We had a GFCI socket that kept on tripping - Ryan had a quick response with a quote and was able to come out the next day. Turns out it was a grounding issue that he was able to resolve in a short matter of time. Great communications throughout the process, definitely a good contractor experience.

I highly recommend John Hope Electric. These guys were able to come out quickly. The technician was courteous and experienced and was able to get my issue resolved. They are also reasonably priced.

Wilson is very professional and efficient. He helped me solve some issues with my rigid conduit requested by PG&E for my electrical panel upgrade. I needed help fast because this problem blocked my house remodel inspection.  Wilson is very flexible to support my timing needed. And he did a great job fixing the issue.  Highly recommended!

Sam is very professional. I called in to fix outlets in garage and I just paid the service charge. I called to have the work done on Saturday but he asked if I was available Friday night so that saved me a day! I plan on using their services again in the future!

Was looking for reliable and honest electrician so Asked my friendly hardware store electrical manager. They were referred by Bill at Dale hardware, who has never steered me wrong. Called the main number and someone picked up right away, I was impressed. Told her what I needed, she tried to get someone same day, but got appointment next morning. Again impressed by the service. The gave me a 30 minute window in the morning, the guy was there right on time. Very impressed. Had both jobs done at two different addresses within two hours. Guy was polite, knowledgeable, and did not waste any time. Job we'll done.  

Need I say more..... I found a electrician that I will continue to use and refer to everyone I know.  Thanks again for the great service.

The house we bought is over 100 years old and we wanted a lot of the electrical to be updated. Alvaro came by very soon after we asked for a quote and ran through all the electrical issues/ requests we had (there was a lot). He took good notes and gave us a quote shortly after. Very professional & friendly. Our house had some weird wiring, incorrectly installed fans, random wires hanging out... etc and he was able to explain and  resolve all the issues. I felt like I could trust him with any concerns I had. He gave us a lot of good tips and I learned quite a bit too! He's an honest and hard working guy. I trust him completely with any electrical jobs I'll have in the future. Highly recommended!!

Had to get my panel replaced due to an installation of a Jacuzzi. Found Dave on yelp seem like a pretty nice guy. He came over gave me a quotation about half the price of anyone else that I had talked to previously very professional. He showed up on time and as promised did the whole job within the timeframe I needed done. And actually came in under budget. He is fully licensed and insured showed me the paperwork himself.
Even fed my dogs while I was at work!!

I would highly let recommend his services and also cleaned up all the mess before he left!!!

I recently purchased an older home which was known to need electrical work and Gustavo was referred to me.  He was able to come out quickly to provide the quote and schedule me in at the time I requested.  He and his team showed up on time for the appointment, did quality work for a fair price and completed the work on time.  I would use Gustavo again for future work and have referred him to friends.

I wish I could give 10 stars for the incredible service I received tonight! Our heat and kitchen lost power randomly and I panicked with it being middle of winter and we have a 6-month-old baby at home. Brian graciously made an emergency house call and fixed our breakers (which had melted!). My baby will sleep warm in her home tonight now that our heat is restored. I'm so grateful to have him local! We highly recommend Los Gatos Electric.  Jim and his crew installed beautiful new LED recessed lights in our kitchen and we love how it turned out.  From start to finish Jim showed honesty, integrity and superior quality workmanship.  Jim helped us with the design and brought us lighting choices prior to the commencement of the work.  The work was performed carefully, thoroughly and on time.  And, unlike many electricians, Jim's crew patched, primed and painted the ceiling so when the work was complete it really was finished and beautiful.

Jim has also replaced breakers in our electric panel when needed.  Jim is a pleasure to work with and we are grateful that Jim is our electrician.

Rick and Chris were EXCELLENT! We had a short circuit in our house, and I had troubleshot it as far as I was capable. Rick and Chris came in and listened to my explanation of the problem, what we were doing at the time, then dove in and started troubleshooting! They were far more thorough than I was, including going into the attic crawl space looking for signs of burned wiring. They were able to trace the problem down to a wire that I had excused as ok, with better technology. Testing and repair and we are back in business, for less than I originally thought it would cost us!

Over a total of three phone calls he was able to help me fix the problem without coming to my home. Saved me time and money. Call him first. Even if he charges you for the phone support it will save you time and money.

I was very impressed with the leve of service that i received. The guy (sorry forgot his name) but he came right on time for the scheduled appointment and installed the EV charger very quickly. He was professional and explained what he was doing through the process and i would highly recommend getting any services through this company. I called and got a few quotes and this company had the best price for the job i needed done.
