We got Hourmouz to install recessed lights in three rooms, two with attic access and one without. Hourmouz visited the place and gave us a quote. The quote was very reasonable. He finished the work on time. Hourmouz and Alan did an excellent job. We were extremely satisfied with their work. They even patched the dry wall and ceiling, textured and painted it. They even fixed a three way switch which wasn't working correctly (I didn't even have to ask for it) Hourmouz and his crew are very professional and excellent in their work. I have no words. I called these guys because most of the lighting in my house was going out and I also wanted to invest in LED lighting.

I called their number and Daniel answered. He was at my house in less than 2 hours. He took his time to assess the situation and listen to my concerns. By the end of the day I had the estimate in hand. I approved it and Daniel's crew started the very next day. I had LED can lights installed in the whole house and it's just WOW. Such a big difference.

We were in desparate need of an electrician, as out entire home still had the orginal wiring from the original build. As technology has improved, and things are taking more juice, we needed someone to update our breaker.

Ray's team was very professional from the beginning to the end. They showed up assessed the situation and provided a few options to help fix out problems. We were able to figure out the best game plan for the fix, and they were in touch the next day with the contract and scheulde for the entire slate of work.

I prospected a few electricians and proposals didn't have huge variations but Dave stood out in his holistic and professional approach.  We talked over options and a couple days later received the quote and scheduled the work.  He arrived on time, finished on schedule and did an outstanding job.  Our home is older but he did a great job of working with the idiosyncrasies you'd expect of a dated place.  Also loved that he kept the area clean and made it a priority to communicate with me at every meaningful step.  Recessed Lighting makes our place much more inviting now.

These guys are great!  My electrical box overloaded and blew out the main circuit breaker to the house on a Sunday night.  These guys came out at 10pm on Sunday night and got me up and running!  They replaced my electrical box, installed a second meter for my duplex, and grounded all of the electrical outlets in my house.  They were friendly, professional, fast, and mostly importantly, they did a great job.  They also cleaned up and made sure to put any moved furniture back in its original location.  I would definitely use them again!

Jesse called within the first hour of my leaving a message. By the end of the conversation, he had diagnosed the problem and we were speaking as old friends. Pretty darned comfortable (happy engagement) for a 74 year old lady living alone!

Greg was awesome!  He arrived exactly when he said he would, he went above and beyond to help me with my various needs quickly and efficiently.  He kept me involved each move he made and explained the WHY behind all the electrical issues we suddenly had after our remodel from another contractor.  Thank you Greg!  Will definitely use him again & refer him to others that we hear are in need :)

I needed a TV Mount to be installed, along with bike racks, curtain rods and fixing the toilet flush tank.

Rostislav and Vlad were very professional and did a great job with all the installations. They were on time and completed the work as promised. The TV mount installation took longer than promised but they did not charge me for the extra time.

Left a message a couple weeks ago because I needed cat6 Ethernet run in my nearly 50 year old house through the attic to a couple rooms (not an easy task - I had already tried!). Mark (the owner) called me back that night, explained that it would take two guys and a couple hours to do what I needed. Mark and Jason showed up on time, delivered exactly what I needed, and cleaned up after themselves. Cost was what he had quoted me over the phone, and I'm a happy camper.

I needed to install a ceiling fan in my kids' bedroom and gave Jesse a call. He called me back very quickly and came out just a couple hours later to install the ceiling fan. All his work was very clean, he's very professional and even provided some advice on the type of fan that I had purchased as it requires the use of a remote control. Fan was installed quickly and you would never be able to tell he was even here! Super friendly and just a really nice guy. I will certainly use him again.

This review is long overdue! Ivan came out to install my Tesla wall charger and a gang box (?) to power my new garage door opener. His work is very clean and he is extremely efficient. I believe all this work was done in a few hours. Pricing was very reasonable. Will be calling Ivan back to check a few other electrical items in the house soon. Overall very happy and highly recommend!

Brian is incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and honest. We called him when the entire power went out in the house. After we described what had happened, Brian was able to provide an educated guess at to what had happened and rather than coming over to charge us a fee to take a look he said it was most likely an issue that the city could fix for free. Turns out he was right! There had been a power outage within a small area where we were and the city utilities came to take a look and resolved the issue.

Without Brian's help, we would not have known what to do and likely would have had to spend some money for an electrician to come take a look. I am incredibly impressed that he was able to figure out the exact issue just from hearing a vague description of what had happened through the phone.

His technical expertise really showed, but what impressed me the most was how much he cared. I could tell right away from talking to him on the phone that he wasn't just after making a quick buck (why else would he suggest me calling the city to fix it free). He was genuinely concerned about us not having power in the house and offered to have us call him back right away if it turns out the issue wasn't something related to the utilities company.

Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.

Service Champions failed to honor a manufacturers warranty - even when I advised them it was in place.  They regularly service my furnace and had done so in the Fall of 2012. At this time they pointed out something that did not need repair, but missed the more serious issue. When the furnace starting leaking water in January of this year (only a few months after their service) they came out and quoted a price of over $3 thousand to fix a rusted out secondary heat exchanger. I received a second opinion and was informed that the parts and labor were fully covered under an extended warranty by the manufacturer. I called SC back and they agreed that it was covered and could fix it for free. The next day they called and said that only the parts were covered by the warranty and I would have to pay up to $2 thousand for labor and administrative expenses. I asked them how long it would take to repair and they said it could be up to the 4 hours. I mentioned that was a very high labor cost for a repair the manufacturer was reimbursing them for. I called the manufacturer directly and they confirmed that all parts and 4 hours of labor were covered. I called SC again and they agreed to give me a 10% discount - so now they were down to around $1600. Clearly they must be charging me and pocketing the manufacturers credit. I am using another very respectful service provider to complete the repairs (for free!) and will use them for a new furnace and AC unit in the next year. SC needs to get their stories straight and focus on long term customer service - not short term profit. They lost a good customer that planned on spending good money on new systems.

Ivo was quick to respond and super knowledgeable. He was helpful in providing me options and communicating clearly. Extremely trustworthy, as I could not be at the property while they were doing the installation I actually had them do the entire installation and testing without me there. They locked up behind themselves and did a great job sending pictures of the functioning light after installation. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars was that the price seemed a little steep. Ended up paying $400 for a little less than an hour of work to install an $100 light. Compare that to earlier in the day, paid $150 to have a new dishwasher installed (and old one hauled away). I was in a bind, so I made it work - but I'd probably shop around a bit next time.

Upgraded our power panel box and also installed a home EV charger. From start to finish Divine Electric was professional & provided quality service & advice. We highly recommend them. The only downside was waiting 6 mos. for PG&E to give a date to schedule the power to be off. (Not Divine's issue). All the guys that worked with us: Rob, Jake, Ryan, Juan & Danny were excellent did fantastic work, were quick and professional and answered all my questions. We will be repeat customers for sure.
