I may have misunderstood your statement. Your statement threw me off by thinking that your president is a licensed engineer in California and not just someone who studied engineering. Unless you are licensed engineer, by the state of Ca, you can not design or sign off on electrical work. Your president's electrical experience back at home, does not meet any building codes or standards in California.

I called Alpha Omega after having some problems with one of my breakers. I spoke to Jesse who went above and beyond to help me. It was the day before our wedding weekend and we really needed our lights back on. Jesse, and Alpha Omega Electric, quickly helped us get our power back on. I was very impressed with their kindness, knowledge, and professionalism.

Before finalizing with them definitely take estimates from a few more companies.Their estimate is really high.I didn't realize it until I got one job done and checked for the price with others.

Dave is totally awesome!  We hired Dave to add a dedicated circuit for our heater.  He showed up on time for the job and was very easy to work with.  David was very professional and he even helped me to troubleshoot and fix other electrical issues in my house.  I would highly recommend Dave to everyone.  I'm 100% sure that he will get the job done right at a very fair price!!!

These guys are great!  My electrical box overloaded and blew out the main circuit breaker to the house on a Sunday night.  These guys came out at 10pm on Sunday night and got me up and running!  They replaced my electrical box, installed a second meter for my duplex, and grounded all of the electrical outlets in my house.  They were friendly, professional, fast, and mostly importantly, they did a great job.  They also cleaned up and made sure to put any moved furniture back in its original location.  I would definitely use them again!

Jesse came by the same morning I called about my kitchen wall shorting out. After looking at our circuit board and all of the wiring, he let us know why our wall shorted out and fixed the problem in half an hour. He also explained some maintenance problems that our landlord should be taking care of, and he included statements of those problems in my invoices.

He was really friendly, and I would recommend to anyone who needs electrical services.

My husband tried bringing in different electricians for over a week to no avail due to our job being too small. Finally on Friday, being thoroughly frustrated with a partially non-operating kitchen, I opened my Yelp app, found these guys, called them and they were at my house an hour later. Perfect! 30 minutes later and they fixed a whole bunch of outlets in my kitchen that had been tampered with and improperly put back together by the previous owner of our home. They were professional, polite and courteous and I will definitely call upon them again for any electrical needs I may have in the future.

We hired anytime handyman for installing our 8'x12' storage room and our 14'x12' gazebo in our backyard. They did a really good job on installing these 2 as these 2 items are not only very heavy but also come with complicated installation guide. They finished the installation by 2 days and we checked the two things, all finished with great quality and they also installed some hangers and bars inside the storage room, with very good details. Mark came to my house today to install two ceiling fans.  Not a easy job at my house since there is no over head light outlets in the rooms. Mark was on time, very friendly and professional.  He trouble shooted how to get power to these units, again not an easy thing in my older house with old wiring!  Mark completed the jog, cleaned everything up, and was paid the agreed estimate of the project. I even asked if he needed more because it was not an easy job.  I highly recommend him for any electrical problems or installations at your home.  I will hire him again for any other electrical work at my house. Jesse was the only one in my area who offered to diagnose the problem on site without a minimum charge for just showing up. He also patiently listened to me explain that two outlets went out in my garage without tripping a fuse in the fusebox. He explained that there was probably a GFI outlet that was tripped which turned out to be the case. His manner was knowledgable, professional and ethical as oppose to other electricians who wanted to charge  $120 or more just for the privilege of giving me an estimate. The next time I need an electrician, he'll be the one that I'll call.

Ivan provided a competitive quote online based on discretion of the project. He was on time to start working on the project. Despite an unavoidable issue that happened, he handled the issue professionally. I definitely recommend him if you plan to hire an electrician.

Recently installed a DIY hot tub and needed all the electrical hook up done and outlets installed for the accessories. Chris shows up on time, was polite, smart, hard working and just a nice guy. My wife and I were both impressed. It was a full day job and everything worked as hoped. We have used them on other projects with the same level of service. Good value and good work.

Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.

The short review, Natalie from Valencia Electric is FANTASTIC. Would I recommend her? Absolutely! If you're looking for an electrician that's responsive, competent, incredibly hardworking, honest and fair, you've found her.

The long review, I first met Natalie when I needed to make sure my dishwasher connection was up to code and on its own circuit before my new dishwasher could be installed. My previous electrician told me that it wasn't. I contacted a handful of electricians and, lucky for me, Natalie was the first to respond. When Natalie arrived for the appointment, within a few minutes, she determined that the dishwasher was already on its own circuit and showed me. She didn't charge me for this visit and I asked her for some estimates for items on my to-do list for electrical work. Within a day, Natalie sent me the estimates via email.

On a side note, only AFTER the appointment with Natalie did I hear from one other electrician regarding the dishwasher and the rest never responded.

Fast forward a month later, I was getting attic insulation and needed to get rid of the knob and tube wiring that still existed for parts of my home. I also wanted to take care of some of the other troubling electrical items. I contacted Natalie and she was on it right away, responding to me promptly and making the appointment. She replaced all of my knob and tube wiring which was quite extensive, installed individual circuits for my washing machine and refrigerator, installed a new light fixture, and fixed the connection for my ceiling fan/light.

The previous electricians/owner had my furnace, washing machine, refrigerator, all lights, an outlet, the doorbell transformer and garage door ALL on the same circuit. Scary! Natalie straightened this all out.

Natalie was methodical, communicative, confident, and super diligent in her approach. I was amazed by her work ethic and even happier with the results of her work. I now have peace of mind about the electrical safety in my home and Natalie has definitely earned her place as my go-to electrician.

At the end of last winter my furnace was acting up. I called Service Champions to take a look at it. They tried to sell me a new furnace for $5,000. When I balked they then said they could replace the control board for $1,100 but insisted I should replace the furnace.
I bought the control board online for $196 and replaced it, minding I don't work in HVAC, in 1 1/2 hours. All is now fine!
Hmm? Be careful.

Ivo was quick to respond and super knowledgeable. He was helpful in providing me options and communicating clearly. Extremely trustworthy, as I could not be at the property while they were doing the installation I actually had them do the entire installation and testing without me there. They locked up behind themselves and did a great job sending pictures of the functioning light after installation. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars was that the price seemed a little steep. Ended up paying $400 for a little less than an hour of work to install an $100 light. Compare that to earlier in the day, paid $150 to have a new dishwasher installed (and old one hauled away). I was in a bind, so I made it work - but I'd probably shop around a bit next time.
