Danny is a true professional.  Explained my issue over the phone and he gave me a rough estimate due to Covid-19 was necessary.  Danny arrived on time with a mask and assessed what needed to be done.  Reliable, knowledgeable and reasonable. I highly recommend his service.

Chen knows the ins and outs of sprinkler requirements, was timely and on budget. Couldn't have been a better experience.

This is a money-hungry business.  I requested a bid for a residential sprinkler installation for work since the owner wants it & not mandated by the city.  The owner, Humphrey stated he can't afford me.  I guess he doesn't want any business.

Trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. Chen has been consistently responsive in supporting maintenance and trouble-shooting our sophisticated hot water heating system. We've recommended him to others doing remodels and will continue to do so.

I've had a really awful experience with Chen's.  Poor quality work, have had to have them redo almost everything at least once, and the master piumber seems never to be on site, only his workers who are inexperienced and rude.  The price is low, and you get less than you pay for.  Avoid them at all cost.
