Needed a Tesla Gen 2 wall charger replaced with a Gen 3 wall charger. The Jade Electric team was very responsive, professional, and efficient with there work. Customer Service was top notch! I highly recommend!

Micah and his crew are friendly, easy going, responsive, and described everything that needed to be done to get to step one... & then to step two. They needed to cut out a part of the ceiling on the lower level to get access to the the space between the floors and they were very fast, efficient and had a minimal impact. They were clean, took steps to protect the space from dust and debris and cleaned up afterward.

Unfortunately our wiring problem is waaay more complicated than anticipated. The damage was done by rats that wreaked havoc on the wiring of an old house on a steep hill, and there's no visible access to the wires at many points. And in spite of the difficulty of assessing the extent of the damage, or the best road to repair, Micah has been incredibly patient, kind, and generous about all of it. I highly recommend him, hopefully only for projects that are less of a nightmare than this one.

There was some miscommunication during the project and extra challenges due to Covid. The work was completed and looks good.

Had Jun (owner) work on my property, referred him to many clients over the last few years. Even connected him with a general contractor who now uses him as his go-to electrician.  Every time I receive a thanks if I refer him. They always have a similar response: he was very easy to work with, personable, professional, and reasonable on cost...and don't let the name fool you, he speaks perfect English. I have no hesitation whenever someone asks: Do you know a good electrician? I tell them I have just the guy and give them Jun's number. I can always trust that he will treat his clients with respect, complete their job quickly, and ensure they are happy with his work!

Mike is as efficient as they come!  I called on Saturday to make an appointment to have an extra outlet installed.  No biggy, right?  No problem!  Mike said he'd be out in an hour!  And he was.  Amazing, right?  He's a great guy with big time energy and got the job done quickly.  I'll definately call him for any and all electrical needs in the future. Kirill returned emails promptly, visited the site, recommended a solution, arranged for the install and inspection. Erin arrived on time and completed the installation quickly. They also coordinated the Oakland inspection and signoff. On budget and faster than I expected.

Thanks Quaweay Electric technicians! These guys were prompt and acted safely before entering our house. They told me their rates and how much they thought the job will be once I pointed out what happened. Since I already had them at my house and their quote was very reasonable(believe me, it was very reasonable!), I asked if they can go ahead and fix the problem. They were able to find the issue with the outlets in our garage and replaced them accordingly. I would highly recommend them.

Had a breaker switch that kept getting flipped off. For a while I'd just turn everything off and on again and that worked, but one day that switch just wouldn't flip to the on position. Jeffery was responsive and available immediately with a quote of $150! When someone arrived the next day (Isaac! Thank you for your fast and professional work and advice on future work that needs to be done) the issue was larger than anticipated - a wire had completely burnt up, and several outlets needed reworking and replacing in the kitchen. I think he also replaced the faulty switches on the breaker.  Total was $315 for a couple hours work including a trip to the store for more necessary parts. A very fair deal. I can't recommend Eric and his team highly enough.

I spent weeks, months trying to find a shop that could handle 1) AC panel upgrade, 2) 5-6 different 120V and 240V wiring (for us to convert from gas to electric for water heater, furnace, range, dryer), 3) manage the water heater install, 4) pull all electrical, plumbing, and building permits, 5) complete the scope on time and on budget to meet permit, tax credit, and state incentive requirements.

Eric and his team were professional and responsive; on budget and thorough; checked in often on feedback and design decisions; knew every inch of existing code and upcoming code changes; and are incredibly knowledgeable about all of these different appliances and buildings, the best cost/value/environmental benefit of each.

No other shop could have put eyes on everything we were trying to do on this whole home electrification project in a complex SF permitting environment and done such a great job in managing the project and me as a client.

Denis arrived promptly. He explained everything he was checking and found the problem (wiring issue in attic). He quoted me the price beforehand,  and that's what I paid.
He was professional, and I love that he put booties on over his shoes before entering my home, and he cleaned up after. I also really appreciate that the business is prompt, great with communication and that they gave me a 2-hour timeframe for his arrival, and that he did arrive then.
I'll definitely be using Fuse in the future.

Our technician Matt is very knowledgeable and advised us well with our installation of a tesla wall charger. Very nice guy who kept us informed of his arrival and how long it would take to complete the installation. He patiently answered all our questions. Later that night we found that after installation after Gas supply was not working so heat was off. The first thought I had in mind was to contact Matt since our Gas valve and electric meter & panel are in same area. He even guided me through what may have happened (earthquake shut off) and sent me a video to restore it. What a nice guy!

Hired Josue and his team for a couple projects in my house - one involved installing wiring for a Nest thermostat (and the thermostat itself), and the other involved installing a new circuit in my kitchen. They do excellent work, are very transparent about pricing and the work that needs to be done, and most importantly, they're kind. They took great care to keep my home clean and tidy up after themselves, and also took the time to thoroughly explain to me the scope of work that needed to be done. Would highly recommend going to them for your electrical needs.
