I highly recommend Hourmouz of Bay Sun Electric. He installed 10 LED recessed cans in 3 rooms with dimmer switch and 1 ceiling fan.

He came and inspected our house which very few electricians. I have at-least called 3 more electricians who just gave me an random quote with out even listening to what I want. He promptly communicated with us in email for the final quote with clear description on what he will cover.

He came on time on the day of the job and finished it promptly. He was very detail oriented, honest, detailed oriented and did an excellent job, trust worthy.

We have all heard the clichés and horror stories of hiring skilled tradesmen and often prefer to rely on personal recommendations from our friends and relatives for fear of getting cheated or mislead. Jesse and his crew members are great to work with! AOE was quick to respond for an on-site estimate for installing a light over our kitchen table and quick to get us in the schedule once we decided to do the work. He and his assistant arrived on time, took great care to keep our entrance and kitchen clean while in process. AOE was thoughtful and helpful with the proper placement of the light in relation to the other lights over our island and did a great job of installing a new dimmer switch without marking up the walls or creating a need to repaint. When they were done it was like the light had always been there! They did the job efficiently and we are really happy happy we went with Alpha Omega. We'll definitely call them again for electrical needs.

Victor did a great job of switching 2 of my old garage tube lighting fixtures into brand new LED fixtures. He helped me understand the issues with my current lights, explained his process of how he'll fix it, and showed me how we might improve it more by replacing the old light switch to it. He was quick, efficient, and very helpful- would highly recommend their services!

We are so pleased with this company. We had an electrical problem and called them. They sent a guy out (Rick) the next morning even though it wasn't an emergency. They texted a reminder for appointment and when he was on his way. The problem was easy to fix and they didn't charge us anything, even for the evaluation. Overall the customer service was great and Rick really knew what he was doing. We have saved this companies information and will definitely be using them for any future electrical problems at our house.

Light fixture in our home office was busted. Called Josh after searching for someone on the Internet and he was available to come by and look at it the next day. Quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the fixture and switch. So then I had him take a look at a switch that was sparking out in our guest unit. He replaced that quickly and cheaply too. Simple easy experience. I'll be using Alpha Omega Electric for any electrical issues I have going forward.

Just had Greg out to the house. Price was fair and work was excellent. I highly recommend him and his team. They arrived earlier than expected and finished in a reasonable time. I am sure there are a ton of electricians to choose from, but Greg and his team are among the best I spoke with on the phone and had assistance from. When deciding on an electrician just know Greg will get the job done and at a very reasonable price.

Had Mark over to troubleshoot a circuit in my kitchen. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. Also had him add a protected outlet in the garage for an opener.

With numerous 5-Star reviews, I'm surprised at the 'non'-service received in our experience.  Called JMG and spoke with a nice gentleman who scheduled a 9am Thursday appointment for us.  

Per request, I then texted JMG our address and left a voicemail with our address for the Thursday appointment.  

Thursday morning comes and goes.  No show, no calls, no cancellations.  No one at JMG picked up the phone at 9:20am.

If the job is too small, or too inconvenient, let us know.  Please do not schedule an appointment and not show up (and not call to cancel).  We, like most people, made arrangements to make sure we'd be home for the appointment.  A quick text to cancel would have been appreciated.

I have a problem starting the air conditioner. Cozy house came to do a diagnostic, spent a few hours to find out the HVAC relay malfunction and two thermostats also damaged. Their estimate is slightly higher than I expected, due to their dedicated work and good skill, so decide to have them to proceed the repair task. After they replace those damaged parts, the HVAC performs well. I am glad to choose them to do this task.

I asked Brian to help me with an update of a property of ours' meters. Brian made this process easy to handle. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. He was really easy to work with and he answered communications quickly. He was fast at getting this project completed and his pricing very fair. He was a great help and he will be our go to electrician. Highly recommended.

Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.

Tim Bolger was our maintenance technician today. He arrived with a mask, booties to cover his shoes and tools of course! We informed him what our concerns were which he really appreciated. He was very efficient and provided excellent service. His customer service skills are excellent too. He spent time explaining what he did and answering our concerns. He gave me some tips. I learned a lot about our furnace and what I can do in between each service maintenance call. He was honest and very informative. Next maintenance visit I will request him. Thank you Tim!

Probably our 5th or 6th job with Divine over at least 10 years and two houses.  I've always experienced smart estimates, clear planning and extremely competent execution.  This time around we added a bath fan/light to prevent mold and mildew as well as updating 30 plus fixtures to LED lighting inside and out and adding a motion light outside. Luis and Alvaro now join my list of great employees from this company, who kindly explain stuff to me, and come up with smart solutions to all the fun problems that arise when you start fixing things. Jake also gets major points from me for patiently wrangling an unpredictable supply chain, and quickly rescheduling our job when one of us got covid. Thanks Divine!
