Called for a backed up kitchen sink on a Sunday and they came quickly. Thomas was very courteous and professional.  Appreciate he took the time to explain was was the problem and how to prevent future incidents.  Would recommend to anyone.

I needed to have a Reverse Osmosis system replaced (very simple) and I contacted various vendors on Yelp for a quote. I included the RO model that I have on hand.  Joe's reply was very promptly and straight forward with a flat rate for the installation where as the other vendors wanted to come out for a quote or provided a very high per hour rate. Joe arrived on time, did the work himself and got the task done very nicely at the price quoted. I would definitely use Joe again for my future plumbing needs.

Nick and his crew gave me a reasonable estimate to clean/replace my outdoor drains which had been clogged up for a while. This was not a pricey endeavor but his crew showed up on time and were efficient and tidied up every day after completion of their work.  They had to demo some concrete and their finish person did an excellent job replacing the cement.
I would recommend VIP Sewer and Drain to anyone with plumbing and drain problems.

We were looking for someone to run gas piping for our new water/fire feature, new fire pit and new BBQ.  Shorty's Plumbing took on the project to which we added some water piping and electrical work.  The electrical work was further complicated by problems with some of the components. Shorty's Plumbing went out of his way which required many trips to the equipment supplier and to our location until the problem was solved. He stuck with it until we were happy. Not everyone cares about customer satisfaction as does Shorty's Plumbing. We would definitely recommend him to everyone!

Bob George remains our treasured handyman.  He has worked with us for so many years that he knows our home as if it was his own.  

Recently, we remodeled our home and asked Bob if he could tackle several projects.  Bob is up-front and honest with you.  He will not take on projects he is not comfortable with.  

He blocked off 2 days and used the time wisely to complete a long list of items. One of my favorite memories is when Howard's appliances came to provide free delivery and installation of our new stove.  They would not install it flush to the backsplash/wall.  Bob happened to be there working on the home when they installed the stove.  He let them leave and then within a few minutes the stove was flush with the wall and even with the countertops.  This was not on his list, however, Bob always seems to go above and beyond the call of duty.

I had a leak in my main water feed into the house.  It's a 1 PVC pipe.  Cracks had opened up.  I tried to patch it myself but didn't quite get the job done.  In total frustration, I called Jerry's.  Miles answered the phone promptly and hearing about the problem offered to meet me at home ASAP.  Took off from work and Miles, with Juan as a bonus, were right on time.  Very nice couple of guys, who in their work showed they know their stuff.  Showed them the problem, which I had envisioned would be a difficult repair, seeing as how I had a patch on the pipe that wasn't holding.  We turned off the water and they had the bad section of pipe loose in about a New York minute.  They ran back to the shop for parts and put it all back together right quick.  And for a reasonable price.  I'm glad I called Jerry's.

In my normal due diligence, I interviewed four bathroom contractors for this project...a bathroom measuring approximately 9 X 10 feet.  I was presented with a lot of sales talk from three well-dressed bidders and numbers were thrown at me on the spot without due consideration of the age of the home or possible issues behind the walls and under the floor.  Since the home is over 100 years old, this gave me pause. Jorge Mora came in in his work clothes, looked under the sink and made several observations, I thought were quite insightful.  A week later, I received a bid, which while not the lowest, made the most sense.  The true surprise was the absolute top-notch quality of the work performed.  His team worked seamlessly together and completed the project within two weeks and I could not be more pleased.  I plan on recommending his services to friends and family and will most certainly use him in the future for other projects in our home.

I think I found my plumber. This guy is awesome! Daniel is a genuinely nice guy and with years of experience,  knows what he's doing. He doesn't price gouge, no upsells just fair pricing for outstanding work. He even called the next day to follow up. I recommend Golden Rooter 100%.

What waste of my time.  Tweedy serviced my fireplace a few years ago and did a good job so I called again for getting my fireplace serviced this time. They sent out a repairman who after fussing for a few minutes admitted he had never serviced a fireplace before. And had no idea how to fix the problem.    I sent him away and never heard a word from tweedy. No call, no apology, no nothing. Tweedy destroyed business from a repeat customer and I'll be sure to share my experience with the homeowners association and my neighbors

Andrew did a great job helping with our kitchen sink! He responded to my call within 10 min or less, came to hep quickly and told me exactly what part was broken causing our leak. Then allowed me to purchase the parts needed at Home Depot and picked them up to install the same day! What great service! Very reasonable pricing too. Also have a 1 year guarantee on the work. I would recommend him to anyone.

I hired Kevin to do the electrical and assembly for my indoor sauna. Even before I hired him he impressed me with his initial questions regarding the scope of the job. He came prepared by taking the initiative and calling the sauna company to go over some of the instructions before starting. He was also able to improvise and figure out solutions when the directions fell short or some of the required hardware was missing. Kevin was competent with the electrical, working with the wood, and with the overall assembly and installation. I am quite pleased with the end result.

We suspected a slab leak in our house so my friend recommended Pipeline Restoration to us for a free leak detection. My homeowners ins also sent out another plumber to do the leak detection. They both came and gave me 2 different versions of where the leak was, how to repair it, and how much it would cost. The ins plumber told me to do a pipe reroute which would cost more than $1k more than what Matt from Pipeline told me to do the epoxy repair instead. I went with Matt bc he was trustworthy. He is a young guy, but he is very experienced, professional, thorough in his plumbing work, courteous, clean, and considerate. I asked him to wear a mask and booties, and he does that everyday when he came. He originally only punched out 2 spots in my drywall, but then later on he had to punch out another 2 holes to do a complete isolation of the pipe before the epoxy. I was not happy with 4 holes bc my handyman wanted to charge me double to do the drywall patch from 2 to 4 holes. Matt was so kind that after the plumbing was done, he screwed in wood strips & the drywall pieces for me so my handyman was able to give me a discount. And after the epoxy was done, my kitchen faucet had a very slow flow due to debris in it. Matt came back and painstakingly flushed out the debris for us. He is so good at what he does and he's willing to go above and beyond to do an excellent job from start to finish. He is a real asset to this company. I'm very impressed with his work!
I'm happy with Pipeline doing the epoxy repair bc it is easier than rerouting and way less expensive. Matt solved every problem of the slab leak for us. There is 1 small hiccup in this whole process tho. I've asked Jose the epoxy guy to wear a mask, but he wore it below his nose the 1st day. So how does that help?? The 2nd day I asked him politely to cover his nose, and he gave some excuse but at the end he still covered it up. I appreciate that.
