Had a great experience with these guys. I had been having issues with my main sewer line backing up (past the front yard cleanout). They came out on time and their quote was fair for hydrojetting.

We ran into a few issues during the hydrojetting, and ended up needing to replace a section of pipe due to a blow-out. They offered a very good price if I dug the line out myself, so I saved some by digging the line out. They fixed the break in the sewer the day before Thanksgiving and worked until 6-7pm to get the job done which was incredible helpful.

We ended up getting our entire sewer lined (82ft) as it was heavily root intruded and I feel they were very reasonable. The end product was very good. Daniel knows his stuff. I'm happy that I shouldn't have any main line backups moving forward (this was a problem we had been dealing with...).

They honestly went above and beyond in terms of service. I can't remember service like this from ANY contractor before. SUPER rare. They have won my business on drains moving forward.

Hired this company to perform main sewer line descaling. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They utilize the latest equipment and technology. Owner Daniel is very polite and factual - good people skills. Owner takes a very active role in the entire process - doesn't just disappear and dispatch workers, he literally will get down in the mud and get dirty. If you're looking for a great plumber call Jetters n Drains and ask for Daniel. He provided our rental house great service and communication throughout the entire process. Felix and Daniel responded immediately when we requested an estimate to clear (descale) our kitchen/washroom pipes which had clogged several times over the years and perform a yearly maintenance hydro-jet on the main sewer line.

They are extremely sincere, knowledgeable and helpful. After they ran their camera through every pipe in the house, they were able to give us a price per linear foot to perform each task, descaling, hydrojetting and in our case epoxy lining to repair our cracked cast iron pipes in our foundation. Their pricing is competitive at the least and their service is WAY more civil and personalized than we have ever received on past jobs.

The process took about three days total as we had a lot of scale in the pipes but each day they cleaned up and left the place spotless!

We hope to do the other side of the house sometime this year!

We've dealt with many pluming companies over the 8 years we've owned the property and will be sticking with Jetters N Drains from here on out.

I've used Jetters & Drains in the past & they ALWAYS come through!!! This time around the kitchen sink and washing machine at one of our commercial properties was acting up and not draining properly. Daniel answered the phone in one ring and told me he would be out there within the next couple of hours and arrived 45 minutes later. Talk about setting the bar high!! That's huge for me. He came out and diagnosed the blockage, had all his tools and called his team to come assist him. This happened back in January & everything has been solid since then. Daniel even offered to check the backyard pipes to make sure everything was running properly so we won't run into any other issues in the future. I highly recommend Jetters & Drains because they WILL look out for your best interest and always put the customer first. Main Sewer Line Clog - Daniel is an above average professional! He spent a lot of time explaining and showing with his camera where the problem was.

He did an initial snake which pulled out a bunch of roots but hardly made a dent on the clog which I could see with the camera. Consequently, there was no hesitation on my part to do a thorough hydro-jet cleaning to clear out the rest of the debris and roots (see before and after photos).

I will highly recommend him to friends and family and will keep him on my list for future plumbing needs.

Jetters n drains unclogged my kitchen sink. First they attempted to snake the drain. Then advised me with no pressure that the line needed to be jetted since there was so much sludge in the line. Felix took the time to fully explain the situation to me. And advised me to get more quotes on jetting if I liked. I decided to go with their jetting service. He showed me the line with a camera before and after. After the jetting the line was fully clear. Should be good now for another 60 years! Then he cleaned up all of the sludge debris. Just had a drain issue with waste water filling up tub. I knew I had a blockage and called a drain specialist. Daniel from JETTERS N DRAIN showed up in less than an hour and resolved the problem. He diagnosed the problem with a camera and I visually saw the issue. Soon after, he hydro jetted away the problem along with a 6 month warranty. He's my Drain Doc now. The pricing was good too.

Daniel has done a lot of work for us recently and I must say, from start to finish, his professionalism and expertise makes a could be stressful situation a breeze. It was my wife's birthday yesterday and we found ourselves with a clogged pipe. Fortunately Daniel was able to squeeze us in last minute and solve the issue.

Absolutely the best plumbers. They did a job that another plumber wouldn't do. Talked to them on the phone and they arrived within 30 minutes. Told them what is going on and what another plumber said and they looked at it and gave me options. I chose the best option for my financial situation. Less than 30 minutes later my drain is flowing free. There honestly and understanding was refreshing. Do yourself a favor and stop looking at other plumbers and just call them. They are now my go to plumbers.

Daniel has done it again for me! He really is a drain master, I have lots of properties he helps me out with and every single time he is able to come up with a solution to the problem, weather its just clearing the line, pulling out some nasty hair or hydro jetting the main with a camera inspection just to make sure all the roots have been eliminated he gets the job done every time and is always on time :)
Recently he helped out re do a bad laundry and shower drain that the home inspector did not catch, got it all plumbed in correctly and it works like a charm now :)
If your on the fence you cant go wrong with all of his experience and professionalism.
Also the he goes above and beyond with customer service and all my tenants love him ;)

I called this company on a Thursday and they were out here the next day. The gabarge disposal at my office wasn't working and the water wasn't draining.

Customer service was ok. They answered and let me know ow they had other callers and would call me back. Sure enough they returned my call in 15 minutes and booked my appointment very easily. I was happy they could get me in before 3pm. They text you a confirmation of your appointment which is nice. They also send a text when plumber is in route with a little bio and a picture. Super cute.

Felix the umber came out and within 10 minutes let us know that there was no power coming to the outlet the disposal was plugged into. He unclogged out sink and let us know it was draining and good to go. Charged us $95

Took me a couple days to get the receipt but when I called Monday I spoke to Danirl who is think is the owner and he sent it to me quick. I like the quickness because my work life revolves around ASAP he apologized for the delay and we had a friendly chat.

I plan on calling Daniel back if I ever need him. Thanks guys!

We had two clogged sinks and a clogged bathtub ...thinking we wouldn't find a reliable company to provide services almost before Christmas, Daniel stepped in and took the job. From the day before he visited us, he was very courteous and professional on the phone and squeezed us between jobs. He arrived within the promised time frame, which was very important to us, and assessed all issues. Then, he explained how 2/3 issues were nothing major and really the bathtub would be the main job...ugh! those darned hairs escaping down the drain seem to always be the usual culprit *sighs* He told us he could take care of these issues right away so we wouldn't have to reschedule, and so he brought the snake for the bathtub and took care of both sinks in the blink of an eye! Not only that, he was very honest explaining why he would only charge for the bathtub, as he considered the sinks were very minor issues (thankfully!). For instance, one sink drain stopper needed adjustment in order to be positioned properly so the water will flow with ease. It was a matter of going under the sink cabinet to correct the issue. We wouldn't mess with those pipes and connections due to a prior bad experience. It's that feeling that we would have probably messed
up even more. We very much appreciated how careful he was while on the job and nothing was left messy or dirty. We know these type of jobs may leave messes behind, but some companies wouldn't care. This wasn't Daniel's case. He approached this job in a high professional manner. He really wanted to ensure we were satisfied with his services and oh boy! Yes, we are! Trust, fairness, reliability, and superb customer service is what comes to mind with Jetters 'N' Drains! The owner, Daniel, is very knowledgeable and has great people skills. We can see ourselves building a trusting relationship with his business and have Daniel's company to become our to go experts for all plumbing and sewer repair services. Thank you!!

The owner Daniel is just awesome. He has a wealth of knowledge and was able to determine the problem in my 50 year old house. Since I have old galvanized steel pipes he found with his camera a huge gap and hole in my pipe. He gave me a couple options and layout everything straight and made it clear on what needs to be done. His pricing is very fair and he won't do something that is not needed. Had experienced many other plumbers and dishonest plumbers too many times. Firstly, their appointment system is awesome. You get texts with details of your appointment, a link to their website where you can check on the location and how far away your tech is, and even your technician's profile with their name, picture and a little background information. Secondly, for our particular appointment, their owner ended up filling in for their tech, as the tech had gotten stuck working another job and the owner didn't want to miss our appointment window. Thirdly, compared to other businesses quoting replacement costs for a water heater, Jetter's, quoted a much fairer price. Fourthly, after accessing the issue was nothing major, he kindly fixed the issue and said the service was on the house! It's hard to come across such honest and fair businesses these days, you can bet I will be calling this team for years to come. Other places were non-responsive and/or were trying to charge fees for them to even come access the situation. There is definitely a reason for their glowing reviews, can highly recommend!!!

Daniel was fantastic. He showed up following COVID 19 safety protocols. He was extremely helpful and explained a lot of the plumbing set ups and common issues household have and different ways of fixing them. He's upfront and very honest and doesn't ripe you off. He gives you different options based on your budget and he was very understanding of financial hardship people are facing due to the pandemic.

I had a massive water leak under my home that caused major structural damage & flooded the bottom of my home, so I came to yelp to look for a plumber & found jetters n drains ! Daniel arrived to my property & was very professional & honest about my situation. After him going under my home and viewing my situation he began to explain the problem & gave me a couple different options on how to go about fixing this problem & he even took pictures so I can see myself ! With the recent rain, my house started to have some problems both with drains and with hot water and Daniel has been helpful and super-responsive. He came over on Friday evening for a few minutes, reviewed the problem, gave me options and didn't charge me when the first thing he tried didn't end up working. I'm a real estate agent and I've recommended Daniel to my clients who are in Escrow to purchase an older property and want to have their sewer line inspected. Daniel charges a very competitive price to scope the drain line and provide a video of the pipes! Most importantly, Daniel is very honest and easy to reach. Do you know how difficult it is to find a plumber you trust? Luckily, Daniel from Jetters 'N' Drains came to our rescue to resolve an issue we had with a severely clogged 2 cast iron waste line that backed up and leaked all over our garage. Other plumbing companies reviewed the issue and said there was nothing they could do except repipe it, which would have involved cutting up the garage floor and driveway and digging a trench to lay down the new piping.

Daniel gave us another option, which the other companies failed to offer, and used a picote machine to clean out the waste line and make it good as new. By correcting the root cause instead of recommending a very expensive alternative, Daniel saved us over $7,000!

Honest, trustworthy and professional. We'll be contacting Jetters 'N' Drains again next time we need assistance with anything plumbing related.

I called Daniel to get a second quote on a pretty expensive pipe repair job. After a quick inspection, Daniel was extremely honest and open, and indicated that repairs right now are most likely unnecessary and I should just save my money. I have a very pleasant experience with Felix from Jetters n Drains. My toilet had been clogging up every week for a few months and I had already had another plumber come and try fixing it. But it was still getting clogged.
Felix was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing.
As the owner of a 45+ year old house, I am experienced in hiring plumbers for all sorts of things over the years so I can definitely tell when a plumber is ripping me off or not. I will definitely be calling them back in the future whenever I have another plumbing issue. It is wonderful to have someone you can trust for plumbing issues since its one of the most important things in your home.
By the way the problem turned out to be a really bad root problem. I'm attaching a picture of the roots he pulled out of the drain. I'm so glad its gone and very glad I called them.

Daniel is a thorough professional. After going through several businesses to get a quote for snaking my main sewer line, I decided to go with Daniel based on his excellent reviews.
Daniel not only met the expectations of service but exceeded them as well! He was patient in showing me the problem areas and how he was remedying them. Whereas most other business didn't guarantee cleaning out the sewer line, Daniel offered to do his best to make sure it was cleared.
He even recommended the Flex Shaft over snaking which I didn't even know was an option. I think he is one of the few owners that carries it.
Overall I'm highly impressed with his knowledge, patience, professionalism and thoroughness of his work. I'm definitely reaching out to him for any of my plumbing issues in the future.

What can I say except these guys are AWESOME! They are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and so reasonable! The Smell Good plumbers came out and wanted an outrageous amount for a laundry line pipe replacement. I got an online quote from these guys. They came out (same day!), and solved our problem for less than their original quote! They were less than half the cost of the other guys! We literally got our kitchen drain descale by Daniel and Felix and they were so amazing that my husband and I wanted to share our experience right away! We had 3 plumbers come in and quote us a ridiculous amount of money and additional services that they said we needed before we found them. My washing machine line was backed up and water was leaking and I called pretty late in the afternoon and even though it was after hours Daniel came by to unclog the drain so I could use my washing machine. He showed up on time and was polite and knew what he was doing. He even put those booties on over his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt in the house, which I appreciated.

A few days later I started getting water on the floor of my wash room. Again, Daniel was kind enough to come by around 7 pm and carefully figured out the problem, which it turns out was my washing machine itself leaking and not a plumbing issue. He did not charge again even though it was an appliance problem not a plumbing problem. He is just a stand up, honest plumber and that is hard to find now days. We will use him for all our future plumbing needs! I highly recommend JETTERS N Drains!

I recently had a remodel done on my kitchen. It caused the sink drain to clog up due to no use for a month. Daniel came out and explained what had happened. He cleaned and hydro jetted the line in under 30 minutes. He also explained in great detail other issues that may arise in an older home, and offered suggestions for the future. He cleaned up the entire area when he was finished.

I had such a great experience with Daniel. He has taken care of me on a couple of occasions. He was even able to help me over the phone when I had a plumbing issue. Very reliable and personable. Plumbers in general get a bad rap and generally it is reflective on the situation and the price. I have had bad plumbers and it wasn't because of their attitude but the feeling you are being taken advantage of when you know little to no knowledge of plumbing and rely on their expertise and get charged the down-payment to a new car (and in some cases, they do not do anything). May times you are stuck and have no choice!

Daniel of Jetters 'N' Drains was quite the opposite of that. His attitude and customer service were great for starters. Based on the problem I had and the work he did, the price was extremely fair (something I am not used to with plumbers).

I HIGHLY recommend Jetters 'N' Drains!!! If you read the other reviews, I definitely share their opinions and experience I had with Daniel and his company. If you need any plumbing related help and are in the North OC area, PLEASE give Daniel a call first!!

Daniel and Felix were very professional and went above and beyond! The were recommended by a friend, and I now see why. We needed the shower cartridge replaced because the water wasn't stopping. They replaced a tub spout that broke off, and it required some welding to attach a new copper pipe to replace the cheap plastic one. And in the front lawn the leaking and corroded manifold was replaced and welded together with copper pipes (for the main shut off valve and hose bib.) Great high quality work at a fair price. I would highly recommend this team!

DISCLAIMER: JND did not perform any work for me. However, I am giving them 5 stars because the owner came out because I called with an issue with my yard drainage/runoff system. I essentially have a V-Ditch that goes underground from a hill in our backyard and out to the street. It gets clogged but cannot be cleaned out since there is no pipe/conduit. He told me the minimum of what he would charge, but also recommended more cost effective solutions even if he wasn't going to make any money from his recommendation. Very nice guy and honest from what I could tell considering I didn't pay him a dime. But I would consider him in the future based on this experience.

It's been such a good experience with JETTERS and if we ever have to call for plumbing issue we will definitely call him! Daniel was awesome! He really is a good person and worked with us so we could check several items off our list of needs. His rates were more than fair and he offered us savings on jetting our main drain since he was already on site with his equipment. He jetted and cleared two long storm/deck drains with ease that had been blocked since we first bought our home. Another company spent an hour with a snake and got nothing done while damaging the pipe and still charging us for accomplishing nothing. Daniel will be my first call from now on!

I honestly have to say these guys provide 5 star service. I found them here on yelp and they live up to their reputation on yelp. Professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth.

We have had issues with our washing machine drain for a very long time, but thanks to Daniel and (the other guy; I didn't catch his name ‍) our washing machine is now draining through the pipes like it's supposed to. No more backups.

I was even lucky enough to get same day service! They made it happen.

I will be using their service for our next major project on our old house, and will be using their services for regular maintenance.

I cannot stress enough how much I hate dealing with a backed up toilet. I immediately stress and freak out because I know the amount of damage that can be done with one simple flush. Daniel is AMAZING! He has helped my wife and I on more than one occasion. He is honest and dependable and takes pride in his work. The first time we met I could tell he was down to earth an really easy to talk to. Really genuine! Our lines were backing up into the house and we had other people come out and they really took advantage of us by saying the problems were fixed but one month later we had the same issues. We met Daniel and it was a totally different interaction. He made suggestions and got to the root of the problem (pun intended) and created a clean out so we wouldn't have water back up into the house again. He ran a camera through our main line and jetted it to get rid of the root issues we were having. He's come in and fixed some of my home improvement mishaps in one of our bathrooms. Daniel is one of a kind, i was told whenever you find a great, honest plumber to always keep that number saved in your phone. Thankfully I added his number into my phone years ago. As an owner of a local sushi restaurant located in the city of fullerton, a great is plumber is always needed at times. Great company. Great service and fast, very responsive and prompt. Sewer was blocked and all toilets and showers backflow with dirty water. Despite late in the evening, the owner responded on Yelp and followed up with a call right away provided useful information and scheduled service for the next day morning. The crew came promptly at 7:30am, fixed the problem and explained the issue and all my questions. Overall, very pleasant experience. Highly trustworthy and highly recommend them.

I can't express how grateful I am for the whole Jetters 'N' Drains team. We knew we had some plumbing issues but when I replaced a toilet 2 weeks before the big weeding and saw roots growing under the toilet I knew we had big problems. Someone suggested we needed our pipes hydrojetted and I called Jetters. I explained my situation to the nice lady on the phone and she had Daniel call me right away to talk about my options. The next day Felix, his partner and co-owner arrived on time and started the inspection. My pipes were in really bad condition and we were having a wedding for 80 people the following weekend.

Felix jetted the PVC and clay pipes in the front of the house but the cast iron pipes in the back of the house were 50% clogged, not round in shape and water wasn't flowing in one area. They were a disaster. We needed to have them descaled before the wedding or our house was guaranteed to back up on the wedding day. Felix was worried about the state of our pipes and was worried about working on them too close to the wedding as it was only 6 days away. He reworked his schedule so he could start on our house right away. Instead of taking the normal 2 days to complete the job as he projected he worked an extra long day to finish in one day. I cannot tell you the visual difference in the pipes, it is amazing. Of course the process is expensive BUT I know Jetters are beyond competitive, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. I can't imagine using another plumber in the future! You can't go wrong with Jetters N Drains!!!
