Helped me out in a pinch. Sink was clogging after Thanksgiving and he came over on a rainy Saturday to help. Cleared the clog, cleaned everything up nice, and was very helpful overall. Thanks!!

Came out to put a generator plug on my house so I don't have to deal with extension cords when PGE cuts us off. Connor came to look at the application before quoting, and the quote had options that were explained clearly.

I really put Sam and his helpers through their paces in the past month: a serious underground conduit repair, establishing a new appliance circuit, adding a 220v outlet to a workshop, and finally, a subtle and difficult maneuver involving connecting a built-in appliance to a box that was just a few inches in the wrong place, inside a tight-as-a-drum installation space. While working in the main panel he proclaimed the work space too dark (which it was), so he threw in a utility light while he was in there. I'm completely satisfied with the work, the prices, and Sam's optimistic, can-do spirit.

The most difficult job, finding and fixing an underground electrical line that traveled partly under the driveway, partly right through the roots of a tree (the line having arced, melted and burned while underground!), was fixed durably and beautifully. Another electrician had refused to even attempt it, saying we should bypass the underground line and just string an ugly overhead line to the workshop. Not Sam: he had it diagnosed, found, dug up and repaired before the day was out.

A neighbor referred Alpha General Electric to me, saying Sam maintained a number of her rental properties. Which said to me that he's seen it all, and become resourceful at finding problems and fixing them quickly and on a budget. I was not disappointed.

My wife and I purchased a foreclosed home in Newark this year, and had some concerns about the electrical system and wanted to do some upgrades as well.  Doug and Cathy were extremely professional and the quality of their work was great.  They were very quick to respond to both voicemail and emails, and were more than happy to explain in detail what they were going to do to tune up the electrical system for our home.

On site, Doug and his brother had friendly personalities and took pleasure in answering detailed questions I had.  They offered their honest opinion as to what future projects I may be interested in doing, but were not pressuring in any way of attempting to get me to spend more money.

The recessed lighting they installed looks fantastic and really increased the appeal of our hallway.  They were able to place weather-proof external outlets outside our house without the need of running conduit all over the place.  Spend your money locally with pride, and you can feel safe doing that with Cross Electrical.

Alvaro did a great job installing my Tesla wall charger. His many years of electrical experience was obvious as he evaluated not only the installation location at the side of the house, but also the whole of the electrical system to ensure code compliance and safety. He did the installation quickly while explaining each step of the procedure. Now my Tesla is charging at a sweet Level 2 rate that I am confident will not burn down my house.

Had to get my panel replaced due to an installation of a Jacuzzi. Found Dave on yelp seem like a pretty nice guy. He came over gave me a quotation about half the price of anyone else that I had talked to previously very professional. He showed up on time and as promised did the whole job within the timeframe I needed done. And actually came in under budget. He is fully licensed and insured showed me the paperwork himself.
Even fed my dogs while I was at work!!

I would highly let recommend his services and also cleaned up all the mess before he left!!!

Hi, I didn't end up hiring Hillsborough Electric because he was booked solid for 3 weeks.  I sent him an email and he responded within a couple of hours and EVEN called me to let me know of his backlog.  He recommended that I search for someone else.  I appreciate his attention to getting back to me, being honest and just be pleasant on email and on the phone (I returned his call).  I'll probably call him first the next time I have an electrical need.  Thanks!

Jose was one of the most professional and top notch contractors I've ever worked with. He was quick to reply to all my texts and arrived at my house on time and finished the install of my TELSA WALL CHARGER in less than 1 hour! I don't usually post reviews unless I am impressed and overly satisfied with the work and Jose exceeded all my expectations. In addition, his cost was fair and very reasonable. He explained everything he was going to do for the job and showed my pictures of his work throughout the entire process. Jose is my GO-TO guy for anything electric from now on. You won't be disappointed. HIRE HIM!

Laser and Sons completed a couple projects at my home. The work turned out great and was completed to the exact specifications that were quoted.
Alfonso was very responsive and checked in multiple times during the project, it was obvious that he cared and was on top of everything that was being done. He provided a competitive and detailed bid, and I am very happy to have had him work on this project.

My main bathroom and 2 of the back bedrooms all the outlets were not working. I've had 3 different companies come out and fix the issue, every time the outlets would go out with in a few days. I found Seth online and called him. He came out the same day talked me through the issues i had and he fixed everything. its been a few months not and everything still works great.  Seth is a great Electrician worth every penny I spent with him, which in my opinion was not much. He is good and Affordable, I've recommended him to friends.

Alpine Mountain Electric were recommended for replacement of an electrical panel. They did an excellent job and as an extra bonus --when I beagle got loose and ran into the woods, one of their staff took off and caught him. Highly recommend Brian and his team.

Jim went above the call of duty to install my new hot tub.  He stayed late and came over on Sunday, all to complete the challenging job on time.  He is extremely trustworthy and professional.  He also fixed some minor items in my house at no charge.  I highly recommend Jim for any electrical work.

Needed a skilled electrician to check out all the crazy loose wires in my attic.  Rick came out the very next day.  He and his helpers were very attentive to my needs.  They not only secured all the wires but also fixed the broken attic fan I did not even know was up there.  Rick is friendly and knowledgeable.  Thanks for a job well done.

Had my electric go out on part of my house and didn't appear the breakers had tripped. Called Cole and he walked me through some trouble shooting and came to the conclusion that one leg of my 220 from PG&E was the likely culprit. Called PG&E and had their technician out and Cole was right. One leg of the 220 in the box under the sidewalk had failed. Replaced the connector and everything was back up and running within 10 min.

Eagle Electric provided us GREAT service! I had an issue with some lights in our home, called Monday morning, received a call right back and said he would be here between 12:30-1:30. Ed was here right at the time he said he would be and not only did he complete the job, he also took a look at a few other items in our home and fixed some plugs without any additional charge. I would HIGHLY recommend Ed and Eagle Electric and would definitely use them again.

They were very responsive and fast.  But they quoted me to do the repair which I agreed and then when they'd finished it they literally doubled the bill.  Very underhanded.
