Great service, on time, happy to have found Ryan.  A delivery truck damaged the post of our mailbox. Ryan did a perfect installation of our new post and mailbox.

I had several electrical projects that needed to be completed at our home.  Connor was amazing and tackled each one systematically.  He was very professional, courteous and an extremely competent electrician.  I will contact John Hope Electric for any projects we may have in the future.

Wilson was prompt, knowledgeable and did good work. He gave a competitive bid to install an EV charge Point hard wired into box. Really nice guy. I'll definitely hire him again.

Sam was terrific helping me fix the issues created when we had a PG&E transformer blow up on  our street. It blew out my garage door opener, my doorbell, 2 GFI outlets, my Keurig coffee machine, my Sonicare toothbrush and several other things in my house.  Sam came in and quietly and efficiently fixed everything, and at a very reasonable price.

Recently I had the pleasure of interacting with Doug & Cathy .
I wanted to have a 110V outlet installed in my garage to hookup my new washer/dryer. There was some urgency as I was trying to catch Thanksgiving deal. Most of the electricians were very busy during this time of the year.
When I called up Cross Electrical, I had the opportunity to talk to Cathy. She has a very pleasing personality and told me that her husband Doug would stop by. Though Cross Electrical was also booked for next few weeks, Cathy was very understanding of my urgency.
When Doug stopped by, he suggested two options and explained my wife the choices. Doug's quote was reasonable and competitive.
In spite of busy schedule and holiday season, Cathy could squeeze my request in. Doug & his crew members stopped by to get the work done. The work got done cleanly & efficiently.  
For any future electrical work at my place, I will always go with Cross Electrical.

Dave came over to my house to take a look at some ceiling fans which were noisy.  I made some quick and easy adjustments to them and now they are quiet.  He did a great job.

Bob was able to identify and fix an issue with crackling noises coming from an electrical panel two other electricians were unable to. He carefully listened to my observations over the phone, and arrived with a well thought out plan of actions, in contrast with the let's try random things and the issue might disappear strategy I witnessed in the past. It's clear that Bob knows what he's doing, and a few minutes after he came in I knew he would eventually fix the issue. I highly recommend hiring Bob for any non-straightforward jobs. A slogan has never been more true: relax... call the bobcat... it's done!

Jose has been working with us for years, patiently. Slowly but surely we have been remodeling our house and every time he shows up, is efficient and cost effective. He does great work and we have always been so pleased with the end result. Very nice guy and everyone we have referred him to has been just as happy with his work and service. Can't say enough good things about him and his business.

I requested the service of fixing 2 switches and replacing 1 light fixture from Arash, and they were all done greatly. The price is fair compared to other quotes I did. I would highly recommend this company for fixing your electric system in the house.

Laser and sons are amazing. They were able to repair my wiring in the bedroom for less than a quarter of other quotes received. They are professional and nice and preform above par work. I will be hiring them again for future electric work.

Seth was great! We called him out to our home to see how much it would be to put an electrical outlet on the outside of our home. He said he could come the next day and even called saying he could come earlier than our appointment time. He spent a good amount of time at our house explaining where the best place would be to put it, and even gave us some good recommendations on security cameras to install on the outside of our home. He said due to a flat tire earlier that morning he couldn't do it same day but would come the next day. Sure enough, he showed up at our scheduled time and had it out it within an hour. He even took the time to explain how the cover works and recommended a lock for it so we don't have unexpected phone charges plugged into our home. He was extremely professional, and even was great and poliet with my kiddos when he came into our home.

This team of electricians are highly knowledgeable, dependable and earnest (just to name a few adjectives ). You are in good hands with Brian and his guys.

This company is fraudulent, Jim's electrical  license has been suspended for long time, BE CAREFUL with this company I worked with them and they didn't pay me on time, please do your research before hiring. Thrust me

I hired B&B Electric to install a dedicated outlet for my electric car and to install some lights around the home (porch light, lights in front of garage etc.). It was expensive but Rick (the owner and main electrician) talked about the quality of his work to justify the higher than average prices. Based on reviews here I decided to go for it. The work was done in a timely manner (this was about 6 months ago). I used LED lights that he recommended.. when I asked him for receipts at the end of the project, he laughed at me and said he didn't provide receipts for individual components (I told him this was insulting - the laughing part - and he apologized).

About two weeks later, I started having trouble with the porch light. I emailed him and he switched out the LED bulb and it seems to have fixed the issue. However, about three months ago the porch light stopped working and another exterior light (installed by B&B) started malfunctioning (goes on and off randomly). I emailed Rick and he was very slow to respond. We've exchanged emails since then - the last was over a month ago - but the end result is , its been 3 months and both these problems still exist. Excuses don't work in the real world.. he's said the he's very busy. Those who are considering him, keep this in mind.. he will be too busy to fix problems arising from his work - as is evidenced in my case.

I replaced the bulb on the porch light with a CFL and the bulb blew out in 3 days. So there's clearly something wrong with the installation performed by Rick.

Since I don't have receipts for the LED bulbs (these are very pricey), I cannot go and use the warranty to replace these. The electric car's charging outlet is also giving me intermittent problems now.

So overall, it seems like the work was not of good quality. I waited a while to post this review to give Rick enough time to fix the problems. I figure 3 months is long enough. I don't expect Rick to fix the issues now. He charged me quite a bit for this project and  I'm very disappointed with the results.

Cole was great to work with.  The fastest person to get back to me when I called a bunch of electricians and came out on a weekend to give a me a quote.  He was very reasonably priced, friendly to work with, and passionate about the job.  Very happy with Cole's work.

Called this morning to Ed to install a ceiling fan. Ed / Chris came over, and in about 1 1/2 hours completed the job.  Ed / Chris were courteous. Placed a blanket on my tile floor to prevent damage / dirt.  Cleaned up after the job. It went smoothly.  Would use Eagle Electric again.  Would recommend to anyone looking to complete electrical projects.

We had an issue with one of our GFCI in Kitchen and Anthony came as promised to help with the issue. He and his crew identified the issue, worked on least possible disruption to fix the issue and in few hours were able to re wire the ports to help get power back in my kitchen

Yovanni was very professional through out and did a thorough job.
