I did not give the guys a review when they came out and replaced at least 38 outlets and added 3 GFCIs so I am posting one now.  Every outlet is working great.  Especially the one in the kitchen that the refrigerator kept tripping.  Will reach out to you in May to install ceiling fans.  Thank you Jose and Eric.

On the night before Thanksgiving, my refrigerator/freezer suddenly died. Nothing I could do myself worked. Such bad timing! At 6:30pm, Francisco answered the phone and immediately agreed to come over after finishing his last appointment of the day. He arrived 45 minutes later. He was friendly, efficient, expert, and just plain lovely. I was incredibly grateful that it turned out to be an electrical issue, not a refrigerator issue, because appliance repair people are difficult! While he couldn't do the complete repair on the spot because it requires pulling out my built-in fridge, he was able to get it plugged in elsewhere. I feel so fortunate to have such a great new electrician!

I had an urgent electrical problem today. The unit above mine had a plumbing leak and my kitchen stove and lights were flooded. Having worked with him several years ago, I called Esed again, and he was here within an hour.  

Esed checked all of the electrical outlets and plugs in my kitchen, and ensured they were functioning properly. As before, he was competent, efficient, personable, and kind. When you need an electrician, Esed's the real deal.

I like to tinker and have worked with electricity in my day job (if they pay you, you're considered a professional, right? :)  ) ...  but I've found that there will invariably come a time when even the most hardcore home-handyman needs the services of a real electrician.  There are hundreds of these guys to select from in our area, and their rates are fairly similar, so how does one choose where to spend their hard-earned money?  After talking to a few people over the phone, I realized that Gus was different;  meeting him in person confirmed that he was the real deal -- one of the most geniune, down-to-earth and honest guys you'll ever meet, and someone who clearly has a passion for what he does.  His approach is not to blindly follow some technique he learned by rote, but to understand the root causes and figure out what to do from there.  Gus fixed my problems not with the attitude of an elite tradesman who considers the client to be simply a source of annoyance and cash, but with the authentic enthusiasm of a true master for whom communicating the reasons behind his actions is both an ethical necessity and a professional pleasure.    If you are at all interested in the wirenuts and bolts of what your electrician is really doing, Gus is the man for you.   I would not hesitate to call on him again, and I'll definitely recommend his work to all my power-less friends.

We needed to fix a light fixture on a very high ceiling and the work was required to be done by a certified electrician. After requesting quotes from different firms we chose Yevgeny and scheduled a visit (the price he offered was reasonable).
His services were professional, he fixed that electrical fixture and even asked if we needed something else. For quite a while our washing machine was not working properly, it washed dishes, but dirty water was spilling partially around the sink so we barely used it. He looked at it and quickly identified a clog, fixed it and now it works as expected.
Overall the service was prompt and professional.

On the day that my new electric dryer arrived, I discovered that the breakers on my electrical panel for the dryer had been repurposed. Timur listened to me closely on the phone and booked to come over the same day.  He and his assistant, Egor, fixed the problem in 20 minutes.  I'm grateful that he could work me in to his busy schedule.  The other electricians I contacted insisted on a diagnostic visit, before booking a repair appointment.  I will definitely call upon Timur and Egor again.

Dave is a rockstar! I wanted a Nema 14-50 outlet installed for our EV. I looked into getting one installed last year when we bought our house. The first company that came out said we were on a 100 amp service and would need to upgrade to 200 amps for a plug to be installed.

I looked into upgrading to 200 amps and it required permits and PG&E approving the project. I was told it would me close to $10,000 to do this project....I'm good!

I put the idea off and then decided this year to look back into it. Called a few electricians and was blown off or did not get a call back. I found Dave, gave him a call, left a message and by the end of the day he called me back, we set up an appointment for him to come out and look at the property.

Dave showed up on time, thoroughly went through everything and said he could do it without having to upgrade to a 200 amp service.

He was super up front letting me know he was very busy and it would be a month or so before he could get me in. This was ok with me, he sent me an invoice, I paid a portion up front and we locked in a day to start the project.

Due to covid related stuff, the breaker he needed was on back order. There was no estimate on when it would be in. Dave kept me in the loop the whole time, constantly checking in to let me know if he had any updates.

The item finally came in, Dave and I agreed on a date, he showed up on time and did an amazing job! He did such a clean job with the installation.

Dave did accidentally knock a wire lose while pulling the wires and it knocked out our doorbell cam. I didn't notice until later that night. I contacted him and he was very apologetic, said he would come out and fix it.

He showed up again on time, even replaced a few parts and had it fixed within 15 minutes.

Dave is super professional, very detail oriented and has such a great personality. We will definitely be using him for more projects around the house.

Really impressed with McGuire Electric. We have an older home which had virtually no overhead lighting.  Subsequently, we had McGuire Electric install 20 + recessed lights throughout our home. Mike and his assistant Jack were hard working, friendly, and the end result looks amazing!  Thank you!

We wanted a heated towel rack installed in our small bathroom.  We knew it would be somewhat tricky, but John came up with excellent solutions and the work looks great. We would definitely call them for any future electrical work.

By far the best experience I have ever had with an electrician. They were quick, Victor was informative, they were able to fix the problem immediately. If I have another electrical problem this will be the company I call.

Five or Free did electrical work for us just before the end of the year and they were extremely professional, friendly, caring and took extra time to call us in the evening to make sure everything was working properly. We needed a lot of work done and we were very happy we called them. Can't stress enough how nice they were. We highly recommend them.

I was looking for some serious electrical work to be done at home and came across Juan at High Power Electric.
The quality of the work done by Juan and his crew was outstanding, ensuring that all articles in the living room are properly covered in plastic including the paths leading to it. He installed recess lights and track light in my living room, and it is one of the cleanest job I have ever seen.

So disappointed. I had a wonderful experience with Maine Electric the first three times I used them but my last experience was not. The amount they wanted to charge me to switch out a light fixture (for an identical fixture) was $236!  I felt it was totally unreasonable and reached out to the owner to see if he could rectify the quote. Unfortunately he didn't and I will no longer use this company.

We are very happy with this company. They did a huge electrical re-wire on our home, along with back up generator and attic fans. They were always on time, explained the process to us daily in detail, always let us know if there was a problem. All their technicians are very well trained, thoughtful and professional. This is our go to company for any future electric, heating or air condoning problems.

Stewart was great. Responded on an early morning weekend day. Performed the job quickly and inexpensively.
