Hourmouse did an excellent work in installing fan and recessed lights. He came to the site, looked at the electrical connection, recommended lightings and provided quote. When we purchased LED lights, he checked all wires and ensure that it is compatible with our connection. His work is also prefect and delivered a high quality work. He used to cover our stuff to prevent debris. Some of the paint did not match, but that's because Lowe's could not provide the exact match.

I had some electrical issues that I had no idea was wrong. Called, made an appointment, and next thing you know everything was working great.

Daniel and his son are very professional as well as very friendly. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking to get any electrical issues fixed!

After hours of searching, the Yelp Gods pointed me in the direction of Alpha Omega Electric...which is why I'm awake at 2 AM on a Sunday morning writing this review to thank them because I have a new-found appreciation for the electricians out there, like Jesse, Albert and Taylor, that are constantly putting themselves at risk to do their jobs safely for people like me. Background:
I just bought a Tesla last week so I needed and EV charger installed asap. I called Jesse and he and his team (Albert and Taylor) were fantastic. Quick turnaround and great work. Jesse walked me through several different options and gave me his honest opinion based on my needs, while saving me on unnecessary costs. In addition to the EV charger installation, they also replaced an old sub-panel.

Why I would hire Alpha Omega again:

They were very professional and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They adhered to all safety protocols and ensured a seamless transition to the new subpanel.

Throughout the project, they consistently exhibited excellent communication and customer service. I had lots of questions and Jesse addressed ALL my questions and concerns. He provided thorough explanations and ensured I understood every step of the process. He also made recommendations to keep in mind for the future which I greatly appreciate.

They also took great care in protecting my property, leaving the work area spotless once the installation and replacement were completed. They even took the extra step to do some additional patch-up work without charge.

Ray is the owner, and his crew are great!  Ray gave a thorough assessment to my mom (only person out of three) that explained she needed to add to her electrical panel.  The other two did not even check it, and they quoted a much higher price.  Ray oversaw the work, and they were all so nice.  Ray did not even charge for his time until all the work was finished.  They did a great job, and Ray even gave her advice about other types of work.  Only ones We will recommend!

Called Dave about doing some electrical work around the house. He is a very honest and knowledgeable guy. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

These guys were the best.  Shane the technician was very nice and really knew what he was taking about.  His price seemed competitive but he told me to go ahead and have other companies out to bid the job.  I had two other companies out , there prices were about 5% higher and i did not trust that they could do the job.  I used Main Stream electric and will use them again in the future.

Juan was very friendly and helpful, willing to explain the details. The communication was fast and easy. Quick service and good quality.

I just bought a new house and had several electrical projects that needed to be completed. I found Greg on Yelp and so happy I did. Greg is responsive, professional, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He is a problem solver and I'm confident he could tackle anything. He and his crew came in completed all the projects, exceeded my expectations, and cleaned up  after themselves. Where should I start? Mark is phenomenal. I called him to get a quote but went to his voicemail so left a message. In couple of hours he called back and we talked about the work that needs to be done which is three new power outlets in the room for my home theatre two on the ceiling and one inside the cupboard. He showed up on time not making me wait and talked about the work that is needed to be done and immediately got started and did a fantastic job. He was close to the quote in fact little less. He also helped me with adjusting the chandelier height near my dining table. Overall if you are reading this message, What are you waiting for? Just pick up your phone and call MARK. He  is good at what he does will get it done the way you want it to be.

I have called JMG Electric numerous times trying to get an appointment to install some z-wave light switches, I even e-mailed them. No response. At this point I'm looking else where.

Ivan replaced my old electrical subpanel. Previous one was too old. Ivan explained me the options, caveats and mandatory/optional things to do. After discussion with him I had a clear picture of the project's scope. This is the very definition of an honest business. I called with what I thought was an emergency the evening before I was supposed to go on a family trip to Disneyland. Every light in my house had dimmed and started to flicker, and all of the light indicators on my electrical outlets turned red. I didn't have a clue what was going on, but I knew I had to do something fast.

I called Archbold Electric and explained my emergency. Instead of trying to exploit my panic about the situation, the owner told me he wanted to save me some money and ran some FREE trouble-shooting with me over the phone. He then (correctly) diagnosed that the issue was with PG&E, and provided me with their emergency contact number. The issue was promptly resolved by PG&E later that evening.

I very much appreciated Archbold's honesty and integrity. The next time I have a situation requiring an expert electrician, I know who I am calling.

Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.
