We got Hourmouz to install recessed lights in three rooms, two with attic access and one without. Hourmouz visited the place and gave us a quote. The quote was very reasonable. He finished the work on time. Hourmouz and Alan did an excellent job. We were extremely satisfied with their work. They even patched the dry wall and ceiling, textured and painted it. They even fixed a three way switch which wasn't working correctly (I didn't even have to ask for it) Hourmouz and his crew are very professional and excellent in their work. Being a first time home owner it took me a couple of electricians to find Jesse and Alpha Omega Electric. This is Jesse's second time out to my house and it's great to have a relationship where I can text Jesse in the morning and he can squeeze me in at the end of a long day later that day.

I'm not super handy and it's nice to have things explained to me in a way that's  easy to understand and not feel like I'm being talked down to. After watching him replace the outlet, I probably could have replaced it myself but I wouldn't have known about the tape to help insulate the outlet inside the junction box. Mark and his team are really great! I got 3 different quotes from places and precision Electric was pretty comparable to others. I easily was able to set up a time for him to come over via email. Mark ended up sending  Jason and a guy(sorry forgot his name!)over to do the work a week ahead of when we scheduled and the work was completed within a couple of hours. Easy peasy. Now where the service for us goes above and beyond is after the fact. We were having some small issues with our dimmers and he was available via text to help my husband work out the issues.  He also stop by to check on our grounding rod because he was in the neighborhood after my husband texted him with a question after having an inspector come check on our new copper piping. That's some true customer service. If we need any electrical work in the future Precision Electric will be our call and should be yours too.

Jesse was the only one in my area who offered to diagnose the problem on site without a minimum charge for just showing up. He also patiently listened to me explain that two outlets went out in my garage without tripping a fuse in the fusebox. He explained that there was probably a GFI outlet that was tripped which turned out to be the case. His manner was knowledgable, professional and ethical as oppose to other electricians who wanted to charge  $120 or more just for the privilege of giving me an estimate. The next time I need an electrician, he'll be the one that I'll call.

Due to all the storms lately, we had some electrical problems whenever it rained.  We didn't know what was causing a GFI in our garage to keep tripping, so we found Ivan through Yelp.  He was the first to respond, he followed up, and he was available right away.  His prices were a bit higher than the competition, and he isn't licensed, but his Yelp reviews encouraged me to give him a chance.  

He was accommodating to our schedule, came immediately and on time.  He troubleshooted the problem diligently, and found the wire causing the problem -- GFI stopped tripping when he disconnected it.  But we couldn't figure out where the wire led because there was no crawl space above our garage.  He diligently kept looking, and after a couple hours found the culprit! I'm not certain another electrician would have found it.  Turns out it was our sump pump that was tripping the GFI, which was hidden inside a tube that was marked as a gas pipe instead.  Stellar review for Ivan's trouble-shooting determination and for finding the problem instead of stopping once we got the GFI to stop tripping.

He came back a few days later after finding the issue to do the actual repair, and brought a colleague.  They went above and beyond to fix the electrical issue as well as replace our sump pump the same day. Overall I'd call Ivan again to consult on any electric or handyman projects.

Excellent service from Brian. Saturday morning, half the power in our home was out and we were desperate for help. Brian was the first to respond that he was available and came out within the hour. No other electricians were able to come out. He was professional, identified the problem, explained everything, resolved the issue quickly and the price was reasonable. Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.

Natalie is awesome: professional, knowledgeable, communicative and fair. We had Natalie change our old panel (a big fire hazard) back in December 2019/January 2020. Natalie came over several times to set things up and did a fantastic job communicating with me arrival times, delays with PG&E, power shut off, inspection schedule, etc...  All the while, billing was transparent and gradual, and my questions were promptly fielded.

Another quality of Natalie's work is tidiness.  Natalie made sure there was no mess left around and patched the wall after removing and disposing of the old panel.

So pleased were we that we called on Natalie again to properly ground our garage last month.  After inspecting the situation (with proper distancing and protection--welcome to the age of COVID), Natalie offered a solution and a couple of backup options.  Finally, since the first simple solution worked, Natalie reduced the bill significantly.

From now on, for any electrical work, we know who to turn to!

Tyler is easy to work with. Had a ceiling fan installed without pre existing wiring and had a GFCI outdoor outlet replaced. Quality work don't hesitate to use.
