Hired John and his team to do a complete rewire and multiple panel upgrade at my home and ADU in Santa Cruz. He came up with great solutions with multiple challenges when PG&E refused to increase amperage at main panel. His team was always on time and well scheduled. Good communication throughout the project. Worked with my special needs as a do it yourselfer. Quality work with quality parts.John, Ocea, Jesus and Jesse were fantastic to work with. I was in desperate need of an HONEST, reliable licensed electrician. I checked out the reviews on Yelp and decided to give Cross Electrical a call. I explained the circumstances and the trouble shooting I had performed.  Doug said I had done everthing he would have recommended to me.  He said he would be here in twenty minutes and he was.  A new GFI outlet was needed. He is very friendly and didn't try to tell me that my house needed rewiring, which is usually what the crooks do.  I will definitely call on Doug for all my future electrical jobs.

We have used Gomez electric two times now, the most recent being yesterday.  The response time is quick.  They are both friendly and knowledgeable. Gomez electric knows the business and the prices are reasonable. We highly recommend this business.

I called Bob on a Sunday afternoon for help with a blown out outlet along with some other cascading electrical issues. He was deliberate with me over the phone, ensuring that there wasn't a problem that I could fix on my own. He showed up on time, messaged me throughout on his status and was extremely patient in helping diagnose the issue. After we figured things out, he quickly set out to work and got the work done neatly, cleanly and well-done. I appreciate him coming out on a Sunday afternoon given how busy we all are during the week. Great job and highly recommended!

I highly recommend Castillo Electric for all of your electrical needs. We've had Jose come by twice now to do electrical work. He's approachable, honest, and reliable. He's added new outlets, one of which needed its own power source, and fixed a loose outlet. We also had him install a new ceiling light.

I hired for a Tesla charger installation in my home garage. Sent an email in the am, very quickly Arash called me and set up a time to come for initial inspection for same day. Cale by in the evening and performed the installation which took a couple hours. Clean installation process from start to end. He knows his stuff and will definitely recommend him.

Alfonso from laser and sons is right here finishing up a job. What a pleasant person. Did the troubleshooting with a smile and the solution was low tech but he went ahead and fixed my LED track lights. Highly recommend Laser and sons!!!

Seth did show up to location to look at work to be be performed. Within 24 hours did send quotes to do work. I signed quotes and returned via email. Never heard from him again acknowledging that he received signed quotes. Have called multiple times with no call backs. Called again today and tried to leave message but recording machine was full and was not able to leave message. Have emailed several times but have not received any reply. Come on contractors how long does it take to send a one or two line reply.

Not pleased.  We had previously been told that our refrigerator was not grounded and needed to be, plus we had a few other minor electrical problems. The only electrician available without having to wait for two weeks was Los Gatos Electric.  We were told it was $174 for an hour.  We figured that time would be spent fixing our grounding problem.  It turned out there was no grounding problem.  Two outlets had loose wires and were quickly fixed - that's all that was done.  When we were told that the cost was still $174 for the hour, I was livid - I asked if, minimally, a few more electrical problems could be looked at, but were told they were beyond his scope and I guess time had run out . ((The man who came out was very nice, however there was a lot of time spent visiting.) I called Jim and he said that's what we had agreed and yes, he was right.  My point was we didn't get $174 worth of value from work done. Not pleased.

Needed a skilled electrician to check out all the crazy loose wires in my attic.  Rick came out the very next day.  He and his helpers were very attentive to my needs.  They not only secured all the wires but also fixed the broken attic fan I did not even know was up there.  Rick is friendly and knowledgeable.  Thanks for a job well done.

I needed some help with converting a exterior porch can light (LOW VOLTAGE CFL) to a drop down hanging light.  I went to Home Depot and asked someone there because the electricians that I called wanted up to $400.00 to do the job.  I am fairly handy but I really don't know much about electrical.  I had low voltage wiring and had to get it converted back to the 110.

Home Depot directed me to Red Beacon to search for someone.  Cole was the 1st person that called me back.  Without even hiring him he gave me so much details on what needed to be done.  I was able to get to transformer or converter box of the can that transferred it into low voltage.  I just didn't know what to do.

What amazed me about Cole is that he told me its fairly easy.  So easy that he said as long as I am handy and comfortable enough that he would walk me through it.  I didn't quite understand what he was telling me to do so he asked me to email him pictures which I did.  Later that night he called me back and gave me instructions based of what I was looking at.  From there I finally understood what he was telling me to do and figured it out fairly easily.

I have never written a review on yelp but I was honestly amazed by Cole's customer service that I felt I had to.  That really was going above and beyond and with his help I was able to get this done myself and save a ton of money!!

I will absolutely be keeping Cole's phone # handy in the even I ever need any kind of electrical done.

Ed with Eagle Electric does amazing work!  My parents were remodeling their kitchen and Ed and Gilbert did a fantastic job!  Not only was the work top notch but the pricing was reasonable as well.   Ed is honest, straight-forward and quick!  I definitely recommend Ed for any electrical work that  you may need!  Do not make the mistake of going with someone else because they may be cheaper, Eagle Electric is worth every penny!  Thanks Ed!!

Anthony Electric responded to my request for a quote very quickly. I provided pictures and a description of the work (installing a new smart ceiling fan to a 20' vaulted ceiling) and they provided a very competitive quote. They were able to schedule the work in short order and completed the job promptly. The workers were very courteous and friendly. Very happy with the result.
