Needed help to replace bad rollers on a heavy patio door. Ryan was very responsive and was able to stop by the next day. The job was not as easy as expected but Ryan was very patient and focus on getting it done. I am very pleased and I will recommend him to anyone who needs help.

Fearful of a long dark winter due to multiple light fixtures in my home suddenly not working, I started making calls to the yelp list of electricians. Luckily John Hope Electric was near the top so I called and got help the next day. John Milligan spent about an hour or  less trouble shooting, finding  and fixing the problem.  Quiet, polite, focused, efficient. Thanks guys!

Wilson was prompt, knowledgeable and did good work. He gave a competitive bid to install an EV charge Point hard wired into box. Really nice guy. I'll definitely hire him again.

Sam was terrific helping me fix the issues created when we had a PG&E transformer blow up on  our street. It blew out my garage door opener, my doorbell, 2 GFI outlets, my Keurig coffee machine, my Sonicare toothbrush and several other things in my house.  Sam came in and quietly and efficiently fixed everything, and at a very reasonable price.

Alvaro of Gomez Electric was on time, and courteous, respectful, and very informative on exactly what he plans to do. If anything does change, he is very prompt to let you know the changes he has in mind. I had reached out to him regarding installing exterior garage lights connected to my existing light on the outside and he was very responsive and did the job in under 2 hours. Very clean job, informative, and worked like a charm. Great work and ethics! Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dave came over to my house to take a look at some ceiling fans which were noisy.  I made some quick and easy adjustments to them and now they are quiet.  He did a great job.

The Hertz electric team were great. They came on time, and got the jobs I had needed done completely perfectly.

Laser and sons are amazing. They were able to repair my wiring in the bedroom for less than a quarter of other quotes received. They are professional and nice and preform above par work. I will be hiring them again for future electric work.

We just moved offices an had to breakdown our cubicle units in order for the move. Having this be the first time I've done this, I had no idea that electrical wires had to be disconnected and capped off until the day before the movers came. After freaking out and calling 3 other electricians that were of no help, Seth reassured me that it would not be a problem. He came especially early for me to ensure the job would be done before the movers arrived. He was punctual, quick, dilligent, had a great rate, and an attitude to match!

I usually do not post comments, but in this situation I must say that I highly recommend Switched Electric. Seth is great!

I can't say enough about Brian Sagrafena and Alpine Mountain Electric. They installed a whole house generator for us. As others have said, they are very professional, organized, pleasant and we have been very happy with the generator and with their work.

In addition to them being a terrific company, Brian, the owner, is also kind. We had our generator fail during the middle of the night during an electrical outage. I called Brian on a Sunday to get the name and number of the service person. He not only gave it to me, but he came over on his day off to see if there might be some small thing that could be done to get us up and running again. He determined that it did actually need a service call. He took the generator out of service and then contacted the repair person on our behalf letting him know what he had found and then called us back to give us the status.

We have some health issues in the family that make being without heat or electricity especially difficult and I will forever be grateful for the genuine care and concern we have received from Alpine Mountain Electric. I'd never call anyone else.

Hired these guys for a last minute electric work! They worked fast and got the job done and even cleaned up after they were done. Thumbs up. Hard to find reliable people like this.

Rick was professional and did an excellent job.  Rats got into our attack and chewed on our wiring.  Rick had to cut a whole in our vaulted ceiling, repair the wire, patch the sheet rock, and paint. By the time he was done, you would not have known there was a previous hole in the ceiling.  A little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.  It was nice not to have to coordinate a sheet rocker and painter and be done in 2-3hrs.  We would hire him again.

Cole did a full LED retrofit of one of our clients offices in San Ramon. One of the lamps he installed was damaged and he knew it. When the client asked to have it replaced Cole was unresponsive. After multiple attempts to reach him, we were forced to use another vendor to replace the light at our cost. They now have another light out, which will be at our cost again.

Had a small job (replacing outlets and installing timer switches) at the house.  Called Eagle Electric.  Ed was available the same day.  Price was reasonable, and Ed is a super nice guy.  His assistant Chris is equally nice.  They did a great job.  Will call them again for other electrical needs in future.

We lost power to all of the outlets in our kitchen recently and contacted several vendors to see who could help us out. Anthony Electric was the first one to respond. The next vendor didn't reply until 15 hours later. Since our fridge/freezer, stove, and microwave were affected, time was of the essence. You can only order so much takeout. The folks at Anthony Electric were also the fastest to reply to any messages that I sent.

We managed to snag an appointment with them within 24 hours of our initial inquiry. We were impressed because all other offers ranged from 2 to 5 days later. Some vendors offered to send a tech out for a diagnosis and then schedule someone else to do the actual work sometime later. We didn't want to wait that long.

They identified and fixed the issue in less than an hour. I had a pretty good idea what the problem was ( I was an electrical engineer for around 20 years) but I really didn't want to play with the breaker panel. There's a difference between knowing how to fix something and actually fixing it properly and safely. While I could have replaced the breakers myself, the downside of doing it myself and potentially messing up could have resulted in a fire or even electrocution. 110 volts can sting. 220 volts will kill. Was not willing to take that risk to save some money.

The time between contacting the folks at Anthony Electric to when the problem was resolved was less than 20 hours. Impressive.

While not the least expensive, they were also not the most expensive. Their pricing was more than fair. No complaints from us on that point.

We would strongly recommend them to anyone requiring electrical work. They will be the first ones that we contact the next time such a need arises.
