Ryan helped repair a shower valve and replace a motion light outside.  He gave me a reasonable and fair quote.  He is reliable and responsible.  I didn't have the correct part but Ryan went out and got it to finish the job.  I am very pleased with his work and will hire him again for future projects.

I really put Sam and his helpers through their paces in the past month: a serious underground conduit repair, establishing a new appliance circuit, adding a 220v outlet to a workshop, and finally, a subtle and difficult maneuver involving connecting a built-in appliance to a box that was just a few inches in the wrong place, inside a tight-as-a-drum installation space. While working in the main panel he proclaimed the work space too dark (which it was), so he threw in a utility light while he was in there. I'm completely satisfied with the work, the prices, and Sam's optimistic, can-do spirit.

The most difficult job, finding and fixing an underground electrical line that traveled partly under the driveway, partly right through the roots of a tree (the line having arced, melted and burned while underground!), was fixed durably and beautifully. Another electrician had refused to even attempt it, saying we should bypass the underground line and just string an ugly overhead line to the workshop. Not Sam: he had it diagnosed, found, dug up and repaired before the day was out.

A neighbor referred Alpha General Electric to me, saying Sam maintained a number of her rental properties. Which said to me that he's seen it all, and become resourceful at finding problems and fixing them quickly and on a budget. I was not disappointed.

This was our first time using this company but it won't be the last. Half of Our house was dark and we had visions of having a huge project and an equally huge electrical bill. Cross Electrical was recommended by our plumbing contractor. Doug came within hours of my call. He had the problem located and fixed in under two hours and the bill was very reasonable. Would recommend without hesitation!

I hired Gustavo and his crew to install some recessed lighting in my two-story house (and also install a Nest thermostat and fix my electric fireplace). I was very worried about them making a mess of the ceiling. Instead, they did an outstanding job on the lighting with no issues whatsoever. This included installing lights on very high, pitched ceilings. Moreover, I was blown away by the care they took to cover everything in the house to do the work so as to not make a mess. When they left, you could hardly tell workers had been there at all. I would hire Gustavo and crew for any future projects. Professionals all the way!

Seth removed a failing track fixture in our kitchen, installed new LED recessed lighting in its place, retrofitted our existing recessed lighting throughout the rest of the house with LED fixtures, installed dimmers for all, and added an outlet and data port to our hallway closet so we could move our cumbersome router off of our kitchen counter and out of sight. Very happy with his work; he showed up on time, as scheduled, and he was done well ahead of schedule. Glad to have a reliable and skilled electrician to call for future work.

I scheduled an inspection appointment with Rick who showed up and evaluated the work that needed to be done. He said he would provide me with a quote. He never responded in 3 days after doing the inspection. I called and left voicemails, as well as several emails. After over one week I figured there was no point since he was not going to respond. He never gave a reason for not doing the work. Very unprofessional service.

Cole is very personable and responds quickly.  I had him fix all kinds of electrical problems with my house that were bugging me, put in new power outlets, hung a ceiling fan, ran an outlet to the outside of my house and even suggested great solutions to problems that I had.  His ideas and suggestions are great.  His prices are reasonable and he has been upgrading his skills to handle whole house batteries, generators and emergency power to homes.  My girlfriend used him to fix a fountain that was not working, installed new outdoor lights, is there anything that he does not do?  I cannot recommend him highly enough.
