Jerry and Thomas at Cross Electrical just helped me install a NEMA 14-50 outlet and they were total professionals from beginning to end. The entire process took about 1 hour and I can see that they work well in a team.

Throughout the whole time they were here, they were meticulous and careful, even bringing a portable vacuum cleaner to clean up any debris in the area. They were also kind enough to explain what they were doing step by step and really taking the time to lay all the options out for me.

Edith was awesome too as she is the main point of contact for questions, scheduling, and almost everything else. I definitely had a lot of questions about installing this kind of outlet as a first time EV owner and she helped get back to me on all of my concerns. Their schedule was a bit busy for sure as my appointment was about 2 weeks out from the initial quote. I don't blame them as I can see why business is good for them.

Lastly, for the quality of work, their quote was hands down the best I've found and were the most straightforward with pricing. I didn't experience any upselling or random add-ons in my quote at all like I experienced elsewhere. Hope that my personal experience was of help to anyone considering a NEMA 14-50 installation or any other electrical needs.

Gomez is great. Fast, accurate and in person quote. Exceeded all expectations on my project. Diagnosed and repaired ceiling fans, installed a few outlets and more.

I have an odd-shaped, loft-style condo with super high ceilings that presented many lighting challenges.  Dave did an outstanding job designing and installing a monorail light system.  He basically had to spend 3+ days on a 20-foot ladder and get the monorail lights to line up correctly in a living space that looks rectangular but is actually slightly curved and wider at one end than the other.  I know that getting it correct was a major headache.  Nevertheless, he was very professional and on budget.  I was very happy with his service and love my new lights and ceiling fan.

Bob was able to identify and fix an issue with crackling noises coming from an electrical panel two other electricians were unable to. He carefully listened to my observations over the phone, and arrived with a well thought out plan of actions, in contrast with the let's try random things and the issue might disappear strategy I witnessed in the past. It's clear that Bob knows what he's doing, and a few minutes after he came in I knew he would eventually fix the issue. I highly recommend hiring Bob for any non-straightforward jobs. A slogan has never been more true: relax... call the bobcat... it's done!

Gustavo and his team did an amazing job fixing the recessed lighting in my living room and kitchen. They did the whole work of fixing 9 cans and 1 bathroom fan in just a day. Their rates are fixed and service n quality is best. I am extremely fortunate to have worked with Laser and Son.

I needed an electrician to repair lighting on my exterior business signage and Switched was the first to reply and stopped by within 15 minutes.

We talked and he said he would get back me with a quote...but that was over a week ago!  Still no call or quote!  If they can't do the job, just say so!

Now I am reaching out to others...starting over!

Alpine Mountain Electric is fabulous. Brian wired our entire house during a major remodel. Beyond lighting and other electrical, he added all kinds of complicated-to-me internet, TV, and stereo lines that streamlined our systems throughout the house. His work is clean, well-labeled, easy to understand, and he got us great deals on components purchased for us. He's trustworthy and he always left our house cleaner than when he arrived. We whole-heartedly recommend Alpine. (They operate out of LaHonda, but cover the entire Peninsula and San Francisco.)

Wonderful experience.  Had electrical run to a stand alone garage in the backyard.  Project was done quickly and with no complications.   Jim was professional and answered all of my questions.  I left him with a key and instructions and when I returned the job was completed and I was very satisfied with the results.  I would trust him with any future electrical.

The nicest and most helpful electrician I have ever talked to. Unlike other electricians who are all about money, Mr. Bene teaches me how to troubleshoot and fix small outlet problems. He called me to give me step-by-step instructions on how to troubleshoot my outlet issue. I have GFCI outlets that were not working. All bathrooms and backyard outlets connected to the main garage outlet were not working. Mr. Bene told me to check the ground wire inside the outlet and observe how the tripping happened. He was so patient and keen on helping people that he spent 50 min on the phone to help me fix it.

If you are someone who is looking for good trustworthy electrician, I highly recommend Bene Electric, he is very experienced, and super helpful.
