Called several businesses to get a quote to repair a wall furnace. I was very pleased since the initial contact-the operator was very knowledgeable about the services I was was requesting. On day of service, technician was careful to wear PPE, mask, gloves, and covered his boots which I totally appreciated because the home is shoeless.

The tech was neat in his work, left the space as clean as when he arrived, maybe even better. He cleaned the furnace and made sure it was working properly. Made sure no carbon monoxide was emitting. Tech replaced a thermostat after he provided 2 options on how to get the furnace working; he even suggested i look at the company website to obtain a discount coupon. I pleased with the work and happier that we have warmth for the coming colder months.

I was in the shower this morning when my son yells through the bathroom door that the downstairs toilet was overflowing. Half-showered, I started bailing waste water out of the toilet. I called my HOA who contacted Norwalk/La Mirada Plumbing and set an appointment for 3 in the afternoon. Their technician Alex shows up 2 hours early. This guy was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to unclog the sewer line with no problem and with no inconvenience to my household. I'll definitely ask for Alex if the need for a plumber arises in the future.

I actually threw my old magnet away with another plumbing business that was on my fridge and replaced it with Alex's card.

In the midst of this summer heat MY AC STOPPED WORKING!!! The thought of burning up was bad enough, but the thought of what the cost to repair the unit would be stressed me beyond belief. After getting three estimates I decided to go with Norwalk La Mirada Plumbing. Their price was by far the most reasonable and they explained the process in detail so that I would know exactly what was going to happen from the beginning to the end. My new unit is installed, my home is cool and I'm an extremely satisfied customer. Thank you to the office staff and the crew that performed the work. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I recently had my central air stop working and blowing warm air. Good air flow still. I live in the city of Norwalk and decided to look on yelp to see if there was any place certified in HVAC that can provide me with a good quote. I found this place conveniently down the street from me and when I called for a quote the lady said they would charge me 105 just to look at it. $105 dollars just to look at it... Regardless if I chose to have them work on it or not. Thanks but no thanks.

I had a problem with my garbage disposal we called la Mirada plumbing and the technician named Kevin came and reset the garbage disposal button. He was doing something with the pipe and when i asked what he was doing hes answer was im just checking it. After that, he charged us $105 for just 5 minutes. The 2nd day i turned it on and it wasn't working again, and water was coming out from the pipe that kevin was supposedly checking. so i called them to see if they can fix the problem that for sure Kevin had messed up. A lady answered me with a very nasty attitude and after i explained the problem to her she made it seem i was lying to her and i felt very offended. they offered me to send me another technician to check the problem but would charge me $180 on top of the $105 i had already had pay!!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS,THIEF'S AND CROOKS!!! THEY MADE ME PAY $105 FOR NOTHING MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL IS STILL BROKEN PLUS MY PIPE!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

LIFESAVERS!! Woke up to a backed up toilet & my baby shower was that afternoon! Called based on Yelp reviews, and boy they did not disappoint! Kevin & Carlos came out and fixed everything in less than 30 minutes! Problem solved our new cleaning lady had done a big No No & flushed a steel wool pad down the toilet.

Kevin was personable, professional, & a life saver! Carlos too! I highly recommend them & a company as a whole!!

I had a plumbing emergency at my house where the main sewer line collapsed. Like in the past NLM was at my house in no time. They located where the collapse occurred and dug down to expose it. The location required involvement of both the city and county which I thought would take days. They had a rep from LA County and the city to my house within an hour. The county decided to take over the project but there is no way it would have happened like this without them. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jose and Olinser. They kept me updated during every step and handled the city and county involvement. Management could not have chosen two better representatives for their company. While I hope I don't need them again they will be my first call if needed. Thank you!

Norwalk/La Mirada plumbing came out and took care of what I couldn't get anyone else to come out and do. Not only did they go the extra mile to do whatever it took to get the job done they did it at a fair price on top of it all. I will never look for another plumbing company again.
Jesus & Fernando worked so hard to replace the old cast iron drain under my house. When I thought it may not get done in one day, Jesus said he was committed to getting it done by the end of the day.
This place was top notch from top to bottom.

Hi my name is darren i called upon your company for help with our floor heater that had to be repaired due to selling the house at the time of the inspection they found the heater was not working so you sent out Alfonso to check out the heater he tested it and found bad valves unit would not lite so he went under the house very dirty job and removed the unit and rebuilt it brought it back in a few days and put it back under the house checked for leaks ect when done unit worked great Alfonso was great he knew what he was doing and what was wrong with the unit and he explained everything in detail to me so i understood what he was going to do when he left everything was working and there was no mess to clean up great price great repairs and i ask that you please give this company a try for all of your plumbing and heating and air conditioning needs i guarantee you will be glad you did thanks Alfonso for the great job you did for me Also i tried to make a second review but it wont let me so i will ad it to this one a week later i called for Alfonso to come back out for a different repair again same day response with in two hours i tried to replace the thermostat on the wall and the brittle wires broke off in the wall oops so i called Alfonso out again he went under the very dirty house and ran new wires but we could not get the wires up the wall in the same place so we moved the thermostat to the other side of the room and he remounted it and checked everything out again for me all works great again great job done by Alfonso he takes pride in his work and leaves no mess to clean up he is a great asset to this company and they have me as a life time customer because Alfonso took great deal of time explaining how he was going to make this repair as well thanks again for all of your great work and please give these guys try you will be happy you did

THANK YOU! 5 stars for quick response, service, quality of work and price. Here I am posting my experience with this establishment which helped get me out of an emergency after ordering 2 toilets for my 2 bathrooms. I had the toilets delivered through a third party and coordinated the installment with them as well. To my unpleasant surprise, that third party installer notified me of improprieties on both flanges that had been concealed by the old toilets when my bathrooms had been remodeled several years ago (the stone tile needed to be cut and the flanges needed to be leveled). He couldn't install the toilets without the issue being first corrected and of course, the old toilets had already been pulled out, needless to say, this turned into an emergency! I reached out to this establishment with photos explaining the work that needed to be done, I was given a quote and they quickly dispatched one of their plumbers (Israel) who was very professional and thorough with his work. He even hauled out the old toilets which I appreciate hugely for saving me from the embarrassment of having them curbside all week. As much as I wasn't looking forward to an emergency plumbing issue and the bill, I'm glad I won't have this issue again anytime soon. Thank you all so much for your great service!

So i called them out regarding a bathroom sink being clogged so I called them out. They messed up the job!!!!,yeah the sink was fixed but instead of properly fixing the sink they pushed the clog into the main sewer line. I woke up Sunday morning to a flooded bathroom. I had water pouring out of the toilet completely covering my bathroom floor with pee water and feces. I had to call out another plumber. Costing double the time and double the money!!!! They had to snake the main line. I had to pull money out of savings to fix the problem. A job that was $142 costed me a additional $700 !!!!!! I would of given them 0 stars but I had to give atleast 1 star. 1 star they didn't deserve. Please don't go to them !!!! They will mess the job up completely. Adding to this review the business owner who would rather response sending a email just hung up on me mid sentence. Pretty much calling me a liar. 100% guarantee yeah. Great customer service skills. Please call somebody esle if you need plumbing work done!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time i called these people was after i already had 3 estimates but i didnt like them. Norwalk plumbing was the 4 th person i called to look at my problem which was my water heater, suddenly the pilot went out and refused to stay on. 9 days no hot water. Finally i found Norwalk plumbing. The people on the phone showed they cared and they were very nice. They sent out one of their best techs.. His name was Jesus he changed out the thermocouple but the pilot still wouldn't stay on so we ended up having to change out the complete burner assembly and the valve which i had to order from whirlpool.. recieved 2 days later. whirlpool rushed me out the parts. Still Under warranty....Took 2 days only. Shock!! Jusus came back out after parts arrived he was on time he changed everything out very quickly too. Did a great job, jesus was very knowledgeable he also educated me on how to care for my water heater, he was throughal, completely professional dont let me forget honest. i dont believe the price was too high either. I will definitely be calling this company in the near future for my next job but only if they send out the same guy. You cant go wrong with this company besides there's alot of people out there that claim they have their contractors license and really dont so watch the scam artists. Just be safe and go with these guys you cant go wrong. Ive got to be impressed before i hire anyone to do a job for me. Thank you again jesus i think we got it this time. Service was great...

A job well done!! Excellent all-around service, Emma GREAT on the phone fitting me in the day after two no-shows, three days prior by two other reputable companies. Wes CREDIBLY followed up letting me know the technician was in transit. This does not come together without the above-mentioned.
Subsequently, however, Alex does the heavy lifting. He spent 2 plus hours under the crawl space completing the repair,JUST plain working hard to get the job done. He came out with some parts replaced so I gather he wasn't down there just texting. In addition, following up by completing some additional work the next morning with him asking me, what time do you need me here? rather than the other way around.This company gets it.
I hope, and I'm sure this is elevated to the top, because credit goes to them for having an accomplished service and staff. Thanks Again.

Just had two of their guys come over today Israel and Jose. Their work, knowledge and professionalism was 100% They really helped me out of a tough situation with my homes faulty gas line. Gas company red tagged a leak and shut it off... these guys came and worked really fast at finding and fixing the problem. They were very honest and didn't try to sell me the farm. I've had other plumbers come out and charge me more just for the response. Thank God for Yelps existence hopefully this review can help someone from getting ripped off. I'm sure the other technicians at this business are good also but if possible try and request these guys.

I am in the process of purchasing a house and our general inspector recommended that we have a pluming inspection as well. We got a quote from one plumber but I was not comfortable with the demeanor of fellow or the $$'s on the quote. After a second plumbing service scheduled an appointment but was not able to perform the inspection on the appointment day I started calling around and using yelp as my guide.

Norwalk-La Mirada Plumbing was very understanding of my predicament and was able to send someone within an hour. Wes arrived and reviewed the general inspectors notes with me then proceeded to perform a thorough inspection and write up the quotes.

After the inspection he explained the status plumbing system, offered several solutions and discussed the urgency of each item with me. The quote was 25% less than what the other plumber quoted and he recommend some solutions that would take care of a couple of problems at once which lowered the overall cost even more.

I appreciated their professionalism every step of the way.

I had an exceptional experience with Norwalk-La Mirada plumbing I was dealing with a leak (cracked PVC elbow fitting) on the main water line coming in from the street.
I was able to get a service call scheduled on a Saturday. I sent a text explaining the issue and attached photos to help expedite the process.
The tech (Jesus) replied back within a few minutes and was at my place within 30 min. He
explained the issue clearly and provided transparent pricing before starting the repair.
Jesus was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done efficiently and effectively.
I was thoroughly impressed with the repair work.

Omg just got off the phone with a horrible customer service/receptionist woman.
Just rude, did not listen, jumped to her own conclusions without letting me finish my sentences. Very brash, talked fast, interrupted me, and felt that what she wanted to say was far more important that what I was trying to tell her. Truly that is the epitome of poor customer service.
She stated she had another call and put me on hold so I hung up no need to continue with that type of behavior. Seriously there are too many other companies out there that need business to be subjected to this type of attitude.
I wouldn't do business with this company if that is the way they treat people on the initial call.

I've used Norwalk-La Mirada Plumbing on several occasions for plumbing & AC repair. I always call them up because I know if I have anything needs fixing or repair after it's been installed, they'll come right out to take care of it. This is a lot less worry off of my shoulders especially when it comes to plumbing leaks. I just had workman, Alex Maldonado, replace the kitchen faucet & garbage disposal. He did a great job with the installation & he even took away the old fixture & dead garbage disposal.

I own a rental unit of 6 on the same property I had all the plumbing replaced to the city connections.. water and sewer lines. The respect and attention to the details were amazing. about 6 months after one of the replaced faucets began to leak I called and in a few hours the repairman showed up and it was replaced under the warranty. Yes, 6 units that are 6 bathrooms, 13 sinks, 12 -tub/showers and 12 toilets, 7 hot water heaters, and the plumbing for the laundry room. It took almost 3 1/2 weeks but well worth it. The building was built in the '40s and I was calling a plumber several times a month for stoppage / and problems since the work that Norwalk - La Mirada Plumbing Heating and Air did their job I have not had to call anyone to fix any of this kind of work ... Thank you for a great job. It ain't cheap but when you are dealing with 6 family units you want it done right. You want the team to do the work to respect the personal belonging and to work efficiently and quickly. Which I must say this team did.

My parents have used this company for years, so when I got a notification from the water company that something had been consistently leaking for close to a week, I knew I needed a plumber to come out and check since I couldn't find the source. Jesus came out the same day that we called and after thoroughly checking, diagnosed the issue and quoted me a price for repairs. It ended up being a multiple day job and a lot of work, and Jesus and Joshua were very thorough and professional throughout. I appreciate that Jesus not only repairs the issue, but he explains and educates to help prevent future issues and takes pride in his work. Once repairs were made, he walked me through to show me what they had done. I'm so glad to have a reliable plumber to call in the future.

we had a furnice problem and called for an estimate. when we got our estimate Jesus heard water sounds while under house. upon inspection he saw water leaking underneath the house. we had a huge leak under the house. he took pictures and recommened a company to clean up the water. upon completion of cleanup, Jesus returned with 2 assistants. He fixed our furnice while the other men replaced our entire main pipe from kitchen to the other side of the house to the bathroom. Jesus and his assistants (which im sorry did not get their names) did an excellent job. they we friendly, professional and efficient . if we need their services again I would call them for any future job. We highly recommend this company. thanks

This service was beyond great. I chose this place because it was local to me. Mario is a super nice guy and is very knowledgeable of his work. I had 2 issues- A leaking toilet and a second toilet where my youngest Son flushed a cologne bottle and caused it to clog up. I have very basic knowledge on plumbing and I'm limited on tools that I carry. I know some people might think it's easier to follow a YouTube video and do the work yourself but I'll rather let the professionals do what they know best. Knowing myself I'll probably try it and make things worst. Besides It's hard for me to make the time to get things fixed that are not in my field. Overall for my first experience it was so great. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Mario for having such great work ethics and for getting it done the same day.

I've used Norwalk La Mirada Plumbing for over 40 years. They do all of my plumbing jobs, large or small. They installed my new heating and air conditioning system. They always know what they're doing and have very competent people working for them. They stand behind everything they do, and will come out immediately if you have a concern about anything they did. I don't know what I would do without them. They're great!

Used this company today and was so glad we did!
Our plumber was Jose; professional and knowledgeable. Took care of our plumbing problem and snaked our main line until it was 100% clear.

I definitely recommend and will use in the future. Price was great. We had hired a friend of a friend who only remedy the problem temporarily and had to call a professional in the end. I wish we would have just called norwalk plumbing and heating from the start.
They Arrived within 20 minutes of the call.

Roommate should of listen to me when we had to get the AC system looked at cuz it was leaking. Roommate is an idiot because they did not want to hear that one of my friends also had a bad experience with them in the past.

Technician comes out and looks at the system for a bit and says we need a brand new system installed which will amount to a couple thousand dollars. I stood there laughing like the Joker from Batman. Really? Thousands??? Whoopee Doo.

My roommate says that is out of our price range. The technician told them that there was still a service charge for him to come out and check it out. My roommate was finally irritated finally. They only call this place because some good friend that's an eye candy refer them to this place. LOL

Anyhow, my roommate sucked it up and pay what was close to a $100 bucks for the technician to give his opinion and basically DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO FIX THE LEAK. LOL

Again, I don't care how long this company has been in business and my research shows they like to rip off unsuspecting people that don't know any better and come back with We do care what our customers think bullshit.

Again, I had to tell them I TOLD YOU SO.

I called this company to come and check my waterheater, they notified me that a charge of $140 to come out and diagnose the problem. The service tech comes out and doesn't take down one tool.. only looked at it and said I need a new waterheater, without trying to turn it on and or touch the water heater.. He tells me it's an old heater from 2008 and parts will be hard to find. Tells me I will give you a price for waterheater new and installed. I told him that I saw the pricing for a new waterheater purchase only would average from $650 to $800 just purchased please don't try and over price.. this man comes back with a ridicules quote of $2650 plus taxes.. I Told him that price is ridiculous and how does he justify this price says sorry it's the office providing that cost.. I told him I would need to get another quote and he tells me fine pay the $140 diagnose charge and I laughed and told him you didn't touch the waterheater how are you charging me something you didn't do and only showed up and looked at it.. so yes they charged me $140. I found another company JP Waterheater Solutions and they quoted and did the work for $850 the next day new out the box. I showed them the quote from Norwalk plumbing and. Norwalk plumbing you guys take advantage of people.. they laughed at your quote.. i wish they had negative stars for companies like you.

These guys know what they're doing. We called Norwalk La Mirada Plumbing because one of our toilets was backing up and a bathtub was draining slow. Jesus and Edgar came out to assess the problem. They figured out it was a main line problem and fixed the problem by snaking the line from the roof vent. Jesus took me through each step and taught me signs to look for should it happen again. Once the line cleared, Jesus and Edgar cleaned out our bathtub drain through a clean out in the wall.

The best part of all of this? These guys know how to keep a customer in mind - they made sure nothing would damage my roof or windows AND wiped down my bathtub afterwards. We had a guy from another company come out a year ago and he left our bathtub a mess!

I would recommend these guys to you in a heartbeat.

I've used Norwalk La Mirada plumbing for years however their customer service has gone out the window. I called them out for a plumbing diagnosis the plumber came out and said that he would get back to me the next day regarding parts cost and a total estimate for the repair because he could not give an accurate estimate without knowing the cost of the parts.

I never heard from him. I had to hunt him down by calling the office, then they couldn't give me an answer. When I finally received the estimate via email it was a blanket $500 charge! $500 for what? It just plain and simple said $500. No breakdown or itemization on how this $500 was being allocated. I'll be glad to pay them $500 but I would like to know exactly how much I'm spending on parts, labor, tax etc!

Furthermore I asked for an itemized list of the repairs estimate and finally received it 6 DAYS LATER!! I asked for it on a Friday they gave it to me on a Wednesday. In fact I received their owner survey before I received my estimate. Ridiculous.

#overthiscompany and I paid their astronomical $125 for the initial visit.

I'm not a plumber so I have to trust what I'm told by the guys who are - and I am super thankful for Shane's honesty when I asked him what he would recommend as a home owner when it came to repairing my tub/shower that hadn't been used in 5 years. I have had such bad luck finding a plumbing company, a friend reccomended Norwalk/ La Mirada Plumbing, so I took a chance, I really wasn't looking for anyone expensive, or someone that was going to tell me my whole house needed new pipes. My old HVAC unit was breaking down a lot and costing a lot of money in repair costs. I finally decided to replace my old unit for a newer upgraded unit and also get some peace of mind (more reliability). Art and his assistant Noe came out a day after inspecting my old HVAC and installed a new unit. Both of them were very friendly. Whenever someone comes to my home to perform work, I typically sneak peeks as they work. I try to learn a little about the what they do and sometimes ask how things work. But I also get a sense of their work ethics and their working knowledge. I was impressed with Art and Noe. I also enjoyed just talking with them.

I called at 8am on 11/30/18. I alerted the receptionist, that my tub was backed up with dirt. YES, DIRT. Oddly, I used the shower, 30 mins prior and it worked perfectly.
She alerted me, that the driver would be at my home between 3 and 5. At 4:45Pm, she confirmed my address and that the driver was on his way. He arrived at 5pm on the dot. It took approximately 15 to 20 mins for Jose and Alex to clear the blockage with a snake.
Its been 6 days and no back up. Its safe to say... they got the job done.
They did not try and up sale me, thank goodness (i was broke).
And they were fast, courteous and clean. Thanks Alex and Jose.

Called these guys to have my plumbing scoped before purchasing house in Norwalk made an appointment drove from l.a. and made my realtor drive from Wilshire district for a 3 pm appointment at the house ..they never showed up or gave me a call so 30 min later I called them and then they tell me that thier scope is broken and they send itin for repairs didn't even call me to let me know made me look stupid and made me and my realtor drive across town in traffic really disappointed in this plumbing company found another plumbing company came out the next day ...bought the house and they will never get my business !

I'll give 5 stars for now since we had a great experience today with same day service. Our a/c went out last night and I called this morning, and they had someone available to come out this afternoon. We have a newborn in the house and with temps in the 80s and 90s, we were afraid of overheating. The phone reps were polite and courteous, and even called before sending the guy out to make sure it was a good time for us. We didn't have to sit around all day waiting for the service call. They sent Alfonso out and he had all the necessary parts on hand. He explained things very well and gave us different options on a best and worst case scenario. The yelp deal for $100 good towards $150 service was also helpful since every bit counts during an emergency situation. I'm happy to say our a/c is now back up and running, so we are very thankful that it ended up being the better case scenario as of yet.

I couldn't have been happier for hot water. called after hours about a broken water heater and Shane showed up the very next day! then Shane and Edgar came to install my new water heater. They were both very professional and even offered me advice on how to maintain my new water heater to last many years! I live in a townhouse style place and they even helped me coordinate for a crane to deliver my new water heater! everyone was really helpful and professional. they were quick and very knowledgeable. I've been meaning to write this review but I got sidetracked. Anyway, I just wanted to say that I'm glad that I found this company thru Yelp. The technicians/ plumbers they send me were very punctual and helpful. This past January, my kitchen sink was clogged due to stuck up grease. Luckily Alex Maldonado was able to get it sorted out ( which took a while) and advise us how to properly dispose of old cooking oils. And Last December, two of my toilet bowls were not flushing properly on the day that my in laws are coming over for dinner. Our heater started freezing on the pipes. This is the best way I could explain it. Call them and they sent someone out in 15 minutes.... the day before Thanksgiving. I ran our washing machine this morning, both the kitchen and laundry sink backed up. Called Norwalk- La Mirada Plumbing at 7:56am and luckily they could come out within 30 minutes. Jesus and Christian came out, assessed the situation and determined that they would need to run a very large snake to clear up the lines. They did so very quickly and did it twice just be sure. Had Israel and Jose here for 2 days working on a damaged drainage line in bathroom. They were professional, friendly, very knowledgeable. They had no problem answering questions even though we couldn't decide whether to do the whole drainage system or to just repair the bad trap. Love that Jose Salazar and Evert worn mask. They educated use on why there was a stoppage in my shower and tolite. They stayed and ran several test to make sure that the problem was fixed. I was also informed that water flow slow and possible why I had the problem.

Very disappointed with my experience. I had called for shower stoppage and to have new fixtures installed in the shower. When the plumber arrived he informed me that the fixtures I purchased would not work . My daughter immediately went to purchase the correct ones . She was three minutes away when he finished unplugging the shower. I asked if he could just wait the few minutes so I would not have to pay the fee to have someone come out again. He refused and said to call tomorrow and just pay the fee again. He claimed he had no time because he had to go to Fullerton and Whittier. The replacement order was in the original work order so if I had purchased the correct ones he would have had to make the time to do the work. I'm a senior citizen and money is tight . He did not show any concern and his attitude was not friendly at all . I like a company that shows it cares about its customers. This technician did not and it reflects on the company. If you want good customer service I do not recommend this company.

It's that time again! I called on Norwalk-La Mirada to do my annual AC check-up before it gets hot. It's so nice to have someone that can actually keep their appointment time window. My appointment was between 2-4, and a very sweet lady called me around 3:30 to say my serviceman, Art, was on his way. He arrived shortly after her call.

The service took him just under an hour in total to complete. Afterwards, he very patiently answered all my endless questions about a future upgrade we are considering to a new AC system, all the different brands, different seer levels (energy saving), and of course, cost.

I did sign up for a service contract that saves me $40 a year over their regular price. This must be something new? Hey, $40 off, I'll take it!

Every time I have an an issue with plumbing, this place has come to the rescue. I woke up one day to discover that I suddenly had heated kitchen floors. Nice right? Just like those fancy hotels. Except in my case sudden heated floors meant one thing: a slab leak. I quickly researched it and saw it could devolve into massive damage. I called and the woman who answered understood my concern and quickly took my info and a scheduler set up an appointment for someone to come out. Both Women who took my information were kind and responsive. Scott and Hover came out, set up a leak detector to confirm there was indeed a hot water leak. They professionally detailed my options and since I had just did a kitchen remodel, we landed on rerouting the hot water line. He artfully turned off my hot water which allowed me to at least take cold showers and to arrest the leak. Within Days, Chris and Hover returned. They put plastic down, and ensured me that they would be done by end of day. They were polite, efficient, and explained each step. And as promised, they finished before end of day as promised. Once again, these guardian angels put my plumbing issues in short order without overcharging me or looking to add on unnecessary repairs. I can not recommend them enough.

Was having furnace problem! They came out and gave me an estimate, next day came back fixed the problem! Work was quick, professional and clean!

The reason I deducted 1 star, was because they charge $100+ to just come give you an estimate, which I believe to be common practice, but that fee is suppose to be applied to the total repair charge!

I had to get management involved in order for the tech to apply the fee!

Called them for a blocked drain line and repair on a toilet. He fixed both and found an additional leak so the actual repairs were done fine except he left a mess and didn't bother to put the crawl space cover back on. Absolutely the MOST expensive plumbers we have ever used. We were charged over $235 per hour for basic repairs and a one man job. When we called the office to ask about this, they said they would check in to it but never called back. They were quick to cash the check though. They quoted a simple garbage disposal repair at $554 and I had it done by someone else for $90. Be prepared to pay if you use them.

Justin an employee came out, our Floor Furnace wasn't working so under the house he went, he found out that it was the generator to the heater that wasn't working while under he noticed that we had a leak in the plumbing under the kitchen, we were able to fix this ourselves, if he hadn't gone under the house we would not have know about it. Justin will be back this week 1- 20 to complete. Again would recommend this company to do a job for you.

Making the appointment and having some one show on time went great, after that it was a different story. I had a clogged tub, plumber came out started his work... he used the snake for quite some time before coming out to explain to me he will have to access through the roof. While explaining to me what he would be doing through the roof access, he explained it to me in a discouraging tone, that it will mean more money, not including equipment fees etc. I clearly stated 'what ever you need to do to get it fix is fine we need this fix' I signed agreement for the increased estimated price. Plumber was not thrilled that I was not discouraged at potential increased rate.
At my surprise Plumber took it upon himself to have another go with snake through tub before access my roof (that I agreed for him to do but he never did) after another extended period of time he comes out and states 'I think I got it out'. When showing me I expressed more than once my concern of it not draining properly he explained its the water pressure. I explained never has it been this slow to drain.. he started using technical terms explaining its because of the pressure. I then stated you're the professional, I just want to assure myself it is fixed. IT WAS NOT FIX! By opting to use the snake for such a long period of time he broke my pipe, and it was draining out slowly because water was leaking from my pipe. After hiring another plumber to access my issue he discovered my broken pipe and asked if a high powered snake was used thru the tub? He not only had to remove and install a whole new pipe underneath my house that by that time had extensive water drainage under my home that was causing a foul smell.. he still had to unclog my tub. Once we approved access through the roof he was able to fix our original problem. This was a very poor experience, causing us to spend a lot more money having to fix not only our original issue but the issue that Norwalk La Mirada plumber caused us!
Us having hired Norwalk LaMirada was pointless other than making them a donation at this point!
Won't be hiring them again!

A few moments later Gabe called and told me he was coming over within' 15 minutes. He arrived sooner than that . Diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and life was back to normal.

I recently had an excellent experience with Downey Plumbing. From start to finish, their customer service was top-notched. Francisco and Edward who came to my home were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They diagnosed and fixed the problem with my plumbing system in no time, and they even took the time to explain what they were doing and how I could prevent similar issues in the future. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the quality of service I received from Downey Plumbing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

*This review is solely based on my follow up visit on an issue that was not resolved with my initial technician from Downey Plumbing on 6/19; if I had to rate that experience it would at 1.5 stars because after the plumber installed a new garbage disposal and turned back on the water, my water pressure was extremely low and he failed to explain other issues that could be causing my water pressure issues.

We were referred to them as the warranty agent/repairer for a Bradford White water heater that we had purchased 4 1/2 years ago. They took care of the problem including handling the paperwork for the warranty (they did not sell us the unit) and did the repairs promptly. I have used NLM Plumbing from time to time over many years. While my experience has varied, they have always performed at 4 stars or better for basic services. This time I had a sewer line break in my family room. Shane and Jose were the lucky ones to come deal with my poop. They had a calm, professional demeanor... which helped when dealing with a home inundated with sewage. They exposed the ruptured pipe in the ceiling and replaced it thoroughly and quickly. They explained what they did, what to be concerned about, and answered, patiently, the multitude of questions my wife threw at them. The cost of the repairs were less than I anticipated. All we needed was a basic flue vent cleaning for my moms wall heater. The gas co. was out the week before telling her that they no longer clean them for customers but that it was a very basic job, and that she didn't need anything more than that. When I called the company they gave me a quote of $79 for the estimate which would be applied to any job that would be done, then $239 for the flue vent cleaning assuming it was just that job that would need to be done. When he arrived he basically told my mom that her unit wasn't up to code, and the only option for her would be a completely new replacement heating system, $4,000 plus. They wouldn't work on her unit as it at all. So she paid the $79 and got nothing from it. Since this appointment, we've had 3 other companies give her pretty fair estimates for the job, and niether said she needed a heating unit replacement. It's hard to get a fair and honest diagnosis these days. I suggest that before you work with this company you do your due diligence and get second and third opinions.

On Thursday night, August 12, I noticed that the air conditioner condenser was leaking eating through the ceiling in my front room. Immediately went on Yelp and found Norwalk-La Mirada Heating & Air Conditioning. Called them early Friday morning for a repair job. After being informed that they would be over Monday morning, I asked if they could come that same Friday. I was informed that it would be at the overtime rate which was ok with me because it was going to be a hot weekend. They called me around noon saying they had a cancellation and would come in about an hour or so. They not only came as expected, they did a fantastic job AND at their regular rates. If I could rate them 10 Stars, I would. Great techs, organization, and job.

Had them out to snake my washer and kitchen sink. The NEXT DAY we were having problems with our bathtub draining. Called because they said we had a 30 day guarantee. The girl that my wife called in the office said that there would be another service call. My wife mentioned the guarantee. They came out and cleared the slow draining. We got a bill for no charge, but the bill said that the next time they came out it would be $550 dollars for a jetting. That won't happen. I've been in La Mirada for 54 years and thought I would try them. Will not use them again. Wanted to add that Alex the guy that came out was very nice and knowledgeable.

I've used this service for the first time and have to admit the experience was surprisingly painless, compared to other plumbing companies. The technicians Bob & Gilbert arrived on schedule, identified & promptly introduced themselves, then got right down to the tasks required. They explained every step of the process to clear a pretty bad clog, which is something I appreciated. They also went the extra little bit to suggest methods to prevent future issues of the same type. I was able to get service very quickly for (2) blocked toilets. They showed up with masks/gloves etc. The job became a little bigger than first thought but Jose and Gorey resolved it and kept me updated for added costs. I have a lot of items in my house but they were careful and asked me to move when needed. Very couretous and friendly, they definetly knew what they needed to do to resolve the problem. The toilet needed to have bolts tightened and they came back to fix. I would recommend Norwalk-La Mirada Plumbing to all my neighbors and friends, and have done this. Recently had Jesus and Fernando help with my leaking sink and also looked at my dishwasher. They were both very nice and considerate, as well as knowledgable. They took the time to put booties on before walking upstairs on the carpet (I've had other companies/people who didnt care) and also helped explain what causes some of the problems and ways to help fix them.

They fixed the loose pipe and also helped snake the drain even though that wasn't the main problem, and it drains great now.

Very POOR customer service. Had a re-route done due to a slab leak. Plumbers they sent were nice but the quality of work was subpar. They put my lawn back together where they trenched it horribly where i actually had hills in my yard and sinkholes in other places. They sent there plumber apprentice back out and he calls me asking what does he need to do. If I have to tell him what to do, he should not be out there. He ended up leaving not doing anything. So I call management and sent an email, they have the same technician call me back asking if he can come back out and fix the lawn. I ask to speak with his supervisor, who finally gets on the phone and assures me things will be corrected to my expectations. I tell him the sod/grass is dying now and it is going to cost me more to fix my lawn then the re-route job they performed. The apprentice comes out and does a better, still half-assed job, but the worst part about it is I never hear back from management again to follow up. Definitely will NOT ever recommend them nor use their services again.

I was STUPID and didn't call these guys first. I used Norwalk-La Mirada Plumbing almost 2 years ago. I had a great experience. Had a blockage in my main line, Jesus came and really went over and above to figure out the problem! I had 3 plumbers out before him that all couldn't figure it out and just left and didn't care that I had a problem. I foolishly called a different plumber this week because they were a little cheaper, dumb mistake. They charged me and made the problem worse! I became smart, called and requested Jesus come back. They accomodated me! Jesus remember me and my house and my situtation from last time and went straight to work! And once again went over and above to clear the blockage and figure out what is causing the problem. THANK YOU JESUS!

I have dealt with Norwalk La Mirada plumbing for quite some time. I asked for Jesus, yes that's his real name, and I had a leaky garden hose faucet. This faucet came with the house and it was old to say the least. It has been leaking for some time. It leaked so much it filled a five gallon bucket in 24 hours. Time to ask for Jesus. Thank you Jesus. Really. Not only did he replaced the faucets he checked the water pressure coming into the house. It was a 100 psi. He said that high water pressure can cause pipes to burst in the house. I believed him because I knew he was a good plumber. I will have to have a water regulator valve on the house it will cost several hundred dollars better than water damage in the house.

I was not going to leave a review being that I did get a refund but I feel sharing my experience might help someone else. For starters I had a very clogged tub. My neighbor was the one that suggested this plumbing company being that she uses them for her business and also her home. Although after this experience she mentioned canceling them and she will no longer be using them for her business and even for her personal use. She was the one that made the appointment for me but I was present and we were never informed that this was an hourly job. They quoted us $130 over the phone which I thought was pretty reasonable. The plumber was there for over an hour and it was then that he informed me that he had gone past his time and it was going to cost me more money. This was the first I had heard that this was an hourly job so I told him that if he was not able to unclog it then he would have to leave because I was not going to spend any extra money. I contacted other plumbing companies and every other place I contacted quoted me per the job, not per hour. I decided to call this business back and find out about their pricing and WHY I was never told this would be hourly. I spoke with a representative and only to confirm that yes, they do indeed charge per hour. Afterwards she transferred me to the manager and to make a long story short, after a bit of back-and-forth where he informed me that in 99.9% of the cases, the snake they brought to my house would be enough to unclog my tub, but a larger snake was not brought to my home because they usually don't need them to unclog residential drains. He suggested they come back out to my home again, costing me more money to which I decline and then he offered to refund me my money but afterwards his words to me were I hope the next person that goes to your home for that job has a magic wand to fix your problem. Uuumm NO! I let him know that I did not have magic pipes that needed a magic wand but rather the right equipment to unclog my tub. I contacted another company and they came out the next day and in less than two hours my very clogged up drain was completely cleared out. So if you decide to go with this company, just be warned that they charge per hour and also maybe specify just how clogged your pipes are so that they don't try to then sell you with another visit.

I had a main line drain clog that of course happened in the evening, I put out a request for information that evening on yelp and got a fast response from these guys actually answering my question. Other companies just left their phone number. Kevin Wise came out to look at the issue, to be honest I am not a plumber so I really had trouble being helpful. Kevin was very patient and answered all of my questions. He was very thorough and professional. He found tree roots in my drain line and took me through some potential options. This company wanted to charge me $1,100.00 for a 'broken pipe' even though water in the kitchen sink was rising. Furthermore, N-LMP referred me to Emergency Services Restoration, Inc. that gave me an estimate of $3,000.00 to prepare the area for N-LMP's return. I hesitated to hire either company because I simply did not have the money and did not want to finance it.
Just today, PVD Plumbing, Long Beach diagnosed the problem correctly (the drain was clogged) and charged me $85.00, effectively saving me thousands of dollars.

I don't recommend them because they have inexperienced technicians. I had an issue with my drain when I installed a new washer. They responded fast and the technician told me we had no vent for my drain in my wash room, which was causing my drain to back up. The Technician even cut a hole in my wall to verify I had no vent. Quoted me 2k to install a vent and new pipe. We got a second quote from an old school plumber that has 30 plus years experience. Upon arriving, looked at our roof from the side of our house and showed me where our vent was for our washer machine (separate from our kitchen sink). Long story short, old school plumber snaked our washer drain from our roof and charged me $65. Two months later, no problems with my washer, drain, or vent. I basically paid Norwalk and La Mirada plumbers $150 to cut a hole in my wall for nothing....

I needed a needed garbage disposal installed, mine stopped working. I called my home warranty company and for just $75 they sent me a company that had an F at the BBB and was a 1 star on Yelp. (WHAT? Are you kidding me?)Needless to say before that company even came out I called and canceled my home warranty and went back to using my tried and true plumber - Norwalk LaMirada Plumbing. So I called these guys, got a professional rep on the phone she booked my appointment to my convenience. On the day of my appointment the plumber, Kevin, called to let me know he would be arriving as scheduled and asked if this was convenient for me. When he arrived he looked super young and honestly - I wondered how much experience he had, but he was knowledgable and professional. He Installed a garbage disposal, no hassles, no up-sale, no mess. When he was done he walked me through a few things (reset button, tested the disposal, explained the warranties, etc.), loaded his tools - I paid the bill, he shook my hand and that was that. Super professional. I am ALWAYS impressed with these guys. I could have gone with the F rated company for a lot cheaper, but i was gambling on service, warranty, and professionalism. Norwalk LaMirada Plumbing is solid and they are fair, honest and worth every penny! I highly recommend.

I'm very disappointed in this company. They have been out to my house on numerous occasions but not by choice but only because my landlord (I rent) has an account with them and I'm forced to call them. It seems like most of the technicians (as they call them) are dissatisfied working there that it shows while they are working. I believe part of the reason is because they get paid by the job not by the hour, so if you call in a minor repair sometimes its not worth their time and they don't want to do it. I would def never recommend this company to anyone i know. As a customer you want to feel like your business is appreciated with this company i def don't feel that way. I've only had 1 nice technician show up to my house and unfortunately he no longer works there.
The customer service is lousy and i strongly think the dispatcher needs some customer service training.
It makes me to angry to think about the numerous bad experiences that I have had with them so I wont go into detail.
My advice is DON'T call this company!

These guys were so good I am making my first Yelp post! Jaime and Santiago came by my place to remove my old heater/AC unit and install a new one. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They explained what they were going to do in detail in layman's terms, and made me feel comfortable to ask any question I wanted. They seemed so trustworthy, I would have left my door open for them to leave for a lunch appointment. They took care of the job well within the amount of time they promised, and stuck around to thoroughly make sure everything was working properly. These guys are awesome!

I had purchased a new washing machine and the drain wasn't compatible with the new one because our house was built in 1968.

I set an appointment for a technician to come and take look and was pretty fortunate to encounter Jesus.

The first thing he did was check the water pressure coming into the house and it was at 85psi because the city keeps raising the pressure to accommodate new construction instead of installing bigger water pipes.

The pressure should be about 65psi and all new applicances are rated for this. Jesus mentioned that since the washer was new that he recommended a water pressure regulator, and the reason for this to not void the manufacturer's warranty for the washer in case of failure due to high water pressure.

Jesus wrote up the estimate for a water pressure regulator, expansion tank for the water heater, new faucets for the washer, and to reconfigure the drain for the washer.

His attention to detail and explaining the reasons for what he was doing was great because I like to know what I am spending my money on.

If you are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable technician I highly recommend Jesus and Chris.

Chris is trained by Jesus and provides the same excellent service.

We've been using Norwalk/La Mirada Plumbing for years now. They can schedule a service call within 24-48 hrs. They give you a two hr. window to arrive, which I like, not 4hrs most companies give you, and they arrive within the 2hr window! They have always done a good job for us!!

This month I had a leaky faucet in my shower, also, I needed to have two safety bars installed in the shower and one in the bathroom. Garrett came out to give me an estimate for the work. Being on a fixed income I was glad the estimate was not bad. The white bars were going to be a month out, so I ordered the chrome. After Garrett left, I thought I should have ordered the brush nickel. He called me later to say all the sizes I wanted were not in stock in the chrome, so I got the brush nickel after all. We scheduled the work for a week later. Garrett took real care to make sure the bars were where I needed them to be. He was very thorough in securing the bars in place and replacing the faucet. Now I have a non-leaking, comfortably safe and secure shower!! Good job, Garrett, thanks!

We had our A/C service today 06/22/2016; unit was blowing warm air. Service Person Jose (did not get his last name) came promptly at scheduled time of 9am. He immediately went to work, diagnosed, and found problem which turned out to be a simple (?) loose wire connection on the mother board. He told us the problem and promptly fixed it. He could have easily said we needed other things that needed fixing or parts that may need replacement (even if we really didn't) - but that did not happen. We were expecting the worse - other HVAC outfits, less ethical, unfortunately could have very well done that, but not in this case. We appreciate the good work and honesty. Our thanks and kudos to your Company for fostering this kind work ethic and culture on your employees, as exemplified by Jose. Had a pinpoint hole/leak on the joint of my sprinkler pipe. l called Norwalk/La Mirada plumbing in the morning and they dispatched service person Jesus (Marticorena). He provided a couple of options on how to fix the problem and recommended the best long term solution. I appreciate the professionalism, his attitude, and attention and discussing the fix with me. The fix he did looked very good and very professionally done. The work didn't take that long and the cost was fairly reasonable although maybe a bit on the high side. The Yelp $150 voucher (for $100) helped a lot in this particular situation. Very good experience overall.

Due to my pre-paid home warranty plan once again assigning me a plumber who did not care less about my plumbing issue. I once again called Norwalk/La Mirada plumbing to come and install a customer supplied kitchen faucet for me. As I called them on a Tuesday, we mutually agreed for someone to come out Thursday. Not only did they keep the agreed upon appointment time. But immediately when the plumber, named Chris, rang the doorbell, he introduced himself and before entering my home, he placed shoe covers on. I found this to be most respectful to me as a paying customer. Within the first minute of speaking with Chris, I instantly felt comfortable with him in that I could sense he was one of the few honest ones still around. Chris even proved my good feeling towards him as he himself told me that I would not need any additional parts. Since the faucet that I pre- purchased for todays install, came with all the required parts. I myself had a feeling that I would not need any additional parts since my home was recently repiped just 7 months ago. But Chris could have, like so many other contractors that I have dealt with in the past, tried to upsell or flat out lie by saying you need this and that. To which bad I told him, I truly appreciated his honesty, good personality, and knowledge of his work. I have so many things that I would like to do to my home and due to my previous bad experiences with others, it has really made me just live with things the way they are. Therefore, I would once again like to thank Chris for being such a professional individual and Also thank him for making my install today stress free. For the life of me, I really cannot understand why so many companies would rather make a fortune off their customers on one service call. As opposed to being honest and professional to where the customer will become loyal to them and also recommend them to others. Carlos James came on Thursday to assess the air conditioning unit that hasn't worked in a year. He was able to work on it to try to fix it for hours, Really dedicated to finding a solution. He was able to figure out what was wrong with it after many technicians gave up. Carlos James came back a few days later and fixed the air conditioning! I had leaking water heater and i needed a replacement. Gabriel and Garret came prepared with a new 40 gallon water heater. They removed the old one and hauled it away for disposal. They Had all the hook up parts and we quick, nice, caring, efficient and safe. The water heater install looks great. The price to install was very reasonable. We had hot water within 1 hour. Of course sounds like a long time but it heating up 40 GALLONS OF WATER! They explained everything on how the water heater works And I feel super comfortable with this company. I highly recommend. I'm not big fan of this company. They over charged me by nearly triple for bathroom faucets, angle stops and supply lines. I checked Lowe's and others for price comps on the parts. One of the supply lines was either used or they didn't change it like they said. I had to ask twice to get an itemized invoice so I could see what the cost was for the parts. They justified it by telling me the parts had a warranty. They had to come back a few days later to fix other issues that were related.....I got charged for this service call as well. They were quick to send a plumber so I'll give them that and they also offered us a $100 discount off the invoice to appease me (which I took). Even with the discount I was still overcharged by double.

He set out trouble shooting, identified the problem and provided a solution in a cost-effective manner. About two weeks ago, my AC went out. It started blowing hot air. Noe came out and changed the capacitors. But less than a week later it started blowing hot air again. Today James came out. He was awesome. The problem was the AC has the float switch was engaged because of a poorly pitched clogged drain. James cleared out the drains and explained the need for a float switch. Hi there Don, Alex Maldonado has come out to our house twice over the last few months. Once for a bad shower valve and this time for a drain clean out. He is a very knowledgable and professional young man. I'm happy the clean out was an easier job for him.

The first time he came out to replace shower valve I felt bad for him. He had to contort himself into tight quarters. I could tell It was a really rough job. He never once complained. Great work ethic and did the repair perfectly.

BTW, I took a peek in his truck and noticed it looks well organized for his needs.

Just had an emergency plumbing issue! Our main water line which leaded to the back yard broke due to a rusty valve... This is where the guys and N/L Plumbing came into play. I called and spoke to a dispatcher who was pleasant and able to forward my information to the on call specialist (Alex) who called back within 10 minutes. I expressed my concerns and he responded to my house within the hour. While staying friendly and courteous, Alex evaluated the problem and did some magical troubleshooting. After about 20 minutes or so, the problem was fixed and we were able to turn our water back on....What can I say, Alex did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier.

WoW. Finally a trusted plumbing company. Should have called them first. Had a couple plumbers come out and check out a leaky 2nd floor restroom. 1st one said it was the shower drain. Quoted me a ridiculous price. 2nd plumber came out and said he need to remove the ceiling on the 1st floor before he could quote me an actual cost. But the removal of the ceiling was going to run me $300!!!
Finally had Jesus from Norwalk La Miranda Plumbing come out and went upstairs and looked at the restroom thoroughly. He noticed the toilet wasn't seated properly because the contractor that installed the tile didn't raise the toilet to the correct level of the tile. Jesus told me what needed to be done and took care of business. He is one of the most respectful, honest, clean and friendly people you'll ever meet. I couldn't believe how fast and clean the job he did. 5 stars all the way!!! Definitely asking for Jesus the next time I call Norwalk-La Mirada Plumbing

We recently needed the services for a plumber. So after checking out Angie's list we decided to give NORWALK LA MIRADA PLUMBING a try. I was able to get a quick service appointment and they arrived on time. They were very efficient and reasonable. I discussed with the plumber some other issues we had. Mainly some repairs to our Bosch tankless unit. My previous plumber was not able to fix and they were no longer listed on Angie's list to boot. We made another appointment for him to come back and see what could be done. He tried to contact BOSCH to discuss the issue and was given a run around. So we decided to get a quote on a new Noritz since no one seemed able to fix the Bosch. I did have to negotiate some for a price I was comfortable with but feel both parties were happy with the agreed amount.
Was called with an install date and again they arrived on time. They did a very professional installation and we are very happy with the results. We did have some slight gas fumes which they came out and fixed.
Yes we would recommend Norwalk La Mirada plumbing to anyone who needs some work. I found them to be very professional and willing to go the extra mile.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Worse costumer service ever. Called regarding our garbage disposal, lady over the phone said they were having a special they would come out for $75 bit that wasn't including any parts they needed to install. So they came out tech wasn't even here for 5 mins and charging us over $100. He wasn't even here for 5 mins all he did was reset the garbage disposal which we could've done. We tried the garbage disposal after and it still didn't work properly and the situation got worse it started leaking from under the sink had water coming out everywhere. We end up calling and get a super rude lady telling us the the tech was out here for an hour plus and drained the pipes and supposedly did all this other stuff when he was only here for like five mins basically called me a liar and told me why do customers always do this, you guys always do this They just want your $ and won't even fix your problem. Long story short they wouldn't come back out to fix it if they did they would send somebody else out and charge us another $100 plus. Worse company and customer service ever. Wouldn't recommend to anybody!!!

I was not sure what to do but Jesus and Fernando were very professional and knowledgeable and that gave some relief with the stress that I was going through with the leak at my home. I have used Norwalk-La Mirada Plumbing Heating and Air for over 15 years now and they never seem to disappoint. They always do a great job and are very professional. Edgar did a great job installing a garbage disposal and replacing the toilet. Edgar did his job and didn't leave a mess behind for me to clean. The technician, Zach, did a great job in getting the air conditioner up and running. During the phone call to diagnose the problem, he was able to get a pretty good idea as to what the problem was and the estimated cost. Zach was pleasant and cheerful when he arrived. He knew exactly how to open the compressor system and showed me the defective part, a bulging capacitor. The part was not cheap but needed to be replaced. Zach replaced the part, completed the paperwork, and was on his way in less than 30 minutes.

Your employees are fantastic! Beginning when I called the office all the way through completing my repairs! Iris was very professional on the phone and provided me with great customer service. The plumber did a very thorough job and fixed my drainage problem in no time.

I had Sewer water drip from second floor Bathrooms into First Floor Kitchen on my cooking range. Very Frustrating problem and gross as hell. My Problem was resolved by Technician Philip. However the problem resurfaced after 24 hours. I escalated the matter with Manager Wess who has outstanding sense of troubleshooting and problem resolution. Phil came back immediately and he snaked the Main line and cleared the line on warranty without charging me additional fee. I appreciate both for doing a great job as a team. They are going to provide me some clean-out recommendations to resolve the problem permanently. I would definitely recommend this team of Wess and Philip. This company is outstanding in customer-service. #1 - thankyou folks.

We have used Norwalk La Miranda Plumbing for 15 years. They have great customer service and are always friendly. The technicians are knowledgeable and have resolved my plumbing issues efficiently. We have called with emergency situations and they have responded quickly, sometimes even within the hour. Most recently my sink had clogged up on both sides. I called and they sent Francisco out. He explained what was causing the issue was our main line was severely clogged due to roots and residue over the years. He was able to snake the drain & clear the sinks. He also recommended a high pressure cleaning of the main line. We schedule the cleaning and Francisco was again our technician. He was courteous, friendly with my dogs and child upon arrival. He completed the pressure cleaning within a hour and all with a smile. We really couldn't ask for better service and if I need a technician in the future I will be requesting Francisco. He's such a great representation of Norwalk LaMirada Plumbing.

I placed a service call a few months ago for a leak in the shower. I do not believe the stems to the hot and cold water knobs were reinstalled correctly because the hot and cold water knobs do not operate as before. Now to regulate the water, the hot water knob needs to be fully turned on and the cold water knob needs just the slightest turn. I called to have the this issue resolved but was greatly disappointed when I was told that I would be charged a service fee of over $100 just to have them come out and assess the problem. This of course did not inlcude any labor on their part to fix the problem. I'M GETTING CHARGED TO CORRECT AN ERROR ON THEIR PART.

Our sewer line got backed up again

I called the company and mentioned that I have used their services before.

The person who handled my call was great. She immediately looked up my information and read the notes from the last time they were here. She quoted me a price and had someone out in an hour.

That someone was someone who came to our place last time, Francisco!!!

Just like last time, he confirmed the price before starting. Pricing is reasonable, seeing that he came out on a Friday at 6pm in such short notice.

This time he came alone, but still the same great guy. He got the line cleared fast. I had questions about hydro jetting and if running the 100ft line isnt enough. He answered all my questions with so much patience. He also wrote down the prices IF i ever want to do hydro jetting.

The staff at this place is why i am back a 2nd time. Both the Front office and technician are FAST, friendly, professional.

Thank you for saving our Friday and weekend. Not all heroes wear capes.

Wow!! I have been meaning to write this review for some time. My moms plumbing was backed up in her garage. They got there within a few hours problem solved. I spoke to Rachel in the morning and she made all the arrangements. They even called a half hour before they were supposed to arrive. We will continue to use them.

My husband & I have used Norwalk-La Mirada Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning several times before and have always been pleased with their work. Yesterday we had the entire duct work replaced for our heating system. Luis and his apprentice, Alfonso showed up promptly as scheduled and made sure our floor & carpet were properly covered. They worked very hard in our attic for most of the day with just a short lunch break. Luis & Alfonso were very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. We were very happy with the great customer service they provided and highly recommend them for any type of heating service or repairs. Thank you Luis & Alfonso!

Our water heater stopped working on President's Day. I was worried i wouldn't be able to have a repair done that day because of the holiday. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they were open and were not going to charge more that day. Olinser was awesome and had the water heater working quickly. Highly recommend! Pricing was competitive, make sure to buy the Yelp voucher to save as well.

Couldn't fix my softener , didn't even offer a quote to replace and install. Staff has no idea how to trouble shoot what was wrong. I would not recommend .

Alfonso did a wonderful job explaining everything. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He didn't try and squeeze every dollar out of us but gave great advice on what had to be fix now and what we could put off till next year. He was quick, clean, on time and friendly.

I was getting frustrated with my last plumber when my shower faucet broke and getting the replacement part was a chore. I finally got the part I needed and decided to have these guys come in and finish the job along with a jammed garbage disposal.

I called them and they sent someone out the next day. Shane came out and was very friendly and professional. I was in a hurry to get to work so
he took care of everything in less than an hour. He even left the area nice and clean. I could not ask for more.

This review is regarding Jamie Dobberthien who came to fix our refrigerator. Usually it's weird to have complete strangers in your house but in this case, Jamie was very easy to get along with. We were impressed with his knowledge and skills. You could tell he liked his job and took pride in being good at it. I would be quick to recommend them.

I called Norwalk/ LA mirada plumbing heating to look at a heating problem I had with my wall heater. And it didn't take Jamie Dobberthlen very long to find out what was wrong with it and repair it. They did a good job and I won't hesitate to recommend them or have them come out again if i have another problem.
