviewed 6 different plumbers for the job and Mick from RPR quoted us the best price out of them all. Not only that, but Mick's approach was by far the most labor intensive of the different solutions that were offered by other plumbers but by far the best since we ended up with brand new pipes.

Mick and his crew went above and beyond, offering to surprise us by throwing in a couple extras that we had not initially negotiated on and finished the work in a timely manner. They definitely knew what they were doing and we would not hesitate to work with them again.

I don't really write too many reviews unless I get excellent service or terrible service. Well, after 20 years my water tank decided it was time to go. Given we have 3 kids and a dog, we needed a plumber ASAP and replaced it with either a traditional water tank heater or tankless water heater. Now, calling and getting an honest plumber or electrician is a real gamble. I didn't want to call 5 different plumbers and get an estimate, so I based my decision on Yelp reviews. I happened upon Right Price Rooter and they told me they can stop by in an hour. Within the allotted time, Mick came over and gave me a detailed review of my options. I had thought about getting a tankless water heater, but was hesitant based on the price. Mick explained to me the pros and cons of a tankless water heater and also told me that I had a 3/4 pipes which was perfect for tankless. He told me he would send me an estimate that night and said he could replace my tank the next day.

After deciding to go with Mick and given he is a great golfer, I felt comfortable working with Mick. The next morning he came by at 8:30am and started to work on the job. In fact, he got a great price on the water heater and it was much cheaper than what I saw on Amazon for the same model. Mick even gave me the invoice. It took Mick and his workers over 8 hours to install one water heater which means he made sure everything was perfect. Now, the night before, I had done some research on tankless water heaters and it is important that the vents cannot be stainless or any metal. Mick took care of the vents and made sure it was not metal. The piping and all the work was excellent. We tested our heater and it works perfectly and now I don't have to worry about running out of hot water.

I will use Mick for all my plumbing needs and if I could give him 10 stars on this review I would. He was honest, bought me lunch, gave me a great price, and the work was top notch. He even texted me the next day to make sure everything was still working. I will recommend Mick to anyone looking for a real honest plumber.

I have now called Right Priced Rooter 8 times on 2 separate occasions this week and last. They have never returned one of my calls. Yesterday when i called they told me they might not be able to keep a scheduled appointment because Joe Paterno died and the owner went to Penn State. Unusual but okay. They never clled me back as promised so I called them and they told me they would come out between 3:00-4:00. I called them at 2:15 from my friends house to see if they were still on schedule and they told me they had already come and gone. They said they called me but that was simply not true my phone never left my side and there were no missed calls. Today when i called to complain and asked to speak to the owner I got a guy named Mike on the phone. When I said did you go to Penn State he said no that was my father. I said well i would like to speak to him, and he said no he's retired (he was the owner the day before according to the guy I talked to who was Mikes younger brother). I never raised my voice, I never used any profanities, and I never lost my cool.
I was simply lied to over and over and over again. I WOULD NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN. NEVER!!!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE AND YES THAT DOES INCLUDE TIME WARNER.

Rite Price did a full re-piping of our building in summer of 2021. I'm a little late to review, but I've had a number of subsequent experiences with them for other plumbing needs, so I can speak to both a range of services and the longevity of the re-piping as well.

First off, Mick is very responsive and straight forward, and he takes customer satisfaction very seriously. He seems to take a lot of pride in having taken over the family business and often refers to the origins of the business and what his father did to build it, and I think that sense of responsibility is a source of his integrity. I say this all because if you've ever needed a large job done, you know dealing with contractors can be challenging, so integrity and trust are at the top of my list when I ask for quotes and price is second (which incidentally they are competitive on as well).

For the re-piping, they removed all the old piping in a 4-unit building and replaced it with American copper, which they cover with a warranty for so long I don't even remember. At least 25 years. They got in within the week, and finished the job in about a week as well, including drywall. We never had any complaints from tenants about anyone or anything. Basically, they got in, did their job, and got out. In a residential building, that is paramount. Mick even made sure they put in new faucets, etc, that may have had debris from the old pipes, which I thought was a nice touch. There were a few little touch-up things required after the fact, which is to be expected, and Mick immediately sent people out to attend to them without any hesitation. He even showed up himself on a Sunday to check a water heater issue. And we haven't had a single problem with the new pipes since.

Since then, Mick is always my first call when we need anything piping-related. They've unclogged multiple drains, fixed a leaky shower. I've never waited more than a couple hours for someone to show up, and everyone that's come through has been good at their jobs, efficient and just generally nice.

As a property owner, I don't want to shop around every time something comes up with 100 year old plumbing. I appreciate that I can trust Mick to do the job, do it efficiently, and to not rip me off in the process. Happy client here.

Let me preface this by saying that I believe if you write with sincerity, sincerity comes across so here we go. Mick just left our residence approximately 15 minutes ago and my wife and I are incredibly grateful. We had a stoppage that he responded to last night. He tried for quite some time to clear it however it was quite severe as it was emanating from the area close to the center of the street. He said he would return this morning to continue trying and true to his word, he did. After attempting for quite a while it seemed that the stoppage was severe enough that it would take a major job that would require breaking up the concrete on the street and replacing the entire pipe leading to the sewage drain. He informed me that he would continue trying as such a job would cost into the thousands. I informed my wife and we braced for the worse. I heard him tell his partner Turn it off and let it cool down and we'll try again, referring to the machine that had been in use for quite a while. How could I not respect the work ethic and most importantly, an individual who was not attempting to potentially make more money, but instead, had the integrity to do what so few professionals now pursue...provide quality service. They continued trying and eventually not only cleared through the stoppage but saved our family plenty of money at a time when we are paying for two college tuitions for our children. To Mick and the family he comes from which imparted his work ethic and professionalism, we thank you.

Mick and his crew are going to be my new go to for any plumbing issues I have. After some miscommunication Mick addressed the issue and had a tech come out within hours. I had a backed up kitchen sink. Fernando was our tech and he was amazing. He unclogged it and replaced some of the piping that had corroded.

I contacted Right Price Rooting for a bathroom remodel estimate and I was more than pleased with the level of professionalism and fair price. During the remodel it was revealed that i needed to put in a new sewer line. I had the line inspected before through an offer on Angie's list and the previous service provider didn't find anything. This was shocking considering I saw the cracked vent pipe myself and the color camera inspection revealed so much damage. These guys really care about you and are very fair. The work they have done so far is stellar. Even my contractor whom is doing my framing said the same thing. These guys are really looking out for you and are not BS'ng you for money they are being 100% honest about what needs to be done and the price is a good price. My remodel is almost done and I am looking forward to my new bathroom. I am actually grateful and thankful that I contacted this company. Kitchen sink was clogged this AM and we figured out there was food built up in the P-trap. Yelped plumbers in my area and called down the list until I spoke to Mick at Right Price Rooter. They were the only company who was able to come within the next hour (on a Sunday!) with a very reasonable quote. The plumber Victor came promptly, diagnosed the issue and had our sink fixed in 20 mins. He was cordial, masked and diligent. He also assured me that if they couldn't fix it, I would not be charged. Mick It's just unbelievable I got multiple estimates up to 4 of them with various professional companies not only did he come in at the lowest, but WOW he passed all my expectations hands down. His crew came to the job with face masks and shoe covers and treated our home as if it was theirs... I did all of my water system to copper all of my drains replaced under the house all the way to the street. Throughout the entire job Mick and one of his assistant Dominick were very communicative and they worked threw the weekend, had different crew members lined up for the weekend. This company did not skip a beat at all whatsoever. I hate it when contractors start a job and go to other jobs, not with this guy here, he stuck to the job and finished. Amazingly, he did not take one single penny and told me I will only collect when the job is 100% done to your satisfaction, wow, that just shows you how confident and knowledge they are (who does that)

Carlos and Fernando came this morning and did a hydro jet to my main sewer line. They Also did a visual inspection using a camera on a cable snake. They were able to show me and explain what is causing my plumbing to back up. They used the jetter to clear out TP, roots and other stuff. It was amazing to see inside the pipe and have the pros explain what i'm seeing. So very glad I hired this company. When it's time to do a full fix to my sewer, I'm calling here. BTW - I received quotes from $200-800 to do the hydrojet service from various plumbers. Right Price Rooter came in at a great price with excellence customer service and service. Mick, followed up with me in person and explained everything in great detail. Very cool guy. Highly recommend this company.

The best in the business! A+++ I have a few rentals that always need some plumbing issues. These guys are amazing! Yelp never fails me, the reviews are real for sure. These guys came out - they were professional, the did the job very timely and at the end SAVED me money.

Who said honest and reliable plumbers dont exist. These guys are great. Mick is their lead guy but all his workers are top quality.

Funny story - I had one of the toilets were the flapper was messed up. Two plumbers said either fix for as three hundred or so or replace for around four hundred. These guys came out and fixed the issue along with some other work we had done and charged me the most FAIR PRICE! Love these guys.

I wanted to put in a water softener for my house but had some logistical issues in putting it in. I called Mick at Right Price based off the reviews on yelp. I was skeptical with so many positive reviews but I tried anyway. Mick showed up on time and very professional and polite. He came up with a good plan and sent Juan to install the system. He even recommended a much less expensive one I hadn't found on my own that his other customers were happy with. And when I researched it reviews were great. The GE 40,000 grain available at HD. Juan did an awesome job and worked really hard all day to install it. Of course there were unexpected drainage issues with my 25 year old home. Mick quickly came to the house to assess what was happening and made a recommendation that included digging under the concrete patio. I was hesitant to proceed with this much more involved and expensive work. But it was like he had eyes underground and knew exactly what was found the next day! And in the end what he charged me was incredibly reasonable as two guys worked all day this time. I am very happy with their work and recommend them with the highest regards. I can't say I look forward to working with them again (who would look forward to calling a plumber) but I will be calling them next time they are needed.

Last Saturday, while 2 inches of backed up toilet water flooded my kitchen I took to Yelp, calling the first business near me that had great reviews.
I talked to Mick who sent Fernando within about 30 minutes.
When the problem turned from a $200 simple fix to a $2000 more complicated fix to a $9500 worse-case-scenario fix, Mick sent a crew on Sunday and an even bigger crew on Monday to get it done quickly for us.
Andy and his team of 4 guys dug up our front yard and replaced root-bound sewer pipes in 2 days.
Everything was put back, and our plants saved.
These guys worked hard in immense heat and maintained a friendly and professional attitude.
Not the most fun way to spend almost 10k, but with no way around it, we felt in good hands with Right Price Rooter and highly recommend them.

as a realtor, I've worked with many different plumbing companies over the years, but never had an experience like Mick and his crew. I was in a middle of a difficult escrow having to repair and install a whole new sump pump and sewer ejector on a hillside home.

Mick was exceptional. We had several plumbers come out to bid on the project and Mick beat them all. I also think many of these plumbers would not have done the job right or finished due to its complexity. Mick made sure he stayed on top and responsible. Most importantly, he was always available for my call and stayed on point with all parties involved - buyers, owners, realtors. I found this place from Yelp and I messaged Mick for an estimate and he was very quick to respond. There were some hiccups here and there but Mick and his team did such a wonderful job so it didn't really matter when the job was done last week. It was such a wonderful service and very professional. Their service was above and beyond. Very kind and caring! Reasonable price and fast! I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family! Here are some list of things I would like to share with you.

1) I live in downtown LA condo so I needed to schedule a water shutdown with our management (with $50/hr fee) to replace water valves for my washer. I asked Mick to come on time or little before so I can avoid getting extra charges from our HOA. He was able to postpone the schedule so I don't get charge for the time his technician needed to prep.

2) What really impressed me was that Mick communicated very well with our management by sending all insurance and license paperwork on time. Also he add our condo to his insurance even though he had to pay extra fee so he can work for us as promised. He could have called me and cancel the job but he kept his word. He also checked all details with our HOA and his insurance company.

3) Mick honored his first price quote after realized that the job is a lot more complicated than he first thought. He truly wanted to make his customer happy!

4) Juan is who actually came to replace our valves and he did his best to finish all within one hour so I don't get charged for more water shutdown fee. He had to cut a hole underneath the valve box and replace the pipe inside as well. It wasn't an easy quick job but he was able to finish all within one hour.

5) What really WOWed me is that Mick gave me $20 back after knowing that my little one is sick. He wanted me to get him a soup. It's not about the money that he gave back. I was very impressed by his kindness and warm heart. I've worked with many plumbing or other companies but no one offered me anything like this. The amount didn't matter...I was glad to meet someone who truly care about the customers.

I called Right Price about a toilet clog and spoke to Mick. He agreed to come over the next day. From the moment Mick stepped into the house(actually my parents house) to the moment he left, he was nothing but professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough.

We had a great experience with Right Price Plumbers. I called for help with a clogged kitchen sink the morning before Thanksgiving. Mick and Victor saved my weekend!!! I work as a nurse so my days and time off can be all over the place. I have had a clogged drain for about two weeks and it was getting increasingly worse. I knew I wouldn't be able to provide a secure time and date for a plumber so I reached out on YELP today, 9/11/22, and Mick answered immediately and had a technician here within 3 hours. If you are looking for a plumber that is honest, professional and provides the best level of service, then give Mick from Right Price Rooter a try. It is a family business that relies on word of mouth and is run by 4 brothers that are 2nd generation in the business.

We called them because our shower and toilets were backed up. He came by the night of the problem to diagnose the problem. Early the next morning he came back and got the water flowing to the point that we could at least use the toilets and showers again. But because he wasn't satisfied that the problem was 100% fixed, he refused to accept payment . Can you believe it! He explained that we needed to get an outside clean out access point to really address the fundamental problem at our old 1930's house. I was reluctant to get this done at first and he was not pushy about it at all. I could have walked away at that point having had a free 2 hour rooter service. I took a day to do some research on the necessity of this and also the pricing quote and decided to go ahead it it. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I found online in my area.

He scheduled the installation for the next day and brought along Juan, who did an excellent, courteous job installing an outdoor access point that is inconspicous and did not mess up our flower beds. All along the way, Mick was available to explain what was going on with our house and how to maintain the pipes so they don't clog in the future.

I am very satisfied with the level of service we got from Mick and his team. He will do the job right at a reasonable price and will treat you and your family with courtesy all along the way.

AMAZING!! Wish I could give 10 stars! Highly recommended! I cannot begin to describe how amazing this experience was with Right Price Rooter. I had a big issue with my pipes being blocked. I called and the owner (Mick) answered himself, he quickly sensed my anxiety and arranged to come himself with one of his workers to open my pipes. Within 2 hours, as scheduled, they arrived on time and quickly solved the problem. They were courteous and took great care to be careful in the house and cleaned up after they left. We had a main sewer line issue that needed to be addressed and were concerned about the cost of the project being as big as it was. We called several plumbers on yelp and received estimates with pricing all across the board. Luckily, we found Mick of Right Price Rooter who came out to do the estimate and provided a video inspection to show us the extent of our sewer line issues. Right Price Rooter not only gave us the most affordable bid, but Mick did a great job explaining the process to us and what would be involved. They took care of the city permits and inspections and were able to give us a better rate because they didn't have to outsource any equipment and were more than well equipped to handle our sewer line repair. We're a grooming facility for cats and the hot water would sometimes run cold in the upstairs groom room and we called these guys based on their Yelps reviews and they are awesome! They researched our Aquastar waterless heater, actually called Aquastar several times troubleshooting our issue along with coming out several times to make sure that they ordered the correct part. Once they determined what we needed, they came after we closed at 6:00 pm as they needed to turn off the water to do repairs and did not want to interrupt our daily business.

They went above and beyond in their service and they are now the only plumbers we're using at all three of our locations.

We were dealing with a cracked sewer line and pipes that needed to be replaced, causing a methane smell in our home. It was the day after Thanksgiving, and every other plumber in LA seemed to be closed. When we called they said they'd check and see if they could come out, then called back 10 minutes later to say they couldn't. Fair enough, we figured we'd be living with buckets behind our washing machine for the weekend.

About an hour later they called back and said they'd finished up with another job early and could swing by. Mick showed up and took one look at our leak and told us that it was so easy to fix that he'd feel bad even charging us. He told us exactly what to do, and five minutes later we were all set!

I saw a review about repiping so wanted to give this local co. a try. I wanted to repipe my entire house and had already obtained 3 quotes from repiping specialists. The young man who came gave me an outrageously high quote (double) and was acting like a sales guy clearly without much or any experience. He was young and I almost wanted to call his dad to tell him jr was BSing and wasting both our times. On 4/11/14, I looked up Yelp for a highly-rated plumber to fix the emergency drainage problem under the crawl space of our house. One place was going to charge for estimate. Right Price said they could come out that afternoon for a free estimate. Mick Garrison of Right Price showed up around 4 pm. After a couple of toilet flushes, he identified the source of the problem. Within the hour, his plumber Juan was there and started to replace the broken cast iron drainage pipe. In the process, they found cracks in other sections of the drainage pipes too - could be due to the recent waves of earthquake that we had??

Mick was honest, reasonable, and laid out all possible options for us. He also took into account that my husband has been sick for almost a year and gave us a very reasonable senior price. With my husband's GI problems, he has to have the use of the toilet constantly and we didn't have time to shop around. So we went with our judgment of Mick's character and had them start the job the next day.

Juan and Nicholas spent the whole Saturday replacing the entire drainage system. They were very accommodating with us having to use the toilets. Juan would take the time to explain whenever I happened upon them. They both were professional, deligent, and worked nonstop for almost 12 hours!

The kicker was after they finished the job late Saturday night, no one asked for the payment. I had to email Mick twice about making the balance payment. To him, it was more like they wanted to take care of our plumbing problems as opposed to collecting the payment. And in my email, I asked him if we could get a break in price by paying cash because with my husband's medical expenses, we needed to save whatever we could save and my sister was going to front me the cash. When he showed up, he already came prepared to give us a break in price. My husband was so touched by his kind act because all the hospital, doctor offices, lab services, and pharmacies that he has been to these last 9 months collected every penny that insurances didn't cover. And this isn't the end of Mick's kind act. After we paid him the balance, within 10 minutes, I got a call from him. He said he didn't want to take money away if they were needed for my husband's care. He could turn around and bring back the cash and he trusted that I would pay him whenever I could. This exceptional act is from a business that I just used for the first time, not from a relative or a friend. He saw how sick my husband was and the emergency plumbing problem was something that we had to fix without a choice. Yet he has the compassion to offer us to pay whenever we can AFTER WE ALREADY PAID HIM. This speaks volumes about the strong ethics of a business. Bless his heart! There's humanity in this world after all.

This is my first Yelp review, and I honestly wish I could give more than five stars. These guys absolutely deserve it.

My wife and I recently purchased a home in Glassell Park. Throughout the process we have dealt with fencing companies, painting companies, flooring companies, etc., etc., etc. Right Price Rooter and Plumbing has been the best company we have dealt with throughout this process, and it's not even close.

We initially contacted Right Price to install a new water heater. Mick worked with us to get our water heater installed, and permitted, for a great price, in just a few days, despite numerous challenges presented by the design of our water heater shed.

The house was built in 1940, so over the past few months we have had several unfortunate plumbing issues arise. Each time we have called Right Price, and each time they have come out right away and taken care of the issue. Mick works with us to do the job as inexpensively as possible. He has followed up on each job to make sure everything was working perfectly.

This is an honest family business, the type I imagine was the norm when our house was built almost 75 years ago. Unfortunately, these days that is a very rare find. We will never use another plumbing company. We are so happy to have found Right Price.

If you are unlucky enough to need a plumber, do yourself a favor and call these guys right away. You will not regret it.

We bought a house, but some of the pipes were old, galvanized type and we needed the whole house to be re piped because we found 6 spots had leaks. Not even sure how it passed the pre sale inspection... Were looking on Google and Yelp, we were very lucky to find these company! Armen and Hacho were prompt, friendly, and extremely detailed. They were able to schedule an appointment for us the very next day after I called to get an estimate and also he was able to get his crew out to work on our house 3 days after to start the job. The team re piped our entire house in less than 2 days. The crew was clean, polite, as well as quick. We will call them again 100%, If anyone is looking to re pipe a house, these guys the once! Main line was blocked and need repair. The pipe was 90 years old, broken and full of roots. We got a couple different estimates for a trench less pipe replacement and chose Right Price Rooter. The foreman Giovanni and Mick did a great job in explaining the problems with the current pipe and detailed exactly what was needed for repairs. The price quote was several thousand dollars less than a trusted plumber we used previously. Overall good experience with Right Price Rooter, highly recommended!

This company went above and beyond for our office. We had a severe clog in the men's restroom and Rooter Plumbing was able to come out within an hour of my call. They snaked our sewer line and resolved the issue within 15 minutes. We would highly recommend them for any of your business or residential needs.

Right Price Rooter is a family owned business with integrity and pride of workmanship. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Right Price Rooter replaced a section of our main sewer line and the city connection for significantly less than 2 other bids. Mick gave a fair and honest price upfront. He even checked the city maps to make sure I was not paying for something the city was responsible for. When the job became more complex than anticipated, Mick did not increase his price - unheard of!

Once we gave the ok to start, Omar and his crew came out and got the job done. There was not one problem that came up that I had to deal with. From pulling the permit to passing the final inspection, Mick got it done with a great attitude.

I only got a quote from them so it really should be 4 stars but I don't want to spoil their record. Ultimately I went with someone else because I really did not need to replace the entire pipe. If I did, than Right Price Rooter would be the most affordable. Shame Mike (I think) didn't propose to replace only part of the pipe (right to where the leak was) instead. He would get the job.
Since I own a rental and there's always something going on, I'm sure I'll get in touch with them on a next project and I'll be able to review them better....

Excellent service and quality of work. I use Right Price Rooter for my restaurants and bar, and they have always performed greatly. They're response time for late night emergencies is also amazing and they have saved me a lot of money with their stand-out work. They assist me with every plumbing need from re-piping, new construction, or clogged drainage.

I hired Mick and his incredible crew to repipe my house. My house is slightly vintage and required some special attention. The crew was very respectful and worked hard and clean as much as possible especially in an older home. I would recommend the Right Price team for your jobs Big or Small.

Mick has done two jobs for me in the past, and this time he fixed a problem with a clogged sewer line. Even though he was late, due to a car accident, he did show up and was very apologetic. The service is very good and I will continue to use them.

Plumbing issues can always be upsetting but Mick came to our rescue and did a fantastic job. He sat with us and explained everything that his crew would do to repair our aging pipes. Owner contacted me and spoke with also. It seems to have been a misunderstanding the dispatcher or person who took my call. Though I have not used their services I am impressed with how the owner tried to make right of this situation.

Their reviews were great and since they are based in Glendale so I called to have them fix/replace leaky faucets in bathrooms. On their services offered page it notes they do faucets installation but upon calling they said they don't do that and told me they only do big jobs like replacing pipes etc. I had to go with another plumber and it ended up being a 1k job... wish they only wrote down the actual services they are willing to do.

Wow.... what an amazing company. We had a stoppage at a Burbank property and had called out a plumber who did everything to open up our clogged drain lines only to tell us that we have root intrusion and that we would need to have the pipes hydro-jetted (a process much costlier than a typical job).

We called Right Price Rooter to do the hydro-jetting. When they came out, rather than continuing with a job (and price) we agreed on (which would most likely have been very profitable for them), they insisted on trying to unclog the stoppage using a different method. Within minutes they were able to not only clear out the drain line, they saved us hundreds of dollars that we were willing to pay them.

It's not often you come across a company that's as sincere, honest and reputable. I am very pleased with our initial experience with them and would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a timely services backed by quality and extreme professionalism.

First time I tried Yelp was the weekend before Xmas, main sewer line clogged up. I thought I'd give it a shot before calling the other well-known companies. Got a call a couple hours later, someone came and fixed the issue and left. Didn't even ask for money. It was in January when I got a call asking me if the service was good and to pay if I was happy. This is really insane and doesn't really register :-) I can't recommend Right Price enough..... Good job guys!

Called in on a Sunday evening (5pm), and somebody answered! Not just a secretary to take some info for the next day, no, a plumber! We talked about my water heater problem for a few minutes, and he walked me through a few troubleshooting steps, contacts, and where to go from here. He then said once I got the part needed, I should call a plumber or gas technician. I asked if I could call him back, and he, Of course, we'd love to help!

In the end, he assured me there were only a couple of possible problems, and as it turns out, he was right! Happy that I may not need them, but this is just how excellent these people are.

Mick and his crew have a customer for life - I didn't think this kind of customer service was possible. I called him after reading the other yelp reviews - we had a leak near the meter and needed to replace the pipe from the street to the house. The job involved digging through our lawn and laying down the new pipe. Mick gave me a very fair price and was super clear and communicative about everything they would do. Apparently Mick's father started the business and set very high standards for how they treat the customers...and Mick and his brother are carrying on that tradition. When they left, I could barely see the trench in the grass - they were very careful to preserve the portions they had dug up and they put them right back where they were. They were very clean, even though it was an outdoor job - they hosed down the area they had worked in, and coiled up an extension cord I had run out to them from the house. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I also want to say that Juan was a pleasure to talk to - super helpful and informative about what they were doing as they were doing it. Thanks guys!

I had a very good experience with this company. Mick and his crew were great to work with. I had other quotes for a drain repair, and not only did Mick quoted me a very fair price for the job. My job actually turned out to be more work than initially quoted and Mick kept to the original quote. His crew was very friendly and polite and their work was very neat and clean. Had a clogged toilet on Sunday. Requested quotes via Yelp late Sunday night. Not only did Mik respond quickly sunday night with a great quote for the job (to be done monday morning), it was all scheduled and ready to go by the time I woke up Monday.

Right Price Rooter and Plumbing once again came to our rescue. We discovered a pin size leak behind our washer related to a different pipe not a part of our initial service agreement. I contacted Mick and he immediately sent someone out to take care of it. The work was done timely and in a professional manner. I am so pleased with this company and would recommend them highly.
