Fabulous plumbers, Erik & Elias came to my rescue a few hours after I called, rushing from a job in Lake Elsinore.  I had been tagged by the gas company when I called to ask them to re-light my pilot light.  They refused and said I had a loose vent that would be causing the air to backfire and leak into my garage.  Until I got it fixed, they would not be responsible for re-lighting the pilot light, leaving me without hot water and no warning.

The next morning, Erik & Elias came, assessed the problem, as I had been thinking I was due for a new water heater costing at least $1,600.  Erik assured me it looked great, and went to Home Depot where they purchased vent material re-lighted my pilot light, even allowed me to make a video showing me how to do it next time it goes out, and I was in good shape.  Erik told me anymore problems with this, he would come back to take care of it.

They were kind, neat and incredibly punctual.  Thank you guys!!!

I called and Luis answered right away. I explained my situation and he said he would be here between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. He texted me when he was 30 minutes out, He was professional and instructed me what I needed to do in the future to prevent  further back ups. He even checked the flow in my toilets for me. His price was the most reasonable out of everyone I have used. I definitely recommend him, the service was awesome!

I used them to replace a pressure regulator coming into the house, that was old and corroded and could not be adjusted. The price was fair and the job was done quickly.

We had such a great experience,  our technician George came out  he was really informative and friendly our shower and bath would not drain water and we were afraid it was going to be a huge issue however l, George was able to get it flowing like new he explained what he was doing and offered advice I appreciate that he took his time to explain what he was doing make recommendations for the future. This is my third time using Sal's plumbing for our plumbing problem. The technician Thomas is very kind, he not only fixed our problem quickly but also explained to me what could be the cause and some tips to avoid the problem in the future.

Service was very professional and courteous, I was able to get a service window for the same day, and my professional plumber arrives actually ahead of schedule.  Robert was my service provider, he did a wonderful job, explain everything before hand, and make sure that I was comfortable with everything he was planning to do, make sure that all questions were answered before and after, finally got the water pressure down to a safety level inside my house and don't have to worry about leaks!!  I will gladly use this service again!

Five stars+ for Jeff at Garrett's Plumbing.  We were having an issue with shower controls for a bathroom upgrade and couldn't get the unit to work properly.  Initial contractor diagnosis was a possible issue with valve installation or defective cartridge's.  We thought we might have to tear out fresh beautiful tile work (desperation)!  Jeff spent about an hour methodically testing everything and determined that the NEW valve we had installed was defective.  He also resolved an issue with water flow at the newly installed faucet. All of this within 1-2 hrs. analyzing and testing the existing lines.  I love a craftsman that uses his experience and knowledge to diagnose and correct problems.  Jeff was very courteous, professional and respectful of our home when working.  I have absolutely no reservations in recommending him for plumbing related problems.  Big Mahalo Jeff!!

Brett is everything you want in a plumber - prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and honest.  Our clog was resolved quickly and we managed to get a greatly improved kitchen setup that works much better for our counter-top filter.  I won't go anywhere else for plumbing needs.

I would like to highly recommend Tony and Carlos. We had an awkward layout in our new kitchen that required piping the water line to the fridge around the entire kitchen and they handled it extremely well, stayed within their quote and went the extra mile. We are so pleased with the outcome and will be using them for some more work down the road.

Our water heater needed replaced and this company/Mustafa was recommended to us.  Mustafa was very friendly and professional and didn't mind answering nooby questions.  He uninstalled and recycled our old water heater and installed our new water heater perfectly -- that old one was rocking and rolling, this one's purring like a kitten.  I couldn't be happier and will definitely rely on them for future adventures.

I was nervous about American Home Shield sending me Plumbers Inc after reading these reviews. But much to my surprise, Miguel came and was very affable and fixed the issue well. I enjoyed meeting him and glad my shower no longer drips.
