We had recessed lighting installed in our old home (had no recessed lighting at all before). The owner himself came to give us estimate. He was very professional and wasn't pushy at all.

It took us sometime before we can schedule a installation with him (he had previous big contract works) but it was worth a wait as his installation was very clean and professional. After installation it look as if my home has recessed lights preinstalled. :)

Our living room has a really high celling which took him sometime to get it done but he was very particular throughout the time. He was very punctual, professional (making sure none of other furniture gets messy) and was always on time every day. He also covered all the patches he made and applied paint on top (paint you have to provide as he wouldn't know what exact paint was on wall). Final finished work was really clean and can't even see where he fix the patch.

We really liked his work and has recommended to many of our friends and family.

Excellent service from D&C Electric! They came to install ceiling fans for us today. They were prompt, efficient, extremely professional, and did an amazing job with each installation. I was working from home today and had to deal with a lot of phone calls and meetings. Daniel and his father were so patient with me. They had questions to ask to ensure that everything was done correctly and I appreciated the fact that they patiently waited for me to finish my calls whenever they had a query. They left everything so clean too. I am very impressed and I will not hesitate to hire them again for my next project.

I wish there was a rating above 5 stars for Alpha Omega. I have remodeled several houses over the last 5 years and have always struck out on electricians, until I found these guys.  Not only did they help get my latest remodel done in record time at a reasonable rate, they have been ultra responsive to repairing issues I have had come up from previous work done at other houses by a different electrician.

Ray, the owner and his team Victor and Cata  were EXCEPTIONAL.  I had first called a handyman to install bathroom fans in my 65 yr old house and he botched the job after 1/2 day, so he was terminated.  I then called Ray and explained my situation as his team would no doubt have to fix what the handyman messed up, and re-install ducting correctly, fix overcut holes the handyman had made and rewire since wrong wires were pulled by the handyman.  The job was a mess UNTIL Ray and his team took over.  

Flores Electric is fully licensed and they arrive in booties and masks and are very professional and polite in the way they treated me.  They explained the steps they would do to resolve the issues caused by the handyman earlier, and why they were doing it.  After the job was completed, they even vacuumed and swept up the sheetrock dust off my floors!  Most professionals don't do that these days, but I would rate Flores Electric the best around.  Their work is above the rest!  

Since it was an all day job in my hot attic, I gave them money to buy lunch and they even gave me the change and receipt for lunch (they were very budget conscious)...they are honest people!  I have found it difficult to find good contractors in any field these days, but Flores Electric tops the list.

Service was FAST, ON TIME, explained the work comprehensively and was just plain nice! Thank you.

I called Josh to have some work done before we sold our house.  He fit us into a very busy schedule, and took care of everything we needed done quickly and cleanly.  He even replaced a bunch of flickering can lights just for the cost of the lights.  I was thoroughly impressed with his work, and wouldn't hesitate to call him again, or recommend him to friends.

Greg was able to come out two days after I contacted him! Arrived on time, did a great job, great price!  What else could you ask for!

We had just bought our house and wanted to upgrade into a Hot Tub and Cook Island. After interviewing several contractors we decided upon Mark. He seemed to  understand what we wanted done, and suggested a plan which we talked over and came to agreement. He explained every question I had concerning the proposed work, and even gave tips to help deal with the 2 vendors. He was prompt for appointments, and even filled the Tub on the day he hooked it all up. We are planning more work in the future and will be calling Mark first.

Jesse ROCKS!  Absolute professional.  Reasonably priced.  Went the extra mile for us regarding our project, AND spent 15 minutes letting me know my CO2 Alarm was useless as it was installed in my home, and why.  The project was to install a ceiling light and switch in each of my kid's bedrooms, as well as a recessed LED light in each of their closets with its own switch - so 4 lights, 4 switches.  He worked his butt off and got it done fast.  We are thrilled and are already making a list of things for him to help us out with the next time we call him up!

It's getting warm again in the Bay Area and guess what ... our ac is blowing warm air‍.  So we sent out an AC repair request through Yelp and one name caught our attention: Cozy House. Smaller business with 5 star reviews.

Ivan sent me a message with a good inspection price and came out the next day.

When he arrived, he asked us to turn on the ac to 60 degrees while he performs the inspection.  He initially found  that the outside fan motor was not working but needed to perform a complete inspection. Inside I was thinking 'man.. what is this going to set us back???'

He and his partner continued to work in the unit while we waited inside. Then my wife noticed that cold air was now coming through the vents.

Ivan knocked on the door and said the he was able to repair the fan(!). It had some corrosion but was able to use wd-40 to correct the problem. The system is now running fine!!

He did state that I do have an old unit that may need replacing at some point but for right now it's ok.

You can be sure that when that times come I will ask Cozy House to set us up. He is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ivan and Cozy House for your ac and heater needs.

I consulted Brian about my electrical issue over the phone. He was kind enough to offer a quick suggestion for me to try before making an appointment. It turns out that it worked and I didn't need his service. What this tells me is that Brian is a gentleman who would not make work for himself where it's not really needed. Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.

Natalie seems like a nice person, friendly.  However, she seems to have some limitations.  One of my landscape lights was out, so I bought a coupon from Amazon Local for two hours of service from Valencia. Natalie came out, spent about half an hour looking at the fixture and presented me with an estimate for rewiring the fixture.  So I called my regular guy - Julian, the Electric Handyman - and he fixed it in fifteen minutes.  It was a loose wire and tripped ground switch.

After I posted the review above, Natalie did contact me to follow up and see if she could be helpful. The coupon was refunded, and Natalie let me know that she has bought some equipment that will help her trace wire activity better.  I was impressed by her willingness to hear feedback and make positive changes.  If I had another job, I might give her another chance.

We had to install a video doorbell and floodlight camera. Reached out via yelp for a quote. Tyler was quick to respond, came the next day and gave quotes which were better than others I had received. He was responsive after that when I had to schedule the appointment and coordinate the follow-up. He showed up on time, was professional and did a good job. Will use his services again if needed in the future

Michael came to do my service inspection today. He was very personable, professional and helpful. He found one little problem and got it taken care of, and got me set up to get an insulation estimate with Service Champions. Great visit all the way around.

Ibo is a life saver. He came over on a short notice, diagnosed the problem, and fixed my electrical issues quickly. He did not overcharge. Will be calling him again in the future.

Felix and Juan were on time and extremely helpful to get the job done. I had a great experience with them and they were very thoughtful in keeping me updated on the project. Would definitely recommend again!
