Installed a 14-50 outlet in the garage. Jose was responsive and price was half the other estimates from other contractors. They even accommodated to my request of installing a Ring floodlights for a small additional fee. I would work with them again and recommend to everyone as well.

Esed remains our go-to electrician.  He is reliable, capable and just all around stellar.  The ceiling light/fan in Alan's office was having issues, the light intermittently flickering when the printer was being used.  Alan called Esed over the weekend and he was able to come today to troubleshoot the electrical system and to rule out that that was the problem.  He did rule that out, which was a relief.  He determined that the light/fan was defective.  We'd bought it about 5 years ago.  Alan had ordered another light/fan and it was sitting in its box in the living room.  Esed took down the old one, assembled and installed the new one and replaced the defective light switch on the wall in that room w/ a new, modern one.  He disassembled the old fan and put it in our garbage can and broke down the box the new one came in and put it in our recycling can.  When he asked if there was anything else he could do, I asked him to change the calendar on the wall, which the kids usually do, but they've been sick and haven't been over.  He did that too.  Esed's fee for all that work was extremely reasonable.  He does his best to save you money and I appreciate that.  Besides, he's a sweet man.

Like everyone else, I was very satisfied with Gus's work.  He takes particular interest in the challenge at hand, in my case, how to optimally charge my new Tesla.  He stopped by the house to discuss the project and give a quote and before the work week was done, he was back with his son (this is a family business) and quickly installed the NEMA 14-50R outlet as well as a disconnect.  I wanted to make certain that everything was up to code for permit and inspection purposes.

I want to add that Gus's quote matched another, but his included the work for the disconnect as well as the additional time needed to pull the permit and to come back for the inspection.

One last note, Gus is very focused on serving the local community, so if you live in downtown San Jose area, I highly recommend him!

Yvgeny came to my facility yesterday  with practically a moments notice. I was shocked when he called to say  hey I am outside your place and I was still driving there.

One of our outlets went in the fritz and Voltyx came out on the same day not only to take a look at the issue and assess what the issue was, but they were also able to fix it and had all of the hardware need for the repair. I would certainly use them next time we have issues.

For the last year I had been looking for a contractor to install a whole house fan.  After several bids, I still hadn't found a contractor I was happy with.  I was talking to a friend about it and she referred me to AC-DC, so I gave them a call.  John came out to give me a quote a few days later.  I thought his quote was very reasonable, so we decided to hire him.   I scheduled AC-DC to come out the following week.  The fan is now installed and I am extremely happy with the work.  AC-DC was very clean, professional, and made sure everything was installed correctly before leaving.  I will definitely be calling them for more work in future.

Victors helped me already a few times, I'm a bit late with my review but I trust  him and his team, after seeing their work, they know what they are doing and how to help you.

I had a chandelier and neon light put up by him. I saw him and his team member measure everything and they asked my preference and helped me be able to see  the different height options.

He's also replaced a single outlet with a double, as well as discovered that my whole garage was wired incorrectly in a way that if one outlet tripped, it would cause everything in my garage to trip, and helped with fixing that.

Originally I wanted to get outdoor lights installed but he said I should check with HOA for their rules on that. So he is knowledgeable and experienced with regulations for lighting which is what you want with someone doing electrical work in your living space.

He is also a good communicator and texts well.

Everyone I've come in contact with in this company has had too notch customer service skills. They were able to do a quick turn around on parts that were purchased and we were able to schedule a speedy install. There was a small accident while working on our property where my car was damaged. The technicians immediately came inside to let me know what happened and the office sprung into action right away to remedy the situation. They went above and beyond to make it right and I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of this company. This is is our go to electrical company from now on based on the integrity of all of their employees.

Needed a fan installed and the electrical ran into my girls room. Juan came out and got everything done in less than 2 hours and the cost seemed very fair. He was professional and explained everything. Great guy.

Very helpful and knowledgeable company. I called them due to an issue caused by another amateur electrician company, and immediately got a prompt response. They were not trying to take advantage of me, even said they'd waive the charge for trouble shooting and just get me a quote so I don't end up overpaying. Wish I'd have called them first but have found my electrician in the area. Don't bother calling anyone else - SB will make sure your issue is resolved in the most reasonable and efficient way possible.
