I seldom write reviews but felt compelled to do so for Hourmouz of Bay Sun Electric. He worked on the electrical portion of a recent remodel and did a good job. He was polite, helpful, and dependable, which is not always the case with many tradespeople. He worked hard and worked late to make sure we were not without power overnight during the remodel. Hourmouz was also flexible and willing to put in temporary measures to make things easier for us during the many months of remodel. Would strongly recommend him.

Excellent and prompt service with my built in oven/mivrowave. He set up my electric oven and had it replaced by my old gas oven, did an excellent job!

I wish there was a rating above 5 stars for Alpha Omega. I have remodeled several houses over the last 5 years and have always struck out on electricians, until I found these guys.  Not only did they help get my latest remodel done in record time at a reasonable rate, they have been ultra responsive to repairing issues I have had come up from previous work done at other houses by a different electrician.

We had multiple issues popping up when we were getting a property ready for tenants. I called a few places and ended up with Flores Electric. Rey was very responsive and accommodating to help us find out what the problems were and what options were available. Despite that it was a busy season, he tried to fit us in and got jobs done to avoid delays in our project. They're our go-to place for electrical work now.

Moved to East Bay in December 2013. Dave came to us through a trusted channel - a referral from our A/V Consultant. We initially hired Absolute Electric as a 3rd party contractor to wire our home theater (surround speaker wiring, Plasma TV wiring/mounting and providing the correct power to run the system). When we realized that our new home had limited recessed lighting and what was here was old incandescent, Dave removed all the existing lighting, retrofitted new LEDs and also installed over a dozen new LED recessed lights. Dave is a pro, his work is clean and he delivers on your expectations.

One of the recessed lights started flickering (bad LED Driver) 5 months after install, we contacted Dave and he was out to replace the fixture w/in days. He guarantees all his work. We'll be reaching out to Dave next time we need electrical work. He is the best.

These guys are great!  My electrical box overloaded and blew out the main circuit breaker to the house on a Sunday night.  These guys came out at 10pm on Sunday night and got me up and running!  They replaced my electrical box, installed a second meter for my duplex, and grounded all of the electrical outlets in my house.  They were friendly, professional, fast, and mostly importantly, they did a great job.  They also cleaned up and made sure to put any moved furniture back in its original location.  I would definitely use them again!

Great company! Every point of contact with Alpha Omega Electric(AOE) was a great experience! In short, I had a delayed light switch that wasn't turning on immediately. Didn't think too much of it because it eventually turned on. Fast forward a couple of weeks and the same light eventually didn't work along with other lights in my house that were on the same circuit.  Contacted Josh at (AOE) to schedule an appointment... Josh was friendly and professional. Made my appointment and got a text/email confirmation of my appointment (awesome!) and waited.  

Juan was the Rep who arrived at my house. He was on time, professional and friendly. We went over the problem at hand and then he went to work. Juan located the problem quickly. Ran some testes to make sure that he isolated the problem and explained to me the issue. Can't recommend these guys more. Customer for life!

Had Mark install a charger for a new PHEV. I left a message on a Sunday evening expecting him to call back on Monday. Well he reads his emails and called me about a half hour later. We agreed on a price and time and he came over and did the installation, couldn't be happier.

This is the very definition of an honest business. I called with what I thought was an emergency the evening before I was supposed to go on a family trip to Disneyland. Every light in my house had dimmed and started to flicker, and all of the light indicators on my electrical outlets turned red. I didn't have a clue what was going on, but I knew I had to do something fast.

I called Archbold Electric and explained my emergency. Instead of trying to exploit my panic about the situation, the owner told me he wanted to save me some money and ran some FREE trouble-shooting with me over the phone. He then (correctly) diagnosed that the issue was with PG&E, and provided me with their emergency contact number. The issue was promptly resolved by PG&E later that evening.

I very much appreciated Archbold's honesty and integrity. The next time I have a situation requiring an expert electrician, I know who I am calling.

Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.

I absolutely recommend Valencia electric and Natalie's work. She installed an outdoor 110 outlet in my front yard and it works perfectly. She was honest, efficient, and timely. We communicated over email, on the phone,  by text, and in person. She made the whole process easy and transparent. She blew other electricians I talked to out of the water because she really knows her stuff. I can now use an electric mower, power tools, and charge my electric car if I want to. She was available within the week. Where other electricians never showed up, she got the job done ahead of schedule. The only confusion was over timing of the final install because she came sooner than expected. But who doesn't want their job done sooner? I will be calling on Valencia electric in the future for sure!

Tyler is easy to work with. Had a ceiling fan installed without pre existing wiring and had a GFCI outdoor outlet replaced. Quality work don't hesitate to use.

Oscar was fantastic. He stayed late to get the AC running. Then he gave us an overview of the whole HVAC system and explained  what maintenace was needed for each part. He also listened to our concerns and addressed them all.

The entire crew were wonderful. They were friendly and happy to answer any concerns. They also worked together like a well oiled machine each member excelling at his task.

When I was struggling hauling the groceries up the driveway, they came and helped. It was a pleasure having them in my house, and I am an introvert.

I got 240v and 2 lamps fixed. Excellent work! I would recommend for residential and commercial work!

All I can say is that any expectations I had in regards to the work being done at my house and the individual performing in it were far exceeded in the case of Paul Kelly who installed a Tesla car charger for me earlier this week. His attention to detail was extraordinary as was the care and time he gave me. On top of that, the area was left spotless and the charger works just as promised, thanks to Paul's supreme attention to detail.
