I called 5 different plumbers to get a quote to replace our water heater. Definitive plumbing had the best price. Brian showed up the next day was very professional and did a great job. We will only call Definitive Plumbing from now on!

Fernando is brilliant!!! Great attitude, warm personality, professional knowledge of systems, and incredibly polite to the home he is working on. We are having and have completed a few projects ranging from tankless water heater to faucet changes and a modern water filtration reverse osmosis system. He's wonderful, and a treasure to our community!

We woke up to a clogged sink and water coming out of our washer drain line.  Messages The Drain King and Rob got back with us immediately and arrived a few hours later.  He was professional and explained the importance of maintaining your drain lines.  Highly recommend his service.

We hired Jay to do a fair amount of work for a bathroom remodel and couldn't be more pleased.  When I called to get an estimate, he came out within only a few hours and provided a competitive quote.  Jay really knew his stuff and understood the building codes/requirements and was on the same page as my husband regarding what needed to be done to do the job right the first time!  We had several other plumbers and/or contractors (who claim to do plumbing in addition to remodeling) try to talk us out of upgrading the diameter of the pipes and not complying with the code.  My husband is very knowledgeable and appreciated that Jay carefully evaluated the scope of work and knew exactly what needed to be done and did not try to talk us into cutting corners.  

Jay and his team showed up on time each day and were very professional, friendly and trustworthy.  They were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves each day.  Jay and his team delivered exactly what was promised and have very high standards.    He is honest and fair and I highly recommend him.  I will definitely keep his number handy for all future plumbing needs.

I just had such a great experience with Jose and his staff. They are very professional and trustworthy. I texted Jose at 6.30 morning for my kitchen sewer problem and to my surprise he got back to me within 10 minutes, gave me all of the detail of how he would fix it with a very reasonable price. He showed up the next morning with his assistant and took care of the problem within a hour. Then he guaranteed his work for 2 years. I'm a handyman myself but when it comes to plumbings, I'm glad to know Jose. He really saved me a lot of time and headache. Highly recommended

Great service, had a slab leak. Kevin found the leaks exact location,  rerouted new pipe around the leak and saved me a ton of money!
Kevin had to cut into the drywall. He did it with little damage as possible.  I was able patch the wall easily.  Kevin saved me time and money.  I highly recommend KP plumbing to anyone who wants to save money!

Kevin was amazing and on time!! He fixed our pipes perfectly and maintained extremely professional in 100 degree weather. I recommend them 100%!

I found Bob here on Yelp.  He first installed an instant hot water heater for me, works great, looks great.  He was able to fit inside my cabinet without having to remove any of the existing shelf.  That was a happy thing.

Next, he installed my Andersen retractable screen door over my front double doors.  Now we can leave the front door open when it is hot and the air flow is much better!  Looks great, works perfectly.

Next, he removed a kitchen cabinet, made it shorter to accommodate my new, taller, refrigerator.  Looks perfect, size is perfect, fridge fits beautifully.

Next, he added one base cabinet to my kitchen island for a trash/recycling pullout.  Matches existing cabinets and works great!

Then installed some new drawer fronts and plugged and drilled all cabinets for new hardware.  He framed for a between the studs spice cabinet then made the cabinet and installed it.  So nice to have extra storage.

He also made new doors for my laundry and furnace area.

I am very happy with the work and would highly recommend.

Had Pinson Plumbing out again for a second time, for a water heater and toilet issues and once again they went over and beyond with great customer service, and first class work! We will continue to use them and refer them to our friends.

Used this company for a third time. This experience was not as good. I was told over the phone a maximum cost. When the technician arrived, he said the price would be double, and he would have to bring a helper to do the job with him TOMORROW.  When I reluctantly said OK, he seemed surprised. After a few minutes he said that he made a mistake. He said because he had to pay someone to help him, he would have to double the price again.

All the people that I dealt with are the same, but the values and integrity seem to have slipped to me.  Changed from 5 star to 1 star.  I think the grandfather on the phone would have been surprised by the technician at the job site.

We needed someone to come over right away to install some plumbing in our kitchen.  Danny came over and gave us a quote. He did the job the next day, quickly and cleanly.  Very friendly and professional.  We will definitely use him again.

Chris came to my house in Irvine not only on time, but early.. that's already awesome enough. Fixed the clogged garbage disposal- he definitely had more muscle power than I could ever (and dude, I'm strong OK ;P).. cleared and good to go!

Problem is: my tenant killed the garbage disposal 2 weeks later. Chris was great and met with me again.. quoted me almost $200 to replace it, which is why I've knocked off one star: I ended up getting it replaced by someone else for $75, yowzers. The first time Chris came out it was already more than that, $90. Eesh.

In regards to my overall experience with C&C, I appreciate the promptness, knowledge, and honesty of these guys and recommend them for anything you need!

Fabulous plumbers, Erik & Elias came to my rescue a few hours after I called, rushing from a job in Lake Elsinore.  I had been tagged by the gas company when I called to ask them to re-light my pilot light.  They refused and said I had a loose vent that would be causing the air to backfire and leak into my garage.  Until I got it fixed, they would not be responsible for re-lighting the pilot light, leaving me without hot water and no warning.

The next morning, Erik & Elias came, assessed the problem, as I had been thinking I was due for a new water heater costing at least $1,600.  Erik assured me it looked great, and went to Home Depot where they purchased vent material re-lighted my pilot light, even allowed me to make a video showing me how to do it next time it goes out, and I was in good shape.  Erik told me anymore problems with this, he would come back to take care of it.

They were kind, neat and incredibly punctual.  Thank you guys!!!

GREAT SERVICE! Cesar Javier and Anthony were outstanding.. extremely responsive quick professional nice reliable and trustworthy. For a couple of years I had postponed the inevitable.. a very slow leak I had already had snaked 3 times... the bad news was Cesar not only told me but showed and explained the 30+ years of nasty plumbing sediment that gave me chronic plumbing problems.. I could put another band aid or cough up extra and fix it for good which the good news is he did, guaranteed.

**He also took it upon himself to fix my garbage disposal which was an easy fix but I had no idea of knowing that but he was honest and fixed it! Now after 2 months I've got flowing water like the mighty Nile and a working garbage disposal.. dancing in my kitchen in my French apron (jk). Anyway thanks again to Cesar, Javier, and Anthony and 24/7 Rooter for your honest hard work.. mil gracias!

Jeremy is the best Plumber in town. He came by to install a ice box behind my fridge and saw had a kitchen faucet sitting around. I was busy with work and he helped out with the faucet too. definitely recommend for any job big or small!

Excellent, HONEST & 5 star service.  Luis was the first to respond with a quote and a time to come out to see what was causing our bathtub leak.  He was on time, professional and answered all my questions and he explained all of his recommendations so that I understood them clearly. I highly recommended him. He will be our go-to-guy now for all things plumbing/drains.  (His business card has a spot on our fridge!)

We reached out to Jim & Sons as our backyard area drains were not draining properly. Whenever it rained our backyard would pool with water and we'd have to sweep away the water into one of the drains that was functioning. When we saw in the weather forecast that it was going to rain again, we immediately reached out to Jim and Sons to see if they'd be able to stop by for an estimate.

We'd reached out to previous plumbers before regarding the same issue and was told we would never major construction done to replace the existing drains. Steven and Chuck came out from Jim & Sons and told us that they'd simply need to cut out a narrow portion of the concrete to add new drains. They came back the next day after initial inspection and got started on the work right away. The work was done in a day and a half and turned out better than we had thought! We plan on adding pavers/steps onto the cut out section, but now the drains are working perfectly and just in time before the long rain days.

From beginning to end, Steven and Chuck were extremely professional and also friendly. They made sure to clean up the yard leaving no mess after completion of the job. They were honest with their inspection, gave a fair estimate, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I'd highly recommend Jim and Sons (especially Steven and Chuck) for any plumbing related work moving forward!

Found John through Yelp. He was very quick to respond and competitive pricing to install our exhaust fan in extra bathroom. Will definitely give him a call again for future needs.

I got pelican water systems installed by Jason. He is very knowledgable about the system and very good installation. Jason and his crew were right on time for installation and did a phenomenal job, taking in to consideration of my requirements. These guys are pros and let them do the job and they will give you a good result at the end. Jason even stopped by multiple times to tweak the softener system to our satisfaction. I will recommend these guys for my friends for sure.

Terrible company, was assigned them through American Home Shield.  They came and diagnosed that my sink was leaking and said they could do it but would need authorization from American home shield first.  Well they never called or came back.  I then found out from American Home Shield that they were trying to charge me an extra $500 to replace a sink that I already bought and no extra parts were needed.  They also would not pick up my phone call, so I then called with my wife's phone and sure enough they picked up right away.  Stay far away from these shady unprofessional people.
