We hired Frank to fix our gate and the surrounding fencing. He was quick to respond, on time, and did a BEAUTIFUL job in just a few hours! He and his assistant had to pull out the fencing posts and gate, reconstruct part of the fence, re-anchor the new 4x4 posts, and painted everything to match.
In addition to that, we had a sticking front door that we had him look at- and he fixed it before he left in less than an hour! All for a reasonable price and in what I would say is record time. Friendly, courteous and thorough.
We heartily recommend Frank the Handyman Services for all of your handyman needs! We couldn't be happier! Thank you Frank!

Called Mike again regarding my air duct system. I had checked one of my vents in my living room which is usually the warmest room in the house during the summer months. I discovered that the ducts we're not properly connected to the vents. I could reach into the attic. That's when I realized I needed to give Rush a call. Mike came out and checked all the ducts. I knew the ducts we're old. We had also had problems with allergies with myself and the kids. He suggested adding some vents, enlarging the return vent and enlarging some other vents. He said he would replace all the ducts and ensuring it met a certain code. After a few days of work I cannot tell you how pleased we have been with the results. We have only been able to try out the heating portion of the new ducts since it's been cold. The heat in the house is now distributed so well and evenly throughout the house. The unit even runs smoother and quieter than before. The filter doesn't get anywhere as dirty as it used to. Allergies, haven't been an issue and the overall dust in the house is much better. The vents and return look great! Awesome job Rush Heating and Air!

My central heater was intermittently working. Called them, the technician (John) came on time. John ask me a couple of questions to fault isolate the problem. He performed a 59$ tuneup, and explained each step to resolve problem. Very Profesional, polite, and took the time to explain the problem and associated resolution. Best 59$ I have spent. Heater is running great, no problems. Highly recommended. Thanks

We recently had a hot water slab week under our downstairs bathroom. After careful consideration, I decided to hire Ken to do the needed repair. Ken used several testing methods to determine what pipe the leak was in. We decided to have him make two cuts of the affected hot water line in order to push PEX piping through the existing copper line. It worked great! Cutting of drywall was very minimal, in fact we'll just leave them be since we may need future access. Ken's pricing was very fair and the guy knows his stuff! He has many years of experience doing this and it was nice having somebody I felt I could trust.

Art does excellent work! I had this mysterious leak coming from brick work on my back wall for nearly three months. I called up Art and he came out the same day. In 2 hours he did a clean job of opening up the brick work as little as possible, found, and fixed the leak all at a fair price! Him and his assistant are professional, courteous, and adhere to COVID-19 guidelines. I highly recommend his services!

We reached out to Sara's Best Plumbing initially for a slab leak detection. Sara showed up on a Saturday and took her time in explaining the process for slab leak detection. After a very informative discussion, we determined a slab leak detection was not our best option. Ultimately, Sara provided us a very thorough and detailed explanation estimate for a copper and PEX repipe. As this is an substantial investment in our home, we opted to get other bids. Ultimately Sara's Best Plumbing was the best option.
Sara's crew showed up on time and demonstrated the upmost respect for our home. The PEX repipe was completed in one day, inspection by the city was completed the following day and all holes patched by day number three. Upon completion of the repipe, our home and our garage were cleaner than when the crew arrived. Sara was on hand throughout the repipe process and we felt very good about the value we received for the cost of the job. Sara is truly enthusiastic about her trade and it shows in her interaction with us and her crew.
In conclusion, get your best estimates and then call Sara's Best Plumbing. This is the shop you want in your home for your plumbing repipe. Sara not only excels in her trade, Sara demonstrates excellence in her customer interaction.

Had an emergency on Sunday 5/1/22 when washer had drainage problems and water was backing up into garage sink. Had to stop washer to prevent an overflow onto garage floor. Called them since they had 24/7 service and he came within 2 hours. He had to get up on roof to run rotor rooter to clean out drain pipe. Joe was very efficient and friendly. Cost was $269 but worth the quick response for the weekend.

I contacted them on a Sunday about replacing my water heater because it was leaking. He replied with a quote very quickly maybe 10 minutes. It is located in a closet and a 40 gallon water heater natural gas. Newer water heaters are bigger because the additional insulation. I opted to downsize to a 30 gallon water heater natural gas. Kyle came out the very next day to replace the water heater. The price was right and the service was as fantastic!

I discovered a leak in my basement over the weekend that was creating a flood so i had to shut off the water to my house! Called other plumbers and they quoted me 2-3 days to look at my problem. Allen called me back quickly, showed up at the time he said he would, all same day, a Sunday no less!!! He worked quickly and efficiently and was reasonably priced. I'm never taking his magnet off my fridge!!! Thank you Alan!!

We needed to replace a tankless water heater with a newer model. Got the estimation in the following day's morning, and the installation was done in a few hours after. Our technician Rigo arrived on time, was very professional and efficient, clearly explained all the options and details, and finished the job as estimated.
We are very happy with the service and can highly recommend it.

It's Sunday and I just had one of the best experiences with a plumber I've ever had. Allow me to explain--
I live in a very old Spanish style building far up in the Hollywood hills, built in 1927. One of the biggest problems in our building is the plumbing. It is old, corroded, and it is going.
The last couple weeks I have had water fill up in my kitchen sink and neither Drano nor Liquid Plumber were able to remedy the situation much in the end. Even the industrial strength product recommended by Home Depot employees was unable to clear it despite the promise of your money back if it does not work. So my problem of slow draining water was now a stagnating sink filled with water and chemicals, the fumes of which I knew were unhealthy to be inhaling. It was clear that I needed a professional.
The maintenance department of the management company that handles my building sent over someone from the company they use most often. He showed up sweaty, dirty, with substandard tools, was difficult to understand, and his Covid protocols left something to be desired. He did help me get a small set of keys out of my bathroom sink, so it was not all bad, but he raced out of here after 20 minutes saying that the plumbing all needed to be replaced, that his snake did not work, and that the unit below me was affected to. He said he checked it.
Wow, I thought, this is baaaaad. I called my downstairs neighbor to apologize that maybe my staying home more due to covid, what with the cooking and needing to clean dishes more, probably was the culprit and blocked up his pipes too. You know what my downstairs neighbor's reply was? He told me his kitchen sink was FINE. Running perfectly!?!
What was going on here?
I called the management company and they told me they got a huge estimate for the future work which entailed the complete removal of the piping of the corner two units-- yada yada yada. I told them that the plumber they sent lied to me about having checked the sink drain for the tenant below and that they were NOT having problems. I suggested getting a second opinion and they agreed to that recommendation.

Now, I will say that it took a while to get one of their plumbers here as there was an emergency situation at a Wal-Mart and the lovely Rachel had to re schedule me for the next day. While I did not appreciate having my time moved about some, I did like the idea of having a plumber with skills good enough to handle bigger jobs like that at a Wal-Mart, so I agreed to the following day's time window and they let me cancel having him come over on a Saturday night. It was Halloween after all.
I told Rachel I'd like the man who was tasked to work on the emergency gig at Wal-Mart too. She offered that that particular plumber, Max Hernandez, was available to come see me the following day, on a Sunday. I agreed and felt good about it now that it was a more typical daylight job.
Max showed up clean and presentable, not smelling of cigarettes (or anything worse!). He was easy for me to understand and communicate with. He had his face mask on when he arrived and was unhurried and ready to first assess the problem carefully and then set about repairing it for me. Yes, he said, the internal plumbing probably would benefit from an overhaul and new pipes, but we both knew this and it was not an option today.
So Max brought in not one but two snakes, a small one and another much larger mama badass snake. Max proceeded to irrigate and clean out the corrosion and food and black gunk trapped in my pipes that was keeping the water from flowing and he removed pail after pail of watery sludge from my apartment kitchen--
Whew!
After all of this was taken care of, Max recommended swapping out the old chrome piping for a stent of black plastic pipe that he said would retard future corrosion some. Now I'm no plumber, so I elected to just trust him and allow him do what he felt was best. Let me tell you, it was no easy process! I saw that he had to cut and re-route things, tape snd crimp other things but, a couple hours later? My water is flowing well and I can get back to living and cooking and cleaning and life in the quarantine as I know it!
Max cleaned up everything-- no black gunk was left about on the floor underneath the sink like with the previous plumber. I really appreciated this. I'm ready to set about re-organizing my kitchen and sink quarters now.
In summary, Max Hernandez is a good guy and a terrific plumber. Clean. Conscientious. Calm and calming. If you come across plumbing issues, I recommend starting with XTREME and maybe that you request Max by name. I know I will in the future.
Thanks, Max, and thank you to XTREME!

Long overdue review. Spoke with Kent who is the guru of Pelican systems. He installed a system in our house and in my parent's house on the same day. His price was very fair and the installation went smooth. We couldn't be happier.

I contacted home warranty company Old Republic and they sent Daniels Plumbing to help me with my broken hot water heater. Of course it was Christmas Eve so it too a couple days to get the authorization for the new hot water heater and Daniel came right out to replace it once he got the authorization. Blanca the secretary helped me contact Old Republic to rush the authorize for the replacement. Daniel is a true gentleman and easy to work with. Blanca is nice and very helpful! Will definitely remember them when I need future plumbing services!
