Established in 2011.
I started my own company because I felt that home owners are getting ripped off from the larger plumbing companies. We can offer the same services at deeply discounted prices which is what my goal was when I decided to open up Dependable Rooter and Plumbing. I am from the South, I was raised to always be honest and that is the model for my company. To be honest, reliable and dependable.

I have over 15 years plumbing experience and have worked for many well known plumbing companies, and gained additional experience and knowledge. I have always made it a top priority to give my customers top quality work for a great price. I always have and always will make sure that my technicians are well trained and are very knowledgeable in the plumbing field so that there is no problem with finding out what your problem is and ultimately resolving your plumbing issue.

Tony Shaw the owner was awesome! They took care of my pipe leak in my garage in a very professional manner. Price was very reasonable and fair and they are top notch on what they do. Tony even called me to follow up if everything is resolved the following day which rare for any contractor to care. He will be my permanent plumber. I wouldn't waste my time searching online for a honest and professional plumber I found the guy.

I wouldn't hesitate recommending to my friends and family.

Very pleased with the service from Dependable Rooter & Plumbing.  Tony was out within a couple of hours of my call which was unexpected but very much appreciated.  He diagnosed the problem quickly and was honest with the work that needed to be done and the cost.  Luckily, the problem/fix was quite simple that we opted to do it ourselves to save $.  We'll definitely use this company again if we ever have any other plumbing issues.  Thank you, Tony!

Had a clog in the main sewer.
I contacted Dependable Rooter & Plumbing and the interaction was smooth and effective from the beginning. The day after, on a Sunday, Jeremy and Justin came to my place and very quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the clog, and then imaged the sewer line with their fiber-optic camera to provide a visual assessment of the lining corrosion and roughness inside the decade-old pipe, which was catching debris and is the root cause of the clogging issues. They clearly described a definitive remedy for it and fairly priced it. They proceeded with epoxy-coating the inner surface of the pipe, creating a new smooth and lasting lining in it. This was a big and skill-demanding job, which the crew did efficiently in just one day.
Overall competent, knowledgeable, and quick working.

Jeremy Arellano from Dependable Rooter & Plumbing came and I cannot believe how happy I am with the work he did, and the experience! He was punctual, knowledgeable, patient, and he is able to explain in detail the benefits of the options he gives you!  He was able to solve our issue quickly, and left the area he worked in, flawless!  In addition, he is friendly, and extremely professional, the company is very lucky to have him representing their brand!
I would highly recommend the company for any plumbing needs one might have!

Our toilet won't completely drain in 1 flush and would need to use a plunger. I called another rooter company and they advised me to replace the toilet with a more water efficient one. I almost did but decided to give Dependable Rooter and Plumbing a try because of the good reviews I saw in yelp. Tony came in after 25 minutes that we spoke. He was very professional, very pleasant personality, honest and upfront with the cost. He did an initial inspection of the toilet and he said it is just plugged with something that he can snake it. True enough, after 5 minutes, the toilet is working perfectly. Tony saved me the trouble of replacing the toilet and was able to fix the problem. It's a great feeling knowing I have someone I can call if ever we have some plumbing problems (especially that we just moved in the area a year ago). Highly recommended.

Had a issue with my main line. called a couple business either no answer or on hold. called Dependable Rooster they answered right away.  Jason was my technician and he did any amazing job at explaining what my issue was and his recommendations for the fix was very reasonable.  He would not leave my home until line was clear...I have found my plumber. thank you so much will be call for more repairs. Wow!  Fast & efficient!!  We had a bathroom sink unexpectedly back up, and being a smaller home it was imperative that we got it fixed right away.  Called a few different companies and who all had next availability of anywhere from a few days out or Monday which didn't work in our situation.  Ended up talking to the owner Tony around 9am, who estimated a better then expected price and offered for his crew to be on site within the early afternoon around 2-3pm at the latest.  He asked if that time was okay and I mentioned we were going to be headed out around that time and he said okay, I should be able to have them closer to 1pm which he even exceeded that goal and had his crew at our home about 12:30pm.  Our plumber Nathan was polite, professional and had the issue resolved in less then 10 minutes.  I even asked if he could update our p-trap to be more modern and he said absolutely no problem and it turned out so much better then we had expected.  Nathan for the most part had all the parts he needed on his service truck, with a quick run to his supply center when he needed a specialty part.  He ensured his work area was kept clean, was clear and transparent with his communication and overall great to work with.  

Overall, solid company, straight and honest and we're a breathe of relief being in the situation we were in.  Would highly recommend this company to our friends and family.  Great job Dependable Rooter & Plumbing!

Excellent service! I called and spoke to Tony on an emergent basis to unclog a suspected main line obstruction today. Tony answered the phone promptly, sounded professional, clear and concise about his services and arrived promptly as promised. Upon arrival, I noted he was very presentable (dressed and groomed cleanly), and had a strong handshake and professional demeanor. He clearly explained his pricing and recommendations, and did not try to push any unnecessary initial services. Since I already did some research about pricing ranges and expected services, I felt that Tony's pricing and recommendations were very fair and expected. He then proceeded to do everything he promised to do, and successfully unclogged our plumbing. We are very satisfied with his service, and will definitely seek his assistance again in the future (if we need to....hopefully not anytime soon). Tony- huge thanks to you for saving our day (and plumbing)!

Tony was super responsive and replied me on Yelp within 1 min, he told me he's with another customer so I went ahead and waited. He called me in about 15 min and showed in soon after since he's nearby.

I told him we wanted the water pressure regulator to be changed and he did a quick job on it with fair price. He even went hand to band taught me how to adjust it if we ever need to turn it up or down without calling in or pay for another service again.

I had a kitchen sink clog that I was unable to solve no matter how many DIY videos and articles I read so I figured I needed a professional. I am thankful for yelp and for Tony at Dependable Rooter & Plumbing. Tony was a true professional and very knowledgeable. OUTSTANDING SERVICE,  called at the last minute on a Saturday morning and Tony arrived within an hour, and immediately fixed the clogged tub drain. This plumbing company is the best. Our bathroom sink clogged. Searching on Yelp and found the Dependable Rooter with a very good rating. The customer service is great. Within 10 minutes, Devin called to inform me that he'll be at my house in 30-45 minutes. Devin is polite, courteous, and professional. He explained the problem and got the job done. My toilet, bathtub and my shower stopped up. Tony came immediately to my house to check everything out and see what I need to have done. He arranged for me to have service the next day which is today November 30, 2022. Justin is awesome! In fact I would like to have Justin be my plumber for now on when I do call and request help from them.He took his time he explained everything to me he was very very very courteous he was perfect. And I would recommend them for sure. I have had many many plumbers come here they were very professional request Just and he really worked hard and got the job done.

I don't understand all the 5 Star reviews. These guys are way overpriced. They charged me $400 for 30 minutes of work. That is more than my mechanic and therapist combined. Call someone else.

I needed an outside clog cleared and spoke to Tony to set up an appointment.  Although he was very friendly and took all my information twice and set up an appointment, he never showed up or called to reschedule.  Given the other great reviews, I was really surprised and disappointed.

There was a mix up in the schedule and they thought the appointment was for Friday instead of Thursday.  Tony came by as soon as he realized the error and explained the confusion and fixed my problem on the spot.  In addition to clearing the drain , he spotted my husbands wedding ring that was lost while trying to do the repair ourselves!  His 5 star rating is well deserved.

Found Dependable Rooter highly reviewed when in need for an urgent plumbing fix.  They were ultra-prompt to respond to my online request for help and had called me within 5 minutes to discuss my issue.  They were able to schedule an appointment for approximately 1 hour later, but said they'd make every attempt to show up earlier, if possible.  Within 40 minutes they were at our door and able to fix our problem right away.  Fair prices, amazing speed, confident & competent, extremely friendly... what else could you really ask for in a plumbing service?  On a day when other companies didn't want the business because they were catching up from the holiday weekend... Dependable Rooter & Plumbing was the answer to our needs.  Would definitely use them again in the future!

Had some issues with our garbage disposal backing up so put out a Yelp request out to several local plumbers... Tony with Dependable Rooter & Plumbing was the first person to respond and was able to come out within a couple hours of my request. Very responsive and courteous (he put on shoe booties without me asking) and was able to resolve the issue in less than an hour. He even took  the time to thoroughly clean the food particles and residue from our sink as a result of the clogging! That was a nice touch. Plumbers with INTEGRITY!  My goodness, I had this emergency that I needed to be taken care of asap.  I called 2 plumbers before Dependable Rooter & Plumber.  The first plumber wouldn't be available till 5 days later.  The 2nd plumber that I contacted informed me that they werent available either, but if I paid them an additional $150 they would see if they could send someone out later today.  Neither one would provide a quote.  When I called Dependable Rooter & Plumber, I explained my situation to Tony.  Tony flat out informed me that there wasnt anything that I plumber could do to assist me, however he provided an amazing solution that literally saved me at least $300.   Dependable Rooter & Plumbing just proved that their primary focus is helping the costumer.  As a result, Tony is my new favorite plumber for LIFE.  If you are looking for someone who you can trust that won't gouge your wallet Dependable Rooter & Plumbing should be your first stop.

We ran into a huge emergency at a very inconvenient time. Sewer main was clogged and we couldn't use any sinks, showers or toilets. Wow amazing service. Had a gas pipe leak and they came right over to fix it right after the gas company came to shut our gas off. No hassle, called, and they sent the technician right away and he was so friendly and explained everything and what our options were. Great service!

Today, I called Dependable Rooter and Plumbing around 10 am for a clogged up toilet and @ 12 pm, the job has been done. Talking about superheroes going lightning fast to save the day! Tony had been really nice, courteous, empathetic and every bit of a professional. We need more people like him. I wish I knew this company 6 years ago instead of calling Roto Rooter for an emergency toilet problem. Roto Rooter charged me $5,000 just like that, for the same problem. I know God will bless people who serve other people without charging extravagantly high fees. Thanks again!

I contacted Tony at 8 PM and he was the only plumber around who offered make arrangements and come the very next day.  He was able to make it the next day right when he said he would.  While he helped me solve my plumbing problem (which ended up being something minor I overlooked), he was responsive, trustworthy, and honest.  He could have charged me a lot more than he did.  I will definitely use him the next time I need help with a plumbing problem and I recommend him completely.

Tony and his team was very professional from the start.  Our storm drain was backed up by invasion of tree roots.  My handyman tried snaking it, couldn't get through and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to install a pump.  So I made a few calls, got a few quotes, and Tony was by far the most knowledgeable in explaining to me what needs to be done, hydro jetting.  The price Tony quoted was very reasonable.  On the day of getting the work done, Tony's team came and did a great job. Tony also came by to make sure the job was done right.  Unfortunately they missed 2 storm drains, but Tony had his team right back at my house the second day.  Though we didn't manage to get these two storm drains resolved due to internal broken pipe, but I am very satisfied with Tony's response and overall job done.  Now my front driveway is no longer flooded.  I will recommend Dependable Rooter and Plumbing to anyone looking for an honest and responsible plumbing company.

I called Dependable Rooter & Plumbing and they were able to come out the same day to my home. The plumber came out to fix my clogged toilet. The quality of work performed was awesome.  He was friendly and walked me thru everything he was doing. The price was also reasonable as some companies tend to overcharge you for plumbing services.  I would definitely recommend giving this company a try!

Came home last night at midnight from being out of town for a few days to a flooded bathroom.  Called this morning and Tony came by shortly after to inspect.  He took care of the problem quick. Awesome job Tony! I highly recommend them

Not a great experience here. I spoke with the owner and he agreed to come out for a free consultation because my garbage disposal wasn't working. Keyword: free.

He took a look at it, and deemed it not fixable. He told me I would have to get it replaced. I didn't want to do that, so I wanted to see if it could be done via warranty. I felt bad for him coming out on short notice, so I offered to pay him for his time.

I paid him $60 for a 'free consultation.' I felt like it was a bit much, but he agreed to write a note that would enable me to get this covered under my home warranty.

I eventually had another plumber come out, and they were able to find what caused the obstruction within 5 minutes and they fixed it for free!

For whatever reason, these guys weren't able to find a somewhat obvious problem, AND charged me $60. Left a bad taste in my mouth :(

Had a water leak from our gas water heater in the garage and they were able to come to my house for a diagnosis and estimate in an hour! Unfortunately, we had to replace our water heater, but good thing is that they were able to come back next day morning with a new water heater and have it installed. We also replaced our water pressure regulator, everything was completed in 2 hours.  We'll definitely use their service again in the future!  They are professional, reliable, punctual, and their price is reasonable. They kept their face mask on at all time when working in the garage; and also used shoes covers when came inside of our house.  They made sure everything works properly before leaving and answered all my questions patiently. I called on behalf of my mother who had a main backup. I spoke to Tony who was very polite and he scheduled someone to come out within the hour. Justin came out to our home an hour after I called to clear the backups in our home and recommended we put in a 2 way cleanout. He explained fully the scope and cost of the work and he was very professional and polite. He scheduled this process 2 days later and Ricardo came out to perform this work. The price was reasonable and Ricardo did a great job. Everything checked out ok. Ricardo was also very professional and polite. When my sewer pipes became clogged on Sunday, Father's Day, Tony offered that day to come out to see if he could make anything better. He gave me a great price, showed me everything about the problem with a camera inspection inside the pipes, and let me know every step of the way as he encountered more information. It was a major plumbing job as all the clay to the street AND galvanized pipes under my house needed replacing. He gave me the option of just replacing the clay, explaining that the galvanized would need to be replaced eventually as it was in bad shape. Again, he showed me with his camera. He was very honest about it. I decided to replace everything. Although he needed to dig to reach the clay pipe, he was able to line it with minimal damage to my landscaping. One of the workers had a particular love for plants and he carefully replanted each one as he took it out! Tony was especially concerned about my brickwork patio and worked around it to not disturb the bricks, though the pipe went right under the middle of the patio. His two workers were knowledgable and pleasant to have around, and believe me, usually this isn't the case for me! I trust Tony and his team and will call them back for any of my other plumbing needs. It's really great to feel so confident about a home service company.

I was very impressed with Tony and his ability to get the job done.  His arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and set to work immediately analyzing the issue. We had a tub that was clogged, but everything else in the house was fine.  Tony work diligently, trying several different ideas until he came up with one that worked.  He took his time and thought out the problem and didn't just write it off as unfixable.  Tony performed the work as requested, promptly, and at a reasonable price.  I would definitely use his services again.

Gave Dependable Rooter a call after I had an issue with another plumber who does not show up and don't return calls.

I explained that we had a slow draining Kitchen sink that was snakes 2 months ago. He suggested hydrojetting it, we agreed on a price and set a schedule up. He gave me a call when he was on his way, came on time. Very patient with explaining what will happen. He snaked the line again as there was a blockage and hydrojetted it to clean the pipes throughly. Happy with the work over-all.

Tony will get the job done! In the search for a few quotes on a line blockage from tree roots, Tony came to the house to walk me through the process more than once. he identified the problem with a camera review, showed me the problem, and fixed it as soon as possible. He went the extra mile with cleanliness, and was orderly and neat with his repair work.

Dependable Rooter & Plumbing did a great job at clearing out the grease build up in my pipes! Tony is kind and professional! He took the time to show me exactly what the hydro-jetting process actually would be doing once in the pipes. I called Dependable Rooter and Plumbing this morning with clogged floor drains.  During the call, the nice gentleman explained that the drain needed to be snaked, provided pricing, and how many feet that price would cover.  Within 30-40 minutes, as the gentleman said, Nathan came in and introduced himself with a business card.  I showed him drains that were clogged, and he went right to work.  

Prior to using Dependable Rooter, a plumber from another company snaked the drain from the outside, but Nathan snaked it from the inside through this capped pipe? (I don't know what it's called) and from the floor drains. Man, what a differnece!!!
Also, he cleaned up after and was neat and tidy.

Right now, the water goes down like an indigestion on Pepto-Bismol.  I let the water out the sink and there was NO water collecting or slowing.  

Thank you guys for the great service and really fair pricing!!

If you need a plumber, call them!  You won't be disappointed in their service and pricing.

After calling several plumbers to fix the clog in my kitchen sink on a Saturday with no luck, Tony answered the phone and said he could send someone within 90 minutes. This was my second time calling Dependable Rooter for a clogged drain, as it appears the previous owners did not keep up with repairs, and I continue having plumbing issues. My wife and I called Dependable rooter and plumbing  to look at our washing machine since it was backing up with water. We initially thought it was a drain blockage.
Rick and Aaron came to our home same day and provided updates on when they were on their way.
When they arrived, they inspected our machine free of charge and based on their assessment, didn't feel that the presenting symptoms of the washer would indicate a plumbing issue but an issue with the machine itself. Instead of rummaging around and trying in vain to find an issue to charge for, Rick and Aaron urged us to have someone take a look at the machine or at least get a second opinion if we didn't fee comfortable with their assessment. It is very difficult to find honest plumbers who are more interested in doing the job right and not just collecting a bill. I am certain to call Rick and Aaron if we have any plumbing needs in the future. I know I will get an honest reliable job done.

I had Justin & Justin come to fix my incoming fresh water service riser due to the old water shut off gate valves not being able to close. They rebuilt the entire riser along with two new ball valve style shut off's for the irrigation and home they even added a new hose bib. Ask for the two Justin's they were great!!

I used my Yelp account to search for a plumber in my dad's service area which is about 20 minutes away from me. Tony sent me a text within the first 10 minutes and told me that he could be over to my dad's place in less than 90 minutes. He was there in about an hour and resolved the problem with my dad's backed up toilet. I highly recommend dependable router and plumbing and I felt very comfortable sending Tony over to my 98-year-old fathers house. Sometimes I worry that when service people get over to my dads house that they will try to up their services. I was very appreciative that this did not happen and I will definitely use them in the future for my dad's needs!

I had an issue with my kitchen sink backing up, I contacted Dependable Rooter to get an estimate and Tony (owner) was quick to respond.  The company came out the next day with their technicians Jeremy and Justin who were very professional and knowledgable to my issue.  The solution that we agreed on was to hydro jet the pipes to unclog the debris, but a clean out had to be installed because of the pipes how it was angled.  We tried using the small hydro jet machine but it did not have suffcient psi to remove the blockage, so they had to use a commercial hydro jet which cost more to use but only took 30 minutes to remove the blockage and now my sink does not backup anymore.  I would highly recommend their company for any plumbing issues.

My husband called Dependable at 6:30 am, left a message and received a call back in a few minutes. A service time was set between noon and 2 pm the same day! BONUS: no service charge instead a free estimate which is unheard of with a plumber. Tony arrived at 1:30 pm, no need to call him and check on arrival time. He explained the cause of the drain blockage, estimated the cost and began working once we approved. He continued to give updates throughout the process. It was so nice not worrying about each 1/2 hour charge and waiting to see the final cost. We would definitely use Dependable again and recommend Tony to all!

I met Josh for the first time under yelp after initiating a request for help in this space to resolve a mainline stoppage from years of built up from the house being old. Picture this....it's Monday morning and your heading out to go to work.  You realize your water main breaks and water is everywhere. Had issues with 2 of the 4 apartment units with black sewer water coming up into the bathtub. I had a leak in my laundry room and wasn't quite sure where it was coming from and the leak was getting worse and worse. I reached out to Dependable Rooter & Plumbing and they were able to come out the same day. Come to find out I had a pipe burst inside the wall that was causing the leak. They were able to fix it that day and arranged for someone to come out and setup blowers to dry the floors that same day as well. Dependable. The name says it all. We had a sink clog and couldn't fix the issue ourselves. It was towards the end of the day and I was eager to get the situation taken care of. I called Dependable Rooter and Plumbing. I had let Tony know of the situation and he had let me know one of his technicians would call me with an ETA. I got the call from the technician who was out servicing another home about 20 miles away (during traffic hour) but said he would come after. His ETA would have been after closing which made me feel bad so I told him it was okay if he couldn't make it out as employees need to be taken care of, too. After we hung up, I got another call that Bryan would come instead and had an earlier ETA. Bryan came right on the dot of the ETA. What a nice guy! My 88 year old mother had all of the drains and toilets in her mobile home back up yesterday afternoon. She was pretty frantic so I tried a couple of other plumbers but the soonest they could come out would be sometime the next day. Needless to say, Mom was unhappy with that. Tony!!! You are the best! We had a garbage disposal clog issue and had the hydro jet used to de-clog it. I called them to get a second opinion on a blockage situation and I'm so glad that I did! ...it saved me from getting work done that the other company said that I needed - which I didn't. The associate spent the time explaining the possible scenarios - and he was done with the job within a few hours of calling him. After not being able to get my home warranty to act fast enough, I called dependable. Best decision I ever made. Josh showed up and diagnosed the issue. Within 2 hours, he had me in touch with a repair company to repair my damages. Over the next week he and his crew made repairs, dealt with my warranty company and were just in general pleasant to deal with. There's not enough good to say except they were worth the cost. This company flaked on me twice then barraged me with phone calls after I left a poor review and showed up at my house unannounced! After they begged me to let them try to make it right, I figured I would give them a chance figuring COVID may have impacted their reliability. They showed up at my house, didn't truly try to snake a clogged shower (literally spent no more than 10 minutes) and proceeded to tell me they needed to hydro-jet not only the shower but another drain. Their cost was $650 per drain but told me they would discount their cost to $600 per drain. I decided they were too expensive and went with NextGen who were on time to the first appointment I scheduled. NextGen spent an hour snaking my shower and hydro-jetted the drain for $400, much better service and cost with NextGen. Will not be giving this company my business in the future, unreliable, overcharge customers, and recommend unnecessary work.

We woke up to water seeping out of a baseboard downstairs. Suspected a burst supply line in the slab. This was confirmed. After being given all our options we chose to have the whole house repiped. Jeremy got a crew here the next and the repiping was finished that day. They came back a day later and repaired the drywall access points. Very clean and thorough. What I really loved was that they work directly with Tiptop Restoration. Jose from TipTop was here the day after the repiping and did a thorough assessment and is acting as an intermediary between us and our insurance company! This is going to be a long process, but thanks to Jeremy at Dependable Rooter and Jose at TipTop Restoration we will get there! Very grateful.

Extremely friendly; prompt; and professional! Tony showed up immediately after I called him about a leaking pressure regulator outside of my home. He provided a fair assessment and made proper recommendations to look out for other components such as the master water switch. In the end of the day, Tony replaced both the regulator and the worn master switch to save me money in the long run. Tony was great and professional. I was very nervous all along the way, especially when I learned they had to jackhammer inside our house and that might not get to all of our problems.  Turns out that the work he did with the camera and locator was accurate and did pinpoint a major issue with our pipes where they couples and roots got inside.  They had to get through tile and concrete and over two feet of dirt, but they did this and fixed the pipes in one day.

This business was the only one to answer my call at 6:30 am, gave me a true quote over the phone, his associate was on time as expected, he was professional and knowledgeable, cleaned up all the gross waste, disinfected the area, replaced the broken drain cap and thanked me for my business. Total time 40 minutes.

The owner (Tony) of Dependable Rooter was the only company who answered the phone at 6:30 a.m.  otter companies said they were open at 6 am and/or a 24 hour service, yet  didn't call me back till 7:45 - 8:00 am

Tony gave me two options for a price and told me someone would be at my house by 9:00 a.m. Dominic was at my house a little before 9:00 am.  I paid $225 for a backflow problem and the problem was fixed in a short amount of time. I was relieved that he didn't play a a game or try to rip me off by telling me the problem was worse than they first thought and it was gonna cost more. Dominic even left to go buy a new cap for the drain cover because the old one was cracked. He cleaned up everything and disinfected the area. He was professional and informative in identifying the short and long term problem and offered me a solution for the long term so that we wouldn't have to go through this again. He said that we can shop around and get other quotes from competitors before making our decision. He gave me a written estimate and didn't push his company's service to be used. Bottom line: very impressed and I would use them again.

Tony is the ultimate professional.
He was consulted for a problem at our office and showed up promptly.
He diagnosed the problem and looked for the most cost effective way of handling it.  He explained the problem and gave me all the options and this was extremely appreciated.  Unfortunately the problem was a bit larger than we were expecting but the way he handled everything, it made it less intimidating.  He tried everything he could to make it work but there was a lot to be done.  He gave me a time when the work could be done and he was true to his word and showed up on time with his crew and made it so we could resume seeing patients.
We had slight issues after the work was done (not his fault) and he bent over backwards to make sure we were completely satisfied.  
Everybody wants to have a guy to recommend to friends when you want someone who is honest and dependable.  He is sincere and trustworthy.  I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend him to friends and family.

Tony was the first to respond via yelp and the first available to see what was wrong with the washer drain pipe that was overflowing.  Dealing with things like this is rarely fun as it's hard to know what's the right thing to do (and there are a lot of unethical people out there!).  Tony is not one of them!  I appreciated that he discussed several options, including replacing my pipes (yikes!), but was clear about the benefits and disadvantages of them all.  I was hesitant to go with the hydrojetting, so I agreed to snaking even though he said it was a shorter term solution.  He was patient with me and showed me everything he was doing, including all the gunk (technical term, I'm sure) that was in the pipe.  I soon realized the hydrojetting was the right decision, even if it was more than I was expecting to spend, so I did it.  The line not only doesn't back up, but you can hear how clear it is.  This is probably the first time in my life I said I was excited to do laundry!  I'm sure that will wear off soon, though.  His price was more than fair, but more importantly he's a really nice guy and didn't pressure me, just informed me of his recommendation and what he was encountering as he worked.  Fully satisfied customer.  :)

Had a sink drain that was plugged up, called at 1pm, and they were in by 2pm.  Bryan was a very pleasant and friendly person, he pointed out what needed to be done and also gave me some other options, but not pushy!

He explained the whole process, and we decided to snake the drain pipe.  In not much time had the water flowing again.  Brian did a great job and would not hesitate to call on him again for any future work.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Our kitchen sink stopped draining due to a blockage that had been building over 35 years.  I tried to snake it but could only go to 22 feet, and the blockage was beyond that.

I forgot to send my review in but back in January something terrible happened, and nasty sewage was coming of every pipe in the house. We called Tony and was very responsive and quick to arrive. He handled the issue and no problems since then. The only thing I don't recommend is calling on the weekends. Even if it states that their business hours are from 6 am - 6 pm Monday through Saturday, they charge extra on Saturdays because it's considered an emergency.

I called earlier today to get a plumber out to my house because I am starting to hear a dripping sound in my walls after using the shower.  It became very concerning, so I gave this company a call.  Tony scheduled and came out the same day (at a time that was convenient for me).  When he came out, he didn't see visible signs of water leaks so instead of telling me he needs to break through walls to find the leak, he told me to just wait and see since he didn't want to charge me for something I didn't need.  He also took the time to teach me how to read my water meter in case there is a water leak.  He didn't charge me for the visitation but it seems like a very promising company that isn't out to just rip you off so I'll be coming to them in the future when I have plumbing needs.  Thanks, Tony!

Tony saved the day! We woke up early Sunday morning to find that water was coming up in our downstairs shower and bathroom sink. Having an infant we didn't have anytime to wait until Monday. We called these guys due to a sluggish toilet. Two prior plumbers told us it was the calcified outbound pipes. Tony came out and offered a reasonable cost for replacing the outbound lines and could do it right away. He was very patient with our many questions throughout the process. He showed us all the new pipes and couplings and explained the process. It took two days to complete the job and the two guys that were here the entire time were quiet, well mannered and friendly. No loud music playing, no cursing or arguing. They kept us informed along the way and Tony made himself available for questions. They cleaned up well after each day and they removed the old pipes. This plumbing company is the best.  I found a leak beneath my kitchen sink this morning and panicked.  Sent a bunch of inquiries on yelp and Dependable was one of the first to call back - the owner himself (Tony) called me.  He got a plumber out (Devin) to my house within the hour for an estimate.  Turns out it was just a loose connector, and Devin was so nice and tightened it for me (free of charge)! I felt silly but honestly for someone like me who is not handy, I wanted a professional to come look at the problem.  Courteous, polite, responsive, and fair - will definitely call them again for my next plumbing issue!  Totally will trust them in the future.

Two weeks after moving in my first new house I experienced a flood! This was the result of another plumbing company (shall remain nameless) who failed to inspect our sewer lines correctly. If I could give this company and their team more than five stars, I would! We had a major plumbing issue, and Tony was able to send one of his technicians out right away. Nathan was able to determine the cause and explain every detail about the fix. In addition, he was able to also fit in other minor repairs at the same time that the other work was being done. Everyone was courteous, professional, and on-time and were all willing to answer every one of my questions. They also took necessary precautions due to COVID. I was having odd plumbing problems so I checked yelp and found Dependable Rooter who had great reviews.  I called about 5:30 pm and Tony answered the phone.  He sensed I was hoping somebody would come  out the same day so he offered to come by within 90 minutes and give me  an estimate. Sink backed up with the usual story of grease, gunk and just lack of maintenance from the past few decades. Justin came thru and saved the day! He was beyond informative and patient in answering all of my questions.  There are companies that sometimes want to just upsell everything and my experience with Justin was the complete opposite of that. Justin was very good to work with. From the first call he was very personable and understood the urgency of the situation. The main water supply line from the city was compromised and water was pooling in my front yard. Tony the owner even called me to see if there was anything I needed. The work was scheduled to begin 2-3 days after but Justin noticed how serious the problem was and even offered to provide a temporary fix till they could apply the permanent solution as to not have additional water damage. Luckily the scheduling worked out that they were able to work on the project the next day so the temporary fix was not needed. I really appreciated Justin's attention to the urgency of the situation. Justin provided me regular updates on the project which was appreciated. Dependable was able to fix the main line with minimal disturbance to my hardscape.  Pricing was very competitive. I will definitely be using Dependable Rooter and Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

Gave them a call yesterday to take a look at the toilet issues I've been having and they were able to look at it the next day. Within seconds of reviewing the issue they were able to diagnose and determine the problem as well as solution. It was resolved quickly and now the toilet problems are gone. Don't use this company. Unreliable and horrible customer service. They gave me a window between 1 and 2 PM. I left work early to meet them at my home and no one showed up. I called the company at 2:00pm and they said someone was in-route. At 3:30pm still nobody at the house so I called and was told that the technician had an emergency and we would need to reschedule. Why didn't they call to tell me this? I left work early and have been sitting around the house waiting for them. I had to call them to find out they weren't going to show up.  Needless to say we are going with a different company.

Words can't express how I am grateful to Tony's service during these times. The term Dependable is spot on for this company. Just when I thought things couldn't worsen for me dealing with problems from work and the wife getting on my case about overflowing toilets. His company was the only one willing to take care of my problem the same day versus other local plumbers stating that they would not be available for 3 to 7 days.
              Tony not only came early to my home, but he also came with a face mask plus wearing rubber gloves the entire time to protect my family and himself. He analyzes the problem and approaches the situation methodically. When I thought things were getting better for me, Murphy strikes me again; cement covered the sewer cover and needed to be chip away. When he had to access another pipe under my SUV in the garage, Murphy strikes again because my SUV battery was dead. Despite it, all Tony saved the day and was extremely patient with me. He gave me a quick hand to remove the cement and even waited for me to quickly jump start my SUV to get it out of the way. Before you know it, the sewer line was cleared out, solving the problem in no time. When Tony revealed that he was the owner, everything he did said a lot about his character and why I would highly recommend him. Thank you again, Tony, for taking care of my problem, and most of all, you saved me from getting beat up by the wife again lol. I am more than pleased with the service Tony provided for me and my clogged kitchen drain. He was very professional and pleasant from the get go. He responded quickly after I sent him a message via yelp. He arrived when he said he would and explained the problem I had and my options to resolve it. I could tell he was very experienced and knowledgeable .

I chose to have my drain hydrojetted and take care of my clogged drain once and for all. He was very respectful of my home and cleaned up as much as he could after himself while working and left all the areas where he worked spin n' span before leaving.

Our kitchen sink would not drain so I called Dependable Rooter & Plumbing. Tony answered and was very pleasant on the phone. He came to the house and preceded to snake the clean out. After seeing all the sludge in the pipe my husband decided to have Tony hydro jet our pipe as We had that done at our previous home and never had a stopped up drain again. Our main drainage was backed up due to a clog which ended up coming back into the house and creating some flood onto the floors. I contacted Dependable Rooter & Plumbing and they had someone down within the hour and offered us different options. We decided to just snake it first and see how it goes. Didn't take long for them to unclog it from the drain access in my garage and turned out to be a soft blockage. We had a problem with our cold water pressure and wasnt allowing our washer to properly rinse and wash!

We called Tony and he immediately made time to come and check out our issue to give us a quote! He gave us the possibilities of what it could be! He told us how WE could fix it and save money! He could have easily tried to charge us and do it himself but instead he told us what we could do AND sure enough we used his advice and found we had a little rock stuck in the valve of the cold water.

Before I start, it's important to disclose that my brother is a plumber, so this is probably the first time I've had to use outside services simply because he is now on the other side of the country.

Bryan and Josh are top notch. They were quick to respond, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They came out to investigate a blockage, but were unable to snake the line because of the weather. Even though the blockage cleared itself overnight, they spent considerable time determining the root cause and provided excellent camera footage to explain the situation  in detail.

When we have future plumbing needs, these guys will certainly be our first call.

We had a bad leak under our kitchen sink. A plumber I am not so I contacted Dependable and Tony was able to walk me through the problem over the phone and found out it was just the line from the refrigerator to the main valve had been disconnected. I put it back in, tightened the bolt and put Teflon tape and it was fixed. I really appreciate Tony's honesty and helpfulness. Bryan knocked on our door on a Saturday afternoon, after he determined that our water line was flooding our neighbor's back yard. I was very pleased to a have found Tony due to all the positive reviews on yelp.I gave him a call and he promptly responded and even gave me an estimate over the phone for a leaking toilet that was dripping through from the master bedroom down into the garage below.
We made appointment the following day and he came on time and quickly assessed my problem and then proceeded to repair it.

The toilet backed up occurred, around 7:30 PM.  Tried what I could do, then called Dependable rooter in Claremont in the morning.. By ten AM, a young employee named Devin arrived.  He explained the process, we signed some paperwork and he started investigating the issue.  The job was done to my satisfaction.  He explained a few things that can be done to improve the old drain pipes.  All in all, he was knowledgeable, courteous, and knows what he was doing.  I highly recommend Dependable Rooter.

Tony is the man! I called Tony because my toilet was clogged. I explained to him what happened and what steps I took to try and resolve it. Tony showed up the next day and walked me through each test he was going to do. He diagnosed the issue and explained to me what he was learning about the issue each step of the way. I understood everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I thought that the blockage would be an easy fix, but it turned out to be a more serious issue. He handled everything with great professionalism, making sure that he didn't leave until we knew what the issue was and how we were going to solve it.

Not only was Tony and his team able to do the job I paid him to do, but he also educated me as a homeowner. Through talking with him, I have better understanding how the water/waste passes through my home and how to take action if another problem arises. There are plenty of competent plumbers out there that can get the job done, but I felt that Tony was looking for my best interests as well. I hope I never have to call Dependable Rooter and Plumbing again, but if I do, I know they'll get the job done!

Tony, this is Erlyn. I wanted to say THANK YOU for helping us out with my wife's salon drain. Please tell Vince THANK YOU from us as well. Let me say to who is reading this review. I called Tony late last night because my wife salon drain were clogged, he was booked and he called he's friend Vince who worked with us and came in the following morning and clear drain out and giving advise as well,  before doors open for business. Justin was great. I just had a new dishwasher installed from a Best Buy installer and they didn't hook up back up the drain pipe properly which caused a leak. Dependable rooter and plumbing connected me with their tech Justin. He came to my house in 30 minutes and fixed the drain pipe that the installer should have put back correctly in the first place. Will be using Dependable rooter and plumbing moving forward.

Jeremy from Dependable Rooter saved us a lot of money!  He cleared a clog in a bathroom sink that was draining slowly and another plumber hadn't been able to clear.  The other plumber said he couldn't clear it without us installing a ground level clean out pipe in our house which would have cost over a thousand dollars!  Jeremy cleared the drain in less than 10 minutes for a very reasonable service fee.  The sink now drains super well.  Then he went the extra mile and helped us with an unrelated issue, installing a new overflow cover for our bathtub, which we had ordered but not yet installed. Jeremy was very pleasant and calm and knowledgeable about plumbing issues.  We will definitely be calling him again.  So glad to have come across Jeremy and Dependable Rooter.

Called Dependable Rooter and Plumbing for a leaky shower. Josh came the following day and saw the problem and knew exactly what was needed.

Today Josh came at 8:00 am to work on the shower and was completely finished by 10:30am. He installed new shower fixture, fixed/ replaced the leaky drain. The guy was super friendly and knowledgeable and worked fast. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs plumbing service.

Tony was able to assemble his team within less than 24 hours to fix a major plumbing problem underneath our house and he gave us a really good price for the work. Emergency service was just done today 06/28/23 at my residence. Huge leak coming from the water tank pipe. GREAT SERVICE & GREAT PRICE!!! We were having an issue with one of our toilet, Justin came out to inspect it for us. He was great, good energy and resolved our issue instantly. He inspected our bathrooms and waterlines and was able to determine it was a minimal issue and fixed it on the spot.. the services was great and best of all fast! He was able to get it resolved in 15-20 mins.

Initially had a random company set up for a snake job- they were a, no call, no show

After searching on yelp, I found Dependable Rooter.  

I relied on Dependable Rooter based on their name and reviews.

Thank you for living up to your name.

Tony called gave me a window time of 10am-12pm.  He left me messages and gave me updates informing me of his arrival.  

Tony was great, provided info, options, and answers  for our plumbing issues.  He was in and out of the house with in an hour.

They found the leak, videotape the leak , took pictures, replaced the pipe and filled in the area in a little over 2 hours total. The price was awesome and service top notch. We have had a sink blockage issue for weeks (and history of it), he showed up initially to give us a free quote and laid out all our options with good explanation of why some services are higher in price. We actually called a couple of local plumbers and planned on just having all of them give us quotes before finalizing whose service to use. On the spot, with his professional demeanor, we decided to go for what he suggested to solve the root of the problem. We made an educated decision and picked hydro jet cleaning.
During the cleaning process, he would stopped and explained what he was doing and what was being cleaned out from our very grease-filled drainage system.
Job very efficiently done and we will definitely keep his business card for future plumbing needs.

The absolute best! I called on a Saturday afternoon after realizing that our plumbing was entirely backed up. Unfortunately, as most plumbing problems, it needed to be handled same day. When I heard my washing machine drain start to gurgle as the drain pump kicked on I began to worry.  When I ran over to shut it off because of the overflow I was mad.  But when i saw the same crap gurgling up my kitchen sink I almost vomited.  Not from the awful smell, my nose has high tolerance, but from the stress of knowing this could be a VERY expensive underground sewage repipe (house built in 1962 with corroded/brittle galvanized metal) and our bank was now going to break in a bad freaking way for the rest of Summer.  I hope no small kids were in the neighborhood because I was loud and crass.

I called Tony's office after getting a decent amount of quotes from others.  I liked the quotes I already received quite a bit, but I had to do my thing.  He called me back from his van before I even got off the phone with his office manager!  He was here in a blink and had a TON of answers for me.  I was raised to pile on questions galore in these situations and I did just that.  He couldn't have been friendlier and happier the more I drilled.  The professionalism was of the highest order and I began to dread the price he was about to give me.

How wrong I had been.  Not only did he loan me an extra shop vac so I could still do my dishes despite the dead sink drain, but the price was the best for the service I needed.  His crew of two tore out and repiped everything underground up to the front sewage line in two days with minimal water-use loss.  They had to dig unusually cavernous holes to get deep enough to tear out the old. They dealt with many many rocks due to the chaparral ground here by the foothills.  He was present or on the phone whenever I needed him and I can't thank him enough for the job he did.  Do your wallet & house a favor and call if you have any plumbing issues.  He's hearing from me again any time I need anything.

Tony is a very honest and dependable plumber. He is very experienced and explains the problem and give you tips. His response is immediate when you call him. My neighbor referred him to me about 7 months ago when we had issues with master shower, bathtub and sinks not draining. Issue was resolved.
This weekend we had issues with our main toilet not flushing properly and caused the master toilet to back up with pressure and cause a leak. Called Tony and he responded right away and came over to fixed the issue with the main having to be snaked and cleared the pipes. Problem solved again!
Tony is my go to plumber for now on and will be referring him to family and friends in the area.

Very honest, educated, and reliable. They were able to quickly clear a clogged kitchen sink, and warned that it would likely get backed up again in the future. They provided pricing for the major work needed but advised us to take the time to think about it since it's not cheap. They were able to explain the issue and walk through what the actual work would entail. If/when the problem reoccurs we will definitely contact them for any major repairs needed.

Best experience ever. To be honest, I was a little nervous calling for a plumber because I am pretty handy myself and I dont want to be overcharged. I needed to find a local plumber for my rental property in North Pomona. I use YELP when I am looking for reputable businesses and this was again another great one! I called Dependable Rooter and Plumbing today and believe it or not they were at my condo in a little more than an hour - same day! Tony was the real deal! Turns out he is the owner. I could not be on-site for the bathroom plumbing issue, but Tony was kind enough to understand and took my payment information over the phone. His price was what I'd expect to have paid and my tenants mentioned to me that he was very professional. I can't think of anything more important than having a good plumber. Very fast and honest service. These guys cleared all the lines in my house and created a sleeve for my clay sewer line which was completely blocked by tree roots. They were all wearing masks and taking necessary COVID precautions. Don't waste your time looking for another plumber; Tony and DR&P is the answer!

Jeremy was doing a repair next-door to my home. My toilet was clogged and I asked him if I could borrow a snake to clean it. He was very nice, Gave me a snake and Gloves. We had a terrible experience with this company the second time around.  The first time around things went pretty smooth, a 1-day job with a 5 or 6 man crew to replace our sewer lines on an older home.  We thought they did a pretty good job so we called them back to finish the remaining work needed to replace a broken water heater and the water lines.  It was supposed to be a 3-day job but ended up taking 6 working days to complete.  The delay was due to there not being enough workers to complete the job in a timely manner with only 1 plumber for the entire job and low-quality work that required a lot of fixes. They were not clean or respectful of our house and even filled our yard waste trash can with plumbing debris and materials that I had to clean out after they'd left for the day and the trash pickup was the next morning.  When we called the company owner, we were given excuses and I'll take care of it, but we were still expected to pay full price!  Our family had no running water for days on end.  Let's just say we won't be using this company ever again for any plumbing needs.  This company has a lot to learn with respect to treating customers and their property better.

We called them to get a quote to hydrojet the sewerline for our house. Nathan arrived with 15  to 20 minutes. He checked it out and said they definitely  needed to be changed. He gave us a VERY reasonable quote but wanted to get a couple more quotes to be on the safe side. Called him back two days after, and he was able to schedule is right away to get the work done. I contacted Dependable Rooter and Plumbing to look into a possibly water leak in my crawl space. I spoke with Tony and set up an appointment for the next day. Tony was professional and courteous. The next day Nathan and Andrew showed up, introduced themselves and went under the house. They found the drain leak. They helped arrange a clean up crew to remove the water in order for them to make the repairs. Nathan kept me updated on the issues that he found and gave me options for the repairs. We have had two leaks for quite a while and so with all this staying at home we decided to try and fix it ourselves. We had a back up that was causing chaos in the house and I couldn't fix it myself. I messaged dependable on the morning of a sunday and Tony replied to me in minutes. After a few questions Tony said he'd be here later the same day and came exactly as scheduled.  He quickly diagnosed my problem in short order and was very knowledgeable in doing so. He stated my problem was with the main line and told me that it needed to be replaced. However, he told us he would do what he could in order to get the water flowing again. He gave us a fair price and told us if he was unable to fix it we paid nothing. A short time later the problem was solved, without a necessity for total re-pipe. Tony was a really cool guy and super considerate to our needs. He didn't make a sale, but instead gained a customer.

Bryan and Josh are the best team I've ever needed!  So courteous, honest, and hard-working.  

My rental had a terrible clog in both the kitchen sink and the laundry room.  They worked tirelessly to get that clog out and not force me to open walls and floors.  They came back several times with bigger equipment and never gave up.  Always arrived on-time, never left us hanging.  Kept us informed of exactly what they were doing.

I totally recommend this company, especially these technicians!  In fact, I want them at my house just to do a maintenance rooter on my drains.

I reached out yesterday after discovering a leak under my kitchen sink. Josh L was able to come out within a couple of hours to detect the issue and let me know the best way to fix it. He was super helpful and professional and came back early this morning to install a new Kitchen Sink faucet for me. Excellent service.  Ricardo came explained the situation and came back to do a jet cleaning for my kitchen sink.  The issue was deep in which took some hours but he got it done in which 2 plumbers couldn't.   Service was excellent, they took their time to check if everything was working before leaving.   Finally sink working without issue.  Will be my to go plumber.  They are s little far from my home but if they can come out when need it will be always using them

Well yelpers back at what i think is the BEST plumbing shop in the i.e., I had them out last month 3-2-22 they replaced our main water line from the city meter to our home and they did a GREAT job at a very fair price. Tony responded promptly to my Yelp request for a quote. I contacted him, and booked an appointment. This was a Saturday, so I knew rates would be a little higher, but my back yard was flooding and my wife asked to get it cleared.

Tony was out within a couple of hours. Very nice man. He promptly snaked 2 lines. He cleared one, and showed roots indicating the other line was possibly broken by tree roots.

I woke up this morning to a flooded kitchen.  I was feeling desperate and concerned.  This was the last thing I needed right before the holidays.  I went in Yelp and requested several quotes, and out of all the quotes I received the most honest and reasonable was from this company. Josh from Dependable Rooter & Plumming replaced the drain pipe from my kitchen to the sewer line, which was clogged and leaking. He did a fantastic job. He was in and out in what seemed like no time at all. I was really very surprised how quickly he got everything completed. He was punctual, very clean and very personable. My mother in law had large amount of water draining out to the street and couldn't figure out where was the cause. We were able to get an appointment the next day to have someone come to evaluate.  Nathan Olivas arrived within the estimated time. We had issues with our main sewer line; clogged and our auto spin drain cleaner didn't do anything to change the situation.
Fortunately, we found Dependable Rooter & Plumbing and requested a quote for services.
DRP owner Tony responded immediately and a time and date were set; Friday (same day) between 11am to 1pm. Bryan came at exactly 11am.
He was honest, didn't try and sell us services we didn't need, and was able to share suggestions with us in a professional manner.
Overall DRP provided a service that was within our budget and solved the sewer clog we had.

Dependable Rooter and Plumbing showed up in less than 30 minutes to fix my plumbing problem!  My kitchen sink wouldn't drain and I thought my garbage disposal would need to be replaced but instead of taking my word for it and charging me for a new disposal (plus installation) they checked my pipes for clogs first (which was the actual issue) and fixed my sink in less than 15 minutes, for just the price of a service call.  Dependable R & P is a great company - honest and efficient and friendly!  I will definitely call them again for plumbing issues and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

I had a clogged kitchen sink so I called Tony and he sent someone out right away. The two young men were courteous and knowledgeable. They tried to unclog the sink by using a snake but there was just too much grease. They recommended Hydro jetting and gave me a fair price.  Nathan came out with two other gentlemen and did a thorough job! They were fast, professional and honest. Vincent and Jeremy came out to my house on NYE in the rain! I had a huge plumbing emergency which caused a large leakage in my bathrooms and bedroom. They both were very nice and explained the problem and the necessary next steps to solve this as soon as possible. We are very thankful to Josh and Jordan from Dependable Rooters and Plumbing for helping us solve a major leak issue in our kitchen. We asked multiple contractors to come look at the leak and they gave their expensive and over the line opinions. (The leak was underground and it leads to the side of the house). Most of the answers we got were remodeling the whole kitchen because they thought the whole kitchen was on top of a pool of water... but Josh was confidently pointing out the issue after running his tools. We did find the correct spot. They only had to open the floor up and replaced the broken pipes -ONLY! That was it, no kitchen remodel.... The price was very reasonable, and to top that off they were super friendly, it was like chatting with a knowledge friend that gave you honest opinions- (not those whose trying to rip you off for the money). Professional honest feedback and warranties. We have multiple properties and I guess Josh and Jordan will now be our go to person :)

Cut to the chase...I highly recommend this company! Right after the New Year I noticed the carpet in my downstairs closet was a little wet. I didn't pay it much mind because I thought my daughter had spilled something in there, as she likes to play hide and go seek in that closet. Come to find out the wetness expanded and when I rolled up the carpet I noticed that the whole floor was covered with water. I ended up calling friends and family to try to find a good plumber. Finally a neighbor recommended that I look up Dependable Rooter and Plumbing. I looked them up and saw that they were a five-star rated company on Yelp. I called them along with a couple of other companies and they were the first to respond. They came to my house and quickly determined that it was a slab leak. Nathan did the work and I highly recommend having him sent to your home. I'm sure they have other good plumbers in the company, but my experience was with Nate. Anyway, they not only worked with me and my insurance company but they partnered with the Restoration company that came in to ensure that I didn't have mold while they dried everything up for me. I'm in the process of having everything put back together and I wanted to take the time to write this because Dependable Rooter and Plumbing really managed everything for me and made my life a whole lot easier.

So, I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to write this one after our wonderful experience working with Dependable Rooter & Plumbing. From the Moment we reached out to Tony and his team they were professional, prompt, transparent as well as highly knowledgeable. Josh came and provided the original diagnosis (free of charge) of our ongoing back up/clogging issues happening thoughout our recently purchased Claremont home. FYI - We had the indoor plumbing replaced prior to moving in, but had no idea what lurked under the house. Well, the pipes were the originals from 1955 and were in need of a full replacement from the home to the curb. Josh provided a very competitive quote as well as a timeline for work completion. Josh and his team (Jordan, Justin and Angel) arrived over the next couple days for the job and arrived on time, professional, and worked extremely well together as a unit. I must say we were thoroughly impressed. Based on the clogging issues we were having we had four other prior plumbers here doing work to try to fix the issues and none were on par with this team as fas as an honest analysis. They just snaked the line and hydrojetted it as well. We needed a full repipe. So glad we went with Tony. Our full repipe and drainline replacement job was completed a day early and we couldn't be happier. We called Tony and his crew originally for a under the house, sewer smell. He showed up the next day, assessed the problem and estimated approximately 3 days work & he could start the next day. Tony and crew didn't anticipate the can of worms he was about to open: deteriorated sewer pipe, metal water pipes embedded in concrete, shower stall drain pipe when snaked punctured to dirt... through all of this Tony and his hard working crew maintained  professionalism, kept communication with us daily, made sure at end of workday house water was able to be on.  Although there were more days added, We would highly recommend this business.

Tony is honest and reliable. My wife accidentally flushed a sink strainer down the toilet. After, the toilet didn't flush even using a hand auger. But that didn't work. Initially, I thought it was stuck in the main sewer line. Tony came out and and did a camera inspection which water was flowing and no back up. So he broke up the toilet and there it was, the sink strainer in between an area of the toilet where it wasn't getting pushed out. I would recommend anyone to him.

Forget about trying to get an online quote. I requested one for a simple job of cutting two 1 1/2copper pipes and putting reducers on them. That's it. Don't even have to reconnect the pipes. I also included photos of the pipes, but he said he must see it in person. It's not like the pipes were in an inaccessible location, they're out in the open in a garage. What else needs to be seen?

I even asked for an estimated RANGE of cost. Under $500? Over $1000? He refused to say. I live in a large house in an affluent gated community, so I'm very wary of letting service people see my house before getting some sort of estimate to avoid getting fleeced.

He said he was booked for the next 3-4 weeks and didn't even offer me an appointment. I gave an extra Yelp star rating for prompt text responses, but that's it.

Not what I wanted to happen on a Sunday morning: the toilet got clogged and subsequently flooded while the shower was going. I called Dependable Rooter and my call was answered immediately. Dependable Rooter arrived a couple hours later around 11 am and got to work right away, asking what happened, etc.

Tony identified that there was a broken pipe underground in our front yard that crap was catching on (pardon the nasty pun) through snaking the system and clearing out the line and sending a camera down. The pipe was broken such that he couldn't get the camera past the point, and I got to see all of it clearly on the video screen. He marked the spot for us outside in case we ended up hiring a different company to do the work of installing a ground level two way cleanout and they needed to know where the break was.

I appreciate that Dependable Rooter responded to my Sunday call and waived the Sunday emergency fee. Not sure what the cost of this stuff is normally, but it was about $500 for it all. Thank you!

We were having a lot of issues with our sewer line and after reading reviews, I decided to call dependable rooter.  Tony came out to inspect our sewer with a camera.  It needed to be replaced.  He worked with us on a price and the work was done in one and a half days with a life time warranty on the pipe.  The work was done on the weekend! They fully replaced our sewer pipe  without having to dig a long trench in our backyard.  I will use them again for our plumbing needs.

Called out Dependable Rooter and Plumbing because of a main line blockage at a rental property.  After a camera inspection two problems were identified: 1) the ABS to Clay transition was collared and not allowing seamless flow and, 2 there were two breaks in the clay pipe down by the sidewalk and street.  This company was competitive on price and got the job done the next day.  The technician and I did have a misunderstanding about the original scope of work included in the price but the company understood my concerns and made it right.  Now the plumbing at this property runs great thanks to the repairs to the main line, hydro jet service on the under house plumbing, and the water heater flush.  I would call out this company again if I experience other plumbing issues.

Yesterday morning my wife went to use our hallway bathroom.  We have had various plumbing issues and in this particular bathroom since moving in 2 years ago.  On this day it was a toilet issue. I called 2 different plumbing companies, one could not come for a week, and the other never called back after leaving 2 voicemails and waiting for an hour.

I called Dependable plumbing and spoke to a gentleman that sounded genuine.  I explained to him my time constraints and he sent someone over within 2 hours that same morning!  A plumber named Jeremy showed up with I believe his assistant.  They were both very courteous and professional.  Jeremy took the time to explain in detail what they were going to do to get the problem resolved.

Jeremy quickly identified the problem, and fixed the issue.  I asked Jeremy about the hissing sound after the toilet flushed, that was pointed out to previous plumbers who always said it was no big deal.  Jeremy explained the fill valve was bad and water was being unnecessarily wasted.

He fixed that issue too and there is no more hissing coming from the toilet.  Thank you Jeremy! I highly recommend Dependable Plumbing!

I came to Yelp to find a plumber as we just moved to Claremont. Tony was quick to respond and very good at communicating his arrival time as well as punctual. Initial prognosis was something that would have been very costly, after further inspection it turned out it wasn't as bad as we first thought.

Came over at around 3pm and gave us a reasonable quote. He even decided to give us a discount due to our circumstances and after we had all that hashed out, he went to work. I usually take care of my home plumbing projects myself. However, got into a jam - so to speak - and had my sink outlet lines (sinks from multiple bathrooms and 1 line from kitchen) all block up at once.  Attempted to snake it myself, but the clog was so bad that it broke my snake.
Contacted Dependable, and Tony reached out very quickly with some good ball park numbers, and an availability to send out the plumbers that day.  They came by at the end of the day, evaluated the problem and let me know my options, and a price. Were even willing to start working that evening, but I decided better to wait till the next morning.
They arrived promptly the next morning and jetted the line, when the small jetter didn't work they were forced to bring in the big industrial jetter, which finally did the trick.  

Bryan [possibly Ryan - sorry] and his helper (sorry, but I never got his name), were excellent.  Very quiet, and because I was working inside they made sure to disturb me as little as possible.  They worked very efficiently, and did what was necessary to get the job done. They kept me informed every step of the way. Also, in the time of covid they very respectful to ensure they had masks on whenever they needed to talk with me (I masked up out of respect for their safety as well).  
Took care of the plumbing clog, and replaced a pressure regulator. Even fixed a toilet float that had been leaking since we moved into the house - above and beyond.

Excellent communication, excellent service, excellent workmanship and a fair price.

My water heater went toes up late in the day.  I called Dependable and Nathan was at my house in 45 mins.  He was professional,  friendly,  and explained everything.   He got the water leak taken care of, and was back the next day first thing with a new water heater.

Where do I begin ? This was a five star experience all the way. He was so informative about my water heater. He was honest and upfront about the price. He went above and beyond as a small job proved to be a bigger job.

As a first time homeowner, I've never experienced and never had to take care of plumbing issues. Tony was so kind and patient while I anxiously asked questions. He explained and showed me what was going on. He even laughed at my dumb jokes :)

Far and away THE BEST plumbing service we've ever used. Pipes in the shower and toilet were overflowing. When other plumbing companies were giving us an ETA of Monday or Tuesday at the EARLIEST, Dependable Rooter & Plumbing came out within an hour, on a Sunday morning. Tony (the owner) explained every detail and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We will need to get more work done, as our root system damage is pretty extensive, but with the customer service we received from Tony and his crew, we will be giving our business to his plumbing company, permanently. My toilet was very slow to flush. We thought it might have been because it was an older toilet. We removed it to replace and there was a root sticking out! The installers thought it might just be a small one but when they tried to run a snake through it wouldn't go more than 4 feet. We were in the middle of finishing up a new bathroom with a tight time line to finish up. I called in somewhat of a panic because it was a large job/unexpected expense.

I called a few other places but Dependable Plumbing was the MOST responsive and the one that was able to send someone out right away. Tony was very empathetic on our intake phone call and I love that the company offers discounts to military, vets, and teachers!!

Justin came out. The work was done quickly. They used their cameras to locate the break- turns out there was a crack in the pipe and a root had grown into it. They broke through the concrete slab and dug under the house in order to replace the damaged portion.

They were communicative about the process. Texted and called with updates. Clean about their work space. Super professional and kind.

I can't say enough about how much communication and responsiveness gave me peace of mind that I chose the best!

The reviews for this company are all true and they are 5 stars for a reason. We had a bit of a mystery leak issue and Dependable Rooter was exceptional every step of the way. My husband and I have lived in our townhome for 20yrs and had never experienced any major homeowner emergencies....until last week.  On 1/20 our sink was backing up and water was leaking out of a nearby outlet. I found Dependable Rooter & Plumbing through Yelp.  Initially, my home warranty company sent another rooter & plumbing company to my home to fix a plumbing stoppage problem.  As a result, the plumbing company discovered that my main sewer line was clogged with tree roots.  The plumbing company quoted me a large amount of money to hydrojet removal of the roots & install a liner to prevent future root growth in the sewer line.  I immediately went on the Yelp website in search of other plumbing companies for a lower price estimate.  Tony, Dependable Rooter & Plumbing, immediately responded to my request and came out to my home that same day.  Tony quoted me a much lower price for the same services.  It took his crews 2 1/2 days to do the work.  I was very satisfied and grateful for his service and discounted price.  I wholeheartedly recommend Tony and his Plumbing Technicians.  They do a great job.  Tony has empathy and understanding of a customer's situation and needs.  Thanks Tony!

My parents had sewer pipe blockage and breakage due to tree roots growing into it (as shown by camera inspection done by 2 different companies). Called several companies including well-reviewed ones on Yelp, to compare pipe repair costs. Unlike other 5-starred plumbing companies, Tony from Dependable Rooter did not require yet another paid camera inspection. He came out on a weekend to assess the problem, came up with a competitively-priced solution, and scheduled his crew(s) promptly.
Crew leader Josh was on-time, patient at answering all my questions (even in the sweltering heat!), and considerate (nice clean-up job and avoided damaging - whenever possible - plants in our garden when they had to dig down to the pipe).

I requested a quote and got a call pretty quick. Tony spent some time troubleshooting the problem over the phone and when you hear the tone in his voice you can tell he genuinely cares about your issue and is not out to make a quick buck. We just had a outstanding experience with this company.  Tony came out after I tried everything to unclog our toilet.  I called around 9:30 am and he was at our house at around noon. He was quick to assess the situation and give an estimate.  It turned out our 2 year old flushed a diaper down the toilet. : ). Tony had to take the whole toilet off to get the diaper out.  He got the toilet off very quickly, got the toilet reset in no time and we were all set up again.  I am so happy to have found an awesome plumber who I can trust and rely on!  I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

We called Dependable plumbing for a clogged drain and Tony (the owner) called me right away and sent out Brian to check our situation and unclog drain but was unable to, as pipes were actually broken and were spilling all kitchen junk under the house, he and ended up going under the house to show us the broken pipes. Brian went above and beyond to provide an accurate assessment. We ended up getting all new drains and re-piped the whole house, we have been putting job off for years. I called Dependable Rooter & Plumbing a few days ago because I had what sounded like water running constantly by my washing machine but no visible leaks. I spoke with Tony and explained my situation. He stated I probably had a slab leak and they could get someone out to diagnose it within a few hours. Nate contacted me about an hour before our appointment to verify, which was nice. When Nate arrived he was very professional and courteous. He immediately heard the water running and knew what it needed next. The next day Nate came back with a leak detection specialist (their sister company) and in about 20-30 minutes they pinpointed the leak under my hallway. Nate was able to repair it the same day which was nice. The price for repair was within $50 of his original estimate, again very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to call Dependable Rooter & Plumbing again!

Just moved in to a new house and wouldn't you know the kitchen sink backs up and believe me I tried everything to unclog it but nothing worked. Went through Yelp to get a quote for a simple snake job. Owner Tony called a few hours later to come out the following day between 10am and noon.

Next day at noon when no one arrived, I called Tony, who told me he didn't know why no one arrived but that he could be here in an hour or so.

I know this is common in this industry but it's unprofessional and unacceptable. Completely wasted my time.

No, I'm not going to take off the afternoon after you've already wasted my morning, have no respect for my time and seem to have no control over your own business.

I called in to schedule a drain cleaning for Friday but they didn't have availability until Saturday morning. so after speaking with tony and scheduling an appointment for Saturday morning with confirmation we got a no call no show. way to keep it classy. can't recommend them for that reason.

Got a great vibe from the beginning. Communication is impressive, Nathan explained everything in great detail. They showed up on time to work, they are very prompt, thorough and trustworthy. We had major work that needed to be done, re-drain the front part of the house (kitchen line, restroom sink, toilet and shower) and they did an excellent job, very professional. The warranty backs up their work, we wouldn't go through anyone else. Highly recommended!!

Woke up this morning to a water leak downstairs and reached out for help on Yelp. Tony responded immediately and was quick to call and set up an appointment with Justin who also reached out quickly and was able to come within a couple of hours. Justin was able to explain the process, the potential problems, and what could be the source of the issue pretty thoroughly. He was able to determine the cause of the leak and fixed it within a couple of hours since it thankfully wasn't a major issue. I was experiencing a sewerline  back up at my home and did not know what to do. I had called out another company at first to help assist me with my big problem that I was dealing with.  Come to find out, I had a broken sewerline  and I had a ton of roots in my pipe which caused me to back up.
  The company that had come out quoted me a price of over $20,000.00 to replace my sewerline. I thought that  was a bit pricey so I decided to go on online which is where I found Dependable Rooter and Plumbing and I am so glad that I did! I took advantage of the free estimate that they offer and had them to come out and provide me with a second opinion and estimate. Yes I needed  a new Sewerline but their price was much more affordable. I had a great experience with this company.

Professional, honest, and excellent service.  We have used them twice to fix a clogged toilet, and a leak in the laundry room today.  They are knowledgeable and explain everything, honest and upfront about pricing, which is reasonable, and because the laundry room link was a simple fix, they didn't charge us anything on this second visit. It's very hard to find honest and reliable service these days, and we will continue to use dependable rooter in the future.

We previously had another plumber come out to attempt to fix two clogged sinks. we called Dependable Rooter and had Justin come out to try to repair it. Justin was amazing and so knowledgeable in his craft. He unclogged our sinks right away with a different and better method than the previous plumber. He also suggested their Hydro jetting and completed the service so quickly. Justin was a true professional and had excellent customer service and communication. He kept me informed of his ETA's and was kept us in the loop throughout the whole way. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely contact Justin for future repairs!

This business says it all.... Our bathroom faucets were leaking and we had previously got the estimation by another plumbing service. They overcharged us and did not show up on the day of service. So when we called Dependable Plumbing Service, we weren't sure whether we can trust this one. Just to be on the safe side, we had called one more service company for the estimation. But the moment Dependable Service came in and introduced himself, we knew this was the one. So we cancelled on the other one immediately. And as expected, the leakage problems were fixed perfectly. We are very pleased with the services of Tony's Dependable Rooter and Plumbing.  We recently faced major problems with the sewage pipes of our house.  Tony diagnosed the problems quickly and had a crew working in no time.  The workers were here at 7:00 a.m. each morning, and new pipes were installed timely.  This was an unexpected problem which Tony was able to solve for us.  He gives a 10-year warranty on his work, and was willing to give us reasonable consideration on professional fees.  I would recommend this business to my friends, and have cards for the purpose.

I can't thank Tony enough for his responsiveness and professionalism! One of my toilets got clogged over the weekend and it affected my other toilet. Fearing my main sewer line was backed up, I messaged Dependable in a near panic. Not only did I get a response in what felt like seconds, Tony came out the same day to take a look.

This company is so rude and will never use them.  I talked to the manager the first time and told him what the 3 problem might be and he sends one person to fix it but he told me that he couldn't because he needs 2 people to haul the equipment upstairs which I told it was upstairs...then I called back the company and found out it was the manager whom I talked to originally...and he didn't like what I was saying and wouldn't let me finish regarding this issue by giving me excuses...I told him that it needs to be fix today but can't until tomorrow morning but can't do to work schedule...I asked him if it can be fix today and he stated it can be but it can't be due to it needs 2 people and such...they should of givthis job to a 2 person crew if its an upstairs problem...

My washing machine was not draining properly so I gave Dependable Plumbing a call. Tony responded very quickly and was able to get Nathan at my house within a few hours to perform an inspection and provide an estimate. I ended having to replace my sewer lateral.

Nathan and Jordan were very professional and were able to replace about 30ft of my sewer lateral within a few hours. They also replaced my kitchen drain line.

Nathan always made sure to update me with the status and was able to test the drain before leaving. Everything is draining perfectly I couldn't be more satisfied with the serve. On a Saturday night, I requested plumbing assistance with a main sewer line blockage with yelp.  They recommended four companies; Dependable Rooter & Plumbing was one of them.  I communicated with Tony, who initially set up a free estimate appointment for Sunday.  I just happened to ask if there was any type of fee for him to come out on a Sunday? Sure enough there was - glad I asked.  He set the time for Monday 10 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and stated that he would call me 30-60 minutes prior to arrival.  At 12:06 p.m. (past the time frame Tony gave me), I had not been contacted by Tony or this company.  I emailed Tony reminding him of my appointment and asked if he was running late.  About 15 minutes later, he responded that he I was with a customer and would be done shortly.  After 1:00 p.m. (almost an hour later), I emailed back and cancelled my appointment.  I was literally waiting for him to arrive and I needed to get to work.  My Ring doorbell, indicated that he showed up at 2:30, literally 2 1/2 hours after the latest time of my scheduled appointment time frame.  The reason why the times matter so much, is because he set up this time and I was waiting around for what would have been 10 a.m.-2:30p.m (4 1/2 hours) before he would have showed up.  Had I not emailed him, I do not believe he would have given me a status of his timing - which would have made a huge difference. When you let people know what's going on, they are more prone to leniency towards the situation.  I felt that if his blatant disregard and inconsideration for my time and his lack of communication was this bad, I didn't want to chance hiring his company.  So I guess his poor communication or lack thereof helped me to dodge a bullet.

They come out and snaked my drain but it clogged up again that very same night, he won't not come back out and insisted I pay over $800 hundred dollars on a hydro clean out, which I knew was way over priced so I called another plummer who show me that they never snake long enough for the clog nor did they use the right blades, turns out this is old school gimmick that bad plumbers play to get more money or up sell you on hydro cleaning when it's not needed, I won't not recommend this place obviously:))

The drain line for our washing machine has clogged and overflowed a couple times in the past year. I thought I had cleaned it out, but it did the same again today, so I decided to call a pro this time since evidently I wasn't clearing it completely. Tony from Dependable replied to my Yelp request for a quote in a few minutes, asked a few questions to determine what was needed, then said he could come first thing tomorrow morning. A few hours later, he called back and said he had time to come this evening, so he did. He snaked out the drain line, but showed me that what was clogging it was sludge, which the snake can't grab and pull out, so he recommended hydrojetting it to clear it completely. He did a very thorough job, and took the time to show me what he was doing and explain the process to me, which I really appreciate. Overall, Tony was true to his business name--dependable--as well as friendly, timely, conscientious, and hardworking. Even after he left, he took the time to call me back and recommend flushing a sinkful of hot water down the drain to clear anything remaining after his work on it. To me, trustworthiness is what I look for the most in someone I hire, and Tony definitely fit the bill. I highly recommend him!

Had some problems with my kitchen sink (grease clog it seems) was cause water to back up after a couple of minutes. Called them up around 10am and had some out (Jeremy) to my house by 10:30. Was super helpful and gave me a run down of the problem and what was necessary to probably fix it depending on how bad it was jammed. Had to go back to the office for some tools and came right back and fought with the pipes for a little while with the lower powered rooter with no luck. Fortunately the heavier duty rooter was able to get the job done and got all the grease out the pipes.

Jeremy was super helpful and was really great on giving me updates on how things were going and making sure I knew what was happening the whole time. Got done with everything in about 2 hours.

I had a leak coming out from flushing the toilet upstairs.  Called Dependable Plumbing and spoke to Tony who was able to set up the appt to check out my case with ease.  On the appt day, his plumber was still stuck at another job so Tony got to my place instead.  He wore protective equipment and booties on my carpet flooring (I have a baby crawling on the floor so it is very much appreciated) and went in to check the toilet.  He was able to explain what possible scenarios that might cause the leak, gave me knowledgeable assessment on how to tackle the issue, and a fair estimate.  After a short amount of time, he asked me to test flushing the toilet repeatedly to make sure there is no more leak coming out.  And sure enough, I don't see even a slightest wet spot (problem solved !).  Thank you !!  Tony is very professional, courteous, honest, and friendly throughout the job.  I will definitely call and recommend Dependable Plumbing for any plumbing issue.

We had a funky smell coming out of our drain in the upstairs master bathroom for awhile now and I finally decided to get some plumbers out to see if they could locate the problem.  I got suggestions from running a camera down the pipes to dumping chemicals to get rid of the smell for a few months.  Then Justin from Dependable Rooter & Plumbing came and did a free inspection.  He carefully looked at all the drains and really tried to locate the smell.  Instead of trying to sell me some service or chemicals, he said to first try to remove the products that were sitting next to the tub because he noticed that the smell seemed to be from that area.  He even advised me on how to maintain my drains.  Sure enough, I removed those products and aired out the bathroom and the smell was gone. I can't thank Justin and Dependable Rooter enough for their honesty and genuine service.  We are still considering some type of pipe cleaning in the future so I will definitely reach out to these guys when we are ready.  I know I will be receiving good, quality service for a reasonable price.

We have had some issues with our upstairs shower where the water pressure was in inconsistent. It sounded like the pipes were shaking in the wall. We called Dependable Rooter and Plumbing at 6 AM and we had an appointment the same day at 10 AM. The plumber arrived on time and ran a few tests. He found that the water pressure was extremely high. I rarely leave comments but DR&P deserves one.

The toilets and bathtub were not draining, which started on Wednesday night.   The following day, I went on Yelp and found DR&P!  I spoke with Tony.  Justin arrived, checked the issue, got on the roof, located the main problem thru the sonar camera, and pushed out the blockage.  Although the immediate issue was fixed,  the main problem was not.  Justin was very honest, explained the whole issue/process, and gave me a reasonable estimate.  I knew then that I could trust Justin to do the work.  Keep in mind that I had the same issue with the drain/plumbing a year ago, and the company I found on Yelp gave me an estimate of practically 3x more than the estimate I just got, and I did not hesitate back then to say no.  

With DR&P, they dug a hole in the yard, cut the bad section, replaced it, and installed a clean-out for easy access.  I even took a picture of the bad section causing the blockage.  Thanks, Justin and Ronnie!  

I am happy with the results and would highly recommend them.  Excellent service and a business you can trust!

Needed to have a slow draining kitchen sink cleared Saturday morning and called Dependable Rooter since they had so many good Yelp reviews. I was definitely not disappointed. Bryan came to my house , explained everything he was going to need to do, and went right to work. He was very professional, courteous,  and knowledgeable. The sink is working well again,  will be calling on Dependable Rooter for all my future plumbing issues.

I am so pleased with Tony's service. He was available the same day and when he came to my home, he diagnosed my problem immediately. (The lack of water pressure in my kitchen sink was due to an inexpensive piece that I had purchased long ago) It was so easy for him - and he reasonably charged me for the house call. I will certainly call on him again for every other plumbing service I need. I feel blessed to have chosen a knowledgeable and honest plumber. Thank you Yelp - and THANK YOU TONY!!

This is my first Yelp review ever, but I felt it was important to write it to recommend this business.  
About a month ago, my wife and I were about to leave on vacation to Mexico to celebrate our 25th anniversary, when our sewer line backed up for the second time in a week.  Tony from Dependable Rooter had cleared the back-up earlier in the week, but we knew the problem was going to be much bigger for it to happen again so soon.
Well, we called Tony to come out again as left for Mexico...
Long story short:  Our ancient clay pipe sewer line was absolutely packed with tree roots, and this meant an entire replacement of the line all the way to the street.  This is a MAJOR problem which is never cheap to fix.  Tony and his team completed the replacement using a trenchless sewer line.  

But what was most impressive was how sympathetic and patient Tony was in helping us get through the ordeal by giving us a fair price and fielding many calls from Mexico as we worked out how to pay for this very unexpected expense.  Thanks to Tony, we were able to enjoy a vacation that could have been really miserable!
Tony is an honest, trustworthy and friendly person, and I plan on calling him for all future plumbing needs.

We just called Tony today,and had him check our tub and shower because we had a leak.  He came out on a Saturday and did the job quickly and efficiently.  He suggested a low cost way to fix it.  And he answered a few other plumbing related questions we had.  High quality plumber, highly recommended.

Josh arrived exactly on the time he told me over the phone. He was pleasant, informative, and proficient with his job. The job was done in less than 30 minutes. He also imparted some tips to avoid future occurrences. Overall, my experience with Josh and this company exemplifies excellence in quality of work and service. When my toilet wouldn't flush and backed up into the bathtub I knew I needed professional help. I had previously seen one of their companies plumbers working on a house in my neighborhood and he was gracious & helpful in answering my questions elven though he wasn't getting paid for it. That really impressed me so when I wanted to call them all I had to do was go to my refrigerator which had his companies phone number. They sent out a young man named Justin who diagnosed the problem (wipes were clogging the main line) and Justin kept me apprised every step of the way. He ended up discovering roots in my main line and gave me a very reasonable estimate (and far more important to me timeline) for the repair. Everything is now tiptop and if I ever have a problem again I have an accessible entry point for a snake to clear any blockage either in the house plumbing or to the sewer line. I am extremely satisfied with Justin's work as well as his personality and would recommend to anyone this company without hesitation!

I had a bad odor coming from my bathroom for weeks that I would have handled myself, but was unable due to a medical restriction.  

I called Dependable Rooter and Plumbing after reading all of the positive reviews here.  Tony tried to diagnose the issue with me over the phone.  We came to the same conclusion on what the source of the problem was.  He tried to save me money by instructing me how to do the job, but we both decided it would be safer for his company to handle it due to my condition.

Jeremy contacted me shortly after my phone call with Tony and advised he had just finished a job and was in the area.  He was punctual (actually, he was early, so even better), friendly and professional.

After confirming what the root of the problem was, he took several steps to make sure there weren't any other issues.  Everything was cleaned up prior to his departure.  

I can't recommend Dependable Rooter and Plumbing enough.  Thank you Tony and Jeremy!  You guys are plumbing rock stars!

Bryan was down to earth and friendly. He went under the house to check out our drainage problems and showed me a video of the situation. Another company came out, told me the pipe was cracked and just quoted me. Bryan was honest and the quote for the job was great. He came the next day and busted the job in a couple of hours. I wasn't home, but he called me to ask if my wife could verify the work done. Also yes, he does follow COVID protocols set by the state. She told me that there was a lot of pitted pipes and that they cleaned everything up fast also. When I arrived home, everything looked like no one was here. No pipe left behind, no rust or trash. Great job, very happy and I will call them for my water line project.

Tony was awesome! He came very soon after we called and was very quick to unclog our overflowing toilet. I will definitely be calling him again!
