We had multiple issues popping up when we were getting a property ready for tenants. I called a few places and ended up with Flores Electric. Rey was very responsive and accommodating to help us find out what the problems were and what options were available. Despite that it was a busy season, he tried to fit us in and got jobs done to avoid delays in our project. They're our go-to place for electrical work now.

Dave was super helpful in helping us prioritize things that needed to get done. He was very thorough and patient in explaining things, and also pointed me to the website that helped explain terms in more detail as well. On the initial quote day and the day he came by to do the actual work, he was extremely punctual, which is pretty rare to find - everyone else seems to run behind schedule or provide vague windows of time.

We are so pleased with this company. We had an electrical problem and called them. They sent a guy out (Rick) the next morning even though it wasn't an emergency. They texted a reminder for appointment and when he was on his way. The problem was easy to fix and they didn't charge us anything, even for the evaluation. Overall the customer service was great and Rick really knew what he was doing. We have saved this companies information and will definitely be using them for any future electrical problems at our house.

We recently had these guys rewire our house and cannot say enough good things about this company. We have rooms that are/were not wired for ceiling fans. We need them to keep cool in the summer! Greg's Electric had good reviews so gave him a call. Needed only two ceiling fans installed. Called and messaged him and got our appointment. He and his partner came in, asked where we wanted the fans, asked to see the attic entrance and double checked we had our new fans that we wanted installed. That is all he needed. My husband and I were worried about his partner fitting in a tiny space in the attic to get to one of the bedrooms. But, they made it happen. Very happy! We plan to have him back to install coach lights (outside the garage)

I needed a TV Mount to be installed, along with bike racks, curtain rods and fixing the toilet flush tank.

Rostislav and Vlad were very professional and did a great job with all the installations. They were on time and completed the work as promised. The TV mount installation took longer than promised but they did not charge me for the extra time.

Jesse did a great job installing a replacement bathroom fan!  He was responsive, very knowledgeable and professional.
My husband had tried to install the fan box previously and Jesse had to remove some unneeded boards in the ceiling and reconfigure the space a bit. He also needed to add a new junction box.
We're having Jesse come back in the near future for another project.

Ivan is very responsive and fair priced.  Helped me install 3 baseboard heater.  Did the job on the same day as quoted.  Very Knowledgable. And even checked that i bought the right baseboard.

Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.

Mr.  Bowers did some work on my home.  We lost power in our entire top floor. He was professional, clean and fair priced. We were lucky enough to get him to come out on a holiday weekend when no one else would! Very happy with his work. Will use him in the future. If he needs references, I'm glad to give one.

Chris Meyer was fantastic!  Very professional and courteous.  Fixed the AC problem within half an hour.  Never sign up for service plans, but their yearly maintenance plan for two units was a great value. They scheduled same day and were on time.

I heard a buzzing/crackling noise in my fuse box and orbis sent out an electrician within an hour. He was able to diagnose a wire that shorted, changed the affected breakers, cut out a junction box and change the burnt wires within an hour. Very knowledgable and great service. I'll be saving this number for sure.

I have been turning to Divine Electric as my sole provider of electrical services for the past 8 years.  And while everyone that Divine has sent to us has always done an excellent job, we usually request Nathan for not only his professionalism but his innovative way of solving problems. Most recently, we needed to find a way to run an ethernet cable from the second floor of our home to a first-floor office. It wasn't as simple as it sounds. The solution Nathan came up with is seamless and looks neat and clean. I highly recommend Divine. And if Nathan is available, even better.
