Our family had an issue with our dishwasher not working. It hasn't worked for well over a year and we never looked into it until I ran into a couple other odd electrical issues in the home.

The dishwasher didn't work, we had an outlet only putting out 30V and we had a breaker in the garage that would not stay on or even turn on.

At first my mother called another electric company.
This other electric company was going to (after some time investigating):
Run new power wiring from the breaker to the dishwasher, bypassing the wall switch that turns it on/off.
Replace the breaker and all of the circuits.
Relocate the breaker box and install a firewall, said it was not up to code etc.

They even pressured her into locking an appt for the next morning immediately.
Their initial quote was $6500 but since she agreed now they took off $1500 so the total for that work would be $5000.

After some discussion between her and I it was decided to cancel and get other quotes.

My mother found Cross online, called them, was really impressed with the family type company and very friendly staff. An appt was made and a technician was sent out.

It was great that my mother received updates on the technicians whereabouts and timing. He was right on time, friendly, courteous and my mother was very pleased with him (so far).

The technician didn't have to be in the house very long. After speaking to my mother and learning about her concerns it was a short time until he went right to the wall switch that controlled power to the washer. He immediately saw what the issue was and showed my mother the small jumper tab behind the switches and how it was never cut (father probably replaced it a while back). Since there was 120V coming in from multiple places the breaker was being overloaded and tripping.
He cut the tab, turned the breaker on and all was well. That also fixed the outlet with 30V since for some odd reason the living room lighting outlet and the dishwasher are on the same line. He stayed to address any of her other concerns, did some final tests and headed out.

Cross's total charges = $100

Basically they saved us more than $4800.

Dave came over to my house to take a look at some ceiling fans which were noisy.  I made some quick and easy adjustments to them and now they are quiet.  He did a great job.

I had tried to find an electrician to fix a wall circuit that blew out but didn't blow the fuse AND took out our neighboring bathroom light.  The situation seemed quite complicated to me.  Bob returned my call in a timely manner, told me he fee structure before he came to the house, assessed the problem and then showed me the problem and clearly explained what needed to be done and then asked me how I wanted to proceed.  He fixed the job, once again, in a timely manner, had me test out the fix, and then thoroughly explained the invoice.  I LOVE having someone that is no nonsense.  I will definetly keep his card and call him again for another job.

Great experience with Jose and his team at Castillo Electric!  We are undergoing a home remodel and was in search for an electrician for various projects throughout the home.  I met with Jose to walk our home and after our meeting, it was an easy decision to hire his team.  Jose and his team completed various projects including adding additional circuits to our kitchen and installed recessed lighting and track lighting throughout the home.  Jose was very professional and knowledgeable in his trade.  I highly recommend Jose and his team for any of your electrical needs!

Alfonso from laser and sons is right here finishing up a job. What a pleasant person. Did the troubleshooting with a smile and the solution was low tech but he went ahead and fixed my LED track lights. Highly recommend Laser and sons!!!

We did an extensive remodel and our contractor used Alpine Mountain Electric to do all the wiring, and install all the fixtures. Brian and Daniel did a very neat and professional job. They had some suggestions on our switch locations and what the switches should control, sometimes we took their input and sometimes we didn't. In either case once the decision was made they quickly implemented it and moved on. They also had good input and knowledge about the different lighting options (LED, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent) and how/where the different types would best be used. Brian is into music and AV systems so is a great knowledge base on speakers, speaker wiring, and speaker placement. We had Alpine wire the house and install in-wall speakers for the house and outside deck. He was flexible in that if I wanted to do the speakers he could just do the wiring and let me install the speakers later on my own.

They also added some switches for outside plugs in case we needed them for future landscape lighting. At the time we didn't think it was necessary, but now that our yard is being landscaped those little extras are turning out to be very useful. Our landscaper has mentioned that he is impressed at how the electrical was set up.

We had one GFCI plug stop working a few months after moving in and Daniel came out the next day to replace it at no charge. If/when we need any future electrical work done we'd definitely go with Alpine again.

This company is fraudulent, Jim's electrical  license has been suspended for long time, BE CAREFUL with this company I worked with them and they didn't pay me on time, please do your research before hiring. Thrust me

Rick and his team came on time and find burned switch. Fixed and cleaned up and did few more things that I asked them to do.
My refrigerator  plug is fixed and others one that stop working is now functional.

Cole is very personable and responds quickly.  I had him fix all kinds of electrical problems with my house that were bugging me, put in new power outlets, hung a ceiling fan, ran an outlet to the outside of my house and even suggested great solutions to problems that I had.  His ideas and suggestions are great.  His prices are reasonable and he has been upgrading his skills to handle whole house batteries, generators and emergency power to homes.  My girlfriend used him to fix a fountain that was not working, installed new outdoor lights, is there anything that he does not do?  I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Lately, I have had a need for emergency electrical work and Ed from Eagle Electric has been there every step of the way.  He identified some serious issues both in my business and at my home and because of his diligence  and knowledge, I am feeling a lot safer. His recommendations are fair and practical and he even reached out to me to let me know where I could purchase led replacement lights for a good price.  That is customer service!!  If you need a competent electrician, I encourage you to contact Eagle Electric.

I love Anthony! I had an old brinks burglar alarm system and some old telephone jacks, and old doorbell and he came by quickly and removed them all! The price was fair and he even patched up the holes in the wall, I will definitely use them again!!
